Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants into aerosol cans in one step, a method for producing the same, and an aerosol product using the same. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, when filling liquefied gas and carbon dioxide gas as aerosol propellants, it is necessary to fill the liquefied gas and carbon dioxide gas as the propellants, but the liquefied gas and the carbon dioxide gas are filled separately into an aerosol can, as shown in Patent Document 1. A conventional method of filling aerosol cans with propellant gas is shown in Figure 5.
[0003] In Fig. 5, an aerosol can 101 is filled with liquefied gas by a liquefied gas filling machine 102, and then filled with carbon dioxide gas by a carbon dioxide gas filling machine 103. In Fig. 5, a high-pressure gas container 109 for liquefied gas has liquefied gas 108 sealed therein, and is provided with a siphon tube 110 that extends to reach the liquefied gas 108 inside, and the liquefied gas 108 is filled into the aerosol can 101 via a high-pressure gas container valve 111 for liquefied gas.
[0004] In Fig. 5, liquid carbon dioxide 106 is sealed inside a high pressure gas container 107 for liquid carbon dioxide, which is vaporized in a vaporizer 104 via a high pressure gas container valve 105 for liquid carbon dioxide, and the vaporized carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide gas) is then filled into an aerosol can 101 using a carbon dioxide gas filling machine 103. In this manner, the propellant gas is filled into an aerosol can.
[0005] There is a high demand for aerosol products, and the demand for carbon dioxide gas in aerosol products is also diversifying. In this environment, filling aerosol cans with carbon dioxide gas, a propellant, requires a dedicated carbon dioxide gas filling machine, so it is necessary to secure facilities and a filling location for carbon dioxide gas filling, and therefore capital investment is required.
[0006] On the other hand, Patent Document 2 describes a method for mixing two or more kinds of liquefied gases. However, since the method described in Patent Document 2 is a method for mixing liquefied gases in a liquid state, not in a gaseous state, mixing the liquefied gas with liquid carbon dioxide requires the installation of a special container, piping, and a pump for liquid carbon dioxide, and there is also a problem that the yield of carbon dioxide is low. [0007] [Patent Document 1] JP 2005-206723 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2001-141193 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0008] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems with the conventional technology, and has as its object to provide a high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant, which enables aerosol cans to be filled with a propellant without the need for a dedicated carbon dioxide gas filling machine, and which enables aerosol cans to be filled with aerosol propellant in one step, as well as a method for manufacturing the same, and an aerosol product using the same. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] In order to solve the above problems, the high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant of the present invention is a high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant for filling an aerosol can with the propellant in one step, and is a high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant, the propellant being a mixed gas obtained by dissolving carbon dioxide gas in a liquefied gas, sealed inside.
[0010] The high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant suitably includes a liquefied gas inlet, a carbon dioxide gas inlet, and a gas outlet.
[0011] It is further preferable that the high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant is provided with a siphon tube extending inwardly from the carbon dioxide gas inlet.
[0012] The liquefied gas is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, and liquefied hydrofluoroolefin.
[0013] It is preferable that the amount of carbon dioxide gas filled in the liquefied gas of the mixed gas at 25° C. is 0.001% by mass to 23% by mass.
[0014] The aerosol product of the present invention is an aerosol product filled with the mixed gas propellant from the high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants.
[0015] The method for manufacturing a high-pressure gas container for filling with aerosol propellants of the present invention includes a liquefied gas filling step of filling a high-pressure gas container with liquefied gas, and then a mixed gas production step of filling the high-pressure gas container with carbon dioxide gas to produce a mixed gas in which the carbon dioxide gas is dissolved in the liquefied gas, thereby producing a high-pressure gas container for filling with aerosol propellants in which a propellant is sealed, which is the mixed gas.
[0016] The high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant suitably includes a liquefied gas inlet, a carbon dioxide gas inlet, and a gas outlet.
[0017] It is preferable that the high-pressure gas container is provided with a siphon tube extending inward from the carbon dioxide gas inlet, and the carbon dioxide gas is injected into the liquefied gas while bubbling through the siphon tube, and filled into the high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant.

[0019] The liquefied gas is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, and liquefied hydrofluoroolefin.
[0020] It is preferable that the amount of carbon dioxide gas filled in the liquefied gas of the mixed gas at 25° C. is 0.001% by mass to 23% by mass.
[0021] The method for producing an aerosol product of the present invention is a method for producing an aerosol product using the high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant, and includes the steps of filling an aerosol can with a concentrate and filling the propellant, which is the mixed gas, using the high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant. Effect of the Invention
[0022] The present invention has the remarkable effect of providing a high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant, a manufacturing method thereof, and an aerosol product using the same, which enable aerosol cans to be filled with a propellant without the need for a dedicated carbon dioxide gas filling machine and enable aerosol cans to be filled with the aerosol propellant in one step.
[0023] The high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants of the present invention can be filled with carbon dioxide gas without a carbon dioxide gas filling machine, does not require a separate process for filling carbon dioxide gas, reduces the equipment and on-site space, can reduce manufacturing costs, and does not require capital investment for carbon dioxide gas, making it possible to produce aerosol products filled with carbon dioxide gas. Since carbon dioxide gas is dissolved in liquefied gas, it is not necessary to install special containers, piping, and pumps for liquid carbon dioxide, and the yield of carbon dioxide gas is also good.
[0024] Furthermore, the inside of a high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants is divided into a liquid phase and a gas phase, and according to the present invention, the desired amount of carbon dioxide gas is dissolved in the liquid phase, and a certain amount of carbon dioxide gas remains stably in the liquid phase, and although there is a small tendency for the amount to decrease, it is possible to supply a mixed gas containing the desired amount of carbon dioxide gas stably over time from the start of use of the high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants to the end. [0026] The following describes the embodiments of the present invention, but these are presented as examples, and it goes without saying that various modifications are possible without departing from the technical concept of the present invention.
[0027] FIG. 1 shows one embodiment of a method for producing an aerosol product using a high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant according to the present invention. In Fig. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant of the present invention. The high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant of the present invention is a high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant into an aerosol can 12 in one step, and is configured to have a propellant sealed therein that is a mixed gas 14 obtained by dissolving carbon dioxide gas in a liquefied gas. In the present invention, carbon dioxide in gas form is referred to as carbon dioxide gas, and carbon dioxide in liquid form is referred to as liquid carbon dioxide. In Fig. 1, reference numeral 16 denotes a liquefied gas filling machine, reference numeral 18 denotes a high-pressure gas container valve, and reference numeral 20 denotes a siphon tube.
[0028] As shown in Fig. 1, according to the high-pressure gas container 10 for filling aerosol propellants of the present invention, unlike the conventional technology, a dedicated carbon dioxide gas filling machine is not required, and a mixed gas 14 containing carbon dioxide gas can be filled into an aerosol can 12 in one step using a liquefied gas filling machine 16. By filling the can with liquefied gas in which carbon dioxide gas has been dissolved, the carbon dioxide gas is also filled, eliminating the need for a separate step of filling carbon dioxide gas as in the conventional technology.
[0029] The structure of the high pressure gas container 22 used in the high pressure gas container 10 for filling an aerosol propellant of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a structure similar to that of a known high pressure gas container for liquefied gas can be suitably used. The high pressure gas container 10 for filling an aerosol propellant preferably includes a liquefied gas inlet, a carbon dioxide gas inlet, and a gas outlet. The liquefied gas inlet, the carbon dioxide gas inlet, and the gas outlet may use the same inlet or may be provided separately.
[0030] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the high pressure gas container 10 for filling aerosol propellants is provided with a siphon tube 20 extending from a carbon dioxide gas inlet to the inside. By providing the siphon tube 20, carbon dioxide gas can be filled in the high pressure gas container 22 while bubbling in the liquefied gas, and the filling rate of carbon dioxide gas can be increased. In addition, the dissolution rate of carbon dioxide gas into the liquefied gas can also be improved. For example, in the case of a 1175 L container, the siphon tube 20 is preferably one that reaches the bottom of the container. There is no particular restriction on the shape of the siphon tube 20, and it may be appropriately selected according to the size of the high pressure gas container. For example, in the case of a 1175 L container, a siphon tube with a diameter of 25A and a wall thickness of sch40 is preferably used.
[0031] The liquefied gas may be any known liquefied gas other than carbon dioxide gas that is a gas at room temperature. The liquefied gas may be appropriately selected from known liquefied gases used as aerosol propellants as necessary, and may be, for example, liquefied petroleum gas such as butane or propane, dimethyl ether, or liquefied hydrofluoroolefin such as HFO1234ze or HFO1234yf. These liquefied gases may be used alone or in combination of two or more. In addition, liquids such as isopentane or normal pentane may be added to the liquefied gas.
[0032] As the carbon dioxide gas, gaseous carbon dioxide is used.
[0033] The blending ratio of the liquefied gas and carbon dioxide gas in the mixed gas is not particularly limited and may be appropriately selected depending on the needs such as the type of liquefied gas and the application. Taking into consideration the pressure resistance of an aerosol can, the mass ratio of the liquefied gas:carbon dioxide gas is preferably 99.999:0.001 to 77:23, more preferably 99.99:0.01 to 90:10, and even more preferably 99.99:0.01 to 95:5.
[0034] The solubility of carbon dioxide in the liquefied gas (liquid phase portion) of the mixed gas in the high pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants at 25°C is preferably 0.1% to 100% by mass, more preferably 50% to 100%, and more preferably 50% to 90%. Specifically, it is preferable that dimethyl ether is 75% to 95%, more preferably 75% to 90%, liquefied petroleum gas such as LPG20°C0.29 is 50% to 85%, more preferably 50% to 70%, and liquefied hydrofluoroolefin such as HFO1234ze is 70% to 97%, more preferably 70% to 90%. In the present invention, the ratio of carbon dioxide gas present in the liquid phase portion of the liquefied gas filled in an aerosol can from inside a high pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants is referred to as solubility. In addition, since the pressure inside the high-pressure gas container changes depending on the amount of mixed gas remaining in the high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants, the amount of carbon dioxide gas filled into the aerosol can also change between the start and end of use of the high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants, and the solubility of carbon dioxide gas also changes, but it is preferable that the intermediate solubility of carbon dioxide gas between the start and end of use of the high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants falls within the above-mentioned range.
[0035] The solubility of carbon dioxide in the liquefied gas in the liquid phase portion can be measured by vaporizing a sample and analyzing it using gas chromatography. Specifically, a method can be used in which the mixed gas propellant is filled into an aerosol can from a high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants, a sample is taken from the liquid phase in the aerosol can, the sample is vaporized, and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the sample is analyzed using gas chromatography. The solubility can be calculated by comparing the concentration of carbon dioxide with the concentration of carbon dioxide in the mixed gas filled in the high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants.
[0036] There is no particular limitation on the method for manufacturing the high-pressure gas container 10 for filling an aerosol propellant. For example, the container can be manufactured by filling the high-pressure gas container 22 with liquefied gas and carbon dioxide gas, mixing them to dissolve the carbon dioxide gas in the liquefied gas, and obtaining a mixed gas. However, it is preferable to fill the high-pressure gas container 22 with liquefied gas and then with carbon dioxide gas. In particular, it is preferable that the high pressure gas container 10 for filling with aerosol propellants is manufactured using the manufacturing method of the high pressure gas container for filling with aerosol propellants of the present invention.
[0037] FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing one embodiment of the method for producing a high-pressure gas container for filling an aerosol propellant according to the present invention. The method of manufacturing a high-pressure gas container for filling with aerosol propellants of the present invention includes a liquefied gas filling step of filling a high-pressure gas container 22 with liquefied gas 24, and then a mixed gas production step of filling the high-pressure gas container 22 with carbon dioxide 26 in a gaseous state to produce mixed gas 14 in which carbon dioxide gas is dissolved in the liquefied gas, thereby producing a high-pressure gas container 10 for filling with aerosol propellants in which a propellant, which is the mixed gas, is sealed.
[0038] The liquefied gas filling step is not particularly limited, but as shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable to fill the liquefied gas 24 in the storage tank 28 into the high-pressure gas cylinder 22 via the storage tank valve 30, the liquid phase pump 32, the liquefied gas filling hose 42, and the high-pressure gas cylinder valve 18.
[0039] The mixed gas production process is not particularly limited, but as shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable to fill the liquid carbon dioxide 26 in the liquid carbon dioxide high-pressure gas container 38 in a gaseous state into the high-pressure gas container 22 via the liquid carbon dioxide high-pressure gas container valve 36, the vaporizer 34, the carbon dioxide gas filling hose 40, and the high-pressure gas container valve 18.
[0040] It is also preferable that the mixed gas generation process includes a process of injecting carbon dioxide gas into the liquefied gas in the high-pressure gas container 22, and a dissolution promotion process of promoting and stabilizing the dissolution of carbon dioxide gas into the liquefied gas by stirring the carbon dioxide gas and the liquefied gas.
[0041] In the dissolution promotion step, the method of stirring the carbon dioxide gas and the liquefied gas is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the carbon dioxide gas and the liquefied gas are uniformly dissolved by adding the carbon dioxide gas while bubbling and stirring it. As the dissolution promotion step, for example, it is preferable that the high-pressure gas container 22 is provided with a siphon tube 20 extending from a carbon dioxide gas inlet to the inside, and the carbon dioxide gas is injected into the liquefied gas while bubbling through the siphon tube 20, so that the carbon dioxide gas and the liquefied gas are stirred and uniformly dissolved.
[0042] Furthermore, when the high pressure gas container 22 is large (for example, a capacity of 1175 L or more), it is preferable to provide a blade 44 inside the high pressure gas container 22 and rotate the high pressure gas container 22 to agitate the carbon dioxide gas and the liquefied gas and promote dissolution of the carbon dioxide gas into the liquefied gas, as shown in Figures 3 and 4. Figures 3 and 4 show an example in which a high pressure gas container with a capacity of 1175 L is used. For example, in the case of a 1175 L container, the blade 44 is preferably a structure in which a V-shaped partition plate is provided on the body of the container and the container is rotated to generate waves and agitate the gas.
[0043] The aerosol product of the present invention is an aerosol product filled with a propellant of mixed gas 14 containing carbon dioxide gas from the high-pressure gas container 10 for filling aerosol propellant. When the aerosol product contains a concentrate, it is preferable to fill an aerosol can 12 with the concentrate, and then use a high-pressure gas container 10 for filling aerosol propellants to fill the can with mixed gas 14 (liquefied gas + carbon dioxide) as a propellant, thereby producing an aerosol product filled with carbon dioxide.
[0044] The concentrate used in the aerosol product is not particularly limited, and any concentrate applicable to aerosol products can be used. Furthermore, other additive components may be blended, if necessary. EXAMPLES
[0045] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples. However, it goes without saying that these examples are given for illustrative purposes and should not be construed as limiting.
[0046] [Testing method] The pressure of an aerosol can filled with a propellant which was a mixed gas and the solubility of carbon dioxide in the mixed gas in the aerosol can were measured by the following methods. The pressure was measured by immersing the aerosol can in a thermostatic water bath and raising the temperature to the specified temperature (10°C, 25°C or 40°C), then removing the spray button from the aerosol can and inserting the stem airtightly into the insertion port of the pressure gauge. The solubility of carbon dioxide was analyzed by vaporizing the sample and analyzing it by gas chromatography. It was calculated from the actual amount of the contents of the container and the liquid phase results of gas chromatography.
[0047] <Example 1 and Comparative Example 1> Comparison of pressure and composition between conventional product and product of the present invention Comparative Example 1 As in the conventional method, a liquefied gas filling machine and a carbon dioxide gas filling machine were prepared according to the method shown in FIG. 5, and in a two-step process, each liquefied gas (dimethyl ether, LPG20°C0.29, or HFO1234ze) was filled directly into an aerosol can (AE420) separately using the liquefied gas filling machine, and carbon dioxide gas (3% by mass and 5% by mass) was filled to 60% by volume using the carbon dioxide gas filling machine. The amount of carbon dioxide gas filled (3 mass% and 5 mass%) is calculated by the mass ratio of carbon dioxide gas to the total amount of liquefied gas and carbon dioxide gas to be filled. Hereinafter, mass% as a unit of carbon dioxide gas concentration may be referred to as %. For the filled aerosol can, the pressure (25° C.) and the solubility of carbon dioxide in the mixed gas were measured by the above-mentioned method. The results are shown in Tables 1 to 3.
[0048] Example 1 [How to fill a high pressure gas cylinder with mixed gas] Using the method described in FIG. 2, a 24 L high-pressure gas container (with a siphon tube) was filled with each liquefied gas (dimethyl ether 10.0 kg, LPG20°C 0.29 8.0 kg, HFO1234ze 17.0 kg), and then a predetermined amount of carbon dioxide gas was filled, to obtain a high-pressure gas container for filling with aerosol propellants, in which a propellant, which is a mixed gas formed by dissolving carbon dioxide gas in a liquefied gas, is sealed inside. The amount of carbon dioxide gas to be filled was calculated by measuring the solubility of carbon dioxide gas in a high-pressure gas container (middle) for filling an aerosol propellant in advance, and calculating the amount of carbon dioxide gas to be filled from the solubility rate so that the carbon dioxide gas concentration in the liquid phase in the aerosol can is the same as that in Comparative Example 1. For carbon dioxide gas (3%) in Tables 1 to 12 below, the amount of carbon dioxide gas to be filled in each liquefied gas is dimethyl ether: 3.3%, LPG20°C0.29: 4.0%, and HFO1234ze: 3.5%, and for carbon dioxide gas (5%) in Tables 1 to 12, the amount of carbon dioxide gas to be filled in each liquefied gas is dimethyl ether: 5.4%, LPG20°C0.29: 6.7%, and HFO1234ze: 5.7%. The solubility of carbon dioxide gas in the high-pressure gas container (middle) for filling aerosol propellants was measured using a high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants filled with a mixed gas of each liquefied gas and carbon dioxide gas by the method described above, and after approximately half of the contents (mixed gas) were removed by the method described below, an aerosol can was filled with 60% by volume of the mixed gas propellant from the high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants that was half filled with the contents, and the solubility of carbon dioxide gas in the liquid phase inside the aerosol can was measured.
[0049] [How to fill aerosol cans with propellants] About half of the contents (mixed gas) were removed from the filled high-pressure gas container (24 L) for filling aerosol propellants, and a high-pressure gas container (middle) for filling aerosol propellants was prepared. The inside of the high-pressure gas container was divided into a liquid phase and a gas phase, and it is believed that the remaining amount of carbon dioxide gas remains in the gas phase. Then, in one step (one stage), an aerosol can (AE420) was filled with 60% by volume of the propellant, which is a mixed gas, from the half-filled high-pressure gas container (middle). The pressure (25° C.) of the filled aerosol can and the solubility of carbon dioxide in the mixed gas in the aerosol can were measured. The results are shown in Tables 1 to 3.
[0050] [Table 1]
[0051] [Table 2]
[0052] [Table 3]
[0053] As shown in Tables 1 to 3, no difference was observed in the carbon dioxide composition in the liquid phase between Example 1 (single-stage filling) and Comparative Example 1 (conventional two-stage filling), and it can be seen that carbon dioxide is sufficiently dissolved in the liquefied gas even in Example 1, which involves one-step filling without using a carbon dioxide filling machine.
[0054] Example 2 <Pressure and dissolution rate when remaining in aerosol propellant high pressure gas container (24L)> [Filling method] Using the same method as in Example 1, high-pressure gas containers (24 L) for filling aerosol propellants were obtained, each filled with a liquefied gas (dimethyl ether, LPG20°C0.29, or HFO1234ze) and carbon dioxide gas in the same amounts as in Example 1. The initial, middle, and final remaining amounts of the mixed gas in the resulting high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants (24 L) were sampled, and 60% by volume of each high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants (24 L) was filled into an aerosol can (AE420). The initial, middle, and final remaining amounts of the mixed gas in the high-pressure gas container are shown in the table below.
[0055] [Testing method] The pressure of each of the filled aerosol cans was measured at 10°C, 20°C, or 40°C, and the solubility of carbon dioxide in the mixed gas inside the aerosol can. The results of the pressure at 20°C are shown in Tables 4 to 6, and the results of the solubility of carbon dioxide are shown in Tables 10 to 12. The minimum and maximum measured pressure values of three aerosol cans (first, middle, last) under each temperature condition are shown in Tables 7 to 9.

[0064] [Table 12]
[0065] (Examples 3 and 4) <Comparison of the amount of carbon dioxide gas filled into a high-pressure gas container (24L) for filling aerosol propellants with and without a siphon tube> [Filling method] In Example 3, a high-pressure gas container (24 L) equipped with a siphon tube extending from a carbon dioxide gas inlet into the inside was used, and 10 kg of liquefied gas (dimethyl ether) was filled into the high-pressure gas container. Carbon dioxide gas was then filled into the high-pressure gas container while bubbling it into the liquefied gas under the same conditions (temperature inside the container 25°C, carbon dioxide gas regulator 0.98 MPa), thereby obtaining a high-pressure gas container for filling with aerosol propellants. In Example 4, a high-pressure gas container (24 L) without a siphon tube was used, and 10 kg of liquefied gas (dimethyl ether) was filled into the high-pressure gas container, followed by filling with carbon dioxide gas under the same conditions (temperature inside the container 25°C, carbon dioxide gas regulator 0.98 MPa).
[0066] [Testing method] The amount of carbon dioxide gas was measured for the high pressure gas containers (24 L) for filling aerosol propellants of Examples 3 and 4. The results are shown below.
[0067] [Table 13]
[0068] When carbon dioxide gas was filled at a constant pressure, Example 3, in which a high-pressure gas container equipped with a siphon tube was filled, had a higher carbon dioxide gas filling rate than Example 4, in which a high-pressure gas container without a siphon tube was used. In addition, when the high-pressure gas container is a large container, if a blade as shown in Fig. 3 is provided in the high-pressure gas container, the carbon dioxide gas and the liquefied gas are more agitated and mixed, which is thought to make it easier for the carbon dioxide gas to dissolve in the high-pressure gas container.
[0069] Example 5 <Comparison of aerosol products produced by filling aerosol cans with contents> A high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants was obtained, filled with the same amount of mixed gas (dimethyl ether + carbon dioxide (5.4%)) as in Example 1, by the same method as in Example 1. After removing about half of the contents (mixed gas) from the filled high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants (24 L), a high-pressure gas container for filling aerosol propellants (middle) half-filled with the contents was prepared. Approximately 158 g of the concentrate (alcohol + water) was placed in an aerosol can (AE420), and then approximately 106 g of the propellant mixture was filled into the aerosol can using the high-pressure gas container (middle) for filling aerosol propellants obtained above, according to the method shown in Figure 1.
[0070] [Test Method] A sample was taken from the liquid phase (concentrate + mixed gas) in the filled aerosol can, the sample was vaporized, and the carbon dioxide concentration in the vaporized sample (dimethyl ether + carbon dioxide) was measured using a Kitagawa detector tube. The results are shown in Table 14.
[0071] Comparative Example 2 As in the conventional method, about 158 g of the concentrate (alcohol + water) was placed in an aerosol can (AE420), and then about 101 g of liquefied gas (dimethyl ether) and about 5 g (5%) of carbon dioxide gas were filled using the method shown in Figure 5. Using the filled aerosol can, the carbon dioxide gas concentration in the mixed gas of the liquid phase sample was measured in the same manner as in Example 5. The results are shown in Table 14.
[0072] [Table 14]
[0073] No difference was observed in the carbon dioxide composition in the mixed gas in the liquid phase between Example 5 (aerosol product in which propellant is filled in one stage) and Comparative Example 2 (aerosol product in which propellant is filled in conventional two stages), and it can be seen that carbon dioxide is sufficiently dissolved in the liquefied gas even in Example 5, in which propellant was filled in one step without using a carbon dioxide filling machine.
