[0014] Hereinafter, the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof in conjunction with the drawings.
[0015] As shown in FIG. 1, the camera module includes a first lens 11, a second lens 12, and a photosensitive chip 2, which are coaxially arranged in order along a first direction, the first direction being the thickness direction of the camera module, and there are gaps between the first lens 11, the second lens 12, and the photosensitive chip 2, a first reflective film 111 is partially provided on one side of the first lens 11 away from the second lens 12, a second reflective film 112 is partially provided on one side of the first lens 11 close to the second lens 12, a third reflective film 121 is entirely provided on one side of the second lens 12 close to the photosensitive chip 2, a light-transmitting hole 122 is provided in the center of one side of the second lens 12 close to the photosensitive chip 2, and at least two adjustment lenses 13 are provided in the light-transmitting hole 122. 1, the first lens 11 is disposed above the second lens 12, and the top surface of the first lens 11 is a light-entering surface, and at the same time, the first reflective film 111 on the top surface of the first lens 11 can block the light from directly entering the light transmission hole 122. The light enters the second lens 12 from the periphery of the top surface of the first lens 11, and the third reflective film 121 is provided on the bottom surface of the second lens 12, so that the light cannot directly enter the camera module and be received by the photosensitive chip 2. The light ray is reflected by the bottom surface of the first lens 11, and the second reflective film 112 on the bottom surface of the first lens 11 reflects the light ray into the light transmission hole 122, and the light ray passes through the adjustment lens 13 in the light transmission hole 122, and the adjustment lens 13 can disperse the light ray in the light transmission hole 122, so that the photosensitive chip 2 can receive the light signal in the largest area, and the photosensitive chip 2 converts the light signal into an electrical signal after receiving the light signal. After being reflected multiple times, the light signal received by the photosensitive chip 2 has a larger magnification ratio, which at the same time ensures that the photosensitive chip 2 can receive the light ray in a larger area, which ensures a good imaging effect, and at the same time can also reduce the thickness of the camera module. When the camera module is installed in the electronic device, the situation that the thickness of the camera module is large will not occur, which can ensure that the shooting distance of the camera module is increased, and at the same time, the thickness of the electronic device can be reduced.
[0016] Specifically, by combining the first reflective film 111 and the third reflective film 121, it is possible to prevent light from directly entering the light-transmitting hole 122 and being received by the photosensitive chip 2, so that the imaging effect cannot reach the preset zoom magnification, and further improve the imaging effect of the camera module.
[0017] Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 1, the first lens 11 has a first arcuate surface 113 at the center of one side away from the second lens 12, the peripheral side of the first lens 11 away from the second lens 12 is flat, the first reflective film 111 is coated on the first arcuate surface 113, the first lens 11 has a second arcuate surface 114 at one side close to the second lens 12, the second lens 12 has a side away from the photosensitive chip 2 is flat, and the second lens 12 has a third arcuate surface 123 at one side close to the photosensitive chip 2, and the first arcuate surface 113, the second arcuate surface 114 and the third arcuate surface 123 are all arranged toward the first direction. The first arcuate surface 113 can receive more incident light, and at the same time, the incident light can be dispersedly emitted after being reflected by the first arcuate surface 113, to avoid the incident light from vertically entering and vertically exiting. The peripheral side of the top surface of the first lens 11 is a flat surface, and at the same time, the top surface of the second lens 12 is also flat, which can ensure that more incident light is incident on the third reflective film 121. The bottom surface of the first lens 11 is an arcuate surface, and has a second arcuate surface 114 on the bottom surface of the first lens 11, so that the first lens 11 can refract the incident light and allow as much of the incident light as possible to be incident on the third reflective film 121. The third reflective film 121 can reflect more light rays to the second reflective film 112, which is installed on the second arc-shaped surface 114. The arc-shaped second reflective film 112 can collect the received light rays and reflect them into the light-transmitting hole 122, thereby increasing the number of optical signals that the photosensitive chip 2 can receive, and thus improving the imaging quality of the camera module.
[0018] Optionally, as shown in Fig. 1, along the first direction, the adjustment lens 13 includes a third lens 131 and a fourth lens 132 in sequence, the central part of the third lens 131 protrudes toward the second direction, the central part of the fourth lens 132 protrudes toward the first direction, and the central region of the fourth lens 132 protrudes toward the first direction, and the first direction and the second direction are opposite. After the light is reflected by the second reflective film 112, it enters the third lens 131 in the light-transmitting region, and the third lens 131 further collects the light, and avoids the light loss caused by the light being refracted and entering the hole wall of the light-transmitting hole 122. The light beams are collected by the third lens 131 and then incident on the fourth lens 132, and the light beams are refracted and dispersed after passing through the fourth lens 132. There is a certain gap between the photosensitive chip 2 and the fourth lens 132, and the fourth lens 132 is installed close to the bottom of the light transmission hole 122, so that the photosensitive chip 2 can receive the optical signal in a larger area after the light beams are dispersed. Here, the shapes of the third lens 131 and the fourth lens 132 are not limited to the shapes in this embodiment, and here two adjustment lenses 13 are installed, and the design of the optical path is more flexible, and different shapes of the third lens 131 and the fourth lens 132 can be designed according to the reflection needs of the optical path.
[0019] Optionally, the adjustment lens 13 includes a fifth lens, which is disposed adjacent to the photosensitive chip 2, and the fifth lens and the fourth lens 132 have the same structure. The fifth lens and the fourth lens 132 have the same structure, which can further disperse light rays and allow the photosensitive chip 2 to receive more light rays, and further improve the imaging quality of the camera module. Here, the attached drawings of the specification do not include the fifth lens, and specifically, the fifth lens should be disposed between the fourth lens 132 and the optical filter.
[0020] 1, in the first direction, the projected area of the first reflective film 111 on the photosensitive chip 2 is larger than the aperture diameter of the light transmitting hole 122. In order to prevent light from directly entering the photosensitive chip 2 and being received by the photosensitive chip 2, it is necessary to enlarge the area of the first reflective film 111 so that the incident light that may directly enter the photosensitive chip 2 is reflected out of the camera module.
[0021] Optionally, as shown in FIG. 1 , the camera module further includes a lens assembly 1, a shake compensation motor 3, a filter 4, a circuit board 5, and a holder 6, wherein the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are mounted in the lens assembly 1, the lens assembly 1 is fixed in the shake compensation motor 3, the shake compensation motor 3 is fixedly connected to the holder 6, the photosensitive chip 2 is installed in the fixed holder 6, the filter 4 is installed between the second lens 12 and the photosensitive chip 2, and the circuit board 5 is electrically connected to the photosensitive chip 2. The lens assembly 1 functions to transmit, reflect and refract light rays, and after incident light is incident on the lens assembly 1, it is incident on the first lens 11, and some of the light rays are reflected by the first reflective film 111 and cannot pass through the first lens 11, the light rays incident on the peripheral side of the top surface of the first lens 11 pass through the first lens 11 and are refracted by the first lens 11 before being incident on the bottom surface of the second lens 12 from the top surface of the second lens 12, and the light rays are reflected by the third reflective film 121 on the bottom surface of the second lens 12 before being incident on the second reflective film 112 on the bottom surface of the first lens 11. The second reflective film 112 has an arcuate surface facing the first direction, and can receive more reflected light while collecting the light rays and reflecting them into the light transmission hole 122. After passing through the third lens 131, the light ray is refracted, and the light ray is converged in the axial direction of the lens assembly 1, so as to prevent the light ray from entering the hole wall of the light transmission hole 122. After passing through the third lens 131, the light ray passes through the fourth lens 132 and the fifth lens respectively, which disperse the light ray in the axial direction away from the lens assembly 1, and scatter the light ray as uniformly as possible to the photosensitive chip 2. At the same time, the optical filter installed between the fifth lens and the photosensitive chip 2 realizes the effect of transmitting visible light and blocking near-infrared light, and further improves the imaging effect of the camera module. At the same time, the camera module has a larger magnification for magnifying an object, and when taking a higher magnification photograph, even a slight shake will cause a blurred image, so a shake compensation motor 3 is added. After the shake compensation motor 3 detects the shake during the photographing process, it drives the lens assembly 1 to adjust, thereby offsetting the shake, ensuring the stability of the screen, and making the image clear. The circuit board 5 has a transmission function of providing an electric signal to the photosensitive chip 2. The holder 6 provides mounting space for each structure of the camera module, and at the same time can protect the internal structure of the camera module from being destroyed.
[0022] Alternatively, as shown in Fig. 1, the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are glass lenses. The refractive index of the glass lens is 1.34 to 1.8, and the light transmittance is high. In the process of the light being incident, the size of the first lens 11 that receives the light is large, and the range of the incident light is relatively wider, so that the glass lens with a higher refractive index is required to make as many light rays as possible incident on the second lens 12. In the process of the second lens 12 receiving the light and the reflected light, the refraction phenomenon occurs, so that the second lens 12 also needs to have a higher light transmittance and refractive index in order to ensure that sufficient light rays can be incident on the second reflecting surface.
[0023] Optionally, the third lens 131, the fourth lens 132 and the fifth lens are plastic lenses, as shown in Fig. 1. The refractive index of the plastic lens is 1.5 to 1.6, which can satisfy the function of guiding the light beam to the photosensitive chip 2, and at the same time, the plastic lens is easy to install and has low cost, which reduces the difficulty of production and processing.
[0024] Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 1, in the first direction, the projection area of the first lens 11 on the photosensitive chip 2 is smaller than the projection area of the second lens 12 on the photosensitive chip 2. In order to increase the utilization rate of the incident light and generate a more divergent refraction effect after the incident light passes through the first lens 11, the volume of the second lens 12 needs to be increased so that the second reflective surface can receive more light rays. Since the first lens 11 and the second lens 12 are installed coaxially, the projection of the second lens 12 on the photosensitive chip 2 should cover the projection of the first lens 11 on the photosensitive chip 2, thereby ensuring that the incident light is incident on the photosensitive chip 2 as much as possible after undergoing multiple reflections and refractions, and improving the imaging effect.
[0025] This embodiment introduces an electronic device that is equipped with the camera module described in any one of the above embodiments. Take mobile phones as an example, mobile phones on the market today are becoming thinner and thinner, improving the user's grip, that is, further improving the user's usage experience, but the market is also becoming more and more strict on the effect of mobile phone photography, and the imaging effect of mobile phones has a certain impact on the sales volume of mobile phones. By using the camera module of the above embodiment on a mobile phone, under the premise that the thickness of the mobile phone is not changed, it can also achieve a clear long-distance photography effect. Not only can it meet the user's requirement for the feel of the mobile phone, but also meet the user's requirement for the photography effect of the mobile phone.
[0026] Specifically, FIG. 2 is an optical path diagram of the camera module in the present application, in which a light ray is incident on the top surface of the first lens 11, then enters the second lens 12, and is reflected by the second reflective film 112 via the third reflective film 121, and finally passes through the fourth lens 132 and the fifth lens in the light-transmitting hole 122 to enter the photosensitive chip 2, where the optical signal is converted into an electrical signal, and transmitted into the electronic device via the circuit board 5.
[0027] The above describes the embodiments of the present application in conjunction with the drawings, but the present application is not limited to the above specific embodiments. The above specific embodiments are merely illustrative and not limiting. Those skilled in the art can take the suggestions of this application and make many forms without departing from the spirit and scope of protection of the claims, all of which belong to the protection scope of this application.
