Description

[Technical field]

[0001] To provide a method for washing rice at home without immersing hands in cold water and with a minimum number of times of opening and closing a lid. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, the general method of rinsing rice involves putting rice and water into a bowl or kettle, stirring by hand, and then discarding the rinsing water, repeating this process until the rinsing water becomes almost transparent. A special method of rinsing rice involves putting rice and water into a container and shaking it (for example, Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3).

[0003] In contrast, the present invention is a special method of washing rice by putting rice and water in a container, draining the washing water, and shaking it. It is composed of a transparent main container and a bottom lid. The top surface of the main container has holes for drainage, a funnel for pouring water, and a water and air guide tube at the end. After opening the bottom lid of the container, put in the desired amount of rice and close the bottom lid, turn the container upside down and pour water into the funnel at the top. The first water used to wash rice is called "mei-mizu" (water for washing rice), and it is said that it is best to discard it all at once within about 10 seconds. Therefore, shake it a little and then drain it immediately. If the pressure inside the container is not negative and it is atmospheric pressure, the water can be drained all at once by turning it upside down.

[0004] To provide a structure which enables anyone to easily perform drainage, pouring water and shaking multiple times as a series of operations from the same upper surface without opening and closing a lid.

[0005] In Patent Document 1, the "main container 1," "outer lid 5," and "inner lid 6" correspond to the "main container 101," "the hole on the top surface of the main container 101," and "the funnel shape formed on the main container 101" of the present invention, respectively, and the method of washing rice by putting rice and water in the main container and shaking it, and draining the water through the "inner lid 6" is different. Every time rice is washed and the washing water is drained and washing water is poured in, the "outer lid 5" and "inner lid 6" of the "main container 1," which has an opening at one end, must be opened and closed, and the "inner lid 6" is made of mesh and is used exclusively for draining water, but in contrast to this, the present invention is a rice washing method using the method described in

[0003] and

[0004] above.

[0006] In Patent Document 2, the "main body 1," "lid 2," and "drainage lid 3" correspond respectively to the "main body container 101," "the hole on the upper surface of the main body container 101," and "the funnel shape formed on the main body container 101" of the present invention; and although the method of washing rice by shaking and draining the water through the "drainage lid 3" is common to both, it is necessary to open and close the "lid 2" and "drainage lid 3" of the "main body 1," which has an opening on one end, every time the rice is washed, the washing water is drained, and cleaning water is poured in, and the "drainage lid 3" is a device that is used exclusively for draining water; in contrast to this, the present invention is a method of washing rice using the methods described above in

[0003] and

[0004] .

[0007] In Patent Document 3, the "cylindrical main body 1," "lid 2," "cap 3," and "filter 10" correspond to the "main container 101," "holes on the upper surface of the main container 101," and "funnel shape formed on the main container 101" of the present invention, respectively. Although the method of rinsing rice by shaking and draining the water through the "drainage lid 3" is common, it is necessary to open and close the "lid 2" and "cap 3" of the "main body 1," which have openings on both ends, every time the rice is rinsed, the rinsing water is drained, and cleaning water is poured in, and it is difficult to pour water or drain it from the small opening unless the fully opening "lid 2" is open, and the "filter 10" is mesh-like and is designed exclusively for draining water; in contrast to this, the present invention is a rice rinsing method using the method described in

[0003] and

[0004] above. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0008] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 5-309047 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 9-9-4-1-7-4 [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-272625 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0009] Conventionally, rice was washed by putting rice in a bowl or kettle and washing the water by hand, which caused problems such as spilling rice when discarding the washing water, and working with cold water in winter can cause rough hands. There was also the problem that the water that meets the rice, which is important for washing rice, could not be quickly drained. The present invention aims to provide a rice washing method that does not require people to put their hands directly in water for those who are concerned about the above, and to provide a way to cook delicious rice. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] The present invention uses the following means to solve the above problems. That is, the rice washer is a cylindrical main container structure with a water / air guide tube at the top of the container 101, which has a hole through which rice grains cannot pass and a funnel-shaped opening for introducing water, and a screw-shaped or sieve-shaped opening at the bottom that engages with the bottom cover 100. The tip of the water / air guide tube has a number of holes that allow water to pass through easily but not through rice grains. The container 101 is turned upside down, the required amount of rice is put in, the bottom cover is engaged, and the container 101 is turned upside down to set it. Water is poured directly into the container 101 through the funnel-shaped opening. Water flows from the hole at the tip of the water / air guide tube to form a water flow to the hole on the upper surface, which reduces the unevenness of the rice grains and allows them to be exposed to the water. After that, the container 101 is turned upside down to drain the dirty water from the holes on the top surface. As the drainage progresses, air flows in through the water and air guide pipes to prevent negative pressure inside the container 101, and atmospheric pressure is maintained inside the container 101, allowing the water to be drained all at once. After that, the rice grains are moist, so they are shaken so that the grains rub against each other, removing the dirt and bran from the surface of the rice. After that, the washing water is poured in from the funnel, and the water is replaced by overflowing from the holes on the top surface. When the washing water has become relatively clear, the rice washing is finished. The bottom lid 100 is simply removed and placed in the kettle, and water can be added and removed without opening and closing the lid.

[0011] The container is somewhat transparent, and has guide lines indicating 1 go, 2 go, and 3 go portions. The container 101 and bottom cover 100 are sealed with a packing member to prevent water from leaking. The sealing structure may be a screw, a surface-to-surface seal, or a one-click fastening structure for fastening and detaching. Effect of the Invention

[0012] 1. The taste of rice changes depending on the way it is washed, so with this rice washer, anyone can easily wash the rice, drain the washing water, drain the rinse water, and shake in a quick series of steps. With this rice washer and method, the bran on the surface of the rice is quickly removed before the rice grains absorb the bran components, resulting in delicious rice that does not have a bran smell. 2. Rice is washed by shaking the rice that has been exposed to water in the rice washer, so your hands do not get wet and there is no problem with nail polish peeling off. 3. There are rice measuring scales marked on the outer surface of the container body, so it is fine even if you do not have measuring devices for rice or water. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Diagram 2] This is an oblique view explaining the steps of adding rice for washing rice. [Diagram 3] This is an oblique view explaining the steps for rinsing rice, including attaching the bottom lid and pouring water. [Figure 4] This is a perspective view illustrating the process of draining the rinsing water during rice rinsing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] A preferred embodiment of a rice washer 110 according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a rice washer having the basic configuration of the present invention, and the basic configuration is as shown in FIG. 1. A transparent cylindrical main container 101 with one end open is provided with a bottom cover 100, a water / air guide tube 103, and a packing / fastening part 107 for sealing and engaging the bottom cover 100 and the main container 101. The top surface 105 of the main container 101 has a funnel-shaped spout 102, which is provided with a water / air guide tube 103 at its tip. A number of holes 108 are provided at the tip of the water / air guide tube. Also, scale lines 106 are displayed on the side of the main container 101. In FIG. 2, the bottom cover 100 is opened and a desired amount of rice 201 is placed in the upturned main container 101. In FIG. 3, after the container is covered with the bottom lid 100, it is turned upside down and tap water 202 is poured from the funnel-shaped spout 103. The water passes through the water pipe to form a water flow 203 at the bottom, which becomes a water flow 204 on the side of the container, and further flows as water 205 overflowing from the hole 104 on the top surface and is used to wash the rice grains.

[0015] FIG. 4 is a diagram explaining the drainage of rice water. When the rice washer 110 is turned upside down, the water is discharged from the holes on the top surface. When the water is discharged all at once, the hollow part of the container becomes negative pressure, but because air flows in 208 from the water and air guide pipes, the hollow part maintains atmospheric pressure 210 and the water does not stop draining. The water that comes into contact with the rice causes yellowing and odor, but the water containing the bran and dirt is drained all at once. After this, the rice washer 110 is shaken, and the dirt and bran on the surface are peeled off by the rice grains rubbing against each other. After that, water is poured into the funnel-shaped opening as washing water for the rice grains as shown in FIG. 3, and the water is allowed to overflow from the holes 104 on the top surface, and then the rice is turned upside down and the water can be drained all at once as shown in FIG. 4. This operation is repeated several times until the water becomes clear, at which point the rice washing is complete. However, with the rice washing device of the present invention and the method using the same, the lid does not need to be opened and closed during the process, and the rice washing method using the rice washing device allows the series of steps to be repeated.

[0016] The packing / fastening portion 107 is preferably capable of attaching and detaching the main container 101 and the bottom lid 100 with a certain degree of watertightness, and may be formed with screws or the like, or may be completed with a groove shape that allows attachment and detachment with one click.

[0017] When shaking, if you pour washing water into the container and shake it up and down and left and right, the container becomes heavy and the water resists, making it difficult to wash the rice grains. This invention proposes a method of washing the rice by draining the washing water or a certain amount of washing water, and then shaking the rice. This is because there is no water resistance and the rice grains come into contact with each other, but by covering the rice grains with water, the rice grains collide with each other moderately, and it is thought that the rice grains are less likely to break. Conventionally, rice was washed by putting rice and water in a bowl or kettle, mixing the rice with the water by hand, discarding the washing water, and rubbing the rice grains together with your hands to wash them.
