Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a blister package that can be used, for example, for packaging medicines, food, cosmetics, and the like. [Background technology]

[0002] In packaging tablets, capsules, etc., PTP (press-through pack) packaging sheets are often used because they allow tablets to be easily taken out, have high moisture resistance, are convenient for portability, transportability, and management, and are relatively inexpensive to manufacture. A PTP is one of the so-called blister packages (blister packs), and is provided by laminating a sheet of aluminum foil or the like to a main body sheet made of synthetic resin in which multiple storage recesses for storing tablets, etc. are formed, so as to close the openings of the storage recesses.

[0003] Blister packages are widely used not only for medicines but also for packaging foods such as confectionery, cosmetics, miscellaneous goods, batteries, daily necessities, etc. Conventional blister packages have cut lines formed of slit-shaped grooves or perforations between each storage recess in the main body sheet, and some are known that can be separated into predetermined packaging units (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Figs. 20 and 21 show an example of a conventional blister package 100 in which storage recesses 102 for storing tablets or the like are formed in two columns and five rows in a main body sheet 101. In the conventional example of Fig. 20, vertical cut lines 104 and horizontal cut lines 105 are formed between each storage recess 102 in the blister package 100 so that the storage recesses can be separated one by one. These vertical and horizontal cut lines allow, for example, a required number of tablets (for example, 1, 2, 3, etc.) to be separated and taken out to take or carry. On the other hand, in a configuration in which the storage recesses can be separated one by one, such as the conventional example in Fig. 20, there is a risk of accidentally swallowing the separated blister pack sheet by putting it in the mouth and drinking it, and there have been accidents of accidental ingestion in the past. In contrast, in recent years, as shown in Fig. 21, a configuration in which only a horizontal cutting line 105 is formed so that two storage recesses 102 arranged side by side can be separated as the smallest unit has become widespread. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-058839 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In the conventional blister package as shown in Fig. 20 and Fig. 21, for example, when a pharmacist dispenses tablets or the like, he or she often cuts the sheet from the blister package at a desired position as necessary to divide it into units of the required number of storage recesses, and gives the prescribed amount to the patient. Also, when a patient goes out, the patient often cuts the sheet into units of the required number of storage recesses in order to carry only the required number of tablets or the like. In the conventional blister package structure, for example, when the storage recesses arranged in a row direction are cut off at the same time, that is, when cutting into units of an even number of storage recesses such as 2, 4, etc. in a sheet form of 2 columns x 5 rows, the sheets can be easily cut off along the linear horizontal cutting lines. However, for example, when a blister package has a sheet configuration of 2 columns and 5 rows and is to be separated into odd numbers of tablets, such as 1 tablet, 3 tablets, or 5 tablets, it is necessary to perform a work of separating the tablets partway along the horizontal cutting lines and a work of separating the tablets along the vertical cutting lines, which requires very careful work not to cut off the extra cutting lines, and this work is troublesome, time-consuming, and inconvenient. In particular, in the blister package shown in Fig. 21, since only the horizontal cutting lines are formed, a tool such as scissors is required to separate the tablets into odd numbers of tablets, and the cutting work with scissors is also troublesome and time-consuming. Furthermore, it is difficult to perform an accurate separation work, and there is a risk of accidentally cutting off the extra cutting lines or breaking the storage recess or its closing part, which causes problems such as losing tablets or getting the wrong number of tablets.

[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional technology, and one object of the present invention is to provide a highly practical blister package having multiple storage sections that can be quickly and accurately separated into any number of storage sections with a single, extremely simple manual action. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a blister package comprising a main body sheet in which a plurality of concave storage sections for storing packaged items are arranged vertically and horizontally, and a lid sheet attached to the main body sheet so as to close the openings of the storage sections of the main body sheet, the main body sheet being formed with vertical division line portions that enable the storage sections to be separated into predetermined units and horizontal division line portions that intersect with the vertical division line portions, the vertical division line portions being formed with a first cutting line portion that is formed with a predetermined length from either end side so that the main body sheet can be cut, and a lid sheet attached to the main body sheet so as to close the openings of the storage sections of the main body sheet. Department and a narrow slit portion including a narrow opening extending from the other end side along the same line as the main body sheet, and the horizontal dividing line portion is composed of a blister package having a second cutting line portion formed so that the main body sheet can be cut and has an end facing the narrow slit portion.

[0008] The first cutting line of the vertical dividing line may be set at a position corresponding to the storage portion arranged on either end side in the vertical direction.

[0009] The slits and the first cutting line portions may be provided alternately in the lateral direction.

[0010] The first cutting line portion or the second cutting line portion is the cutting line Part The thickness may be gradually reduced toward the end portion.

[0011] The second cutting line may be provided in a direction inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the slit.

[0012] The vertical dividing line may be provided with an easily breakable portion at an end or middle position of the narrow slit, which locally connects the main body sheet portions on both sides of the narrow slit so that the main body sheet portions can be cut apart.

[0013] The first cut line portion or the second cut line portion may be provided with one or more gaps. Effect of the Invention

[0014] According to the blister package of the present invention, there is provided a blister package comprising a main body sheet in which a plurality of concave storage sections for storing packaged items are arranged vertically and horizontally, and a lid sheet attached to the main body sheet so as to close the openings of the storage sections of the main body sheet, the main body sheet being formed with vertical division line portions that enable the storage sections to be separated into predetermined units, and horizontal division line portions that intersect with the vertical division line portions, the vertical division line portions being formed with a first cutting line portion that is formed with a predetermined length from either end side so that the main body sheet can be cut, and a lid sheet attached to the main body sheet so as to close the openings of the storage sections of the main body sheet. Department and a narrow slit portion including a narrow opening that extends long from the other end along the same line as the first cutting line, and the horizontal dividing line portion is formed so that the main body sheet can be cut and has a second cutting line portion with its end facing the narrow slit portion. Therefore, when separating into any number of storage units, any number of units can be cut by using the narrow portion to cut only one of the first cutting line portion or the second cutting line portion. As a result, the desired number of storage units can be separated quickly and reliably with just one extremely simple manual action, and a blister package with high separating operability and practicality can be provided.

[0015] By configuring the first cutting line portion of the vertical dividing line portion to be set at a position corresponding to the storage section located on either end side in the vertical direction, even in a structure having a narrow slit, the sheet portions on both sides of the narrow slit can be connected relatively stably without impairing the ease of separation, and the strength of the entire main sheet can be maintained.

[0016] By configuring the slits and the first cutting lines to be staggered in the lateral direction, the storage sections can be reliably separated into any number of units, thereby further improving practicality.

[0017] The first cutting line portion or the second cutting line portion is the cutting line Part By configuring the end portion so that the thickness gradually decreases, the cutting operation along the cutting line can be performed more smoothly, and burrs are less likely to occur after cutting, allowing for a relatively clean cut.

[0018] By configuring the second cutting line portion to be arranged in a direction inclined relative to the longitudinal direction of the narrow slit portion, it is easier to perform the cutting operation along the second cutting line portion and it is also easier for the user to visually grasp the cutting direction, thereby further improving operability.

[0019] By configuring the vertical dividing line portion to have an easily breakable portion at the end or middle of the narrow slit, which locally connects the main sheet portions on both sides of the narrow slit so that the portions can be cut, the sheet portions on both sides of the narrow slit can be connected relatively stably and the strength of the main sheet can be maintained without substantially impairing operability even in a structure with a narrow slit. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent, for example, the narrow slits from getting pinched together when handling, transporting, storing, or managing multiple blister packages, making them difficult to handle, or to prevent the packages from accidentally being cut at a portion other than the intended cut portion during the operation of cutting off the desired number of packages.

[0020] By configuring the first cutting line portion or the second cutting line portion to have one or more gaps, the cutting operation of the cutting line portion can be performed more smoothly and the cut can be made relatively cleanly. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0022] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a blister package according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The blister package according to the present invention is a sheet-like packaging container used for packaging medicines, cosmetics, foods, miscellaneous goods, daily necessities, etc. in tablet, capsule, or any other solid, powder, liquid, jelly, or other form.

[0023] Figures 1 to 5 show a first embodiment of a blister package of the present invention. As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, a blister package 10 according to this embodiment comprises a main body sheet 14 in which a plurality of storage sections 12 are formed, and a lid sheet 16 attached to the main body sheet 14. Furthermore, the main body sheet 14 is formed with vertical division line portions 18 that enable the plurality of storage sections 12 to be separated into predetermined units, and horizontal division line portions 20 that intersect with the vertical division line portions.

[0024] In this embodiment, the blister package 10 will be described as an example applied to a PTP (Press Through Pack) packaging sheet in which the packaged item is, for example, a circular tablet of a predetermined thickness, the lid sheet 16 is formed of aluminum foil, and by pressing the storage section 12 from the outside with a finger, that part of the lid sheet 16 breaks, allowing the tablet to be removed.

[0025] The main body sheet 14 is a packaging sheet body formed by arranging a plurality of concave storage sections 12 for storing the packaged items in a vertical and horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the main body sheet 14 is made of a thin sheet material formed of a single layer or multiple layers of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, or polyethylene, and has an outer contour shape of a substantially rounded rectangle. As shown in Figs. 1, 2, and 3, the main body sheet 14 is integrally formed with the storage sections 12 by providing a substantially cylindrical or truncated cone shape recess at a predetermined position of the synthetic resin sheet so as to store the packaged items, i.e., tablets. In this embodiment, for example, one main body sheet 14 is formed with a total of 10 storage sections 12, with 2 storage sections 12 arranged vertically and 5 storage sections 12 arranged horizontally. In this embodiment, the longitudinal direction of the main body sheet 14 is the horizontal direction W, and the direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction is the vertical direction H.

[0026] The lid sheet 16 is a closing sheet material or mount attached to the main body sheet 14 so as to close the opening of the storage section 12 of the main body sheet 14. In this embodiment, the lid sheet 16 is formed of, for example, aluminum foil, and is adhered to the main body sheet 14 with the same outer contour shape as the main body sheet 14 to seal the storage section 12.

[0027] The vertical division line portions 18 and the horizontal division line portions 20 are sheet dividing means for dividing the main body sheet 14 into units of a predetermined number of storage sections 12. In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3, the vertical division line portions 18 are formed linearly along the vertical direction H, and four vertical division line portions 18 are formed at predetermined intervals from each other corresponding to the intermediate positions between the storage sections 12 arranged in the horizontal direction W. Each vertical division line portion 18 has a first cutting line portion 22 and a narrow slit portion 24 formed on the same line as the first cutting line portion 22.

[0028] The first cutting line portion 22 is formed so that it can be easily cut by forming the main body sheet 14 to be thinner than other parts. The first cutting line portion 22 is formed, for example, at a predetermined length from the end side in correspondence with the position of one of the end side storage portions 12 of two storage portions 12 arranged vertically. Furthermore, the first cutting line portion 22 is formed in correspondence with the upper storage portion 12 and the lower storage portion 12 alternately in the horizontal direction W. Note that the first cutting line portion 22 is not limited to the above-mentioned form, and may be formed, for example, by forming a cut along the longitudinal direction or by forming a perforation or the like. In addition, the first cutting line portion 22 may be formed to have both ends sharply in a substantially triangular or tapered shape in a shape cross-sectionally taken along the longitudinal direction, as in the second cutting line portion 28 described later. That is, the first cutting line portion 22 may be formed so that the thickness of the first cutting line portion 22 gradually decreases on both end sides of the first cutting line portion 22, as in FIG. 4.

[0029] As shown in FIG. 1, the narrow slit 24 includes a narrow slit-shaped opening extending in the vertical direction. The narrow slit 24 is provided with a length corresponding to the storage section 12 on the other end side from the first cutting line 22. The narrow slit 24 is provided long from the other end side from the end where the first cutting line 22 is formed toward the end side of the first cutting line 22. Thus, the narrow slit 24 is formed alternately in correspondence with the lower storage section 12 and the upper storage section 12 in the horizontal direction W so as to be in the opposite position to the first cutting line 22. That is, the narrow slit 24 and the first cutting line 22 are provided alternately in the horizontal direction W.

[0030] An easily breakable portion 26 is provided on the outer end side of the narrow slit 24 of the main sheet 14, which is formed so as to be cut more easily than other portions while locally connecting the sheet portions on both lateral sides of the narrow slit 24. The easily breakable portion 26 is formed, for example, so as to gradually narrow the gap width of the narrow slit 24 and ultimately connect both sides of the gap.

[0031] Furthermore, at the vertical dividing line portion 18, the main body sheet 14 is cut out in a radius shape at both ends of the first cutting line portion 22. The end of the narrow slit portion 24 on the first cutting line portion 22 side is also cut out in a radius shape in the main body sheet 14. In addition, the main body sheet 14 on the outer side of the easily breakable portion 26 is cut out in a radius shape. This makes it easy to grasp the position of the vertical dividing line portion 18 and to perform the cutting operation. At the same time, since the radius shape is chamfered even after cutting, the user is less likely to get injured, and the product can be used and carried safely.

[0032] The horizontal division line portion 20 has a second cutting line portion 28 formed long in the horizontal direction so that the main body sheet 14 can be cut. The second cutting line portion 28 is formed to intersect with the vertical division line portion 18, and the end of the cutting line portion is formed to face the end of the narrow slit portion 24. In this embodiment, the second cutting line portion 28 is formed with a predetermined length corresponding to the position of each of the five storage portions 12 arranged in the horizontal direction W, and the five are arranged in the horizontal direction with the narrow slit portion 24 between them. The second cutting line portion 28 is formed so that it can be easily cut by forming the main body sheet 14 to be thinner than other parts. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, the second cutting line portion 28 is formed so that the thickness gradually decreases toward both end portions 28a of the second cutting line portion 28. That is, in a shape of a vertical section of the second cutting line portion 28 along its longitudinal direction, both end portions 28a are formed in a substantially triangular or tapered pointed shape. This allows the second cutting line portion 28 to be smoothly cut off from the end portion (28a) and is relatively neatly formed after cutting. The second cutting line portion 28 is not limited to the above-mentioned form, and may be formed, for example, by forming a cut along the longitudinal direction or by perforations. The second cutting line portion 28 (first cutting line portion 22) may be shaped as shown in FIG. 6. For example, as shown in FIG. 6(a), the second cutting line portion 28 may have the same thickness along the longitudinal direction. For example, as shown in FIG. 6(b), the second cutting line portion 28 may have one (or a plurality of) gaps 30 at the intermediate position in the longitudinal direction. For example, as shown in FIG. 6(c), the second cutting line portion 28 may have one (or a plurality of) gaps 30 at the intermediate position and may be gradually thinner at both end portions 28a to be formed into a triangular or tapered shape. Like the second cutting line portion 28, the first cutting line portion 22 may be formed in a shape as shown in FIG.

[0033] In this embodiment, the second cutting line portion 28 is formed so as to be inclined at an obtuse angle θ with respect to the longitudinal direction of the narrow slit portion 24. Therefore, the adjacent second cutting line portions 28 corresponding to the storage portions 12 adjacent in the horizontal direction are arranged in line symmetry with respect to the narrow slit portion 24 so as to alternately repeat upward and downward inclinations in a mountain-valley shape. Furthermore, the main body sheet 14 is cut out in a radius shape at both end sides of the second cutting line portion 28. Therefore, it is easy to grasp the position of the horizontal dividing line portion 20 and to perform the separation operation. At the same time, since it is chamfered in a radius shape even after separation, the user is less likely to be injured, and it can be used and carried safely.

[0034] A case will be described where the blister package 10 according to this embodiment is cut into units of a predetermined number of storage sections 12. For example, when cutting out one (or nine) storage sections 12, <0> - <1> By using one slit 24 and one second cutting line 28, which are on a line, and tearing them apart, as shown in the lower diagram of FIG. 5, it is possible to easily separate only one storage section 12 as a unit. Note that it is also possible to easily separate the storage section 12 by a cutting operation of folding and stretching the second cutting line 28. Similarly, when separating two (or eight) storage sections 12 as a unit, as shown in the upper diagram of FIG. <0> - <2> The separation can be easily achieved by using one slit 24 and one first cutting line 22 formed in a straight line. When separating three (or seven) storage sections 12 as a unit, the separation can be achieved by using the slit 24 and first cutting line 22 formed in a straight line. <0> - <3> - <5> The two narrow slits 24 on the line and one second cutting line 28 with both ends facing the narrow slits 24 can be easily separated. In addition, when separating four (or six) storage units, the <4> - <5> The container can be easily separated by tearing it apart using one slit 24 and one first cutting line 22 formed in a straight line. When separating five containers 12 as a unit, the container can be easily separated by tearing it apart using the slit 24 and first cutting line 22 formed in a straight line. <5> - <6> - <7> The two slits 24 on the line and one second cutting line 28 having both ends facing the slits 24 can be used to easily separate the two pieces.

[0035] In this way, when separating the containers 12 in units of any number, it is only necessary to separate only one of the first cutting line portion 22 or the second cutting line portion 28 while using one or two narrow slits 24. Since the vertical dividing line portion 18 is structured to be divided at the narrow slit portion 24, the cutting operation of the first cutting line portion 22 or the second cutting line portion 28 can be performed simply and accurately. As a result, a predetermined number of containers 12 can be separated in units by one manual action simply, quickly and accurately. As described above, the blister package 10 of this embodiment can provide a blister package with significantly improved cutting operability and high practicality compared to the conventional blister package 100 shown in FIG. 20 described above, which has a structure in which cutting lines are simply formed intersecting vertically and horizontally.

[0036] Next, the second to fourteenth embodiments of the blister package of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 7 to 19. In each embodiment, the same members as those in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and detailed description will be omitted. Basically, each of the second to fourteenth embodiments is similar to the first embodiment in that it includes a main body sheet 14 in which a plurality of storage sections 12 are arranged and formed, and a lid sheet 16, and the main body sheet 14 is formed with a vertical division line portion 18 and a horizontal division line portion 20. Furthermore, the vertical division line portion 18 has a first cutting line portion 22 and a narrow slit portion 24, and the horizontal division line portion 20 has a second cutting line portion 28 whose end portion faces the narrow slit portion 24. Therefore, each embodiment can achieve the same effect as the above embodiment, such as being able to easily and quickly separate into a unit of a predetermined number of storage sections with one operation.

[0037] As shown in Fig. 7, the blister package 10-2 according to the second embodiment has a configuration similar to that of the first embodiment, but the shape of the second cutting line 28 is slightly different. In this embodiment, the second cutting line 28 is formed to a length corresponding to each storage section 12, and a small oval or dot-shaped gap 30 is provided at the middle position so as to divide the second cutting line 28 in the longitudinal direction at the middle position. Therefore, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the second cutting line 28 is as shown in Fig. 6(c). This embodiment can also achieve the same effects as the above embodiment, such as being able to easily and quickly separate into a predetermined number of storage sections with one operation.

[0038] 8, a blister package 10-3 according to the third embodiment has a configuration substantially similar to that of the first embodiment, but is slightly different in the shape of the second cutting line portion 28. In this embodiment, the second cutting line portion 28 is set in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slit portion 24.

[0039] 9, a blister package 10-4 according to the fourth embodiment has a configuration substantially similar to that of the first embodiment, but has a slightly different shape in the vertical dividing line portion 18. In this embodiment, the easy-to-break portion 26 is formed in the middle position in the longitudinal direction of the narrow slit portion 24, and is formed as two portions: a first narrow opening 32 that communicates with the outer end side of the narrow opening, and a second narrow opening 33 that is connected to the first cutting line portion 22 and the second cutting line portion 28.

[0040] 10, a blister package 10-5 according to the fifth embodiment has a configuration substantially similar to that of the fourth embodiment, but is slightly different in the shape of the second cutting line portion 28.
