Description

[Technical field]

[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201810535274.9, filed with the China Patent Office on May 29, 2018, and entitled “MOTOR ROTOR DEVICE AND MOTOR”, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] The present application relates to the field of electromechanical devices, and in particular to motor rotor devices and motors. [Background technology]

[0003] As the number of vehicles increases year by year, more oil is consumed and environmental protection becomes more and more urgent. This forces the vehicle industry to develop with the concept of energy saving and environmental protection, and thus electric vehicles emerge. Electric vehicles, which are becoming more and more popular, usually use permanent magnet synchronous motors with high power density. A permanent magnet synchronous motor is actually an alternating current motor. A permanent magnet is installed on the rotor of the motor to generate a permanent rotating magnetic field. A three-phase alternating current with a phase difference of 120 degrees is supplied to the motor stator to generate a rotating magnetic field. The stator magnetic field interacts with the rotor magnetic field to drive the permanent magnet motor to rotate.

[0004] To increase the power density and torque density of the motor, the permanent magnet torque or magnetic reluctance torque may be increased. The magnetic reluctance torque is directly related to the magnetic circuits of the stator and rotor of the motor. The salience of the motor can be increased by increasing the number of air regions in the rotor, which increases the magnetic reluctance torque.

[0005] Increasing the number of air regions in the rotor increases the content of magnetic reluctance torque, but it also creates magnetic bridges between the air regions or between the air regions and the outer circumferential surface of the rotor. As a result, the centrifugal force generated by the motor rotor rotating at high speed acts on the magnetic bridges, making the magnetic bridges in the rotor core more susceptible to stress damage, reducing the robustness of the rotor and reducing the maximum speed of the motor, limiting it from reaching a relatively high speed. This is why the maximum speed of an electric vehicle is much smaller than that of a fuel vehicle. Summary of the Invention

[0006] The present application provides a motor rotor device and a motor, which can effectively absorb the centrifugal force generated when the rotor rotates at high speed, thereby dispersing the stress generated by the centrifugal force to the magnetic bridge, ensuring the robustness of the rotor rotating at high speed, and increasing the maximum speed of the motor to a certain extent.

[0007] A first aspect of the present application provides a motor rotor device, the motor rotor device including a rotor core and a coupling element. The coupling element is embedded in the rotor core, and is made of a non-magnetic high-hardness material such as an aluminum material or a ceramic material. The coupling element made of the non-magnetic material does not affect the distribution of the magnetic field.

[0008] The rotor core is provided with a first air sub-groove, the first air sub-groove including a first tooth and a first slot, the shape of the first tooth and the shape of the first slot are edge shapes of the first air sub-groove, the coupling element and the first air sub-groove have the same shape correspondingly, and the coupling element includes a second tooth and a second slot.

[0009] The first tooth of the first air sub-groove engages with the second tooth of the coupling element and the first slot of the first air sub-groove engages with the second slot of the coupling element.

[0010] In the present application, the protrusion rate can be increased by using the air groove in the rotor core, so that the content of magnetic reluctance torque can be increased, the amount of permanent magnets used can be reduced, the amount of rare earth resources used can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the motor can be reduced. In the present application, a coupling element formed of a non-magnetic high hardness material is engaged with the air sub-groove of the rotor core. That is, the coupling element is engaged with the first air sub-groove with teeth and slots to form a bearing structure. The bearing structure can effectively absorb the centrifugal force generated when the rotor rotates at high speed. This significantly reduces the stress on the magnetic bridge of the rotor, ensures the robustness of the rotor rotating at high speed, and increases the motor speed as much as possible.

[0011] With reference to the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, in a first implementation of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the rotor core is further provided with a second air sub-groove. The second air sub-groove and the first air sub-groove are connected from head to tail to form a first air groove; the first air sub-groove and the second air sub-groove are connected, and the second air sub-groove is configured to accommodate a permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is also called a hard magnet, which is not prone to being magnetized or demagnetized by other objects. In addition, the polarity of the permanent magnet does not change, and the permanent magnet has relatively stable characteristics.

[0012] The second air sub-groove in the present application is configured to accommodate a permanent magnet that generates a permanent magnetic field. The permanent magnet can generate a permanent magnetic field, which is attracted by the rotating magnetic field on the stator, so that the permanent magnetic field rotates with the rotating magnetic field and drives the rotor to rotate. However, the coupling element made of a non-magnetic material and compatible with the first air sub-groove does not affect the magnetic field distribution of the permanent magnet.

[0013] With reference to the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application or the first implementation of the first aspect, in a second implementation of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the rotor core is further provided with a second air groove, and the second air groove is configured to accommodate a permanent magnet.

[0014] In the present application, by arranging multiple air grooves, the d-axis magnetic circuit and the q-axis magnetic circuit of the motor can be changed, so that the protrusion rate of the motor can be increased, the content of magnetic reluctance torque can be increased, and the amount of permanent magnets used can be reduced.

[0015] With reference to any of the first aspect to the second implementation of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, in a third implementation of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the first bearing structure includes a first air groove and a second air groove, and may further include other similar air grooves, and the rotor core includes a plurality of the first bearing structures, and the plurality of bearing structures form a complete rotor core. The tooth slot structure of the first air sub-groove and the air grooves configured to reduce the content of magnetic reluctance are uniformly distributed in the rotor core.

[0016] In the present application, multiple bearing structures distributed on the rotor core can significantly distribute the forces generated by the rotor rotating at high speeds and originally acting on the magnetic bridge.

[0017] With reference to any of the first to third implementations of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, in a fourth implementation of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the first air sub-groove further includes a plurality of first teeth and a plurality of first slots, the plurality of first teeth and the plurality of first slots being alternately arranged, and the coupling element further includes a plurality of second teeth and a plurality of second slots, the plurality of second teeth and the plurality of second slots being alternately arranged.

[0018] In the present application, the coupling element is connected to the air groove by matching multiple teeth with multiple slots. Such a structure solves the problem of ensuring the robustness of the rotor rotating at high speed by sacrificing magnetic reluctance torque and using more permanent magnets in a conventional permanent magnet motor, so that the amount of permanent magnets used can be reduced and the robustness of the rotor rotating at high speed can be ensured while ensuring efficiency and power density.

[0019] With reference to any of the first to fourth implementations of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, in a fifth implementation of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the first tooth and the first slot may be rectangular or triangular in shape.

[0020] In this application, the shapes of teeth and slots can be flexibly selected based on different application scenarios or process requirements, which shows the flexibility and practicality of the solution.

[0021] With reference to any of the first to fifth implementations of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, in the sixth implementation of the first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, a first magnetic bridge is formed between the first air groove and the second air groove, a second magnetic bridge is formed between the first air groove and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core, and a third magnetic bridge is formed between the second air groove and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core. The magnetic bridge is a part of the rotor core and is easily damaged by the stress generated by the rotor rotating at high speed. In the present application, a tooth slot structure is used, which can absorb the stress originally acting on the magnetic bridge. The speed of the motor is not limited for robustness, and the speed of the motor can be increased to a certain extent.

[0022] A motor in an embodiment of the present application includes a motor rotor device according to any one of the first aspect to the sixth implementation of the first aspect.

[0023] From the above technical solutions, it can be seen that the present application has the following advantages:

[0024] The present application provides a motor rotor device. The motor rotor device includes a rotor core and a coupling element. The coupling element is disposed on the rotor core. The rotor core is provided with a first air groove, the first air groove includes a first air sub-groove, and the first air sub-groove includes a first tooth and a first slot. The coupling element includes a second tooth and a second slot. The first tooth is engaged with the second slot, and the first slot is engaged with the second tooth. By using the above-mentioned structure, the coupling element engages with the first air sub-groove of the rotor core to form a bearing surface, so as to effectively absorb the centrifugal force generated by the rotor rotating at high speed and disperse the stress generated by the centrifugal force to the magnetic bridge. This can ensure the robustness of the rotor rotating at high speed and increase the maximum speed of the motor to a certain extent. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0037] The present application provides a motor rotor device, in which a coupling element is engaged with a first air sub-groove of a rotor core to form a bearing surface, which can effectively absorb the centrifugal force generated by the rotor rotating at high speed, and the centrifugal force acting on the magnetic bridge is dispersed, which can ensure the robustness of the rotor rotating at high speed and increase the maximum speed of the motor to a certain extent.

[0038] Electric vehicles, which are becoming more and more popular, conform to the concept of energy saving and environmental protection in modern society. Therefore, improving the performance of electric vehicles becomes a main problem to be solved. Figure 1 is a simplified schematic diagram of a motor-driven vehicle. A permanent magnet synchronous motor can serve as the main driving motor of an electric vehicle, generating the driving torque of the electric vehicle to provide a power source. The motor is driven by a motor controller unit (MCU) to output driving force, and the motor controller unit uses active operation of an integrated circuit to control the motor to operate based on a specific direction, speed, angle, and response time. The motor is connected to a reducer using a mechanical structure, and outputs driving force to the wheels to drive the electric vehicle using the reducer.

[0039] 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a typical motor. It can be seen that the active part of the motor may include a rotor core 201, a permanent magnet 202, a stator core 203, and a stator coil 204. The stator coil 204 is installed in the slot of the stator core 203, and the stator coil 204 and the stator core 203 form a stator. A three-phase current is input into the stator coil 204 to generate a rotating magnetic field.

[0040] The permanent magnet 202 is installed on the rotor core 201, and the permanent magnet 202 and the rotor core 201 form a rotor. The permanent magnet 202 can generate a permanent magnetic field, which is attracted by the rotating magnetic field on the stator, so that the permanent magnetic field rotates together with the rotating magnetic field, and the permanent magnetic field drives the rotor to rotate. The rotation frequency of the permanent magnetic field is the same as the rotation frequency of the stator magnetic field.

[0041] Torque refers to the moment of force that rotates a machine element and is measured in newton meters. The machine element undergoes a certain degree of torsional deformation under the action of torque, therefore, it is sometimes also called torque. Torque is the basic load form of various mechanical drive shafts and is closely related to the working capacity, energy consumption, efficiency, operating life, and safety performance of power machines. The torque equation for a permanent magnet synchronous motor is: Te =3 / 2p[φ pm i qs -(L qs -L ds )i qs i ds ]

[0042] In controlling a permanent magnet synchronous motor, in order to obtain similar control characteristics to a direct current motor, a coordinate system may be optionally provided on the motor rotor, and the coordinate system rotates synchronously with the rotor. Figure 2 is used to explain the meaning of the parameters in the torque equation. As shown in the figure, the d-axis represents the center line of the permanent magnet, the q-axis represents the center lines of the two adjacent permanent magnets, i represents the current, L represents the inductance, and Φ pm i qs represents the permanent magnet torque content, and Φ pm represents the permanent magnet magnetic linkage of the motor rotor, (L q -L d )i qs i ds represents the magnetic reluctance torque content. The torque of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is the permanent magnet torque Φ pm i qs and magnetic reluctance torque (L q -L d )i qs i ds The torque equation shows that it contains two parts:

[0043] The way to increase the permanent magnet torque is to use more permanent magnets. In a certain range, the higher the utilization rate of the permanent magnets or the higher the properties of the permanent magnets, the better the performance of the motor. However, as a result, more rare earth resources are used, which will damage the environment and greatly increase the cost of the motor. Therefore, it is unrealistic to increase the permanent magnet torque by using more permanent magnets. However, the overall torque can be increased by increasing the content of the magnetic reluctance torque.

[0044] The content of magnetic reluctance torque can be increased by using the design of the magnetic circuit of the motor stator and the design of the magnetic circuit of the motor rotor. The key to the design is L q and L d The first step is to increase the difference between the rotor and the rotor diameter, i.e., to increase the motor's protruding ratio. This can be implemented by adding air space to the rotor. However, adding air space to the rotor usually reduces the robustness of the motor rotor, which rotates at high speeds, and the maximum speed of the motor rotor is not high. As a result, the maximum speed of the electric vehicle is much smaller than that of the fuel vehicle.

[0045] To address the disadvantage of relatively low robustness of rotors rotating at high speeds, an embodiment of the present application provides a motor rotor apparatus, which includes a rotor core and a coupling element, the coupling element being disposed on the rotor core, the coupling element being configured to engage with an air groove of the rotor core.

[0046] The embodiment of the present application provides a bearing structure in which an air groove engages with a tooth-slot-shaped coupling element. The bearing structure is located in a rotor core of a motor. FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a rotor core including a bearing structure in the embodiment of the present application. A first air groove 30a is provided in the rotor core 201. The first air groove 30a includes a first air sub-groove 301a, which includes a first tooth 3011a and a first slot 3011b. The first tooth 3011a is a hollow portion, and the first slot 3011b is a solid portion of the rotor core. The shape of the first tooth 3011a is the same as the shape of the first slot 3011b, and the first tooth 3011a is adjacent to the first slot 3011b to form a T-shaped sawtooth.

[0047] The first air sub-groove 301a is configured to accommodate the coupling element. The coupling element is a non-magnetic high mechanical strength material. A schematic structural diagram of the coupling element is shown in FIG. 4. The coupling element 401 and the first air sub-groove 301a have the same shape. The coupling element 401 engages with the first air sub-groove 301a to form a bearing structure and disperse the centrifugal force generated when the rotor rotates at high speed.

[0048] Specifically, the coupling element 401 includes a second tooth 4011a and a second slot 4011b. The second tooth 4011a is a solid portion, and the second slot 4011b is a hollow portion. The second tooth 4011a of the coupling element 401 and the first tooth 3011a of the first air sub-groove 301a have the same shape. The second tooth 4011a of the coupling element 401 fills the hollow portion of the first tooth 3011a of the first air sub-groove 301a. The second slot 4011b of the coupling element 401 and the first slot 3011b of the first air sub-groove 301a have the same shape. The hollow portion of the second slot 4011b of the coupling element 401 is configured to receive the solid portion of the first slot 3011b of the first air sub-groove 301a, and the second slot 4011b and the first slot 3011b engage with each other.

[0049] The rotor core 201 is further provided with a second sub-air groove 302a. The second sub-air groove 302a is configured to accommodate a permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is configured to generate a rotor magnetic field in the motor and generate a permanent magnet torque by interacting with the stator magnetic field. The permanent magnet is typically made from rare earth resources. For example, permanent magnet motors typically use neodymium iron boron permanent magnets to generate the magnetic field.

[0050] The shape and size of the second air sub-groove 302a may be determined based on the shape and size of the permanent magnet. For example, if the permanent magnet is bar-shaped, the second air sub-groove 302a is rectangular or other shape that can accommodate the bar shape of the permanent magnet.

[0051] In this embodiment of the present application, the air groove is arranged to increase the magnetic reluctance torque content of the motor. Therefore, when the total torque content is constant, the permanent magnet torque component can be appropriately reduced, that is, the amount of permanent magnets used can be reduced. In addition, the structure in which the first air sub-groove 301a and the coupling element 401 are engaged with each other can be used to disperse the centrifugal force generated by the rotor rotating at a high speed, so as to improve the robustness of the rotor and ensure that the rotor can rotate at a certain high speed.

[0052] Optionally, in another embodiment of the motor rotor device provided in the embodiment of the present application based on the above embodiment, the above motor rotor device further includes a second air groove 303a. As shown in FIG. 5, the second air groove 303a is located above the first air groove and is sandwiched between the first air groove 30a and the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core 201. The second air groove 303a and the first air groove 30a are arranged along the radial direction of the rotor. The second air groove 303a accommodates at least one permanent magnet.

[0053] The motor rotor device may further include several air regions, for example, air region 304a and air region 305a. Air is filled in the air regions to change the d-axis magnetic circuit and the q-axis magnetic circuit of the motor, increase the salience of the motor, increase the content of magnetic reluctance torque, and reduce the use of permanent magnets.

[0054] The first air groove 30a (including the first sub-air groove 301a and the second sub-air groove 302a), the second air groove 303a, the air region 304, and the air region 305 of the motor rotor form a first bearing structure. The first bearing structure is part of the three-dimensional structure of the rotor core. When viewed in cross section, the first bearing structure is part of a sector on an end face of the rotor core.

[0055] In this embodiment of the present application, the topology structure with double-layer air grooves can greatly increase the protrusion rate of the motor, thereby increasing the content of magnetic reluctance torque. Thus, when the motor's power and torque are the same as those of a conventional permanent magnet synchronous motor, the permanent magnet can be reduced by about 80%.

[0056] Based on the above embodiment, in another embodiment of the motor rotor device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the above motor rotor device includes a plurality of first bearing structures, and all the bearing structures have the same size and the same shape. As shown in FIG. 6, two bearing structures are used as an example for explanation. The motor rotor device includes a first bearing structure 10 and a second bearing structure 20. The first bearing structure 10 includes a first air groove 30a (including a first air sub-groove 301a and a second air sub-groove 302a), a second air groove 303a, an air region 304a, and an air region 305a. Correspondingly, the second bearing structure 20 includes a third air groove 30b (including a third air sub-groove 301b and a fourth air sub-groove 302b), a fourth air groove 303b, an air region 304b, and an air region 305b.

[0057] The second bearing structure 20 is disposed symmetrically with respect to the first bearing structure 10 using the radial direction as the center. Specifically, the first air groove 30a is disposed symmetrically with the third air groove 30b, the second air groove 303a is disposed symmetrically with the fourth air groove 303b, the air region 304a is disposed symmetrically with the air region 304b, and the air region 305a is also disposed symmetrically with the air region 305b.

[0058] Based on the embodiment of Fig. 6, in another embodiment of the motor rotor device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first air sub-groove further includes a plurality of first teeth and a plurality of first slots. Specifically, in the motor rotor device shown in Fig. 7, the plurality of first teeth 3011a and the plurality of first slots 3011b are alternately arranged to form a sawtooth shape.

[0059] More specifically, Fig. 8 is an enlarged schematic view of the first air sub-groove 301a of Fig. 7. The first air sub-groove 301a includes a first tooth 3011a and teeth 3012a, 3013a, and 3014a similar to the first tooth. The first air sub-groove 301a further includes a first slot 3011b and slots 3012b, 3013b, and 3014b similar to the first slot.

[0060] A portion between two adjacent teeth is a slot, and a portion between two adjacent slots is a tooth. Specifically, for example, a portion between tooth 3011a and tooth 3012a is a slot 3011b, and a portion between slot 3011b and slot 3012b is a tooth 3012a.

[0061] The first tooth is a hollow portion configured to receive a solid portion of a second tooth of the coupling element. The first slot is a solid portion of the rotor core, the solid portion configured to fill the hollow portion of the second slot of the coupling element.

[0062] The first air sub-groove, in which a plurality of teeth and a plurality of slots are alternately arranged, corresponds to a coupling element having the same shape as the first air sub-groove. The coupling element 401 further includes a plurality of second teeth 4011a and a plurality of second slots 4011b. FIG. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the coupling element. The coupling element includes a plurality of second teeth 4011a and a plurality of second slots 4011b. Specifically, the coupling element includes a second tooth 4011a and teeth 4012a, 4013a, and 4014a similar to the second teeth, and includes a second slot 4011b and slots 4012b, 4013b, and 4014b similar to the second slots.

[0063] Also, the second teeth 4011a are alternately arranged with the second slots 4011b to form a sawtooth shape. That is, the portion between two adjacent teeth of the coupling element is a slot, and the portion between two adjacent slots is a tooth. Specifically, for example, the portion between the tooth 4011a and the tooth 4012a is the slot 4011b, and the portion between the slot 4011b and the slot 4012b is the tooth 4012a.

[0064] The second tooth 4011a is a solid part, and the solid part is configured to fill the first tooth 3011a of the first air sub-groove 301a. The second slot 4011b is a hollow part, and the hollow part is configured to accommodate the solid part of the first slot 3011b of the first air sub-groove 301a. The first tooth 3011a of the first air sub-groove 301a engages with the second tooth 4011a of the coupling element, and the first slot 3011b of the first air sub-groove engages with the second slot 4011b of the coupling element. The other teeth and other slots engage with each other in the same manner. Multiple groups of teeth and slots form a force-receiving surface to disperse the centrifugal force generated by the rotor rotating at high speed.

[0065] FIG. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of the magnetic bridge of the rotor core. As shown in the figure, the core part between the second air sub-groove 302a and the fourth air sub-groove 302b is a magnetic bridge, the core part between the second air groove 303a and the fourth air groove 303b is a magnetic bridge, and the core parts between the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core and the first air sub-groove 301a, the second air groove 303a, the third air sub-groove 301b, and the third air groove 303b are also magnetic bridges. The arrows indicated by 1 in the figure represent a schematic diagram of the centrifugal force generated on the magnetic bridge by the rotor rotating at high speed. The arrows on the first air sub-groove 301a and the third air sub-groove 301b represent that the bearing surface formed by engaging the teeth with the slots can absorb the centrifugal force generated by the rotor.

[0066] A large number of experiments have proven that such a tooth slot structure can effectively absorb the centrifugal force that needs to act on the magnetic bridge. Experimental data shows that when the motor rotates at a speed of 16800 rpm, the stress acting on the magnetic bridge between the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core and each of the first air sub-groove 301a, the second air groove 303a, the third air sub-groove 301b of the second air groove 30b, and the third air groove 303b is only 340 Mpa, and the stress acting on the magnetic bridge between the second air sub-groove 302a and the third air sub-groove 301b is only 370 Mpa, which is smaller than the stress of the general silicon steel plate.

[0067] In this embodiment of the present application, the multiple tooth slot structure significantly reduces the stress acting on the magnetic bridge, thereby ensuring the robustness of the rotor rotating at high speeds and increasing the maximum speed of the motor.

[0068] Optionally, in the motor rotor device provided in another embodiment of the present application based on the embodiment corresponding to FIG. 7, the first tooth and the first slot may be rectangular or triangular in shape. A rectangular tooth slot structure is shown in FIG. 11. The ends of the first air sub-groove and the fourth air sub-groove are rectangular tooth slot structures. Correspondingly, the coupling element is also a tooth slot structure. Similarly, a triangular tooth slot structure is shown in FIG. 12, and the coupling element is also a triangular tooth slot structure.

[0069] In the present embodiment, regardless of the T-shaped tooth slot structure, rectangular tooth slot structure, or triangular tooth slot structure, the centrifugal force acting on the magnetic bridge by the rotor rotating at high speed can be effectively absorbed. The multiple tooth slot structure represents the flexibility and practicality of this solution.

[0070] All or some of the above-described embodiments may be implemented using software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implementing the embodiments using software, all or some of the embodiments may be implemented in the form of a computer program product.
