[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2008-208671 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In order to improve the design of roof structures, there is a demand for structures that do not use furring strips. When furring strips are not used, the structure that supports the panel material is reduced, and the panel material may bend downward due to loads such as snow accumulation.
[0005] The present disclosure aims to provide a roof body that can suppress downward bending of a panel material while improving design. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The present disclosure relates to a roof body comprising a front material extending in a predetermined direction, a rear material extending parallel to the front material, a plurality of rafters extending across the front material and the rear material and arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction of the front material and the rear material, a plurality of panel materials attached between adjacent rafters and arranged in a row in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rafters, and fixing members that restrict movement of the panel materials. [0008] A roof structure including a roof body 2 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, an example in which the roof structure is applied to a terrace 1 will be described. Note that in this embodiment, an example in which the roof structure is applied to a terrace 1 will be described, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the roof structure may be applied to structures other than a terrace, such as a carport, a bicycle parking area, a shelter, a rest area, a bus stop, etc.
[0009] In the description of this embodiment, the wall 10a side of the building 10 in the terrace 1 is referred to as the rear side, and the pillar 11 side opposite the wall 10a of the building 10 is referred to as the front side. The direction in which the rafter hanger 3 and the front frame 4 extend is referred to as the left-right direction.
[0010] As shown in Fig. 1, the terrace 1 of this embodiment comprises a roof body 2 and two supports 11. The rear side of the roof body 2 is connected to the wall 10a of the building 10, and the front end of the roof body 2 is supported by the two supports 11. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the roof body 2 comprises a rafter hanger 3 (rear member) fixed to the wall 10a of the building 10, a front frame 4 (front member) arranged at a distance from the rafter hanger 3 on the side opposite the wall 10a of the building 10, a plurality of rafters 5 arranged extending between the rafter hanger 3 and the front frame 4, and a plurality of panel members 6 attached between adjacent rafters 5 and arranged side by side in the left-right direction.
[0011] The rafter hanger 3 extends horizontally in the left-right direction along the wall surface of the wall portion 10a of the building 10 at a predetermined height position of the wall portion 10a of the building 10. The rafter hanger 3 is fixed to the wall surface of the wall portion 10a of the building 10. The rear ends of multiple rafters 5 are connected to the rafter hanger 3.
[0012] The front frame 4 is disposed at a distance from the rafter hanger 3 on the opposite side to the wall 10a of the building 10. The front frame 4 extends horizontally parallel to the rafter hanger 3 at a position lower than the height of the rafter hanger 3. Support columns 11 are connected to the lower portions of both ends of the front frame 4 in the longitudinal direction, and the front frame 4 is supported by the support columns 11.
[0013] 2 and 3, the multiple rafters 5 extend from the rafter hanger 3 to the front frame 4 and are arranged side by side in the left-right direction of the extension of the rafter hanger 3 and the front frame 4. As shown in FIG. 1, the multiple rafters 5 each extend linearly with a downward slope from the rafter hanger 3 to the front frame 4.
[0014] 2 and 3, the multiple rafters 5 include two end rafters 51 arranged at both left-right ends of the roof body 2, and multiple intermediate rafters 52 (rafters) arranged side by side in the left-right direction between the two end rafters 51. The end rafters 51 clamp and fix the end of the panel material 6 in the up-down direction on one left-right side of the end rafters 51 (the inside of the left-right direction of the roof body 2). The intermediate rafters 52 clamp and fix the end of the panel material 6 in the up-down direction on both left-right sides of the intermediate rafters 52.
[0015] As shown in Fig. 3, the end rafter 51 has an end rafter body 511 and an end cover member 513. The end rafter body 511 is disposed on the lower side of the end rafter 51, and extends at a downward incline from the rafter hanger 3 toward the front frame 4 as shown in Fig. 1.
[0016] As shown in Figure 4, the end rafter body 511 has a hollow end hollow portion 511a, a screw fixing groove portion 511b formed on the outer side in the left-right direction of the upper surface of the end hollow portion 511a, an end body side gasket fitting portion 511d formed at the inner end in the left-right direction of the upper surface of the end hollow portion 511a, and a gutter forming portion 511h formed between the screw fixing groove portion 511b and the end body side gasket fitting portion 511d in the left-right direction of the upper surface of the end hollow portion 511a.
[0017] The screw fixing groove 511b is formed by a pair of opposing rising walls 511c having a width that allows the shaft 531a of the cover fixing screw 531 to be screwed in and fixed. When fixing the end cover member 513 to the end rafter body 511, the shaft 531a of the cover fixing screw 531 that penetrates the end cover member 513 is screwed into the screw fixing groove 511b.
[0018] The gutter forming portion 511h is formed by a downwardly inclined portion 511i extending inwardly from the lower portion of the screw fixing groove portion 511b, and a horizontal portion 511j extending horizontally inwardly from the lower end of the downwardly inclined portion 511i. The gutter forming portion 511h drains water that has entered the inside of the end rafter 51 toward the front frame 4 side.
[0019] The end body side packing fitting portion 511d is formed at the inner end portion in the left-right direction of the end rafter 51. The end body side packing fitting portion 511d is formed in a groove shape, is formed to open upward on the upper surface of the end hollow portion 511a, and extends in the front-rear direction (the longitudinal direction of the end rafter 51). The end body side packing fitting portion 511d is formed in a substantially C-shaped groove shape that opens upward. The end body side packing 512 is disposed in the end body side packing fitting portion 511d.
[0020] The end body side packing fitting portion 511d is composed of a pair of L-shaped fitting pieces 511e. The pair of fitting pieces 511e are arranged opposite each other in the left-right direction and have a pair of rising protrusions 511f rising from the upper surface of the end hollow portion 511a and a pair of fitting protrusions 511g formed at the upper ends of the pair of rising protrusions 511f. The pair of fitting protrusions 511g protrude toward each other in a direction to close the groove-shaped opening of the end body side packing fitting portion 511d.
[0021] The end body side gasket 512 has an attachment portion 512a arranged between a pair of rising protrusions 511f of the end body side gasket fitting portion 511d, a narrowed portion 512b arranged between the pair of fitting protrusions 511g and extending upward from the attachment portion 512a, and a deformed pressing portion 512c connected to the upper end of the narrowed portion 512b and arranged between the upper surface of the pair of fitting protrusions 511g and the lower surface of the panel material 6.
[0022] The end cover member 513 is disposed on the upper part of the end rafter body 511. The end cover member 513 is fixed to the end rafter body 511 by a cover fixing screw 531 that penetrates the end rafter 51 in the vertical direction near the outer side in the left-right direction and is screwed into the screw fixing groove portion 511b of the end rafter body 511. As shown in Fig. 2, a plurality of cover fixing screws 531 are arranged in a line at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the end rafter 51. The end cover member 513 is fixed to the end rafter 51 in the longitudinal direction by a plurality of cover fixing screws 531 at predetermined intervals.
[0023] 4, the end cover member 513 has an end cover member upper plate 513a formed in a flat shape, and an end cover side packing fitting portion 513b formed at the lower part of the inner end in the left-right direction of the end cover member upper plate 513a. The end cover side packing fitting portion 513b is formed in a groove shape, is formed on the lower surface of the end cover member upper plate 513a so as to be open downward, and extends in the front-rear direction (the longitudinal direction of the end rafter 51). An end cover side packing 514 is disposed in the end cover side packing fitting portion 513b.
[0024] The end cover side packing fitting portion 513b is composed of a pair of T-shaped fitting pieces 513c. The pair of fitting pieces 513c are arranged apart in the left-right direction and have a pair of falling protrusions 513d that fall downward from the lower surface of the end cover member upper plate 513a, and a pair of fitting protrusions 513e formed at the lower ends of the pair of falling protrusions 513d. The pair of fitting protrusions 513e each protrude a predetermined length on both sides in the left-right direction from the lower ends of the falling protrusions 513d.
[0025] The end cover side gasket 514 has an attachment portion 514a arranged between a pair of descending protrusions 513d, a narrowed portion 514b arranged between a pair of engaging protrusions 513e and extending downward from the attachment portion 514a, and a deformed pressing portion 514c connected to the lower end of the narrowed portion 514b and arranged between the lower surface of the pair of engaging protrusions 513e and the upper surface of the panel material 6.
[0026] By fixing the end cover member 513 to the upper part of the end rafter main body 511 with the cover fixing screw 531, the left and right ends of the panel material 6 are held between the end rafter main body 511 and the end cover member 513, sandwiched between the end body side gasket 512 attached to the end body side gasket fitting portion 511d and the end cover side gasket 514 attached to the end cover side gasket fitting portion 513b.
[0027] The intermediate rafter 52 is formed in a symmetrical shape as shown in Fig. 3. In the intermediate rafter 52, structures for holding the panel material 6 in the end rafter 51 are formed on both sides in the left and right direction.
[0028] As shown in Fig. 3, the intermediate rafter 52 has an intermediate rafter body 521 (rafter body) and an intermediate cover member 523 (rafter cover member). The intermediate rafter body 521 is disposed on the lower side of the intermediate rafter 52, and extends downwardly from the rafter hanger 3 toward the front frame 4 as shown in Fig. 1.
[0029] As shown in Figure 5, the intermediate rafter body 521 has a hollow intermediate hollow portion 521a, a screw fixing groove portion 521b formed in the left-right center of the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 521a, a pair of intermediate body side gasket fitting portions 521d formed at both outer left-right ends of the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 521a, and a pair of gutter forming portions 521h formed between the screw fixing groove portion 521b and the intermediate body side gasket fitting portions 521d in the left-right direction of the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 521a.
[0030] The screw fixing groove portion 521b is configured by a pair of opposing rising walls 521c having a width that allows the shaft portion 532a of the cover fixing screw 532 to be screwed in and fixed. When fixing the intermediate cover member 523 to the intermediate rafter body 521, the shaft portion 532a of the cover fixing screw 532 that penetrates the intermediate cover member 523 is screwed into the screw fixing groove portion 521b.
[0031] The gutter forming portion 521h is formed by a downwardly inclined portion 521i extending downwardly from the lower portion of the screw fixing groove portion 521b to the outside, and a horizontal portion 521j extending horizontally from the lower end of the downwardly inclined portion 521i to the outside. The gutter forming portion 521h drains water that has entered the inside of the intermediate rafter 52 to the front frame 4 side.
[0032] The intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d is formed at the outer end portion in the left-right direction of the intermediate rafter 52. The intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d is formed in a groove shape, is formed to open upward on the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 521a, and extends in the front-rear direction (the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52). The intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d is formed in a substantially C-shaped groove shape that opens upward. The intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d has the intermediate body side packing 522 disposed therein.
[0033] The intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d is composed of a pair of L-shaped fitting pieces 521e. The pair of fitting pieces 521e are arranged opposite to each other in the left-right direction and have a pair of rising protrusions 521f rising from the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 521a and a pair of fitting protrusions 521g formed on the upper ends of the pair of rising protrusions 521f.
[0034] The pair of fitting protrusions 521g protrude toward each other in a direction to close the groove-shaped opening of the intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d. The intermediate body side packing 522 has an attachment portion 522a disposed between the pair of rising protrusions 521f of the intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d, a narrowed portion 522b disposed between the pair of fitting protrusions 521g and extending upward from the attachment portion 522a, and a deformation pressing portion 522c connected to the upper end of the narrowed portion 522b and disposed between the upper surface of the pair of fitting protrusions 521g and the lower surface of the panel material 6.
[0035] The intermediate cover member 523 is disposed on the upper part of the intermediate rafter body 521. The intermediate cover member 523 is fixed to the intermediate rafter body 521 by a cover fixing screw 532 that penetrates the intermediate rafter 52 in the vertical direction at the center in the left-right direction and is screwed into the screw fixing groove portion 521b of the intermediate rafter body 521. A plurality of cover fixing screws 532 are arranged in a line at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52. As shown in FIG. 2, the intermediate cover member 523 is fixed to the intermediate rafter 52 in the longitudinal direction by a plurality of cover fixing screws 532 at predetermined intervals.
[0036] 5, the intermediate cover member 523 has an intermediate cover member upper plate 523a whose upper surface is formed in a flat shape, and an intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b formed at the lower part of the inner end portion in the left-right direction of the intermediate cover member upper plate 523a. The intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b is formed in a groove shape, is formed to be open downward on the lower surface of the intermediate cover member 523, and extends in the front-rear direction (the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52). An intermediate cover side packing 524 is disposed in the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b.
[0037] The intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b is composed of a pair of T-shaped fitting pieces 523c. The pair of fitting pieces 523c are arranged apart in the left-right direction and have a pair of falling protrusions 523d that fall downward from the lower surface of the intermediate cover member upper plate 523a and a pair of fitting protrusions 523e formed at the lower ends of the pair of falling protrusions 523d. The pair of fitting protrusions 523e each protrude a predetermined length on both sides in the left-right direction from the lower ends of the falling protrusions 523d.
[0038] The intermediate cover side gasket 524 has an attachment portion 524a arranged between a pair of descending protrusions 523d, a narrowed portion 524b arranged between a pair of engaging protrusions 523e and extending downward from the attachment portion 524a, and a deformed pressing portion 524c connected to the lower end of the narrowed portion 524b and arranged between the lower surface of the pair of engaging protrusions 523e and the upper surface of the panel material 6.
[0039] By fixing the intermediate cover member 523 to the upper part of the intermediate rafter main body 521 with the cover fixing screw 532, the left and right ends of the panel material 6 are sandwiched and held between the intermediate rafter main body 521 and the intermediate cover member 523, between the intermediate rafter main body 521 and the intermediate cover member 523, between the intermediate body side gasket 522 attached to the intermediate body side gasket fitting portion 521d and the intermediate cover side gasket 524 attached to the intermediate cover side gasket fitting portion 523b.
[0040] 2, among the multiple panel materials 6 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, in the multiple panel materials 62 other than the panel materials 61 arranged at both ends, the left-right ends of the panel materials 62 are held by the intermediate rafter 52 and fixed to the intermediate rafter 52 by panel fixing screws 54 (fixing members) at predetermined positions in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52. The panel fixing screws 54 fix the intermediate rafter 52 and the panel material 6 so as to restrict the movement of the panel material 6.
[0041] The longitudinal position of the intermediate rafter 52 to which the left and right ends of the panel material 6 are fixed by the panel fixing screws 54 is the longitudinal middle part of the intermediate rafter 52. The longitudinal middle part of the intermediate rafter 52 is the longitudinal center C of the intermediate rafter 52 or a position closer to the center. The longitudinal center position of the intermediate rafter 52 means a position closer to the center C than the end T when comparing the longitudinal center C and the end T of the intermediate rafter 52, as shown in FIG. 2.
[0042] In this embodiment, the intermediate rafter 52 is fixed at the center C or a position close to the center in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52 by, for example, two panel fixing screws 54 aligned in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52. The number of panel fixing screws 54 is preferably at least two. The two panel fixing screws 54 are disposed at the same positions as the cover fixing screws 532 in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52. The two panel fixing screws 54 are disposed aligned in the left-right direction with the cover fixing screws 532 at the same positions in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52. The two panel fixing screws 54 are disposed, for example, about 100 mm to 200 mm apart in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52. In this embodiment, the panel fixing screws 54 are disposed aligned in the left-right direction with the cover fixing screws 532 at the same positions in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52, but are not limited thereto.
[0043] The reason why two panel fixing screws 54 are used is that it is difficult to obtain stable fixation when fixing with one panel fixing screw 54, but by fixing with two panel fixing screws 54, stable fixation can be obtained with a minimum number of screws. Note that the number of panel fixing screws 54 is not limited.
[0044] 5, the panel fixing screws 54 are screwed vertically into the portions of the intermediate rafters 52 that hold the panel material 6. The panel fixing screws 54 are screwed vertically into the intermediate rafters 52 at positions, for example, about 5 mm to 10 mm inward from the left and right ends of the intermediate rafters 52.
[0045] When screwing in the panel fixing screw 54, as shown in Figure 5, for example, pilot hole drilling P1 is performed on a part of the intermediate cover member top plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523 and a part of the inner fitting piece 523c in the left-right direction of the pair of fitting pieces 523c of the intermediate cover side gasket fitting portion 523b, and the panel fixing screw 54 is screwed into, in order from top to bottom, the intermediate cover member top plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523, the part of the inner fitting piece 523c in the left-right direction of the pair of fitting pieces 523c of the intermediate cover side gasket fitting portion 523b, a part of the intermediate cover side gasket 524, the panel material 6, a part of the intermediate main body side gasket 522, a part of the inner fitting piece 521e in the left-right direction of the pair of fitting pieces 521e of the intermediate cover side gasket fitting portion 523b, and a part of the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 521a of the intermediate rafter main body 521. As a result, the panel fixing screw 54 fastens the intermediate cover member 523, the panel material 6 and the intermediate rafter main body 521 together, thereby fixing the intermediate rafter 52 and the panel material 6 together.
[0046] The panel fixing screw 54 is disposed so as to penetrate the intermediate cover member upper plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523, a part of the inner fitting piece 523c in the left-right direction of the pair of fitting pieces 523c of the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b, a part of the intermediate cover side packing 524, the panel material 6, a part of the intermediate body side packing 522, and a part of the inner fitting piece 521e in the left-right direction of the pair of fitting pieces 521e of the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b, and is disposed so as not to penetrate the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 521a of the intermediate rafter body 521. Since the panel fixing screw 54 is disposed so as not to penetrate the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 521a of the intermediate rafter body 521, it is possible to prevent water from entering the interior of the intermediate hollow portion 521a.
[0047] As described above, among the multiple panel materials 6 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, in the multiple panel materials 62 other than the panel materials 61 arranged at both ends, the ends of the panel materials 6 are held by the intermediate rafters 52 and fixed to the intermediate rafters 52 by the panel fixing screws 54 at the center C in the longitudinal direction or at a position close to the center. This makes it possible to prevent the panel material 6 from shifting left-right even when pressure is applied to the upper surface of the panel material 6 due to a load such as snow. Therefore, by not providing a rafter, the design is improved, while downward bending of the panel material 6 can be prevented without providing a rafter.
[0048] Here, among the multiple panel materials 6 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, the panel materials 61 arranged at both ends in the left-right direction of the roof body 2 are not fixed to the panel fixing screws 54. Even if pressure acts on the upper surface of the panel material 61 due to a load such as snow accumulation, the end rafters 51 can temporarily fall outward in the left-right direction to absorb the load acting on the upper surface of the panel material 61. When the pressure due to the load on the panel material 61 is released, the end rafters 51 and the panel material 61 can return to their original position. As a result, even if the panel materials 61 arranged at both ends in the left-right direction of the roof body 2 are not fixed by the panel fixing screws 54, the end rafters 51 can temporarily fall outward in the left-right direction to absorb the load acting on the upper surface of the panel material 61 while suppressing the bending of the panel material 61. For this reason, in this embodiment, the ends of the panel materials 61 arranged at both ends in the left-right direction of the roof body 2 are not fixed by the panel fixing screws 54.
[0049] The roof body 2 of the first embodiment described above provides the following advantages.
[0050] The roof body 2 of this embodiment comprises a plurality of rafters 5 extending across the front frame 4 and the rafter hanger 3 and arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the front frame 4 and the rafter hanger 3, a plurality of panel materials 6 attached between adjacent rafters 5 and arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rafters 5, and panel fixing screws 54 for fixing and restricting movement of the panel materials 6. This improves the design while preventing the panel materials 6 from bending downward.
[0051] In this embodiment, the panel fixing screw 54 fixes the intermediate rafter 52 to the panel material 6 so as to restrict movement of the panel material 6. As a result, the panel fixing screw 54 can fix the intermediate rafter 52 to the panel material 6 while ensuring fixing strength at any position in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52.
[0052] In this embodiment, the middle portion of the intermediate rafter 52 in the longitudinal direction is the center C or a portion close to the center in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52. This allows the intermediate rafter 52 and the panel material 6 to be fixed by the panel fixing screws 54 at a minimum location at the center or close to the center in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52 while ensuring fixing strength.
[0053] In this embodiment, of the multiple panel materials 6, the panel materials 61 arranged at the ends in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rafters 5 are not fixed to the panel fixing screws 54. Even if the panel materials 61 arranged at both ends in the left-right direction of the roof body 2 are not fixed by the panel fixing screws 54, the end rafters 51 temporarily fall outward in the left-right direction, thereby making it possible to absorb the load acting on the upper surface of the panel material 61 while suppressing bending of the panel material 61.
[0054] In this embodiment, the panel fixing screw 54 fixes the intermediate rafter 52 and the panel material 6 by tightening together the intermediate cover member 523, the panel material 62, and the intermediate rafter body 521. This allows the panel fixing screw 54 to firmly fix the intermediate rafter 52 and the panel material 6 in a state in which it is unlikely to fall over.
[0055] In this embodiment, the panel fixing screws 54 are arranged in a state where they do not penetrate the upper surface of the intermediate rafter body 521. This makes it possible to prevent water from entering the interior of the intermediate rafter body 521.
[0056] Next, a roof body 2A of the second embodiment will be described. The roof body 2A of the second embodiment differs from the roof body 2 of the first embodiment mainly in that, while the rafters 5 (end rafters 51, intermediate rafters 52) of the first embodiment are composed of a rafter body and a rafter cover member, the rafters 5A (end rafters 56, intermediate rafters 57) of the second embodiment are composed without a rafter cover member. The other configurations of the second embodiment are similar to those of the first embodiment. In describing the configuration of the second embodiment, description of the same configuration as the first embodiment may be omitted.
[0057] As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the roof body 2A of the second embodiment includes a rafter hanger 3 (rear member), a front frame 4 (front member) arranged at a distance from the rafter hanger 3, a plurality of rafters 5A arranged extending between the rafter hanger 3 and the front frame 4, and a plurality of panel materials 6 arranged between adjacent rafters 5A. The plurality of rafters 5A include two end rafters 56 arranged at both ends in the left-right direction of the roof body 2A, and a plurality of intermediate rafters 57 (rafters) arranged side by side in the left-right direction between the two end rafters 56. The end rafters 56 clamp and fix the end of the panel material 6 in the vertical direction on one side of the end rafter 56 in the left-right direction. The intermediate rafters 57 clamp and fix the end of the panel material 6 in the vertical direction on both left-right sides of the intermediate rafter 52.
[0058] As shown in Figure 8, the end rafter 56 has an end hollow portion 561 having a convex portion 561a protruding upward on the outer side in the left-right direction, an end rafter upper panel 562 extending horizontally inward in the left-right direction from the upper surface of the convex portion 561a of the end hollow portion 561, an end rafter gasket fitting portion 563 formed on the lower part of the inner end of the end rafter upper panel 562 in the left-right direction, a bead material arranging portion 564 protruding upward at a position lower than the convex portion 561a at the inner end of the end hollow portion 561 in the left-right direction, and a gutter forming portion 565 formed between the convex portion 561a and the bead material arranging portion 564 in the left-right direction on the upper surface of the end hollow portion 561.
[0059] The gutter forming portion 565 is formed by a downwardly inclined portion 565a extending downwardly outward from the lower portion of the convex portion 561a of the end hollow portion 561, and a horizontal portion 565b extending horizontally outward from the lower end of the downwardly inclined portion 565a. The gutter forming portion 565 drains water that has infiltrated inside the end rafter 56 toward the front frame 4.
[0060] The end rafter packing fitting portion 563 is formed in a groove shape, is formed to be open downward on the lower surface of the end rafter upper plate 562, and extends in the left-right direction (the longitudinal direction of the end rafter). An end rafter side packing 566 is disposed in the end rafter packing fitting portion 563.
[0061] The end rafter packing fitting portion 563 is composed of a pair of T-shaped fitting pieces 563a. The pair of fitting pieces 563a are arranged apart in the left-right direction and have a pair of falling projections 563b that fall downward from the lower surface of the end rafter upper plate 562, and a pair of fitting projections 563c formed at the lower ends of the pair of falling projections 563b. The pair of fitting projections 562c each protrude a predetermined length on both sides in the left-right direction from the lower ends of the falling projections 563b.
[0062] The end rafter side gasket 566 has an attachment portion 566a arranged between a pair of descending protrusions 563b, a narrowed portion 566b arranged between a pair of engaging protrusions 563c and extending downward from the attachment portion 566a, and a deformed pressing portion 566c connected to the lower end of the narrowed portion 566b and arranged between the lower surface of the pair of engaging protrusions 563c and the upper surface of the panel material 6.
[0063] The bead material arranging portion 564 is formed in a convex shape that protrudes upward, and extends in the front-to-rear direction (the longitudinal direction of the end rafter 56). The bead material arranging portion 564 is arranged below the end rafter packing fitting portion 563. A bead material 567 is arranged in the bead material arranging portion 564. The bead material 567 is arranged between the panel material 6 and the bead material arranging portion 564 with the panel material 6 inserted between the end rafter upper plate 562 and the bead material arranging portion 564. The bead material 567 sandwiches the end of the panel material 6 between the end rafter side packing 566 attached to the end rafter packing fitting portion 563.
[0064] With the panel material 6 inserted between the end rafter upper panel 562 and the bead material placement portion 564, the bead material 567 is pushed between the underside of the panel material 6 and the bead material placement portion 564, whereby the left and right ends of the panel material 6 are sandwiched and held between the end rafter side gasket 566 attached to the end rafter gasket fitting portion 563 and the bead material 567 placed in the bead material placement portion 564.
[0065] The intermediate rafter 57 is formed in a symmetrical shape as shown in Fig. 7. In the intermediate rafter 57, structures for holding the panel material 6 in the end rafters 56 are formed on both sides in the left and right direction.
[0066] As shown in Figure 9, the intermediate rafter 57 has an intermediate hollow portion 571 having a convex portion 571a that protrudes upward in the center in the left-right direction, an intermediate rafter upper panel 572 (upper fin portion) that extends horizontally to both left-right sides from the upper surface of the convex portion 571a of the intermediate hollow portion 571, an intermediate rafter gasket fitting portion 573 formed on the lower part of the left-right outer end portion of the intermediate rafter upper panel 572, a bead material arranging portion 574 (lower receiving portion) that protrudes upward at a position lower than the convex portion 571a at the left-right inner end portion of the intermediate hollow portion 571, and a gutter forming portion 575 formed in the left-right direction on the upper surface of the intermediate hollow portion 571 between the convex portion 571a and the bead material arranging portion 574.
[0067] The gutter forming portion 575 is formed by a downwardly inclined portion 575a extending downwardly outward from the lower portion of the convex portion 571a of the intermediate hollow portion 571, and a horizontal portion 575b extending horizontally outward from the lower end of the downwardly inclined portion 575a. The gutter forming portion 575 drains water that has infiltrated inside the intermediate rafter 57 toward the front frame 4.
[0068] The intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573 is formed in a groove shape, is formed to be open downward on the lower surface of the intermediate rafter upper plate 572, and extends in the front-rear direction (the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 57). An intermediate rafter side packing 576 is disposed in the intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573.
[0069] The intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573 is composed of a pair of T-shaped fitting pieces 573a. The pair of fitting pieces 573a are arranged apart in the left-right direction and have a pair of falling projections 573b that fall downward from the lower surface of the intermediate rafter upper plate 572, and a pair of fitting projections 573c formed at the lower ends of the pair of falling projections 573b. The pair of fitting projections 573c each protrude a predetermined length on both sides in the left-right direction from the lower ends of the falling projections 573b.
[0070] The intermediate rafter side gasket 576 has an attachment portion 576a arranged between a pair of descending protrusions 573b, a narrowed portion 576b arranged between a pair of engaging protrusions 573c and extending downward from the attachment portion 576a, and a deformed pressing portion 576c connected to the lower end of the narrowed portion 576b and arranged between the lower surface of the pair of engaging protrusions 573c and the upper surface of the panel material 6.
[0071] The bead material arranging portion 574 is formed in a convex shape that protrudes upward, and extends in the front-to-rear direction (the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 57). The bead material arranging portion 574 is arranged below the intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573. A bead material 577 (clamping member) is arranged in the bead material arranging portion 574. The bead material 577 is arranged between the panel material 6 and the bead material arranging portion 574 with the panel material 6 inserted between the intermediate rafter upper plate 572 and the bead material arranging portion 574. The bead material 577 clamps the end of the panel material 6 between the intermediate rafter side packing 576 attached to the intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573.
[0072] With the panel material 6 inserted between the intermediate rafter upper panel 572 and the bead material placement portion 574, the bead material 577 is pushed between the underside of the panel material 6 and the bead material placement portion 574, whereby the left and right ends of the panel material 6 are sandwiched and held between the intermediate rafter side gasket 576 attached to the intermediate rafter gasket fitting portion 573 and the bead material 577 placed in the bead material placement portion 574.
[0073] 6, among the multiple panel materials 6 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, in the multiple panel materials 62 other than the panel materials 61 arranged at both ends, the left-right ends of the panel materials 62 are held by the intermediate rafters 57 and fixed to the intermediate rafters 57 by panel fixing screws 58 (fixing members) at predetermined positions in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafters 57, as in the first embodiment. The panel fixing screws 58 fix the intermediate rafters 57 and the panel materials 6 so as to restrict the movement of the panel materials 6.
[0074] The longitudinal position of the intermediate rafter 57 to which the left and right ends of the panel material 6 are fixed by the panel fixing screws 58 is the longitudinal middle part of the intermediate rafter 57. The longitudinal middle part of the intermediate rafter 57 is the longitudinal center C of the intermediate rafter 57 or a position closer to the center. The longitudinal center position of the intermediate rafter 57 means a position closer to the center C than the end T when comparing the longitudinal center C and the end T of the intermediate rafter 57, as shown in Figure 6.
[0075] In this embodiment, the intermediate rafter 57 is fixed at the center C or a position close to the center in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 57 by, for example, two panel fixing screws 58 aligned in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 57. It is preferable that there are at least two or more panel fixing screws 58. The two panel fixing screws 58 are arranged, for example, about 100 mm to 200 mm apart in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 57.
[0076] 9, the panel fixing screws 58 are screwed vertically into the portions of the intermediate rafters 57 that hold the panel material 6. The panel fixing screws 58 are screwed vertically into the intermediate rafters 57 at positions, for example, about 5 mm to 10 mm inward from the left and right ends of the intermediate rafters 57.
[0077] When screwing in the panel fixing screw 58, as shown in Figure 9, for example, pilot holes P2 are drilled into a portion of the intermediate rafter upper panel 572 and a portion of the inner fitting piece 573a in the left-right direction of one of the pair of fitting pieces 573a of the intermediate rafter gasket fitting portion 573, and the panel fixing screw 58 is screwed into, in order from the upper side to the lower side of the intermediate rafter 57, the intermediate rafter upper panel 572, a portion of the inner fitting piece 573a in the left-right direction of one of the pair of fitting pieces 573a of the intermediate rafter gasket fitting portion 573, a portion of the intermediate rafter gasket, the panel material 6, a portion of the intermediate rafter side gasket 576, a portion of the bead material 577, and a portion of the upper surface of the bead material placement portion 574 formed at the inner left-right end of the intermediate hollow portion 571. As a result, the panel fixing screw 58 fastens the intermediate rafter upper plate 572, the panel material 6 and the bead material placement portion 574 together, thereby fixing the intermediate rafter 57 and the panel material 6 together.
[0078] The panel fixing screw 58 is arranged so as to penetrate the intermediate rafter upper plate 572, a portion of the inner fitting piece 573a in the left-right direction of one of a pair of fitting pieces 573a of the intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573, a portion of the intermediate rafter packing, the panel material 6, a portion of the intermediate rafter side packing 576, and a portion of the bead material 577, but does not penetrate the upper surface of the bead material arrangement portion 574. Because the panel fixing screw 58 is arranged so as not to penetrate the upper surface of the bead material arrangement portion 574, it is possible to prevent water from entering the interior of the intermediate hollow portion 571.
[0079] As described above, among the multiple panel materials 6 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, in the multiple panel materials 62 other than the panel materials 61 arranged at both ends, the ends of the panel materials 6 are fixed to the intermediate rafters 52 by the panel fixing screws 58 at the center C in the longitudinal direction or at a position close to the center, while being held by the intermediate rafters 57. This makes it possible to prevent the panel material 6 from shifting in the left-right direction even when pressure is applied to the upper surface of the panel material 6 due to a load such as snow. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the panel material 6 from bending downward while improving the design.
[0080] According to the roof body 2A of the second embodiment, in addition to providing the same effects as the roof body 2 of the first embodiment, the following effects are also provided.
[0081] In this embodiment, the panel fixing screw 58 fixes the intermediate rafter 57 and the panel material 6 by tightening together the intermediate rafter top plate 572, the panel material 6, and the bead material arrangement portion 574. This allows the panel fixing screw 58 to firmly fix the intermediate rafter 57 and the panel material 6 in a state in which it is unlikely to fall over.
[0082] In this embodiment, the panel fixing screws 58 are arranged so as not to penetrate the upper surface of the bead material arrangement portion 574. This makes it possible to prevent water from entering the interior of the intermediate rafter 57.
[0083] Next, the third to sixth embodiments will be described. The third to sixth embodiments are modified versions of the first embodiment, and are different from the first embodiment in the configuration for fixing the panel material 6. The other configurations of the third to sixth embodiments are the same as those of the first embodiment. In the description of the configurations of the third to sixth embodiments, the description of the same configurations as those of the first embodiment may be omitted. In the third to fifth embodiments, only the configurations of the intermediate rafters 52A, 52B, and 52C will be described, but the configuration in which the end rafters (not shown) hold the panel material 6 is the same as the configuration in which the end rafters 51 of the first embodiment hold the panel material 6 on one side in the left-right direction of the intermediate rafters 52A, 52B, and 52C. Therefore, the description of the configuration on one side in the left-right direction of the intermediate rafters 52A, 52B, and 52C can be used to describe the configuration of the end rafters.
[0084] An intermediate rafter 52A of the third embodiment will now be described. As shown in Fig. 10, the panel material 6 of the third embodiment is not fixed by the panel fixing screws 54 of the first embodiment, but is fixed by a panel fixing rivet 71. In the third embodiment, the longitudinal position at which the panel material 6 is fixed by the panel fixing rivet 71 is the same as in the first embodiment.
[0085] 10, the panel fixing rivet 71 penetrates in the vertical direction together with the spacer member 72 (regulating member) on the end side of the panel material 6 further from the portion where the panel material 6 is sandwiched between the intermediate body side packing 522 attached to the intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d and the intermediate cover side packing 524 attached to the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b in the left-right direction of the intermediate rafter 52A. The panel fixing rivet 71 penetrates in the vertical direction at a position, for example, about 15 mm inward from the left-right end of the intermediate rafter 52A.
[0086] The spacer member 72 is attached to the lower surface of the intermediate cover member top plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523 between the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b in the left-right direction and a portion fixed by the cover fixing screw 532, and is disposed between the lower surface of the intermediate cover member top plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523 and the upper surface of the panel material 6. The spacer member 72 is disposed in the left-right direction between the downward protruding piece 523f protruding downward from the lower surface of the intermediate cover member top plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523 and the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b. As a result, the spacer member 72 is restricted from moving in the left-right direction by the downward protruding piece 523f of the intermediate cover member 523 and the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b.
[0087] 10, the panel fixing rivet 71 is inserted through a part of the intermediate cover member upper plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523, the spacer member 82, and the panel material 6 in that order, and the pin 711 of the panel fixing rivet 71 is pushed in. This opens the tip 712 of the panel fixing rivet 71, allowing the intermediate cover member 523, the spacer member 82, and the panel material 6 to be fixed by the panel fixing rivet 71. Note that in the third embodiment, the intermediate cover member 523 of the intermediate rafter 52A is fixed by the panel fixing rivet 71, but this is not limiting and the panel material 6 may be fixed by a screw.
[0088] As a result, according to the third embodiment, similar to the first embodiment, even if pressure is applied to the upper surface of the panel material 6 due to a load such as snow, it is possible to suppress the left-right displacement of the panel material 6. Therefore, by not providing a joist, the design is improved, and even without providing a joist, the panel material 6 can be prevented from bending downward.
[0089] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a spacer member 72 whose movement in the left-right direction is restricted by the downward protruding piece 523f of the intermediate cover member 523 and the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b is provided, and the panel fixing rivet 71 fixes the intermediate cover member 523, the panel material 6, and the spacer member 72. As a result, the panel fixing rivet 71 fixes the panel material 6 to the spacer member 72 whose movement in the left-right direction is restricted, so that the left-right movement of the panel material 6 can be further restricted. Therefore, downward bending of the panel material 6 can be further suppressed.
[0090] Next, an intermediate rafter 52B of the fourth embodiment will be described. As shown in Fig. 11, the panel material 6 of the fourth embodiment is not fixed by the panel fixing screws 54 of the first embodiment, but is fixed by panel fixing screws 73. In the fourth embodiment, the longitudinal position at which the panel material 6 is fixed by the panel fixing screws 73 is the same as in the first embodiment.
[0091] 11, the panel fixing screw 73 is screwed in to vertically penetrate the intermediate rafter 52B together with the base member 74 (regulating member) at an end side of the panel material 6 closer to the end portion than the portion where the panel material 6 is sandwiched between the intermediate body side packing 522 attached to the intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d and the intermediate cover side packing 524 attached to the intermediate cover side packing fitting portion 523b in the left-right direction. The panel fixing screw 73 is screwed in vertically penetrating the intermediate rafter 52B at a position, for example, about 15 mm inward from the left-right end portion.
[0092] The base member 74 has a lower base portion 741 disposed below the left-right end of the panel material 6, and an upward extension portion 742 extending upward from the inner end of the lower base portion 741. The lower base portion 741 is attached to the upper surface of the gutter forming portion 521h of the intermediate rafter body 521, and is disposed between the lower surface of the left-right end of the panel material 6 and the gutter forming portion 521h. The upward extension portion 742 is disposed between the end face of the left-right end of the panel material 6 and one rising wall 521c of the screw fixing groove portion 521b. The base member 74 is disposed between the rising wall 521c of the intermediate rafter body 521 and the intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d in the left-right direction. The left-right movement of the base member 74 is restricted by the rising wall 521c of the intermediate rafter body 521 and the intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d. The base member 74 is made of, for example, an aluminum material.
[0093] When installing the panel fixing screw 73, as shown in Figure 11, the panel fixing screw 73 can be screwed into a part of the intermediate cover member upper plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523, the panel material 6, and the lower base portion 741 of the base member 74 in that order, thereby fixing the intermediate cover member 523, the panel material 6, and the base member 74 with the panel fixing screw 73.
[0094] As a result, according to the fourth embodiment, similar to the first embodiment, even if pressure is applied to the upper surface of the panel material 6 due to a load such as snow, it is possible to suppress the left-right displacement of the panel material 6. Therefore, by not providing a joist, it is possible to improve the design while suppressing the panel material 6 from bending downwards, even without providing a joist.
[0095] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a base member 74 whose movement in the left-right direction is restricted by the rising wall 521c of the intermediate rafter body 521 and the intermediate body side packing fitting portion 521d is provided, and the panel fixing screw 73 fixes the intermediate cover member 523, the panel material 6, and the panel fixing screw 73. As a result, the panel material 6 is fixed to the base member 74 whose movement in the left-right direction is restricted by the panel fixing screw 73, so that the movement of the panel material 6 in the left-right direction can be further restricted. Therefore, downward bending of the panel material 6 can be further suppressed.
[0096] Next, an intermediate rafter 52C of the fifth embodiment will be described. As shown in Fig. 12, the panel material 6 of the fifth embodiment is not fixed by the panel fixing screws 54 of the first embodiment, but is fixed by panel fixing screws 75. In the fifth embodiment, the longitudinal position at which the panel material 6 is fixed by the panel fixing screws 75 is the same as in the first embodiment.
[0097] 12, the panel fixing screws 75 are screwed in to vertically penetrate the intermediate rafter 52C together with the upper reinforcing plate member 76 (regulating member) at an end side of the panel material 6 closer to the end portion than the portion where the panel material 6 is sandwiched between the intermediate body side gasket 522 attached to the intermediate body side gasket fitting portion 521d and the intermediate cover side gasket 524 attached to the intermediate cover side gasket fitting portion 523b in the left-right direction. The panel fixing screws 75 are screwed in vertically penetrating the intermediate rafter 52C at a position, for example, about 15 mm inward from the left-right end portion.
[0098] The upper reinforcing plate member 76 is formed extending in the left-right direction on the upper surface of the intermediate cover member upper plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523. The upper reinforcing plate member 76 is fixed to the intermediate cover member 523 and the intermediate rafter body 521 by a cover fixing screw 532 that penetrates the center in the left-right direction. The upper reinforcing plate member 76 has an upper plate portion 761 that extends in the left-right direction on the upper surface of the intermediate cover member 523, and a pair of downward protruding pieces 762 that are formed on both left-right ends of the upper plate portion 761 and protrude downward.
[0099] The upper plate portion 761 has a pair of thick portions 761a. The pair of thick portions 761a are arranged to be spaced apart in the left-right direction and are formed to be thick and protrude upward between the middle cover side packing fitting portion 523b and a portion of the upper plate portion 761 fixed by the cover fixing screw 532 in the left-right direction. The pair of downward protruding pieces 762 protrude downward along the outer side surfaces on both sides in the left-right direction of the middle cover member 523. Since the pair of downward protruding pieces 762 of the upper reinforcing plate member 76 are arranged along the outer side surfaces on both sides in the left-right direction of the middle cover member 523, movement in the left-right direction is restricted.
[0100] When installing the panel fixing screw 75, as shown in Figure 12, with the upper reinforcing plate member 76 placed on the top surface of the intermediate cover member 523, the panel fixing screw 75 is screwed into the thick portion 761a of the upper plate portion 761 of the upper reinforcing plate member 76, a part of the intermediate cover member upper plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523, and the panel material 6, in that order, so that the panel fixing screw 75 can be tightened in the thick portion 761a of the upper plate portion 761 of the upper reinforcing plate member 76, thereby fixing the intermediate cover member 523 and the panel material 6.
[0101] As a result, according to the fifth embodiment, similar to the first embodiment, even if pressure is applied to the upper surface of the panel material 6 due to a load such as snow, it is possible to suppress the left-right displacement of the panel material 6. Therefore, by not providing a joist, it is possible to improve the design while suppressing the panel material 6 from bending downwards, even without providing a joist.
[0102] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a pair of downward protruding pieces 762 are arranged along the outer side surfaces on both left and right sides of the intermediate cover member 523, thereby providing an upper reinforcing plate member 76 whose movement in the left and right direction is restricted, and the intermediate cover member 523 and the panel material 6 are fixed by the panel fixing screws 75. As a result, the panel material 6 is fixed to the upper reinforcing plate member 76 whose movement in the left and right direction is restricted by the panel fixing screws 75, so that the movement of the panel material 6 in the left and right direction can be further restricted. Therefore, downward bending of the panel material 6 can be further suppressed.
[0103] Furthermore, in this embodiment, by disposing upper reinforcing plate member 76 on the upper surface of intermediate cover member 523, left-right movement of upper reinforcing plate member 76 is restricted. Therefore, when fixing with panel fixing screws 75, by forming screw holes in upper reinforcing plate member 76, it is possible to easily perform the screw fixing with panel fixing screws 75 by simply disposing upper reinforcing plate member 76 on the upper surface of intermediate cover member 523 without using a jig for positioning through which the screw will pass, for example.
[0104] Next, the intermediate rafter 52D of the sixth embodiment will be described. As shown in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14, the panel material 6 of the sixth embodiment is not fixed by the panel fixing screws 54 of the first embodiment, but is fixed by hat-shaped fittings 77 (restraining members). In the sixth embodiment, the longitudinal position at which the panel material 6 is fixed by the hat-shaped fittings 77 is a position including the longitudinal center C of the intermediate rafter 52D, as shown in Fig. 13. The hat-shaped fittings 77 extend in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52D at the longitudinal center C of the intermediate rafter 52D or at a position close to the center, including the longitudinal center C of the intermediate rafter 52D.
[0105] The hat-shaped fitting 77 extends a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52D as shown in Figures 13 and 15, and is formed in a hat shape with the left-right center protruding upward like a square frame when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate rafter 52D as shown in Figure 14. The hat-shaped fitting 77 has a square protruding plate portion 771, a pair of horizontal extending plates 772 extending horizontally outward in the left-right direction from both left-right ends of the square protruding plate portion 771, and a plurality of downward protrusions 773 (fixing members) formed by cutting out the horizontal extending plate 772.
[0106] As shown in FIG. 14, the square protruding plate portion 771 is formed in an inverted U shape with the upper part closed like a square frame and the lower part open. The square protruding plate portion 771 is arranged above the screw fixing groove portion 521b of the intermediate rafter body 521 so as to cover the upper part of the upper end of the pair of rising walls 521c constituting the screw fixing groove portion 521b. The hat-shaped metal fitting 77 is restricted from moving in the left-right direction by the square protruding plate portion 771 being arranged so as to cover the upper part of the pair of rising walls 521c constituting the screw fixing groove portion 521b of the intermediate rafter body 521. The upper plate 771a of the square protruding plate portion 771 is arranged between the intermediate cover member upper plate 523a of the intermediate cover member 523. A through hole 771b through which the shaft portion 532a of the cover fixing screw 532 passes is formed in the center of the longitudinal direction of the upper plate 771a.
[0107] 14, the pair of horizontal extending plates 772 are formed to extend outward in the left-right direction of the square protruding plate portion 771, and are disposed along the upper surface of the left-right end portion of the panel material 6. The pair of horizontal extending plates 772 are disposed such that their outer left-right end portions are sandwiched between the intermediate cover side gasket 524 attached to the intermediate cover side gasket fitting portion 523b and the panel material 6.
[0108] 15, three downward protrusions 773 are provided for each horizontal extending plate 772. The three protrusions 733 are arranged at the center and both end sides in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal extending plate 772. The downward protrusions 773 are formed, for example, by cutting downward in a triangular shape so that they can easily bite into the upper surface of the panel material 6 by cutting out a part of the horizontal extending plate 772 in a triangular shape.
[0109] 14, the hat-shaped metal fittings 77 restrict movement of the panel material 6 by having multiple downward protrusions 773 of the hat-shaped metal fittings 77 bite into the upper surface of the panel material 6. The cover fixing screws 532 fix the intermediate cover member 523 to the intermediate rafter body 521, and the multiple downward protrusions 773 of the hat-shaped metal fittings 77 bite into the upper surface of the panel material 6, thereby fixing the intermediate cover member 523, the panel material 6, and the hat-shaped metal fittings 77.
[0110] As a result, according to the sixth embodiment, even if pressure is applied to the upper surface of the panel material 6 due to a load such as snow, it is possible to suppress the left-right displacement of the panel material 6. Therefore, by not providing a joist, it is possible to improve the design while suppressing the panel material 6 from bending downwards, even without providing a joist.
[0111] Furthermore, the pair of horizontal extension plates 772 of the hat-shaped metal fitting 77 are arranged such that their outer left and right ends are sandwiched between the intermediate cover side gasket 524 attached to the intermediate cover side gasket fitting portion 523b and the panel material 6. This results in a structure in which the downward protrusion 773 is pressed from above when the intermediate cover member 523 is fixed to the intermediate rafter body 521 with the cover fixing screw 532, and the force with which the downward protrusion 773 bites into the panel material 6 increases, so that the panel material 6 can be held with greater force and the panel material 6 is less likely to be pulled out.
[0112] In this embodiment, the square protruding plate portion 771 is arranged to cover the upper portion of a pair of rising walls 521c constituting the screw fixing groove portion 521b of the intermediate rafter body 521, thereby providing a hat-shaped metal fitting 77 whose movement in the left-right direction is restricted, and the multiple downward protrusions 773 of the hat-shaped metal fitting 77 bite into the upper surface of the panel material 6 to fix the intermediate cover member 523, the panel material 6, and the hat-shaped metal fitting 77. As a result, the multiple downward protrusions 773 of the hat-shaped metal fitting 77 fix the panel material 6 to the hat-shaped metal fitting 77 whose movement in the left-right direction is restricted, so that the movement of the panel material 6 in the left-right direction can be further restricted. Therefore, downward bending of the panel material 6 can be further suppressed.
[0113] Next, the seventh embodiment will be described. The seventh embodiment is a modified form of the second embodiment, and is an embodiment in which the configuration for fixing the panel material 6 is different from that of the second embodiment. The other configurations of the seventh embodiment are the same as those of the second embodiment. In the description of the configuration of the seventh embodiment, the description of the same configuration as that of the second embodiment may be omitted. In the seventh embodiment, only the configuration of the intermediate rafter 57A will be described, but the configuration in which the end rafter (not shown) holds the panel material 6 is the same as the configuration in which the end rafter 56 of the second embodiment holds the panel material 6 on one side in the left-right direction of the intermediate rafter 57A. Therefore, the description of the configuration on one side in the left-right direction of the intermediate rafter 57A can be used to describe the configuration of the end rafter.
[0114] 16, the panel material 6 of the seventh embodiment is not fixed by the panel fixing screws 58 of the second embodiment, but is fixed by panel fixing screws 81. In the seventh embodiment, the longitudinal position at which the panel material 6 is fixed by the panel fixing screws 81 in the seventh embodiment is the same as that in the second embodiment.
[0115] 16, the panel fixing screw 81 is screwed in to vertically penetrate together with a spacer member 82 (restraining member) on the end side of the panel material 6 closer to the left-right direction of the intermediate rafter 57A than the portion where the panel material 6 is sandwiched between an intermediate rafter-side packing 576 attached to the intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573 and a bead material 577 arranged in a bead material arrangement portion 574. The panel fixing screw 81 is screwed in vertically, for example, at a position about 15 mm inward from the left-right end of the intermediate rafter 57A.
[0116] The spacer member 82 is attached to the underside of the intermediate rafter upper plate 572 of the intermediate hollow portion 571 between the intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573 and the left-right central portion of the intermediate rafter 57A in the left-right direction, and is disposed between the underside of the intermediate rafter upper plate 572 of the intermediate hollow portion 571 and the upper surface of the panel material 6. The spacer member 82 is disposed in the left-right direction between the vertical extension portion 571b formed on the upper portion of the intermediate hollow portion 571 and the intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573. As a result, the left-right movement of the spacer member 82 is restricted by the vertical extension portion 571b of the intermediate hollow portion 571 and the intermediate rafter packing fitting portion 573.
[0117] 16, the panel fixing screw 81 can be screwed into a part of the lower surface of the intermediate rafter top plate 572, the spacer member 82, and the panel material 6 in that order to fix the intermediate rafter top plate 572, the spacer member 82, and the panel material 6. In the seventh embodiment, the intermediate rafter 57A and the panel material 6 are fixed by the panel fixing screw 81, but this is not limited to this and they may be fixed by rivets as in the second embodiment.
[0118] As a result, according to the seventh embodiment, similar to the second embodiment, even if pressure is applied to the upper surface of the panel material 6 due to a load such as snow, it is possible to suppress the left-right displacement of the panel material 6. Therefore, by not providing a joist, it is possible to improve the design while suppressing the panel material 6 from bending downwards, even without providing a joist.
[0119] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a spacer member 82 whose movement in the left-right direction is restricted by the vertical extending portion 571b of the intermediate hollow portion 571 and the intermediate rafter gasket fitting portion 573 is provided, and the panel fixing screw 81 fixes the intermediate rafter upper plate 572, the spacer member 82, and the panel material 6. As a result, the panel fixing screw 81 fixes the panel material 6 to the spacer member 82 whose movement in the left-right direction is restricted, so that the left-right movement of the panel material 6 can be further restricted. Therefore, downward bending of the panel material 6 can be further suppressed.
[0120] While one preferred embodiment of the roof structure of the present disclosure has been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be modified as appropriate.
[0121] For example, in the above embodiment, the intermediate rafter and the panel material are fixed at the longitudinal middle portion of the intermediate rafter by the fixing members (panel fixing screws 54, 58, panel fixing rivets 71, panel fixing screws 73, 75, hat-shaped metal fittings 77, panel fixing screw 81) for fixing the panel, but this is not limited to this. For example, the fixing members may be used to fix the four members and the panel material at any position of any of the four members surrounding the panel material. Also, for example, the fixing members may be used to fix the intermediate rafter and the panel material at any position along the entire longitudinal length of the intermediate rafter. For example, the fixing members may be used to fix the intermediate rafter and the panel material at positions dividing the entire longitudinal length of the intermediate rafter into thirds.
[0122] In the above embodiment, the panel material may be fixed not only to the rafters but also to the front and rear materials. [Explanation of symbols]
