[0007] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, a delivery box 1 of this embodiment is fixed to a wall surface or around an entrance outside a building, for example. The delivery box 1 is foldable and is placed in a folded state when not in use (see FIG. 9A). As shown in FIG. 1, the delivery box 1 is opened by pulling it forward when in use, and can store packages delivered by a delivery company. The delivery box has a storage section 2, a top panel 3, a door 4, and a lock section 5. The delivery box 1 is mainly made of metal plate material.
[0008] The storage section 2 has a generally rectangular parallelepiped shape that is long in the vertical direction, and the top and front are open. The storage section 2 is unfolded by being pulled out from the folded state to the front side F. The storage section 2 has a back surface 21, a pair of side surfaces 22, a bottom surface 23, a frame 24, and an opening 25 (see FIG. 4A). In this specification, when the delivery box 1 is unfolded from the folded state, the side from which the front surface of the delivery box that faces the user is pulled out is referred to as the front side F, and the side of the back surface 21 is referred to as the rear side R. The direction connecting the front side F and the rear side R is referred to as the depth direction. The width direction is perpendicular to the depth direction and refers to the direction connecting the left and right sides of the delivery box 1 when viewed from the front.
[0009] The rear portion 21 is composed of a thin, substantially rectangular plate-like member. The rear portion 21 is disposed on the rear side R of the storage section 2. The peripheral edge of the substantially rectangular plate material of the rear portion 21 is bent toward the inside of the storage section 2, and as shown in Figs. 2, 3A, and 3B, the rear portion 21 has a rear portion main body 210, an upper surface side bent edge 211, a lower surface side bent edge 212, and a side surface side bent edge 213.
[0010] The rear body 210 is configured of a rectangular, flat, thin plate that extends long in the vertical direction. The rear body 210 is a surface that is located on the innermost side R of the storage section 2.
[0011] The upper surface bent edge 211 is formed by bending the upper end side of the rear portion main body 210 toward the front side F, and extends along the width direction of the storage portion 2. The upper surface bent edge 211 has an upper surface portion 211a and a recessed portion 211b. The upper surface portion 211a is a flat surface extending from the upper end of the rear portion 21 toward the front side F. The recessed portion 211b is formed by bending from the end of the front side F of the upper surface portion 211a into a substantially U-shape that opens upward in a side cross-sectional view. The recessed portion 211b has a hanging portion 211c that extends downward from the end of the front side F of the upper surface portion 211a, a bottom surface 211d of the recessed portion 211b, and an upright portion 211e that stands upward from the bottom surface 211d. The surface on the front side F of the upper surface side bent edge 211 is the upright portion 211e of the recess 211b.
[0012] The lower surface bent edge 212 is a portion where the lower end side of the back surface portion 21 is bent towards the front side F. The lower surface bent edge 212 is located on the lowermost surface of the storage portion 2.
[0013] The side bent edge 213 is formed by bending an end portion in the short direction of the rear portion 21 in a plan view toward the front side F. The side bent edge 213 extends in the vertical direction from the upper end to the lower end of the rear portion 21. A rear side panel 222 of the side portion 22, which will be described later, is connected to the side bent edge 213, and a side cap 35 of the top plate 3, which will be described later, is connected to the upper portion.
[0014] The pair of side surface portions 22 are disposed along the depth direction, on one side and the other side in the width direction when viewed from the front of the storage section 2. The side surface portion 22 is configured by connecting two plates aligned in the depth direction, and has a front side surface plate 221 and a rear side surface plate 222. The front side surface plate 221 and the rear side surface plate 222 are each a substantially rectangular plate-like member, and have bent ends 221a, 222a that are bent at their short side ends toward the inside of the storage section 2.
[0015] The front side panel 221 and the rear side panel 222 are connected to each other by a hinge 223a at their respective bent ends 221a, 222a. The end of the front side F of the front side panel 221 is connected to a vertical frame 243 described later by a hinge 223b, and the end of the rear side R of the rear side panel 222 is connected to the back side of the side bent edge 213 located at the end in the width direction of the back surface portion 21 by a hinge 223c. The side portion 22 is configured such that when a force is applied to the storage portion 2 from the front side F to the rear side R by connecting the front side panel 221 and the rear side panel 222 by these hinges 223a, 223b, 223c, the connecting portion of the front side panel 221 and the rear side panel 222 moves so as to bend toward the inside of the storage portion 2, and is folded.
[0016] The bottom surface portion 23 is disposed in the storage section 2 and stands upright in the folded state. When the storage section 2 is unfolded during use, the bottom surface portion 23 is tilted from an upright state adjacent to the back surface portion 21 to the front side F, and is disposed so as to extend in a substantially horizontal direction in the unfolded state. The bottom surface portion 23 is configured so that a part of it can be pulled out toward the front from the storage section 2. The bottom surface portion 23 has a bottom plate portion 230 and a hinge portion 27. The bottom plate portion 230 is a flat member having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view. As shown in FIG. 4A, the bottom plate portion 230 is formed of two plates stacked one on top of the other, and has a first bottom plate 231, a second bottom plate 232, a rail portion 233, and a low-friction sheet 234.
[0017] The first bottom plate 231 is a member disposed inside the storage section 2 when the storage section 2 is in an unfolded state. The first bottom plate 231 is disposed below the second bottom plate 232 described later. As shown in Figs. 4A and 4B, the first bottom plate 231 has a substantially rectangular upper surface portion 231a, side portions 231b extending in the depth direction on one side and the other side of the width direction of the upper surface portion 231a, a front surface portion 231c extending in the width direction on the front side F, and a rear surface portion 231d extending in the width direction on the rear side R. A hinge portion 27 described later is connected to the rear surface portion 231d of the first bottom plate 231.
[0018] The second bottom plate 232 is a plate material that is slidably pulled out from the storage section 2 to the front side F when the storage section 2 is in an opened state. The second bottom plate 232 is disposed on top of the first bottom plate 231. The second bottom plate 232 has a substantially rectangular top surface portion 232a, side portions 232b extending in the depth direction on one side and the other side of the width direction of the top surface portion 232a, and a front surface portion 232c extending in the width direction on the front side F. A handle portion 232d is formed on the front surface portion 232c to be held by hand when pulling out the second bottom plate 232.
[0019] The rail portion 233 is a member that slidably connects the first bottom plate 231 and the second bottom plate 232. The rail portion 233 has a first rail portion 233a, a second rail portion 233b, and a rail shaft portion 233c.
[0020] The first rail portion 233a is fixed to one and the other side portions 231b in the width direction when viewed from the front of the first bottom plate 231, and extends along the depth direction. The first rail portion 233a is an elongated member extending along the side portions 231b, and one and the other short sides are curved toward the center in the short side direction.
[0021] The second rail portion 233b is fixed to one and the other side portions 232b in the width direction of the second bottom plate 232 in a front view. The second rail portion 233b is an elongated member extending along the side portion 232b, and has a short-side dimension that can be arranged inside the curved end portion of the first rail portion 233a. The second rail portion 233b is formed in a substantially U-shape in a cross-sectional view, and the end portion is curved so as to be warped toward the curved end portion of the first rail portion 233a. The curved end portion of the second rail portion 233b faces the curved end portion of the first rail portion 233a with a gap therebetween. The tip end of the second rail portion 233b abuts against the non-curved surface of the first rail portion 233a, and the first rail portion 233a and the second rail portion 233b are engaged with each other.
[0022] The rail shaft portion 233c is a cylindrical shaft portion disposed between the first rail portion 233a and the second rail portion 233b. The rail shaft portion 233c is disposed so that the first rail portion 233a and the second rail portion 233b slide smoothly. The sliding of the first rail portion 233a and the second rail portion 233b causes the second bottom plate 232 to slide toward the front side F and be pulled out.
[0023] The low-friction sheet 234 is disposed and attached to the back surface of the second bottom plate 232, i.e., the surface facing the upper surface of the first bottom plate 231. The low-friction sheet 234 is a thin sheet with a small coefficient of friction. The low-friction sheet 234 reduces friction that occurs when the upper surface of the first bottom plate 231 and the back surface of the second bottom plate 232 slide against each other.
[0024] The hinge portion 27 rotatably connects the bottom plate portion 230 at the rear side R of the storage portion 2. The hinge portion 27 has a pair of hinge portions 271, 272 arranged on both sides in the width direction in a front view of the storage portion 2. The pair of hinge portions 271, 272 are specifically torque hinges, and one hinge portion 271 and the other hinge portion 272 have different torque values. The pair of hinge portions 271, 272 each have a cylindrical male member 271a, 272a from which an axis portion 273 extends from the center, and a cylindrical female member 271b, 272b that receives the axis portion 273, and the rotation resistance of the axis portion 273 is different. The method of changing the rotation resistance is not particularly limited. The friction between the axis portion 273 and the female members 271b, 272b may be configured to be different, or a leaf spring or a disk-shaped part may be arranged.
[0025] One hinge part 271 has a soft damper function, with a large rotation resistance of the shaft part 273 when the bottom part 23 is tilted to the front side F. The other hinge part 272 has a small rotation resistance of the shaft part 273 when the bottom part 23 is raised to the rear side R, with an assist function during raising.
[0026] 4A, the frame portion 24 is a framework formed around an opening 25 that is formed on the front side F of the storage section 2 facing the rear section 21. A door 4, which will be described later, is fixed to the frame portion 24. The frame portion 24 has an upper frame 241, a lower frame 242, and a pair of vertical frames 243.
[0027] The upper frame 241 is disposed at the top of the front side F of the storage unit 2 along the width direction of the storage unit 2 in a front view. The upper frame 241 is a long member that is stretched so as to connect the upper ends of the pair of front side panels 221 of the side surface portion 22. As shown in FIG. 5, the upper frame 241 is disposed along the long edge portion 311 of the front side F of the first top plate 31 described later. The upper frame 241 has an inner surface 2411 and a side end surface 2412. As shown in FIG. 6, the inner surface 2411 is a surface that faces the inside of the storage unit 2 and extends in the up-down direction. On the inner surface 2411, an auxiliary arm 36 described later is disposed on the lower side, and a magnet 37 described later is disposed on the upper side. The side end surface 2412 is an end surface that is along the depth direction of the storage unit 2 at the end of the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 241. A side cap 35 described later is connected to the side end surface 2412.
[0028] The lower frame 242 is disposed below the upper frame 241 along the width direction of the storage unit 2 in a front view. The lower frame 242 has a substantially rectangular flat surface, and is attached in a direction in which the surface follows the extension direction of the bottom surface portion 23. The lower frame 242 is located above the lower end of the back surface portion 21, and wheels 26 are attached to both ends of the lower frame 242 in the width direction. When the storage unit 2 is pulled out, the wheels 26 move to the front side F while supporting the end of the front side F of the storage unit 2, making the pull-out operation easier.
[0029] The pair of vertical frames 243 are parts of the frame portion 24 extending in the up-down direction on one side and the other side of the width direction of the storage unit 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the side surface 243a of the pair of vertical frames 243 constitutes the side surface exposed when the delivery box 1 is in the folded state. For this reason, the side surface 243a of the pair of vertical frames 243 is formed with a notch 2433 for holding when the storage unit 2 is pulled out to the front side F. As shown in FIG. 4A, one side of the pair of vertical frames 243 is a door side vertical frame 2431 to which the door 4 described later is connected by a hinge. The other side is a lock lock side vertical frame 2432 to which the lock unit 5 described later is locked. The lock lock side vertical frame 2432 has an inner surface formed with a notch 2434 (see FIG. 8A) for locking the lock unit 5.
[0030] The top plate 3 is configured to be foldable, covers the upper part of the storage section 2 in the unfolded state, and is folded at the center in the depth direction in the folded state. As shown in FIG. 5, the top plate 3 has a first top plate 31, a second top plate 32, a connecting plate 33, a side cap 35, an auxiliary arm 36, a magnet 37, and a drainage structure 38.
[0031] The first top plate 31 is a substantially rectangular plate located on the front side F, and a long edge 31a constituting the long side of the rectangle is arranged along the width direction of the storage section 2. [0032] The first tabletop body surface 310 is a flat surface of the first tabletop 31 and has a substantially rectangular shape. The long edge portion 311 is a surface that is bent downward along the long edge 31a of the first tabletop 31. The long edge portion 311 is disposed on the front side F of the short edge 31b of the first tabletop 31 and extends in the thickness direction of the first tabletop 31. The short edge portion 312 is a surface that is bent downward along the short edge 31b of the first tabletop 31. The short edge portion 312 extends in the thickness direction of the first tabletop 31. The drainage recess 313 is formed from the end of the rear side R of the short edge 31b of the first tabletop 31 along the long edge 31a. The drainage recess 313 is formed in a U-shape in cross section with an open upper side. The drainage recess 313 is formed by bending an end of the short edge 31b downward, extending from the lower end to the inner side R, and bending upward. A watertight packing 314 is provided in the drainage recess 313.
[0033] The second top plate 32 is a substantially rectangular plate located on the rear side R, and a long edge 32a constituting the long side of the rectangle is arranged along the width direction of the storage section 2. A short edge 32b constituting the short side of the rectangle is arranged along the depth direction of the storage section 2. The second top plate 32 is foldably connected to the first top plate 31 via a connecting plate 33 described later. The second top plate 32 has a second top plate main body surface 320, a long edge portion 321, a short edge portion 322, and a drainage recess 323.
[0034] The second top plate main body surface 320 is a flat surface of the second top plate 32 and has a substantially rectangular shape. The long edge portion 321 is a surface that is bent downward along the long edge 32a of the second top plate 32. The long edge portion 321 is disposed on the rear side R of the short edge 32b of the second top plate 32 and extends in the thickness direction of the second top plate 32. The short edge portion 322 is a surface that is bent downward along the short edge 32b of the second top plate 32. The short edge portion 322 extends in the thickness direction of the second top plate 32. The drainage recess 323 is formed along the long edge 32a from the end of the front side F of the short edge 32b of the second top plate 32. The drainage recess 323 is formed in a U-shape in cross section with an open upper side. The drainage recess 323 is formed by bending an end of the short edge 32b downward, extending from the lower end toward the front side F, and bending upward. A watertight packing 324 is provided in the drainage recess 323.
[0035] The connecting plate 33 is disposed between the first top plate 31 and the second top plate 32. The connecting plate 33 is connected to the first top plate 31 and the second top plate 32 so that the first top plate 31 and the second top plate 32 are rotatable. As shown in Figs. 1 and 5, the connecting plate 33 is configured by stacking two members, and has an upper surface member 331, a connecting plate side portion 332, a lower surface member 333, and a cover portion 334.
[0036] The top surface member 331 is a substantially rectangular plate when viewed from above, and a long edge 331a constituting the long side of the rectangle is arranged along the width direction of the storage unit 2. A short edge 331b constituting the short side of the rectangle is arranged along the depth direction of the storage unit 2.
[0037] The cover portion 334 is formed such that the end of the short edge 331b of the upper surface member 331 is bent downward and extends from one side of the long edge 331a to the other side. The cover portion 334 has a hanging portion 334a that is bent downward and hangs from the end of the short edge 331b, and a flat portion 334b that is along the edge of the long edge 331a on the flat surface of the upper surface member 331. The cover portion 334 refers to a portion that is bent in a substantially dogleg shape in cross section near the end of the short edge 331b of the upper surface member 331. As shown in FIG. 3A, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, etc., the cover portion 334 is bent from the end of the short edge 331b of the upper surface member 331 toward the bottom surface of the drainage recess 313 of the first top plate 31 and the drainage recess 323 of the second top plate 32, and is formed to extend so as to cover a part of the drainage recesses 313, 323. By combining the covering portion 334 with the drainage recesses 313, 323, a drainage structure 38 is formed in which rainwater that falls on the upper surfaces of the connecting plate 33 or the first top plate 31 and the second top plate 32 during rainy weather flows down the bottom surfaces of the drainage recesses 313, 323 and is drained to the outside of the storage section 2.
[0038] The connecting plate side portion 332 is a plate-like portion that continues from the short edge 331b of the top surface member 331 and bends downward. The connecting plate side portion 332 is formed in a substantially T-shape when viewed from the short edge 331b side. A through hole is formed in a portion that corresponds to the horizontal bar of the T extending along the short edge 331b of the top surface member 331, and a side cap 35 described later is connected by a screw. The connecting plate side portion 332 covers the side surface of the top plate 3 together with the side cap 35 described later.
[0039] The lower surface member 333 is a member that is substantially rectangular in plan view and is disposed overlapping the upper surface member 331. The lower surface member 333 has a connecting recess 335 at the center in the short direction of the side edge that constitutes the short side of the rectangle. The connecting recess 335 is a substantially U-shaped recess that is open on the upper surface side in cross section. The lower surface member 333 and the upper surface member 331 are disposed overlapping from both ends of the connecting recess 335 to the ends of the lower surface member 333 in the short direction. An auxiliary arm 36, which will be described later, is fixed inside the connecting recess 335.
[0040] The side caps 35 are disposed so as to cover the short edges 312, 322 that are the sides along the depth direction of the tabletop 3, and are thin, elongated plates made of the same material as the tabletop 3. The side caps 35 have a front side cap 351 and a back side cap 352.
[0041] The front side cap 351 has a generally rectangular shape, and its longitudinal direction is longer than the length of the short edge 31b of the first top plate 31. The lateral direction of the front side cap 351 extends in the thickness direction of the first top plate 31. The dimension of the lateral direction of the front side cap 351 is approximately the same as the dimension of the thickness direction of the connecting plate side portion 332 of the connecting plate 33.
[0042] The front side cap 351 connects the connecting plate 33, the first top plate 31, and the upper frame 241 of the storage section 2. In detail, the front side cap 351 is arranged overlapping the outside of the short edge portion 312 along the depth direction of the first top plate 31, and is fixed to the first top plate 31. One end of the front side cap 351 in the longitudinal direction is overlapped with an end of the connecting plate side portion 332 of the connecting plate 33, and is rotatably connected by a screw 34 inserted through a through hole of the connecting plate side portion 332. The other end is rotatably connected by the screw 34 to the side end surface 2412 of the upper frame 241 connected to the first top plate 31. Since the front side cap 351 is fixed to the first top plate 31, the first top plate 31 is rotatably connected to the connecting plate 33 and the upper frame 241 with the screw 34 as a connecting shaft.
[0043] The rear side cap 352 has a generally rectangular shape, and the longitudinal direction is longer than the length of the short edge 32b of the second top plate 32. The lateral direction of the rear side cap 352 extends in the thickness direction of the second top plate 32. The dimension of the lateral direction of the rear side cap 352 is approximately the same as the dimension of the thickness direction of the connecting plate side portion 332 of the connecting plate 33.
[0044] The rear side cap 352 connects the connecting plate 33, the second top plate 32, and the upper part of the rear side R of the storage section 2. In detail, the rear side cap 352 is arranged overlapping the outside of the short edge portion 322 along the depth direction of the second top plate 32, and is fixed to the second top plate 32. One end of the rear side cap 352 in the longitudinal direction is overlapped with an end of the connecting plate side portion 332 of the connecting plate 33, and is rotatably connected by a screw 34 inserted through a through hole of the connecting plate side portion 332. The other end is rotatably connected by the screw 34 to a side of the side bent edge 213 of the back portion 21 connected to the second top plate 32. Since the rear side cap 352 is fixed to the second top plate 32, the second top plate 32 is rotatably connected to the connecting plate 33 and the back portion 21 with the screw 34 as a connecting shaft.
[0045] 6, the auxiliary arm 36 connects the connecting plate 33 and the inner surface 2411 of the upper frame 241. The auxiliary arm 36 is disposed in approximately the center in the width direction on the rear surface of the top board 3, and is disposed so as to extend along the depth direction from the front side F. The auxiliary arm 36 has an arm main body 360, a magnet abutment portion 361, and an arm connection portion 362.
[0046] The arm body 360 has a vertically long, flat shape. The arm body 360 has a constant width from one end to the other in the longitudinal direction, excluding a magnet abutment portion 361, which will be described later.
[0047] The magnet abutment portion 361 is disposed near one end of the arm body 360 in the longitudinal direction, and protrudes outward on both sides from the ends of the arm body 360 in the lateral direction. An edge 361a along the longitudinal direction of the arm body 360 in the protruding portion is formed in a straight line. The magnet abutment portion 361 is formed to protrude symmetrically from the ends of the arm body 360 in the lateral direction. As shown in FIG. 7, the magnet abutment portion 361 is a portion that abuts against a magnet 37 (described later) so as to be sandwiched between the magnet 37 and the magnet 37 when the table top 3 is folded.
[0048] The arm connection part 362 is a member that rotatably connects an end part in the longitudinal direction of the arm body 360 to the arm body 360. The arm connection part 362 has an upper frame side connection part 3621 and a connecting plate side connection part 3622 as connection parts.
[0049] The upper frame side connection part 3621 is fixed along the inner surface 2411 of the upper frame 241, and has a mounting surface on which the end of the front side F of the arm main body 360 is overlapped and extends in the depth direction. The arm main body 360 is rotatably fixed and connected to the mounting surface with a pin.
[0050] The connecting plate side connection part 3622 is disposed in a connecting recess 335 in the lower surface member 333 of the connecting plate 33. The connecting plate side connection part 3622 is fixed within the connecting recess 335, and has a connecting piece 3623 that protrudes downward from a through groove formed in the bottom surface of the connecting recess 335. The connecting piece 3623 has a thin plate surface, and the surface of the plate surface is disposed along the depth direction. The end of the rear side R of the arm main body 360 is overlapped with the connecting piece 3623 of the connecting plate side connection part 3622, and the arm main body 360 is rotatably fixed with a pin.
[0051] The magnets 37 are disposed facing the front side F and rear side R of the storage section 2 so as to sandwich the auxiliary arm 36 when the top panel 3 is in the folded state. The magnets include a front side magnet 371 and a rear side magnet 372. The front side magnet 371 is fixed to an upper part of the upper frame side connection part 3621 of the arm connection part 362 on the inner surface 2411 of the upper frame 241. The rear side magnet 372 is fixed to the upright part 211e of the recess 211b of the upper surface side bent edge 211 of the back surface part 21 at a position facing the front side magnet 371.
[0052] The door 4 opens and closes the opening 25 formed on the front surface of the storage unit 2. The door 4 has a substantially rectangular shape arranged opposite the rear surface 21, and is rotatably connected to the door-side vertical frame 2431 of the vertical frame 243 of the storage unit 2. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4A, the door 4 has a door main body surface 40, an upper edge surface 41, a lower edge surface 42, and a pair of side edge surfaces 43. The door main body surface 40 is a rectangular plate surface and is arranged on the front surface of the delivery box 1. The upper edge surface 41 is a flat surface formed by bending the upper end of the door main body surface 40 in the depth direction. The lower edge surface 42 is a flat surface formed by bending the lower end of the door main body surface 40 in the depth direction. The pair of side edge surfaces 43 are flat surfaces formed by bending the side ends arranged at both ends in the width direction of the door main body surface 40 in the depth direction.
[0053] The lock unit 5 is an electronic lock provided on the back surface of the door main body surface 40. As shown in FIG.
[0054] The locking body 51 is a member that can be locked in a notch 2434 of a lock locking side vertical frame 2432 that is disposed from the rear surface of the door to the side surface of the storage section 2. The locking body 51 has a locking claw 511, a locking claw connection portion 512, and a drive unit side locking portion 513. The locking body 51 is made of metal.
[0055] The locking claw 511 is configured by arranging two thin plates, each having a hook shape in plan view, spaced apart from each other above and below, which can be locked in the notch 2434. The locking claw 511 has two flat edges that are connected at a substantially right angle in plan view, and an arc-shaped edge that connects the distal ends of these flat surfaces.
[0056] The locking claw connection part 512 is a plate-like part that connects the locking claws 511 to two pieces arranged with a gap therebetween and is formed integrally with the locking claws 511, continuing from the flat surface of the locking claws 511. The locking claw connection part 512 is fixed to the spring hinge 52 described later, and connects the locking claws 511 so that they can be linked to the movement of the spring hinge 52.
[0057] The drive unit side locking portion 513 is generally L-shaped in plan view, with two rectangular plates 513a, 513b connected at a generally right angle. One plate 513a of the drive unit side locking portion 513 is connected to the spring hinge 52 together with the locking claw connection portion 512. The other plate 513b of the drive unit side locking portion 513 is disposed at a position where its tip side can be locked to a protrusion 532 of the drive unit 53, which will be described later.
[0058] The spring hinge 52 is a hinge that biases the two blades 521, 522 toward each other in the unlocked state. The spring hinge 52 is made of metal, and one blade 521 is fixed to the rear surface of the door 4. The other blade 522 is connected by a screw to the locking claw connection part 512 of the locking body 51 and one plate 513a of the drive unit side locking part 513. As shown in FIG. 8B, the spring hinge 52 biases the locking body 51 in the unlocked state in the direction away from the notch 2434 of the lock locking side vertical frame 2432.
[0059] The driving unit 53 is a member that drives the engaging body 51 in a direction to engage with the lock engaging side vertical frame 2432 against the biasing force of the spring hinge 52 when locked. The driving unit 53 is driven electrically, and has a housing part 531 and a protrusion part 532.
[0060] The housing 531 has a dimension equal to or smaller than the dimension in the thickness direction of the door 4, and does not protrude from the rear surface of the door 4 toward the storage section 2. It is adhered to the rear surface of the door main body surface 40. Inside the housing 531, a power source such as a battery, a harness, driving parts 533 such as a circuit board, etc. are housed. The housing 531 is made of resin.
[0061] The protrusion 532 is a protrusion that protrudes from the housing 531 so as to be retractable. When the protrusion 532 receives an electronic signal and an instruction to lock, it is driven to protrude from the housing 531. When the protrusion 532 protrudes, as shown in FIG. 8B, the protrusion 532 engages with and pushes back the drive unit side locking part 513 that was inclined toward the back side of the door 4 due to the natural bias of the spring hinge 52 when unlocking. As shown in FIG. 8A, when the drive unit side locking part 513 is pushed back, the other blade plate 522 of the spring hinge 52 connected to one plate 513a of the drive unit side locking part 513 and the locking claw connection part 512 are both pushed back. This causes the spring hinge 52 to open, and the locking claw 511 to lock into the notch 2434 of the lock locking side vertical frame 2432. The protrusion 532 is made of resin, specifically, plastic.
[0062] Next, the opening and closing movement of the delivery box 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 9A, when not in use, the delivery box 1 is folded and placed outside the building, such as at the entrance. When a package is delivered and the resident is not at home, the delivery box 1 is opened and used. When opening it, first, hands are inserted into the handle notches 2433 formed in a pair of vertical frames 243 of the delivery box 1, and force is applied to pull the door 4 towards you. When the door 4 is pulled out, the wheels 26 slide.
[0063] 9B, when the door 4 is pulled out toward the front, the folded side portion 22 gradually opens and unfolds. As the first top plate 31 of the top plate 3 moves toward the front side F, the screw 34 connecting the side cap 35 rotates, and the first top plate 31 and the second top plate 32 are tilted.
[0064] 9C, when the door 4 is opened after the side portion 22 is completely opened, the bottom portion 23 stands upright along the back portion 21. Put your hands on the second bottom plate 232 of the bottom plate portion 230 and tilt it towards the front side F. At this time, the rotation resistance of one hinge portion 271 of the hinge portion 27 is large, so if you apply a little force and tilt it towards the front side F, it will fall slowly.
[0065] If the luggage is light, it may be placed on the second bottom plate 232 overlapping the upper side of the fallen bottom portion 23. If the luggage is heavy or large, the second bottom plate 232 overlapping the upper side of the first bottom plate 231 can be pulled out toward the front side F as shown in FIG. 4A. The first bottom plate 231 and the second bottom plate 232 are connected by a rail portion 233, and a low-friction sheet 234 is attached to the back surface of the second bottom plate 232, so that the second bottom plate 232 can be pulled out smoothly. After the luggage is placed on the pulled out second bottom plate 232, the luggage is stored in the delivery box 1 by pushing the second bottom plate 232 toward the rear side R.
[0066] In this embodiment, when the door 4 is locked or unlocked, since the lock unit 5 is an electronic lock, a signal for locking or unlocking is sent by an electronic device such as a smartphone or a dedicated remote controller. In the unlocked state of the lock unit 5, the protrusion 532 is stored inside the housing unit 531 of the drive unit 53. When the protrusion 532 is stored, the locking body 51 is biased by the natural state of the spring hinge 52 and falls toward the drive unit 53 side, as shown in FIG. 8B. In this state, the locking claw 511 of the locking body 51 is not engaged with the notch 2434 of the lock locking side vertical frame 2432. When the lock unit 5 receives a signal to lock, the protrusion 532 protrudes from the housing unit 531, as shown in FIG. 8A. Then, the drive unit side locking portion 513 of the locking body 51 is lifted by the protruding portion 532, and the locking claw 511 of the locking body 51 engages with the back side of the lock locking side vertical frame 2432 in which the notch 2434 is formed. Then, even if an attempt is made to open the door 4, the locking claw 511 will prevent it from being opened.
[0067] When the delivery box 1 is placed outside a building in an unfolded state, rain may get on the top plate 3 depending on the position. However, a drainage recess 313 is formed at the end of the rear side R of the first top plate 31, and a drainage recess 323 is formed at the end of the front side F of the second top plate 32. A drainage structure 38 is provided in which the cover portion 334 of the connecting plate 33 covers these drainage recesses 313, 323. Water that falls between the first top plate 31 and the connecting plate 33, and between the second top plate 32 and the connecting plate 33 is received by the drainage recesses 313, 323 and drained from the side surface portion 22 side.
[0068] When closing the delivery box 1 in the opened state, the front side F of the bottom plate portion 230 is lifted and rotated by the hinge portion 27 to stand up. At this time, since the rotation resistance of the other hinge portion 272 is small, the bottom surface portion 23 stands up smoothly by only pushing it lightly. Next, insert your hand into the notch 2433 for handling and push the door 4 toward the rear side R. Then, as shown in FIG. 9B, the center portion in the depth direction of the side portion 22 is bent inward. At this time, the first top plate 31 and the side cap 35 are fixed, the second top plate 32 and the side cap 35 are fixed, and the connecting plate 33 and the side cap 35 are fixed. Since the connecting plate 33 and the side cap 35 are rotatably connected by the screw 34, when the first top plate 31 is pushed toward the rear side R, the side of the first top plate 31 connected to the connecting plate 33 is pushed upward. In conjunction with the upward movement of the connecting plate 33, the side of the second top plate 32 connected to the connecting plate 33 also moves upward. In addition, inside the first top plate 31, an auxiliary arm 36 connects the upper frame 241 of the storage section 2 to the rear surface of the connecting plate 33. Therefore, the auxiliary arm 36 helps the first top plate 31 and the connecting plate 33 not to move in a twisted direction or to shift.
[0069] As shown in Fig. 7, the connecting plate 33 is positioned at the top within the range of movement, and the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are folded so as to face each other. At this time, the magnetic contact portion 361 of the auxiliary arm 36 is magnetically attracted to the front magnet 371 arranged at the upper part of the inner surface 2411 of the upper frame 241 and the rear magnet 372 arranged at the upright portion 211e of the recess 211b of the upper surface side bent edge 211 of the rear surface portion 21. The magnetic contact portion 361 is positioned so as to be sandwiched between the front magnet 371 and the rear magnet 372, and is attracted by the magnetic force, so that the position of the auxiliary arm 36 is determined, and the folding movement of the tabletop 3 is stabilized.
[0070] The magnet abutment portion 361 of the auxiliary arm 36 is fixed by being sandwiched between the front magnet 371 and the rear magnet 372. When the first table top 31 and the second table top 32 are upright and stored under the connecting plate 33, they are in the folded state shown in FIG.
[0071] According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. A foldable delivery box 1 includes a storage section 2 that is unfolded by being pulled out from a folded state to the front side F, and a foldable top plate 3 that covers the upper part of the storage section 2, and the top plate 3 is foldably connected to a first top plate 31 located on the front side F and a second top plate 32 located on the back side R. The top plate 3 is folded into the first top plate 31 located on the front side F and the second top plate 32 located on the back side R, and is unfolded by being pulled out to the front side F, so that the delivery box 1 can be opened and closed without the trouble of lifting or tipping over a single top plate, for example.
[0072] According to this embodiment, the table top 3 is configured to include a connecting plate 33 that is disposed between the first table top 31 and the second table top 32 and connects the first table top 31 and the second table top 32 so that the first table top 31 and the second table top 32 can rotate. The first table top 31 and the second table top 32 are opened and closed via the connecting plate 33. As a result, the connecting plate 33 covers the thickness direction of the first table top 31 and the thickness direction of the second table top 32 in the folded state, so that the appearance of the table top 3 can be made neat. The connecting plate 33 reliably connects the first table top 31 and the second table top 32 to achieve stable movement.
[0073] According to this embodiment, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are configured to include side caps 35 that cover the short edge portions 312, 322 along the depth direction of the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32. The side caps 35 include a front side cap 351 that connects the connecting plate 33, the first tabletop 31, and the upper portion of the front side F of the storage section 2, and a rear side cap 352 that connects the connecting plate 33, the second tabletop 32, and the upper portion of the rear side R of the storage section 2. The front side cap 351 connects the connecting plate 33, the first tabletop 31, and the upper frame 241, and the rear side cap 352 connects the connecting plate 33, the second tabletop 32, and the upper portion of the rear portion 21, so that the tabletop 3 can be folded with a simple configuration. At the same time, the side caps 35 cover the side surfaces along the depth direction of the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32, and the appearance of the side surfaces can be improved.
[0074] According to this embodiment, the storage unit 2 includes an upper frame 241 arranged on the upper part of the front side F of the storage unit 2 along the width direction of the storage unit in a front view, and an auxiliary arm 36 arranged on the rear surface of the tabletop 3 so as to extend in the depth direction from the front side F, connecting the upper frame 241 and the connecting plate 33. The auxiliary arm 36 connects the upper frame 241 and the connecting plate 33, thereby preventing the first tabletop 31 and the connecting plate 33 from shifting obliquely in the depth direction when they move along the depth direction. This helps the tabletop 3 to be opened and closed smoothly.
[0075] According to this embodiment, the storage unit 2 further includes a rear portion 21 disposed on the rear side R of the storage unit 2, and magnets 37 disposed on the front side F and rear side R facing each other so as to sandwich the auxiliary arm 36 when the top plate 3 is folded. The magnets 37 include a front magnet 371 fixed to the upper portion of the connection portion to which the auxiliary arm 36 is connected in the upper frame 241, and a rear magnet 372 fixed to a position facing the front magnet 371 at the upper end side of the rear portion 21. The auxiliary arm 36 is disposed to be sandwiched between the front magnet 371 and the rear magnet 372, so that when the auxiliary arm 36 moves between the unfolded state in which it extends in the depth direction and the folded state in which it extends in the vertical direction, it is attracted to the front magnet 371 and the rear magnet 372, and is prevented from being displaced obliquely. This makes it possible to more reliably assist in the smooth opening and closing of the top plate 3.
[0076] According to this embodiment, the top plate 3 is configured to include drainage recesses 313, 323 that are U-shaped in cross section and open upward, which are formed from the ends of the short edges 31b, 32b along the depth direction of each of the first top plate 31 and the second top plate 32 along the width direction perpendicular to the depth direction. The connecting plate 33 is configured to include a cover portion 334 that is bent from the end of the short edge 331b along the depth direction of the connecting plate 33 toward the bottom surface of the drainage recesses 313, 323 and extends to cover a part of the drainage recesses 313, 323, and the delivery box 1 is configured to include a drainage structure 38 in which the drainage recesses 313, 323 and the cover portion 334 are combined. The drainage structure 38 is formed between the end of the connecting plate 33 and the ends of the first top plate 31 and the second top plate 32, so that rain that falls on the top plate 3 of the delivery box 1 during rainy weather is drained. This prevents water from accumulating on the top plate 3 and from seeping into or penetrating the inside of the storage section 2.
[0077] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and any modifications, improvements, etc. that can achieve the object of the present disclosure are included in the present disclosure. In the above-described embodiment, the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are connected by the connecting plate 33. However, as long as the first tabletop 31 and the second tabletop 32 are rotatably connected, the connecting configuration and members are not important.
[0078] In the above embodiment, the lock 5 is an electronic lock, but it may be a manually operated lock. [Explanation of symbols]
