Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for determining a valve opening in a pipeline network, a valve opening determination device, and a computer program. [Background technology]
[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art In factories such as steelworks, there is a pipeline network that supplies various types of gaseous and liquid fluids from a source to a plurality of pieces of equipment via a plurality of pipes, each of which has a flow control valve. In this pipeline network, leakage from piping can lead to excessive use of the transported fluid, problems due to a shortage of fluid supply to each facility and increased pressure loss, and a decline in product quality. Therefore, if a piping leak occurs, it is necessary to quickly identify the leak location and quickly plug the leak.
[0003] However, in many cases, it is necessary to suspend operations when sealing a leak in a pipe. Therefore, even if a leak in a pipe is identified, there is a time lag until it can be sealed, and it is necessary to continue operations with the leak for a while. Many methods for quickly detecting leaks in piping have been studied in the past. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a pipeline leak detection method for detecting pipeline leaks based on the flow rate difference between the inlet flow rate and the outlet flow rate of a pipeline.
[0004] Patent Document 2 discloses a leak detection device for compressed air or liquid in a piping network. This leak detection device acquires time-series measurement values of the supply tank pressure and supply tank flow rate supplied from a supply tank and the end equipment pressure at the inlet of the end equipment, and extracts time-series measurement data with large pressure fluctuations. Then, based on a piping network model, the extracted time-series measurement data is used as a boundary condition to calculate the time-series response of the flow rate and pressure in the piping network. Then, based on the calculated time-series response of the flow rate and pressure, the leak location and leak amount of compressed air or liquid in the piping network are determined, and the leak location and leak amount are displayed. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-281517 [Patent Document 2] International Publication No. 2018 / 034187 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] However, the pipeline leakage detection method disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the leakage detection device disclosed in Patent Document 2 have the following problems. That is, in both the pipeline leakage detection method shown in Patent Document 1 and the leakage detection device shown in Patent Document 2, there is no mention of reconstructing the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source flowing into each branch in order to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each facility after identifying the leak location and amount in the pipe until the leak point in the pipe is repaired. In the steel manufacturing industry, etc., there are cases where operations must be continued for a while even after a pipe leakage, and in such cases, it is necessary to easily and quickly reconstruct the valve opening of the flow control valve installed in each pipe and the flow rate of the source. In general, when a pipe leakage is discovered, the flow rate balance of the pipe is disturbed, so it is not easy to reconstruct the flow rate to an appropriate level by setting the valve opening of the flow control valve installed in the pipe. In other words, in order to reconstruct the appropriate flow rate of each pipe, it is necessary to measure the flow rate of each pipe and the leakage amount of the fluid using a large number of flow meters, and adjust the valve opening of the flow control valve and the flow rate of the source based on the results.
[0007] Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems, and its object is to provide a valve opening determination method, a valve opening determination device, and a computer program for a pipeline network, which are capable of easily and quickly reconstructing the valve opening of the flow control valves installed in each pipe and the flow rate of the source flowing into each branch in the event of a pipe leak. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] (1) In order to solve the above problems, a valve opening determination method in a pipeline network according to one embodiment of the present invention is a method for determining a valve opening in a pipeline network in which a fluid from a source stream is supplied to a plurality of equipment via one or more branching sections and a plurality of pipes each having a flow control valve, the method determining the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source stream flowing into each branching section in order to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each equipment in the event of a pipe leak, the method including a flow rate calculation step of calculating the flow rate of the fluid at the start point and the end point in each pipe from the vibration frequency of the fluid measured and obtained at the start point and the end point of each pipe in which each flow control valve is provided, and a valve opening calculation step of calculating the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source stream flowing into each branching section in order to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each equipment in the event of a pipe leak, using the flow rates of the fluid at the start point and the end point in each pipe calculated in the flow rate calculation step.
[0009] (2) In the method for determining a valve opening in a pipeline network described in (1), the flow rate calculation step preferably calculates a flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the start and end points of each pipe from a Strouhal number St = fd / v of the fluid at the start and end points of each pipe, which has been obtained in advance, a vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and obtained at the start and end points of each pipe, and an inner diameter d (mm) of each pipe, which has been obtained in advance, and calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points of each pipe by multiplying the calculated flow velocity v of the fluid at the start and end points of each pipe by a cross-sectional area of the flow path in each pipe.
[0010] (3) In the method for determining a valve opening in a pipeline network described in (1) or (2), it is preferable that the measurement of the vibration frequency of the fluid is performed at a position away from at least one of the bend in each pipe, the location where the flow control valve is located in each pipe, the flange portion in each pipe, and the welded portion in each pipe by a distance equal to or less than the outer diameter of each pipe.
[0011] (4) Furthermore, in the method for determining a valve opening in a pipeline network described in any one of (1) to (3), in the valve opening calculation step, when the entire pipeline network is regarded as a tree structure graph, in a subtree consisting of a parent node that is a branch point on the upstream side of the leaking pipe corresponding to the branching section and its child node, it is preferable to calculate the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into the parent node for supplying a desired flow rate of fluid to each leaf corresponding to each piece of equipment using the fluid flow rates of the start and end points of each edge connecting the parent node and child node corresponding to each pipe, and to further recursively calculate the flow rate of the source flow flowing into an upstream parent node relative to the parent node and the valve opening of each flow control valve using the obtained flow rate of the source flow flowing into the parent node.
[0012] (5) Furthermore, a valve opening determination device in a pipeline network according to another aspect of the present invention is a valve opening determination device in a pipeline network in which a fluid from a source is supplied to a plurality of equipment via one or more branching sections and a plurality of pipes each having a flow control valve, the device determining the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source stream flowing into each branching section in order to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each equipment in the event of a pipe leak, the device comprising: a flow rate calculation unit that calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start point and the end point of each pipe from the vibration frequency of the fluid measured and obtained at the start point and the end point of each pipe in which each flow control valve is provided; and a valve opening calculation unit that calculates the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source stream flowing into each branching section in order to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each equipment in the event of a pipe leak, using the flow rates of the fluid at the start point and the end point of each pipe calculated by the flow rate calculation unit.
[0013] (6) Furthermore, in the valve opening determination device in a pipeline network described in (5), it is preferable that the flow rate calculation unit calculates the flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the start and end points of each pipe from the Strouhal number St = fd / v of the fluid at the start and end points of each pipe, which has been obtained in advance, the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and obtained at the start and end points of each pipe, and the inner diameter d (mm) of each pipe, which has been obtained in advance, and calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points of each pipe by multiplying the calculated flow velocity v of the fluid at the start and end points of each pipe by the cross-sectional area of the flow path in each pipe.
[0014] (7) In addition, in the valve opening determination device in a pipeline network described in (5) or (6), it is preferable that the vibration frequency of the fluid is measured at a position spaced apart from at least one of the bends in each pipe, the locations where flow control valves are located in each pipe, the flanges in each pipe, and the welds in each pipe by a distance equal to or less than the outer diameter of each pipe.
[0015] (8) Furthermore, in the valve opening determination device for a pipeline network described in any one of (5) to (7), when the entire pipeline network is regarded as a tree structure graph, it is preferable that the valve opening calculation unit calculates the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into the parent node for supplying a desired flow rate of fluid to each leaf corresponding to each piece of equipment using the fluid flow rates of the start and end points of each edge connecting the parent node and child node corresponding to each pipeline in a subtree consisting of a parent node that is a branch point on the upstream side of the leaking pipeline corresponding to the branch and its child node, and then recursively calculates the flow rate of the source flow flowing into the parent node obtained and the valve opening of each flow control valve using the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent node.
[0016] (9) Furthermore, a computer program according to another aspect of the present invention is a computer program for causing a computer to calculate the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into each branch in a pipeline network in which a fluid from a source is supplied to each piece of equipment via one or more branch sections and a plurality of pipes each having a flow control valve, in order to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each piece of equipment in the event of a pipe leak, the computer being configured to execute a flow calculation step of calculating the flow rate of the fluid at the start point and the end point of each pipe from the vibration frequency of the fluid measured and obtained at the start point and the end point of each pipe in which each flow control valve is provided, and a valve opening calculation step of calculating the valve opening of each flow control valve and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into each branch in order to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each piece of equipment in the event of a pipe leak, using the flow rates of the fluid at the start point and the end point of each pipe calculated in the flow calculation step. [0032] A flow control valve 37a is installed near the inlet of the seventh pipe 27. A start-side vibrometer 37b is installed at the outlet side of the flow control valve 37a, which corresponds to the start point of the seventh pipe 27, and an end-side vibrometer 37c is installed at the outlet end of the seventh pipe 27, which corresponds to the end point of the seventh pipe 27. The flow control valve 37a controls the flow rate of the fluid flowing from the third branch 7 to the seventh pipe 27. A flow control valve 38a installed in the eighth pipe 28, which will be described later, controls the flow rate of the fluid flowing from the third branch 7 to the eighth pipe 28, and the valve opening (ratio) of the flow control valve 37a and the valve opening (ratio) of the flow control valve 38a are set to be 1 in total. The end point vibration meter 37 c measures the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid flowing through the end point of the seventh pipe 27 .
[0033] A flow control valve 38a is provided near the inlet of the eighth pipe 28. A start-side vibrometer 38b is provided on the outlet side of the flow control valve 38a, which corresponds to the start point of the eighth pipe 28, and an end-side vibrometer 38c is provided on the outlet end of the eighth pipe 28, which corresponds to the end point of the eighth pipe 28. The end-side vibrometer 38c measures the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid flowing through the end point of the eighth pipe 28.
[0034] The measurement of the vibration frequency f of the fluid by the start-side vibrometers 31b-39b and the end-side vibrometers 31c-39c is performed at positions spaced apart from at least one of the bends (not shown) in the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the locations where the flow control valves 31a-39a are arranged in the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the flanges (not shown) in the first to ninth pipes 21-29, and the welds (not shown) in the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by a distance equal to or less than the outer diameter of the first to ninth pipes 21-29. This is because periodic vibrations are unlikely to occur in the straight pipes of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0035] Further, the fourth equipment 11 is connected to an end of the seventh pipe 27, and the fifth equipment 12 is connected to an end of the eighth pipe 28. The fluid flowing through the seventh pipe 27 is sent to the fourth equipment 11, and the fluid flowing through the eighth pipe 28 is sent to the fifth equipment 12. In the pipeline network 1 configured in this manner, when a leak occurs in a specific pipe (one or more of the first to ninth pipes 21-29), it is necessary to easily and quickly reconfigure the valve opening of the flow control valves 31a-39a and the flow rate of the source flow provided in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0036] For this reason, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a valve opening determination device 50 is provided. The valve opening determination device 50 determines the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a-39a and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into each branch (source branch 4 and first to third branches 5, 6, 7) to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each equipment (first to sixth equipment 8-13) when a leak occurs in a specified pipe (one or more of the first to ninth pipes 21-29) in the pipeline network 1.
[0037] 1, the valve opening determination device 50 includes a flow rate calculation unit 51, a valve opening calculation unit 52, and an output display unit 53. The valve opening determination device 50 is a computer system having an arithmetic processing function, and executes the functions of the flow rate calculation unit 51 (step S1: flow rate calculation step, see FIG. 2), the valve opening calculation unit 52 (step S2: valve opening calculation step, see FIG. 2), and the output display unit 53 (step S3: output display step) according to instructions of a computer program installed in a storage device (not shown).
[0038] Here, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 from the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 in which each flow control valve 31a-39a is provided. In addition, the valve opening calculation unit 52 uses the flow rates of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 calculated by the flow rate calculation unit 51 to calculate the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a to 39a for supplying a desired flow rate of fluid to each of the first to sixth equipment 8 to 13 in the event of a pipe leak, and the flow rate of the source flowing into the source branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, and 7.
[0039] Furthermore, the output display unit 53 outputs and displays the results calculated and output by the valve opening calculation unit 52, i.e., the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a to 39a for supplying the desired flow rate of fluid to each of the first to sixth equipment 8 to 13 in the event of a piping leak, as calculated by the valve opening calculation unit 52, and the flow rate of the source flowing into the source branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, and 7.
[0040] Next, the details of the process flow in the valve opening determination device 50 will be described with reference to Fig. 2 to Fig. 4. Fig. 2 is a flowchart for explaining the process flow in the valve opening determination device. Fig. 3 is a flowchart for explaining the detailed flow of step S1 (flow rate calculation step) in the flowchart shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a flowchart for explaining the detailed flow of step S2 (valve opening calculation step) in the flowchart shown in Fig. 2.
[0041] First, in step S1, the flow rate calculation unit 51 of the valve opening determination device 50 calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 from the fluid vibration frequency f (Hz) measured and acquired at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 in which each flow control valve 31a-39a is provided (flow rate calculation step). The detailed flow of the process in step S1 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0042] First, in step S11, the flow rate calculation unit 51 constructs a tree structure graph of the entire pipeline network 1. The overall configuration of the pipeline network 1 that forms the basis of the tree structure graph is shown in Figure 1, and information on the overall configuration of this pipeline network 1 is input by an operator to an input device 54, and the flow rate calculation unit 51 acquires the information from the input device 54.

Reference numeral 62 denotes a node corresponding to the first branch portion 5, reference numeral 63 denotes a node corresponding to the second branch portion 6, and reference numeral 64 denotes a node corresponding to the third branch portion 7. Reference numeral 65 denotes a leaf corresponding to the first facility 8, reference numeral 66 denotes a leaf corresponding to the second facility 9, reference numeral 67 denotes a leaf corresponding to the third facility 10, reference numeral 68 denotes a leaf corresponding to the fourth facility 11, reference numeral 69 denotes a leaf corresponding to the fifth facility 12, and reference numeral 70 denotes a leaf corresponding to the sixth facility 13.
[0044] Moreover, the reference symbol 71i (i=1) is an edge connecting the node 61 and the node 62 corresponding to the first pipe 21, and the reference symbol 71i (i=2) is an edge connecting the node 62 and the leaf 65 corresponding to the second pipe 22. Moreover, the reference symbol 71i (i=3) is an edge connecting the node 62 and the leaf 66 corresponding to the third pipe 23, and the reference symbol 71i (i=4) is an edge connecting the node 62 and the leaf 67 corresponding to the fourth pipe 24. Moreover, the reference symbol 71i (i=5) is an edge connecting the node 61 and the node 63 corresponding to the fifth pipe 25, and the reference symbol 71i (i=6) is an edge connecting the node 63 and the node 64 corresponding to the sixth pipe 26. Moreover, reference numeral 71i (i=7) denotes an edge connecting the node 64 corresponding to the seventh pipe 27 and the leaf 68, and reference numeral 71i (i=8) denotes an edge connecting the node 64 corresponding to the eighth pipe 28 and the leaf 69. Furthermore, reference numeral 71i (i=9) denotes an edge connecting the node 63 corresponding to the ninth pipe 29 and the leaf 70.
[0045] Each of the nodes 61 to 64, excluding the leaves 65 to 70, has a variable corresponding to the valve opening of the flow control valve, the number of which is equal to the number of its children. Specifically, the node 61 has a variable corresponding to the valve opening of the flow control valves 31a and 35a, and the node 62 has a variable corresponding to the valve opening of the flow control valves 32a to 34a. In addition, the node 63 has a variable corresponding to the valve opening of the flow control valves 36a and 39a, and the node 64 has a variable corresponding to the valve opening of the flow control valves 37a and 38a.
[0046] Furthermore, each edge 71i (i=1 to 9) has a passing flow rate as a variable. Next, in step S12, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets the current valve opening of each of the flow rate control valves 31a to 39a to each of the nodes 61 to 64. Specifically, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets the current valve opening of the flow rate control valves 31a, 35a to node 61, and sets the current valve opening of the flow rate control valves 32a to 34a to node 62. In addition, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets the current valve opening of the flow rate control valves 36a, 39a to node 63, and sets the current valve opening of the flow rate control valves 37a, 38a to node 64.
[0047] Here, information on the current valve opening degree of each of the flow control valves 31a to 39a is input to the input device by an operator, and the flow calculation unit 51 acquires the information from the input device . Next, in step S13, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start point and the end point in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0048] Here, when calculating the flow rate of the fluid at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 from the Strouhal number St=fd / v of the fluid at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 acquired in advance, the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired by each of the start point side vibration meters 31b-39b at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, and the inner diameter d (mm) of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 acquired in advance. Then, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by multiplying the calculated flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by the cross-sectional area of the flow path in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0049] The Strouhal number St=fd / v of the fluid at the start point in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 is calculated in advance by vibration analysis using a fluid simulation, since the Strouhal number St=fd / v varies depending on the shape of the pipe and the part of the pipe. Then, the information of the calculated Strouhal number St=fd / v of the fluid at the start point in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 is input to the input device 54 by an operator, and the flow rate calculation unit 51 acquires the information from the input device 54. Here, since the flow is more likely to be disturbed and vibration is more likely to occur at the parts of the flow path in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 that have bends or valves than a simple straight pipe, these parts are targeted for vibration analysis. The fluid simulation uses a non-steady method to reproduce the vibration of the fluid, and the time step is set to be sufficiently smaller than the vibration frequency f of the fluid.
[0050] The Strouhal number St = fd / v of the fluid at the starting point in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 can be calculated from the inner diameter d in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by performing a vibration analysis using the time series distribution of the flow velocity v in the pipe obtained by this fluid simulation to determine the vibration frequency f.
[0051] Examples of vibration analysis methods include Fourier transform and modal analysis. Although Fourier transform is basically suitable for calculating the vibration frequency of the coordinates of a certain point, in order to apply it to multidimensional data such as the time series distribution of the flow velocity in a pipe obtained by a fluid simulation, it is necessary to identify the coordinates with characteristic vibrations in advance. For this reason, a method of analyzing the vibration mode of the entire flow velocity field by modal analysis is effective as a vibration analysis method. In addition, coordinates with characteristic vibrations may be identified from the vibration mode obtained by modal analysis and used in combination with Fourier transform. Examples of modal analysis methods include dynamic mode decomposition. Specifically, the time series distribution of the flow velocity v in the pipe obtained by the fluid simulation is converted into a two-dimensional matrix Y in the spatial and temporal directions, and the matrix obtained by extracting the time from 1 to t-1 from the two-dimensional matrix Y is converted into a matrix from 2 to t, and the vibration mode of the fluid in the pipe can be estimated and the vibration frequency f can be obtained.
[0052] In addition, information on the inner diameter d (mm) of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 and the cross-sectional area of the flow path in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 is input into the input device 54 by the operator, and the flow rate calculation unit 51 acquires the information from the input device 54. In addition, the flow rate calculation unit 51 performs a Fourier transform on the time series data of the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired by each of the start-point side vibration meters 31b to 39b, and uses the obtained peak value as the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid.
[0053] In addition, when calculating the flow rate of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 from the Strouhal number St=fd / v of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 acquired in advance, the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired by each of the end point side vibration meters 31c-39c at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, and the inner diameter d (mm) of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 acquired in advance. Then, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by multiplying the calculated flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by the cross-sectional area of the flow path in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0054] Here, the Strouhal number St=fd / v of the fluid at the end point in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 is also calculated in advance by vibration analysis using fluid simulation because the Strouhal number St=fd / v varies depending on the shape of the pipe and the part of the pipe. Then, the information of the calculated Strouhal number St=fd / v of the fluid at the end point in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 is input to the input device 54 by an operator, and the flow rate calculation unit 51 acquires the information from the input device 54. Here, the parts of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 having bends or valves in the flow path are more likely to cause flow disturbance and vibration than a simple straight pipe, so these parts are subject to vibration analysis. The fluid simulation uses a non-steady method to reproduce the vibration of the fluid, and the time step is set to be sufficiently smaller than the vibration frequency f of the fluid.
[0055] The Strouhal number St = fd / v of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 can be calculated from the inner diameter d of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by performing a vibration analysis using the time series distribution of the flow velocity v in the pipe obtained by this fluid simulation to determine the vibration frequency f.
[0056] As a vibration analysis method, as described above, a method of analyzing the vibration mode of the entire flow field by mode analysis is effective. In addition, coordinates with characteristic vibrations may be identified from the vibration mode obtained by mode analysis and used in combination with Fourier transformation. For example, a mode analysis method may be dynamic mode decomposition. Specifically, the time series distribution of the flow velocity v in the pipe obtained by the fluid simulation is converted into a two-dimensional matrix Y in the spatial and temporal directions, and the matrix obtained by extracting the time period 1 to t-1 from the two-dimensional matrix Y is converted into a matrix from 2 to t by obtaining the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of matrix A, which estimates the vibration mode of the fluid in the pipe and obtains the vibration frequency f.
[0057] In addition, the flow rate calculation unit 51 performs a Fourier transform on the time series data of the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired by each of the end point side vibration meters 31c to 39c, and uses the obtained peak value as the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid. The measurement of the vibration frequency f of the fluid by the start-side vibrometers 31b-39b and the end-side vibrometers 31c-39c is performed at positions spaced apart from at least one of the bends (not shown) in the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the locations where the flow control valves 31a-39a are arranged in the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the flanges (not shown) in the first to ninth pipes 21-29, and the welds (not shown) in the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by a distance equal to or less than the outer diameter of the first to ninth pipes 21-29. This is because periodic vibrations are unlikely to occur in the straight pipes of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0058] 1, the start point side vibrometers 31b to 39b and the end point side vibrometers 31c to 39c are connected to a flow rate calculation unit 51 of the valve opening determination device 50, and information on the vibration frequency f of the fluid measured by the start point side vibrometers 31b to 39b and the end point side vibrometers 31c to 39c is input to the flow rate calculation unit 51. Note that in FIG. 1, a state is shown in which only the start point side vibrometers 31b, 35b and the end point side vibrometers 31c, 35c are connected to the flow rate calculation unit 51 of the valve opening determination device 50.
[0059] In this way, the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 can be measured using the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired by the start-side vibrometers 31b-39b and the end-side vibrometers 31c-39c at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, thereby making it possible to measure the flow rate using a stationary vibrometer. This makes it possible to measure the flow rate at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 at a low cost compared to using a flowmeter. For the vibration measurement, not only a normal vibrometer but also a high-speed camera may be used.
[0060] Next, in step S14, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets the flow rates of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 calculated in step S13 to the start and end points of each edge 71i (i=1 to N) of the tree structure graph. In this embodiment, there are nine pipes, the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29, and N is set to 9. Next, in step S15, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets i=1 to the edge 71i (i=1 to N) of the tree structure graph.
[0061] Next, in step S16, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow rate difference ΔQi between the start point and the end point of edge 71i (i=1 first set in step S14) of the tree structure graph set in step S14 from the flow rates at the start point and the end point. Next, in step S17, the flow rate calculation unit 51 determines whether the flow rate difference ΔQi calculated in step S16 is greater than a threshold value ε.
[0062] This threshold ε is a flow rate error threshold, and is the maximum flow rate difference between the start point and the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 that can normally occur when no fluid leakage occurs in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29. If the determination result in step S17 is NO (the flow rate difference ΔQi is less than or equal to the threshold value ε), the process proceeds to step S18, and if the determination result is YES (the flow rate difference ΔQi is greater than the threshold value ε), it is determined that a leak has occurred in the corresponding edge 71i (i=1) of the tree structure graph, and the process ends in step S1.
[0063] In step S18, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets i+1 (=2) to i in edge 71i (i=1 to N) of the tree structure graph. Next, in step S19, the flow rate calculation unit 51 determines whether i (i+1 (=2) set in step S18) is equal to or smaller than the number of edges N (N=9 in this embodiment). If the determination result is YES, the process proceeds to step S16, and if the determination result is NO, the process proceeds to step S13.
[0064] Since i=2 set in step S18 is smaller than N=9, the determination result is YES, and the process proceeds to step S16. Then, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow rate difference ΔQi between the start point and the end point of edge 71i (i=2 set in step S18) of the tree structure graph set in step S18 from the flow rates at the start point and the end point. Then, steps S17, S18, S19, and S16 are repeated until the determination result of step S17 becomes YES.
[0065] Then, if the judgment result of step S17 does not become YES until i reaches the number of edges N (N=9 in this embodiment), the process proceeds to step S13, and the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29. The processes in steps S15, S16, S17, S18, and S19 are processes for detecting which edge among edges 71i (i=1 to N (N=9 in this embodiment)) of the tree structure graph has a leak.
[0066] As shown in FIG. 2, after the processing by the flow rate calculation unit 51 in step S1 is completed, in step S2, the valve opening calculation unit 52 of the valve opening determination device 50 calculates the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a-39a and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into the source branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, 7 to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each of the first to sixth equipments 8-13 in the event of a pipe leakage, using the flow rates of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 calculated in step S1 (flow rate calculation step) (valve opening calculation step).
[0067] The detailed flow of the process in step S2 will be described with reference to FIG. First, in step S21, the valve opening calculation unit 52 constructs a subtree of maximum depth 1, rooted at the parent node 61-64 (see FIG. 5) at the start of the edge 71i (i=1 to N (N=9 in this embodiment)) in the tree structure graph where the leakage has occurred and the judgment result in step S17 is YES (the flow rate difference ΔQi is greater than the threshold value ε).
[0068] Next, in step S22, the valve opening calculation unit 52 calculates the valve opening of each of the flow control valves 31a-39a at the parent nodes 61-64 of the subtree and the flow rates of the source flows flowing into the parent nodes 61-64.
[0069] Here, the parent nodes 61-64 of the subtree are the parent nodes of the starting points of the edges 71i (any one of i=1 to N (N=9 in this embodiment)) in the tree structure graph in which the leak has occurred. The number of edges 71i in the subtree is an arbitrary n less than N. The number of flow control valves 31a-39a in the parent nodes 61-64 of the subtree is n, which is the same as the number n of edges 71i in the subtree. The number of sources flowing into the parent nodes 61-64 of the subtree is one.
[0070] Therefore, when calculating the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a to 39a at the parent nodes 61 to 64 of the subtree and the flow rate of the source stream flowing into the parent nodes 61 to 64, it is necessary to solve n+1 variables, which is the sum of the number n of valve openings of each flow control valve 31a to 39a at the parent nodes 61 to 64 and the number 1 of the flow rates of the source streams flowing into the parent nodes 61 to 64, using simultaneous equations.
[0071] First, the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a-39a at the parent nodes 61-64 of the subtree is defined as Oj, and the flow rate ratio determined thereby is defined as Rj. The flow rate ratio Rj and the valve opening Oj can be mutually converted by prior flow rate measurement. Therefore, when calculating the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a-39a at the parent nodes 61-64 of the subtree and the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent nodes 61-64, the flow rate ratio Rj is used instead of the valve opening Oj. In addition, the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent nodes 61-64 is defined as Q.
[0072] Using the flow rate Rj and the flow rate Q of the source flowing into the parent nodes 61 to 64, the flow rate Qj of each edge 71i (i=j) of the subtree is given by: Qj = Rj Q Of these, the flow rate Qk of the edge 71i (i=k) for the leaking pipe is expressed as follows, using the leakage rate α (0<α<1) calculated from the measured flow rate: Qk = (1-α) Rk Q In addition, the sum of the flow rate ratios Rj is 1, so
[0073]
number
[0074] The flow rate Qj of each edge 71i (i=j) of the subtree is a desired flow rate to each leaf corresponding to each of the first to sixth facilities 8 to 13 and is known, and n+1 equations hold for n+1 variables (unknowns are Rj and Q), so by solving these simultaneous equations, the flow rate ratio Rj at the parent nodes 61 to 64 of the subtree and the flow rate Q of the source flowing into the parent nodes 61 to 64 can be found.
[0075] Then, the flow rate ratio Rj at the parent node of the subtree obtained by solving the simultaneous equations is converted into the valve opening Oj of each flow control valve at the parent node of the subtree to obtain the valve opening Oj of each flow control valve at the parent node of the subtree. Next, in step S23, the valve opening degree calculation unit 52 determines whether the parent nodes 61 to 64 in step S22 are the parent nodes 61 of the entire pipeline network 1 or not.
[0076] If the determination result in step S23 is YES, the process proceeds to step S24, and if the determination result in step S23 is NO, the process proceeds to step S25. In step S25, the valve opening calculation unit 52 constructs a new subtree rooted at the upstream parent node of the parent nodes 61 to 64 of the subtree (parent node 63 of parent node 64, parent node 61 of parent node 63, and parent node 61 of parent node 62), and returns to step S22.
[0077] On the other hand, in step S24, the valve opening calculation unit 52 outputs the valve openings of all the flow control valves 31a to 39a and the flow rates of the source flows flowing into all the parent nodes 61 to 64 calculated in step S22, and the process in step S2 ends.
[0078] Thus, in step S2 (valve opening calculation step), when the entire pipeline network 1 is regarded as a tree structure graph, the valve opening calculation unit 52 considers a subtree consisting of parent nodes 61-64 which form upstream branch points of the leaking pipe corresponding to the branch points (source branch point 4 and first to third branch points 5-7) and their child nodes (child nodes 68 and 69 for parent node 64, child node 64 and child node 70 for parent node 63, child nodes 65, 66 and 67 for parent node 62, and child nodes 62 and 63 for parent node 61). Then, in that subtree, the valve opening degree of each flow control valve 31a-39a and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into the parent nodes 61-64 are calculated using the fluid flow rates at the start and end points of each edge 71i (i=1-9) connecting the parent nodes 61-64 corresponding to each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 and their child nodes (child nodes 68 and 69 to parent node 64, child nodes 64 and 70 to parent node 63, child nodes 65, 66 and 67 to parent node 62, and child nodes 62 and 63 to parent node 61) to supply the desired flow rate of fluid to each leaf 65-70 corresponding to each of the first to sixth equipment 8-13 (step S22). Then, using the flow rates of the source streams flowing into the obtained parent nodes 61 to 64, the flow rates of the source streams flowing into the upstream parent nodes for the parent nodes 61 to 64 (parent node 63 for parent node 64, parent node 61 for parent node 63, parent node 61 for parent node 62, and the upstream parent node for parent node 61) and the valve opening degrees of each flow control valve 31a to 39a are recursively calculated (steps S23, S25, S22, S23, S24).
[0079] Finally, as shown in FIG. 2, after the processing by the valve opening calculation unit 52 in step S2 is completed, in step S3, the valve opening calculation unit 52 of the valve opening determination device 50 outputs and displays the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a-39a for supplying the desired flow rate of fluid in the event of piping leakage calculated in step S2 (valve opening calculation step) to each of the first to sixth equipment 8-13, and the flow rate of the source flowing into the source branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, 7.
[0080] Thus, according to the valve opening determination method and valve opening determination device in a pipeline network according to the present embodiment, in a flow rate calculation step (step S1, flow rate calculation unit 51), the flow rate of the fluid at the start point and end point in each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 is calculated from the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired at the start point and end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 in which each flow control valve 31a to 39a is provided. Also, in a valve opening calculation step (step S2, valve opening calculation unit 52), the valve opening of each of the flow control valves 31a to 39a and the flow rate of the source flowing into the source branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, and 7 are calculated using the flow rates of the fluid at the start point and end point in each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 calculated in the flow rate calculation step (step S1, flow rate calculation unit 51).
[0081] This makes it possible to easily and quickly reconstruct the valve opening of the flow control valves 31a to 39a installed in each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 and the flow rates of the source streams flowing into each source stream branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, and 7 in the event of a pipe leak. Furthermore, according to the valve opening determination method and valve opening determination device in a pipeline network of this embodiment, in the flow rate calculation step (step S1, flow rate calculation unit 51), the flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 is calculated from the Strouhal number St = fd / v of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, which has been obtained in advance, the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and obtained at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, and the inner diameter d (mm) of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, which has been obtained in advance. Then, in the flow rate calculation step (step S1, flow rate calculation unit 51), the calculated flow velocity v of the fluid at the start and end points in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 is multiplied by the cross-sectional area of the flow path in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 to calculate the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0082] This makes it possible to measure the flow rate of fluid at the start and end points of each of the 1st to 9th pipes 21-29 using an installed vibration meter, making it possible to perform flow rate measurements at a low cost compared to using a flow meter to measure the flow rate at the start and end points of each of the 1st to 9th pipes 21-29.
[0083] Furthermore, according to the valve opening determination method and valve opening determination device in a pipeline network of this embodiment, the vibration frequency of the fluid is measured at a position spaced apart from at least one of the bends in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the locations where the flow control valves 31a-39a are located in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the flanges in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, and the welds in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 by a distance equal to or less than the outer diameter of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0084] This allows vibration measurements to be taken at measurement points in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 where periodic fluid vibrations are likely to occur, and the fluid flow rate at the start and end points in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 can be accurately measured using a stationary vibrometer.
[0085] According to the method and device for determining a valve opening in a pipeline network of the present embodiment, in the valve opening calculation step (step S2, valve opening calculation unit 52), when the entire pipeline network 1 is regarded as a tree structure graph (step S11), a subtree is generated consisting of parent nodes 61 to 64 which are branch points on the upstream side of the leaking pipe corresponding to the branching parts (source branching part 4 and first to third branching parts 5 to 7) and their child nodes (child nodes 68 and 69 for parent node 64, child node 64 and child node 70 for parent node 63, child nodes 65, 66 and 67 for parent node 62, and child nodes 62 and 63 for parent node 61). In step S21, the flow rates of fluid at the start and end points of each edge 71i (i = 1 to 9) connecting parent nodes 61 to 64 corresponding to each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 and their child nodes (child nodes 68 and 69 to parent node 64, child nodes 64 and 70 to parent node 63, child nodes 65, 66 and 67 to parent node 62, child nodes 62 and 63 to parent node 61) are used to calculate the valve opening degree of each flow control valve 31a to 39a and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into the parent nodes 61 to 64 to supply a desired flow rate of fluid to each leaf 65 to 70 corresponding to each of the first to sixth equipment 8 to 13 (step S22). Then, using the flow rates of the source streams flowing into the obtained parent nodes 61 to 64, the flow rates of the source streams flowing into the upstream parent nodes for the parent nodes 61 to 64 (parent node 63 for parent node 64, parent node 61 for parent node 63, parent node 61 for parent node 62, and the upstream parent node for parent node 61) and the valve opening degrees of each flow control valve 31a to 39a are recursively calculated (steps S23, S25, S22).
[0086] This makes it possible to easily and quickly reconstruct the valve opening of the flow control valves 31a to 39a installed in each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 and the flow rate of the source flowing into each source branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, and 7 in the event of a pipe leak using a tree structure graph.
[0087] Moreover, according to the computer program of this embodiment, the computer (valve opening degree determination device 50) is made to execute a flow rate calculation step (step S1) and a valve opening degree calculation step (step S2). The flow rate calculation step (step S1) calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start point and the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 from the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired at the start point and the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 in which each of the flow control valves 31a to 39a is provided. The valve opening degree calculation step (step S2) calculates the valve opening degree of each of the flow control valves 31a to 39a and the flow rate of the source flowing into each of the source branching portion 4 and the first to third branching portions 5, 6, and 7 for supplying the fluid at a desired flow rate to each of the first to sixth equipment 8 to 13 in the event of a pipe leakage, using the flow rate of the fluid at the start point and the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 calculated in the flow rate calculation step (step S1).
[0088] This makes it possible to easily and quickly reconstruct the valve opening of the flow control valves 31a to 39a installed in each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 and the flow rates of the source streams flowing into each source stream branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, and 7 in the event of a pipe leak. Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this and various modifications and improvements can be made.
[0089] For example, the pipeline network 1 includes an origin supply source 2, an origin supply pipe 3, an origin branching section 4, first to third branching sections 5, 6, 7, first to sixth equipment 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and first to ninth pipes 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29. However, the structure of the pipeline network 1 is not limited to the origin supply source 2, origin supply pipe 3, an origin branching section 4, first to third branching sections 5-7, first to sixth equipment 8-13, and first to ninth pipes 21-29. EXAMPLES
[0090] In order to confirm the effect of the present invention, the valve opening degree of each of the flow control valves 31a to 39a in the case of a pipe leakage was determined using the valve opening degree determination method of the present invention in the pipeline network 1 shown in Figure 1. The processing of this method is shown in the flowcharts shown in Figures 2 to 4 described above. First, in step S1, the flow rate calculation unit 51 of the valve opening determination device 50 calculates the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points in each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 from the fluid vibration frequency f (Hz) measured and acquired at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 in which each flow control valve 31a-39a is provided (flow rate calculation step).
[0091] In the process of step S1, first, in step S11, the flow rate calculation unit 51 constructs a tree structure graph of the entire pipeline network 1. Fig. 6 shows a tree structure graph constructed from the pipeline network in the embodiment. In the tree structure graph shown in Fig. 6, reference numeral 61 denotes a node corresponding to the source branch portion 4.
[0092] Moreover, the reference symbol 71i (i=1) is an edge connecting the node 61 and the node 62 corresponding to the first pipe 21, and the reference symbol 71i (i=2) is an edge connecting the node 62 and the leaf 65 corresponding to the second pipe 22. Moreover, the reference symbol 71i (i=5) is an edge connecting the node 61 and the node 63 corresponding to the fifth pipe 25, and the reference symbol 71i (i=6) is an edge connecting the node 63 and the leaf 64 corresponding to the sixth pipe 26.
[0093] Next, in step S12, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets the current valve opening of each of the flow rate control valves 31a to 39a to each of the nodes 61 to 64.
[0094] Next, in step S13, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculated the flow rates of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29.
[0095] Here, when calculating the flow rate of the fluid at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 from the Strouhal number St=fd / v of the fluid at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 acquired in advance, the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired by each of the start point side vibration meters 31b-39b at the start point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, and the inner diameter d (mm) of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 acquired in advance.
[0096] In addition, when calculating the flow rate of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, the flow rate calculation unit 51 calculates the flow velocity v (mm / s) of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 from the Strouhal number St=fd / v of the fluid at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 acquired in advance, the vibration frequency f (Hz) of the fluid measured and acquired by each of the end point side vibration meters 31c-39c at the end point of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29, and the inner diameter d (mm) of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 acquired in advance.
[0097] Here, the flow rate calculation unit 51 performed a Fourier transform on the time series data of the fluid vibration frequency f (Hz) measured and acquired by each of the start point side vibration meters 31b to 39b and the end point side vibration meters 31c to 39c, and used the obtained peak value as the fluid vibration frequency f (Hz). As a result, the flow rate at the start point and the end point of the first pipe 21 (edge 71i (i = 1)) was 4.3. To simplify the calculation, the flow rate was made dimensionless so that the source flow into each source branch 4 and the first to third branches 5 to 7 was 10. The flow rate at the start point and the end point of the second pipe 22 (edge 71i (i = 2)) was 1.1. The flow rate at the start point and the end point of the third pipe 23 (edge 71i (i = 3)) was 1.5. The flow rate at the start point and the end point of the fourth pipe 24 (edge 71i (i = 4)) was 1.7. The flow rate at the start point and the end point of the fifth pipe 25 (edge 71i (i = 5)) was 5.7. The flow rate at the start point and the end point of the sixth pipe 26 (edge 71i (i = 6)) was 4.2. The flow rates at the start and end points of the eighth pipe 26 (edge 71i (i=8)) were 2.2, and the flow rates at the start and end points of the ninth pipe 29 (edge 71i (i=9)) were 1.5.
[0098] However, during operation, a leak occurred at the seventh pipe 27 (edge 71i (i = 7)), resulting in a leak of 0.2, while the flow rate at the start point of the seventh pipe 27 (edge 71i (i = 7)) was 2.0 and the flow rate at the end point was 1.8. Next, in step S14, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets the flow rate of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21 to 29 calculated in step S13 to the start and end points of each edge 71i (i = 1 to 9) of the tree structure graph.
[0099] Next, in step S15, the flow rate calculation unit 51 sets i in the edge 71i (i=1 to 9) of the tree structure graph to i=1, and then repeats steps S16, S17, S18, and S19. Since the flow rate at the start point of the seventh pipe 27 (edge 71i (i=7)) is 2.0 and the flow rate at the end point is 1.8, the flow rate difference ΔQ7 between the start point and the end point of edge 71i (i=7) is 0.2, which is greater than the threshold value ε, and the result of the determination in step S17 is YES. This ends step S1 (flow rate calculation step).
[0100] Next, in step S2, the valve opening calculation unit 52 of the valve opening determination device 50 calculated the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a-39a to supply fluid at a desired flow rate to each of the first to sixth equipment 8-13 in the event of a pipe leak, using the flow rates of the fluid at the start and end points of each of the first to ninth pipes 21-29 calculated in step S1 (flow rate calculation step), and the flow rate of the source flow flowing into the source branch 4 and the first to third branches 5, 6, 7 (valve opening calculation step).
[0101] In the processing of step S2, first, in step S21, the valve opening calculation unit 52 constructs a subtree of a maximum depth of 1, the subtree rooted at the parent node 64 at the start point of the edge 71i (i=7) in the tree structure graph in which the leak occurred and for which the judgment result in step S17 was YES.
[0102] Next, in step S22, the valve opening calculation unit 52 calculated the valve opening of each of the flow control valves 37a, 38a at the parent node 64 of the subtree and the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent node 64.
[0103] Here, if the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent node 64 is Q6, the valve openings of the flow control valves 37a, 38a at the parent node 64 are O7, O8, the flow rate ratios determined thereby are R7, R8, the flow rate of edge 71i (i=7) of the subtree is Q7, and the flow rate of edge 71i (i=8) is Q8, the following simultaneous equations are established.
[0104] R7+R8=1 Q7=(1-α)R7·Q6 Q8=R8·Q6
[0105] Here, α is the leakage rate at edge 71i (i=7), and since the flow rate at the start point of edge 71i (i=7) is 2.0 and the flow rate at the end point is 1.8, it can be seen that α=(2.0-1.8) / 2.0=0.1.
[0106] Also, Q7 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=7) of the subtree, i.e., the desired flow rate to leaf 68, known as 2.0. Also, Q8 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=8) of the subtree, i.e., the desired flow rate to leaf 69, known as 2.2. Substituting these known values into the simultaneous equations above, we get R7 = 0.5025, R8 = 0.4975, and Q6 = 4.4221.
[0107] Next, in step S23, the valve opening degree calculation unit 52 determines whether or not the parent node 64 in step S22 is the parent node 61 of the entire pipeline network 1. Since the determination result is NO, the process proceeds to step S25. In step S25, the valve opening calculation unit 52 constructs a new subtree rooted at the upstream parent node 63 relative to the parent node 64 of the subtree, and then returns to step S22.
[0108] Again, in step S22, the valve opening calculation unit 52 calculated the valve opening of each of the flow control valves 36a, 39a at the parent node 63 of the subtree and the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent node 63. Here, if the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent node 63 is Q5, the valve openings of the flow control valves 36a, 39a at the parent node 63 are O6 and O9, the flow rate ratios determined thereby are R6 and R9, the flow rate of edge 71i (i=6) of the subtree is Q6, and the flow rate of edge 71i (i=9) is Q9, the following simultaneous equations are established.
[0109] R6+R9=1 Q6=R6·Q5 Q9=R9·Q5
[0110] Here, Q6 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=6) of the subtree, i.e., the flow rate of the source flowing into node 64, which was calculated previously as Q6=4.4221. Also, Q9 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=9) of the subtree, i.e., the desired flow rate to leaf 70, which is known as 1.5.
[0111] Substituting these known values into the simultaneous equations above, we get R6 = 0.7467, R9 = 0.2533, and Q5 = 5.9218. Next, in step S23, the valve opening degree calculation unit 52 determines whether or not the parent node 63 in step S22 is the parent node 61 of the entire pipeline network 1. Since the determination result is NO, the process proceeds to step S25.
[0112] In step S25, the valve opening calculation unit 52 constructs a new subtree rooted at the upstream parent node 61 relative to the parent node 63 of the subtree, and then returns to step S22. Again, in step S22, the valve opening calculation unit 52 calculated the valve opening of each of the flow control valves 31a, 35a at the parent node 61 of the subtree and the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent node 61. Here, if the flow rate of the source flowing into the parent node 61 is Q0, the valve openings of the flow control valves 31a, 35a at the parent node 61 are O1 and O5, the flow rate ratios determined thereby are R1 and R5, the flow rate of edge 71i (i=1) of the subtree is Q1, and the flow rate of edge 71i (i=5) is Q5, the following simultaneous equations are established.
[0113] R1+R5=1 Q1 = R1 Q0 Q5=R5·Q0
[0114] Here, Q5 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=5) of the subtree, i.e., the flow rate of the source flowing into node 63, which was calculated previously as Q5=5.9218. Also, Q1 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=1) of the subtree, i.e., the flow rate to node 62, which is known as 4.3 set in step S14.
[0115] Substituting these known values into the simultaneous equations above, we obtain R1 = 0.4207, R5 = 0.5793, and Q0 = 10.2211. Next, in step S23, the valve opening degree calculation unit 52 determines whether or not the parent node 61 in step S22 is the parent node 61 of the entire pipeline network 1. Since the determination result is YES, the process proceeds to step S24.
[0116] In step S24, the valve opening calculation unit 52 outputs the valve openings of all the flow control valves 31a to 39a and the flow rates of the source flows flowing into all the parent nodes 61 to 64 calculated in step S22, and ends the processing in step S2. Here, the valve opening O1 of the flow control valve 31a is a value obtained by converting the flow rate R1=0.4207, and the valve opening O5 of the flow control valve 35a is a value obtained by converting the flow rate R5=0.5793. The valve opening O6 of the flow control valve 36a is a value obtained by converting the flow rate R6=0.7467, and the valve opening O9 of the flow control valve 39a is a value obtained by converting the flow rate R9=0.2533. The valve opening O7 of the flow control valve 37a is a value obtained by converting the flow rate R7=0.5025, and the valve opening O8 of the flow control valve 38a is a value obtained by converting the flow rate R8=0.4975.
[0117] Furthermore, the flow rate Q0 into node 61 is a value obtained by converting 10.2211 into actual flow rate units, and the flow rate Q1 into node 62 is a value obtained by converting 4.3 into actual flow rate units. Furthermore, the flow rate Q5 into node 63 is a value obtained by converting 5.9218 into actual flow rate units, and the flow rate Q6 into node 64 is a value obtained by converting 4.4221 into actual flow rate units. The valve opening degree O2 of the flow control valve 32a, the valve opening degree O3 of the flow control valve 33a, and the valve opening degree O4 of the flow control valve 34a are calculated by the valve opening degree calculation unit 52 as follows, and the process is terminated.
[0118] The flow rate of the source flowing into the parent node 62 is Q1, the valve openings of the flow control valves 32a, 33a, 34a at the parent node 62 are O2, O3, O4, respectively, the flow rate ratios determined thereby are R2, R3, R4, the flow rate of edge 71i (i=2) of the subtree is Q2, the flow rate of edge 71i (i=3) is Q3, and the flow rate of edge 71i (i=4) is Q4, then the following simultaneous equations are established.
[0119] R2+R3+R4=1 Q2=R2·Q1 Q3=R3·Q1 Q4=R4·Q1
[0120] Here, Q1 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=1) of the subtree, i.e., the flow rate to node 62, and is known as 4.3, which was set in step S14. Q2 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=2) of the subtree, i.e., the desired flow rate flowing into leaf 65, and is known as 1.1. Q3 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=3) of the subtree, i.e., the desired flow rate flowing into leaf 66, and is known as 1.5. Q4 is the flow rate of edge 71i (i=4) of the subtree, i.e., the desired flow rate flowing into leaf 67, and is known as 1.7.
[0121] Substituting these known values into the simultaneous equations above, we obtained R2 = 0.2558, R3 = 0.3488, and R4 = 0.3953. Therefore, the valve opening O2 of the flow control valve 32a is a converted value of the flow rate ratio R2=0.2558, the valve opening O3 of the flow control valve 33a is a converted value of the flow rate ratio R3=0.3488, and the valve opening O4 of the flow control valve 34a is a converted value of the flow rate ratio R4=0.3953.
[0122] In this way, in the pipeline network 1 shown in Figure 1, the valve opening determination method of the present invention was used to appropriately determine the valve opening of each flow control valve 31a to 39a in the event of a pipe leak (leak from the seventh pipe 27 (edge 71i (i = 7))).
