To provide fitness wear having improved functions, while retaining aesthetic appearance.SOLUTION: Electrical stimulation fitness wear comprises a water stop sheet 250 disposed at a position capable of covering a joint part between an electrode part 30 and a clothing part and including a water stop layer 264 in at least a part thereof. At least a part of the clothing part has a multi-layer structure clamping the water stop sheet 250 between a plurality of fabrics.
