AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

In electronic component processing, contamination by dust or impurities in the air can affect the quality of the components being processed, as existing supply devices lack effective mechanisms to maintain air cleanliness.

Method used

A supply device featuring a pair of flow guiding components with gas inlets and outlets arranged to create a clean gas region above the electronic components, utilizing clean gas to prevent contamination and incorporating an air filtration device and gas treatment system for enhanced cleanliness.

Benefits of technology

The supply device effectively forms a clean gas region above electronic components, reducing contamination risks and ensuring high processing quality while minimizing the use of clean gas and reducing energy loss.

Abstract

The present application provides a feeding device for processing electronic components, the feeding device comprising: a first track component, a second track component, and a first flow guide component, the first flow guide component being disposed on top of the first track component, the second flow guide component being disposed on top of the second track component, the first flow guide component having at least one first gas inlet and at least one first gas outlet communicating with each other, the at least one first gas inlet communicating with a clean gas source, the second flow guide component having at least one second gas inlet and at least one second gas outlet communicating with each other, the at least one second gas inlet being disposed facing the first gas outlet, and the at least one second gas outlet communicating with a gas exhaust power device, such that the clean gas can flow from the at least one first gas outlet toward the at least one second gas inlet, thereby forming a clean gas region above the electronic components to be processed and avoiding contamination by impurities during processing.
