Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a positioning key block that fits into both a bed-side key groove formed in a bed on which a placement body is placed and a placement-body-side key groove provided on the lower surface of the placement body to position the placement body with respect to the bed.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, for example, the positioning key block disclosed in Patent Document 1 positions a placement body such as a workpiece to be processed by a processing machine or a press die when the placement body is placed on a bed. It includes a block body that is substantially L-shaped in side view. At one end in the longitudinal direction of the block body, a gripping portion that can be gripped by an operator projects upward. On the other hand, below it, a biasing member is provided that biases one side in the longitudinal direction of the block body upward to tilt the block body. Then, when placing the placement body on the bed, the other side in the longitudinal direction of the positioning key block is fitted into a bed-side key groove formed on the placement surface of the bed, and while the placement-body-side key groove formed on the lower surface of the placement body is externally fitted to the positioning key block from above, the placement body is lowered against the biasing force of the biasing member and placed on the bed, so that the placement body is positioned with respect to the bed.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] However, in the case of a positioning key block such as that of Patent Document 1, if the positioning operation of the mounting body is repeated, the biasing force of the biasing member gradually decreases, and the posture of the positioning key block before the positioning operation may not be inclined sufficiently as required for the positioning operation, resulting in a poor usability. Further, the positioning key block of Patent Document 1 requires a biasing member to tilt the positioning key block, so there is also a problem that the number of parts increases and the parts cost and the assembly cost increase.

[0005] The present invention has been made in view of such points, and an object thereof is to provide a low-cost positioning key block with good usability even when repeatedly used.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that an inclined surface portion is provided on the lower surface of the block body in the positioning key block.

[0007] Specifically, in a positioning key block configured to position the mounting body with respect to the bed by fitting it into a bed-side key groove formed in a mounting surface of a bed on which the mounting body is mounted and mounting the mounting body on the bed in a state where a mounting body-side key groove formed in the lower surface of the mounting body is externally fitted, the following solution means is taken.

[0008] That is, in the first invention, a first fitting portion that can be fitted into the bed-side key groove from above is provided in the lower region, while a second fitting portion that can be fitted into the mounting body-side key groove from below is provided at one end side of the upper region, and a block body is provided. The lower surface of the other end side of the block body is characterized in that an inclined surface portion that gradually positions upward toward the other end is formed.

[0009] In the second invention, in the first invention, an operation handle having a rod shape that can be gripped by an operator is attached above the inclined surface portion on the other end side of the block body.

[0010] In the third invention, in the second invention, the operation handle is configured to be detachable from the block body.

[0011] In the fourth invention, in the second or third invention, the operation handle extends from the other end of the block body in parallel with the inclination direction of the inclined surface portion and on the side opposite to the block body.

[0012] In the fifth invention, in any one of the first to fourth inventions, a protruding portion protruding upward is provided on the other end side of the block body.

Advantages of the Invention

[0013] In the first invention, when the first fitting portion of the block body is fitted into the bed-side key groove in a posture with the inclined surface portion as the bottom surface, one end side in the longitudinal direction of the block body extends obliquely upward and the second fitting portion is in a lifted state. Therefore, when placing the placement body on the bed, it becomes easier to externally fit the placement body-side key groove provided on the lower surface of the placement body to the second fitting portion, and it is possible to prevent the lower surface of the placement body excluding the placement body-side key groove from contacting the second fitting portion and being damaged. Further, when the placement body is gradually lowered toward the bed in a state where the placement body-side key groove is externally fitted to the second fitting portion, the positioning key block rotates while maintaining the state of being fitted to both the bed-side key groove and the placement body-side key groove, and the placement body is placed on the bed. Therefore, the placement body can be easily positioned on the bed. Furthermore, since the positioning key block is not tilted using a biasing member such as in Patent Document 1, there is no problem that the lifting of the second fitting portion deteriorates due to aging deterioration when repeatedly used, and a positioning key block with a good usability can be obtained. In addition, since a biasing member such as in Patent Document 1 is not required, the component cost and the assembly cost can be kept low.

[0014] In the second invention, when performing the placement operation of the placement body on the bed, it becomes easier for the operator to tilt the positioning key block. Therefore, the operator can efficiently perform the positioning operation of the placement body.

[0015] In the third invention, after positioning the placement body on the bed, when the operation handle is removed from the block body, it becomes impossible for the processing machine or the operator performing work around the placement body to contact the operation handle. Therefore, it becomes easier to perform work around the placement body by the processing machine or the operator.

[0016] In the fourth invention, when the inclined surface portion is used as the bottom surface, the operation handle extends parallel to the placement surface of the bed. Therefore, when externally fitting the placement body side key groove to the positioning key block, it becomes easier to slide the positioning key block along the bed side key groove with the inclined surface portion as the bottom surface, and the operator can more efficiently perform the positioning operation of the placement body.

[0017] In the fifth invention, when the placement body is positioned on the bed, the protruding portion is positioned around the placement body, so that a force can be applied to the protruding portion in a direction away from the placement body. Therefore, after positioning the placement body on the bed, when removing the positioning key block from each key groove, even if it is difficult to remove the positioning key block from between the key grooves, the positioning key block can be easily removed from each key groove by applying a force to the protruding portion in a direction away from the placement body.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0019] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the following description of the preferred embodiments is merely illustrative in nature.

[0020] 《Embodiment 1 of the Invention》 Fig. 1 shows a positioning key block 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, a workpiece 10 (mounting body) to be processed using a processing machine (not shown), and a bed 11 on which the workpiece 10 is mounted. The positioning key block 1 determines the position of the workpiece 10 with respect to the bed 11. On the mounting surface 11a of the bed 11, a bed-side key groove 11b having a substantially concave cross-section for positioning is formed so as to extend in a substantially lattice pattern. On the lower surface of the workpiece 10, a workpiece-side key groove 10a (mounting body-side key groove) having a substantially concave cross-section for positioning is formed at a plurality of locations on the outer peripheral edge (see Figs. 3 to 6).

[0021] As shown in Fig. 2, the positioning key block 1 is substantially L-shaped in side view and includes a block body 2 having a quadrangular prism shape extending in the horizontal direction.

[0022] Substantially the lower half of the block body 2 constitutes a first fitting portion 2a that can be fitted into the bed-side key groove 11b in the bed 11 from above, while substantially the upper half of one end side of the block body 2 constitutes a second fitting portion 2b that can be fitted into the work-side key groove 10a of the work 10 from below.

[0023] In addition, an inclined surface portion 2c that gradually rises upward toward the other end is formed on the lower surface of the other end side of the block body 2. The inclination angle of the inclined surface portion 2c is set to 30 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane.

[0024] On the other hand, a protruding portion 3 having a substantially quadrangular prism shape protrudes upward on the upper portion of the other end side of the block body 2.

[0025] An operation handle 4 having a rod shape that can be gripped by an operator during the positioning operation is attached to the protruding portion 3, and the operation handle 4 extends parallel to the inclination direction of the inclined surface portion 2c from the protruding portion 3 (the other end of the block body 2) and on the side opposite to the block body 2.

[0026] A male screw portion 4a is formed on one end side of the operation handle 4, and a female screw portion 3a into which the male screw portion 4a can be screwed is formed on the protruding portion 3. By screwing the male screw portion 4a into and out of the female screw portion 3a, the operation handle 4 can be attached to and detached from the block body 2.

[0027] The positioning key block 1 with the operation handle 4 attached is set with a center of gravity position that can maintain the posture in each case where the lower surface of the first fitting portion 2a is used as the bottom surface and where the inclined surface portion 2c is used as the bottom surface.

[0028] Then, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the positioning key block 1 is configured to position the workpiece 10 with respect to the bed 11 by fitting the first fitting portion 2a into the bed-side key groove 11b formed in the placement surface 11a of the bed 11 on which the workpiece 10 is placed, and placing the workpiece 10 on the bed 11 with the workpiece-side key groove 10a formed in the lower surface of the workpiece 10 externally fitted to the second fitting portion 2b.

[0029] Next, the positioning operation of the workpiece 10 with respect to the bed 11 using the positioning key block 1 will be described in detail.

[0030] First, as shown in FIG. 3, the operator fits the first fitting portion 2a of the positioning key block 1 into the bed-side key groove 11b of the bed 11 corresponding to the workpiece-side key groove 10a of the workpiece 10 suspended by a crane or the like (not shown).

[0031] Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the operator holds the operation handle 4 and slides the positioning key block 1 along the bed-side key groove 11b until one end side of the block body 2 is positioned below the workpiece-side key groove 10a of the workpiece 10.

[0032] After that, as shown in FIG. 5, the operator lowers the operation handle 4 and applies an upward force to the other side in the longitudinal direction of the block body 2 from above. Then, the block body 2 rotates to have an inclined surface portion 2c as the bottom surface, and one end side in the longitudinal direction of the block body 2 extends obliquely upward, and the second fitting portion 2b is lifted. Therefore, when the workpiece 10 is placed on the bed 11, it becomes easier to externally fit the workpiece-side key groove 10a provided on the lower surface of the workpiece 10 to the second fitting portion 2b, and it is possible to prevent the lower surface of the workpiece 10 excluding the workpiece-side key groove 10a from contacting the second fitting portion 2b and being damaged.

[0033] After that, similarly, after externally fitting each workpiece-side key groove 10a on the lower surface of the workpiece 10 to the second fitting portion 2b of the positioning key block 1 at a plurality of locations, the workpiece 10 is gradually lowered toward the bed 11. Then, in conjunction with the lowering operation of the workpiece 10, each positioning key block 1 rotates while maintaining a state of being fitted to both the bed-side key groove 11b and the workpiece-side key groove 10a, and the workpiece 10 is placed on the bed 11.

[0034] Thus, when using the positioning key block 1 of Embodiment 1 of the present invention, the workpiece 10 can be easily positioned on the bed 11.

[0035] Further, since the positioning key block 1 of Embodiment 1 of the present invention does not tilt the positioning key block 1 using a biasing member such as in Patent Document 1, there is no such problem that the lifting of the second fitting portion 2b deteriorates due to aging deterioration when repeatedly used, and a positioning key block 1 with a good usability can be obtained. Furthermore, since the positioning key block 1 does not require a biasing member such as in Patent Document 1, the component cost and the assembly cost can be kept low.

[0036] In addition, since the operation handle 4 is attached to the positioning key block 1, when placing the workpiece 10 on the bed 11, it becomes easier for the operator to tilt the positioning key block 1. Therefore, the operator can efficiently perform the positioning work of the workpiece 10.

[0037] Moreover, since the operation handle 4 can be removed from the block body 2, after positioning the workpiece 10 on the bed 11, when the operation handle 4 is removed from the block body 2, the processing machine or the operator performing work around the workpiece 10 will not come into contact with the operation handle 4. Therefore, it is possible to facilitate the work around the workpiece 10 by the processing machine or the operator.

[0038] In addition, since the operation handle 4 extends from the protruding portion 3 (the other end of the block body 2) in a direction parallel to the inclination direction of the inclined surface portion 2c and on the side opposite to the block body 2, when the inclined surface portion 2c is used as the bottom surface, the operation handle 4 extends parallel to the placement surface 11a of the bed 11. Therefore, when externally fitting the work-side key groove 10a to the positioning key block 1, it becomes easier to slide the positioning key block 1 along the bed-side key groove 11b with the inclined surface portion 2c as the bottom surface, and the operator can perform the positioning work of the work 10 more efficiently.

[0039] Also, when the work 10 is positioned on the bed 11, the protruding portion 3 comes to be located around the work 10, so that a force can be applied to the protruding portion 3 in a direction away from the work 10. Therefore, after positioning the work 10 on the bed 11, when removing the positioning key block 1 from the bed-side key groove 11b and the work-side key groove 10a, even if it is difficult to remove the positioning key block 1 from between the bed-side key groove 11b and the work-side key groove 10a, the positioning key block 1 can be easily removed from between the bed-side key groove 11b and the work-side key groove 10a by applying a force to the protruding portion 3 in a direction away from the work 10.

[0040] In the first embodiment of the present invention, from the state where the first fitting portion 2a of the positioning key block 1 is fitted in the bed-side key groove 11b, by applying a force from above to the other side in the longitudinal direction of the block body 2, the block body 2 is rotated to change to a posture with the inclined surface portion 2c as the bottom surface. However, the positioning work may be performed by fitting the first fitting portion 2a of the positioning key block 1 in the bed-side key groove 11b so as to be in a posture with the inclined surface portion 2c as the bottom surface in advance.

[0041] <<Embodiment 2 of the Invention>> FIG. 7 shows the positioning key block 1 according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. In this Embodiment 2, it is the same as Embodiment 1 except that the structure for attaching and detaching the operation handle 4 to and from the block body 2 is different from that of Embodiment 1. Therefore, the same reference numerals are given to the same parts as in Embodiment 1, and only the different parts will be described.

[0042] One end side of the operation handle 4 in Embodiment 2 is provided with a thin rod-shaped portion 4b that is thinner than the region on the other end side from the middle portion of the operation handle 4 and forms a rod shape, and a spherical portion 4c is formed at the tip of the thin rod-shaped portion 4b.

[0043] On the other hand, a slit 5 is formed in the continuous portion of the block body 2 and the protruding portion 3 in Embodiment 2.

[0044] The slit 5 has a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the thin rod-shaped portion 4b and the spherical portion 4c of the operation handle 4, and is open to the other side in the longitudinal direction of the positioning key block 1 and the inclined surface portion 2c, respectively.

[0045] By inserting and removing the thin rod-shaped portion 4b and the spherical portion 4c of the operation handle 4 through the opening portion of the inclined surface portion 2c in the slit 5, the operation handle 4 can be attached to and detached from the block body 2.

[0046] From the above, according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, when attaching and detaching the operation handle 4 to and from the block body 2 as in Embodiment 1, it is not necessary to rotate the operation handle 4. Therefore, the operation handle 4 can be easily attached to and detached from the block body 2.

[0047] <<Embodiment 3 of the Invention>> FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 show the positioning key block 1 according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. In this Embodiment 3, it is the same as Embodiment 1 except that the structure of the operation handle 4 is different from that of Embodiment 1. Therefore, the same reference numerals are given to the same parts as in Embodiment 1, and only the different parts will be described.

[0048] The operation handle 4 of Embodiment 3 includes a round bar-shaped guide bar portion 6 that linearly extends obliquely upward on the side away from the block body 2.

[0049] One end of the guide bar portion 6 is fixed to the block body 2, while on the outer peripheral surface of the other end side of the guide bar portion 6, a protrusion 6a protrudes radially outward.

[0050] A slide cover 7 having a substantially cylindrical shape is externally fitted to the guide bar portion 6 so as to be slidable along the cylinder center line.

[0051] On the outer peripheral surface of the slide cover 7, a slit-shaped guide hole 7a extending along the cylinder center line is formed, and the protrusion 6a of the guide bar portion 6 is fitted into the guide hole 7a.

[0052] At one end of the guide hole 7a, a fitting recess 7b that is recessed on one side in the circumferential direction centered on the cylinder center line of the slide cover 7 is formed.

[0053] When an operator grips the slide cover 7 and applies a force toward the block body 2 side, as shown in FIG. 8, the slide cover 7 slides toward the block body 2 while the protrusion 6a is guided by the guide hole 7a, and the operation handle 4 is configured to be in a compact form. On the other hand, when the operator grips the slide cover 7 and applies a force toward the side away from the block body 2, as shown in FIG. 9, the slide cover 7 slides toward the side away from the block body 2 while the protrusion 6a is guided by the guide hole 7a, and the operation handle 4 is configured to have a length that is easy to grip. Then, after the protrusion 6a reaches the end of the guide hole 7a, when the operator rotates the slide cover 7 to the other side in the circumferential direction centered on the cylinder center line, the protrusion 6a fits into the fitting recess 7b, and the position of the slide cover 7 with respect to the guide bar portion 6 is fixed.

[0054] As described above, according to the third embodiment of the present invention, since the operation handle 4 can be extended and retracted, it is possible to switch to an elongated form that is easy to use the operation handle 4 when positioning the workpiece 10 using the positioning key block 1. On the other hand, after positioning the workpiece 10, the operation handle 4 can be switched to a compact form so as not to interfere with the processing machine or the operator.

[0055] 《Fourth Embodiment of the Invention》 FIGS. 10 and 11 show the positioning key block 1 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this fourth embodiment, since it is the same as the first embodiment except that the structure of the operation handle 4 is different from that of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those in the first embodiment, and only the different parts will be described.

[0056] The operation handle 4 according to the fourth embodiment has a substantially strip-shaped form extending in the horizontal direction. One end side of the operation handle 4 is attached to the protruding end of the protruding portion 3 from above by a bolt 8, and the operation handle 4 is rotatable about the center line of the bolt 8 extending in the vertical direction.

[0057] When the operator rotates the operation handle 4 so as to extend toward the block body 2 side, as shown in FIG. 10, it is switched to a compact form in which the operation handle 4 does not protrude to the side away from the block body 2. On the other hand, when the operator rotates the operation handle 4 so as to extend toward the side away from the block body 2, as shown in FIG. 11, the operation handle 4 is in a posture that is easy for the operator to grip during the positioning operation.

[0058] As described above, according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, since the operation handle 4 can be easily changed between a posture extending toward the block body 2 side and a posture extending away from the block body 2 side, the operation handle 4 can be easily switched between a form that is easy for the operator to grip during the positioning operation and a compact form that does not interfere after the positioning operation.

[0059] Furthermore, although the positioning key block 1 according to Embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention was used for positioning when placing the workpiece 10 to be processed on the bed 11 by a processing machine, it can also be used for positioning when placing other placing bodies such as a press die on the bed 11.

[0060] In addition, although the operation handle 4 according to Embodiments 1 and 2 of the present invention has a round bar shape, it may have a square bar shape.

[0061] In addition, although the operation handle 4 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is in a posture extending parallel to the inclined surface portion 2c, it does not have to be in a posture extending parallel to the inclined surface portion 2c.

[0062] In addition, although the positioning key block 1 according to Embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention is provided with the protrusion 3 on the other end side of the block body 2, a positioning key block 1 without the protrusion 3 may be used.

Industrial Applicability

[0063] The present invention is suitable for a positioning key block that fits into both a bed-side key groove formed in the bed for placing a placing body and a placing-body-side key groove provided on the lower surface of the placing body to position the placing body with respect to the bed.
