Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] The above-mentioned container mounted on the above-mentioned detachable body vehicle is required to be lightweight.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a container that can be lightweight.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] (1) The present invention relates to a container that has walls on all four sides (for example, the front wall 4, side walls 5, and rear wall 6 described later) or doors (for example, the door 7 described later) with an upper opening, and is detachably mounted on a detachable body vehicle (for example, the detachable body vehicle 100 described later). The container includes a floor structure (for example, the floor structure 2 described later), a plurality of lifting hooks (for example, the lifting hooks 10 described later) welded to the floor structure, and a metal plate (for example, the metal plate 3 described later) provided on the floor structure to form a floor surface (for example, the floor surface 30 described later), and having openings (for example, the openings 31 described later) at a plurality of locations corresponding to each of the plurality of lifting hooks. The container is characterized by comprising these components.
[0007] According to the present invention, since a plurality of lifting hooks are welded to the floor structure, the strength of the four walls and the door frames is not required as compared with the case where the plurality of lifting hooks are provided above the four walls or the door frames. Therefore, the container can be lightened.
[0008] (2) The present invention also provides a container according to (1) above, wherein the floor structure includes a pair of left and right main rails (for example, the pair of left and right main rails 20 described later) provided at intervals along the front-rear direction, and a plurality of cross members (for example, the plurality of cross members 21 described later) spanned over the pair of left and right main rails at intervals along the left-right direction. The plurality of lifting hooks are welded to the main rails.
[0009] According to the present invention, since a plurality of lifting hooks are welded to the main rails, the strength of the four walls and the door frames is not required as compared with the case where the plurality of lifting hooks are provided above the four walls or the door frames. Therefore, the container can be lightened.
Effects of the Invention

[0027] The rear wall 6 is provided above the back rail 25.
[0028] The door 7 is provided above the right side rail 24 so as to be openable and closable. This door 7 is a double-leafed double-door type, with two-folded doors provided on each of the left and right sides (the front side of the container 1 and the rear side of the container 1) facing the door 7. When half of the left (rear side of the container 1) door is opened, one-fourth of the door 7 is opened. When the entire left (rear side of the container 1) door is opened, half of the door 7 is opened. When half of the right (front side of the container 1) door is opened, one-fourth of the door is opened. When the entire right (front side of the container 1) door is opened, half of the door 7 is opened. By opening the entire left (rear side of the container 1) door and the entire right (front side of the container 1) door, the entire right side of the container 1 can be opened.
[0029] A pair of left and right drain grooves 8 are fitted into notches (not shown) of a plurality of cross members 21 along the front-rear direction and are bridged over the plurality of cross members 21, so that they are provided along the front-rear direction on both left and right sides of the floor surface 30. In the pair of left and right drain grooves 8, a lashing bar 9 is provided along the drain groove 8. Drainage holes 80 are provided at the front and rear of the bottom of the pair of left and right drain grooves 8. The drainage holes 80 drain water such as rainwater in the drain groove 8 under the floor.
[0030] A pair of left and right lashing bars 9 are provided in the drain groove 8 along the drain groove 8. These pair of left and right lashing bars 9 are fixed to the bottom of the drain groove 8 by struts 90 provided at intervals along the drain groove 8. Also, the pair of left and right lashing bars 9 are configured in a rod shape so that a carabiner hook 131 (see Fig. 7) provided on a lashing belt 130 (see Fig. 7) can be hooked. Further, the pair of left and right lashing bars 9 have a shape with a jagged surface.
[0031] A plurality of lifting hooks 10 are welded to the outside of a pair of left and right main rails 20 at intervals in the front-rear direction. These plurality of lifting hooks 10 are provided under the floor but are exposed from the opening 31 of the metal plate 3 constituting the floor surface 30.
[0032] The connecting hook 11 is welded in front of the front rail 23. This connecting hook 11 is connected to the detachable body vehicle 100 when detaching and attaching the container 1 to and from the detachable body vehicle 100.
[0033] A pair of left and right grounding rollers 12 are provided at the rear lower part of the underfloor structure 2. These pair of left and right grounding rollers 12 roll when detaching and attaching the container 1 to and from the detachable body vehicle 100. Further, when the container 1 is lowered from the detachable body vehicle 100, the pair of left and right grounding rollers 12 are grounded together with the pair of left and right legs 13 to support the container 1.
[0034] A pair of left and right legs 13 are provided at the front lower part of the underfloor structure 2. These pair of left and right legs 13 are grounded together with the pair of left and right grounding rollers 12 to support the container 1 when the container 1 is lowered from the detachable body vehicle 100.
[0035] A plurality of locking members 14 are welded at intervals in the front-rear direction on the inner side closer to the rear of the pair of left and right main rails 20. When the container 1 is mounted on the detachable body vehicle 100, these plurality of locking members 14 engage with a locking mechanism (not shown) of the detachable body vehicle 100 to prevent the container 1 from falling off.
[0036] Next, with reference to FIG. 7, a method for fixing the cargo 110 loaded in the container 1 will be described. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the cargo 110 loaded in the container 1 is fixed with a lashing belt 130.
[0037] When loading the luggage 110 into the container 1, first place a pair of corner members 120 on the floor surface 30 at intervals in the left-right direction, and then load the luggage 110 from the side so as to be spanned over the pair of corner members 120. Then, while arranging the lashing belt 130 on the luggage 110 along the left-right direction, hook the pair of carabiner hooks 131 provided on the lashing belt 130 onto each of the left and right pair of lashing bars 9. Then, fix the luggage 110 by tightening the lashing belt 130.
[0038] Next, with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9, a method of lifting the empty container 1 with the crane 140 will be described. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a state where the empty container 1 is lifted by the crane 140. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the periphery of the lifting hook 10 provided under the floor of the container 1.
[0039] When lifting the empty container 1 with the crane 140, a grommet wire sling 150 is used. First, hook the ring 151 of the grommet wire sling 150 onto the carabiner hook 141 of the crane 140, and hook the plurality of carabiner hooks 152 of the grommet wire sling 150 onto each of the plurality of lifting hooks 10. Then, lift the empty container 1 by winding up the wire 142 of the crane 140 or the like.
[0040] As described above, the container 1 has its four sides formed by the front wall 4, side walls 5, and rear wall 6 and the door 7, and is open at the top, and is detachably mounted on the detachable body cart 100. This container 1 includes drain grooves 8 provided along the left and right sides of the floor surface 30 in the front-rear direction, and a rod-shaped lashing bar 9 provided in the drain grooves 8 along the drain grooves 8 and onto which the carabiner hook 131 provided on the lashing belt 130 can be hooked.
[0041] According to such a container 1, since the lashing bar 9 is provided in the drain grooves 8, the lashing bar 9 does not hinder the loading and unloading of the luggage 110.
[0042] Also, in the container 1, the lashing bar 9 has a shape with a jagged surface.
[0043] According to such a container 1, since the surface of the lashing bar 9 has a jagged shape, when the luggage is fixed with the lashing belt 130, the forward and backward movement of the carabiner hook can be prevented.
[0044] Further, the container 1 is detachably mounted on the detachable body vehicle 100, and has a door 7 on the side, and the luggage is taken in and out from the side. This container 1 includes, as the underfloor structure 2, a pair of left and right main rails 20 provided at intervals along the front-rear direction, a plurality of cross members 21 spanned over the pair of left and right main rails 20 at intervals along the left-right direction, and a plurality of sub-rails 22 spanned over the plurality of cross members 21 at intervals along the front-rear direction. Also, the container 1 includes a metal plate 3 provided on the underfloor structure 2 and constituting the floor surface 30.
[0045] According to such a container 1, in the container 1 where the luggage 110 is taken in and out from the side, as the underfloor structure 2, since it includes a plurality of sub-rails 22 spanned over a plurality of cross members 21 at intervals along the front-rear direction, even when the luggage is loaded from the side so as to be spanned over the pair of angle members 120 placed on the floor surface 30 at intervals along the left-right direction (see FIG. 7), the metal plate 3 constituting the floor surface 30 can be prevented from being bent. By adopting such an underfloor structure 2, the strength of the container 1 can be increased.
[0046] In the container 1, the plurality of cross members 21 have notches 210 at portions where the plurality of sub-rails 22 are spanned, and the plurality of sub-rails 22 are fitted into the notches 210 of the plurality of cross members 21, so that the upper surfaces of the plurality of sub-rails 22 are flush with the upper surfaces of the plurality of cross members and form a lattice with the plurality of cross members.
[0047] According to such a container 1, since the upper surfaces of the plurality of sub-rails 22 are flush with the upper surfaces of the plurality of cross members 21 and the plurality of sub-rails 22 form a lattice with the plurality of cross members 21, even when a pair of angle members 120 are placed on the floor surface 30 at intervals along the left-right direction and then goods are loaded from the side so as to be spanned over the pair of angle members (see FIG. 7), it is possible to further prevent the metal plate 3 constituting the floor surface 30 from being bent. By adopting such a floor structure 2, the strength of the container 1 can be further increased.
[0048] The container 1 has its front, side, and rear walls 4, 5, and 6 and a door 7 on all four sides, with an opening at the top, and is detachably mounted on a detachable body vehicle 100. This container 1 includes a floor structure 2, a plurality of lifting hooks 10 welded to the floor structure 2, and a metal plate 3 provided on the floor structure 2 to form the floor surface 30, with a plurality of openings corresponding to each of the plurality of lifting hooks 10.
[0049] According to such a container 1, since the plurality of lifting hooks 10 are welded to the floor structure 2, the strength of the frames of the four walls 4, 5, 6 and the door 7 is not required as compared with the case where the plurality of lifting hooks 10 are provided above the frames of the four walls 4, 5, 6 or the door 7. Therefore, the container 1 can be lightened.
[0050] In the container 1, the underfloor structure 2 includes a pair of left and right main rails 20 provided at intervals along the front-rear direction, and a plurality of cross members 21 spanned over the pair of left and right main rails 20 at intervals along the left-right direction. The plurality of lifting hooks 10 are welded to the main rails 20.
[0051] According to such a container 1, since the plurality of lifting hooks 10 are welded to the main rails 20, the strength of the frames of the four walls 4, 5, 6 and the door 7 is not required as compared with the case where the plurality of lifting hooks 10 are provided above the frames of the four walls 4, 5, 6 or the door 7. Therefore, the container 1 can be lightened.
[0052] The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible without departing from the spirit and technical idea thereof. That is, the position, size, length, quantity, shape, material, etc. of each component can be changed as appropriate.
[0053] For example, in the above embodiment, the container 1 in which the four sides are the walls 4, 5, 6 and the door 7 and the upper part is open has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any container in which the four sides are walls or doors and the upper part is open may be used.
