Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a wall-mounted fixture. [Background technology]
[0002] Generally, a wall-hanging device configured to fix a display device or the like to a wall is used to hang the device. For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1 below, a wall-hanging device for fixing a display device has a plurality of through-holes arranged laterally. A plurality of fixing parts, for example, a plurality of screws, are inserted into the plurality of through-holes and then screwed into the wall. This fixes the wall-hanging device to the wall. After that, a protrusion protruding from the wall-hanging device on the side opposite the wall engages with a through-hole in a wall-hanging structure provided on the back of the display device. This allows the display device to be suspended from the wall-hanging device. As a result, the position of the display device is fixed relative to the wall. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-052133 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The wall hanging device described in Patent Document 1 has a reinforcing portion located below the multiple fixing components to suppress deformation of the base component. The reinforcing portion is a long, narrow rectangular plate extending laterally. Therefore, fixing components located closer to the load position of the reinforcing portion experience greater stress than fixing components located further away from the load position of the reinforcing portion. As a result, stress may be concentrated in fixing components located closer to the load position of the reinforcing portion.
[0005] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a wall hanging device that can suppress stress concentration in fixing parts located near the load position of the reinforcing part. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The wall hanging device of the present disclosure comprises a base portion having a plurality of through holes aligned in a predetermined direction, and a reinforcing portion provided on the base portion and extending along the predetermined direction, wherein the bending rigidity of the reinforcing portion against the load increases as it moves away from the load position where the load is generated in the reinforcing portion along the predetermined direction. [0008] The wall-hanging device of this embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, the same or equivalent elements are designated by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will not be repeated.
[0009] (Embodiment 1) A wall-hanging device 10 according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0010] Fig. 1 is a rear view showing a state in which a wall-hanging structure 50 for a display device TV is attached to a wall hanger 10 of the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the wall hanger 10 of the present embodiment and a wall-hanging structure 50 for a display device TV (not shown) are attached to a wall W.
[0011] 1 and 2, the wall mount fixture 10 is for hanging a display device TV on a wall W. However, the wall mount fixture 10 may also be used to hang devices, equipment, or components other than a display device TV on a wall.
[0012] A plurality of fixing parts (not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) are inserted into the plurality of through holes 2a of the wall-hanging device 10. The fixing parts are, for example, screws, bolts, nails, etc. These fixing parts are screwed or hammered into the wall W. This fixes the position of the wall-hanging device 10 relative to the wall W.
[0013] The through-holes 50a of the wall-hanging structure 50 attached to the back surface of the display device TV (not shown in FIG. 2) are locked with the locking parts 1 of the wall hanger 10 fixed to the wall W. As a result, the display device TV is suspended from the wall hanger 10 together with the wall-hanging structure 50. As a result, the position of the display device TV is fixed relative to the wall W.
[0014] Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the wall hanger 10 of this embodiment. Fig. 4 is a first exploded perspective view of the wall hanger 10 of this embodiment. Fig. 5 is a second exploded perspective view of the wall hanger 10 of this embodiment. Fig. 6 is a front view of the wall hanger 10 for a display device TV of this embodiment. Fig. 7 is a first vertical cross-sectional view of the wall hanger 10 of this embodiment, taken along line VII-VII in Fig. 6. Fig. 8 is a second vertical cross-sectional view of the wall hanger 10 of this embodiment, taken along line VIII-VIII in Fig. 6.
[0015] As shown in FIGS. 3 to 8, the wall hanger 10 includes a locking portion 1, a bearing portion 3, a base portion 2, and a reinforcing portion 4.
[0016] The locking portion 1 is a component that is inserted into the through-hole 50a of the wall-hanging structural portion 50 and functions as a hook for locking the wall-hanging structural portion 50. Specifically, the locking portion 1 includes a disk portion 1X and a bolt portion 1Y. The disk portion 1X and the bolt portion 1Y have a common central axis. The bolt portion 1Y protrudes vertically from one circular surface of the disk portion 1X.
[0017] The bearing portion 3 is a component that can be integrated with the locking portion 1. Specifically, the bearing portion 3 includes a disk portion 3X and a nut portion 3Y. The disk portion 3X and the nut portion 3Y have a common central axis. The nut portion 3Y protrudes perpendicularly from one circular surface of the disk portion 3X.
[0018] The base member 2 has a substantially rectangular outer shape. The base member 2 has a substantially rectangular opening 2X that is substantially similar to the substantially rectangular outer shape. The base member 2 has a flat plate-shaped portion and ribs extending along the top, left, and right sides of the flat plate-shaped portion. The ribs on the top, left, and right sides of the flat plate-shaped portion protrude toward the front side. The base member 2 has a plurality of through holes 2a in the flat plate-shaped portion into which a plurality of fixing parts F can be inserted. The plurality of through holes 2a are aligned in a predetermined direction, specifically, along the long side direction of the rectangular base member 2. This predetermined direction is the lateral direction of the display device TV, i.e., the horizontal direction.
[0019] The through holes 2a are arranged in two rows along the two opposing long sides of the rectangle. However, the through holes 2a may be arranged in only one of the two rows. In this embodiment, the through holes 2a are round holes, but they may also be elongated holes extending in a predetermined direction, i.e., the horizontal direction.
[0020] When the through-hole 50a of the wall-mounted structure 50 of the display device TV is engaged with the engaging portion 1, the base portion 2 receives the load of the display device TV via the reinforcing portion 4. Therefore, the load of the display device TV is concentrated in the vertical direction of the bolt portion 1Y of the engaging portion 1. The position where the load of the display device TV is applied to the base portion 2 is shown as the load position WP of the reinforcing portion 4 (only the load positions WP of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y are shown in FIG. 6).
[0021] The multiple fixing parts (not shown) may be any parts that can be inserted into the multiple through holes 2a, such as nails, screws, bolts, or the like, to fix the base member 2 to the wall W. When the multiple fixing parts are inserted into the multiple through holes 2a and screwed into the wall W, the base member 2 is fixed to the wall W. It is preferable that the fixing parts be made of metal from the viewpoint of strength.
[0022] The reinforcing portion 4 is a member attached to the base portion 2. The reinforcing portion 4 extends in a predetermined direction, specifically, the horizontal direction. More specifically, the reinforcing portion 4 is a rectangular plate-like member. The bending rigidity EI of the reinforcing portion 4 against the load W increases with increasing horizontal distance from the load position WP where the load is generated on the reinforcing portion 4. Therefore, the farther the position of the reinforcing portion 4 is from the load position WP, the more the reinforcing portion 4 bears the load of the display device TV. As a result, it is possible to prevent stress concentration from occurring in the fixing component (inserted into the through hole 2a) at a position close to the load position WP of the reinforcing portion 4.
[0023] In the manufacturing process of the wall-hanging device 10, first, the nut portion 3Y of the bearing portion 3 is inserted into the opening 4a of the reinforcing portion 4. Then, the bolts 24 are inserted into the through holes 4c of the reinforcing portion 4, respectively, and screwed into the nut holes 3b of the disk portion 3X of the bearing portion 3. In this way, the bearing portion 3 is fixed to the reinforcing portion 4.
[0024] Next, the bolt portion 1Y of the locking portion 1 is screwed into the nut hole 3a of the bearing portion 3 protruding from the opening 4a of the reinforcing portion 4. This fixes the locking portion 1 to the bearing portion 3 with the reinforcing portion 4 interposed between the disc portion 1X of the locking portion 1 and the disc portion 3X of the bearing portion 3. As a result, the position of the locking portion 1 is fixed relative to the reinforcing portion 4.
[0025] Thereafter, the plurality of bolts 13 are inserted into the plurality of through holes 4b of the reinforcing portion 4 and screwed into the plurality of nut holes 2b of the base portion 2. As a result, the reinforcing portion 4, together with the locking portion 1 and the bearing portion 3, is fixed to the base portion 2 so as to close the opening 2X.
[0026] By the above process, the locking portion 1, the bearing portion 3, the base portion 2, and the reinforcing portion 4 are integrated together, thereby forming the wall-hanging device 10.
[0027] Generally, the bending rigidity EI of the reinforcing part 4 is expressed as the product of the Young's modulus E of the reinforcing part 4 and the second moment of area I of the reinforcing part 4. In this embodiment, the reinforcing part 4 is a plate-like part extending in the horizontal direction, and therefore can be considered to be a simple beam. In addition, the longitudinal cross section of the reinforcing part 4 is approximately rectangular at any position.
[0028] Therefore, the second moment of area I is the product of the width B of the rectangular vertical cross section of the reinforcement part 4 and the cube of the height H of the rectangular vertical cross section of the reinforcement part 4, divided by 12. In other words, EI = (B × H 3 ) / 12.
[0029] In this embodiment, the width B of the reinforcement part 4 is constant throughout the entire lateral direction of the reinforcement part 4. Meanwhile, the height H of the reinforcement part 4 increases with increasing lateral distance from the load position WP of the reinforcement part 4. Furthermore, the upper side 4X of the reinforcement part 4 extends linearly from the load position WP in a direction inclined relative to the lateral direction. The lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 extends linearly in the lateral direction, i.e., horizontally. Note that the shapes of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may be interchanged. Furthermore, both the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may extend linearly from the load position WP of the reinforcement part 4 in a direction inclined relative to the lateral direction.
[0030] However, the upper side 4X of the reinforcement part 4 is not limited to extending linearly in a direction inclined with respect to the horizontal direction, and may be arc-shaped. In this case, the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may extend linearly in the horizontal direction. Alternatively, the upper side 4X of the reinforcement part 4 may extend linearly in the horizontal direction, and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may be arc-shaped. Furthermore, both the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may be arc-shaped. In this way, if at least one of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 is arc-shaped, local stress is less likely to occur in the reinforcement part 4.
[0031] At least one of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcing portion 4 may be arched. At least one of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcing portion 4 may form a deflection curve of a simple beam when a concentrated load is applied at the load position WP.
[0032] In this embodiment, the base member 2 and the reinforcing member 4 are separate members independent of each other, and are fixed to each other by a plurality of fixing parts 13. This allows for a wide variety of shapes for the reinforcing member 4.
[0033] (Embodiment 2) Next, a wall hanging device 10 according to a second embodiment will be described. Note that, in the following, the same points as those in the first embodiment will not be described repeatedly. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the following respects.
[0034] The wall-hanging fixture 10 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0035] Fig. 9 is a perspective view of the wall hanging device 10 of this embodiment. Fig. 10 is a first exploded perspective view of the wall hanging device 10 of this embodiment. Fig. 11 is a second exploded perspective view of the wall hanging device 10 of this embodiment. Fig. 12 is a front view of the wall hanging device 10 of this embodiment. Fig. 13 is a first vertical cross-sectional view of the wall hanging device 10 of this embodiment, taken along line XIII-XIII in Fig. 12. Fig. 14 is a second vertical cross-sectional view of the wall hanging device 10 of this embodiment, taken along line XIV-XIV in Fig. 12.
[0036] In this embodiment, a reinforcing portion 4A is provided instead of the reinforcing portion 4 of the first embodiment. The reinforcing portion 4A is formed by processing a part of a single member that constitutes the base portion 2. In other words, the base portion 2 and the reinforcing portion 4A are integrally formed as a single member that is not physically separated. Therefore, in this embodiment, no fixing parts are used to connect the reinforcing portion 4A and the base portion 2, such as the multiple bolts 13 of the first embodiment.
[0037] In this embodiment as well, the multiple bolts 24 are inserted into the through holes 4c of the multiple reinforcing portions 4A, respectively, and then screwed into the multiple nut holes 3b of the bearing portion 3. This integrates the reinforcing portion 4A and the bearing portion 3. Furthermore, the multiple bolt portions 1Y of the locking portion 1 screw into the multiple nut holes 3a of the bearing portion 3 that protrude from the opening 4a. This fixes the locking portion 1 to the bearing portion 3 with the reinforcing portion 4 interposed between the disc portion 1X of the locking portion 1 and the disc portion 3X of the bearing portion 3. As a result, the locking portion 1 and the bearing portion 3 are integrated with the base portion 2 and the reinforcing portion 4A, which are formed from the same single member.
[0038] The reinforcing portion 4A of this embodiment as described above can also prevent stress concentration from occurring in the fixing part F at a position close to the load position WP of the reinforcing portion 4.
[0039] In this embodiment, the width B of the reinforcing portion 4A is the same across the entire width of the reinforcing portion 4. Meanwhile, the height H of the reinforcing portion 4A increases with increasing distance from the load position WP of the reinforcing portion 4 in the width direction. More specifically, in the wall hanging device 10 of this embodiment, the upper side 4X of the reinforcing portion 4A is arc-shaped. Meanwhile, the lower side 4Y of the reinforcing portion extends linearly in the width direction.
[0040] However, the upper side 4X of the reinforcement part 4 may extend linearly in the horizontal direction, and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may be arc-shaped. Furthermore, both the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may be arc-shaped. In this way, if at least one of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 is arc-shaped, it is possible to suppress local stress from occurring in the reinforcement part 4.
[0041] Also in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the upper side 4X of the reinforcement part 4 may extend linearly from the load position WP in a direction inclined relative to the lateral direction. In this case, the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may extend linearly along the lateral direction. Furthermore, the shapes of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may be interchanged. In addition, both the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcement part 4 may extend linearly from the load position WP in a direction inclined relative to the lateral direction.
[0042] At least one of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcing portion 4A may be arched. At least one of the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcing portion 4A may form a deflection curve of a simple beam when a concentrated load is applied at the load position WP.
[0043] Furthermore, according to this embodiment, no fixing parts are required to join the reinforcing part 4A and the base part 2. Therefore, according to the reinforcing part 4A of this embodiment, the number of parts of the wall hanger 10 can be reduced.
[0044] In this embodiment, all of the through holes 2aL in the base member 2 are round holes except for one through hole 2aL in the center of the row for positioning, but the other through holes 2aL are elongated holes extending in a predetermined direction, specifically, the horizontal direction. However, all of the through holes 2aL may be round or elongated holes.
[0045] (Embodiment 3) Next, a wall hanging device 10 according to a third embodiment will be described. Note that, in the following, the same points as those in the first or second embodiment will not be described repeatedly. This embodiment differs from the first or second embodiment in the following respects.
[0046] FIG. 15 is a front view of the wall hanging device 10 of this embodiment.
[0047] As can be seen from Figure 15, in the wall-hanging device 10 of this embodiment, the upper side 4X of the reinforcing part 4 or 4A extends in a stepped manner in a direction inclined relative to the lateral direction from the load position WP. Except for this, the reinforcing part 4 or 4A of this embodiment is identical to the reinforcing part 4 or 4A of embodiment 1. The reinforcing part 4 or 4A of this embodiment also makes it possible to prevent stress concentration from occurring in a fixing part, such as a screw, provided in a position close to the load position WP of the reinforcing part 4 or 4A.
[0048] The lower side 4Y of the reinforcing portion 4 or 4A may extend in a stepped manner from the load position WP in a direction inclined relative to the lateral direction. In this case, the upper side 4X of the reinforcing portion 4 or 4A may extend linearly in the lateral direction. Both the upper side 4X and the lower side 4Y of the reinforcing portion 4 or 4A may extend in a stepped manner from the load position WP in a direction inclined relative to the lateral direction.
