Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a bead dispenser for a weldable bead toy. [Background technology]

[0002] Weldable bead toys are made by arranging weldable bead toys of various colors and shapes on a tray with multiple recesses or holes and spraying water on them with a spray bottle or the like to bond the weldable bead toys together. Therefore, users can arrange weldable bead toys of various colors and shapes in any pattern or other form to create and play with weldable bead toys. Arranging small weldable bead toys on a tray can be difficult for some users. Therefore, a bead dispenser, such as that shown in Patent Document 1, is sometimes used to arrange the weldable bead toys on the tray.

[0003] The bead dispenser disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a slider member and a stopper member on a main body, with the main body having an opening at its front end and a guide path behind the opening that can hold the beads. The slider member moves forward when an operating member is operated. By pressing the operating member, a user can eject a weldable bead toy that is held in place by the opening and the stopper member and place it on a tray. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0010] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a bead dispenser 10 for a weldable bead toy according to an embodiment of the present invention. Here, the weldable bead toy is formed into granular shapes such as spherical or polyhedral shapes from a water-soluble resin. Specifically, the weldable bead toy is formed by mixing polyvinyl alcohol with a resin. The resin forming the weldable bead toy can be formed by appropriately selecting a transparent material, a light-transmitting material, or an opaque material.

[0011] Bead supplying device 10 has a generally cylindrical, rod-like outer shape, and the entire device is shaped like a fountain pen. As shown in FIG. 2, bead supplying device 10 can be separated into front shaft portion 20 and rear shaft portion 30. Front shaft portion 20 has outlet 21c at its tip. By pressing and depressing pressing portion 23a of front shaft portion 20, weldable bead toys can be discharged and supplied from outlet 21c. In the following description, the front shaft portion 20 side will be referred to as the front, and the rear shaft portion 30 side will be referred to as the rear, the side where pressing portion 23a is provided will be referred to as the top, the opposite side will be referred to as the bottom, and the right side when viewed from the rear to the front will be referred to as the right, and the left side will be referred to as the left.

[0012] Front barrel portion 20 has a substantially cylindrical front barrel body portion 22. A tapered tip portion 21 modeled after the nib of a fountain pen is provided at the tip of front barrel body portion 22. Tip portion 21 has upper tip portion 21a, which has a pattern on its upper surface, and lower tip portion 21b, which are combined to form discharge port 21c at the tip. Upper tip portion 21a and lower tip portion 21b are combined at engaging portion 21d (see FIG. 3) near the tip, which is composed of a pin and a hole. Combined tip portion 21 is fixed to front barrel body portion 22 by a concave-convex engagement between convex portions 21e (see FIG. 5), which protrude left and right from the rear side, and a concave portion (not shown) formed in front barrel body portion 22.

[0013] Front shaft main body 22 is formed into a generally cylindrical shape by combining roughly semi-cylindrical right main body section 22a and roughly semi-cylindrical left main body section 22b with engagement sections 24 (two locations, top and bottom) that engage with holes and notches, and concave-convex engagement sections 26 (see FIGS. 3 and 5) at six locations where engagement plates 26a protruding from right main body section 22a and left main body section 22b engage with recesses 26b provided in left main body section 22b and right main body section 22a. A circular insertion hole 22c through which a weldable bead toy can be inserted is provided on the side surface on the rear side of front shaft main body section 22. Furthermore, a long rectangular opening 22d that is long in the front-to-rear direction and open to the front is provided at the tip of front shaft main body section 22.

[0014] Incidentally, insertion hole 22c is provided on the upper side of front barrel body 22, just like pressing portion 23a and the upper surface of upper tip portion 21a, which is patterned like the nib of a fountain pen. The parts that require operation and that require attention are concentrated on the upper side, making it easier to use.

[0015] 3 and 4, right guide plate 22e1 and right guide plate 22f1 protruding leftward from right main body 22a, and left guide plate 22e2 and left guide plate 22f2 protruding rightward from left main body 22b are provided inside front shaft main body 22. The distance between the end of right guide plate 22e1 and the end of left guide plate 22e2 constituting guide plate 22e is formed to be slightly larger than the diameter of the weldable bead toy. The end of right guide plate 22f1 and the end of left guide plate 22f2 constituting guide plate 22f are positioned close to each other so as to butt against each other.

[0016] A partition wall 22g is provided inside the front shaft body 22 near the rear end of the insertion hole 22c. Right guide plate 22e1, right guide plate 22f1, and left guide plate 22e2, left guide plate 22f2 extend forward from the front surface of the partition wall 22g to the vicinity of the opening 22d. A weldable bead toy inserted into the insertion hole 22c is guided left and right by the guide plate 22e and placed on the guide plate 22f. When the tip 21 is pointed downward, the weldable bead toy on the guide plate 22f rolls forward. Furthermore, weldable bead toys can be stored in a single row on the guide plate 22f. In this way, the guide plate 22e and the guide plate 22f form a storage section 25.

[0017] 3, front shaft portion 20 has pressing portion 23a, and supply mechanism 60 provided on front shaft main body 22 that supplies weldable bead toys from storage portion 25 to outlet 21c by operating pressing portion 23a. Supply mechanism 60 has swinging portion 23 having leaf spring portion 23b, pressing portion 23a, and guide half-cylinder portion 23c, and guide path 27.

[0018] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5, swinging portion 23 has pressing portion 23a that protrudes in the shape of a rectangular box from opening 22d. Swinging portion 23 is provided with leaf spring portion 23b, pressing portion 23a, guide semi-cylinder portion 23c, and swing wall portion 23d. Swinging portion 23 is connected to tip portion 21 (upper tip portion 21a) of front shaft portion 20 via leaf spring portion 23b that is formed in a convex arc shape. Pressing portion 23a is provided on the rear side of leaf spring portion 23b. Guide semi-cylinder portion 23c that is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape is provided on the rear side of pressing portion 23a. Guide semi-cylinder portion 23c has a hollow side facing the interior of front shaft main body 22, is open on the rear side, and is connected to base plate 23e of swinging portion 23 and closed on the front side.

[0019] A swinging wall portion 23d is provided on the rear side of guide semi-cylinder portion 23c and is arranged inside front shaft main body portion 22. In a steady state (a state in which pressing portion 23a is not pressed down), swinging wall portion 23d is arranged at a position corresponding to the front end of storage portion 25. The upper portion of swinging wall portion 23d on the storage portion 25 side is formed so as to be inclined.

[0020] Meanwhile, the inside of the tip portion 21 is hollow, forming a guide path 27 that guides the weldable bead toy to the discharge outlet 21c. The guide path 27 is formed mainly by the inside of the lower tip portion 21b and communicates with the discharge outlet 21c. A guide wall portion 21f is provided at the rear end of the guide path 27, and is located between the guide semi-cylindrical portion 23c and the swingable wall portion 23d in the axial direction. The front side of the guide wall portion 21f is formed to be inclined.

[0021] The rear end of front axle section 20 (rear side of partition wall 22g of front axle main body section 22) is formed with a concave rear axle fitting section 28. A decorative ring 29 is provided on the outer periphery of rear axle fitting section 28. A plurality of ribs 28a (see Figure 5) that are long in the front-to-rear direction are provided on the inner circumferential surface of rear axle fitting section 28.

[0022] As shown in Figures 2, 3, and 6, the front end of the rear axle section 30 is provided with a bead clamping section 31 and a fitting section 32. The bead clamping section 31 is formed by being fitted into the tip end surface 30a of the rear axle section 30. The bead clamping section 31 has three clamping fins 31a arranged radially and extending forward, and a pin 31b extending forward in the center. A reinforcing protrusion plate 31a1 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the clamping fin 31a and is shaped like a rib plate. The height of the protrusion plate 31a1 gradually increases from the front to the rear, and a protrusion 31a11 is provided at the rearmost portion. When the rear axle section 30 is fitted into the rear axle fitting section 28, the protrusion 31a11 detachably fits into an annular groove 28b formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rear axle fitting section 28 (see section P in Figure 3).

[0023] The fitting portion 32 is provided on the outer periphery of the bead holding portion 31. Three fitting fins 32a are provided radially on the fitting portion 32. The protruding plates 31a1 of the holding fins 31a are arranged between the fitting fins 32a.

[0024] A water spray unit 33 (spray unit) is provided behind the bead holding unit 31 and the fitting unit 32. The water spray unit 33 is a known water spray (atomizer) that has a water tank 33a and sprays water from the water tank 33a through a spray nozzle 33b1 when a cap 33c placed on the nozzle unit 33b is pressed. Water can be supplied to the water tank 33a by turning the knurled portion 33d of the nozzle unit 33b and removing the nozzle unit 33b. Note that the internal structure of the nozzle unit 33b is omitted from FIG. 3. The water spray unit 33 is also provided with a clip 34. The clip 34 has a substantially annular attachment portion 34b at the base of a clip main body 34a extending in the axial direction. The attachment portion 34b is fitted into the knurled portion 33d of the nozzle unit 33b.

[0025] The rear axle 30 is connected to the front axle 20 by inserting the fitting portion 32 into the rear axle fitting portion 28. The fitting portion 32 and the rear axle fitting portion 28 are fitted together by the outer surfaces of the fitting fins 32a of the fitting portion 32 sliding against the ribs 28a. The fitting fins 32a are fin-shaped and therefore flexible. Therefore, even a relatively small child can easily connect the rear axle 30 and the front axle 20.

[0026] Furthermore, after being detached from the front shaft portion 20, the rear shaft portion 30 can use the bead clamping portion 31 to clamp and remove a weldable bead toy that has been placed on the tray by mistake. The bead clamping portion 31 has fin-shaped clamping fins 31a, which can bend and clamp and hold the weldable bead toy between the inner peripheral surfaces at the tips of the three clamping fins 31a. The pins 31b also prevent the weldable bead toy from slipping too far beyond the inner peripheral surfaces at the tips of the clamping fins 31a.

[0027] Then, the water spray unit 33 can spray water onto the plurality of weldable bead toys that have been placed on the tray, thereby making it possible to create a collection of weldable bead toys.

[0028] The operation of the supply mechanism 60 will be described with reference to Figures 7(a) to 7(c). As shown in Figure 7(a), the weldable bead toys Y inserted through the insertion hole 22c (see Figure 3, etc.) are stored in the storage section 25 so as to be lined up in a row in the axial direction. Of the multiple weldable bead toys Y, the leading weldable bead toy Y1 abuts against the swingable wall section 23d, restricting its movement. To discharge the weldable bead toy Y, first, place the tip end 21 downward and direct the discharge port 21c of the tip end 21 toward the hole in the tray where the weldable bead toy Y is to be placed.

[0029] When the pressing portion 23a is pressed down against the elastic force of the plate spring portion 23b, the swinging portion 23 bends and swings downward, as shown in FIG. 7(b). When the tip of the swinging wall portion 23d is at approximately the same height as the upper surface of the guide plate 22f, the leading weldable bead toy Y1 is positioned above the tip of the swinging wall portion 23d and the tip of the guide wall portion 21f. In the state shown in FIG. 7(b), the space formed by the opening of the guide semi-cylinder portion 23c and the tip of the guide wall portion 21f is smaller than that of the weldable bead toy Y1, so the movement of the weldable bead toy Y1 is restricted. The weldable bead toy Y2 next to the leading weldable bead toy Y1 abuts against the leading weldable bead toy Y1. Therefore, the movement of the weldable bead toys Y after the next weldable bead toy Y2 is restricted.

[0030] Then, when the pressure of the pressing portion 23a is released, the resilient force of the leaf spring portion 23b returns the swinging portion 23 to its normal position (the same position as in FIG. 7(a)), as shown in FIG. 7(c). Then, the guide half-cylinder portion 23c and the guide wall portion 21f move apart, and the space formed by the tips of the guide half-cylinder portion 23c and the guide wall portion 21f becomes larger, allowing the weldable bead toy Y1 to move. The swinging wall portion 23d moves upward, pushing the leading weldable bead toy Y1 toward the guide path 27, while the inclined surface on the rear side of the swinging wall portion 23d pushes the next weldable bead toy Y2 backward, restricting its movement.

[0031] In this way, the weldable bead toys Y are discharged one by one from the discharge port 21c.

[0032] According to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide a bead dispenser for a weldable bead toy having the following features.

[0033] a supply mechanism provided on the front shaft body portion, the supply mechanism having a storage section capable of storing a plurality of the weldable bead toys and a pressing section, and configured to supply the weldable bead toys from the storage section to the discharge section by operating the pressing section; a front shaft portion having a rear shaft fitting portion formed in a concave shape at the rear end of the front shaft body portion; a bead clamping portion formed so as to be able to clamp the weldable bead toy, a fitting portion formed on the outer periphery of the bead clamping portion so as to be able to fit with the rear shaft fitting portion, and a spray portion provided rearward of the bead clamping portion and the fitting portion; and the bead clamping portion and the fitting portion are accommodated in the rear shaft fitting portion when the rear shaft fitting portion and the fitting portion are fitted together.

[0034] With this configuration, the weldable bead toy supplier that stores weldable bead toys and dispenses them one by one and the spray unit that can spray water onto multiple weldable bead toys placed on a tray can be integrated and aligned on an axial line, allowing for a highly decorative design, such as a shape that resembles a fountain pen. Therefore, it is possible to provide a bead supplier for weldable bead toys that is highly decorative while integrating tools for playing with weldable bead toys.

[0035] In the second aspect of the bead supplier for weldable bead toys, the supply mechanism has a leaf spring portion, a pressing portion provided on the rear side of the leaf spring portion, a guide semi-cylinder portion provided on the rear side of the pressing portion and formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, and a swinging wall portion provided on the rear side of the guide semi-cylinder portion in correspondence with the storage portion and positioned inside the front shaft main body portion, and has a swinging portion connected to the front shaft main body portion via the leaf spring portion, and a guide path provided opposite the guide semi-cylinder portion and having a guide wall portion at its rear end located between the guide semi-cylinder portion and the swinging wall portion, and communicating with the discharge outlet.

[0036] With this configuration, the supply mechanism is composed of a swinging part that connects to the front shaft body using a leaf spring part, and a guide path provided at the tip, so it is possible to realize a supply mechanism that can reliably discharge beads one by one with a simple structure. Furthermore, a pressing part that activates the supply mechanism can be provided in the part that corresponds to the grip part of the writing implement, so that the bead supply device can be used just like a writing implement, making it fun for children to play with.

[0037] In the bead dispenser for a weldable bead toy according to a third aspect, an input hole for inputting the weldable bead toy into the storage section is provided on a side surface of the front shaft section.

[0038] According to this configuration, the insertion hole can be provided in an easily visible position on the side of the bead dispenser, so that children can enjoy playing with it without stress.

[0039] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
