Abstract

The present invention makes it possible to subject a person imaged at an inclination which differs from the imaging inclination of an image for training to image recognition. An information processing device (1) is equipped with a generation unit (11) for generating a pseudo-image which corresponds to an image captured at a second inclination which is different than a first inclination on the basis of a first image obtained by imaging a person at the first inclination. The generation unit (11) performs different conversions for an image region of the head section of the person and an image region of the torso section thereof. The information processing device (1) is equipped with a creation unit (12) for creating a recognition dictionary of persons imaged at the second inclination by using the pseudo-image.
