To provide an organic Rankine cycle cooling system that can use refrigerant heat in an organic Rankine cycle as a heat source for driving an external combustion engine without requiring heat supply from the outside.SOLUTION: An organic Rankine cycle cooling system 1 cools a cooling object in a circuit that uses an organic material as coolant, wherein the coolant circulates while repeating evaporation and condensation, and the organic Rankine cycle cooling system comprises: a compressor 2 that compresses the coolant to increase the temperature of the coolant; a condenser 5 that cools and condenses the coolant; and an external combustion engine that is provided on the downstream side of the compressor 2 and on the upstream side of the condenser 5. The cooling object is arranged on the downstream side of the condenser 5 and on the upstream side of the compressor 2, and performs heat exchange with the cooled coolant.
