Retort pouch molded food and its manufacturing method

[0001] The present invention relates to a retort-pouched food product made primarily from glutinous brown rice and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a retort-pouched food product made primarily from glutinous brown rice, molded into a lump, which can be eaten as is at room temperature.
