Description

Terminal and power supply method

[0001] The present invention relates to a terminal and a power supply method in a wireless communication system.

[0002] For NR (New Radio) (also known as "5G"), the successor system to LTE (Long Term Evolution), technologies are being considered that satisfy the requirements of a large-capacity system, high-speed data transmission speed, low latency, simultaneous connection of a large number of terminals, low cost, and low power consumption (for example, Non-Patent Document 1).

[0003] In LTE or NR, UE categories or UE capabilities for IoT (Internet of Things) are defined that reduce functions that are mandatory for normal terminals, such as functions related to transmission and reception bandwidth and the number of antennas. For example, in LTE, eMTC (enhanced Machine Type Communication) and NB-IoT (Narrow Band IoT) are defined, and in NR, RedCap (Reduced Capability) and the like are defined.

[0004] In recent years, there has been growing interest in wireless power supply technology as a method of powering various devices, including IoT terminals, and active research is being conducted on this technology. For example, specific frequency bands are being allocated to wireless power supply, and studies are being conducted to verify the effects on the human body and radio wave interference with other communication devices. If no problems are found, it is being considered to expand the range of use to outdoors and spaces where people are present.

[0005] In addition, 3GPP (registered trademark) is studying the specification of ultra-low power terminals that are assumed to be powered by the surrounding environment, such as sunlight, wind, water, electromagnetism, heat, sound, vibration, etc., or wirelessly (e.g., Non-Patent Document 2).

[0006] 3GPP TS 38.300 V17.3.0(2022-12)3GPP TR 22.840 V1.0.0(2022-12)

[0007] Among various use cases, a use case in which a terminal performs wireless power supply to another device is expected. However, it has been unclear how to perform wireless power supply when a terminal performs sidelink communication.

[0008] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and has an object to enable a terminal to perform wireless power feeding in a wireless communication system.

[0009] According to the disclosed technology, a terminal is provided which has a communication unit that transmits a discovery signal to a first terminal or receives a discovery signal from the first terminal, the communication unit receives a signal requesting power supply from the first terminal and has a control unit that autonomously determines a first resource to be used for power supply, the communication unit notifies the first terminal of information indicating the first resource and has a power transmission unit that supplies power to the first terminal in the first resource, and the control unit does not perform power supply and communication simultaneously.

[0010] According to the disclosed technology, a terminal can perform wireless power feeding in a wireless communication system.

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of the configuration of wireless power feeding according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating an example of the configuration of wireless power feeding according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of the configuration of a vehicle 2001 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0012] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the embodiment described below is an example, and the embodiment to which the present invention is applied is not limited to the following embodiment.

[0013] In the operation of the wireless communication system according to the embodiment of the present invention, existing technology is used as appropriate. However, the existing technology is, for example, the existing LTE, but is not limited to the existing LTE. Furthermore, the term "LTE" used in this specification has a broad meaning including LTE-Advanced and systems subsequent to LTE-Advanced (e.g., NR, 6G wireless standards) unless otherwise specified.

[0014] In addition, in the embodiments of the present invention described below, terms such as SS (Synchronization signal), PSS (Primary SS), SSS (Secondary SS), PBCH (Physical broadcast channel), PRACH (Physical random access channel), PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel), PDSCH (Physical Downlink Shared Channel), PUCCH (Physical Uplink Control Channel), and PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel) used in existing LTE are used. This is for convenience of description, and similar signals, functions, etc. may be called by other names. In addition, the above-mentioned terms in NR correspond to NR-SS, NR-PSS, NR-SSS, NR-PBCH, NR-PRACH, etc. However, even if a signal is used in NR, it is not necessarily stated as "NR-".

[0015] Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the duplex method may be a time division duplex (TDD) method, a frequency division duplex (FDD) method, or another method (for example, flexible duplex, etc.).

[0016] Furthermore, in the embodiments of the present invention, "configuring" radio parameters etc. may mean that predetermined values are pre-configured, or that radio parameters notified from the base station 10 or the terminal 20 are set.

[0017] Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration example (1) of a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, the wireless communication system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a base station 10 and a terminal 20. Although Fig. 1 shows one base station 10 and one terminal 20, this is an example, and there may be a plurality of each.

[0018] The base station 10 is a communication device that provides one or more cells and performs wireless communication with the terminal 20. The physical resources of a wireless signal are defined in the time domain and the frequency domain. The time domain may be defined by the number of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols, and the frequency domain may be defined by the number of subcarriers or the number of resource blocks. The base station 10 transmits a synchronization signal and system information to the terminal 20. The synchronization signal is, for example, NR-PSS and NR-SSS. The system information is, for example, transmitted via NR-PBCH and is also referred to as broadcast information. The synchronization signal and system information may also be referred to as SSB (SS / PBCH block). As shown in FIG. 1 , the base station 10 transmits control signals or data to the terminal 20 via DL (Downlink) and receives control signals or data from the terminal 20 via UL (Uplink). Both the base station 10 and the terminal 20 are capable of transmitting and receiving signals by performing beamforming. Furthermore, both the base station 10 and the terminal 20 can apply MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) communication to DL or UL. Furthermore, both the base station 10 and the terminal 20 may communicate via a secondary cell (SCell: Secondary Cell) and a primary cell (PCell: Primary Cell) using CA (Carrier Aggregation). Furthermore, the terminal 20 may communicate via a primary cell of the base station 10 and a primary secondary cell group cell (PSCell: Primary SCG Cell) of another base station 10 using DC (Dual Connectivity).

[0019] The terminal 20 is a communication device equipped with a wireless communication function, such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, a tablet, a wearable terminal, or an M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communication module. As shown in Fig. 1, the terminal 20 receives control signals or data from the base station 10 via DL and transmits control signals or data to the base station 10 via UL, thereby utilizing various communication services provided by the wireless communication system. The terminal 20 also receives various reference signals transmitted from the base station 10 and measures propagation path quality based on the reception results of the reference signals.

[0020] The terminal 20 is capable of performing carrier aggregation, which aggregates multiple cells (multiple CCs (Component Carriers)) to communicate with the base station 10. In carrier aggregation, one PCell (Primary cell) and one or more SCells (Secondary cells) are used. Also, a PUCCH-SCell having a PUCCH may be used.

[0021] With the widespread use of a wide variety of devices (e.g., IoT devices), methods for charging or replacing batteries in a huge number of devices are being investigated. Wireless power transfer (WPT) has recently attracted increasing interest as a method for powering various devices, including IoT devices, and is being actively investigated.

[0022] Wireless power transfer is being considered for IoT terminals from the viewpoints of cost and battery replacement, and for handheld terminals from the viewpoints of cost, size, and shape. If highly efficient, large-capacity wireless power transfer becomes possible, it is expected that terminals will become even more advanced and diverse.

[0023] For example, a specific frequency band will be allocated to wireless power supply, and the effects on the human body and radio wave interference with other communication devices will be verified. If no problems are found, it is being considered to expand the scope of use to outdoors and spaces where people are present.

[0024] Furthermore, 3GPP (registered trademark) is currently studying the specification of ultra-low power terminals that are assumed to be powered by the surrounding environment, such as sunlight, wind, water, electromagnetism, heat, sound, vibration, or wirelessly (see, for example, Non-Patent Document 2). The realization of wireless power supply will eliminate the need for battery charging, wired charging, or battery replacement.

[0025] Terminal 20B may be supplied with power wirelessly from terminal 20A or power transmission equipment 30 connected to terminal 20A. Terminal 20A or power transmission equipment 30, etc., that transmits power to terminal 20B may be the same as or different from terminal 20A, etc., that transmits and receives data to and from terminal 20B.

[0026] The equipment that supplies power, that is, power transmission equipment 30, may have the following characteristics 1) to 3).

[0027] 1) The type of the power transmission equipment 30 may be equipment equivalent to a base station, an IAB (Integrated Access Backhaul), a repeater, a RIS (Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface), a TRP (Transmission / Reception Point), or a terminal, or the functions of the power transmission equipment may be separately specified.

[0028] 2) A base station, IAB, repeater, RIS, TRP, or terminal that performs wireless power transmission may be assumed to have full duplex capabilities.

[0029] 3) An IAB, repeater, RIS, TRP, or terminal that wirelessly supplies power may be connected to the base station when power is supplied, or may be in a disconnected state when power is supplied.

[0030] Note that the terms power transmission equipment, base station, IAB, repeater, RIS, TRP, and terminal may be interchangeable.

[0031] The terminal 20 to be powered may have the following characteristics 1) to 3).

[0032] 1) It may involve movement or may be fixed in position.

[0033] 2) It may or may not have the ability to connect for data communication with a base station, IAB, repeater, RIS, TRP, or terminal, etc.

[0034] 3) The type or shape of the terminal may be, but is not limited to, a handheld terminal (smartphone, tablet, etc.), an IoT terminal (sensor, wearable terminal, surveillance camera, smart device, home appliance, etc.), an ambient IoT terminal (tag, card, etc.), a robot, a drone, an electric vehicle, a PC, etc.

[0035] 2 is a diagram showing a configuration example (1) of wireless power feeding according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2 , power transmission equipment 30 may be installed separately from terminal 20A and may wirelessly feed power to terminal 20B. Terminal 20A may communicate with terminal 20B and control wireless power feeding by power transmission equipment 30. Power transmission equipment 30 may be installed on a wall, a ceiling, or the like indoors, or on a utility pole, a pole, or the like outdoors. Terminal 20B may also operate as power transmission equipment 30 and wirelessly feed power to another terminal 20B. Hereinafter, wireless power feeding from power transmission equipment 30 not included in terminal 20A to terminal 20B will also be referred to as wireless power feeding from terminal 20A to terminal 20B.

[0036] Fig. 3 is a diagram showing a configuration example (2) of wireless power feeding according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 3, power transmission equipment 30 may be installed together with terminal 20A and may wirelessly feed power to terminal 20B. Terminal 20A may communicate with terminal 20B and control wireless power feeding by power transmission equipment 30. Hereinafter, wireless power feeding from power transmission equipment 30 included in terminal 20A to terminal 20B will also be referred to as wireless power feeding from terminal 20A to terminal 20B.

[0037] Among various use cases, a use case in which a terminal performs wireless power supply to another device is assumed. However, it has been unclear how to perform wireless power supply when a terminal performs sidelink communication.

[0038] Therefore, particularly when a terminal autonomously selects resources to perform sidelink communication, wireless power supply may be performed as described in the following operations 1) to 7). Note that the following operations 1) to 7) may also be applied when performing sidelink communication using resources based on a notification from a base station or a network operator. Note that one or more of the operations 1) to 7) may be performed in combination, or all of the operations may be performed.

[0039] Operation 1) will be explained below.

[0040] A UE (hereinafter referred to as "UE-X") supplies power to another UE (hereinafter referred to as "UE-Y") via radio over a sidelink. The execution flow may include any or all of the steps shown in FIG. 4 below, or may include some or none of the steps.

[0041] 4 is a sequence diagram illustrating an example of wireless power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention. In step S101, UE-X transmits a UE discovery signal to UE-Y. Note that UE-Y may also transmit a UE discovery signal to UE-X. In the following step S102, UE-Y and UE-X execute PC5-RRC connection establishment. UE-Y may initiate the PC5-RRC connection establishment, or UE-X may initiate the PC5-RRC connection establishment.

[0042] In the following step S103, UE-Y transmits a power supply request to UE-X. In the following step S104, UE-X supplies power to UE-Y. In the following step S105, UE-Y transmits a report of the power supply status and / or channel status to UE-X. UE-X and UE-Y may repeatedly execute steps S104 and S105.

[0043] Furthermore, an operation related to beam control may or may not be performed. When an operation related to beam control is performed, the same beam as that used for communication may be used for power supply. Furthermore, beam control for wireless power supply may be performed, and the beam control for wireless power supply may be the same as or different from the beam control for communication.

[0044] This concludes the description of operation 1). Operation 1) enables wireless power supply from one terminal to another terminal.

[0045] Operation 2) will be explained below.

[0046] The UE-X that supplies power may transmit a signal for UE discovery. The transmission of the signal for UE discovery may mean notification that power supply can be performed. The UE-Y that receives power may receive and / or monitor the signal for UE discovery. The UE-Y may determine the UE-X as the UE to which the power supply operation is to be performed based on information related to the received signal (e.g., strength). Thereafter, a PC5-RRC connection establishment may be performed between the UE-X and the UE-Y.

[0047] The UE-Y receiving power may transmit a UE discovery signal. The transmission of the UE discovery signal may indicate a notification that a UE capable of performing power supply is being searched for. The UE-X performing power supply may receive and / or monitor the UE discovery signal. After receiving the UE discovery signal, the UE-X performing power supply may transmit a response signal to the UE-Y. The response signal may be a signal from the UE-X to notify the UE-Y that power supply can be performed. The UE-X may determine whether or not to transmit the response signal based on information related to the received signal (e.g., strength). The UE-Y may determine the UE-X that transmitted the response signal as the UE to which the power supply operation will be performed. After that, a PC5-RRC connection establishment may be performed between the UE-X and the UE-Y.

[0048] The discovery signal may be transmitted on a resource defined for discovery or a resource given by configuration or pre-configuration, or may be transmitted on a communication resource.

[0049] The discovery signal may notify or receive that wireless power will be supplied or received. Furthermore, the discovery signal may notify or receive information related to wireless power supply (e.g., a method, resources, etc.).

[0050] The transmission, reception, or monitoring of a discovery signal may be performed regardless of whether power supply is being performed or not, or may be performed only when power supply is not being performed.

[0051] During or after the establishment of the PC5-RRC connection between UE-X and UE-Y, capabilities related to wireless power supply may be transmitted and received, and success or failure of the establishment of the PC5-RRC connection may be determined based on the capabilities. Whether UE-X or UE-Y transmits a discovery signal may be defined in the specifications or may be determined based on (pre)configuration.

[0052] This concludes the explanation of operation 2). Operation 2) makes it possible to find a target for which a power supply operation is to be performed.

[0053] Operation 3) will be explained below.

[0054] UE-Y may transmit a power supply request to UE-X. In the power supply request, one or more pieces of information from 1) to 12) below may be transmitted.

[0055] 1) Information indicating how much power the UE-X desires to receive. For example, the information may be energy [Wh], or the remaining battery capacity, the battery capacity deficiency, and / or the battery capacity that can be charged at the time of reporting. The UE-X may determine the amount of power to be supplied based on the information.

[0056] 2) Channel conditions. For example, the channel conditions may be information measured based on a signal related to the above operation 2), or may be information measured based on the above discovery signal. Furthermore, the channel conditions may be information measured based on a signal related to communication.

[0057] 3) Capability related to wireless power supply. This capability may be a capability indicating whether or not a power supply method is supported, or may be a capability indicating whether or not simultaneous execution of communication and wireless power supply is supported.

[0058] 4) Capability information related to wireless power supply. This information may include some or all of the frequencies, carriers, bands, FR (Frequency Range), band combinations, and network types that can receive power supply. UE-Y may report to UE-X that it supports power supply in units of frequencies, carriers, bands, FR, band combinations, or network types.

[0059] The network type may be any of TN (Terrestrial Network), NTN (Non-Terrestrial Network), licensed spectrum, unlicensed spectrum, IAB (Integrated Access and Backhaul), NCR (Network-controlled repeater), RIS (Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface), Uu (a radio interface between UTRAN (Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network) and UE (User Equipment)), and SL (Sidelink). That is, whether or not power can be supplied in each of these networks may be reported from UE-Y to UE-Y.

[0060] 5) Wireless power capability information. This information may include a power receiving scheme. UE-Y may report to UE-X that it supports power receiving for each scheme. One of the schemes may be reported as a default scheme, and other schemes may be reported to UE-X as additionally supported schemes. The schemes may include waveform, subcarrier spacing, signal type, number of antennas, and beam management operation.

[0061] 6) Capability information related to wireless power transmission. This information may include a maximum supportable power receiving capacity, a maximum supportable efficiency, and / or a maximum supportable power. A specific maximum power receiving capacity, maximum efficiency, and / or maximum power per hour may be reported. A specific power receiving capacity, a specific efficiency, and / or a specific power may be specified, and it may be reported that the specific power receiving capacity, the specific efficiency, and / or the specific power are met.

[0062] 7) Capability information indicating support for simultaneous power reception and communication for each FR combination or band combination. UE-Y may report to UE-X that it supports simultaneous power reception and communication for each band combination.

[0063] 8) Capability information indicating that simultaneous execution of power reception and communication is supported for each network type. The network type may be any of TN, NTN, licensed band, unlicensed band, IAB, NCR, RIS, Uu, and SL networks.

[0064] 9) Capability information indicating that simultaneous power reception and communication is supported for each power supply method. The communication method may be DL, UL, or full duplex communication. UE-Y may report to UE-X that it supports simultaneous power reception and communication for each communication method.

[0065] 10) Capability information that separately indicates support for simultaneous power reception and communication, distinguishing whether the communication beam and power supply beam are the same or not.

[0066] 11) Capability information that separately indicates support for simultaneous power reception and communication, distinguishing whether the communication cell (or band) and the power supply cell (or band) are the same or not.

[0067] 12) Capability information that indicates whether simultaneous power reception and communication is supported, separately by distinguishing whether the communication partner and the power supply partner are the same or not. The partner may be a device or a TRP.

[0068] In addition, supporting simultaneous execution may be a condition that the quality required for communication and power supply when not executed simultaneously is also met when communication and power supply are executed simultaneously, or a condition that the quality required for communication and power supply when not executed simultaneously is met by a predetermined value when communication and power supply are executed simultaneously.

[0069] The timing and / or resources for transmitting the power request signal may be determined autonomously by the UE-Y. The timing for transmitting the power request signal may be limited to a timing when the UE-Y is not receiving power and / or when it is not determined that the UE-Y will receive power in the future.

[0070] The power supply request signal may be transmitted and received via any of a control channel (PSCCH), a data channel (PSSCH), a discovery channel (PSDCH), and a reporting channel (PSFCH (Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel)).

[0071] When the power supply request signal is transmitted in a Sidelink Shared Channel (SL-SCH), it may be transmitted in any of a MAC-CE, a MAC subheader, or a Service Data Unit (MAC-SDU). The power supply request signal may be prioritized relative to data from a Common Control Channel (SL-CCCH), data from any logical channel other than data from the SL-CCCH, or the MAC-CE. For example, the power supply request signal may have a lower priority than data from the SL-CCCH. For example, the power supply request signal may have a lower priority than data from any logical channel other than data from the SL-CCCH.

[0072] Priorities may be defined for the power supply request signal and the UL signal. The priority may be higher or lower than the priority for wireless power supply in Uu, higher or lower than the priority for control information in Uu, or higher or lower than the priority for data signals in Uu.

[0073] This concludes the description of operation 3). Operation 3) enables a terminal to request wireless power feeding from another terminal.

[0074] Operation 4) will now be described.

[0075] UE-X may transmit information regarding power supply resources to UE-Y and / or other UEs, and perform power supply to UE-Y using the resources.

[0076] 5 is a flowchart illustrating an example of wireless power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention. In step S1041, the UE-X autonomously selects resources to be used for power supply. Each UE-X (UE-X1, UE-X2, ...) may notify each other of the resources to be used for power supply, monitor the notifications, and, based on the notifications, determine the resources to be used for power supply so as not to overlap, for example. Note that the UE-X may be scheduled by the base station 10 for the resources to be used for power supply. Note that overlap may mean overlap in the time domain or overlap in the frequency domain.

[0077] In step S1042, UE-X notifies UE-Y of the resources to be used for power supply. The resources to be used for power supply may be notified as periodic resources, aperiodic resources, or semi-persistent resources whose activation, deactivation, or release is notified. The resources to be used for power supply may be notified as a specific time duration. The unit of notification of the resources to be used for power supply may be a slot, a frame, milliseconds, seconds, minutes, etc. The unit of notification of the resources to be used for power supply may be a PRB and / or a subchannel, a band, a bandwidth and / or BWP, or a carrier frequency and / or FR. A power supply beam corresponding to the resources may be notified together with the resources to be used for power supply. Notification of the resources to be used for power supply may be performed in the resources for communication.

[0078] In step S1043, UE-Y receives power based on the notification from UE-X. For example, UE-Y may receive power in a time resource in which a power-supply beam of UE-X corresponding to a power-supply beam used by the UE-Y's own device is used. For example, UE-Y may receive power in a time resource in which a power-supply transmission beam of UE-X corresponding to a power-supply reception beam used by the UE-Y's own device is used. UE-Y may receive power in the notified resources and / or time resources in which the UE-Y's own device can receive power. UE-Y may receive power in all or some of the notified time resources.

[0079] Furthermore, the UE-Y may assume that the time between the notification regarding power supply and the power supply start timing is equal to or longer than a predetermined period. The predetermined period may be determined based on the UE processing time.

[0080] The notification from UE-X to UE-Y may be performed in any of the formats a) to e) shown below.

[0081] a) Groupcast PSSCH (e.g., MAC-CE), SCI for all UEs, and / or SCI for multiple UEs. All information regarding which powering resource and which powering beam are used for power feeding may be broadcast. Resource information regarding the powering beam corresponding to the communication beam used for the broadcast may be broadcast. A new SCI format for power feeding may be defined, or resources for receiving the SCI format may be configured or pre-configured. Information may be notified via a field in the SCI format for communication.

[0082] b) PC5-RRC connection, unicast PSSCH (e.g., MAC-CE), and / or SCI for a specific UE. Information on resources to which the UE should receive power may be notified. Resource information related to a powering beam corresponding to a communication beam used for the broadcast may be broadcast. A new SCI format for power feeding may be defined, or resources for receiving the SCI format may be configured or pre-configured. Information may be notified via a field in the SCI format for communication.

[0083] c) A Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) for transmitting power supply-related information may be defined and used for the notification. This may be applied to a) and / or b) above.

[0084] d) The format in which the information is notified may be determined by an RRC parameter or (pre)configuration.

[0085] e) UE capabilities may be defined to indicate which notification formats are supported, and the UE may report support for the supported functions. Alternatively, supporting wireless power may mean supporting multiple or all of the defined notification formats.

[0086] Furthermore, the power supply resources and the communication resources may be included in the same resource pool, or may be defined, configured, or pre-configured to be included in different resource pools.

[0087] This concludes the description of operation 4). Operation 4) allows the operation of receiving power using appropriate resources to be performed. Also, notification related to power supply can be sent and received using an appropriate format.

[0088] Operation 5) will now be described.

[0089] Information related to the power supply status may be reported from UE-Y to UE-X. The information may be any of the information listed in a) to d) below.

[0090] a) The power [W], average power [W], and / or energy [Wh] related to power feeding performed in a specific time interval T may be reported. The start timing of the specific time interval T may be the start of power feeding, the previous report, or a specified timing. The end timing of the specific time interval T may be immediately before the report, a specified timing, or a timing T has elapsed since the start timing. The definition of the specific time interval T will be the same hereinafter. The range and / or granularity of the reported value may be predefined or set. Furthermore, the report content may be an index corresponding to the reported value, and the correspondence between the reported value and the index may be predefined or set. For example, an index Z1 may be reported when the reported value is greater than or equal to X1 and less than X2, and an index Z2 may be reported when the reported value is greater than or equal to X2 and less than X3.

[0091] b) It may be information indicating whether or not the power supply performed in a specific time interval T satisfies a specific condition. It may be information indicating whether or not the power [W], average power [W], and / or energy [Wh] related to the power supply performed in the specific time interval T exceeds a predetermined value. It may be information indicating whether or not the power supply performed in the specific time interval T was received for a specific time interval T2 or longer. The predetermined value and the specific time interval T2 may be defined or set in advance. The information indicating whether or not the power supply performed in the specific time interval T satisfies a specific condition may be reported from UE-Y to UE-X as an ACK (e.g., bit value 1) or a NACK (e.g., bit value 0).

[0092] c) Information indicating the remaining desired amount of power supply may also be provided. For example, the information may be energy [Wh]. For example, the information may be the remaining battery capacity or the battery capacity deficit at the time of reporting.

[0093] d) It may be information indicating the results of quality measurements related to the power supply beam.

[0094] The reporting of information related to the power supply status may be performed at the timings shown in a) to f) below. The reporting of information may be performed from UE-Y to UE-X.

[0095] a) Reporting of information related to the power supply status may be performed periodically. FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example (1) of wireless power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, periodic resources related to power supply may be notified from UE-X, and reporting of information related to the power supply status may be performed using resources to be used for reporting that are determined based on the periodic resources. When UE-Y receives a power supply trigger to start power supply from UE-X, UE-Y may start power supply and may also start reporting information related to the power supply status. The power supply trigger transmitted from UE-X to UE-Y may include information indicating the periodic resources, or the periodic resources may be set in advance. UE-Y may report information related to the power supply status to UE-X only for the section from power supply start to power supply end. Furthermore, after starting reporting related to the power supply status, UE-Y may continue reporting until the setting for reporting information related to the power supply status is changed, regardless of whether power is being supplied or not.

[0096] b) Reporting of information related to the power supply status may be performed semi-persistently. A periodic resource may be configured by the UE-X, and the UE-Y may report information related to the power supply status to the UE-X based on a configuration or notification of activation or deactivation (release) for the periodic resource. The UE-Y may periodically report information related to the power supply status to the UE-X from activation to deactivation. When the UE-Y receives a deactivation command, the UE-Y may transmit an ACK or NACK to the UE-X. The activation or deactivation may be notified to the UE-Y by DCI or MAC-CE (Medium Access Control - Control Element). The UE-Y may report information related to the power supply status to the UE-X only during the period from power supply start to power supply end. Furthermore, after starting reporting related to the power supply status, the UE-Y may continue reporting based on activation and deactivation regardless of whether power is being supplied.

[0097] c) Reporting of information related to the power supply status may be performed aperiodically. FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example (2) of wireless power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 7, UE-X may instruct a report and a resource to be used for the report, and UE-Y may aperiodically report information related to the power supply status using the resource. Alternatively, UE-X may instruct a report, and UE-Y may report information related to the power supply status using a resource selected autonomously. As shown in FIG. 7, UE-Y may report information related to the power supply status to UE-X each time power supply is performed in response to a power supply trigger. Alternatively, UE-Y may report information related to the power supply status to UE-X at a timing determined by UE-Y itself based on specific conditions.

[0098] d) The notification regarding power supply may specify a reporting timing and / or a resource, or enable reporting. For example, the power supply trigger shown in Fig. 6 or 7 may be the notification regarding power supply. Based on the notification regarding power supply, the UE-Y may start or execute reporting regarding the power supply status.

[0099] e) The UE-Y may assume that the time between the end of the reporting instruction, the enablement of the reporting or the measurement target (e.g. the end of power supply) and the execution of the reporting is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, which may be defined or determined, for example, based on UE processing time.

[0100] f) Reporting may be performed only when the power supply status satisfies a predetermined condition, or may be performed only when the power supply status does not satisfy a predetermined condition.

[0101] The timing and / or resources for transmitting the report regarding the power supply status may be determined autonomously by the UE-Y. The timing for transmitting the report regarding the power supply status may be limited to a timing when the UE-Y is not receiving power and / or a timing when it is not determined that the UE-Y will receive power in the future.

[0102] The report on the power supply status may be transmitted and received via any of a control channel (PSCCH), a data channel (PSSCH), a discovery channel (PSDCH), and a reporting channel (PSFCH (Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel)).

[0103] When a report related to the power supply status is transmitted in a Sidelink Shared Channel (SL-SCH), it may be transmitted in any of a MAC-CE, a MAC subheader, or a Service Data Unit (MAC-SDU). The report related to the power supply status may be prioritized relative to data from a Common Control Channel (SL-CCCH), data from any logical channel other than data from the SL-CCCH, or the MAC-CE. For example, the report related to the power supply status may have a lower priority than data from the SL-CCCH. For example, the report related to the power supply status may have a lower priority than data from any logical channel other than data from the SL-CCCH.

[0104] Priority of the power supply status report and the UL signal may be defined. The priority may be higher or lower than the priority of wireless power supply in Uu. The priority may be higher or lower than the priority of control information in Uu. The priority may be higher or lower than the priority of data signals in Uu.

[0105] This concludes the explanation of operation 5). Operation 5) enables the terminal 20 to report information related to the results of power supply, and the base station 10 can appropriately control the subsequent power supply operation. In addition, a common understanding can be reached between UE-X and UE-Y regarding the timing of reporting the power supply status.

[0106] Operation 6) will now be described.

[0107] When power supply and communication cannot be performed simultaneously, UE-X and / or UE-Y may prioritize one of them. Note that overlapping may mean overlapping in the time domain or overlapping in the frequency domain.

[0108] The UE-X may operate in a resource allocation operation so as to prevent overlap between power supply and communication. When selecting power supply resources, the UE-X may not select resources that overlap with communication resources. When selecting communication resources, the UE-X may not select resources that overlap with power supply resources. When selecting power supply resources, the UE-X may not select resources that overlap with communication resources, and may not select resources that overlap with power supply resources when selecting communication resources. The UE-X may perform either an operation of not selecting resources that overlap with communication resources when selecting power supply resources, or an operation of not selecting resources that overlap with power supply resources when selecting communication resources, or may determine which operation to perform based on, for example, the priority of power supply and communication. Note that the UE-X may operate so as to prevent the overlap from occurring in the UE-X, or the UE-X may operate so as to prevent the overlap from occurring in the UE-Y. For example, UE-Y notifies UE-X of its UE capabilities related to the overlap in advance, and UE-X performs resource selection based on UE-Y's capabilities so that the overlap does not occur in UE-Y.

[0109] The UE-X may operate so that overlap does not occur when performing power supply and / or communication. The UE-X may drop either power supply or communication and perform the other, or may decide which to perform based on, for example, the priority of power supply and communication. The prioritization of power supply and communication may be predefined, or may be provided by configuration, pre-configuration, or PC5-RRC configuration, or may be determined autonomously by the UE-X.

[0110] Priority with respect to power supply may be defined for each type of communication. For example, the priority of power supply may be lower than that of S-SSB, PSCCH, PSFCH (HARQ-ACK), or PSSCH. Furthermore, the priority of SL positioning RS may be lower than that of power supply. Multiple priorities may be defined or set for power supply, and prioritization with respect to communication may be defined for each priority. For example, power supply during a specific time interval may be given high priority (HP, high priority), and power supply outside the specific time interval may be given low priority (LP, low priority). Furthermore, HP power supply may be given lower priority than HP communication. LP power supply may be given lower priority than HP power supply.

[0111] Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an example (3) of wireless power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 8, power supply may not be performed only in a section where power supply and communication overlap. Furthermore, if power supply and communication overlap even partially, power supply for a predetermined unit (e.g., the entirety) may not be performed. Not performing power supply may mean dropping, canceling, or postponing power supply.

[0112] If power supply is not to be performed in a resource that has already been notified to UE-Y as a resource for power supply, UE-X may notify UE-Y that power supply will not be performed in that resource at a timing before or after that resource.

[0113] In order to prevent overlap from occurring in resource allocation operation, UE-Y may operate to exclude resources that overlap with power supply from the recommended resources and include them in the non-preferred resources when notifying preferred resources or non-preferred resources in inter-UE coordination. Furthermore, when UE-Y detects overlap between communication and power supply in a conflict indication in inter-UE coordination, UE-Y may notify UE-X or the communication partner of the conflict.

[0114] The UE-Y may operate so that overlap does not occur when performing power supply and / or communication. The UE-Y may drop either the power supply or the communication and perform the other, or may determine which to perform based on, for example, the priority of the power supply and the communication. The prioritization of the power supply and the communication may be predefined, or may be provided in a configuration, a preconfiguration, or a PC5-RRC configuration, or may be determined autonomously by the UE-Y.

[0115] Priority with respect to power supply may be defined for each type of communication.

[0116] This concludes the description of operation 6). Operation 6) operates to prevent overlap between power supply and communication, and determines the operation to be performed when they overlap.

[0117] Operation 7) will now be described.

[0118] 9 is a diagram showing an example (4) of wireless power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 9, in a function for reducing power consumption (hereinafter referred to as "function F"), an operation related to wireless power supply may be performed in a time interval (hereinafter referred to as "time interval X") in which no signal is received and / or transmitted.

[0119] Function F may be SL-DRX as shown in FIG. 9, transmission based on partial sensing, or transmission by random selection.

[0120] UE-X and / or UE-Y may perform a power supply operation in a time period X during which no signal is received, with power consumption function F. Note that, hereinafter, "signal reception" may be replaced with "signal reception and / or transmission." Furthermore, signal reception may or may not include sensing. Hereinafter, UE may be replaced with UE-X and / or UE-Y.

[0121] The UE may not perform a power supply operation during the time interval Y during which the UE receives a signal.

[0122] The UE may perform the power supply operation for the entire time period of the time interval X, or may perform the power supply operation for a part of the time period. The power supply operation may not be performed for the time period other than the part of the time period X based on the processing time of the UE. The power supply operation may be performed only for the time period set or notified to perform the power supply operation.

[0123] When function F is DRX, power supply-related operations may be performed in a time period X in which SL signals (e.g., PDCCH or PDSCH) are not received based on the DRX function, and power supply-related operations may not be performed in a DRX-ON period or in a time period Y in which SL signals are received based on the DRX function.

[0124] The operation of performing a power supply operation during a time period X in which the UE does not receive signals in the function F for suppressing power consumption described above may be applied only when the UE cannot perform communication and power supply simultaneously, or whether to apply the operation may be determined based on a notification from the base station 10 or a (pre-)setting.

[0125] It may also be assumed that the power supply operation is performed only when the function F that suppresses power consumption is set. If the function F is not set, wireless power supply may not be performed.

[0126] Furthermore, a UE capable of performing a power supply operation may necessarily be capable of performing the function F of suppressing power consumption. A UE that reports to the network or another UE that it is capable of performing a power supply operation may also be required to report to the network or another UE that it is capable of performing the function F of suppressing power consumption.

[0127] When UE-X does not supply power to a resource that has been notified to UE-Y as a resource for power supply, UE-X may notify UE-Y that it will not supply power to the resource at a timing before or after the resource. Note that power supply may mean power transmission and / or power reception.

[0128] This concludes the explanation of operation 7). Operation 7) enables efficient power supply between UEs through power supply while suppressing power consumption related to communication. It is possible to increase the remaining battery capacity during the time period when the UE suppresses power consumption. It is possible to optimize the power supply operation for non-reception times determined by various functions, and to avoid degradation of communication quality.

[0129] According to the above-described embodiment, a terminal can perform wireless power supply in a wireless communication system.

[0130] (Device Configuration) Next, a functional configuration example of the base station 10 and the terminal 20 that execute the processes and operations described above will be described. The base station 10 and the terminal 20 include functions for implementing the above-described embodiments. However, the base station 10 and the terminal 20 may each include only a part of the functions of the embodiments.

[0174] The order of the procedures, sequences, flowcharts, etc. of each aspect / embodiment described herein may be rearranged unless it is consistent. For example, the methods described in this disclosure present elements of various steps using an example order and are not limited to the particular order presented.

[0175] In this specification, a specific operation described as being performed by the base station 10 may be performed by its upper node in some cases. In a network consisting of one or more network nodes having the base station 10, it is clear that various operations performed for communication with the terminal 20 may be performed by at least one of the base station 10 and another network node other than the base station 10 (such as, but not limited to, an MME or an S-GW). Although the above example illustrates a case where there is one other network node other than the base station 10, the other network node may be a combination of multiple other network nodes (such as an MME and an S-GW).

[0176] The information, signals, etc. described in the present disclosure may be output from a higher layer (or a lower layer) to a lower layer (or a higher layer), or may be input / output via multiple network nodes.

[0177] Input and output information may be stored in a specific location (for example, memory) or may be managed using a management table. Input and output information may be overwritten, updated, or added to. Output information may be deleted. Input information may be transmitted to another device.

[0178] In the present disclosure, the determination may be made by a value represented by one bit (0 or 1), by a Boolean value (true or false), or by a comparison of numerical values (e.g., comparison with a predetermined value).

[0179] Software shall be construed broadly to mean instructions, instruction sets, code, code segments, program code, programs, subprograms, software modules, applications, software applications, software packages, routines, subroutines, objects, executable files, threads of execution, procedures, functions, etc., whether referred to as software, firmware, middleware, microcode, hardware description language, or otherwise.

[0180] Software, instructions, information, etc. may also be transmitted or received over a transmission medium. For example, if software is transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source using wired technologies (such as coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)), and / or wireless technologies (such as infrared, microwave), then these wired and / or wireless technologies are included within the definition of transmission media.

[0181] The information, signals, etc. described in this disclosure may be represented using any of a variety of different technologies. For example, data, instructions, commands, information, signals, bits, symbols, chips, etc. that may be referred to throughout the above description may be represented by voltages, currents, electromagnetic waves, magnetic fields or magnetic particles, optical fields or photons, or any combination thereof.

[0182] Note that terms described in this disclosure and terms necessary for understanding this disclosure may be replaced with terms having the same or similar meanings. For example, at least one of a channel and a symbol may be a signal (signaling). Furthermore, a signal may be a message. Furthermore, a component carrier (CC) may be called a carrier frequency, a cell, a frequency carrier, etc.

[0183] As used in this disclosure, the terms "system" and "network" are used interchangeably.

[0184] Furthermore, the information, parameters, etc. described in the present disclosure may be expressed using absolute values, may be expressed using relative values from a predetermined value, or may be expressed using other corresponding information. For example, a radio resource may be indicated by an index.

[0185] The names used for the above-described parameters are not intended to be limiting in any way. Furthermore, the mathematical expressions using these parameters may differ from those explicitly disclosed in this disclosure. The various channels (e.g., PUCCH, PDCCH, etc.) and information elements may be identified by any suitable names, and therefore the various names assigned to these various channels and information elements are not intended to be limiting in any way.

[0186] In the present disclosure, terms such as "base station (BS)," "radio base station," "base station device," "fixed station," "NodeB," "eNodeB (eNB)," "gNodeB (gNB)," "access point," "transmission point," "reception point," "transmission / reception point," "cell," "sector," "cell group," "carrier," and "component carrier" may be used interchangeably. A base station may also be referred to by terms such as a macrocell, a small cell, a femtocell, and a picocell.

[0187] A base station can accommodate one or more (e.g., three) cells. When a base station accommodates multiple cells, the overall coverage area of the base station can be partitioned into multiple smaller areas, and each smaller area can also be provided with communication services by a base station subsystem (e.g., a small indoor base station (RRH: Remote Radio Head)). The terms "cell" or "sector" refer to part or all of the coverage area of a base station and / or base station subsystem that provides communication services within that coverage.

[0188] In the present disclosure, the base station transmitting information to a terminal may be interpreted as the base station instructing the terminal to control or operate based on the information.

[0189] In this disclosure, the terms "Mobile Station (MS)," "user terminal," "User Equipment (UE)," "terminal," and the like may be used interchangeably.

[0190] A mobile station may also be referred to by those skilled in the art as a subscriber station, mobile unit, subscriber unit, wireless unit, remote unit, mobile device, wireless device, wireless communication device, remote device, mobile subscriber station, access terminal, mobile terminal, wireless terminal, remote terminal, handset, user agent, mobile client, client, or some other suitable terminology.

[0191] At least one of the base station and the mobile station may be referred to as a transmitting device, a receiving device, a communication device, etc. At least one of the base station and the mobile station may be a device mounted on a mobile object, the mobile object itself, etc. The mobile object refers to a movable object, and may move at any speed. Naturally, this also includes cases where the mobile object is stationary. Examples of the mobile object include, but are not limited to, vehicles, transport vehicles, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, connected cars, excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks, forklifts, trains, buses, handcars, rickshaws, ships and other watercraft, airplanes, rockets, satellites, drones (registered trademark), multicopters, quadcopters, balloons, and objects mounted thereon. The mobile object may also be a mobile object that moves autonomously based on an operational command. It may be a vehicle (e.g., a car, an airplane, etc.), an unmanned mobile object (e.g., a drone, an autonomous vehicle, etc.), or a robot (manned or unmanned). At least one of the base station and the mobile station may be a device that does not necessarily move during communication operations. For example, at least one of the base station and the mobile station may be an IoT (Internet of Things) device such as a sensor.

[0192] Furthermore, a base station in the present disclosure may be read as a user terminal. For example, the aspects / embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to a configuration in which communication between a base station and a user terminal is replaced with communication between multiple terminals 20 (which may be called, for example, Device-to-Device (D2D) or Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X)). In this case, the terminal 20 may be configured to have the functions of the base station 10 described above. Furthermore, terms such as "uplink" and "downlink" may be read as terms corresponding to terminal-to-terminal communication (for example, "side"). For example, terms such as an uplink channel and a downlink channel may be read as a side channel.

[0193] Similarly, the user terminal in the present disclosure may be read as a base station, in which case the base station may be configured to have the functions of the user terminal described above.

[0194] As used in this disclosure, the terms "determining" and "determining" may encompass a wide variety of actions. "Determining" and "determining" may include, for example, judging, calculating, computing, processing, deriving, investigating, looking up, searching, inquiring (e.g., searching in a table, database, or other data structure), ascertaining, and the like. "Determining" and "determining" may also include receiving (e.g., receiving information), transmitting (e.g., sending information), input, output, accessing (e.g., accessing data in memory), and the like. Furthermore, "judgment" and "decision" can include regarding resolving, selecting, choosing, establishing, comparing, etc. as having been "judged" or "decided." In other words, "judgment" and "decision" can include regarding some action as having been "judged" or "decided." Furthermore, "judgment (decision)" can be interpreted as "assuming," "expecting," "considering," etc.

[0195] The terms "connected," "coupled," or any variation thereof, refer to any direct or indirect connection or coupling between two or more elements, and may include the presence of one or more intermediate elements between two elements that are "connected" or "coupled" to each other. The coupling or connection between elements may be physical, logical, or a combination thereof. For example, "connected" may be read as "access." As used in this disclosure, two elements may be considered to be "connected" or "coupled" to each other using one or more wires, cables, and / or printed electrical connections, as well as electromagnetic energy having wavelengths in the radio frequency range, microwave range, and optical (both visible and invisible) range, as some non-limiting and non-exhaustive examples.

[0196] The reference signal may be abbreviated as RS (Reference Signal) or may be called a pilot depending on the applicable standard.

[0197] As used in this disclosure, the phrase "based on" does not mean "based only on," unless expressly stated otherwise. In other words, the phrase "based on" means both "based only on" and "based at least on."

[0198] As used in this disclosure, any reference to an element using a designation such as "first," "second," etc. does not generally limit the quantity or order of those elements. These designations may be used in this disclosure as a convenient method of distinguishing between two or more elements. Thus, a reference to a first and a second element does not imply that only two elements may be employed or that the first element must in some way precede the second element.

[0199] The "means" in the configuration of each of the above devices may be replaced with "part," "circuit," "device," etc.

[0200] When the terms "include," "including," and variations thereof are used in this disclosure, these terms are intended to be inclusive, similar to the term "comprising." Furthermore, when the term "or" is used in this disclosure, it is not intended to be an exclusive or.

[0201] A radio frame may be composed of one or more frames in the time domain. Each of the one or more frames in the time domain may be called a subframe. A subframe may further be composed of one or more slots in the time domain. A subframe may have a fixed time length (e.g., 1 ms) that is independent of numerology.

[0202] Numerology may be communication parameters that apply to the transmission and / or reception of a signal or channel, such as subcarrier spacing (SCS), bandwidth, symbol length, cyclic prefix length, transmission time interval (TTI), number of symbols per TTI, radio frame structure, specific filtering operations performed by the transceiver in the frequency domain, specific windowing operations performed by the transceiver in the time domain, etc.

[0203] A slot may be composed of one or more symbols (such as an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbol or a Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Access (SC-FDMA) symbol) in the time domain. A slot may be a time unit based on numerology.

[0204] A slot may include multiple minislots. Each minislot may consist of one or multiple symbols in the time domain. A minislot may also be called a subslot. A minislot may consist of fewer symbols than a slot. A PDSCH (or PUSCH) transmitted in a time unit larger than a minislot may be called PDSCH (or PUSCH) mapping type A. A PDSCH (or PUSCH) transmitted using a minislot may be called PDSCH (or PUSCH) mapping type B.

[0205] The radio frame, subframe, slot, minislot, and symbol all represent time units for transmitting signals, and may be referred to by other names corresponding to the radio frame, subframe, slot, minislot, and symbol.

[0206] For example, one subframe may be called a transmission time interval (TTI), multiple consecutive subframes may be called a TTI, or one slot or one minislot may be called a TTI. That is, at least one of the subframe and the TTI may be a subframe (1 ms) in existing LTE, a period shorter than 1 ms (for example, 1-13 symbols), or a period longer than 1 ms. Note that the unit representing the TTI may be called a slot, minislot, etc. instead of a subframe.

[0207] Here, TTI refers to, for example, the smallest time unit for scheduling in wireless communication. For example, in an LTE system, a base station performs scheduling to allocate wireless resources (such as frequency bandwidth and transmission power that can be used by each terminal 20) to each terminal 20 in TTI units. Note that the definition of TTI is not limited to this.

[0208] The TTI may be a transmission time unit for a channel-encoded data packet (transport block), a code block, a code word, etc., or may be a processing unit for scheduling, link adaptation, etc. When a TTI is given, the time interval (e.g., the number of symbols) to which a transport block, a code block, a code word, etc. is actually mapped may be shorter than the TTI.

[0209] When one slot or one minislot is called a TTI, one or more TTIs (i.e., one or more slots or one or more minislots) may be the minimum time unit for scheduling. Also, the number of slots (minislots) constituting the minimum time unit for scheduling may be controlled.

[0210] A TTI having a time length of 1 ms may be called a regular TTI (TTI in LTE Rel. 8-12), normal TTI, long TTI, regular subframe, normal subframe, long subframe, slot, etc. A TTI shorter than a regular TTI may be called a shortened TTI, short TTI, partial or fractional TTI, shortened subframe, short subframe, minislot, subslot, slot, etc.

[0211] In addition, a long TTI (e.g., a normal TTI, a subframe, etc.) may be interpreted as a TTI having a time length of more than 1 ms, and a short TTI (e.g., a shortened TTI, etc.) may be interpreted as a TTI having a TTI length shorter than the TTI length of a long TTI and greater than or equal to 1 ms.

[0212] A resource block (RB) is a resource allocation unit in the time domain and the frequency domain, and may include one or more consecutive subcarriers in the frequency domain. The number of subcarriers included in an RB may be the same regardless of the numerology, for example, 12. The number of subcarriers included in an RB may be determined based on the numerology.

[0213] The time domain of an RB may include one or more symbols and may have a length of one slot, one minislot, one subframe, or one TTI. One TTI, one subframe, etc. may each be composed of one or more resource blocks.

[0214] Note that one or more RBs may also be called a physical resource block (PRB), a sub-carrier group (SCG), a resource element group (REG), a PRB pair, an RB pair, etc.

[0215] Furthermore, a resource block may be composed of one or more resource elements (REs). For example, one RE may be a radio resource region of one subcarrier and one symbol.

[0216] A Bandwidth Part (BWP) (which may also be referred to as a fractional bandwidth) may represent a subset of contiguous common resource blocks (RBs) for a given numerology on a given carrier, where the common RBs may be identified by their index relative to a Common Reference Point of the carrier. PRBs may be defined in a BWP and numbered within the BWP.

[0217] The BWP may include a BWP for UL (UL BWP) and a BWP for DL (DL BWP). One or more BWPs may be configured for a UE within one carrier.

[0218] At least one of the configured BWPs may be active, and the UE may not expect to transmit or receive a given signal / channel outside the active BWP. Note that the terms "cell," "carrier," etc. in this disclosure may be read as "BWP."

[0219] The above-described structures of radio frames, subframes, slots, minislots, symbols, etc. are merely examples, and various changes may be made to the number of subframes included in a radio frame, the number of slots per subframe or radio frame, the number of minislots included in a slot, the number of symbols and RBs included in a slot or minislot, the number of subcarriers included in an RB, the number of symbols in a TTI, the symbol length, the cyclic prefix (CP) length, etc.

[0220] In this disclosure, where articles are added by translation, such as a, an, and the in English, the disclosure may include that the nouns following these articles are in the plural form.

[0221] In the present disclosure, the term "A and B are different" may mean "A and B are different from each other." The term may also mean "A and B are each different from C." Terms such as "separate" and "coupled" may also be interpreted in the same way as "different."

[0222] The aspects / embodiments described in this disclosure may be used alone, in combination, or switched depending on the implementation. Notification of predetermined information (e.g., notification that "X is true") is not limited to explicit notification, but may be implicit (e.g., not notifying the predetermined information).

[0223] Although the present disclosure has been described in detail above, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described herein. The present disclosure can be implemented in modified and altered forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present disclosure is intended to be illustrative and does not have any limiting meaning on the present disclosure.
