Abstract

The invention relates to the field of fine grinding of materials and can be used in the construction, mining, chemical, and other industries. The objective of the invention is to improve the efficiency of the fine grinding process. The technical result of using the invention consists in intensifying the movement and stimulation of the load, high-frequency alternating loading effect on the material, increasing the forces and speed of action of the grinding bodies on the particles of the material, increasing the frequency of application of the load on the particle per unit of time and intensifying the grinding process, eliminating the “dead zone” that does not participate in the grinding process, uniform distribution of the material over the volume of the load, the synergistic effect of the combined action of compressive, abrasive and vibrational effects on the material, increasing the fineness and speed of grinding, reducing the time for grinding particles to the required size. The essence of the invention is that in a device for fine grinding of materials, comprising a frame-mounted housing filled with grinding bodies, with loading and unloading openings, outside the housing, rolling rollers are installed, connected to a drive, and the housing is made of an elastic material, the housing has the ability to rotate independently, and a planetary runner vibrator is installed inside the housing.
