Description
The subject of this present invention, as the title of the invention states, is a bottle or container with a cut mouth or a bottle that lacks a ring or neck, that is, it refers to a bottle without a mouth ring, which is why it is called a cut mouth bottle. TQ Throughout the description, when we talk about a bottle, we are talking about any container or receptacle made preferably of glass or crystal that has a body or storage area and a neck of the container through which the fluid stored inside the body of the bottle or container is supplied. The present invention is characterized by the special configuration, the design of the bottle which, although it shows a handcrafted appearance by lacking a ring or neck, does not limit the possibility of its manufacture in an automated way. Therefore, the present invention is circumscribed within the scope of bottles and their morphology. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the current state of the art, every bottle manufactured in an industrial process requires a neck ring (also called a crown or lip), essential in automated processes. To date, no industrial bottles have ever been manufactured without a neck, crown, or lip ring. Because of this, there are countless neck designs and shapes: single, double, swivel, rounded, flush, and rosette. 5 However, if the neck is to be eliminated and a bottle shape with a cut mouth or without a mouth ring is to be obtained, and if it is also desired that they can be manufactured in an automated way, it is necessary to have means in the form of a handle or ledge by which we can hold and / or transport them, 10 essential actions in the automatic industrialization processes (transition from the starter mold to the finisher, positioning in the finisher mold, extraction of the bottle from the finisher mold, etc.). Therefore, the object of the present invention is to develop a bottle or container that lacks a neck or mouth ring, and that can also be manufactured industrially and automatically, developing a bottle as described below and included in claim one, DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is a bottle or container with a cut mouth that can be transported or held in automatic industrial processes, having at least one slit or recess arranged at the inflection point 25 between the body of the bottle and its neck. The least cleft, preferably a cleft with a concave cross-section of curved profiles that runs around the perimeter and at the same level on the neck of the bottle or container and at the point of inflection between the body of the betel and the neck. Since the cleft is a section of neck of reduced width or transverse dimension, between 2 and 7 mm, preferably between 3 mm and 6 mm, and which combined with an unusually long mouth produces the visual effect of a bottle whose mouth and neck are all one (without annülo), similar to the morphology of the 10 artisan bottles or those with cut mouths. This allows the same bottle body to be combined with different mouth caps, resulting in bottles that the consumer will identify as different. That is, in addition to achieving a cut-off mouth effect, the indentation allows us to manufacture different bottles simply by changing the mouth cap (the upper insert of the starter mold). Based on the above characteristics, a new paradigm is emerging in the glass industry, which until now has used the change of the mouth cap for functional purposes. The proposal involves an ultra-long mouth cap, reaching up to the... shoulder (up to the annular groove) allowing, with just a change of the upper cap, a different overall silhouette in shape and height, which can also be manufactured industrially and lacks a neck or dam at the end of the bottle. In other words, the neck mold can be changed without changing the body molds, even if they have a neck, i.e., bottles with upper parts with necks and mouths with a neck. The annular groove could also be used for fixing self-sealing plugs. The edge of the cut mouth can be straight as a result of the cut made, or it can be beveled. Unless otherwise stated, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the meanings commonly understood by a person skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. Similar or equivalent procedures and materials to those described herein may be used in the practice of the present invention. Throughout the description and claims, the word “comprises” and its variants are not intended to exclude other technical features, additives, components, or steps. For those skilled in the art, other objects, advantages, and features of the invention will become apparent partly from the description and partly from the practice of the invention. EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of its practical embodiment, a set of drawings is included as an integral part of said description, in which the following has been represented for illustrative and non-limiting purposes. Figures 2 to 4 show different bottle necks with a cut mouth and an annular groove at their base. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION, In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is described below. Figure 1 shows a bottle that has a bottle body (1), from the top of the bottle body (1) emerges a bottle neck (2) that has a cut mouth or a mouth without a neck. At the inflection point of the junction between the body (1) of the bottle and the neck (2) of the bottle, there is an annular cleft (3).
