PRESSURE GAUGE PORT ASSEMBLY FOR INDUCED DRAFT FAN, AND INDUCED DRAFT FAN USING THE SAME

Abstract

The present invention relates to a pressure-measuring port assembly for an induced-draft fan, and an induced-draft fan utilizing the same. The pressure-measuring port assembly for an induced-draft fan is arranged on a volute.The pressure measuring port assembly is provided with a pressure measuring through-hole that communicates an internal cavity of the volute with the outside, wherein the pressure measuring port assembly includes an air pipe mounting segment located on an outside side of the volute and an air flow introduction segment located in the internal cavity of the volute, and the air flow introduction segment includes a curved projection disposed on an outer periphery of the pressure measuring through-hole, with an air flow introduction port formed between two opposite ends of the curved projection, thereby allowing airflow in the internal cavity of the volute to pass through the air flow introduction port to enter the pressure measuring through-hole.The airflow introduction port is more conducive to introducing airflow from the internal cavity of the volute into the pressure measuring through-hole, so that the measured static pressure data is in a wider range than the static pressure data measured by a pressure measuring port in the prior art, thus reducing the development difficulty.
