Abstract

The invention discloses the application of liquorice extract in preparing products for improving the growth performance, antioxidant capacity and immune function in weaned piglets, relating to the field of animal feed. The invention adds liquorice extract prepared from liquorice produced in Kazakhstan to the diet and finds that it may improve the growth performance, antioxidant capacity and immune function of piglets. Adding 200 mg / kg-800 mg / kg of liquorice extract to the basic feed may significantly improve the growth performance, antioxidant capacity and immune function of piglets. Selecting 400 mg / kg of liquorice extract as the optimal addition dosage in the basic feed has important practical significance in ensuring the healthy growth of piglets and improving breeding benefits.
