Abstract
The subject of the application is a method for erecting prefabricated building structures. The method according to the invention consists in connecting a prefabricated foundation slab (1) to prefabricated walls perpendicular to them by means of point-arranged joints (4), called ALFA joints, where each joint (4) consists of two sections, a lower section and an upper section, in which the lower section of each joint (4) consists of a joint plate to which shaped catches are welded, penetrating into the reinforced concrete element on one side, while the upper section of each joint (4) consists of a joint plate to which anchor rods are welded, penetrating into the reinforced concrete element, and a casing pipe forming a joint socket (4), wherein the joint plate of the upper section and the casing pipe have openings into which the catches of the lower section protruding above the joint plate are inserted, with the lower sections of the joints (4) preferably being located in the foundation slab (1),whereas the upper sections of the joints (4) are placed in the lower profiles of the walls situated perpendicularly to the foundation slab (1), where in the process of joining, the vertical walls of the building are placed on the foundation slab (1) in such a way that the spacing of the lower sections of the joints (4) corresponds to the spacing of the upper sections, and the hooks of the lower sections are inserted through the holes in the contact sheets and the slots in the casing pipes of the upper sections, so that the closed part of the shaped hook profile is inside the casing pipe, in which the casing pipes are then inserted wedges and then the walls of the building are connected to each other and to the floor slabs (2) by means of joints, which are sockets situated in the individual prefabricated elements and the connectors appropriately adjusted to them, obtaining initial stability, after which, during the finishing works, the gaps at the contact of the connected walls with the foundation slab (1) and the floor slabs (2) are filled with mortar, obtaining the final construction conditions required for the building's operational phase.,
