Hygienic attachment for toilet brush and method of manufacturing same

Abstract

A hygienic toilet brush attachment and a method of manufacturing it are described, formed from a single monolithic piece of pulp with spatially differentiated density obtained by a one-step gradient compression process. The hygienic toilet brush attachment consists of an extremely compacted root for mechanical force transmission and attachment to the toilet brush handle and a working part with lamellas or a fan, where the density of the material decreases smoothly or abruptly towards the free ends, which are soft, absorbent and with loose fibers suitable for cleaning.
