Abstract
The invention is a topological protection-based hybrid processor unit that minimizes thermal thresholds and leakage currents in semiconductor systems; it comprises an interface layer (130) located on a substructure (110), an active transmission channel (210) structured on this layer, and fractal configuration transmission paths (220) that force charge carriers into plasmonic vortex flow on the active transmission channel (210) and have a harmonic resonance hierarchy structured over n=3 and its multiples. The structure of the invention consists of fractal configuration transmission paths (220) that maintain quantum phase integrity at room temperature by creating a Berry phase lock in the wave function of the charge carriers, a barrier layer (310) with high thermal conductivity, and a crystal unit (410) that provides signal conversion.
