TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of shoelaces, and in particular to a tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces.BACKGROUND
[0002] Shoelaces are rope tools that used to adjust tightness of shoes and ensure comfort of feet. The shoelaces have always been tightened by a way of shoelaces cross knotting, while the way of shoelaces cross knotting is very cumbersome. In addition, the shoelaces are often too tight, too loose and loosened when walking and exercising, resulting in a lot of inconvenience.
[0003] Currently, it is known that footwear products control tightening and loosening of the shoelaces by designing a rotary buckle for the shoelaces. However, existing rotary buckles do not have a close enough fit structure among them, so that during use or after a period of application, components of the rotary buckles are prone to disengage from each other, and entire rotary buckle fall apart, thereby service life of the rotary buckles is limited.SUMMARY
[0004] In view of deficiencies in existing technologies, the present disclosure aims to provide a novelty tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces, which has a tight structure, firm installation and long service life.
[0005] To achieve above objective, the present disclosure adopts following technical solutions. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces is provided, including a clamping piece, a base, a shoelace winding member, an upper connector and a lower connector, and all of them have a cylindrical geometry.
[0006] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the clamping piece is configured to be mounted on outside of the upper connector, and the upper connector is configured to be fixedly connected to the shoelace winding member and also be rotationally connected to the lower connector via the shoelace winding member.
[0007] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the shoelace winding member is configured to be provided inside of the upper connector and the lower connector, and the base is configured to be mounted on outside of the lower connector.
[0008] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a shoelace is connected between the lower connector and the shoelace winding member, the clamping piece is rotated to drive rotations of the upper connector and the shoelace winding member and also control the shoelace winding member to be coiled around the shoelace winding member or be loosened from the shoelace winding member.
[0009] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the upper connector includes an outer housing and an inner housing, the outer housing is configured to be mounted on outside of the inner housing, and the inner housing includes a mounting part disposed around a central axis of the inner housing and a mounting hole formed by the mounting part. And bottom of the mounting part is configured with a snap-fit part projecting inwardly, the shoelace winding member is configured with a mounting block corresponding to the mounting hole and the snap-fit part, and the mounting block is configured to be snapped into the mounting hole.
[0010] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the bottom of the mounting part is further configured with a plurality of slots, and the shoelace winding member is configured with convex grooves corresponding in shape and size to the slots. By mating connection of the slots and the convex grooves, an overall structure stability of the tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces of the present disclosure can be further increased.
[0011] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the lower connector includes a hollow portion for providing space to mount the shoelace winding member, the hollow portion is configured with serrations equally spaced around periphery thereof, and the serrations is configured to be aligned with an end face of the shoelace winding member. Herein the serrations can act as blocking limits to prevent the shoelace winding member from rotating itself without manual control.
[0012] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the lower connector is configured with a lug boss around bottom thereon and the base is configured to be snapped onto the lug boss. By this design, it can improve installation firmness between the lower connector and the base, and meanwhile has advantages of easy disassembly and assembly.
[0013] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, a top periphery of the upper connector is configured with a number of mounting grooves arranged in a circular pattern, and the clamping piece is configured to be snapped into the mounting grooves. [0022] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces is provided, including a clamping piece 1, a base 2, a shoelace winding member 3, an upper connector 4 and a lower connector 5, and all of them have a cylindrical geometry. Herein the upper connector 4 includes two parts of an outer housing 41 and an inner housing 42.
[0023] Starting from top to bottom, the clamping piece 1 is mounted on the outside of the upper connector 4, that is, on the outside of the outer housing 41. A top periphery of the outer housing 41 is provided with a number of mounting grooves 411 arranged in a circular pattern, and the clamping piece 1 is snapped into the mounting grooves 411.
[0024] Similarly, the outer housing 41 is fixedly connected to the inner housing 42 by means of snap-fit. The inner housing 42 includes a mounting part 421 disposed around a central axis of the inner housing 42 and a mounting hole 422 formed by the mounting part 421. Claims
1. A tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces, comprising a clamping piece, a base, a shoelace winding member, an upper connector and a lower connector, wherein all of them have a cylindrical geometry; andwherein the clamping piece is configured to be mounted on outside of the upper connector, and the upper connector is configured to be fixedly connected to the shoelace winding member and also be rotationally connected to the lower connector via the shoelace winding member;wherein the shoelace winding member is configured to be provided inside of the upper connector and the lower connector, and the base is configured to be mounted on outside of the lower connector;wherein a shoelace is connected between the lower connector and the shoelace winding member, the clamping piece is rotated to drive rotations of the upper connector and the shoelace winding member and also control the shoelace winding member to be coiled around the shoelace winding member or be loosened from the shoelace winding member.

The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 1, wherein the upper connector comprises an outer housing and an inner housing, the outer housing is configured to be mounted on outside of the inner housing, and the inner housing comprises a mounting part disposed around a central axis of the inner housing and a mounting hole formed by the mounting part; andwherein bottom of the mounting part is configured with a snap-fit part projecting inwardly, the shoelace winding member is configured with a mounting block corresponding to the mounting hole and the snap-fit part, and the mounting block is configured to be snapped into the mounting hole.
3. The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 2, wherein the bottom of the mounting part is further configured with a plurality of slots, and the shoelace winding member is configured with convex grooves corresponding in shape and size to the slots.

The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 2, wherein the lower connector comprises a hollow portion for providing space to mount the shoelace winding member, the hollow portion is configured with serrations equally spaced around periphery thereof, and the serrations is configured to be aligned with an end face of the shoelace winding member.
5. The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 1, wherein the lower connector is configured with a lug boss disposed around bottom thereon and the base is configured to be snapped onto the lug boss.
6. The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 1, wherein a top periphery of the upper connector is configured with a number of mounting grooves arranged in a circular pattern, and the clamping piece is configured to be snapped into the mounting grooves.
7. The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 1, wherein the lower connector is further configured with a limiting portion disposed around an inner wall thereon, and a bottom of the shoelace winding member is located below the limiting portion.
