The door 11 may be rotatably mounted on the main body 10. The door 11 may be detachably mounted on the main body 10.
[0065] The dishwasher 1 may include an accommodating container 50. The accommodating container 50 may be provided inside the tub 12. The accommodating container 50 may accommodate dishes. The accommodating container 50 may store dishes. The accommodating container 50 may load dishes. The accommodating container 50 may hold dishes. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the accommodating container 50 may be configured to store not only dishes but also various items that may be washed in the washing chamber 10a.
[0066] The accommodating container 50 may include at least one basket for storing dishes. The accommodating container 50 may include at least one rack assembly for storing dishes. The basket and the rack assembly are interchangeable. The basket, which is described below, may also be referred to as the rack assembly.
[0067] For example, the accommodating container 50 may include a plurality of baskets 51, 52, and 53. The plurality of baskets 51, 52, and 53 may be configured to accommodate various dishes. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the accommodating container 50 may include only some of the plurality of baskets 51, 52, and 53. For example, the accommodating container 50 may include additional baskets in addition to the plurality of baskets 51, 52, and 53. For example, the accommodating container 50 may include a single basket.
[0068] The accommodating container 50 may include the middle basket 52 positioned in a middle portion of the dishwasher 1 in a height direction. The middle basket 52 may be configured to be withdrawn from the tub 12 or inserted into the tub 12. For example, the middle basket 52 may be configured to be supported on a middle guide rail 13b. For example, the support 12d may extend along the front-rear direction (X direction). For example, the support 12d may be formed to be stepped from a lower surface 12b of the tub 12. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the examples described above, and as an example, the lower basket 51 may be provided to be slidable by a separate guide rail installed on the side surface 12c of the tub 12.
[0070] Relatively bulky dishes may be accommodated in the plurality of baskets 51 and 52. However, the types of dishes accommodated in the plurality of baskets 51 and 52 are not limited to relatively bulky dishes. That is, not only relatively bulky dishes but also relatively small dishes may be accommodated in the plurality of baskets 51 and 52.
[0071] The accommodating container 50 may include the upper basket 53 positioned in an upper portion of the dishwasher 1 in the height direction. The upper basket 53 may formed in the form of a rack assembly to accommodate relatively small dishes. For example, in the upper basket 53, cooking tools or cutlery such as a ladle, a knife, a turner, etc., may be accommodated. For example, small cups such as espresso cups may be accommodated in the upper basket 53. However, the types of dishes accommodated in the upper basket 53 are not limited to the above examples.
[0072] The upper basket 53 may be configured to be withdrawn from the tub 12 or inserted into the tub 12. For example, the upper basket 53 may be slidably moved by an upper guide rail 13c. For example, the upper basket 53 may be configured to be supported by the upper guide rail 13c. For example, the upper guide rail 13c may be installed on the side surface 12c of the tub 12.
[0073] At least one of the plurality of baskets 51, 52 and 53 may be configured such that a height thereof is adjustable. For example, the middle basket 52 may be configured such that a height thereof is adjustable by height adjustment devices 59 installed on both sides of the middle basket 52. When the middle basket 52 is provided in a high position, a space may be secured between the middle basket 52 and the lower basket 52. When the middle basket 52 is provided in a low position, a space may be secured between the upper basket 53 and the middle basket 52. A user may select the position of the middle basket 52 considering a size of an object to be washed (e.g., a dish). However, the present disclosure is not limited to the examples described above, and the upper basket 53 and / or the lower basket 51 may also be configured such that a height thereof is adjustable.
[0074] The dishwasher 1 may include the washing chamber 10a, which is a space formed inside the tub 12. The washing chamber 10a may be defined as an inner space of the tub 12. The washing chamber 10a may refer to a space in which dishes held in the accommodating container 50 may be washed and dried with washing water.
[0075] The dishwasher 1 may include an injection device 40 configured to inject washing water. The injection device 40 may inject washing water into the inside of the tub 12. The injection device 40 may inject washing water into the washing chamber 10a. The injection device 40 may inject washing water toward dishes accommodated in the accommodating container 50. The injection device 40 may be supplied with washing water from a sump 70, which will be described later, and / or a duct assembly 80, which will be described later.
[0076] The injection device 40 may include at least one injection unit. The injection device 40 may include one injection unit or a plurality of injection units 41, 42, and 43.
[0077] For example, the injection device 40 may include the first injection unit 41 disposed below the lower basket 51 of the dishwasher 1 in the height direction. For example, the first injection unit 41 is connected to the sump 70, and washing water inside the sump 70 may be directly supplied to the first injection unit 41. For example, the injection device 40 may include the second injection unit 42 disposed below the middle basket 52 of the dishwasher 1 in the height direction. For example, the second injection unit 42 is connected to the duct assembly 80, and washing water inside the sump 70 may be supplied to the second injection unit 42 through the duct assembly 80. For example, the injection device 40 may include the third injection unit 43 disposed above the upper basket 53 of the dishwasher 1 in the height direction. For example, the third injection unit 43 is connected to the duct assembly 80, and washing water inside the sump 70 may be supplied to the third injection unit 43 through the duct assembly 80.
[0078] However, the number of injection units is not limited to the above example. The injection device 40 may include two or fewer injection units. The injection device 40 may include four or more injection units.
[0079] Each of the plurality of injection units 41, 42, and 43 may be configured to inject washing water while rotating. The first injection unit 41, the second injection unit 42, and the third injection unit 43 may each be configured to inject washing water while rotating. The plurality of injection units 41, 42, and 43 may be referred to as a plurality of the injection rotors 41, 42, and 43. The first injection unit 41, the second injection unit 42, and the third injection unit 43 may be referred to as the first injection rotor 41, the second injection rotor 42, and the third injection rotor 43, respectively.
[0080] However, the injection device 40 may also inject washing water in a manner different from the example described above. For example, the first injection unit 41 may be fixed to the lower surface 12b of the tub 12, unlike the second injection unit 42 and the third injection unit 43. In this case, the first injection unit 41 is configured to inject washing water in a substantially horizontal direction by a fixed nozzle, and the washing water injected from the nozzle of the first injection unit 41 in the substantially horizontal direction may move upward as a direction thereof is changed by a switching assembly (not shown) disposed inside the washing chamber 10a. The switching assembly is installed on a rail (not shown) and may be configured to be capable of translational movement along the rail. Although the first injection unit 41 has been described above as an example, as with the example described above, the second injection unit 42 and the third injection unit 43 may also be configured to inject washing water using fixed nozzles.
[0081] The dishwasher 1 may include an auxiliary injection device 30. The auxiliary injection device 30 may be disposed on one side of a lower portion of the washing chamber 10a to inject washing water into one region of the washing chamber 10a. The auxiliary injection device 30 is designed to inject water at a relatively high pressure compared to the injection device 40, enabling intensive washing of heavily contaminated dishes. The auxiliary injection device 30 may be referred to as the auxiliary injection unit 30. The auxiliary injection device 30 may be configured to inject washing water while rotating. The auxiliary injection device 30 may be referred to as the auxiliary injection rotor 30.
[0082] The auxiliary injection device 30 may be provided as a component of the injection device 40. Hereinafter, the plurality of injection units may be a concept including at least two of the first injection unit 41, the second injection unit 42, the third injection unit 43, and the auxiliary injection unit 30.
[0083] FIG. 2 illustrates that the dishwasher 1 includes the auxiliary injection device 30, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The auxiliary injection device 30 may be omitted in the dishwasher 1.
[0084] The dishwasher 1 may include the sump 70. The sump 70 may be configured to receive washing water. The sump 70 may be configured to store washing water inside the tub 12. The sump 70 may collect washing water in the washing chamber 10a. For example, the bottom 12b of the tub 12 may be configured to be inclined downward toward the sump 70 in order for the sump 70 to smooth washing water collection. The washing water in the tub 12 may flow along an inclination of the lower surface 12b of the tub 12 to be smoothly introduced into the sump 70.
[0085] The dishwasher 1 may include a circulation pump 71 configured to pump washing water stored in the sump 70. Washing water pumped by the circulation pump 71 may flow to the duct assembly 80. The drainage pump 72 may be provided as a component of the sump 70. For example, the drainage pump 72 may be disposed in the machine room 10b.
[0087] The dishwasher 1 may include the machine room 10b provided below the tub 12. Components for circulating washing water may be disposed in the machine room 10b. The dishwasher 1 may include a base frame 16 forming the machine room 10b.
[0088] For example, at least a portion of the sump 70 may be disposed in the machine room 10b. Most of the sump 70 may be disposed in the machine room 10b. That is, an area of the sump 70 in which the sump 70 is located in the washing chamber 10a may be smaller than an area of the sump 70 in which the sump 70 is located in the machine room 10b. By reducing the area of the sump 70 occupying the washing chamber 10a, an area of the washing chamber 10a may be secured. Accordingly, the capacity of the washing chamber 10a may be increased, so that dish storage capacity may be increased.
[0089] The dishwasher 1 may include a filter assembly 60. The filter assembly 60 may be configured to filter out foreign substances contained in washing water introduced into the sump 70. Washing water filtered through the filter assembly 60 may be pumped by the circulation pump 71 to be provided to the duct assembly 80 and / or the injection device 40. The filter assembly 60 may be detachably mounted on the sump 70. For example, the filter assembly 60 may include at least one of a fine filter, a coarse filter, and a micro filter.
[0090] The dishwasher 1 may include the duct assembly 80. The duct assembly 80 may be disposed inside the tub 12. The duct assembly 80 may be disposed in the washing chamber 10a. The duct assembly 80 may include at least one duct 100, 200, and / or 300. The duct assembly 80 may guide washing water inside the tub 12. The duct assembly 80 may guide washing water introduced from the sump 70. The duct assembly 80 may deliver washing water provided from the sump 70 to the injection device 40. For example, the duct assembly 80 may deliver washing water to the second injection unit 42 and the third injection unit 43. A detailed description of each component of duct assembly 80 will be given later.
[0091] FIG. 3 schematically illustrates a partial configuration of the dishwasher according to an embodiment. FIG. 4 schematically illustrates a state in which a basket and one duct are separated in the partial configuration of the dishwasher according to an embodiment. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 4.
[0092] The dishwasher 1 may include the at least one duct 100, 200 and / or 300. The at least one duct 100, 200 and / or 300 may guide washing water. The at least one duct 100, 200 and / or 300 may deliver washing water to the injection device 40.
[0093] The dishwasher 1 may include the first duct 100 provided to guide washing water inside the tub 12. The first duct 100 may be connected to the sump 70. The first duct 100 may communicate with the sump 70. The first duct 100 may receive washing water from the sump 70. The second duct 200 may be provided to guide the washing water provided from the first duct 100. The second duct 200 may guide the washing water provided from the first duct 100 to the at least one injection unit 41, 42, and / or 43. For example, the second duct 200 may be provided to deliver washing water to the second injection unit 42. For example, the second duct 200 may be detachably coupled to the first duct 100. For example, the second duct 200 may be disposed in front of the first duct 100. For example, the second injection unit 42 may be detachably coupled to the second duct 200 or may be provided integrally with the second duct 200.
[0095] The dishwasher 1 may include the third duct 300 connected to the first duct 100. The third duct 300 may receive washing water from the first duct 100. The third duct 300 may be provided to guide the washing water provided from the first duct 100. The third duct 300 may guide the washing water provided from the first duct 100 to the at least one injection unit 41, 42, and / or 43. For example, the third duct 300 may be provided to deliver washing water to the third injection unit 43. For example, the third duct 300 may be detachably coupled to the first duct 100. For example, the third duct 300 may be disposed above the first duct 100. For example, the third injection unit 43 may be detachably coupled to the third duct 300 or may be provided integrally with the third duct 300.
[0096] The first duct 100, the second duct 200, and the third duct 300 are not limited by the ordinal numbers “first,”“second,” and “third.” For example, the first duct 100 may be referred to as the second duct 100, and the second duct 200 may be referred to as the first duct 200.
[0097] The drawings illustrate that the dishwasher 1 includes the three ducts 100, 200 and 300, but there is no limitation on the number of ducts.
[0098] The drawings illustrate that the first injection unit 41 receives washing water directly from the sump 70, and the second injection unit 42 and the third injection unit 43 receive washing water from the sump 70 through the second duct 200 and the third duct 300, respectively, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the first injection unit 41 may receive washing water from the sump 70 through at least one of the ducts. For example, the second injection unit 42 and / or the third injection unit 43 may receive washing water directly from the sump 70.
[0099] The at least one basket 51, 52 and / or 53 may be detachably coupled to the one duct 100, 200, or 300. The at least one basket 51, 52 and / or 53 may be fixed to the one duct 100, 200, or 300. The at least one basket 51, 52 and / or 53 fixed to the one duct 100, 200, or 300 may be withdrawn from or inserted into the tub 12. An example in which the middle basket 52 is fixed to the second duct 200 will be described below. The description regarding the middle basket 52 below may be applied to the lower basket 51 and the upper basket 53. The description regarding the middle basket 52 below may be applied to components for storing dishes inside the tub 12. For convenience of explanation, the middle basket 52 may be referred to as the basket 52. For convenience of explanation, the second injection unit 42 may be referred to as the injection unit (or injection rotor) 42. For convenience of explanation, the middle guide rail 13b may be referred to as the guide rail 13b.
[0100] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the second duct 200 may be provided to be coupled to the first duct 100 by being inserted into the tub 12. The second duct 200 may be provided to be separated from the first duct 100 by being withdrawn from the tub 12.
[0101] The basket 52 and the second duct 200 may be separably coupled to each other. The basket 52 is fixable to the second duct 200. The basket 52 and the second duct 200 may be provided to move together in a state of being coupled to each other. For example, the basket 52 and the second duct 200 are movable along the substantially front-rear direction (X direction).
[0102] The basket 52 may be inserted into or withdrawn from the tub 12 along the guide rail 13b (FIG. 2).
[0103] The second duct 200 fixed to the basket 52 may be inserted into the tub 12 together with the basket 52. As the basket 52 is inserted into the tub 12, the second duct 200 may be coupled to the first duct 100. The second duct 200 may be provided to be docked to the first duct 100 as the basket 52 is inserted into the tub 12. The second duct 100 is couplable to the first duct 100 by moving in a first direction A. For example, the first direction A may be a rearward direction (−X direction). While the first duct 100 and the second duct 200 are docked, washing water inside the first duct 100 may flow into the second duct 200.
[0104] The second duct 200 fixed to the basket 52 may be withdrawn from the tub 12. As the basket 52 is withdrawn from the tub 12, the second duct 200 may be separated from the first duct 100. As the basket 52 is withdrawn from the tub 12, the second duct 200 may be provided to be undocked from the first duct 100. The second duct 200 may be separated from the first duct 100 by moving in a second direction B, which is opposite to the first direction A. For example, the second direction B may be a forward direction (+X direction).
[0105] Referring to FIG. 5, the dishwasher 1 may include a sealing member 400. The sealing member 400 may be provided to seal between the first duct 100 and the second duct 200. The sealing member 400 may be provided to prevent washing water from leaking between the first duct 100 and the second duct 200. For example, the sealing member 400 may be provided as a component of the duct assembly 80.
[0106] The sealing member 400 is mountable on the first duct 100. The sealing member 400 may be detachably coupled to the first duct 100. The sealing member 400 is mountable on a first flange 120 of the first duct 100. The sealing member 400 may be provided to seal between the first duct 100 and the second duct 200 while the second duct 200 is docked to the first duct 100. While the second duct 200 is docked to the first duct 100, the sealing member 400 may prevent washing water flowing from the first duct 100 toward the second duct 200 from leaking out of the first duct 100 and the second duct 200. A detailed description of the sealing member 400 will be given later.

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of a partial configuration of the duct assembly shown in FIG. 7. FIG. 9 illustrates the partial configuration of the duct assembly shown in FIG. 8 from a direction different from the direction in FIG. 8. FIG. 10 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion of the partial configuration of the duct assembly shown in FIG. 7. FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of a portion D shown in FIG. 10. FIG. 12 is an enlarged view of a portion E shown in FIG. 10.
[0108] The first duct 100 may include a first frame 110. The first frame 110 may form a flow path through which washing water flows. The first frame 110 may be provided to guide washing water provided from the sump 70. For example, the first frame 110 may include a first body part 111 and a second body part 112. The first body part 111 and the second body part 112 may be provided to substantially intersect.
[0109] The first duct 100 may include a first flange 120. The first flange 120 may be provided to allow washing water guided by the first frame 110 to flow out. For example, the first flange 120 may be provided to allow washing water to flow out in the second direction B. The first flange 120 may include an outlet hole 120h. Washing water flowed out of the first flange 120 may be introduced into the second duct 200. For example, the first flange 120 may include a hollow shape. For example, the first flange 120 may protrude forward from the first frame 110. For example, the first flange 120 may protrude from the first frame 110 in the second direction B. For example, the first flange 120 may be formed on the second body part 112. For example, the first flange 120 may be referred to as the first outlet 120.
[0110] The first flange 120 may include a first wall part 121. The first wall part 121 may be formed on an outer surface 120a of the first flange 120. For example, the first wall part 121 may extend along a circumferential direction of the first flange 120. The first wall part 121 may be formed adjacent to a first side 1231 of a groove 123, which will be described later.
[0111] The first flange 120 may include a second wall part 122. The second wall part 122 may be spaced apart from the first wall part 121 along the second direction B opposite to the first direction A. The second wall part 122 may be disposed in front of the first wall part 121. The second wall part 122 may be formed on the outer surface 120a of the first flange 120. For example, the second wall part 122 may extend along the circumferential direction of the first flange 120. The second wall part 121 may be formed adjacent to a second side 1232 of the groove 123, which will be described later.
[0112] The first flange 120 may include the groove 123. The groove 123 may be formed between the first wall part 121 and the second wall part 122. The groove 123 may be formed to accommodate the sealing member 400. A sealing body 430 of the sealing member 400 may be mounted in the groove 123. The groove 123 may be provided to be relatively recessed with respect to the first wall part 121 and the second wall part 122. For example, the groove 123 may be formed on the outer surface 120a of the first flange 120. For example, the groove 123 may extend along the circumferential direction of the first flange 120.
[0113] The first flange 120 may include a shape of widening along the second direction B. The groove 123 may be provided to widen along the second direction B (see FIGS. 10 and 11). The groove 123 may be provided to be tapered along the first direction A. The groove 123 may have an inclination by widening along the second direction B. For example, the first flange 120 may have an outer diameter increasing by protruding forward from the first frame 110. For example, the groove 123 may be provided to have a truncated conical shape. For example, an inclination angle α of the groove 123 may be one degree or more. For example, the inclination angle α of the groove 123 may be about 4 degrees. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the above examples and may vary depending on various design conditions / factors, etc. For example, the inclination angle α of the groove 123 may vary depending on a length of the groove 123 along the first direction A (or the second direction B), a distance between a first sealing protrusion 410 and a second sealing protrusion 420 of the sealing member 400, and / or a compression amount of the sealing member 400.
[0114] The groove 123 may include the first side 1231 adjacent to the first wall part 121 and the second side 1232 adjacent to the second wall part 122. The second side 1232 may be spaced apart from the first side 1231 along the second direction B. For example, the first side 1231 of the groove 123 may be provided to correspond to the first sealing protrusion 410 of the sealing member 400, which will be described later, while the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120. For example, the second side 1232 of the groove 123 may be provided to correspond to the second sealing protrusion 420 of the sealing member 400, which will be described later, while the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120. For example, the groove 123 may have a shape of being inclined from the first side 1231 to the second side 1232. For example, an outer diameter of the groove 123 may be provided to increase along the second direction B. For example, an outer diameter D1 of the first side 1231 of the groove 123 may be smaller than an outer diameter D2 of the second side 1232 of the groove 123. For example, the outer diameter of the groove 123 may be provided to increase from the first side 1231 toward the second side 1232.
[0115] The first flange 120 may include a mounting groove 124. The mounting groove 124 may be defined by the first wall part 121, the second wall part 122, and the groove 123. The sealing member 400 may be disposed in the mounting groove 124. The sealing member 400 may be fitted into the mounting groove 124.
[0116] The first flange 120 may include a first chamfer 125. The first chamfer 125 may be provided to be tapered from the second wall part 122 along the second direction B. The first chamfer 125 may be provided at a front end of the first flange 120. A second flange 220 of the second duct 200, which will be described later, may be smoothly docked to the first flange 120 by the first chamfer 125.
[0117] The first duct 100 may include a first inlet 130. Washing water may be introduced into the first frame 110 through the first inlet 130. The first inlet 130 may be connected to the sump 70. The first inlet 130 may communicate with the sump 70. For example, the first inlet 130 may be formed on the first body part 111.
[0118] The second duct 200 may include a second frame 210. The second frame 210 may form a flow path through which washing water flows. The second frame 210 may be provided to guide washing water provided from the first duct 100. The second frame 210 may be provided to guide washing water provided from the first duct 100. The second frame 210 may be provided to guide washing water introduced through the second flange 220 to the injection unit 42. For example, the second frame 210 may extend forward from the second flange 220. For example, the second frame 210 may extend from the second flange 220 in the second direction B.
[0119] The second duct 200 may include the second flange 220. The second flange 220 may be provided to allow washing water flowed out from the first flange 120 to be introduced. The second flange 220 may be provided to receive washing water flowed out from the first flange 120. The second flange 220 may include an inlet hole 220h. For example, the second flange 220 may include a hollow shape. For example, the first flange 220 may be referred to as the second inlet 220.
[0120] The second flange 220 may be provided to be couplable to the first flange 120. The second flange 220 may be provided to be dockable to the first flange 120. The second flange 220 is couplable to the first flange 120 in the first direction A. The second flange 220 is dockable to the first flange 120 in the first direction A.
[0121] The second flange 220 may be provided to surround the first flange 120 as the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120. The second flange 220 may be provided to cover the first flange 120 while the second flange 220 is docked to the first flange 120. The first flange 120 may be provided to be positioned inside the second flange 220 while the second flange 220 is docked to the first flange 120. For example, an inner surface 220a of the second flange 220 may be provided to face the outer surface 120a of the first flange 120. For example, the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220 may be provided to surround the outer surface 120a of the first flange 120. For example, the inlet hole 220h of the second flange 220 may be larger than the outlet hole 120h of the first flange 120.
[0122] For example, the second flange 220 may be provided to be docked to the first flange 120 as the basket 52 fixed to the second duct 200 is inserted into the tub 12 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). For example, the second flange 220 may be provided to be undocked from the first flange 120 as the basket 52 fixed to the second duct 200 is withdrawn from the tub 12 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). For example, as the second flange 220 is docked to the first flange 120, at least a portion of the first flange 120 may be inserted into the second flange 220.
[0123] The second flange 220 may include a second chamfer 225. The second chamfer 225 may be provided to correspond to the first chamfer 125 when the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120. The second chamfer 225 may be provided at a rear end of the second flange 220. The second flange 220 may be smoothly docked to the first flange 120 by the second chamfer 225.
[0124] The second duct 200 may include a second outlet 230. The second outlet 230 may be provided to allow washing water guided by the second frame 210 to flow out. The second outlet 230 may be connected to the injection unit 42. The second outlet 230 may communicate with the injection unit 42. For example, the second outlet 230 may be formed on a lower side of the second frame 210.
[0125] The second duct 200 may include a check valve 240. The check valve 240 may may prevent backflow of washing water. The check valve 240 may prevent washing water flowing from the first duct 100 toward the second duct 200 from flowing into the first duct 100. For example, the check valve 240 may allow washing water to flow in the second direction B. For example, the check valve 240 may restrict washing water from flowing in the first direction A. For example, the check valve 240 may be fixed to the second frame 210 by the second flange 220. For example, the check valve 240 may be detachably coupled to the second frame 210 and / or the second flange 220. For example, the check valve 240 may be formed integrally with the second frame 210 and / or the second flange 220.
[0126] The second duct 200 may include a basket fixing part 250 provided to fix the basket 52. The basket fixing part 250 may be formed on the frame 210. The basket fixing part 250 may include at least one fixing rib 251, 252, 253 and / or 254. For example, the at least one fixed rib 251, 252, 253 and / or 254 may include a hook. For example, the at least one fixing rib 251, 252, 253 and / or 254 may be provided to fix a wire constituting the basket 52.
[0127] The sealing member 400 may be provided to seal between the first duct 100 and the second duct 200. The sealing member 400 may be mounted on the first flange 120 of the first duct 100. As the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 220 in a state in which the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120, the sealing member 400 may seal between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220. The sealing member 400 may prevent washing water from leaking between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220. The sealing member 400 may include a ring shape.
[0128] The sealing member 400 may include the sealing body 430. The sealing body 430 may be mounted on the outer surface of the first flange 120. The sealing body 430 may be mounted in the groove 123 of the first flange 120. The sealing body 430 may be seated in the groove 123. The sealing body 430 may be fitted into the groove 123.
[0129] The sealing member 400 may include the first sealing protrusion 410. The first sealing protrusion 410 may protrude from the sealing body 430. The first sealing protrusion 410 may protrude from the sealing body 430 along a third direction C, which is a radial direction of the sealing member 400. The first sealing protrusion 410 may have a shape of extending along a circumferential direction of the sealing member 400. For example, the first sealing protrusion 410 may be formed on one side of the sealing member 400.
[0130] The sealing member 400 may include the second sealing protrusion 420. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be spaced apart from the first sealing protrusion 410. The second sealing protrusion 420 may protrude from the sealing body 430 along the third direction C, which is the radial direction of the sealing member 400. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may have a shape of extending along the circumferential direction of the sealing member 400. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be formed on the other side of the sealing member 400. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be formed on a side of the sealing member 400 opposite to a side on which the first sealing protrusion 410 is formed.
[0131] For example, the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be symmetrical with respect to a vertical center line V of the sealing member 400. The first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420 may have the same shape. Accordingly, the sealing member 400 may be prevented from being incorrectly assembled to the first flange 120. For example, a user does not need to distinguish between front and rear sides of the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420. For example, the sealing member 400 may be mounted on the first flange 120 such that the first sealing protrusion 410 is positioned behind the second sealing protrusion 420 (hereinafter referred to as a first mounted state of the sealing member 400), and the sealing member 400 may be mounted on the first flange 120 such that the second sealing protrusion 420 is positioned behind the first sealing protrusion 410 (hereinafter referred to as a second mounted state of the sealing member 400). That is, both the first mounted state of the sealing member 400 and the second mounted state of the sealing member 400 may be in states in being correctly assembled. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the examples described above, and the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420 of the sealing member 400 may include various shapes for sealing between the first duct 100 and the second duct 200.
[0132] The sealing member 400 may include a reinforcing portion 440. The reinforcing portion 440 may be formed between the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420. The reinforcing portion 440 may protrude from the sealing body 430 between the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420. For example, the reinforcing portion 440 may protrude from the sealing body 430 along the third direction C between the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420. For example, the reinforcing portion 440 may have a shape of extending along a circumferential direction of the sealing member 400. For example, a thickness of the reinforcing portion 440 along the third direction C may be thinner than a thickness of the first sealing protrusion 410 along the radial direction C. For example, a thickness of the reinforcing portion 440 along the third direction C may be thinner than a thickness of the second sealing protrusion 420 along the radial direction C. For example, a length at which the first sealing protrusion 410 protrudes from the sealing body 430 may be longer than a length at which the reinforcing portion 440 protrudes from the sealing body 430. For example, the length at which the second sealing protrusion 420 protrudes from the sealing body 430 may be longer than the length at which the reinforcing portion 440 protrudes from the sealing body 430. For example, the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to protrude further from the sealing body 430 than the reinforcing portion 440.
[0133] The reinforcing portion 440 may be provided to reinforce the strength of the sealing member 400. The sealing member 400 may not deviate from the groove 123 by a force (e.g., friction) generated when the second flange 220 is coupled to or separated from the first flange 120. Accordingly, the sealing member 400 may not be deformed by the force (e.g., friction) generated when the second flange 220 is coupled to or separated from the first flange 120. The sealing member 400 may not be crushed and damaged by other components when the second flange 220 is coupled to or separated from the first flange 120.
[0134] The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to protrude further from the sealing body 430 than the reinforcing portion 440. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to protrude further from the sealing body 430 than the reinforcing portion 440.
[0135] The sealing member 400 may include a first notch 450. The first notch 450 may be provided adjacent to the first sealing protrusion 410. The first notch 450 may be formed between the first sealing protrusion 410 and the reinforcing portion 440. The first notch 450 may be provided to be recessed between the first sealing protrusion 410 and the reinforcing portion 440. For example, the first notch 450 may be interpreted as a relatively recessed portion of the sealing body 430 as the first sealing protrusion 410 and the reinforcing portion 440 protrude from the sealing body 430. Or, for example, the first sealing protrusion 410 and the reinforcing portion 440 may be interpreted as relatively protruding portions of the sealing body 430 as the first notch 450 is recessed from the sealing body 430. For example, the first notch 450 may include a curved shape. The first notch 450 may be referred to as the first recess portion 450.
[0136] The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to be more flexible by the first notch 450. The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to be bendable toward the first notch 450. Accordingly, the second flange 220 may be more smoothly coupled to or separated from the first flange 120.
[0137] The sealing member 400 may include a second notch 460. The second notch 460 may be provided adjacent to the second sealing protrusion 420. The second notch 460 may be formed between the second sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440. The second notch 460 may be provided to be recessed between the second sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440. For example, the second notch 460 may be interpreted as a relatively recessed portion of the sealing body 430 as the second sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440 protrude from the sealing body 430. Or, for example, the second sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440 may be interpreted as relatively protruding portions of the sealing body 430 as the second notch 460 is recessed from the sealing body 430. For example, the second notch 460 may include a curved shape. The second notch 460 may be referred to as the second recess portion 460.
[0138] The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be more flexible by the second notch 460. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be bendable toward the second notch 460. Accordingly, the second flange 220 may be more smoothly coupled to or separated from the first flange 120.
[0139] A length L1 of the sealing member 400 along the second direction B may be longer than a thickness L2 of the sealing member 400 along the third direction C. The length L1 of the sealing member 400 along the first direction A may be longer than the thickness L2 of the sealing member 400 along the third direction C. Accordingly, the sealing member 400 may not easily deviate from the groove 123 in a state of being mounted in the groove 123.
[0140] FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional perspective view of a portion of the duct assembly according to an embodiment. FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the duct assembly according to an embodiment. FIG. 15 is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 14.
[0141] When the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420 are symmetrical with respect to the vertical center line V of the sealing member 400, the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420 may be substantially the same and may not be distinguished from each other in a state in which the sealing member 400 is not mounted on the first flange 120. However, the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420 may be distinguished by an inclination of the first flange 120 in the state in which the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120. Hereinafter, a case in which the first sealing protrusion 410 is positioned behind the second sealing protrusion 420 will be described as an example. In a case in which the second sealing protrusion 420 is positioned behind the first sealing protrusion 410, the description related to the first sealing protrusion below may be applied to the sealing protrusion 420, and the description related to the second sealing protrusion below may be applied to the sealing protrusion 410. That is, the description of the first sealing protrusion below may correspond to a description of a sealing protrusion positioned at the rear among the two sealing protrusions 410 and 420. The description of the second sealing protrusion below may correspond to a description of a sealing protrusion positioned in front among the two sealing protrusions 410 and 420.
[0142] Referring to FIGS. 13 to 15, the second flange 220 of the second duct 200 may be coupled to the first flange 120 of the first duct 100 on which the sealing member 400 is mounted. The sealing member 400 may seal between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220. The sealing member 400 may prevent leakage of washing water between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220. For example, the sealing member 400 may seal between the outer surface 120a of the first flange 120 and the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220.
[0143] The first sealing protrusion 410 may be spaced apart from the second sealing protrusion 420 along the first direction A. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be spaced apart from the first sealing protrusion 410 along the second direction B. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be positioned in front of the first sealing protrusion 410. The first sealing protrusion 410 may be positioned behind the second sealing protrusion 420. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to face the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220 ahead of the first sealing protrusion 410 while the second flange 220 is docked to the first flange 120. For example, the first sealing protrusion 410 may protrude from a rear end of the sealing body 430, and the second sealing protrusion 420 may protrude from a front end of the sealing body 430.
[0144] The first sealing protrusion 410 may include a first inclined portion 411 provided to be tapered along the first direction A. The second sealing protrusion 420 may include a second inclined portion 421 provided to be tapered along the second direction B. Accordingly, when the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120 or is separated from the first flange 120, interference between the sealing member 400 and the second flange 220 may be minimized. The second flange 220 may be smoothly docked to the first flange 120. The second flange 220 may be smoothly undocked from the first flange 120.
[0145] The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to be adjacent to the first wall part 121 while the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120. The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to be adjacent to the first wall part 121 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123. The first sealing protrusion 410 may be adjacent to the first side 1231 of the groove 123 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123. The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to correspond to the first side 1231 of the groove 123 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123.
[0146] The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be adjacent to the second wall part 122 while the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be adjacent to the second wall part 122 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be adjacent to the second side 1232 of the groove 123 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to correspond to the second side 1232 of the groove 123 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123.
[0147] As described above, the first flange 120 of the first duct 100 may have a shape of widening along the second direction B. The groove 123 of the first flange 120 may have an inclination. The first flange 120 of the first duct 100 may have a substantially truncated conical shape. Accordingly, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to protrude further than the first sealing protrusion 410 in the state in which the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to protrude further than the first sealing protrusion 410 with respect to a horizontal center line H, or an axial center line, of the sealing member 400 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123 of the first flange 120. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may protrude further in the third direction C than the first sealing protrusion 410 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123 of the first flange 120.
[0148] The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to come into contact with the second flange 220 while the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120 and the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to come into contact with the second flange 220 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123 and the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to come into contact with the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123 and the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120. The second sealing protrusion 420 may interfere with the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to seal between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220.
[0149] The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to be spaced apart from the second flange 220 while the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120 and the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120. A gap g may be formed between the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second flange 220 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123 and the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120. The gap g may be formed between the first sealing protrusion 410 and the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220 while the sealing body 430 is mounted in the groove 123 and the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120. The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to be spaced apart from the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220. The first sealing protrusion 410 may not be in contact with the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220. The first sealing protrusion 410 may not interfere with the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220.
[0150] For example, the first sealing protrusion 410 does not come into contact with the second flange 220, but may be provided in a kind of labyrinth seal shape to obstruct the flow of washing water between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220. For example, a vortex 500 may occur around the first sealing protrusion 410, and leakage of washing water may be reduced around the first sealing protrusion 410 due to the resistance of the vortex 500.
[0151] In a related art, as an example, a dishwasher may include a first duct, a second duct dockable to the first duct, and a sealing member for sealing between the first duct and the second duct. A basket may be fixed to the second duct. The sealing member may include two or more sealing protrusions in contact with the second duct.
[0152] Accordingly, significant friction may occur while the second duct is docked to or undocked from the first duct. That is, it may not be easy to couple the second duct to the first duct or to separate the second duct from the first duct. For example, when the second duct is separated from the first duct, a large force may be required and an impact may be applied to the dishes accommodated in the basket. When the second duct is separated from the first duct, dishes accommodated in the basket may fall over or break. In the related art, as another example, there is also a case in which an O-ring is used to seal between the first duct and the second duct. In this case, the O-ring may easily be separated from a groove formed in the first duct. In order for the O-ring not to be easily separated, the groove may be formed deeper. However, when the groove is formed deeper, a flow rate of the washing water guided by the first duct may decrease as a size of the first duct decreases. In the related art, as another example, the sealing member may be provided to be insert-injected together with at least one duct. That is, the sealing member may be formed integrally with at least one duct. However, insert injection is more expensive than other methods, and an entire part needs to be replaced when the sealing member is damaged.
[0153] In contrast, according to the present disclosure, the second sealing protrusion 410 of the sealing member 400 may be in contact with the second duct 200, but the first sealing protrusion 410 of the sealing member 400 may not be in contact with the second duct 200. Only the one sealing protrusion 420 of the two sealing protrusions 410 and 420 may be in contact with the second duct 200. Accordingly, friction occurring while the second duct 200 is docked to or undocked from the first duct 100 may be reduced. The second duct 200 may be smoothly connected to the first duct 100 and may be smoothly separated from the first duct 100. A large force may not be required when the second duct 200 is separated from the first duct 100. An impact transmitted to dishes accommodated in the basket 52 when the second duct 200 is separated from the first duct 100 may be minimized. Accordingly, when the second duct 200 is separated from the first duct 100, the dishes accommodated in the basket 52 may not fall over or break. For example, the length L1 of the sealing member 400 may be relatively longer than the thickness L2. Accordingly, the sealing member 400 may not easily deviate from the groove 123 even by a force generated when the second duct 200 is coupled to or separated from the first duct 100. Additionally, the sealing member 400 may be detachably coupled to the first duct 100. When the sealing member 400 is damaged, only the sealing member 400 may be replaced without the entire duct assembly 80 having to be replaced. Maintenance and repair of the sealing member 400 is easy.
[0154] FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the duct assembly according to an embodiment. FIG. 17 is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 16.
[0155] FIGS. 16 and 17 may illustrate a state in which the second flange 220 of the second duct 200 is not completely coupled to the first flange 120 of the first duct 100. For example, FIGS. 16 and 17 may illustrate a state in which the second flange 220 is not completely docked to the first flange 120. For example, FIGS. 16 and 17 may illustrate a state in which the second flange 220 has moved after being docked to the first flange 120. For example, FIGS. 16 and 17 may illustrate a state in which the second flange 220 has moved in the second direction B after being docked to the first flange 120 in the first direction A.
[0156] When the dishwasher 1 is used, there may be cases in which the first duct 100 and the second duct 200 are not completely coupled. For example, the user may operate the dishwasher 1 without completely inserting the basket 52 and the second duct 200 into the tub 12. For example, even after the second flange 220 is completely docked to the first flange 120 in the first direction A, the second duct 200 may be moved in the second direction B due to a water pressure of washing water.
[0157] Referring to FIGS. 16 and 17, even in a case in which the second flange 220 of the second duct 200 is not completely coupled to the first flange 120 of the first duct 100, the second sealing protrusion 420 may come into contact with the second flange 220. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to seal between the first duct 100 and the second duct 200 by coming into contact with the second flange 220 even in the case in which the second flange 220 of the second duct 200 is not completely coupled to the first flange 120 of the first duct 100. That is, even in the case in which the second flange 220 of the second duct 200 is not completely coupled to the first flange 120 of the first duct 100, the second sealing protrusion 420 may prevent leakage of washing water. Ultimately, even in a case in which the user does not completely insert the basket 52 and the second duct 200 into the tub 12, or the second duct 200 be moved away from the first duct 100 due to the water pressure of washing water, sealing effect of the sealing member 400 may be secured.
[0158] According to the present disclosure, the second sealing protrusion 420 positioned in front among the two sealing protrusions 410 and 420 of the sealing member 400 may be in contact with the second flange 220. According to the present disclosure, the first sealing protrusion 410 positioned at the rear among the two sealing protrusions 410 and 420 of the sealing member 400 may not be in contact with the second flange 220. With this structure, a size of the second flange 220 of the second duct 200 may be provided to be relatively small. Because the size of the second flange 220 is relatively small, a size of the basket 52 may be relatively large. For example, as the basket 52 is configured not to interfere with the second flange 220, the size of the basket 52 may be influenced by the size of the second flange 220. Because the size of the basket 52 is relatively large, a large amount of dishes may be loaded into the basket 52. Ultimately, loading efficiency of the basket 52 may not be reduced. For example, when the first sealing protrusion 410 positioned at the rear among the two sealing protrusions 410 and 420 of the sealing member 400 comes into contact with the second flange 220, the size of the second flange 220 may become relatively large. For example, based on FIG. 16, in order for the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second flange 220 to come into contact with each other, the second flange 220 needs to have a shape of extending further substantially in the first direction A. In this case, as the size of the second flange 220 becomes large, the size of the basket 52 fixed to the second duct 200 may become small. Because the size of the basket 52 is relatively small, a small amount of dishes may be loaded into the basket 52. Ultimately, the loading efficiency of the basket 52 may be reduced.
[0159] In summary, according to the present disclosure, as the sealing member 400 is mounted on the first flange 120, due to the inclination of the first flange 120, the first sealing protrusion 410 may not come into contact with the second flange 220, and the second sealing protrusion 420 may come into contact with the second flange 220. Accordingly, friction between the second flange 220 and the sealing member 400 may be reduced. The second duct 200 and the basket 52 may be smoothly inserted into and / or withdrawn from the tub 12. Even when the second duct 200 is not completely coupled to the first duct 100, the sealing member 400 may prevent leakage of washing water. Because the size of the basket 52 may be provided to be relatively large compared to the second flange 220, the loading efficiency of the basket 52 may not be reduced. Convenience in using the dishwasher 1 may be improved.
[0160] Referring to FIG. 17, the sealing member 400 may include the second notch 460 provided to be recessed between the second sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440.
[0161] The second sealing protrusion 420 may be formed flexibly as the sealing member 400 includes the second notch 460 adjacent to the second sealing protrusion 420. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be bendable through the second notch 460. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be bent toward the second notch 460. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be bent toward the reinforcing portion 440.
[0162] As the sealing member 400 includes the second notch 460, the second flange 220 of the second duct 200 may be docked more smoothly to the first flange 120 of the first duct 100. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be bendable while the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120 in the first direction A. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be formed flexibly by the second notch 460. Friction occurring between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220 may be reduced, and the second flange 220 may be smoothly docked to the first flange 120. Due to friction occurring while the second flange 220 is docked to the first flange 120, the sealing member 400 may be prevented from deviating from the groove 123 of the first flange 120. The sealing member 400 may be prevented from deviating from the groove 123 and moving toward the first wall part 121 by being pressed by the second flange 220. Additionally, the sealing member 400 may be prevented from being twisted by being pressed by the second flange 220 while the second flange 220 is docked to the first flange 120.
[0163] As the sealing member 400 includes the second notch 460, the second flange 220 of the second duct 200 may be more smoothly undocked from the first flange 120 of the first duct 100. For example, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be formed flexibly by the second notch 460 while the second flange 220 is separated from the first flange 120 in the second direction B. Friction occurring between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220 may be reduced, and the second flange 220 may be smoothly undocked from the first flange 120. As the second notch 460 is formed around the second sealing protrusion 420, less force may be required to pull the second flange 220 from the first flange 120.
[0164] In summary, as the second notch 460 is formed between the second sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440, a predetermined space may be secured between the second sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440. Accordingly, the second sealing protrusion 420 may move more flexibly, and the second duct 200 may be smoothly coupled to the first duct 100 and may be smoothly separated from the first duct 100.
[0165] FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the duct assembly according to an embodiment.
[0166] Compared to the sealing member 400 described above, a sealing member 400a illustrated in FIG. 18 may include only the second sealing protrusion 420. The sealing member 400a may be substantially the same as the sealing member 400 except that it does not include the first sealing protrusion 410. In describing the sealing member 400a in FIG. 18, the same reference numerals may be assigned to components that are substantially the same as those described above, and detailed descriptions thereof may be omitted. For convenience of explanation, the second sealing protrusion 420 may be referred to as the sealing protrusion 420, and the second notch 460 may be referred to as the notch 460.
[0167] The sealing member 400a may include the sealing body 430 mountable on the outer surface of the first flange 120. The sealing body 430 may be detachably mounted in the groove 123 of the first flange 120.
[0168] The sealing member 400a may include the sealing protrusion 420 protruding from the sealing body 430. The sealing protrusion 420 may protrude from the sealing body 430 along the third direction C, which is the radial direction of the sealing member 400. The sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to protrude further than the notch 460 toward the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220. The sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to protrude further than the reinforcing portion 440 toward the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220. The sealing protrusion 420 may be formed on a front end of the sealing member 400a.
[0169] The sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to come into contact with the second flange 220 while the sealing member 400a is mounted in the groove 123 and the second flange 220 is docked to the first flange 120. The sealing protrusion 420 may be in contact with the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220. The sealing protrusion 420 may interfere with the inner surface 220a of the second flange 220. The sealing protrusion 420 may prevent washing water from flowing between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220. The sealing protrusion 420 may prevent washing water from leaking between the first flange 120 and the second flange 220. The sealing member 400a may include the reinforcing portion 440. The reinforcing portion 440 may be disposed behind the sealing protrusion 420. The reinforcing portion 440 may protrude from the sealing body 430. For example, the reinforcing portion 440 may protrude from the sealing body 430 along the third direction C. However, it may be expressed that the reinforcing portion 440 is formed as at least a portion of the sealing body 430 is formed to be relatively thick. For example, a portion formed thicker than a predetermined thickness of the sealing body 430 may be referred to as the reinforcing portion 440. The reinforcing portion 440 may be provided to reinforce the strength of the sealing member by being formed thicker than the predetermined thickness.
[0170] The sealing member 400a may include the notch 460. The notch 460 may be disposed adjacent to the sealing protrusion 420. The notch 460 may be disposed behind the sealing protrusion 420. The notch 460 may be provided such that the sealing member 400a is recessed between the sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440. However, it may be expressed that the notch 460 is formed as at least a portion of the sealing body 430 is formed to be relatively thin. For example, a portion formed thinner than the predetermined thickness of the sealing body 430 may be referred to as the notch 460. As the sealing member 400a includes the notch 460, the sealing protrusion 420 may be formed more flexibly. Accordingly, the second duct 200 may be smoothly coupled to the first duct 100 and smoothly separated from the first duct 100.

The sealing member 400 may include a sealing body 430 mountable on an outer surface of the first flange. The sealing member 400 may include a first sealing protrusion 410 protruding from the sealing body. The sealing member 400 may include a second sealing protrusion 420 disposed to be spaced apart from the first sealing protrusion in a second direction B, which is opposite to the first direction, and protruding from the sealing body. The sealing member 400 may include a reinforcing portion 440 formed between the first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420. The sealing member 400 may include a notch 460 provided to be recessed between the second sealing protrusion 420 and the reinforcing portion 440.
[0172] The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be bendable toward the notch 460 while the second flange 220 is coupled to the first flange 120 in the first direction A.
[0173] The first flange 120 may include a first wall part 121, a second wall part 122 disposed to be spaced apart from the first wall part 121 along the second direction B, and a groove 123 formed between the first wall part and the second wall part and in which the sealing body of the sealing member is mounted. The groove 123 may have an inclination by widening along the second direction.
[0174] The first sealing protrusion 410 may be provided to be adjacent to the first wall part 121 while the sealing body is mounted in the groove. The second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to be adjacent to the second wall part 122 while the sealing body is mounted in the groove.

[0180] The first sealing protrusion 410 and the second sealing protrusion 420 may be provided to protrude further from the sealing body 430 than the reinforcing portion 440.
[0181] The sealing member may include a ring shape. A length L1 of the sealing member along the second direction may be longer than a thickness L2 of the sealing member along a third direction, which is a radial direction.
[0182] The second sealing protrusion 420 may include an inclined portion 421 provided to be tapered along the second direction B.
[0183] The first flange 120 may include a first chamfer 125 provided to be tapered from the second wall part along the second direction. The second flange 220 may include a second chamfer 225 provided to correspond to the first chamfer when coupled to the first flange.
