[0001] The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202420542586.3, filed on Mar. 20, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present invention relates to the field of hair curlers, in particular to a hair curler with high heating efficiency and convenience in use.BACKGROUND
[0003] With the improvement of living standards, there are more and more kinds of hairdressing supplies. To meet the demand for curling hairstyles, electric hair curlers are often used to bend and style hair. The hair curler is one of the devices commonly used in hairdressing and beauty. It is popular because it is portable and convenient to use. Its main components are a handle and a heat generating roller. The design of the hair curler uses a circuit panel to control the temperature, can improve the protein structure of the hair to create curls, and protects the hair during the curling process. Existing hair curlers often use aluminum metal for heat conduction, which has a relatively poor heat-conducting effect and cannot meet the requirements for high-efficiency heat transfer. Meanwhile, there are issues that the hair cannot be fixed or the hair fixation is relatively complicated, resulting in that the hair curlers are inconvenient to use. Moreover, the male ends of existing hair curlers are connected to a plug, making it easy to accidentally touch the male ends when the male ends are inserted into the plug, which can lead to electric shock risk.
[0004] The Chinese patent publication number CN220306137U discloses a key assembly structure and a hairdresser. The key assembly structure includes an assembly body and a barrel sleeved on the assembly body, where a key is arranged on the barrel; an elastic cushion assembly corresponding to the key is arranged on the assembly body; the elastic cushion assembly consists of an elastic cushion and an elastic force arm; and one end of the elastic force arm is connected to the assembly body, and the other end is connected to the elastic cushion. In the present invention, a key is arranged on a barrel, an elastic cushion assembly corresponding to the key is arranged on an assembly body, the elastic cushion assembly consists of an elastic cushion and an elastic force arm, one end of the elastic force arm is connected to the assembly body, and the other end is connected to the elastic cushion. As a result, the elastic cushion assembly lifts the key up. When the key is pressed, the pressing amplitude is relatively large, resulting in a stronger sense of touch, thereby improving the user experience. The hairdresser recorded in the patent has relatively poor heat conductivity when in use, and moreover, the male ends are connected to the plug, making it easy to cause accidental touch when in use, which can lead to electric shock risk.
[0005] The Chinese patent publication number CN220587695U discloses an automatic hair curler, which includes a handle. A heat generating tube is mounted on the handle, and the top of the heat generating tube is provided with a chute for hair placement. The periphery of the heat generating tube is sleeved with a hair shifting piece connected to a driving device. The hair shifting piece includes a transmission portion, vertically extending upwards to form two hair shifting rods. The two hair shifting rods are close to each other to form a “U”-shaped hair shifting position. A heat dissipation structure is formed at the two hair shifting rods. Through the mutual cooperation between the “U”-shaped hair shifting position and the chute, the placed hair bundle is sheared and driven to wind, so that the fixing effect of the relative position between the hair bundle and the heat generating tube is realized, preventing the sliding during use and ensuring the hair curling effect. By arranging hair in advance and placing the hair in the chute, it is possible to avoid the irregular winding caused by the dispersion of the hair bundle during the curling, thus preventing harm to the user. Although the structure of this patent ensures the curling effect during use, it is prone to hair jamming. Once too much hair gets jammed, it will affect the use of the productSUMMARY

[0028] In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, a clear and complete description will be made below in combination with the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are partial embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative work belong to the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0029] The preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a hair curler with high heating efficiency and convenience in use. As shown in FIGS. 1-2, the hair curler includes a handle 18 and a control panel 15 arranged within the handle. One end of the handle is provided with a heating portion 11 connected to the control panel. The heating portion acts on the hair to achieve the curling effect. The other end of the handle is provided with a connecting wire 17 connected to the control panel. The control panel is powered by the connecting wire, and the heating portion is driven by the control panel to heat. The handle is further provided with a pressing portion 19, and an aluminum clip 190 is arranged on the pressing portion. The aluminum clip is arranged on the heating portion and a clamping force on the hair is generated between the aluminum clip and the heating portion, so that the hair can be curled on the heating portions. The handle is also provided with a starting switch 13 connected with to the control panel and a display screen 14 for displaying the working state of the hair curler. The hair curler is turned on or off through the starting switch, and the working state of the hair curler can be visually viewed through the display screen. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the adjustment of the working gears of the hair curler, the pressing portion 19 is further provided with a heating switch 1910.
[0030] Specially, as shown in FIGS. 3-5, the heating portion 11 includes an aluminum bracket 113 and a heat generating film 111 arranged outside the aluminum bracket. An inner titanium layer 112 is arranged between the heat generating film and the aluminum bracket. Meanwhile, an outer titanium layer 110 is arranged on the outer surface of the heat generating film. After the heat generating film generates heat, the outer titanium layer is heated, which then acts on the hair to achieve the curling effect. Because the titanium is beneficial to the human body, the effect of using titanium metal as the heat conducting layer is better. In order to facilitate the assembly and improve heat conductivity of the heating portion 19, the inside of the aluminum bracket is hollow. A plurality of groups of locking grooves 1130 are arranged within the aluminum bracket. One end of the heating portion is connected and locked to the handle by locking screws into the locking grooves, and the other end of the heating portion is provided with a rocket-shaped nozzle 10. The rocket-shaped nozzle is provided with some pointed tips, so that the hair curler can be more easily inserted into the hair, making it convenient to use. The aluminum bracket 113 is provided with a notch 115, and an L-shaped groove 1131 longitudinally extending to the inside of the aluminum bracket is arranged at the notch. An inner titanium layer 112 is correspondingly provided with a notch 115 and is arranged on the outer surface of the aluminum bracket. The heat generating film adopts the same structure with the inner titanium layer and is arranged on the outer surface of the inner titanium layer. The outer titanium layer 110 arranged on the outer surface of the heat generating film 111 is also provided with a notch 115 which is correspondingly arranged on a longitudinally extending L-shaped tab 1100. The L-shaped groove is internally provided with a tab surface 1132 corresponding to the L-shaped tab. The tab surface is arranged on the inner surface of the L-shaped groove, so that the tab surface generates a longitudinal stopping force on the L-shape tab, and the outer titanium layer can only be sleeved on the aluminum bracket in an axial direction relative to the aluminum bracket. In order to further facilitate the improvement of the stability of the heating portion, an L-shaped locking block 114 is arranged in the notch 115 and can only move along the axial direction of the aluminum bracket, so that the inner titanium layer, the heat generating film and the outer titanium layer are fixed on the aluminum bracket. Meanwhile, one end of the aluminum bracket is hermetically connected to the handle, and the other end is hermetically connected with to the rocket-shaped nozzle, so that the inner titanium layer, the heat generating film and the outer titanium layer are fixed on the aluminum bracket through the L-shaped locking block. It should be noted that the outer titanium layer may also be replaced with other heat-conducting metal materials, but it lacks the benefits of titanium metal to the human body. Meanwhile, the inner titanium layer may also be replaced with other heat-conducting metal materials to conduct heat, so that the heat on one side of the heat generating film, which faces to the inner titanium layer, cannot be utilized to burn the heat generating film. The inner titanium layer may also be replaced with a non-heat-conducting material, so that the service life of the heat generating film is shorter than that of the heat-conducting material.
[0031] Further, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, the pressing portion 19 includes a pressing spring 192 arranged on the handle, and an aluminum clip 190 and a pressing handle 191 arranged on the pressing spring. One end of the aluminum clip is provided with a locking lug 1900, and the pressing handle is correspondingly provided with a clamping column 1911. The clamping column is clamped into the locking lug 1900 to fix the pressing spring between the aluminum clip and the pressing handle. The lower end of the locking lug is provided with a locking buckle 193 to fix the pressing handle and the aluminum clip. When a pressing force is applied to the pressing handle 191, the pressing spring is compressed and the included angle between the aluminum clip and the heating portion is increased, and after the pressing force on the pressing handle is released after the hair is clamped, the pressing spring returns to an original shape thereof, so that the aluminum clip is close to the heating portion to clamp the hair, and then the hair is curled, providing greater convenience in use.
[0032] Further, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 7, a silicone ring 12 is arranged between the handle 18 and the heating portion 19. The silicone ring prevents the heat of the heating portion from being transferred to the handle. Meanwhile, a pressure relief hole 180 is formed in the handle close to the heating portion. A pressure relief valve 120 is arranged on the silicone ring corresponding to the pressure relief hole. A gas blocking plug 1200 is arranged on the pressure relief valve, and is arranged within the handle. When the pressure relief valve is pressed, the gas blocking plug moves away from the pressure relief hole so as to open the pressure relief hole, thereby avoiding the danger of the product caused by the increase of the internal temperature of the heating portion, so that the safety is higher. After the pressure relief is finished, the pressure relief valve is released, and the gas blocking plug may be arranged at the pressure relief hole due to the recovery of the self elasticity of the pressure relief valve, so that the pressure relief hole is blocked, and the pressure relief inside the hair curler is convenient.
[0033] Further, as shown in FIGS. 7-8, the control panel 15 is further provided with an indicator light 150 for the convenience for viewing the working state. The connecting wire 17 includes a male end 170 connected to the handle, and a female end 171 connected to a plug. The male end is inserted into the female end, so that the connecting wire is electrified to electrify the hair curler to work. The specific structure of the connecting wire is shown in the present invention patent applied by the applicant. The present invention patent application number is 2024201603823 with the patent title of Anti-electric Shock Connecting Wire and Electric Appliance with Same, so that the hair curler has an anti-electric shock effect, and the specific anti-electric shock structure is not repeated here.
