PRIORITY

[0001] This application claims priority to Taiwan Patent Application No. 113112704, filed on Apr. 3, 2024, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated herein by reference.FIELD

[0002] The present invention relates to a packaging and a method of packaging, and in particular, relates to a paper card packaging and a method of packaging products with paper cards.BACKGROUND

[0003] How to make a product as environmentally friendly as possible from production to sales is a topic to which enterprises all over the world attach great importance at present.

[0004] Plastic blisters have always been one of the favorite packaging materials for many manufacturers because they are light, transparent and easy to form, and they are usually used in combination with paper cards to realize the final external packaging. This kind of packaging technology is mature, and replacement for such a packaging technology requires considerable research and development costs as well as material costs or the like. Therefore, for many manufacturers, plastic blisters and processes using plastic blisters are not easy to be replaced.

[0008] Provided in certain embodiments is a paper card packaging comprising a paper card body. The paper card body comprises a first half portion and a second half portion. The second half portion comprises a plurality of holes, and a configuration of the plurality of holes is determined based on the peripheral contour of a product to be packaged and a positioning device to be used.

Preferably, the plurality of holes 140 may be arranged in such a manner that the displacement of the product 20 to be packaged can be effectively restricted by the minimal number of holes without being limited thereto, that is, other configurations that can avoid the displacement and sliding of the product 20 to be packaged are not excluded.

[0047] Referring to FIG. 2F to FIG. 2G, when the surface of the product 20 to be packaged has a groove (not shown) that is deep enough or a perforation 210 (e.g., a decorative hole), one of the plurality of holes 140 may be arranged in the groove or the perforation 210 of the product 20 to be packaged to abut against one side of the groove or the perforation 210, thereby achieving the purpose of restricting the movement in multiple directions simultaneously through the shape of the groove or the perforation 210. Next, a step S200 is performed to determine a configuration according to the peripheral contour 200 of the product 20 to be packaged and a positioning device to be used, and to form a plurality of holes 140 at the second half portion 120 of the paper card body 100 according to the configuration.

The step S400 may also comprise processing such as nailing or bonding, through which the purpose of fixedly connecting parts of the first half portion 110 and the second half portion 120 that are in contact with each other can also be achieved.

[0058] Referring to FIG. 9, there is shown a schematic front view of the first half portion 110 of the paper card body 100 that has been fixed, and the product 20 to be packaged has been fixedly interposed between the first half portion 110 and the second half portion 120. A paper card packaging, comprising:a paper card body, comprising a first half portion and a second half portion connected to the first half portion,wherein the second half portion comprises a plurality of holes, and a configuration of the plurality of holes is determined based on the peripheral contour of a product to be packaged and a positioning device to be used.

2. The paper card packaging according to claim 1, wherein the positioning device to be used is a limiting device comprising a plurality of rods.

3. The paper card packaging according to claim 2, wherein the plurality of holes are arranged outside the peripheral contour and surround the peripheral contour.

4. The paper card packaging according to claim 2, wherein one of the plurality of holes is arranged in a decorative hole of the product to be packaged, and the other holes of the plurality of holes are arranged outside the peripheral contour of the product to be packaged.

5. The paper card packaging according to claim 1, wherein the positioning device to be used is a vacuum adsorption device.

6. The paper card packaging according to claim 5, wherein the plurality of holes are arranged inside the peripheral contour.

7. The paper card packaging according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of holes are circular, oval, rectangular or polygonal.

8. The paper card packaging according to claim 1, wherein dimensions of the first half portion and the second half portion are approximately the same.

9. The paper card packaging according to claim 1, wherein the second half portion is provided with a weakened line which is easy to tear at the outer side of the peripheral contour of the product to be packaged or through the plurality of holes around the peripheral contour.

10. A method of packaging products with paper cards, comprising:providing a paper card body which comprises a first half portion and a second half portion connected to the first half portion;determining a configuration according to the peripheral contour of a product to be packaged and a positioning device to be used, and forming a plurality of holes at the second half portion of the paper card body according to the configuration;positioning the product to be packaged by using the positioning device and through the plurality of holes; andprocessing the paper card body so that the first half portion and the second half portion are fixedly connected with each other.

11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the positioning device is a limiting device comprising a plurality of rods; and wherein the step of using the positioning device further comprises: lifting the limiting device so that the plurality of rods pass through the plurality of holes respectively.

12. The method according to claim 11, further comprising: lowering the limiting device away from the paper card body.

13. The method according to claim 11, wherein the plurality of holes are arranged outside the peripheral contour and surround the peripheral contour.

14. The method according to claim 11, wherein one of the plurality of holes is arranged in a decorative hole of the product to be packaged, and the other holes of the plurality of holes are arranged outside the peripheral contour of the product to be packaged.

15. The method according to claim 10, wherein the positioning device is a vacuum adsorption device; wherein the plurality of holes are arranged inside the peripheral contour; and wherein the step of using the positioning device further comprises: passing the vacuum adsorption device through the plurality of holes to adsorb and fix the product to be packaged on the second half portion.

16. The method according to claim 10, wherein the step of processing the paper card body comprises: arranging a fixing line at a position adjacent to the product to be packaged.

17. The method according to claim 10, wherein the step of processing the paper card body comprises welding processing.

18. The method according to claim 10, further comprising providing the second half portion with a weakened line which is easy to tear at the outer side of the peripheral contour of the product to be packaged or through the plurality of holes around the peripheral contour.

19. The method according to claim 10, further comprising attaching a label to an outer side of the second half portion so as to cover part or all of the plurality of holes.
