BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION(a) Technical Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a carrying device for portable belongings, and more particularly to an omni-directional portable belongings carrying device wearable on a user.(b) Description of the Prior Art
[0002] When going out, people often carry a carry-on item, such as a backpack, and usually carry the backpack on their backs. However, when entering an exhibition venue, in order to prevent the backpack from touching the exhibits and causing damage to the exhibits, or to prevent the backpack from being stolen in crowded places, the backpack that is carried on the back must be moved to the chest. At this time, the user must take off the backpack and then wear it on the chest again. In addition, when attempting to take out an item in the backpack, the user must take off the backpack carried on the back before the backpack can be opened. This causes inconvenience in use.
[0003] In view of this, the inventor of the present invention has conducted further research and finally disclosed the omni-directional portable belongings carrying device disclosed in the present invention.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] An objective of the present invention is to provide an omni-directional portable belongings carrying device, which comprises: a guide rail component, the guide rail component being in the form of a loop and being wearable on or fixable to a user; and at least one connecting component, of which a first side is in sliding pair with respect to the guide rail component, so that the connecting component is slidably movable along the guide rail component omnidirectionally around the user by 360 degrees, a second side of the connecting component being connectable with a carry-on item, so that the user is allowed to move the carry-on item connected to the connecting component along the guide rail component by means of the connecting component.

[0028] As shown in FIGS. 1-14, the present invention relates to an omni-directional portable belongings carrying device, which comprises: a guide rail component (10), the guide rail component (10) being flexible and capable of being bent around to form a loop for being worn or fixed on a user; and at least one connecting component (20), of which a first side (21) forms a sliding pair with respect to the guide rail component (10) so that the connecting component (20) is slidably movable along the guide rail component (10) omnidirectionally around the user by 360 degrees, a second side (22) of the connecting component (20) being connectable with a carry-on item (30), so that the user can move the carry-on item (30) along the guide rail component (10) at will by means of the connecting component (20). For example, when entering a museum or visiting a crowded place, the user may move the carry-on item (30) from the back to the chest of the user, so that the user can carry the carry-on item more conveniently.
[0029] As shown in FIG. 10, in the omni-directional portable belongings carrying device disclosed in the present invention, the guide rail component (10) is fixed to a carrying frame or carrying strap (50), and the carrying frame or carrying strap (50) is worn on the user. The carrying frame or carrying strap (50) can be made of leather, plastics, or metallic materials, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The carrying frame or carrying strap (50) can be, as shown in FIG. 10, made up of two flexible or rigid belts respectively fixed to two ends of the guide rail component (10) that is in a looping form. The carrying frame or carrying strap (50) can be positioned across the shoulders of the user to have the guide rail component (10) stably wrapped around the chest or waist of the user. The carrying frame or carrying strap (50) may comprise an adjustment buckle (51) for adjusting the height of the carrying frame or carrying strap (50) to meet the needs of different users.

Or, as shown in FIG. 9, the second side (22) of the connecting component (20) is provided, in a protruding manner, with at least one mounting ear (222) to be fit into and mounted in a corresponding mounting hole (32) of the carry-on item (30). Or, as shown in FIG. 11, the carry-on item (30) is provided with a plurality of elastic hanging tabs (31′) for elastically buckling into and mounting in mounting holes (221′) of the connecting component (20). The present invention does not limit the manner of connection between the backpack (30) and the connecting component (20) or the form of the buckling device adopted thereby.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 12-14, in the omni-directional portable belongings carrying device disclosed in the present invention, the connecting component (20′) is in the shape of a flexible strip, and a plurality of the rollers or sliders (212′) are rotatably mounted to the first side of the connecting component (20′) for being slidably positioned in the slide groove (13) of the guide rail component (10). The length of the connecting component (20′) is sufficient to be placed around the back of the user and at least cover a portion of the chest of the user. A positioning button (40) is arranged on each of two ends of the connecting component (20′), and each of the positioning buttons (40), as shown in FIG. 13, comprises: a roller or slider (41) slidably positioned in the slide groove (13) of the guide rail component (10); a screw rod (42) having a first end (421) screwed into the roller or slider (41), and a second end of the screw rod (42) penetrates through the slide groove (13) and the connecting component (20′) to connect to a rotary knob (43), so that the user may turn the rotary knob (43) to drive and rotate the screw rod (42), so as to have the first end (421) of the screw rod (42) tightly press against a groove wall (131) of the slide groove (13) (as shown in FIG. 14) to lock the connecting component (20′), making the connecting component (20′) not sliding along the guide rail component (10).

The user may, as indicated the arrow R shown in FIG. 5, move the carry-on item (30) along the guide rail component (10) according to the use needs, and the user can move the carry-on item (30) to any desired direction and location under a condition of not detaching the carry-on item (30), this showing novelty and inventiveness of the present invention.

Claims
1. An omni-directional portable belongings carrying device, comprising:a guide rail component, the guide rail component being of flexibility for being bent around to form a loop for being worn or fixed on a user; andat least one connecting component, of which a first side forms a sliding pair with respect to the guide rail component, so that the connecting component is slidably movable along the guide rail component around the user, a second side of the connecting component being connectable with at least one carry-on item, so that the user is allowed to move the carry-on item connected to the connecting component along the guide rail component by means of the connecting component; wherein the guide rail component comprises at least one slide groove, and the first side of the connecting component is provided, in a protruding manner, with a pivot pin, and the pivot pin at least comprises a roller or slider rotatably mounted thereon, the roller or the slider being slidably positioned in the slide groove to roll or slide.
2. The omni-directional portable belongings carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail component is fixed to a carrying frame or carrying strap, and the carrying frame or carrying strap is worn on the user.
3. The omni-directional portable belongings carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail component is fixed to a piece of clothing.
4. The omni-directional portable belongings carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail component has a first side that includes a first buckling member and a second side that includes a second buckling member, and the first and second buckling members are mutually buckled together to form a loop.
5. The omni-directional portable belongings carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the second side of the connecting component at least comprises a mounting hole or a mounting ear.

The omni-directional portable belongings carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting component is in the shape of a flexible strip, and the first side of the connecting component is provided with a plurality of rollers or sliders rotatably mounted thereto to be slidably positioned in the slide groove of the guide rail component, and a positioning button is arranged on each of two ends of the connecting component, and each of the positioning buttons comprises a roller or slider slidably positioned in the slide groove of the guide rail component; a screw rod having a first end screwed into the roller or slider, a second end of the screw rod penetrating through the slide groove and the connecting component to connect to a rotary knob, wherein the user is allowed to turn the rotary knob to rotate the screw rod, so as to have the first end of the screw rod tightly press against a groove wall of the slide groove to lock the connecting component.
7. The omni-directional portable belongings carrying device according to claim 6, wherein the connecting component is provided, on the second side thereof, with a plurality of hooks or buckling devices.
