Abstract

The present invention relates to a handle for fitness equipment that can be rotated according to a user's needs and is fixed after rotation to ensure safety. [0004] Such fitness equipment can be classified according to the purpose of exercise, such as upper body muscle training, lower body muscle training, and abdominal muscle training. Representative fitness equipment for upper body muscle training includes T-bar row machines, shoulder press machines, and long pull machines.

[0005] Korean Patent No. 10-2154302 (granted on Sep. 3, 2020) discloses a back muscle strengthening exercise apparatus. According to the disclosed technology, the back muscle strengthening exercise apparatus includes: a base frame including a horizontal frame that supports a floor surface and a vertical frame vertically provided at the front of the horizontal frame; a seat portion vertically provided at the rear of the horizontal frame; and a movable member rotatably provided at an upper end of the vertical frame. The movable member is integrally formed such that a support member and a load member intersect in an L-shape, and a hinge coupling means is provided at the intersection of the support member and the load member to be hinge-coupled to the upper end of the vertical frame. An external force applying means is coupled to an end of the support member, and a load adjusting means is provided at an end of the load member. The external force applying means includes: a hollow rod orthogonally provided to the end of the support member; a solid rod inserted into the hollow rod and protruding from both ends thereof; and an intermediate shaft member, one end of which is rotatably coupled to the solid rod about the solid rod. A bushing and a hollow member are sequentially provided along a longitudinal direction at the other end of the intermediate shaft member, and an extension shaft member penetrates through the centers of the bushing and the hollow member and is coupled to the other end of the intermediate shaft member, so that the bushing and the hollow member are rotatably coupled to the extension shaft member. A handle for fitness equipment comprising:a coupling part coupled to fitness equipment;a rotatable handle part rotatably installed on the coupling part and configured to be gripped by a user; anda fixing part configured to fix the rotatable handle part to prevent rotation,wherein the rotatable handle part comprises:a shaft having one end fixed to an inner side of the coupling part;a bearing including an inner ring and an outer ring, the inner ring being coupled to the other end of the shaft;a rotating body coupled to one side of the outer ring and configured to rotate together with the outer ring; anda handle coupled to the rotating body and configured to be gripped by the user,wherein the fixing part comprises:a fixing frame including a plurality of angle adjustment holes radially arranged around the circumference thereof and having the coupling part inserted and fixed at a central portion thereof;a rotating frame having one side coupled to the other side of the outer ring, configured to rotate together with the outer ring, and having a through-hole formed on the other side thereof; anda fixing pin inserted into the through-hole and the angle adjustment hole to fix the outer ring from rotation, andwherein the handle for fitness equipment further comprises:a plurality of button switch units respectively mounted in the angle adjustment holes and configured to be turned on or off by the fixing pin;a memory unit configured to store rotation angles of the handle corresponding to respective positions of the plurality of button switch units;a control unit configured to generate a notification signal when all of the plurality of button switch units are turned off, or, when any one of the button switch units is turned on, to read the rotation angle of the handle corresponding to the position of the turned-on button switch unit from the memory unit;a notification unit configured to receive the notification signal from the control unit and notify the user; anda display unit configured to display the rotation angle of the handle read by the control unit.

2. The handle for fitness equipment according to claim 1, wherein the rotatable handle part further comprises a fixing member coupled to an end of the other side of the shaft and configured to fix the shaft to the inner ring.

3. The handle for fitness equipment according to claim 1, wherein the coupling part further comprises a connection part protruding from the coupling part and configured to be connected to a cable of the fitness equipment.
