The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary, which are only used to explain the present invention and cannot be understood as limiting the present invention.
[0023] Referring to FIGS. 1-6, the present invention provides a water heater display panel mounting structure, which comprises two abutment assemblies, a display panel body 1, and a housing 2, wherein the abutment assemblies comprise abutment blocks 3 and support blocks 4, the abutment blocks 3 have rotating grooves 5, the support blocks 4 are provided with fixed rods 6, the fixed rods 6 are provided with springs 7, a lower end surface of the display panel body 1 has a plurality of circular grooves 8, polygonal tenons 9 are provided inside the circular grooves 8, two connecting plates 10 are symmetrically provided on the housing 2, the connecting plates 10 are provided with two circular columns 11, insides of the circular columns 11 have polygonal mortises 12, the circular columns 11 are in mortise and tenon connection with the display panel body 1 and are located in the corresponding circular grooves 8, and the polygonal tenons 9 are located in the polygonal mortises 12; the abutment blocks 3 are rotatably connected to the fixed rods 6 and are sleeved on the fixed rods 6; and the springs 7 are abutted above the abutment blocks 3, and the abutment blocks 3 are provided on an outer side of the display panel body 1. By providing the plurality of circular columns 11 on the housing 2, meanwhile, providing the circular grooves 8 on the display panel body 1, and achieving mortise and tenon connection under actions of the polygonal tenons 9 and the polygonal mortises 12, the use of screws for connection is avoided, thus ensuring the integrity of the housing 2 and the display panel body 1, and reducing visual defects caused by screw holes, thereby improving the overall aesthetics and texture of a product. In this way, the technical problems that screws are used for fixing, the housing 2 needs to be drilled when the screws are used for fixing, and this method easily affects the overall aesthetics of the housing 2, are solved.
[0024] The polygonal tenons 9 and the polygonal mortises 12 are both provided in a tapered shape, and outer sides of the polygonal mortises 12 are provided with a plurality of gaps 13. By providing both the polygonal tenons 9 and the polygonal mortises 12 in a tapered shape, this design not only facilitates mounting and disassembly, but also can generate a greater friction force during connection, thereby enhancing the stability and firmness of connection. Moreover, the gaps 13 provided can facilitate outward expansion of the polygonal mortises 12, thereby improving the tightness when abutting against the circular grooves 8.
[0025] Secondly, the circular grooves 8 are matched with the circular columns 11 in diameter dimension, thus ensuring precise alignment between the display panel body 1 and the housing 2, and avoiding the problem of mounting difficulty or loose connection caused by a dimension mismatch.
[0026] Thirdly, the water heater display panel mounting structure further comprises a plurality of first magnetic pieces 14 and a plurality of second magnetic pieces 15, the plurality of first magnetic pieces 14 are respectively bonded to the display panel body 1 and located on the lower end surface of the display panel body 1, the plurality of second magnetic pieces 15 are respectively bonded to the housing 2 and located on the housing 2, and the plurality of second magnetic pieces 15 are also respectively in magnetic connection with the corresponding first magnetic pieces 14 and located below the first magnetic pieces 14. By providing the first magnetic pieces 14 and the second magnetic pieces 15, a fixing effect between the display panel body 1 and the housing 2 is further enhanced, and meanwhile, a positioning effect is also achieved, so that the display panel body 1 and the housing 2 can be connected faster and more accurately, and the overall stability and reliability are also improved.
[0027] In addition, ends of the abutment blocks 3 that are away from the rotating grooves 5 are provided with pull rings 16, and the pull rings 16 are provided in an arch shape. Through this design, the abutment assemblies can be operated more conveniently when the display panel needs to be disassembled, thereby improving the convenience and efficiency of disassembly.
[0028] Meanwhile, lower end surfaces of the abutment blocks 3 are provided with anti-slip pads 17, and the anti-slip pads 17 abut against the outer side of the display panel body 1. Through this design, the abutment blocks 3 can be prevented from damaging the outer side of the display panel body 1 due to friction after use for a long time, meanwhile, a friction force between the abutment blocks 3 and the display panel body 1 is increased, thereby further improving the overall stability.
[0029] When the display panel body 1 is mounted using the present invention, by placing the display panel body 1 on the housing 2, meanwhile, allowing the circular columns 11 to be aligned with the circular grooves 8 under actions of the first magnetic pieces 14 and the second magnetic pieces 15, and then, pressing down the display panel body 1, the circular columns 11 are inserted into the circular grooves 8, and the polygonal tenons 9 enter the polygonal mortises 12. During the process of continuously pressing down the display panel body 1, the polygonal tenons 9 push the polygonal mortises 12 outward under the action of the gaps 13 to expand the diameters of the circular columns 11 and to enable the circular columns 11 to abut against the circular grooves 8, thus completing mortise and tenon connection. Finally, the abutment blocks 3 are rotated onto the display panel body 1 to abut against the display panel body 1 under the action of the springs 7, thereby improving a fixing effect of the display panel body 1. In this way, the technical problems that screws are used for fixing, the housing 2 needs to be drilled when the screws are used for fixing, and this method easily affects the overall aesthetics of the housing 2, are solved.
[0030] The above description discloses only one preferred embodiment of the present invention and certainly cannot be construed as limiting the scope of rights of the present invention. It may be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or a part of processes for implementing the above embodiments and equivalent changes made according to the claims of the present invention still fall within the scope of the present invention.
