Abstract
The invention relates to an antenna assembly comprising a pressure-molded body made from a thermoplastic composite, and a metal coating on at least part of this pressure-molded body. The thermoplastic composite includes polyphenylene ether, and the load-bearing temperature of the thermoplastic composite is greater than or equal to 120 °C. And when the temperature range in the thermoplastic resin preparation from -30°C to 120°C is divided into temperature ranges with 10°C intervals, and the low-temperature and high-temperature sides of the two adjacent temperature ranges are respectively determined as the low-temperature and high-temperature ranges, the coefficient of expansion in the low-temperature range of the resin preparation in the T-direction (mm / mm / πC) and the coefficient of expansion in the high-temperature range of the resin preparation in the T-direction (mm / mm / πC) are determined. As measured by the method described in ISO 11359, the following correlation is satisfied at any of two adjacent temperature ranges: -50 < ((coefficient of expansion in the high temperature range - coefficient of expansion in the low temperature range) / coefficient of expansion in the low temperature range) X 100 < 50.
