[0054] In related technologies, for air-conditioning users, the demand for air management and purification when using air-conditioning is getting higher and higher. Among them, low-temperature plasma purification technology can effectively kill bacteria, viruses, etc. in the air. In actual scenarios, a plasma generator can be used to purify the air. Here, a plasma generator is a device that generates plasma. Plasma is the fourth state of matter, that is, ionized "gas", which presents a highly excited unstable state, including ions (with different signs and charges), electrons, atoms and molecules.
[0055] In related technologies, the driving voltage of the plasma generator is constant. A higher voltage improves air purification, but also increases ozone concentration. Ozone is an allotrope of oxygen. At room temperature and pressure, it is a light blue gas. Liquid ozone is dark blue, and solid ozone is purple-black. Ozone has a fishy odor, but at high concentrations, it can resemble chlorine.
[0056] As shown in Figure 1, when the plasma generator's operating voltage remains unchanged, the ozone concentration and sterilization rate in the indoor space increase as the plasma generator's operating time increases. For example, when the plasma generator's operating voltage is 6kV, if the plasma generator's operating time increases from 30 minutes (min) to 1 hour (h), the ozone concentration and sterilization rate gradually increase. When the plasma generator's operating time remains unchanged, the ozone concentration and sterilization rate in the indoor space increase as the plasma generator's operating voltage increases. For example, when the plasma generator's operating voltage is increased from 6kV to 7kV for 1 hour, the ozone concentration 5cm from the air conditioner outlet increases to 20ppb, and the ozone concentration in other indoor spaces increases to 75ppb.
[0057] In summary, in an indoor environment, when the plasma generator continues to work, as time goes by, the ozone production rate will be greater than the dissipation rate, and the ozone concentration will become higher and higher. When the ozone concentration reaches 20ppb, users can smell the ozone; when the ozone concentration reaches 50ppb, it means that the plasma generator does not meet the standards and cannot be put on the market.
[0058] In response to the above technical problems, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application are proposed.
[0059] The following is a further detailed description of the embodiments of the present application in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the embodiments provided herein are merely for explaining the embodiments of the present application and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application. In addition, the embodiments provided below are partial embodiments for implementing the present application, rather than providing all embodiments for implementing the present application. In the absence of conflict, the technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present application can be implemented in any combination.

[0061] For example, the circuit control method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a series of steps, but the circuit control method provided in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the recorded steps. Similarly, the plasma generating device provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a series of modules, but the device provided in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to including the modules explicitly recorded, and may also include modules required to obtain relevant information or perform processing based on the information.
[0062] FIG2 is a schematic structural diagram of a plasma generating device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG2 , the device may include a signal generating circuit 10, an oscillation circuit 20, a voltage signal processing circuit 30, and a plasma generator 40 connected in sequence; wherein,
[0063] The signal generating circuit 10 is powered by a direct current (DC) power supply and is used to generate a driving signal and output the driving signal to the oscillation circuit 20. For example, the driving signal may be a square wave pulse signal.
[0064] The oscillation circuit 20 is configured to receive a DC voltage signal, convert the DC voltage signal into an AC voltage signal based on a driving signal, and output the AC voltage signal to the voltage signal processing circuit 30. For example, the DC voltage signal received by the oscillation circuit 20 may be a voltage signal of a DC power supply.
[0065] The voltage signal processing circuit 30 is at least used for performing voltage boost processing on the AC voltage signal to obtain a first square wave pulse signal, and outputting the first square wave pulse signal to the plasma generator 40 .
[0066] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the signal generating circuit 10 includes a control signal generating circuit 101 and a driving signal generating circuit 102 .
[0067] Exemplarily, the control signal generating circuit 101 can output the control signal through the air conditioner indoor unit electronic control, or crystal oscillator chip, or digital chip, or operational amplifier RC resonance mode. Here, the control signal is a basic square wave pulse signal with a small voltage.
[0068] In some embodiments, the amplitude of the high-level signal of the pulse signal output by the control signal generating circuit 101 is between 0 and 20V, and the amplitude of the low-level signal of the pulse signal output by the control signal generating circuit 101 is between 0 and 20V; in some embodiments, the amplitude of the high-level signal of the pulse signal output by the control signal generating circuit 101 is between 0 and 10V, and the amplitude of the low-level signal of the pulse signal output by the control signal generating circuit 101 is between 0 and 10V. The frequency of the pulse signal output by the control signal generating circuit 101 is less than 20Hz. In some embodiments, the frequency of the pulse signal output by the control signal generating circuit 101 is less than 10Hz. The duty cycle of the pulse signal output by the control signal generating circuit 101 is between 5% and 95%. In some embodiments, the duty cycle of the pulse signal output by the control signal generating circuit 101 is between 10% and 90%.
[0069] In actual scenarios, the voltage amplitude of the basic square wave pulse signal can be adjusted according to actual needs. Referring to Figure 5, the voltage of the high-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal is V1, and the duration of the high-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal within one signal cycle is t1; the voltage of the high-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal is V2, and the duration of the low-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal within one signal cycle is t2; the value range of V1 and V2 can be 0 to 10V, V1>V2. It can be seen that the frequency f of the basic square wave pulse signal is 1 / (t1+t2), and the duty cycle d of the basic square wave pulse signal is t1 / (t1+t2).
[0070] Exemplarily, the driving signal generating circuit 102 is configured to adjust at least one of the voltage value, frequency, and duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal, and output the adjusted driving signal to the oscillation circuit 20 .
[0071] For example, the oscillation circuit 20 can convert a DC voltage signal into an AC voltage signal using a transistor switch according to the driving signal. The oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 20 can be between 20 kHz and 100 kHz. The oscillation amplitude of the oscillation circuit 20 is determined by the voltage value of the driving signal.
[0072] 6 , the oscillation circuit 20 receives a DC voltage signal through a first input terminal and a second input terminal, and a control terminal AMP-V of the oscillation circuit 20 is used to receive a driving signal; the oscillation circuit includes a first resistor R1, a second resistor R2, a third resistor R3, a fourth resistor R4, a fifth resistor R5, a first capacitor C1, a second capacitor C2, a third capacitor C3, a first inductor L1, a first transistor Q1 and a second transistor Q2. For example, the model of the first capacitor C1 is C-0805-104K100-X7R, the inductance value of the first inductor L1 is 40 μH, and the current of the first inductor L1 is 1 A; the model of the first transistor Q1 and the second transistor Q2 are both TIP31B-B; the second resistor R2 and the third resistor R3 are both chip resistors.
[0073] In one example, the voltage signal processing circuit 30 may include a boost circuit for boosting the AC voltage signal, and a rectifier circuit; the rectifier circuit is used to rectify the boosted AC voltage signal to obtain a first square wave pulse signal, and output the first square wave pulse signal to the plasma generator.
[0074] In another example, the voltage signal processing circuit 30 may include a transformer and a voltage doubling rectifier circuit. The transformer can boost the voltage signal. The voltage amplification factor of the transformer is the turns ratio n of the transformer. The voltage value b of the voltage signal output by the secondary coil of the transformer is calculated as follows: b = a*n (1)
[0075] Where a represents the voltage value of the primary coil of the transformer.
[0076] After the driving signal is amplified by the transistor of the oscillation circuit 20, it can be output to the transformer of the voltage signal processing circuit 30; the first output end, the second output end, the third output end and the fourth output end of the oscillation circuit 20 are connected to the transformer of the voltage signal processing circuit 30.
[0077] 7, the voltage doubler rectifier circuit may include 2m capacitors, 2m diodes and a sixth resistor R L , where the 2m capacitors are denoted as C1 to C 2m , 2m diodes are recorded as D1 to D 2m m is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The AC end of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit receives the voltage signal output by the transformer. The output signal of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit is a first square wave pulse signal. The voltage value of the first square wave pulse signal is V outIn some embodiments, the voltage doubler rectifier circuit utilizes the unidirectional conduction of the diode and the charge-discharge storage principle of the capacitor to rectify the AC voltage signal into a DC voltage signal through the m-level voltage doubler rectifier circuit. In the voltage doubler rectifier circuit, the combination of one capacitor and one diode can achieve one-level voltage doubler, and the combination of m capacitors and m diodes can achieve m-level voltage doubler. Then, the voltage value V of the first square wave pulse signal is out The calculation formula is:
[0078] V out =2*m*bI out / f0 / C*(2*(m 3 ) / 3+(m 2 ) / 2-m / 6) (2)
[0079] Among them, f0 is the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit, C is the capacitance value of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit, I out is the output current of the boost rectifier circuit.
[0080] In some embodiments, the amplitude of the high-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal is between 10 kV and 20 kV; in some embodiments, the amplitude of the high-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal is 15 kV. The amplitude of the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal is greater than 0 V and less than 7 kV; in some embodiments, the amplitude of the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal is greater than 0 V and less than 5 kV.
[0081] In some embodiments, the frequency of the first square wave pulse signal is less than 20 Hz, in some embodiments, the frequency of the first square wave pulse signal is less than 10 Hz, and the duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal is between 5% and 95%, in some embodiments, the duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal is between 10% and 90%.
[0082] 8 , the HV end of the plasma generator 40 is connected to the output end of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit, the LV end of the plasma generator 40 can be grounded, and the plasma generator 40 may include an anode, a cathode, a sixth resistor R6, a seventh resistor R7, an eighth resistor R8, a ninth resistor R9, a tenth resistor R10, an eleventh resistor R11, a twelfth resistor R12, a thirteenth resistor R13 and a fourteenth resistor R14, wherein the anode of the plasma generator 40 is respectively connected to the eleventh resistor R11, the twelfth resistor R12 and the high voltage direct current (HVDC) interface, and the cathode of the plasma generator 40 is connected to the thirteenth resistor R13. Illustratively, the sixth resistor R6, the seventh resistor R7, the eighth resistor R8, the ninth resistor R9, the tenth resistor R10, the thirteenth resistor R13 and the fourteenth resistor R14 are all of model 2010-246-F-1 / 2W-T, and the eleventh resistor R11 and the twelfth resistor R12 are all of model 2010-105-F-1 / 2W-T.
[0083] In some embodiments, after the first square wave pulse signal is output to the plasma generator 40, the plasma generator 40 can be driven to work by the first square wave pulse signal. When the voltage value of the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal is low, if the plasma generator 40 is driven to work based on the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal, the ozone concentration in the environment around the plasma generator 40 can be reduced.
[0084] FIG9 is a diagram showing the relationship between the ozone concentration in the surrounding environment of the plasma generator 40 and the duration of the high-level signal when the plasma generator 40 is driven by an 8kV high-level signal in an embodiment of the present application. In FIG9 , the horizontal axis is time in seconds, and the vertical axis is ozone concentration in ppb. FIG10 is a diagram showing the relationship between the ozone concentration in the surrounding environment of the plasma generator 40 and the voltage value of the high-level signal when the duration of the high-level signal is 2.5s in an embodiment of the present application. In FIG10 , the horizontal axis is voltage value in kV, and the vertical axis is ozone concentration in ppb. In FIG9 and FIG10 , the surrounding environment of the plasma generator 40 is 30m 3 The ozone concentration in the space is the average ozone concentration per hour. It can be seen from Figures 9 and 10 that when the duration of the high-level signal is low, the ozone concentration in the environment around the ion generator 40 is low. When the voltage value of the high-level signal is less than or equal to 5 kV, the ozone concentration in the environment around the plasma generator 40 is very low. Therefore, the ozone concentration in the environment around the plasma generator 40 can be controlled by controlling the voltage value and duration of the high-level signal.
[0085] It can be seen that the embodiment of the present application can utilize a signal generating circuit, an oscillation circuit, and a voltage signal processing circuit to generate a first square wave pulse signal for driving the plasma generator. Therefore, the plasma generator can achieve efficient air purification based on the high-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal, and can also achieve air purification based on the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal. Compared with the solution of using a constant voltage to drive the plasma generator in the related art, the embodiment of the present application uses the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal as the driving signal of the plasma generator, which is beneficial to reducing the driving voltage of the plasma generator, thereby helping to reduce the ozone concentration in the environment surrounding the plasma generator.
[0086] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 3 , the plasma generating device further includes a first sampling circuit 50 , and a sampling end of the first sampling circuit 50 is connected to the oscillation circuit 20 .
[0087] The signal generating circuit 10 may include a control signal generating circuit 101 and a drive signal generating circuit 102; the output end of the control signal generating circuit 101 is connected to the first input end of the drive signal generating circuit 102, the output end of the first sampling circuit 50 is connected to the second input end of the drive signal generating circuit 102; the output end of the drive signal generating circuit 102 is connected to the input end of the oscillation circuit 20.
[0088] As can be seen, the drive signal generation circuit can control the voltage value of its own output drive signal based on the signal output by the control signal generation circuit and the signal output by the first sampling circuit. Therefore, the embodiment of the present application can adjust the voltage value of the output signal of the oscillation circuit, and thus adjust the voltage value of the signal received by the plasma generator. Furthermore, compared to the solution of sampling the output signal of the voltage signal processing circuit, the first sampling circuit can convert the AC voltage signal into a DC square wave pulse signal before the transformer amplifies it. Therefore, the use of high-voltage components and isolation components can be reduced, which is conducive to reducing costs.
[0089] In some embodiments, the first sampling circuit 50 is used to reduce the voltage of the output signal of the oscillation circuit 20 and convert it into a second square wave pulse signal, and output the second square wave pulse signal to the drive signal generating circuit 102; the low level signal and the high level signal in the second square wave pulse signal are both positive voltage signals.
[0090] The control signal generating circuit 101 is used to generate a basic square wave pulse signal and output the basic square wave pulse signal to the driving signal generating circuit 102 ; the low level signal and the high level signal in the basic square wave pulse signal are both positive voltage signals.
[0091] The drive signal generating circuit 102 is used to compare the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the second square wave pulse signal to obtain a first comparison result, and adjust the voltage value of the drive signal output by the drive signal generating circuit 102 according to the first comparison result so that the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the second square wave pulse signal are equal.
[0092] Here, the first sampling circuit 50 can convert the AC voltage signal before transformer amplification into a DC square wave pulse signal, so that the drive signal generation circuit compares the square wave pulse signal fed back by the first sampling circuit 50 with the basic square wave pulse signal. For example, the voltage value of the DC square wave pulse signal is between 0 and 5V.
[0093] It can be seen that the drive signal generating circuit can control the voltage value of the drive signal output by itself based on the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the second square wave pulse signal, thereby making the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the second square wave pulse signal equal. In this way, the embodiment of the present application can control the voltage value of the second square wave pulse signal through the drive signal generating circuit; because the second square wave pulse signal is a voltage signal obtained by stepping down the output signal of the oscillation circuit, the embodiment of the present application can adjust the voltage value of the output signal of the oscillation circuit, thereby adjusting the voltage value of the signal received by the plasma generator. Furthermore, compared with the solution of sampling the output signal of the voltage signal processing circuit, the first sampling circuit can convert the AC voltage signal before the transformer amplification into a DC square wave pulse signal. Therefore, the use of high-voltage components and isolation components can be reduced, which is conducive to reducing costs.
[0094] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 4 , the plasma generating device further includes a second sampling circuit 60 , which is connected to the voltage signal processing circuit 30 .
[0095] The sampling end of the second sampling circuit 60 is connected to the voltage signal processing circuit 30; the output end of the control signal generating circuit 101 is connected to the first input end of the drive signal generating circuit 102, and the output end of the second sampling circuit 60 is connected to the second input end of the drive signal generating circuit 102; the output end of the drive signal generating circuit 102 is connected to the input end of the oscillation circuit 20.
[0096] It can be seen that the drive signal generating circuit can control the voltage value of the drive signal output by itself according to the signal output by the control signal generating circuit and the signal output by the second sampling circuit. Therefore, the embodiment of the present application can realize the adjustment of the voltage value of the output signal of the oscillation circuit, thereby realizing the adjustment of the voltage value of the signal received by the plasma generator.
[0097] In some embodiments, the second sampling circuit 60 is used to step down and convert the output signal of the voltage signal processing circuit 30 into a third square wave pulse signal, and output the third square wave pulse signal to the drive signal generating circuit; the low level signal and the high level signal in the fourth square wave pulse signal are both positive voltage signals.
[0098] The control signal generating circuit 102 is used to generate a basic square wave pulse signal and output the basic square wave pulse signal to the driving signal generating circuit 102; the low level signal and the high level signal in the basic square wave pulse signal are both positive voltage signals.
[0099] The driving signal generating circuit 102 is used to compare the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the third wave pulse signal to obtain a second comparison result, and adjust the voltage value of the driving signal according to the second comparison result so that the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the third wave pulse signal are equal.
[0100] Here, the second sampling circuit 60 can convert the high-voltage square wave pulse signal output by the voltage signal processing circuit into a low-voltage third-wave pulse signal, thereby enabling the drive signal generation circuit to compare the square wave pulse signal fed back by the second sampling circuit 60 with the basic square wave pulse signal. For example, the second sampling circuit 60 can convert the high-voltage square wave pulse signal output by the voltage signal processing circuit into a low-voltage third-wave pulse signal by reducing the voltage by a factor of 2000.
[0101] For example, referring to FIG11 , the second sampling circuit 60 includes a fifteenth resistor R15, a sixteenth resistor R16, a seventeenth resistor R17, an eighteenth resistor R18, a nineteenth resistor R19, a twentieth resistor R20, a fourth capacitor C4, a fifth capacitor C5, a sixth capacitor C6, a seventh capacitor C7, and a first operational amplifier IC3A. A first sampling terminal of the second sampling circuit 60 is connected to the high voltage terminal of the plasma generator 40, a second sampling terminal of the second sampling circuit 60 is connected to the low voltage terminal of the plasma generator 40, and an output terminal of the second sampling circuit 60 is connected to the drive signal generating circuit 102. The voltage value of the third wave pulse signal outputted by the output terminal of the second sampling circuit 60 ranges from 3V to 1.27V. A fourth capacitor C4 is connected between a 12V DC power supply and ground.
[0102] For example, the model number of the fifteenth resistor R15 is 0805-2702-F-1 / 8W-T, the model number of the sixteenth resistor R16 is 0805-2002-F-1 / 8W-LS-T, the model numbers of the seventeenth resistor R17 and the eighteenth resistor R18 are both 0603-102-F-1 / 10W-T, the model number of the nineteenth resistor R19 is 0603-103-F-1 / 10W-T, and the model number of the twentieth resistor R20 is 0603-682-F-1 / 10W-LS-T. The model number of the fourth capacitor C4 is C-0603-104K50-X7k-01, and the model numbers of the fifth capacitor C5, the sixth capacitor C6, and the seventh capacitor C7 are all C-0603-103K50-X7R. The model number of the first operational amplifier IC3A is LM258.
[0103] It can be seen that the drive signal generation circuit can control the voltage value of the drive signal it outputs based on the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the third-wave pulse signal, thereby making the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the third-wave pulse signal equal. In this way, the embodiment of the present application can control the voltage value of the third-wave pulse signal through the drive signal generation circuit. Since the third-wave pulse signal is a voltage signal obtained by stepping down the output signal of the voltage signal processing circuit, the embodiment of the present application can adjust the voltage value of the output signal of the oscillation circuit, thereby adjusting the voltage value of the signal received by the plasma generator. Furthermore, compared to the solution of sampling the output signal of the oscillation circuit, the second sampling circuit can directly sample the voltage signal received by the plasma generator. That is, the sampled voltage signal can more accurately reflect the voltage value of the voltage signal received by the plasma generator. Based on the voltage signal sampled by the second sampling circuit, the drive signal generation circuit can more accurately adjust the voltage value of the voltage signal received by the plasma generator.
[0104] Exemplarily, referring to Figure 12, the drive signal generating circuit 102 includes a twenty-first resistor R21, a twenty-second resistor R22, a twenty-third resistor R23, a twenty-fourth resistor R24, an eighth capacitor C8, a ninth capacitor C9, a tenth capacitor C10, an eleventh capacitor C11, a second operational amplifier IC1A and a rectifier diode D1. The first input terminal AMP-Vref of the drive signal generating circuit 102 is connected to the output terminal of the control signal generating circuit 101. For example, the voltage value range of the basic square wave pulse signal received by the first input terminal AMP-Vref of the drive signal generating circuit 102 is 3V to 1.27V; the second input terminal V-FB of the drive signal generating circuit 102 is connected to the output terminal of the first sampling circuit 50 or the output terminal of the second sampling circuit 60; the output terminal of the drive signal generating circuit 102 is connected to the control terminal AMP-V of the oscillation circuit 20; and the eighth capacitor C8 is connected between the 12V DC power supply and the ground.
[0105] For example, the twenty-first resistor R21 and the twenty-second resistor R22 are both chip resistors, and the model numbers of the twenty-first resistor R21 and the twenty-second resistor R22 are both RoHS 0603-103-F-1 / 10W-LS-T; the model number of the twenty-third resistor R23 is 104-F-1 / 10W-LS-T, and the model number of the twenty-fourth resistor R24 is 0603-104-F-1 / 10W-LS-T. The model number of the eighth capacitor C8 is C-0603-104K50-X7R-01, the model number of the ninth capacitor C9 is C-0805-104K100-X7R, the model number of the tenth capacitor C10 is C-0603-102J50COG-01, and the model number of the eleventh capacitor C11 is C-0603-105K16-X5R. The model of the second operational amplifier IC1A is LM258, the model of the rectifier diode D1 is DN-RB715WTL-SOT416-T, the maximum forward voltage drop of the rectifier diode D1 is 0.37V, and the average rectifier current of the rectifier diode D1 is 30mA.
[0106] In summary, the drive signal generating circuit 102 adopts a negative feedback control mode to compare the output signal of the first sampling circuit with the basic square wave pulse signal, or adopts a negative feedback control mode to compare the output signal of the second sampling circuit with the basic square wave pulse signal, and controls the voltage value of the drive signal so that the voltage value of the second square wave pulse signal or the voltage value of the third square wave pulse signal is equal to the voltage value of the basic square wave pulse signal.
[0107] In some embodiments of the present application, the drive signal generation circuit 102 is further configured to determine the frequency of the basic square wave pulse signal as the frequency of the drive signal. It can be seen that since the oscillation circuit converts the DC voltage signal into an AC voltage signal based on the drive signal, and the voltage signal processing circuit can convert the input AC voltage signal into a first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator, by determining the frequency of the basic square wave pulse signal as the frequency of the drive signal, the frequency of the first square wave pulse signal can be made equal to the frequency of the basic square wave pulse signal. Furthermore, since the frequency of the basic square wave pulse signal can be determined by the control signal generation circuit according to actual needs, embodiments of the present application can flexibly control the frequency of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator according to actual needs.
[0108] In some embodiments of the present application, the drive signal generating circuit 102 is further configured to determine the duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal as the duty cycle of the drive signal. It can be seen that since the oscillation circuit converts the DC voltage signal into an AC voltage signal based on the drive signal, and the voltage signal processing circuit can convert the input AC voltage signal into a first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator, by determining the duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal as the duty cycle of the drive signal, the duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal can be made equal to the duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal. Furthermore, since the duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal can be determined by the control signal generating circuit according to actual needs, the embodiments of the present application can flexibly control the duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator according to actual needs.
[0109] In some embodiments of the present application, a high-level signal or a low-level signal is recorded as a target type signal; the absolute value of the voltage value of the target type signal in the first square wave pulse signal is positively correlated with the voltage value of the target type signal of the second square wave pulse signal; that is, when the first square wave pulse signal output by the voltage signal processing circuit 30 is a positive voltage signal, the higher the voltage value of the target type signal in the first square wave pulse signal, the higher the voltage value of the target type signal of the second square wave pulse signal; when the first square wave pulse signal output by the voltage signal processing circuit 30 is a negative voltage signal, the higher the absolute value of the voltage value of the target type signal in the first square wave pulse signal, the higher the voltage value of the target type signal of the second square wave pulse signal.
[0110] In some embodiments, the voltage value of the target type signal of the basic square wave pulse signal is recorded as the first voltage value, and the voltage value of the target type signal of the second square wave pulse signal is recorded as the second voltage value. The driving signal generating circuit 102 is configured to increase the voltage value of the driving signal when the first voltage value is greater than the second voltage value, and to decrease the voltage value of the driving signal when the first voltage value is less than the second voltage value, so that the first voltage value is equal to the second voltage value.
[0111] In some embodiments, since V1 represents the voltage value of the high-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal and V2 represents the voltage value of the low-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal, V1 and V2 are both first voltage values. The voltage value of the high-level signal of the square wave pulse signal received by the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is recorded as V3, and the voltage value of the low-level signal of the square wave pulse signal received by the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is recorded as V4. When the square wave pulse signal received by the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is a second square wave pulse signal, V3 and V4 are both second voltage values. The voltage value of the high-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator is recorded as U1, and the voltage value of the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator is recorded as U2.
[0112] 13 , the process of controlling the voltage value, frequency, and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator may include:
[0113] Step 1300: Turn on the DC power supply, and then, step 1301 and step 1307 may be performed.
[0114] Here, the DC power supply is the power supply for the plasma generating device; after the DC power supply is turned on, the control signal generating circuit, the drive signal generating circuit, the oscillation circuit, the voltage signal processing circuit, the plasma generator and the first sampling circuit can operate normally.
[0115] Step 1301: Determine the voltage value V1 of the high-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal.
[0116] Step 1302: Determine whether V1 is greater than V3, if yes, execute step 1303, if no, execute step 1304.
[0117] Step 1303 : Increase the voltage value of the driving signal, and then execute step 1305 .
[0118] Step 1304 : Reduce the voltage value of the driving signal, and then execute step 1305 .
[0119] Step 1305: Determine whether V1 is equal to V3. If yes, execute step 1306; if not, return to step 1302.
[0120] Step 1306 : Determine the voltage value U1 of the high-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal, and then execute step 1313 .
[0121] Here, U1 = V1 * X, where X represents the voltage amplification factor of the signal amplification part, and the signal amplification part includes an oscillation circuit and a voltage signal processing circuit.
[0122] Step 1307: Determine the voltage value V2 of the low-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal.
[0123] Step 1308: Determine whether V2 is greater than V4. If yes, execute step 1309; if no, execute step 1310.
[0124] Step 1309 : Increase the voltage value of the driving signal, and then execute step 1311 .
[0125] Step 1310 : Reduce the voltage value of the driving signal, and then execute step 1311 .
[0126] Step 1311: Determine whether V2 is equal to V4. If yes, execute step 1312; if not, return to step 1308.
[0127] Step 1312: Determine the voltage value U2 of the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal.
[0128] Here, U1=V2*X.
[0129] In some embodiments, steps 1302 to 1312 may be implemented based on a driving signal generating circuit.
[0130] Step 1313: Determine the frequency and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal, and then end the process.
[0131] In some embodiments, the drive signal generating circuit can control the frequency and duty cycle of the drive signal according to the frequency and duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal, thereby controlling the frequency and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal; here, the frequency of the first square wave pulse signal and the frequency of the basic square wave pulse signal are both f, and the duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal and the duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal are both d. It can be seen that the duration of the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal within one signal cycle is t1, and the duration of the low-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal within one signal cycle is t2.
[0132] It can be seen that the driving signal generating circuit can control the voltage value of the driving signal output by itself by comparing the voltage value of the target type signal of the basic square wave pulse signal and the voltage value of the target type signal of the second square wave pulse signal. When the voltage value of the target type signal of the basic square wave pulse signal and the voltage value of the target type signal of the second square wave pulse signal are not equal, the voltage value of the basic square wave pulse signal and the second square wave pulse signal are made equal by adjusting the voltage value of the driving signal output by itself. In this way, the embodiment of the present application can control the voltage value of the second square wave pulse signal through the driving signal generating circuit; since the second square wave pulse signal is a voltage signal obtained after the output signal of the oscillation circuit is stepped down, the embodiment of the present application can realize the adjustment of the voltage value of the output signal of the oscillation circuit, thereby realizing the adjustment of the voltage value of the signal received by the plasma generator.
[0133] In some embodiments of the present application, the low-level signal and the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal are both positive voltage signals; or, the low-level signal and the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal are both negative voltage signals.
[0134] 14 , when both the low-level signal and the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal are positive voltage signals, U1>U2, and the value range of U1 and U2 is generally 0 to 100 kV. Referring to FIG15 , when both the low-level signal and the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal are negative voltage signals, the value range of U1 and U2 is generally 0 to -100 kV, and the absolute value of U1 is greater than the absolute value of U2.
[0135] It can be seen that the first square wave pulse signal is a voltage signal that does not cross zero. Therefore, both the low-level signal and the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal can drive the plasma generator to work, which is beneficial to maintaining the air purification effect of the plasma generator.
[0136] In some embodiments of the present application, when the low-level signal and the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal are both positive voltage signals, the voltage value of the target type signal in the first square wave pulse signal is positively correlated with the voltage value of the target type signal of the third square wave pulse signal; that is, when the first square wave pulse signal output by the voltage signal processing circuit 30 is a positive voltage signal, the higher the voltage value of the target type signal in the first square wave pulse signal, the higher the voltage value of the target type signal of the third square wave pulse signal.
[0137] In some embodiments, the voltage value of the target type signal of the third square wave pulse signal is recorded as the third voltage value, and the operating mode adopted by the driving signal generating circuit when the low level signal and the high level signal in the first square wave pulse signal are both positive voltage signals is recorded as the first operating mode.
[0138] The drive signal generating circuit 102 is used to increase the voltage value of the drive signal when operating in the first operating mode and the first voltage value is greater than the third voltage value, and to reduce the voltage value of the drive signal when the first voltage value is less than the third voltage value, so that the first voltage value is equal to the third voltage value.
[0139] In some embodiments, the voltage value of the high-level signal of the square wave pulse signal received at the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is recorded as V3, and the voltage value of the low-level signal of the square wave pulse signal received at the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is recorded as V4. When the square wave pulse signal received at the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is a third square wave pulse signal, V3 and V4 are both third voltage values.
[0140] Here, when the drive signal generating circuit operates in the first operating mode, the process for controlling the voltage value, frequency, and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator is the same as the process shown in FIG13. When the drive signal generating circuit operates in the first operating mode, if the DC power supply is turned on, the control signal generating circuit, the drive signal generating circuit, the oscillation circuit, the voltage signal processing circuit, the plasma generator, and the second sampling circuit can operate normally.
[0141] It can be seen that the driving signal generating circuit can control the voltage value of the driving signal output by itself by comparing the voltage value of the target type signal of the basic square wave pulse signal and the voltage value of the target type signal of the third wave pulse signal. When the voltage value of the target type signal of the basic square wave pulse signal and the voltage value of the target type signal of the third wave pulse signal are not equal, the voltage value of the driving signal output by itself is adjusted to make the voltage values of the basic square wave pulse signal and the third wave pulse signal equal. In this way, the embodiment of the present application can control the voltage value of the third wave pulse signal through the driving signal generating circuit; since the third wave pulse signal is a voltage signal obtained after the output signal of the oscillation circuit is stepped down, the embodiment of the present application can realize the adjustment of the voltage value of the output signal of the oscillation circuit, thereby realizing the adjustment of the voltage value of the signal received by the plasma generator.
[0142] In some embodiments of the present application, when the low-level signal and the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal are both negative voltage signals, the absolute value of the voltage value of the target type signal in the first square wave pulse signal is negatively correlated with the voltage value of the target type signal of the third square wave pulse signal; that is, when the first square wave pulse signal output by the voltage signal processing circuit 30 is a negative voltage signal, the higher the absolute value of the voltage value of the target type signal in the first square wave pulse signal, the lower the voltage value of the target type signal of the third square wave pulse signal.
[0143] In some embodiments, the operating mode adopted by the driving signal generating circuit when both the low-level signal and the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal are negative voltage signals is recorded as the second operating mode.
[0144] The drive signal generating circuit 102 is used to increase the voltage value of the drive signal when operating in the second operating mode and the first voltage value is less than the third voltage value, and to reduce the voltage value of the drive signal when the first voltage value is greater than the third voltage value so that the first voltage value is equal to the third voltage value.
[0145] In some embodiments, the voltage value of the high-level signal of the square wave pulse signal received at the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is recorded as V3, and the voltage value of the low-level signal of the square wave pulse signal received at the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is recorded as V4. When the square wave pulse signal received at the second input terminal of the drive signal generating circuit is a third square wave pulse signal, V3 and V4 are both third voltage values.
[0146] 16 , when the driving signal generating circuit 102 operates in the second operating mode, the process of controlling the voltage value, frequency, and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator may include:
[0147] Step 1600: Turn on the DC power supply, and then, step 1601 and step 1607 may be executed.
[0148] Here, the DC power supply is the power supply for the plasma generating device; after the DC power supply is turned on, the control signal generating circuit, the drive signal generating circuit, the oscillation circuit, the voltage signal processing circuit, the plasma generator and the second sampling circuit can operate normally.
[0149] Step 1601: Determine the voltage value V1 of the high-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal.
[0150] Step 1602: Determine whether V1 is less than V3. If yes, execute step 1603; if no, execute step 1604.
[0151] Step 1603 : Increase the voltage value of the driving signal, and then execute step 1605 .
[0152] Step 1604 : Reduce the voltage value of the driving signal, and then execute step 1605 .
[0153] Step 1605: Determine whether V1 is equal to V3. If yes, execute step 1606; if not, return to step 1602.
[0154] Step 1606 : Determine the voltage value U1 of the high-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal, and then execute step 1613 .
[0155] Here, U1 = V1 * X, where X represents the voltage amplification factor of the signal amplification part, and the signal amplification part includes an oscillation circuit and a voltage signal processing circuit.
[0156] Step 1607: Determine the voltage value V2 of the low-level signal of the basic square wave pulse signal.
[0157] Step 1608: Determine whether V2 is less than V4. If yes, execute step 1609; if not, execute step 1610.
[0158] Step 1609 : Increase the voltage value of the driving signal, and then execute step 1611 .
[0159] Step 1610 : Reduce the voltage value of the driving signal, and then execute step 1611 .
[0160] Step 1611: Determine whether V2 is equal to V4. If yes, execute step 1612; if no, return to step 1608.
[0161] Step 1612: Determine the voltage value U2 of the low-level signal of the first square wave pulse signal.
[0162] Here, U1=V2*X, and since Vi>V2, Ui>U2.
[0163] In some embodiments, steps 1602 to 1612 may be implemented based on a driving signal generating circuit.
[0164] Step 1613: Determine the frequency and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal, and then end the process.
[0165] In some embodiments, the drive signal generating circuit can control the frequency and duty cycle of the drive signal according to the frequency and duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal, thereby controlling the frequency and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal; here, the frequency of the first square wave pulse signal and the frequency of the basic square wave pulse signal are both f, and the duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal and the duty cycle of the basic square wave pulse signal are both d. It can be seen that the duration of the high-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal within one signal cycle is t1, and the duration of the low-level signal in the first square wave pulse signal within one signal cycle is t2.
[0166] It can be seen that the driving signal generating circuit can control the voltage value of the driving signal output by itself by comparing the voltage value of the target type signal of the basic square wave pulse signal and the voltage value of the target type signal of the third wave pulse signal.
[0167] The embodiment of the present application proposes a plasma generating device that can be used in scenarios such as indoor air conditioning sterilization and deodorization. The embodiment of the present application can use a square wave pulse signal to drive the plasma generator to work. When the high-level signal of the square wave pulse signal is used to drive the plasma generator to work, the effect of ionizing the air can be improved and the air purification effect can be improved; by switching the high and low levels of the square wave pulse signal, the plasma generator can generate a changing electric field, thereby enhancing the air purification effect. At the same time, using the low-level signal of the square wave pulse signal to drive the plasma generator to work can reduce the ozone concentration to a certain extent. The embodiment of the present application can solve the problem that the higher the voltage of the plasma generator, the better the air purification effect, but the increase in voltage causes the ozone to exceed the standard and cannot be used in indoor environments. It can realize the combined application of a plasma generator driven by a high-voltage square wave pulse signal and air conditioning to purify the air.
[0168] Furthermore, the embodiments of the present application can adjust the voltage amplitude, frequency and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator through the driving signal generating circuit, that is, the voltage amplitude, frequency and duty cycle of the first square wave pulse signal received by the plasma generator can be adjusted according to actual needs. Therefore, the plasma generator in some embodiments can be any type of plasma generator, and the embodiments of the present application can adapt to different plasma generators and make them work in the best state.
[0169] An embodiment of the present application also provides an air conditioner comprising any one of the above-mentioned plasma generating devices.
[0170] An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device comprising any one of the above-mentioned plasma generating devices.
[0171] Based on the plasma generating device proposed in the above-mentioned embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further proposes a circuit control method.
[0172] FIG17 is a flow chart of a circuit control method according to an embodiment of the present application. The circuit control method is applied to the plasma generating device described above. Referring to FIG17 , the method may include:
[0173] Step 1701: Generate a driving signal.
[0174] Step 1702: Convert the DC voltage signal into an AC voltage signal based on the driving signal.
