DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0043] The features and exemplary embodiments of various aspects of the present application are described below. In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the present application is further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. In this document, relational terms such as "first" and "second" are merely used to distinguish one component from another with the same name, and do not necessarily require or imply any actual relationship or order between these components.

[0044] As shown in Figures 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present application provides a control valve assembly and a fluid control device, which can be used in a vehicle thermal management system, specifically in a coolant circulation system, and can perform flow isolation, conduction, and switching functions for the thermal management system.

[0045] As shown in FIG3 , the fluid control device 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a fluid component 40 and a control valve assembly 1. The control valve assembly 1 has a normal port 103 and a selection port 102. The control valve assembly 1 includes a valve housing assembly 10 and a valve core assembly 20. At least a portion of the valve core assembly 20 is located within the valve housing assembly 10, and at least a portion of the fluid component 40 is located within the same valve housing assembly 10. Compared to separately arranging the control valve assembly and the fluid component, the fluid control device 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application has a higher degree of integration. The fluid control device 2 herein can be used as a modular assembly in a vehicle thermal management system, has a higher degree of integration, and occupies a smaller space.

[0046] In the embodiment of the present application, the valve core assembly 20 is rotatable, and the rotation of the valve core assembly 20 allows any of the normally open ports 103 to communicate with at least one of the gate ports 102. Specifically, the normally open ports 103 include a first port P1 and a second port P2. The first port P1 can communicate with at least one of the gate ports 102. Similarly, the second port P2 can also communicate with at least one of the gate ports 102. Accordingly, the fluid control device 2 has a first flow path port 411 and a second flow path port 412. The first flow path port 411 or the second flow path port 412 is connected to the channel of the fluid component 40. For example, in this embodiment, the first flow path port 411 is connected to the channel of the fluid component 40, the first flow path port 411 is connected to the first port P1 in the control valve assembly 1, and the second flow path port 412 is connected to the second port P2 in the control valve assembly 1. Through the above arrangement, the first flow path port 411 and the second flow path port 412 can be used as normally open flow paths, which can meet the working mode requirements of the fluid control device 2.

[0047] It should be noted that, in this article, the normal flow port 103 means that the communication port can be connected with the corresponding conduction port in any working mode, so that the communication port is always in a connected state; the selection port 102 means that in some working modes, the selection port 102 can be in a connected state, and in other working modes, the selection port 102 can be in a closed state; or the selection port 102 can be selected by different conduction ports. The first flow path port 411 can be located on the fluid component 40, or the first flow path port 411 can be located on the connecting block connected between the fluid component 40 and the control valve assembly 1, or the first flow path port 411 can coincide with the first port P1. The second flow path port 412 can coincide with the second port P2, or the second flow path port 412 can be located on the connecting pipe portion 15 connected to the second port P2.

[0048] As shown in FIG3 , in some embodiments, the fluid component 40 includes a pump assembly 42, and a first flow passage 411 is located in the pump assembly 42. In this case, the first flow passage 411 can serve as an inlet or outlet of the pump assembly 42. Alternatively, the first flow passage 411 can be embedded within the valve core assembly 20. At least a portion of the pump assembly 42 and at least a portion of the valve core assembly 20 are integrated within the same valve housing assembly 10, so that the fluid flowing out of the valve core assembly 20 can directly enter the pump assembly 42, thereby improving the integration of the fluid control device 2 and reducing the flow resistance of the fluid.

[0049] Furthermore, the pump assembly 42 includes a stator assembly 422, a rotor assembly 423, and an impeller assembly 425. At least a portion of the impeller assembly 425 can be integrated into the valve housing assembly 10. At least one of the stator assembly 422 and the rotor assembly 423 can also be integrated into the valve housing assembly 10. As shown in FIG3 , in this embodiment of the present application, the stator assembly 422, the rotor assembly 423, and the impeller assembly 425 of the pump assembly 42 are all integrated into the valve housing assembly 10, thereby improving the integration of the fluid control device 2, reducing the number of parts, and simplifying the structure.

[0050] In order to meet the requirements of various working modes of the fluid control device 2, as shown in Figures 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present application also provides a control valve assembly 1, which can be applied to the above-mentioned fluid control device 2.

[0051] Specifically, the valve housing assembly 10 of the control valve assembly 1 has a valve cavity 101, a normal port 103 and a selection port 102. The normal port 103 includes a first port P1 and a second port P2. The first port P1 and the second port P2 are isolated and arranged. At least part of the valve core assembly 20 is located in the valve cavity 101. The valve core assembly 20 can rotate around the axis XX. The valve core assembly 20 includes a first conducting port 21 and a second conducting port 22 arranged at intervals along the extension direction of the axis XX. The first conducting port 21 and the second conducting port 22 are both located at the axial ends of the valve core assembly 20, and the wall defining the first conducting port 21 and the wall defining the second conducting port 22 surround the axis XX.

[0052] Optionally, at any operating position of the valve core, the orthographic projection of the first conducting port 21 along axis XX at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first port P1 along axis XX, and the orthographic projection of the second conducting port 22 along axis XX at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second port P2 along axis XX. Herein, the portion where the first conducting port 21 is located includes the first conducting port 21 and the wall defining the first conducting port 21. Similarly, the portion where the first port P1 is located includes the first port P1 and the wall defining the first port P1. The portions where the other ports are located also include the ports and the wall defining the ports.

[0053] In a specific implementation, as shown in FIG6 , an extension line of the axis XX passes through the center of both the first conducting port 21 and the center of the second conducting port 22; or at least one of the first conducting port 21 and the second conducting port 22 is an annular structure, i.e., at least one of the inner and outer circumferential walls of the first conducting port 21 is a circular, arc-shaped, or other closed structure that surrounds the entire circumference of the axis XX, and at least one of the inner and outer circumferential walls of the second conducting port 22 is a circular, arc-shaped, or other closed structure that surrounds the entire circumference of the axis XX. With this arrangement, the positions of at least a portion of the first conducting port 21 and at least a portion of the second conducting port 22 remain unchanged at any rotational position of the valve core assembly 20. This allows the first conducting port 21 to communicate with the first port P1, the second conducting port 22 to communicate with the second port P2, and the first and second ports P1 and P2 to selectively communicate with different selection ports 102 through the valve core assembly 20. Through the above arrangement, the connection relationship between the first conducting port 21 and the first port P1 and the connection relationship between the second conducting port 22 and the second port P2 remain unchanged, so that the first port P1 and the second port P2 become normally connected ports, so as to meet the working mode requirements of the fluid control device 2.

[0054] As shown in Figures 5 to 7, in some embodiments, the valve core assembly 20 includes a first end portion S1 and a second end portion S2. The first end portion S1 and the second end portion S2 are arranged along the axis XX of the valve core assembly 20. The first end portion S1 is located on one axial side of the valve core assembly 20, and the second end portion S2 is located on the other axial side of the valve core assembly 20. The first conducting port 21 is located at the first end portion S1, and the second conducting port 22 is located at the second end portion S2. This arrangement facilitates structural simplification and facilitates ensuring that the first conducting port 21 is always in communication with the first port P1, and the second conducting port 22 is always in communication with the second port P2.

[0055] And / or, the valve housing assembly 10 includes a first end wall portion 11, a second end wall portion 12, and a side wall portion 13. The first end wall portion 11 and the second end wall portion 12 are arranged in the axial direction of the valve housing assembly 10. The first end wall portion 11 and the second end wall portion 12 can limit the axial position of the valve core assembly 20. At least a portion of the side wall portion 13 is connected between the first end wall portion 11 and the second end wall portion 12. One of the first end wall portion 11 and the second end wall portion 12 can be an integral structure with the side wall portion 13, and the other can be welded to the side wall portion 13, or the first end wall portion 11 and the second end wall portion 12 can both be welded to the side wall portion 13. The first port P1 is located in the first end wall portion 11, the second port P2 is located in the second end wall portion 12, and the selection port 102 is located in the side wall portion 13. Through the above arrangement, the structure of the control valve assembly 1 is simplified. When the first port P1 is located at the first end wall portion 11 and the first conducting port 21 is located at the first end portion S1, the first end wall portion 11 and the first end portion S1 are limitedly set and the two are arranged relative to each other. When the control valve assembly 1 is applied to the fluid control device 2, the first port P1 can be connected to the first flow path port 411 (the pump port of the pump assembly 42), reducing the length of the flow path between the pump assembly 42 and the valve core assembly 20, thereby reducing the flow resistance.

[0056] In conjunction with Figures 2, 3 and 6, in order to achieve the rotation of the valve core assembly 20, in some embodiments, the valve core assembly 20 includes a transmission limit portion 23, and along the extension direction of the axis XX, the transmission limit portion 23 is located between the first end S1 and the second end S2; the control valve assembly 1 also includes a transmission shaft 32, and the transmission shaft 32 passes through the first port P1 or the second port P2 and is limited and connected to the transmission limit portion 23. For example, in Figure 2, the transmission shaft 32 passes through the first port P1 and is interference fit with the transmission limit portion 23. Optionally, one of the transmission shaft 32 and the transmission limit portion 23 includes a protrusion and the other includes a groove, and the protrusion is embedded in the groove. To reduce wear on the transmission limit portion 23, in some embodiments, the control valve assembly 1 may also include a sleeve structure, which is sleeved between the outer peripheral wall of the transmission shaft 32 and the inner peripheral wall of the transmission limit portion 23.

[0057] Furthermore, when the control valve assembly 1 is applied to a fluid control device 2, and the fluid control device 2 includes a pump assembly 42, the drive shaft 32 can be reused as the pump shaft. In this case, the drive shaft 32 comprises a metal material, and the rotor assembly 423 is located on the outer circumference of the drive shaft 32. To enable the rotor assembly 423 of the pump assembly 42 and the valve core assembly 20 of the control valve assembly 1 to rotate independently, in some embodiments, as shown in conjunction with FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the pump assembly 42 further includes a bearing assembly 424. The bearing assembly 424 is located between the rotor assembly 423 and the drive shaft 32 along the radial direction of the rotor assembly 423.

[0058] Please further refer to Figures 2 and 3. In order to achieve the rotation of the valve core assembly 20, in some embodiments, the control valve assembly 1 also includes a drive assembly 31. At least a portion of the drive assembly 31 is located on one side of the axial direction of the valve core assembly 20, and the drive assembly 31 is connected to the transmission shaft 32. The drive assembly 31 includes a motor or a combination of a motor and a gear, and the transmission shaft 32 is driven by the rotation of the motor. The transmission connection between the two components in this article means that power can be transmitted between the two components. The two components can be an interference fit or an integrated structure, or power transmission can be achieved through a third component.

[0059] Furthermore, the control valve assembly 1 further comprises a drive chamber 104, which is fluidically isolated from the valve chamber 101. That is, the fluids between the drive chamber 104 and the valve chamber 101 do not interact. At least a portion of the drive assembly 31 and a portion of the drive shaft 32 are located in the drive chamber 104. The first port P1 is located between the second port P2 and the drive assembly 31. The drive shaft 32 passes through the first port P1 and is positioned and transmission-connected to the transmission limiter 23. For example, the drive shaft 32 and the transmission limiter 23 may be interference-fitted or integrally formed.

[0060] To fluidically isolate the drive chamber 104 from the valve chamber 101, the valve housing assembly 10 includes a first housing portion 16, wherein the sidewall portion 13 and the first end wall portion 11 are located in the first housing portion 16. The first housing portion 16 can form at least a portion of the pump chamber, and the impeller assembly 425 is located in the pump chamber. The control valve assembly 1 also includes a second housing portion 34 and a third housing portion 35. At least a portion of the second housing portion 34 is located axially to one side of the first housing portion 16, and the second housing portion 34 and the first housing portion 16 are interlocked and sealed. At least a portion of the third housing portion 35 is located within the space defined by the first and second housing portions 16, and the third housing portion 35 is sealed to the inner wall of the first housing portion 16. The second, first, and third housing portions 34, 35 can all form partial walls of the drive chamber 104, and the transmission shaft 32 is sealed to the third housing portion 35.

[0061] In a specific implementation, a portion of the transmission shaft 32 is located on the inner circumference of the third housing portion 35, and a seal is provided between the outer circumference of the transmission shaft 32 and the inner circumference of the third housing portion 35. As shown in FIG2 , when the control valve assembly 1 is a separate valve structure, the third housing portion 35 can be separately provided and sealed inside the first housing portion 16. Alternatively, as shown in FIG3 , when the control valve assembly 1 is integrated with the pump assembly 42, at least a portion of the pump assembly 42 is located inside the first housing portion 16, and the stator assembly 422 of the pump assembly 42 can be integrally injection-molded inside the third housing portion 35. The third housing portion 35 can also be reused as the isolation cover structure of the pump assembly 42. The rotor assembly 423 is located on the inner circumference of the third housing portion 35 to prevent fluid from entering the stator assembly 422 and damaging the coil assembly in the stator assembly 422.

[0062] As shown in FIG2 , when the control valve assembly 1 is a standalone structure, the valve housing assembly 10 may further include a first channel portion 14. The channel in the first channel portion 14 is communicable with the first port P1. Along the axial direction of the control valve assembly 1, at least a portion of the first channel portion 14 is located between the drive assembly 31 and the valve core assembly 20. Fluid can flow into or out of the first port P1 through the first channel portion 14. When the control valve assembly 1 is integrated with the pump assembly 42, the first flow path 411 is communicated with the first port P1, allowing fluid to flow into the first flow path 411 from the first port P1 or from a conducting cavity communicated with the first port P1, and then flow out from the corresponding outlet of the pump assembly 42 under the action of the impeller assembly 425.

[0063] In some embodiments, the valve core assembly 20 includes a first valve core 24, and the valve housing assembly 10 further has a port 105, as shown in Figure 2. When the control valve assembly 1 is an independent structure, the port 105 can be exposed on the outer surface of the control valve assembly 1; when the valve core assembly 20 and the pump assembly 42 are both integrated into the same valve housing assembly 10, a portion of the port 105 of the control valve assembly 1 can coincide with or be spaced apart and connected to the second flow path port 412, another portion of the port 105 can coincide with or be spaced apart and connected to the first flow path port 411, and another portion of the port 105 can be arranged in the connecting pipe portion 15, the connecting pipe portion 15 can be integrally arranged with the side wall portion 13 or sealed connected, or the connecting pipe portion can be integrally arranged with the end wall portion of the valve housing assembly 10 or sealed connected.

[0064] In some embodiments, the valve core assembly 20 includes a first valve core 24, which includes a first circumferential wall portion 243. At least a portion of the first circumferential wall portion 243 is located between a first end portion S1 of the first valve core 24 and a second end portion S2 of the first valve core 24. The first valve core 24 also includes a third conduction port 241 and a fourth conduction port 242. The third conduction port 241 communicates with the first conduction port 21 to define a first conduction cavity, and the fourth conduction port 242 communicates with the second conduction port 242 to define a second conduction cavity. The third conduction port 241 and the fourth conduction port 242 are located on the same circumferential wall portion. As shown in FIG6 , the first valve core 24 also includes a partition portion 244. The first end S1 of the first valve core 24 is sealed against the first end wall portion 11 of the valve housing assembly 10, and the second end S2 of the first valve core 24 is sealed against the second end wall portion 12 of the valve housing assembly 10. Optionally, to ensure a better seal for the control valve assembly 1, the control valve assembly 1 includes a first seal 51, a second seal 52, and a third seal 53. Along the radial direction of the first valve core 24, the first seal 51 is disposed adjacent to the selection port 102 and is located between the first valve core 24 and the valve housing assembly 10. To reduce cross-flow, the second seal 52 is disposed adjacent to the first port P1 and is located between the first valve core 24 and the valve housing assembly 10. The third seal 53 is disposed adjacent to the second port P2 and is located between the first valve core 24 and the valve housing assembly 10. [0067] In a specific implementation, in the control valve assembly 1, the port 105 includes a first port M1, a second port M2, a third port M3, a fourth port M4 and a fifth port M5. The first port M1 is connected to the first port P1, the second port M2 is connected to the second port P2, and the third port M3, the fourth port M4 and the fifth port M5 are respectively connected to at least one gate port 102. The control valve assembly 1 has at least one of the following working modes:

[0068] As shown in Figure 8, in the first working mode of the control valve assembly 1, the first valve core 24 is located in the first working position, the third port M3 is connected to the second port M2, and the fifth port M5 and the fourth port M4 are both connected to the first port M1. Through the above setting, the proportional adjustment between the fifth port M5 and the fourth port M4 can be achieved by rotating the first valve core 24.

[0069] As shown in FIG9 , in the second working mode of the control valve assembly 1 , the first valve core 24 is located at the second working position, the third port M3 is connected to the second port M2 , the fifth port M5 is closed, and the first port M1 is connected to the fourth port M4 .

[0071] As shown in Figure 11, in the fourth working mode of the control valve assembly 1, the first valve core 24 is located in the fourth working position, the third port M3 is connected to the first port M1, and the fifth port M5 and the fourth port M4 are both connected to the second port M2. Through the above setting, the proportional adjustment between the fifth port M5 and the fourth port M4 can be achieved by rotating the first valve core 24.

[0072] As shown in FIG12 , in the fifth working mode of the control valve assembly 1 , the first valve core 24 is located at the fifth working position, the third port M3 is connected to the first port M1 , the fifth port M5 is closed, and the second port M2 and the fourth port M4 are connected.

[0074] More working modes can be achieved through the rotation of the valve core assembly 20. For example, when the third port P3, the fourth port P4 and the fifth port P5 are evenly arranged on the side wall portion 13 along the circumferential direction of the valve core assembly 20, the control valve assembly 1 can also have a seventh working mode, in which the fourth port M4 is connected to the first port M1, and the third port M3 and the fifth port M5 are connected to the second port M2 at the same time; in an eighth working mode, the fourth port M4 is connected to the first port M1, and the fifth port M5 is connected to the second port M2; in a ninth working mode, the fifth port M5 is connected to the first port M1, and the fourth port M4 and the third port M3 are connected to the second port M2 at the same time; in a tenth working mode, the fifth port M5 is connected to the first port M1, and the fourth port M4 and the second port M2 are connected.

[0075] As shown in Figures 14 to 28, a control valve assembly 1 and a fluid control device 2 provided in another embodiment of the present application are shown. The control valve assembly 1 is similar in structure and installation method to the drive assembly of the control valve assembly 1 shown in Figures 1 to 13, and the working mode of the control valve assembly 1 is at least partially the same as the working mode of the control valve assembly 1 shown in Figures 1 to 13. The difference between the two control valve assemblies 1 is at least that the structure of the valve core assembly 20 is different. To match this, part of the structure of the valve housing assembly 10 also changes adaptively.

[0076] Specifically, in the control valve assembly 1 shown in Figures 14 to 28, the valve core assembly 20 includes a second valve core 25 and a third valve core 26 that are transmission-connected. For example, one of the second valve core 25 and the third valve core 26 includes a shaft portion, and the other includes a recessed portion. The shaft portion is embedded in the recessed portion, and the two have an interference fit to achieve transmission connection between the second valve core 25 and the third valve core 26. The second valve core 25 is transmission-connected to the drive assembly 31 via a transmission shaft 32. Specifically, the first conduction port 21 is located in the second valve core 25, the second conduction port 22 is located in the third valve core 26, the first end S1 of the valve core assembly 20 is located in the second valve core 25, and the second end S2 is located in the third valve core 26. The transmission limit portion 23 is located on the side of the second valve core 25 near the third valve core 26.

[0077] The second valve core 25 includes a second circumferential wall portion 251 and a fifth conduction port 252 located on the second circumferential wall portion 251. The third valve core 26 includes a third circumferential wall portion 261 and a sixth conduction port 262 located on the third circumferential wall portion 261. The second valve core 25 can connect the first conduction port 21 with at least one gate port 102, and the third valve core 26 can connect the second conduction port 22 with at least one gate port 102. Optionally, the second circumferential wall portion 251 can have a spherical or cylindrical structure, and the third circumferential wall portion 261 can have a spherical or cylindrical structure.

[0078] In order to improve the cross-flow between the fluids conducted by the second valve core 25 and the third valve core 26, the control valve assembly 1 also includes a partition 33, the outer peripheral side of the partition 33 is sealed with the valve housing assembly 10, and the inner peripheral side of the partition 33 is sealed with the valve core assembly 20, the fifth conduction port 252 and the sixth conduction port 262 are respectively arranged on both sides of the thickness direction of the partition 33, at least part of the second valve core 25 is located on one side of the thickness direction of the partition 33, and at least part of the third valve core 26 is located on the other side of the thickness direction of the partition 33. As shown in Figures 15 and 16, the main body of the second valve core 25 is located on one side of the thickness direction of the partition 33, the protruding shaft portion of the second valve core 25 passes through the partition 33 and is located on the other side of the thickness direction of the partition 33 and is transmission-connected to the third valve core 26, and the protruding shaft portion of the second valve core 25 is sealed with the partition 33.

[0079] Optionally, the radial dimension of the second valve core 25 is smaller than the radial dimension of the third valve core 26. This arrangement facilitates assembly of the second and third valve cores 25, 26, and reduces the driving torque of the drive assembly. Specifically, the second valve core 25 can be first installed into the accommodating cavity of the first housing portion 16, followed by the installation and welding of the partition plate 33 to the first housing portion 16. The partition plate 33 is now sealed against the second valve core 25, and finally, the third valve core 26 is installed into the accommodating cavity of the first housing portion 16 and is in driving connection with the second valve core 25.

[0080] In order to limit the rotational position of the valve core assembly 20, in some embodiments, the second valve core 25 or the third valve core 26 has a limit block, and the partition 33 has a matching portion. Optionally, when the valve core assembly 20 rotates to the stroke limit position, the limit block and the matching portion can abut.

[0081] Furthermore, in conjunction with Figures 14 and 18 , the control valve assembly 1 provided in the embodiment of the present application can also be used as a separate valve structure. In this case, the structures and connection relationships of the first housing portion 16, the second housing portion 34, and the third housing portion 35 are the same or similar. For example, at least a portion of the third housing portion 35 is located within the first housing portion 16, and the second housing portion 34 can be welded and sealed. The first housing portion 16, the second housing portion 34, and the third housing portion 35 can jointly define a drive chamber 104, and the drive assembly 31 is located in the drive chamber 104. Alternatively, when applied to the fluid control device 2 shown in Figure 16, when the fluid component 40 in the fluid control device 2 includes a pump assembly 42, the stator assembly 422 and the isolation cover of the pump assembly 42 can be integrally injection molded into the third housing portion 35, and the rotor assembly 423 is located inside the third housing portion 35. When the stator assembly 422 is energized, it can drive the rotor assembly 423 to rotate. The drive shaft 32 of the control valve assembly 1 can be reused as the pump shaft of the pump assembly 42. Other similar structures are not described in detail.

[0082] In some embodiments, when the control valve assembly 1 further includes a transmission shaft 32, the transmission shaft 32 passes through the first port P1 and is in transmission connection with at least one of the second valve core 25 and the third valve core 26. To limit the rotational position of the valve core assembly 20, as shown in FIG30 , the partition plate 33 includes a limiting portion 331. A mating portion 27 is included on the side of the second valve core 25 facing the third valve core 26 or on the side of the third valve core 26 facing the second valve core 25. At the rotational limit position of the valve core assembly 20, the limiting portion 331 abuts the mating portion 27 to limit the rotational limit position of the valve core assembly 20.

[0083] In a specific embodiment, the partition 33 includes a limiting portion 331, a blocking portion 332, a supporting portion 333, and a through-hole portion 334. The blocking portion 332 is welded to the first housing portion 16. The limiting portion 331 protrudes from the blocking portion 332 along one side of the thickness direction of the blocking portion 332, and the supporting portion 333 protrudes from the blocking portion 332 along the other side of the thickness direction of the blocking portion 332. The supporting portion 333 can support the sealing assembly. The through-hole portion 334 includes a through hole and a surface defining the through hole, and is located in the blocking portion 332. As shown in Figures 14 to 23, the second valve core 25 passes through the through-hole portion 334, and the mating portion 27 is located in the third valve core 26. When the second valve core 25 drives the third valve core 26 to rotate, when the mating portion 27 abuts the limiting portion 331, the second valve core 25 stops rotating in the original direction.

[0084] In order to improve the cross-flow between the fluids conducted by the second valve core 25 and the third valve core 26, the control valve assembly 1 also includes a partition 33, the outer peripheral side of the partition 33 is sealed with the valve housing assembly 10, and the inner peripheral side of the partition 33 is sealed with the valve core assembly 20, the third conduction port 252 and the fourth conduction port 262 are respectively arranged on both sides of the thickness direction of the partition 33, at least part of the second valve core 25 is located on one side of the thickness direction of the partition 33, and at least part of the third valve core 26 is located on the other side of the thickness direction of the partition 33. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the main body of the second valve core 25 is located on one side of the thickness direction of the partition 33, the protruding shaft portion of the second valve core 25 passes through the partition 33 and is located on the other side of the thickness direction of the partition 33 and is transmission-connected to the third valve core 26, and the protruding shaft portion of the second valve core 25 is sealed with the partition 33.

[0085] In order to limit the rotational position of the valve core assembly 20, in some embodiments, the second valve core 25 or the third valve core 26 has a limit block, and the partition 33 has a matching portion. Optionally, when the valve core assembly 20 rotates to the stroke limit position, the limit block and the matching portion can abut.

[0086] In a specific embodiment, the valve chamber 101 includes a first sub-chamber and a second sub-chamber. At least a portion of the first sub-chamber and at least a portion of the second sub-chamber are arranged axially along the valve core assembly 20. The valve housing assembly 10 includes a first housing portion 16 and a partition 33. The partition 33 is sealed within the first housing portion 16. The first housing portion 16 defines a portion of the wall of the first sub-chamber and the second sub-chamber. One side of the partition 33 in the thickness direction defines a portion of the wall of the first sub-chamber, while the other side of the partition 33 in the thickness direction defines a portion of the wall of the second sub-chamber. At least one of the second valve core 25 and the third valve core 26 passes through the partition 33 and is sealed therewith. This arrangement improves the sealing performance of the control valve assembly 1.

[0087] To achieve the operating mode of the control valve assembly 1, as shown in Figures 19 to 21, the selection port 102 includes a sixth port P6, a seventh port P7, an eighth port P8, a ninth port P9, a tenth port P10, and an eleventh port P11.
