[0001] Cross-references to related publications
[0002] This disclosure claims priority to a Chinese patent invention with application number 2023108042054 filed with the Patent Office of China on June 30, 2023, entitled “A Discharging Device and Glass Production Equipment,” the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of glass production and manufacturing, and in particular to a discharging device and glass production equipment. Background Art
[0004] The glass forming process mainly includes the discharging step and the forming step. The discharging device supplies high-temperature molten glass to the forming equipment, and the forming equipment forms it into glass sheets of the required specifications. One of the mainstream methods of known glass discharging is that the discharging device receives the molten glass conveyed by the front platinum channel pipe and conveys it to the forming equipment through a tubular drainage or overflow pull-down device. For glass raw materials with short material properties and easy crystallization, the uneven temperature during the process of conveying the molten glass from the discharging device to the forming equipment often causes large thickness differences, streaks and other defects after the glass is formed, seriously affecting the quality and output of glass products. This is especially true in the production of ultra-thin (0.33mm-1.5mm) electronic glass. Due to the small thickness of the glass, the heat accumulation is small and the heat dissipation is fast, which makes it more prone to defects during the forming process.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] The applicant has discovered that the cause of uneven temperature in the glass melt during its transport from the discharge device to the molding equipment is uneven flow rate and flow rate of the glass melt. Eliminating these uneven flow rates and flow rates during this process can effectively ensure that the glass melt enters the molding equipment at a relatively uniform temperature, thereby ensuring the quality of the molded glass products.

[0050] The following describes some embodiments of the present disclosure in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the absence of conflict, the features of the following embodiments can be combined with each other.
[0051] The present disclosure provides a glass production apparatus (not shown) for producing glass-ceramics. The apparatus can achieve uniform discharge of molten glass, improve the uniformity of discharge flow rate, discharge flow rate, and discharge temperature, avoid quality defects in glass products, and ensure the production quality of glass products.
[0052] It should be noted that the glass production equipment includes a feed pipe (not shown), a discharge device 100, and a molding device (not shown). The feed pipe, discharge device 100, and molding device are arranged in sequence according to the flow direction of the molten glass. The feed pipe is configured to feed the molten glass into the discharge device 100. The discharge device 100 is configured to receive the molten glass and evenly transport it to the molding device. The molding device is configured to mold the molten glass to obtain a glass product.
[0053] Referring to Figures 1 and 2 , the discharge device 100 includes a discharge pipe 110, a flow blocker 120, a liquid flow bin 130, and a diversion mechanism 140. Liquid flow bin 130 has a material receiving port 131 and a material discharge port 132 at opposite ends. The discharge pipe 110 is connected to the material receiving port 131, and the molten glass discharged from the discharge pipe 110 can flow into the liquid flow bin 130 through the material receiving port 131. Within the discharge pipe 110, due to heat dissipation and flow obstruction caused by the pipe wall, the flow velocity in the middle of the molten glass is higher than that at the edges. The baffle 120 is mounted within the discharge pipe 110. The baffle 120 is configured to reduce the flow rate of the molten glass in the middle portion of the discharge pipe 110 while ensuring the required flow rate of the molten glass. This reduces the impact force of the molten glass, preventing excessive impact force from causing erosion and damage to the flow bin 130. Furthermore, the baffle 120 improves the uniformity of the discharge flow rate, preventing the flow rate in the middle portion of the molten glass from being higher than that at the edges, which would create a flow rate difference and lead to a temperature difference that could affect the quality of the glass forming. Referring to FIG3 , a diverter mechanism 140 is mounted within the flow bin 130. The diverter mechanism 140 is horizontally provided with multiple liquid inlets (not shown). Each of the multiple liquid inlets is connected to a discharge port 132. The discharge port 132 is located above the molding apparatus and corresponds to the position of the molding apparatus. The liquid inlets are configured to allow the molten glass to flow through the discharge port 132 to the molding apparatus under the action of gravity. Specifically, one end of the diversion mechanism 140 is arranged in the material receiving port 131 to divert the glass melt output from the discharge pipe 110 and make it flow out to the discharge port 132 through multiple liquid inlets respectively. The multiple liquid inlets work together to ensure uniform discharge of the glass melt. Specifically, the areas of the multiple liquid flow inlets first decrease and then increase in the horizontal direction. The closer the liquid flow inlet is to the material receiving port 131 in the horizontal direction, the smaller the area. In this way, since the glass melt flowing in from the material receiving port 131 first flows through the middle liquid flow inlet, the glass melt flowing through the middle liquid flow inlet has the highest temperature and the lowest viscosity, while the glass melt flowing through the liquid flow inlets on both sides has a gradually lower temperature and a gradually higher viscosity. Therefore, in the present disclosure, by changing the areas of the liquid flow inlets at different positions (the closer the liquid flow inlet is to the material receiving port 131 in the horizontal direction, the smaller the area), the flow rate of the glass melt flowing into the multiple liquid flow inlets is ensured to be uniform, so that the flow rate of the glass melt at each position of the discharge port 132 is consistent, thereby improving the uniformity of the glass melt discharge flow rate.
[0054] 4 and 5 , the flow blocker 120 includes a connecting rod 121 and a flow blocker 122. The connecting rod 121 passes through the flow blocker 122 and is fixedly connected to the flow blocker 122. The connecting rod 121 is connected to the inner wall of the discharge pipe 110. The flow blocker 122 is in the shape of a teardrop and is configured to reduce the flow rate of the molten glass in the discharge pipe 110 while ensuring that the flow rate of the molten glass is not significantly reduced, thereby preventing a reduction in the flow rate of the molten glass. Specifically, the teardrop-shaped baffle 122 has a rounded head as the upstream surface and a tail as the downstream surface. When hot, viscous glass melt passes through the rounded head, it is retained there. The rounded head is configured to increase resistance, thereby reducing the flow rate of the glass melt. Simultaneously, after impacting the rounded head, the glass melt forms a vortex of turbulent flow, which then tends to be drawn inward as it passes through the tail. This inward absorption process forms an eddy current. The alternating turbulent and eddy currents homogenize the glass melt, thereby improving the compositional uniformity of the glass melt. In other embodiments, the baffle 122 may also be in the shape of a pyramid, prism, cube, cylinder, or other geometric shapes.
[0055] In one embodiment, there are two connecting rods 121 and five flow-blocking members 122. The two connecting rods 121 are arranged vertically and connected to each other, with their midpoints intersecting. Both ends of each connecting rod 121 are connected to the inner wall of the discharge pipe 110. The first flow-blocking member 122 is arranged at the intersection of the two connecting rods 121, and the two connecting rods 121 pass through the first flow-blocking member 122 at the same time. The second flow-blocking member 122 and the third flow-blocking member 122 are both arranged on the first connecting rod 121 and are arranged on both sides of the first flow-blocking member 122. The fourth flow-blocking member 122 and the fifth flow-blocking member 122 are both arranged on the second connecting rod 121 and are arranged on both sides of the first flow-blocking member 122. The five flow-blocking members 122 are distributed in a cross shape to enhance the flow-blocking and uniform velocity effect.
[0056] In one embodiment, the connecting rod 121 and the baffle 122 are both made of one or more metals selected from platinum, rhodium, iridium, and the like.
[0057] Continuing with FIG4 , in one embodiment, one end of the diverter mechanism 140 abuts against the inner wall of the material receiving port 131 and evenly divides the material receiving port 131. The diverter mechanism 140 is configured to evenly divide the material receiving port 131 into a plurality of flow channels 139 of equal cross-sectional area. The molten glass flowing from the discharge pipe 110 to the material receiving port 131 can be divided into multiple portions by the diverter mechanism 140, with each portion of the molten glass flowing into the liquid flow chamber 130 from a single flow channel 139, thereby achieving a diversion function for the molten glass. It should be noted that one end of the diverter mechanism preferably evenly divides the material receiving port 131 to ensure that the molten glass flows relatively evenly from the material receiving port 131 to the liquid flow inlets on both sides. In other embodiments, the material receiving port 131 may also be unequally divided, and the diameters of the liquid inlets on both sides may be adjusted accordingly. That is, after the material receiving port 131 is divided, the diameter of the liquid inlet corresponding to the side with a larger diameter is adjusted smaller, and after the material receiving port 131 is divided, the diameter of the liquid inlet corresponding to the side with a smaller diameter is adjusted larger, so as to achieve a relatively uniform flow rate of the glass melt entering the liquid inlets on both sides.
[0058] In one embodiment, the flow dividing mechanism 140 divides the material receiving opening 131 into two flow channels 139 , and the two flow channels 139 have the same cross-sectional area. The molten glass flowing out of the discharge pipe 110 can flow into the two flow channels 139 simultaneously, and the flow rate of the molten glass in the two flow channels 139 is the same. However, this is not limited to this. In other embodiments, the flow dividing mechanism 140 divides the material receiving opening 131 into three or four flow channels, and the number of flow channels 139 obtained by the flow dividing mechanism 140 dividing the material receiving opening 131 into four is not specifically limited.
[0059] In one embodiment, the diversion mechanism 140 includes a diverter plate 142, a flow plate 143, and a plurality of seepage plates 147. The diverter plate 142 is disposed in the material receiving port 131 to separate the material receiving port 131. In one embodiment, the diverter plate 142 divides the material receiving port 131 equally to obtain two flow channels 139 with the same cross-sectional area. The flow plate 143 is fixed in the flow bin 130 and is disposed opposite to the material receiving port. The flow plate 143 can be in contact with the diverter plate 142, or can be disposed at intervals, or can be contact-connected, so as to achieve effective separation of the glass melt on both sides of the diverter plate 142. The horizontal heights of both ends of the flow plate 143 are lower than the horizontal heights of the corresponding portions of the flow plate 143 to the material receiving port 131, that is, the flow plate 143 is arched as a whole, and the flow plate 143 can be an integrally formed structure. The flow plate 143 is provided with multiple groups of flow holes 144 spaced apart along its length, with each group of flow holes 144 comprising at least one flow hole, and each group of flow holes 144 forming a flow inlet. The molten glass flowing out of the material receiving port 131 can flow along the inclined flow plate 143 to both sides of the material receiving port 131, and then enter the flow inlet through the flow holes 144. In another embodiment, two flow plates 143 can be provided, with the two flow plates 143 being arranged opposite to each other on both sides of the diverter plate 142 and both connected to the diverter plate 142. The diverter plate 142 is configured to divert the molten glass, and the diverted molten glass flows to the two flow plates 143 respectively. One end of the multiple seepage plates 147 is respectively connected to the two flow plates 143, and the multiple seepage plates 147 are arranged parallel and spaced apart along the length of the discharge port 132. A plurality of seepage plates 147 are perpendicular to the end surface of the discharge port 132. The flow plate 143 and two adjacent seepage plates 147 together form a flow channel 141. The flow plate 143 is arranged obliquely above the discharge port 132. Under the action of gravity, the molten glass flowing out of the flow channel 139 flows obliquely downward along the flow plate 143 and flows into the flow channel 141 through the flow holes 144, and finally flows out of the discharge port 132. Specifically, multiple groups of flow holes 144 are arranged at intervals along the length of the flow plate 143. The number of flow holes 144 in each group is at least one. Each group of flow holes 144 forms a flow inlet. Each flow inlet is connected to a flow channel 141. The flow holes 144 in the flow inlet are configured to allow the molten glass on the flow plate 143 to flow into the flow channel 141, thereby allowing the molten glass to flow out of the discharge port 132.
[0060] In one embodiment, multiple flow channels 141 are arranged horizontally, each having equal length in the horizontal direction. The flow channels 141 extend vertically and communicate with a discharge port 132. The discharge port 132 is located above the molding device and corresponds to the location of the molding device. The flow channels 141 are configured to allow the molten glass to flow through the discharge port 132 and into the molding device under the action of gravity. Specifically, because the flow rate of the molten glass flowing from the multiple groups of flow holes 144 into the multiple flow channels 141 is relatively uniform, and the multiple flow channels 141 have equal length in the horizontal direction, the multiple flow channels 141 can evenly distribute the molten glass within the silo 130, thereby ensuring a uniform flow rate of the molten glass at the edges and center of the discharge port 132, thereby improving the uniformity of the discharge flow rate. This ensures that the temperature of the molten glass at each location of the discharge port 132 is consistent before it flows into the molding device, thereby preventing quality defects in the glass products and ensuring the production quality of the glass products.
[0061] Specifically, when the glass melt flows through the diversion mechanism 140, the diversion plate 142 first separates the material receiving port 131. In order to ensure that the glass melt is evenly separated, the diversion plate 142 can be optionally set to evenly divide the material receiving port 131 to divert the glass melt so that it is divided into two halves with relatively uniform flow rates. Among them, half of the glass melt flows through a flow channel 139 to a flow plate 143, and the other half of the glass melt flows through another flow channel 139 to another flow plate 143; then the glass melt flows downward along the flow plate 143 under the action of gravity. When the glass melt flows through the first group of flow holes 144, a part of the glass melt will pass through the first group of flow holes 144 to flow to the first flow channel 141, and the other part of the glass melt will continue to flow downward along the flow plate 143 and flow through the second group of flow holes 144. And so on, when the glass melt flows through the last group of flow holes 144, a part of the glass melt will pass through the last group of flow holes 144 to flow to the last group of flow channels 141, and the other part of the glass melt will flow directly to the discharge port 132 along the flow plate 143. In this way, the flow plate 143 diverts the glass melt relatively evenly to multiple flow channels 141 through multiple groups of flow holes 144, so that the glass melt flows out of the discharge port 132 from multiple flow channels 141 at the same time. In this way, the flow rate of the glass melt is consistent at the edges and the middle of the discharge port 132, which improves the uniformity of the glass melt discharge flow rate. In addition, the consistent flow rate can make the temperature of the glass melt at the edges and the middle of the discharge port 132 consistent, thereby ensuring the production quality of the glass.
[0062] It should be noted that the diameters of the multiple groups of flow holes 144 gradually increase in a direction away from the manifold 142. That is, the diameter of the first group of flow holes 144 is smaller than the diameter of the second group of flow holes 144, which is smaller than the diameter of the third group of flow holes 144. Similarly, the first group of flow holes 144 has the smallest diameter, and the last group of flow holes 144 has the largest diameter. Specifically, because the molten glass flowing from the material receiving port 131 first flows through the first group of flow holes 144, then through the second group of flow holes 144, the third group of flow holes 144, and so on, the molten glass flowing through the first group of flow holes 144 has the highest temperature and the lowest viscosity; the molten glass flowing through the second group of flow holes 144 has a lower temperature and a higher viscosity; the molten glass flowing through the third group of flow holes 144 has an even lower temperature and a higher viscosity; and so on. If the diameters of the multiple groups of flow holes 144 are equal, the flow rate of molten glass flowing into the first flow channel 141 through the first group of flow holes 144 will be greater than the flow rate of molten glass flowing into the second flow channel 141 through the second group of flow holes 144, the flow rate of molten glass flowing into the second flow channel 141 through the second group of flow holes 144 will be greater than the flow rate of molten glass flowing into the third flow channel 141 through the third group of flow holes 144, and so on. Therefore, by making the diameter of the first group of flow holes 144 smaller than the diameter of the second group of flow holes 144, and the diameter of the second group of flow holes 144 smaller than the diameter of the third group of flow holes 144, and so on, the flow rate of molten glass flowing into the multiple flow channels 141 is ensured to be uniform, thereby ensuring that the flow rate of molten glass at each position of the discharge port 132 is consistent, thereby improving the uniformity of the discharge flow rate of molten glass.
[0063] In one embodiment, each group of flow holes 144 includes three flow holes 144 arranged in a triangle, with one side of the triangle formed by the three flow holes 144 positioned adjacent to and parallel to the manifold 142. Specifically, the three flow holes 144 in each group have equal diameters to improve uniformity of the flow of molten glass from a group of flow holes 144 to a single flow channel 141 and facilitate production and manufacturing.
[0064] Optionally, since the glass melt flows radially into the flow holes 144 and obliquely along the length of the flow plate 143 during its downward flow along the flow plate 143, when production anomalies result in less glass melt flowing into the flow tank 130, the glass melt temperature decreases and the viscosity increases. At this time, the glass melt mainly flows obliquely along the length of the flow plate 143, resulting in a decrease in the flow of glass melt flowing through the flow holes 144 into the flow channel 141, causing a significant drop in the glass melt temperature and resulting in crystallization defects during subsequent molding. Therefore, the three flow holes 144 in each group are arranged in a triangular shape, and two flow holes 144 are arranged side by side in the direction close to the diverter plate 143 to reduce the flow of glass melt flowing obliquely along the length of the flow plate 143 and increase the flow of glass melt flowing radially into the flow holes 144, thereby balancing the flow of glass melt.
[0065] Continuing with Figure 3 , in this embodiment, the flow holes 144 are arranged in three groups, dividing the flow plate 143 into three sections along its length. The three sections 143 are of equal length. The first, second, and third sections 143 are sequentially connected and integrally formed. The first section 143 is connected to the diverter plate 142. The first group of flow holes 144 is located in the center of the first section 143. Specifically, the centers of the three flow holes 144 in the first group are connected on the first section 143 to form a triangle, with the center of the triangle coinciding with the center of the first section 143. The second group of flow holes 144 is located in the center of the second section 143. Specifically, the centers of the three flow holes 144 in the second group are connected on the second section 143 to form a triangle, with the center of the triangle coinciding with the center of the second section 143. The third group of flow holes 144 is located in the middle of the third section of the flow plate 143. Specifically, the centers of the three flow holes 144 in the third group are connected to form a triangle on the third section of the flow plate 143, with the center of the triangle coinciding with the center of the third section of the flow plate 143. This arrangement ensures that the flow holes 144 on each section are relatively evenly distributed, helping the glass melt flow into the flow holes 144 as much and evenly as possible as it flows through the flow plate 143.
[0066] In one embodiment, there are six liquid flow channels 141, and two liquid flow plates 143 are provided with a total of six groups of liquid flow holes 144, each group of liquid flow holes 144 communicating with one liquid flow channel 141. However, this is not limiting. In other embodiments, the number of groups of liquid flow holes 144 may be four or five, and the number of segments of the liquid flow plate 143 may be four or five. There is no specific limitation on the number of groups of liquid flow holes 144 or the number of segments of the liquid flow plate 143.
[0067] It is noteworthy that the flow plate 143 is spaced from the inner wall of the flow bin 130 along its width (short side), forming a flow gap 145. This gap 145 is configured to allow the glass melt to flow through. When the glass melt flows out of the flow channel 139 formed by the material receiving port 131, if the flow rate of the glass melt is too high, the glass melt will not be able to flow completely downward along the inclined direction of the flow plate 143. In this case, some of the glass melt will flow through the flow gap 145 into the flow channel 141, preventing the glass melt from accumulating and being unable to be discharged in a timely manner.
[0068] Optionally, a support rib 146 is provided in the liquid flow gap 145, one end of the support rib 146 is connected to the liquid flow plate 143, and the other end is connected to the inner wall of the liquid flow bin 130. The support rib 146 is configured to fix the relative position of the liquid flow plate 143 and the liquid flow bin 130, prevent the liquid flow plate 143 from being displaced relative to the liquid flow bin 130, improve the stability of the liquid flow plate 143, and ensure the effect of the liquid flow plate 143 on uniform control of the glass melt flow.
[0069] In one embodiment, two flow gaps 145 are disposed on opposite sides of the flow plate 143. Each flow gap 145 is provided with a support rib 146. Molten glass can simultaneously flow through the two flow gaps 145 on either side of the flow plate 143 to the flow channel 141. Specifically, the flow gaps 145 are greater than or equal to 3 mm to ensure sufficient space on both sides of the flow plate 143 for the molten glass to drain, thereby improving the timeliness of the drainage.
[0070] In one embodiment, there are five seepage plates 147, which divide the triangular cavity into six fluid channels 141. The six fluid channels 141 correspond one-to-one to six segments of fluid plates 143 (two fluid plates 143, each segmented into three segments). For ease of understanding, the area containing the fluid channels 141 corresponding to the first segment of fluid plates 143 is designated as Area A, the area containing the fluid channels 141 corresponding to the second segment of fluid plates 143 is designated as Area B, and the area containing the fluid channels 141 corresponding to the third segment of fluid plates 143 is designated as Area C. The number of Areas A, B, and C is two each.
[0071] Optionally, the seepage plate 147 is provided with a seepage hole 148, and two adjacent liquid channels 141 are connected through the seepage hole 148, so that the pressure of each liquid channel 141 remains consistent, thereby improving the pressure uniformity of the glass melt in multiple liquid channels 141 and avoiding the pressure difference between multiple liquid channels 141 resulting in inconsistent glass melt flow rate.
[0072] It is noteworthy that the diverter plate 142, the liquid flow plate 143, and the seepage plate 147 are all made of one or more metals such as platinum, rhodium, and iridium. The height of the diverter plate 142 is greater than 1 mm, the thickness of the liquid flow plate 143 is greater than or equal to 1 mm, and the thickness of the seepage plate 147 is greater than or equal to 0.6 mm. Specifically, the front of the liquid flow bin 130 is triangular in shape, with the two hypotenuses of the liquid flow bin 130 corresponding one-to-one with the two liquid flow plates 143. The bottom edge of the liquid flow bin 130 is provided with a discharge port 132. The liquid flow plates 143 are arranged parallel to the hypotenuse of the liquid flow bin 130 and spaced apart, with a spacing of less than or equal to 20 mm.
[0073] In one embodiment, referring to both FIG6 and FIG7 , in order to further control the uniformity of the temperature of the molten glass entering the molding device, especially in the case where the flow rate of the molten glass is too large, part of the molten glass will flow into the flow channel 141 through the flow gap 145, causing a flow rate change, the discharge device 100 further includes a heating mechanism 150, a temperature sensor 160, and a controller 170. The heating mechanism 150 is configured to heat the flow bin 130, thereby heating the molten glass in the flow bin 130, so that the molten glass in the flow bin 130 is maintained at a certain temperature. The temperature sensor 160 is installed in the flow bin 130 and is electrically connected to the controller 170. The temperature sensor 160 is configured to detect the real-time temperature of the molten glass and send the real-time temperature to the controller 170. The controller 170 is connected to the heating mechanism 150. The controller 170 is configured to adjust the heating power of the heating mechanism 150 according to the real-time temperature to achieve different degrees of temperature compensation for the glass melt, ensure that the glass melt in the liquid flow bin 130 is maintained at a certain temperature, and finally make the temperature of the glass melt in the discharge port 132 consistent, thereby improving the molding quality of the glass products.
[0074] The liquid flow bin 130 includes an outer shell 133, an insulation layer 134, a heating layer 135, and a bin body 136. The outer shell 133 is disposed outside the insulation layer 134 and is located at the outermost layer. The insulation layer 134 is disposed outside the heating layer 135, and the heating layer 135 is disposed outside the bin body 136. The diversion mechanism 140 is disposed within the bin body 136, and the bin body 136 is configured to accommodate the molten glass. The outer shell 133 is configured to protect the entire liquid flow bin 130. The insulation layer 134 is configured to provide thermal insulation and insulation, reducing heat loss and preventing burns or electric shock to workers. The heating layer 135 is configured to connect to the heating mechanism 150 to heat the bin body 136, thereby heating the molten glass. Heating layer 135 is provided with an interlayer cavity 1351, which is configured to store a heating medium. A heating mechanism 150 is connected to heating layer 135 and is configured to heat heating layer 135 with the heating medium, thereby heating chamber 136 within heating layer 135, and further heating the molten glass within chamber 136, thereby increasing the temperature of the molten glass. Specifically, a temperature sensor 160 is mounted outside chamber 136 and is disposed in contact with the outer surface of chamber 136. Temperature sensor 160 is configured to contact the molten glass through chamber 136 to improve the accuracy of temperature detection.
[0075] Referring also to FIG8 , in this embodiment, the interlayer cavity 1351 is provided with six partitions, each of which is equipped with a temperature sensor 160. The heating temperature of each partition is independently controlled and adjustable. Each partition corresponds to a region where a liquid flow channel 141 is located. The heating mechanism 150 can heat different liquid flow channels 141 to varying degrees through different partitions within the interlayer cavity 1351. The heating temperature of each partition is adjusted according to actual conditions to ensure the temperature uniformity of the molten glass discharged from the discharge port 132.
[0076] In one embodiment, the heating mechanism 150 is a heating blower, and the heating medium is air. The heating layer 135 is provided with an air inlet 137 and an exhaust port 138, both of which are in communication with the interlayer cavity 1351. The heating mechanism 150 is connected to the air inlet 137 and can input hot air into the air inlet 137 so that it flows within the interlayer cavity 1351 and dissipates heat, thereby heating the glass melt. The air after heat dissipation is discharged through the exhaust port 138 to prevent excessive pressure in the interlayer cavity 1351. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. In other embodiments, the heating mechanism 150 can also be an electric heating wire, and the type of the heating mechanism 150 is not specifically limited.
[0077] Optionally, the width of the liquid flow bin 130 gradually decreases in the direction from the material receiving port 131 to the discharge port 132, that is, the volume of the entire liquid flow bin 130 gradually narrows in the direction from the material receiving port 131 to the discharge port 132. The step-by-step narrowing structure is conducive to the complete filling of the glass melt in areas B and C, ensuring that there is no area where the glass melt does not flow (liquid flow dead zone) in the liquid flow bin 130, thereby avoiding crystallization.
[0078] 9 and 10 , the discharge pipe 110 includes a first pipe 111 and a second pipe 112. A first flange 113 is provided at one end of the first pipe 111, and a second flange 114 is provided at one end of the second pipe 112. The first flange 113 is connected to the second flange 114 by bolts, and the second pipe 112 is connected to the material receiving port 131, so as to achieve a detachable connection between the first pipe 111 and the second pipe 112. In this way, when the discharge device 100 is damaged and needs to be replaced, the first flange 113 and the second flange 114 can be quickly disassembled to separate the first pipe 111 and the second pipe 112, thereby avoiding affecting the normal flow of the glass melt in the second pipe 112. In particular, the glass melt has a high viscosity at low temperatures. If the glass melt cannot be separated in time in an emergency, the glass melt in the second pipe 112 cannot be discharged normally, thereby causing production stagnation.
[0079] Specifically, the inner diameters of the first pipe 111 and the second pipe 112 are equal, and the glass melt in the first pipe 111 can flow smoothly into the second pipe 112, effectively preventing the generation of liquid flow dead zones, avoiding temperature differences, and effectively suppressing the introduction of air bubbles and impurities, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the composition of the glass melt.
[0080] In this embodiment, a sealing cylinder 115 is provided on the second flange 114 extending in a direction close to the first flange 113, and a sealing ring 116 is provided on the periphery of the first pipe 111. The inner side of the sealing ring 116 is fitted with the first pipe 111, and the outer side of the sealing ring 116 is fitted with the sealing cylinder 115. The sealing ring 116 is configured to achieve sealing and heat preservation functions to prevent the glass melt from generating a temperature difference during the process of flowing from the first pipe 111 to the second pipe 112.
[0081] Specifically, the sealing ring 116 is spliced together by two semicircular rings. The sealing ring 116 is made of brick materials with relatively low expansion, such as sillimanite, corundum, mullite, zero-expansion silica bricks, and ramming materials. The outer diameter of the sealing ring 116 at low temperature is smaller than the inner diameter of the sealing tube 115, and the outer diameter of the sealing ring 116 at high temperature is slightly smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the sealing tube 115 to prevent the sealing ring 116 from excessively expanding at high temperature and causing deformation of the first pipe 111 or the second pipe 112.

Therefore, the discharging device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure can achieve uniform discharging of molten glass, improve the uniformity of the discharging flow rate and the discharging flow rate, ensure the temperature uniformity of the molten glass when entering the forming device, avoid quality defects in the formed glass products, and ensure the production quality of the glass products.
