Description

Elevator hoist and elevator equipment

[0001] The present disclosure relates to an elevator hoist and an elevator device.

[0002] In a conventional elevator hoist, a cylindrical fixed main shaft, a disk portion, and a stator mounting portion are formed on a fixed frame. The stator mounting portion is located radially outward from the fixed main shaft. The disk portion is provided between the fixed main shaft and the stator mounting portion. The disk portion also protrudes radially outward from the fixed main shaft.

[0003] The disk portion is partially provided with a pair of inclined portions, each inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axis of the fixed main shaft, and a fan is attached to each inclined portion (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0004] WO 2004 / 108579

[0005] In conventional elevator hoists like those described above, a large load acts on the fixed main shaft during operation of the elevator system, which in turn acts on the disk connected to the fixed main shaft. This requires the disk to be thicker, which increases the weight of the fixed frame.

[0006] The present disclosure has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has an object to provide an elevator hoisting machine and an elevator apparatus that can further reduce the weight of the housing.

[0007] The elevator hoist according to the present disclosure includes a housing, a drive sheave, a rotating body rotatable relative to the housing, and a hoist motor having a motor stator attached to the housing and a motor rotor attached to the rotating body, wherein the housing is formed with a main shaft portion, a connection portion connected to the main shaft portion, a flat bottom plate portion connected to the connection portion, and a cylindrical stator attachment portion connected to the bottom plate portion, wherein the rotating body is attached to the main shaft portion so as to be rotatable around the axis of the main shaft portion, the connection portion is cylindrical, and the diameter of the connection portion gradually increases from the main shaft portion to the bottom plate portion, and the bottom plate portion has an opening, and the connection portion is connected to the edge of the opening.

[0008] According to the present disclosure, the housing of the elevator hoisting machine can be made lighter.

[0009] Fig. 2 is a schematic configuration diagram showing an elevator apparatus according to embodiment 1. Fig. 3 is a rear view showing the elevator hoisting machine of Fig. 1. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of Fig. 2. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV of Fig. 2. Fig. 3 is a front perspective view showing the housing of Fig. 2. Fig. 3 is a rear perspective view showing the housing of Fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a rear perspective view showing the housing of an elevator hoisting machine according to embodiment 2. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of an elevator hoisting machine according to embodiment 3.

[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. Embodiment 1. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram showing an elevator system according to embodiment 1. In the figure, a machine base 2 is installed at the top of a hoistway 1. An elevator hoisting machine 3 is installed on the machine base 2.

[0011] A suspension body 4 is wound around the elevator hoist 3. The suspension body 4 is made up of a plurality of ropes.

[0012] A first cleat 5 and a second cleat 6 are provided at the top of the hoistway 1. The suspension body 4 has a first end 4a and a second end 4b. The first end 4a is connected to the first cleat 5. The second end 4b is connected to the second cleat 6.

[0013] The car 7 and counterweight 8 are suspended within the hoistway 1 by a suspension body 4. A first car sheave 9a and a second car sheave 9b are provided below the car 7. A counterweight sheave 10 is provided above the counterweight 8.

[0014] The suspension body 4 is wound around, in order from the first cleat 5 side, the first car sheave 9a, the second car sheave 9b, the elevator hoist 3, and the counterweight sheave 10. In other words, the roping system of the elevator apparatus of Embodiment 1 is a 2:1 roping system.

[0015] Figure 2 is a rear view showing the elevator hoisting machine 3 of Figure 1. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III in Figure 2. Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV in Figure 2. Figure 5 is a front perspective view showing the housing of Figure 2. Figure 6 is a rear perspective view showing the housing of Figure 2.

[0016] The elevator hoist 3 includes a housing 11, a rotating body 12, a bearing 13, and a hoist motor 14.

[0017] The housing 11 is fixed onto the machine base 2. The housing 11 is integrally formed with a cylindrical main shaft portion 11a, a tubular connecting portion 11b, a flat bottom plate portion 11c, a cylindrical stator mounting portion 11d, and legs 11e.

[0018] The connecting portion 11b is connected to the main shaft portion 11a. The bottom plate portion 11c is connected to the connecting portion 11b. The stator mounting portion 11d is connected to the bottom plate portion 11c.

[0019] The entire housing 11 is made of the same material, such as steel. The strength of the housing 11 can be increased by using alloy steel, cast iron, or the like as the steel.

[0020] When the elevator hoisting machine 3 is installed on the machine base 2, the axis C of the main shaft portion 11a is horizontal. Note that Fig. 3 shows a vertical cross section of the elevator hoisting machine 3 including the axis C. Also, Fig. 4 shows a horizontal cross section of the elevator hoisting machine 3 including the axis C.

[0021] A through hole 11f is provided in the center of the main shaft portion 11a along the axis C. The main shaft portion 11a has a first main shaft end 11g and a second main shaft end 11h. The first main shaft end 11g is one end of the main shaft portion 11a in the axial direction of the main shaft portion 11a. The second main shaft end 11h is the other end of the main shaft portion 11a in the axial direction of the main shaft portion 11a. The axial direction of the main shaft portion 11a is a direction along the axis C.

[0022] One end of connecting portion 11b in the axial direction of main shaft portion 11a is directly connected to second main shaft end 11h. A circular opening 11i is provided in bottom plate portion 11c. The other end of connecting portion 11b in the axial direction of main shaft portion 11a is directly connected to the edge of opening 11i. In this way, bottom plate portion 11c is connected to main shaft portion 11a via connecting portion 11b.

[0023] The diameter of the connecting portion 11b gradually increases from the main shaft portion 11a toward the bottom plate portion 11c. The outer shape of the connecting portion 11b in the first embodiment is a right circular cone with the apex removed. In addition, in a cross section including the axis C, the inclination angle of the outer peripheral surface of the connecting portion 11b with respect to the axis C is preferably in the range of 42 to 48 degrees, and 45 degrees is particularly preferable.

[0024] 3, in a vertical cross section of the housing 11 including the axis C, the thickness of the connecting portion 11b gradually increases toward the bottom plate portion 11c. In addition, the thickness of the connecting portion 11b in the vertical cross section of the housing 11 including the axis C is thicker than the thickness of the connecting portion 11b in the horizontal cross section of the housing 11 including the axis C.

[0025] 4, the thickness of the connecting portion 11b is the same as the thickness of the bottom plate portion 11c. However, in a horizontal cross section of the housing 11 including the axis C, the thickness of the connecting portion 11b may be thinner than the thickness of the bottom plate portion 11c.

[0026] The bottom plate portion 11c is parallel to a plane perpendicular to the axis C. The stator mounting portion 11d is connected to the connecting portion 11b via the bottom plate portion 11c. The leg portion 11e is formed at the lower end of the stator mounting portion 11d. The leg portion 11e is fixed to the machine base 2.

[0027] The rotating body 12 has a rotating member 15 and a drive sheave 16. The rotating member 15 is attached to the main shaft portion 11a via a bearing 13 so as to be rotatable about the axis C. In other words, the rotating body 12 is supported by the main shaft portion 11a and is rotatable relative to the housing 11.

[0028] The rotating member 15 is integrally formed with a cylindrical bearing holding portion 15a, a cylindrical sheave fixing portion 15b, a disc-shaped braked portion 15c, and a cylindrical rotor mounting portion 15d.

[0029] The bearing 13 is held inside the bearing holder 15a. The sheave fixing portion 15b protrudes parallel to the axis C from the bearing holder 15a on the side opposite to the bottom plate portion 11c and the connecting portion 11b.

[0030] The braked portion 15c protrudes radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the bearing holder 15a. The radial direction of the bearing holder 15a is perpendicular to the axis C. A brake shoe of a hoist brake (not shown) is pressed against the braked portion 15c. This keeps the rotating body 12 stationary.

[0031] The rotor mounting portion 15d protrudes parallel to the axis C from the braked portion 15c toward the bottom plate portion 11c.

[0032] The drive sheave 16 is fitted into and fixed to the sheave fixing portion 15b. This causes the drive sheave 16 to rotate together with the rotating member 15. The suspension body 4 is wound around the drive sheave 16. The car 7 and the counterweight 8 move up and down in the hoistway 1 by rotating the drive sheave 16.

[0033] The hoist motor 14 rotates the rotating body 12. The hoist motor 14 also has a motor stator 17 and a motor rotor 18.

[0034] The motor stator 17 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the stator attachment portion 11d. The motor stator 17 has a plurality of coils. Specific configuration of the motor stator 17 is omitted from Figures 3 and 4.

[0035] The motor rotor 18 is attached to the rotor attachment portion 15d and faces the motor stator 17. The motor rotor 18 has a plurality of magnets.

[0036] In such an elevator hoisting machine 3 and elevator device, the main shaft portion 11a, the connection portion 11b, the bottom plate portion 11c, and the stator mounting portion 11d are formed in the housing 11. Therefore, compared to a configuration in which the main shaft, which is a separate member from the housing, is attached to the housing, the number of parts is reduced, and the assembly man-hours can be reduced.

[0037] In addition, there is no load when fitting the main shaft into the housing, and stress does not concentrate on the fitting portion. Therefore, there is no need to make the housing 11 particularly thick, and the weight of the housing 11 can be reduced. As a result, the weight of the elevator hoisting machine 3 can be reduced.

[0038] Furthermore, connecting portion 11b is connected to the edge of opening 11i of bottom plate portion 11c. Bottom plate portion 11c is connected to main shaft portion 11a via connecting portion 11b. Connecting portion 11b is cylindrical, and the diameter of connecting portion 11b gradually increases from main shaft portion 11a toward bottom plate portion 11c.

[0039] This allows the bending load acting on the main shaft portion 11a to be efficiently and effectively distributed across the entire housing 11. This allows the housing 11 to be made thinner, and the housing 11 can be made even lighter.

[0040] Furthermore, the rigidity of the housing 11 can be increased, and deflection of each part of the housing 11 can be suppressed. This makes it possible to suppress deflection and deformation of the parts attached to the housing 11, namely, the motor stator 17, the bearings 13, and the rotating body 12. Therefore, losses in the elevator hoisting machine 3 can be reduced, and the performance of the elevator hoisting machine 3 can be improved.

[0041] Furthermore, since the outer shape of the connecting portion 11b is a right circular cone, the stress generated in the housing 11 can be more efficiently dispersed and reduced.

[0042] Furthermore, by setting the inclination angle of the outer peripheral surface of the connecting portion 11b with respect to the axis C within the range of 42 to 48 degrees, it is possible to more reliably reduce the stress generated in the housing 11 and further reduce the weight of the housing 11. In particular, by setting the inclination angle to 45 degrees, it is possible to most effectively reduce the stress generated in the housing 11.

[0043] Furthermore, by making the thickness of connecting portion 11b thinner than the thickness of bottom plate portion 11c in a horizontal cross section of housing 11 including axis C, it is possible to further reduce the weight of housing 11. Furthermore, it is possible to more efficiently and effectively maintain the section modulus, moment of inertia, etc. against the load acting on main shaft portion 11a, and the load acting on main shaft portion 11a can be efficiently supported by housing 11 as a whole.

[0044] In addition, in a vertical cross section of the housing 11 including the axis C, the thickness of the connecting portion 11b gradually increases toward the bottom plate portion 11c, thereby increasing the strength of the housing 11 and reducing its weight.

[0045] Embodiment 2. Next, Figure 7 is a rear perspective view showing the housing 11 of the elevator hoisting machine 3 according to Embodiment 2. In Embodiment 2, a pair of recesses 11j is provided in the bottom plate portion 11c. The pair of recesses 11j is provided on the outer surface of the bottom plate portion 11c, on an end surface of the bottom plate portion 11c in a direction parallel to the axis C. In addition, the pair of recesses 11j is provided in the bottom plate portion 11c on both the left and right sides of the connection portion 11b.

[0046] As a result, the thickness of the bottom plate portion 11c in a horizontal cross section of the housing 11 including the axis C is thinner than the thickness of the bottom plate portion 11c in a vertical cross section of the housing 11 including the axis C. In other words, the thickness of the bottom plate portion 11c is thinner on the left and right sides of the connecting portion 11b than above and below the connecting portion 11b.

[0047] Other configurations in the second embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment.

[0048] With this configuration, it is possible to obtain the same effects as in embodiment 1. Furthermore, since the thickness of the bottom plate portion 11c is thin on the left and right sides of the connecting portion 11b, the housing 11 can be made even lighter.

[0049] Furthermore, because the thickness of bottom plate portion 11c is increased above and below connecting portion 11b, the portions of bottom plate portion 11c above and below connecting portion 11b function as ribs. This makes it possible to more efficiently and effectively maintain the section modulus, area second moment, etc. against the load acting on main shaft portion 11a, and allows housing 11 as a whole to efficiently support the load acting on main shaft portion 11a.

[0050] Embodiment 3 Next, Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view of an elevator hoisting machine 3 according to Embodiment 3, showing a vertical cross section of the elevator hoisting machine 3 including the axis C. In Embodiment 3, the connection portion 11b is curved with a uniform curvature so as to be convex inward of the connection portion 11b.

[0051] Other configurations in the third embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment.

[0052] With this configuration, it is possible to obtain the same effects as in embodiment 1. Furthermore, the load acting on main shaft portion 11a can be more efficiently and effectively distributed throughout housing 11, making it possible to reduce the weight of housing 11 while maintaining sufficient strength.

[0053] The housing 11 in the third embodiment may be formed with a recess 11j similar to that in the second embodiment.

[0054] In addition, in the first to third embodiments, the suspension body 4 may be a plurality of belts.

[0055] The type of elevator system is not limited to that shown in Fig. 1, and may be, for example, a 1:1 roping system. The elevator hoisting machine 3 may be installed at a position other than the top of the hoistway 1.

[0056] The elevator system may also be an elevator system with a machine room, a double-deck elevator, a one-shaft multi-car elevator, etc. In a one-shaft multi-car system, an upper car and a lower car located directly below the upper car each independently ascend and descend in a common elevator shaft.

[0057] 3 elevator hoist, 11 housing, 11a main shaft portion, 11b connection portion, 11c bottom plate portion, 11d stator mounting portion, 11i opening, 12 rotating body, 14 hoist motor, 16 drive sheave, 17 motor stator, 18 motor rotor.
