Description

Refrigeration equipment

[0001] The present invention relates to a refrigeration device.

[0002] Conventionally, a refrigeration apparatus including a box body with a storage chamber, such as that disclosed in Patent Document 1, is known. Such a refrigeration apparatus includes a cooling device that cools the storage chamber. The cooling device has a compressor that compresses and discharges a refrigerant. Such a compressor is housed in a predetermined machine housing chamber in the refrigeration apparatus.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-190917

[0004] When the refrigeration system described above is in operation, damage to the piping through which the refrigerant flows may cause the refrigerant to leak into the machinery chamber. If such refrigerant evaporates in the machinery chamber, the concentration of the refrigerant in the machinery chamber may increase.

[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and aims to provide a refrigeration device that can reduce the concentration of refrigerant in a machine chamber in the event of a refrigerant leak inside the machine chamber.

[0006] One aspect of the refrigeration device according to the present invention comprises a housing having a storage chamber and a machine storage section; a cooling device that cools the storage chamber and has a compressor that circulates a refrigerant and a blower that cools the compressor; and a control unit that controls the operation of the compressor and the blower, wherein the compressor and the blower are housed in the machine storage section, and the control unit switches between stopping and driving the compressor in the cooling control that cools the storage chamber, and drives the blower after a first predetermined time has elapsed since stopping the compressor.

[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a refrigeration device that can reduce the concentration of refrigerant in a machine housing chamber when refrigerant leaks inside the machine housing chamber.

[0008] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of a refrigeration device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a circuit diagram of the cooling device. Fig. 3 is a plan view schematic showing the internal configuration of a machine housing section. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing the timing of operation of a compressor and a blower. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing the timing of operation of a compressor and a blower constituting a refrigeration device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 is a plan view schematic showing a modified example of the refrigeration device.

[0009] Hereinafter, a refrigeration apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the same components are designated by the same reference numerals. The matters described below together with the accompanying drawings are intended to explain exemplary embodiments and are not intended to represent the only embodiments.

[0010] First Embodiment A refrigeration device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0011] Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a refrigeration system 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a circuit diagram of a cooling system 6. Fig. 3 is a schematic plan view showing the internal configuration of a machine housing section 5. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing the operation timing of a compressor 601 and a blower 62.

[0012] The refrigeration device 1 is, for example, an ultra-low temperature freezer. An ultra-low temperature freezer is one that cools the interior of the freezer to an ultra-low temperature (for example, about -80°C). The refrigeration device 1 may also be a medicine refrigerator, a blood refrigerator, or an incubator.

[0013] In the following, when explaining the structure of the refrigeration device 1 and each of the components that make up the refrigeration device 1, a Cartesian coordinate system (X, Y, Z) shown in each figure may be used. The X direction corresponds to the front-to-rear direction of the refrigeration device 1. The positive side of the X direction corresponds to the front side of the refrigeration device 1. The negative side of the X direction corresponds to the rear side of the refrigeration device 1.

[0014] Furthermore, the Y direction coincides with the left-right direction and width direction of the refrigeration device 1. The + side of the Y direction coincides with the left side when viewing the refrigeration device 1 from the front. The - side of the Y direction coincides with the right side when viewing the refrigeration device 1 from the front. The Z direction coincides with the up-down direction of the refrigeration device 1. The + side of the Z direction coincides with the top side of the refrigeration device 1. The - side of the Z direction coincides with the bottom side of the refrigeration device 1.

[0015] The following is a brief description of the basic configuration of the refrigeration device 1. The refrigeration device 1 according to this embodiment includes a main body 2, a machine housing section 5, and a cooling device 6 (see FIG. 2).

[0016] The main body 2 has a housing 21 and a door 22 that opens and closes the opening. The housing 21 has a storage chamber 210 inside that opens upward. The storage chamber 210 is a space where samples are stored and is cooled to an ultra-low temperature. The door 22 opens and closes the opening of the storage chamber 210.

[0017] The machinery storage section 5 is provided at the bottom of the main body section 2. The machinery storage section 5 stores several elements that constitute a cooling device 6 that cools the storage chamber 210 of the main body section 2. The specific configuration of the machinery storage section 5 and the elements that constitute the cooling device 6 housed in the machinery storage section 5 will be described later.

[0018] The configuration of the cooling device 6 will now be described with reference to FIGS.

[0019] The cooling device 6 includes a cooling circuit 60 , a blower 62 , and a control device 63 .

[0020] The refrigeration circuit 60 cools the storage chamber 210 of the housing 21. The refrigeration circuit 60 has a compressor 601, a condenser 602, a dryer 603, a gas-liquid separator 604, an expansion device 605, an evaporator 606, a heat exchanger 607, a second heat exchanger 608, and a second expansion device 609.

[0021] 2, the elements 601 to 609 that make up the cooling circuit 60 are connected via piping 600. A refrigerant circulates through the cooling circuit 60.

[0022] The compressor 601 compresses the refrigerant so that the pressure value of the refrigerant becomes 1 MPa or more, causing the refrigerant to circulate through the cooling circuit 60. The high-temperature refrigerant compressed by the compressor 601 flows into the condenser 602. The refrigerant is a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture that is a mixture of a high-boiling point refrigerant, a medium-boiling point refrigerant with a boiling point lower than that of the high-boiling point refrigerant, and a low-boiling point refrigerant with a boiling point lower than that of the medium-boiling point refrigerant.

[0023] The condenser 602 is, for example, a wire tube condenser. This allows the refrigerant to be cooled efficiently. The refrigerant that has passed through the condenser 602 flows into the dryer 603. The condenser 602 may also be, for example, a pipe-on-sheet condenser, a cross-fin condenser, or a microchannel condenser.

[0024] The dryer 603 removes moisture contained in the refrigerant. The function of the dryer 603 is similar to that of a dryer in a conventionally known refrigeration device, and therefore a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0025] The gas-liquid separator 604 is disposed between the dryer 603 and a second heat exchanger 608, which will be described later. The gas-liquid separator 604 separates the refrigerant flowing from the dryer 603 to the second heat exchanger 608 into a gas-phase refrigerant and a liquid-phase refrigerant.

[0026] A portion of the high-boiling-point refrigerant is liquefied in the refrigerant flowing from the dryer 603 to the second heat exchanger 608. The liquid-phase refrigerant flowing out of the gas-liquid separator 604 is decompressed by the second expansion device 609. The liquid-phase refrigerant then flows into the outer pipe 608b of the second heat exchanger 608.

[0027] In the outer pipe 608 b of the second heat exchanger 608 , the liquid-phase refrigerant joins with the returning refrigerant and cools the refrigerant flowing through the inner pipe 608 a of the second heat exchanger 608 .

[0028] On the other hand, the gas-phase refrigerant is a high-boiling point refrigerant, a medium-boiling point refrigerant, and a low-boiling point refrigerant in a gaseous state. The gas-phase refrigerant flowing out of the gas-liquid separator 604 flows into the inner pipe 608a of the second heat exchanger 608.

[0029] The heat exchanger 607 is a double-pipe heat exchanger and is disposed between the dryer 603 and the evaporator 606. An inner pipe 607a of the heat exchanger 607 constitutes the expansion device 605.

[0030] The expansion device 605 is, for example, a capillary tube. The refrigerant flows through the expansion device 605 from the compressor 601 toward the evaporator 606. The refrigerant flows through the outer pipe 607b of the heat exchanger 607 from the evaporator 606 toward the compressor 601. Hereinafter, the refrigerant flowing from the evaporator 606 toward the compressor 601 will be referred to as the return refrigerant.

[0031] The second heat exchanger 608 is a double-pipe heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger 608 is disposed between the dryer 603 and the heat exchanger 607. The refrigerant flows through an inner pipe 608a of the second heat exchanger 608 from the compressor 601 toward the evaporator 606. The return refrigerant flows through an outer pipe 608b of the second heat exchanger 608. The second heat exchanger 608 may be covered with a heat insulating material (for example, a foam).

[0032] The evaporator 606 is disposed around the storage chamber 210 of the housing 21. The evaporator 606 vaporizes the refrigerant that has flowed in from the expansion device 605.

[0033] Then, the refrigerant that has passed through the evaporator 606 flows into the compressor 601. In this embodiment, an expansion tank 610 is connected to a piping element 600a that is connected to the inlet of the compressor 601.

[0034] The expansion tank 610 has the function of adjusting the amount of refrigerant circulating in the cooling circuit 60 by storing a portion of the gas phase refrigerant flowing through the piping element 600a.

[0035] Of the elements 601 to 610 that make up the cooling circuit 60 having the above-described configuration, the compressor 601, the condenser 602, the dryer 603, the gas-liquid separator 604, and the expansion tank 610 are arranged in the machine storage section 5.

[0036] The blower 62 is a blower such as a fan. In this embodiment, the cooling device 6 has at least one blower 62 that cools the compressor 601 and the condenser 602. In this embodiment, the blower 62 is configured by one AC fan motor.

[0037] The blower 62 is disposed in the machine housing section 5. The blower 62 is disposed in a position in the machine housing section 5 where it can simultaneously cool the compressor 601 and the condenser. The specific location of the blower 62 will be described later.

[0038] The control device 63 corresponds to an example of a control unit, and includes a main control unit 630 and a control relay unit 631 .

[0039] The main control unit 630 is, for example, an electronic circuit board. The main control unit 630 controls the operation of the compressor 601 based on the detected value of a temperature sensor 7 (see FIG. 2) described later.

[0040] The control relay unit 631 is connected to a circuit that connects the main control unit 630 and the compressor 601. The control relay unit 631 switches the compressor 601 between stopped and driven under the control of the main control unit 630.

[0041] The control device 63 having the above-described configuration controls the start-up operation of the compressor 601 and the normal operation operation of the compressor 601. In other words, the control device 63 switches between stopping and driving the compressor 601 in the cooling control (hereinafter, sometimes simply referred to as "cooling control") that cools the storage chamber 210 of the housing 21.

[0042] In the cooling control, the state in which the compressor 601 is stopped may also be referred to as the stopped state of the compressor 601. In the cooling control, the state in which the compressor 601 is operating may also be referred to as the operating state of the compressor 601. In the operating state, the compressor 601 compresses and sends out the refrigerant. In other words, the compressor 601 circulates the refrigerant within the cooling circuit 60.

[0043] Such a control device 63 is connected to a power source (not shown) and the compressor 601. In other words, the compressor 601 is connected to the power source via the control device 63.

[0044] Furthermore, the control device 63 (specifically, the main control unit 630) controls the operation of the air blower 62. The main control unit 630 switches between stopping and driving the air blower 62 during cooling control. During cooling control, the state in which the air blower 62 is stopped may also be referred to as the stopped state of the air blower 62. During cooling control, the state in which the air blower 62 is driven may also be referred to as the driven state of the air blower 62. Detailed functions of the control device 63 (specifically, the main control unit 630) will be described later.

[0045] The control device that controls the operation of the compressor 601 and the control device that controls the operation of the blower 62 may be different control devices. In this case, the control device that controls the operation of the compressor 601 and the control device that controls the operation of the blower 62 may be connected to each other so that they can communicate with each other.

[0046] Next, the arrangement of elements 601 to 604, 610, 62, and 631 constituting the cooling device 6 housed in the machine housing section 5 will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the machine housing section 5 as seen from above.

[0047] The upper side in Fig. 3 corresponds to the rear side of the refrigeration apparatus 1. The lower side in Fig. 3 corresponds to the front side of the refrigeration apparatus 1. The right side in Fig. 3 corresponds to the right side of the refrigeration apparatus 1. The left side in Fig. 3 corresponds to the left side of the refrigeration apparatus 1.

[0048] The machine storage section 5 has a box-shaped storage space 50. The machine storage section 5 has a bottom wall 51, a front wall 52, a rear wall 53, a left wall 54, a right wall 55, and an upper wall (not shown).

[0049] The space surrounded by the bottom wall portion 51, the front wall portion 52, the rear wall portion 53, the left wall portion 54, the right wall portion 55, and the top wall portion (not shown) is the storage space 50.

[0050] The bottom wall portion 51 is a rectangular plate that is parallel in the front-rear and left-right directions, and forms the bottom surface of the machine storage portion 5.

[0051] The front wall 52 has a rectangular plate shape that is parallel in the up-down and left-right directions, and constitutes the front side surface of the machine storage section 5. The front wall 52 has a front ventilation opening 520 that penetrates the front wall 52 in the front-rear direction.

[0052] The rear wall 53 has a rectangular plate shape that is parallel in the up-down and left-right directions, and constitutes the rear side surface of the machine storage section 5. The rear wall 53 faces the front wall 52 in the front-rear direction. The rear wall 53 has a rear ventilation port 530 that penetrates the rear wall 53 in the front-rear direction.

[0053] The left wall portion 54 is a rectangular plate that is parallel in the vertical and front-to-rear directions, and forms the left side surface of the machine storage portion 5.

[0054] The right wall portion 55 has a rectangular plate shape that is parallel in the up-down direction and the front-rear direction, and constitutes the right side surface of the machine storage section 5. The right wall portion 55 faces the left wall portion 54 in the left-right direction.

[0055] The upper wall portion (not shown) is a rectangular plate that is parallel in the front-to-back and left-to-right directions, and constitutes the upper surface of the machine storage portion 5. The upper wall portion (not shown) faces the bottom wall portion 51 in the up-down direction. The upper wall portion (not shown) may be considered to be the bottom wall portion of the main body portion 2.

[0056] In the accommodation space 50 of the machine accommodation section 5, a compressor 601, a condenser 602, a dryer 603, a gas-liquid separator 604, an expansion tank 610, a blower 62, and a control relay section 631 are arranged.

[0057] In this embodiment, the compressor 601, condenser 602, dryer 603, gas-liquid separator 604, expansion tank 610, blower 62, and control relay unit 631 are all arranged in the right-side storage space 500a, which is the space in one half of the storage space 50 in the left-right direction (specifically, the space in the right half).

[0058] In other words, the compressor 601, the condenser 602, the dryer 603, the gas-liquid separator 604, the expansion tank 610, the blower 62, and the control relay unit 631 are all arranged within the housing space 50 within the area indicated by the two-dot chain line α shown in FIG. 1 It is located in the space to the right of the dashed two-dot line α 1 is a straight line parallel to the front-rear direction and indicates the center position of the accommodation space 50 in the left-right direction. 1 The space to the right of this is the right storage space 500a.

[0059] The compressor 601 is disposed in the rear half of the right-side storage space 500a. The condenser 602 is disposed in the front half of the right-side storage space 500a. More specifically, the condenser 602 is disposed in the right-side storage space 500a near the front wall 52.

[0060] The compressor 601 and the condenser 602 are connected by a straight line (a two-dot chain line α in FIG. 3) parallel to the front-rear direction. 2 ) shown in FIG. 2 may be regarded as a straight line passing through the center of the compressor 601 and the condenser 602 in the left-right direction.

[0061] The dashed two-dot line α shown in FIG. 2 is a virtual line passing through one half of the right storage space 500a (specifically, the right half of the space). The right half of the right storage space 500a may be considered to be the rightmost space when the storage space 50 is divided into four parts in the left-right direction.

[0062] The centers of the compressor 601 and the condenser 602 in the left-right direction are located in the right half of the right storage space 500a. The right half of the right storage space 500a is located within the storage space 50 as indicated by the dashed two-dot line α in FIG. 3 It is the space to the right.

[0063] As described above, the compressor 601 and the condenser 602 are disposed at positions offset to the right side in the accommodation space 50. The actions and advantages obtained from such a configuration will be described later.

[0064] The blower 62 is disposed between the compressor 601 and the condenser 602 in the front-rear direction. Specifically, the blower 62 is disposed in front of the compressor 601. The blower 62 is disposed behind the condenser 602.

[0065] The blower 62 is connected to the two-dot chain line α shown in FIG. 2 That is, the compressor 601, the condenser 602, and the blower 62 are arranged on a straight line parallel to the front-rear direction (the two-dot chain line α 2 ) is provided on the

[0066] The blower 62 is in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 2 , A 3 As indicated by the arrows, the air blower 62 draws in air (cooling air) from the front side and blows it out to the rear side. The air drawn in by the air blower 62 is air that has entered the storage space 50 of the machine storage section 5 from the outside through the front ventilation opening 520 of the front wall portion 52.

[0067] The air drawn in by the blower 62 flows around the condenser 602, thereby cooling the condenser 602. In this manner, the blower 62 cools the condenser 602.

[0068] Furthermore, the blower 62 blows air toward the compressor 601. The air blown by the blower 62 flows around the compressor 601, thereby cooling the compressor 601. In this way, the blower 62 cools the compressor 601.

[0069] As described above, in this embodiment, the compressor 601 and the condenser 602 are cooled by a single blower 62. This configuration contributes to reducing the number of parts in the cooling device 6 and to downsizing the cooling device 6. The air flow in the accommodation space 50 will be described later.

[0070] The control device 63 is disposed on one side (specifically, the left side) of the compressor 601 in the left-right direction of the compressor 601 .

[0071] In this embodiment, the control device 63 is disposed on the left side of the compressor 601 and between the compressor 601 and the condenser 602 in the front-rear direction. In other words, the control device 63 is disposed in the front passage P 1 The front aisle P is located facing the left side. 1 extends in the left-right direction.

[0072] Such a control device 63 is 1 In FIG. 3, arrow A 4 The control device 63 then guides the air backward while being cooled by the air.

[0073] The expansion tank 610 corresponds to an example of a first device, and is disposed behind the control device 63. The expansion tank 610 is aligned with a straight line (a two-dot chain line α in FIG. 3 ) that passes through the center of the control device 63 and is parallel to the front-rear direction. 4 ) is located on top.

[0074] The dryer 603 and the gas-liquid separator 604 are arranged in the right-side accommodation space 500 a to the right of the compressor 601 and to the left of the right wall portion 55 of the machine accommodation section 5 .

[0075] The compressor 601, condenser 602, dryer 603, gas-liquid separator 604, expansion tank 610, blower 62, and control relay unit 631 are connected to one another in the relationship shown in FIG.

[0076] Next, the flow of air in the storage space 50 of the machine storage section 5 will be described with reference to Fig. 3. When the air blower 62 is operated in the storage space 50, air flows in the direction of arrow A. 1 As shown in the figure, the air enters the storage space 50 from the outside of the storage space 50 through the front ventilation opening 520 of the front wall portion 52 .

[0077] It should be noted that the front, rear, left, and right sides of the air flow in the storage space 50 are determined based on the relative positions of the compressor 601 and the blower 62. In other words, depending on the relative positions of the compressor 601 and the blower 62, the direction of the air flow in the storage space 50 may differ from the directions indicated by the Cartesian coordinate system (X, Y, Z) shown in FIGS.

[0078] Specifically, the direction in which the blower device 62 is disposed relative to the compressor 601 is the front side. The direction opposite to the direction in which the blower device 62 is disposed relative to the compressor 601 is the rear side.

[0079] In this embodiment, the front-rear direction of the air flow in the accommodation space 50 coincides with the front-rear direction of the refrigeration device 1 (i.e., the X direction in the Cartesian coordinate system shown in FIGS. 1 and 3).

[0080] Furthermore, the left-right direction when viewing the compressor 601 from the blower 62 coincides with the left-right direction of the air flow in the storage space 50. In this embodiment, the left-right direction of the air flow in the storage space 50 coincides with the left-right direction of the refrigeration device 1 (i.e., the Y direction in the Cartesian coordinate system shown in Figures 1 and 3).

[0081] Specifically, the left side of the compressor 601 as viewed from the blower 62 is the left side with respect to the air flow in the storage space 50. Also, the right side of the compressor 601 as viewed from the blower 62 is the right side with respect to the air flow in the storage space 50.

[0082] Furthermore, the direction of air flow in the storage space 50 also applies to the direction of arrangement of the compressor 601, condenser 602, dryer 603, gas-liquid separator 604, expansion tank 610, blower 62, and control relay unit 631 in the storage space 50.

[0083] Returning to the description of the air flow in the storage space 50, the air that has entered the storage space 50 from the outside passes through the condenser 602 and flows in the direction of the arrow A in FIG. 2 As shown in the figure, the air is sucked into the blower 62 from the front side. At this time, the condenser 602 is cooled by the air passing through the condenser 602.

[0084] Next, the air drawn into the blower 62 flows in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 3 As shown in FIG. 3, the air blown from the blower 62 is blown out to the rear side of the blower 62. 3 As shown in the figure, the air is blown onto the compressor 601 from the front side. At this time, the compressor 601 is cooled by the air blown by the blower 62.

[0085] The air blown into the compressor 601 is diverted by the housing 601 a of the compressor 601 .

[0086] Here, the structure of compressor 601 will be briefly described. Compressor 601 has a housing 601a. As shown in Fig. 3, housing 601a has an elliptical shape in a plan view. In other words, compressor 601 has an elliptical shape in a plan view. Note that a plan view means that compressor 601 is viewed from above.

[0087] The compressor 601 (specifically, the housing 601a) is aligned along a straight line including the major axis of the elliptical shape of the housing 601a in a plan view (specifically, the two-dot chain line α in FIG. 3). 2 ) that the blower 62 and the condenser 602 are also arranged on a straight line (specifically, a two-dot chain line α in FIG. 3 ) that includes the major axis of the elliptical shape that is the shape of the housing 601 a in a plan view. 2 ) is located on top.

[0088] The air blown onto the housing 601a hits the front surface of the housing 601a and is divided at least in the left and right directions so as to flow along the front surface of the housing 601a. Specifically, the air blown onto the housing 601a hits the front surface of the housing 601a and is divided radially so as to flow along the front surface of the housing 601a.

[0089] The amount of air diverted in each direction by the front surface of the housing 601a is determined by the shape of the front surface of the housing 601a. In this embodiment, the amount of air diverted by the front surface of the housing 601a is greatest in the left-right direction. Below, the air flow diverted in the left-right direction by the front surface of the housing 601a will be described. A description of the air flow diverted in directions other than the left-right direction by the front surface of the housing 601a will be omitted.

[0090] The air diverted to the left by the front surface of the housing 601a flows in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 4 As shown in the figure, the front passage P exists between the compressor 601 and the condenser 602. 1 The water flows to the left side of the front passage P 1 The air flowing to the left hits the control device 63 .

[0091] At this time, the control relay unit 631 controls the front passage P 1The control relay unit 631 is cooled by the air that flows through the front passage P 1 The air that flows through the air passage and hits the control relay unit 631 is directed to the air passage as indicated by arrow A in FIG. 5 As shown in the figure, the control relay unit 631 guides the vehicle rearward. 1 It is not necessary to guide all of the air that flows through the control relay unit 631 and hits the control relay unit 631 rearward.

[0092] The air guided rearward by the control relay unit 631 passes through a left passage P formed on the left side of the compressor 601. 2 Passage P on the left side 2 corresponds to an example of the first passage. 2 is a passage extending in the front-rear direction and formed by the compressor 601, the control relay unit 631, and the expansion tank 610.

[0093] The compressor 601 is connected to the left passage P 2 The control relay unit 631 and the expansion tank 610 function as a wall portion on one side (specifically, the right side) of the left passage P. 2 Therefore, the expansion tank 610, together with the control relay unit 631, guides the air diverted by the compressor 601 rearward.

[0094] It should be noted that another device (i.e., a first device) may be disposed at the position of the expansion tank 610 shown in Fig. 3. An example of the other device is a gas-liquid separator 604. In this case, the gas-liquid separator 604 may have a cylindrical separation section (not shown) that separates the refrigerant, and a plate-shaped base section (not shown) that supports the separation section on the bottom wall section 51 of the machine housing section 5. The gas-liquid separator 604 is disposed at the position of the expansion tank 610 in Fig. 3, and the base section is connected to the left passage P in Fig. 3. 2 The conductors may be arranged in a state along the line.

[0095] Left side aisle P 2 The air flowing through the compressor 601 flows along one side surface (specifically, the left side surface) of the compressor 601. At this time, the compressor 601 is connected to the left passage P 2 It is cooled by the air flowing through it.

[0096] Then, take the left aisle P 2 The air flowing through the 6 As shown in FIG. 3, the air flows to the rear of the compressor 601. The air flowing to the rear of the compressor 601 flows in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 10 As shown in the figure, the air passes through the rear ventilation opening 530 of the rear wall portion 53 and is exhausted to the outside of the storage space 50 .

[0097] On the other hand, the air diverted to the right by the front surface of the housing 601a flows in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 7 As shown in the figure, the front passage P exists between the compressor 601 and the condenser 602. 1 The water flows towards the right side of the front passage P 1 The air flowing to the right hits the right wall portion 55 of the machine housing portion 5.

[0098] The right wall portion 55 is connected to the front passage P 1 The air that flows through the right wall portion 55 and hits the right wall portion 55 is directed to the airflow path indicated by arrow A in FIG. 8 As shown in the figure, the right wall portion 55 guides the passengers rearward. 1 It is not necessary to guide all of the air that flows through the right wall portion 55 and hits the right wall portion 55 rearward.

[0099] The right wall portion 55 corresponds to an example of a side wall portion. The air guided rearward by the right wall portion 55 flows through a right passage P formed on the right side of the compressor 601. 3 Passage P on the right side 3 corresponds to an example of the second passage. 3 is a passage formed by the compressor 601 and the right wall portion 55 and extending in the front-rear direction.

[0100] The compressor 601 is connected to the right passage P 3 The right wall portion 55 functions as a wall portion on one side (specifically, the left side) of the right passage P. 3 In this embodiment, the compressor 601, the condenser 602, and the blower 62 are disposed in positions biased to the right side in the accommodation space 50. Therefore, the right wall portion 55 is disposed in the right passage P. 3 It can be used as the right wall.

[0101] Right side passage P3 The air flowing through the compressor 601 flows along the other side surface (specifically, the right side surface) of the compressor 601. At this time, the compressor 601 is connected to the right passage P 3 The right-hand passage P 3 The air flowing through the right passage P cools the dryer 603 and the gas-liquid separator 604. If the dryer 603 and the gas-liquid separator 604 are configured to be low in height, 3 Does not obstruct the flow of air through the

[0102] Then, right aisle P 3 The air flowing through the 9 As shown in FIG.

[0103] Next, the operation of the compressor 601 and the air blower 62 will be described. The operation of the compressor 601 and the air blower 62 is controlled by the control device 63. The control device 63 switches between stopping and driving the compressor 601 in the cooling control for cooling the storage chamber 210 of the housing 21. The control device 63 (specifically, the main control unit 630) also switches between stopping and driving the air blower 62 in the cooling control for cooling the storage chamber 210.

[0104] In this embodiment, the control device 63 switches between stopping and driving the compressor 601 based on the temperature of the storage chamber 210 of the housing 21. For this purpose, the refrigeration device 1 has a temperature sensor 7 (see FIG. 2 ) that detects the temperature of the storage chamber 210 of the housing 21. The temperature sensor 7 is provided at a predetermined position in the storage chamber 210. The temperature sensor 7 sends the detected value to the control device 63 (specifically, the main control unit 630).

[0105] Specifically, when the temperature of the storage chamber 210 satisfies a predetermined condition (hereinafter referred to as a first predetermined condition), the main control unit 630 controls the control relay unit 631 to drive the compressor 601. The first predetermined condition is that the temperature of the storage chamber 210 is higher than a target temperature (for example, −80° C.) by a predetermined value (hereinafter referred to as the “first predetermined value”) or more.

[0106] Furthermore, when the temperature of the storage chamber 210 satisfies a predetermined condition (hereinafter referred to as a second predetermined condition), the main control unit 630 controls the control relay unit 631 to stop the compressor 601. The second predetermined condition is that the temperature of the storage chamber 210 is equal to or approximately equal to a target temperature (for example, −80°C).

[0107] As described above, the operating time of the compressor 601 varies depending on the temperature of the storage room 210. The stop time of the compressor 601 is equal to or longer than the minimum stop time. The minimum stop time is an example of a second predetermined time, and is a preset time. The main control unit 630 stores the minimum stop time.

[0108] Even if the temperature in the storage chamber 210 satisfies the first predetermined condition, if the time that the compressor 601 has been stopped is shorter than the minimum stop time, the main control unit 630 will not drive the compressor 601. In this case, the main control unit 630 will drive the compressor 601 when the time that the compressor 601 has been stopped becomes equal to or longer than the minimum stop time.

[0109] In addition, in the air blowing control for switching between stopping and driving the air blower 62, the main control unit 630 stops the compressor 601 and then starts the set start time T set (See FIG. 4) After the set start time T set is an example of a first predetermined time, which is a time set in advance. The main control unit 630 stores the set start time. The set start time T set (First predetermined time) is shorter than the minimum stop time (second predetermined time) described above.

[0110] In this way, main control unit 630 drives blower device 62 after the set start time has elapsed since compressor 601 was stopped, thereby making it possible to ventilate the inside of machinery housing section 5 before the next drive of compressor 601. Therefore, even if refrigerant leaks inside machinery housing section 5, the concentration of refrigerant inside machinery housing section 5 will decrease before compressor 601 is driven.

[0111] Furthermore, by having the main control unit 630 drive the blower 62 after a set start time has elapsed since the compressor 601 was stopped, the rotation speed of the blower 62 can be maximized the next time the compressor 601 is driven. As a result, while the compressor 601 is driven, the blower 62 can efficiently cool the compressor 601.

[0112] Furthermore, the main control unit 630 stops the air blower 62 at the same time as stopping the compressor 601. This configuration contributes to energy saving. Note that the timing at which the compressor 601 stops and the timing at which the air blower 62 stops may be different.

[0113] Next, the operation timing of the compressor 601 and the operation timing of the blower 62 will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing the operation timing of the compressor 601 and the blower 62.

[0114] In FIG. 4, the pulse waveform L shown by the thin solid line 1 indicates the timing of the operation of the compressor 601. Pulse waveform L 1 When the waveform rises at , the compressor 601 is activated (i.e., is in the activated state).

[0115] Pulse waveform L 1 When the waveform falls at , the compressor 601 stops (i.e., goes into a stopped state). In the cooling control, the compressor 601 repeatedly turns on and off under the control of the main control unit 630. The horizontal axis in Fig. 4 represents time.

[0116] In addition, in FIG. 4, the pulse waveform L shown by the thick solid line 2 indicates the timing of the operation of the blower 62. 2 When the waveform rises at this point, the blower 62 is driven (i.e., the blower 62 is in a driven state).

[0117] Pulse waveform L 2 When the waveform falls at L, the blower 62 stops (i.e., goes into a stopped state). In the cooling control, the blower 62 repeatedly turns on (ON) and stops (OFF) under the control of the main control unit 630. For convenience of explanation, in FIG. 4, the pulse waveform L 1The height of the pulse waveform L 2 The heights are different.

[0118] 4 also shows the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machinery housing section 5 by a dotted line, assuming that the refrigerant leaks in the machinery housing section 5. In addition, with regard to the refrigerant concentration C in FIG. 4, the horizontal axis represents time, and the vertical axis represents concentration.

[0119] In Fig. 4, the scale indicating the concentration on the vertical axis is omitted. For convenience of explanation, the concentration C of the refrigerant in Fig. 4 is the maximum concentration C high and minimum concentration C low is shown to repeatedly change between

[0120] In addition, in Fig. 4, the temperature T of the storage room 210 is shown by a dashed line. Note that, for the temperature T of the storage room 210 in Fig. 4, the horizontal axis represents time. For the temperature T of the storage room 210 in Fig. 4, the vertical axis represents temperature. Note that, in Fig. 4, the scale indicating temperature on the vertical axis is omitted.

[0121] As shown in FIG. 4, when the cooling control starts, the main control unit 630 1 In this state, the control relay unit 631 is controlled to drive the compressor 601. At this time, the blower 62 is stopped.

[0122] Then, when the temperature of the storage room 210 reaches the target temperature (for example, −80° C.), the main control unit 630 starts the process at time t 2 At time t in FIG. 2 and time t 1 The difference between these is the driving time of the compressor 601. The driving time of the compressor 601 varies depending on the rate of temperature change in the storage room 210.

[0123] After stopping the compressor 601, the main control unit 630 determines the time when the compressor 601 is stopped (time t 2 ), the time to drive the blower 62 (time T 1 ) to be determined.

[0124] Specifically, the main control unit 630 2, the pre-stored set start time T set The time obtained by adding the time T 1 and time t 2 The difference between this and the set start time T set is.

[0125] The main control unit 630 controls the control relay unit 631 to stop the compressor 601 and then waits until the set start time T set After that, the main control unit 630 controls the control relay unit 631 to drive the blower 62. In other words, after stopping the compressor 601, the main control unit 630 1 In this state, the blower 62 is driven.

[0126] Assuming that the refrigerant leaks in the machinery housing section 5, as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 4 (the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machinery housing section 5), the compressor 601 is driven at time t 1 As time passes, the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machinery housing section 5 increases.

[0127] In FIG. 4, for convenience of explanation, the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machine housing section 5 is set to the time T 1 Just before, the maximum concentration C high This becomes:

[0128] The refrigerant concentration C in the machine housing section 5 is the maximum concentration C high If the compressor 601 is driven in this state, the refrigerant may ignite if it is flammable. 3 Before this, the blower 62 is driven.

[0129] The time when the compressor 601 is driven is not predetermined. In other words, the time when the compressor 601 is driven varies depending on the temperature T of the storage room 210. Therefore, the time when the blower device 62 is driven cannot be determined based on the time when the compressor 601 is driven. Therefore, in this embodiment, the time when the blower device 62 is driven is determined based on the time when the compressor 601 is stopped (time t 2 ) is determined based on the following criteria.

[0130] Furthermore, the main control unit 6301 After the blower 62 is driven at time t 3 The main control unit 630 determines the timing to drive the compressor 601 based on the temperature of the storage room 210.

[0131] That is, the main control unit 630 drives the compressor 601 when the temperature of the storage chamber 210 of the housing 21 satisfies a predetermined condition (first predetermined condition). At this time, the air blower 62 is driven (i.e., in a driven state). 3 Since the blower 62 is driven before time t 3 In this case, the concentration C of the refrigerant is the minimum concentration C low is.

[0132] Also, the main control unit 630 detects the time t 4 The main control unit 630 determines the timing to stop the compressor 601 based on the temperature of the storage chamber 210 of the housing 21.

[0133] That is, when the temperature of the storage room 210 reaches the target temperature (for example, −80° C.), the main control unit 630 4 At this time, the main control unit 630 stops the compressor 601. At this time, the main control unit 630 stops the blower 62.

[0134] In this way, the timing at which the main control unit 630 stops the blower 62 is the same as the timing at which it stops the compressor 601. Therefore, when the compressor 601 is in a driving state, the compressor 601 is constantly cooled by the blower 62.

[0135] As a result, the compressor 601 is efficiently cooled by the blower 62. After that, the main control unit 630 stops the compressor 601 and then calculates the time when the compressor 601 is stopped (time t 4 ), the time to drive the blower 62 (time T 3 The subsequent control of the compressor 601 and the blower 62 by the main control unit 630 is as described above.

[0136] (Actions and Effects of the Present Embodiment) According to the refrigeration device 1 of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, it is possible to provide a refrigeration device that can reduce the concentration of refrigerant in the machinery housing section 5 in the event of a refrigerant leak in the machinery housing section 5. The reason for this is as described above.

[0137] In addition, in the present embodiment, the above-described layout of the machinery housing section 5 is adopted. Therefore, in the machinery housing section 5, the air taken in from the outside by the air blowing device 62 is blown in the direction of the arrow A in FIG. 1 ~A 10 In other words, when the refrigerant leaks inside the machinery housing section 5, the machinery housing section 5 can be efficiently ventilated.

[0138] In particular, in this embodiment, the blower 62 and the condenser 602 are arranged on the same straight line (the two-dot chain line α 2 Therefore, if it is assumed that the refrigerant leaks from the condenser 602, the leaked refrigerant will flow in the direction indicated by the arrow A in FIG. 1 ~A 10 As shown in Fig. 1, it can be efficiently guided to the outside.

[0139] [Embodiment 2] A refrigeration system according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 2, 3, and 5. Figure 5 is a diagram showing the timing of the operation of the compressor 601 and the blower 62. In this embodiment, the control operation of the main control unit 630 in the control device 63 differs from the control operation of the main control unit 630 in embodiment 1. The configuration other than the function of the main control unit 630 is the same as the configuration of the refrigeration system 1 according to embodiment 1 described above. Therefore, for an explanation of the configuration other than the function of the main control unit 630, please refer to Figures 2 and 3.

[0140] In this embodiment, the main control unit 630 stops the compressor 601 and then starts the set start time T set Before the set start time T set is a preset time.

[0141] 5, the main control unit 630 detects the time T a After the blower 62 is driven at time Tb The control up to the point where the blower device 62 is stopped is the temporary drive control.

[0142] The operation timing of the compressor 601 and the operation timing of the blower 62 in this embodiment will be described below with reference to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing the operation timing of the compressor 601 and the blower 62.

[0143] In FIG. 5, the pulse waveform L shown by the thin solid line 1a indicates the timing of the operation of the compressor 601. Pulse waveform L 1a When the waveform rises at , the compressor 601 is activated (i.e., is in the activated state).

[0144] Pulse waveform L 1a When the waveform falls at , the compressor 601 stops (i.e., goes into a stopped state). In the cooling control, the compressor 601 repeatedly turns on and off under the control of the main control unit 630. The horizontal axis in Fig. 5 represents time.

[0145] In addition, in FIG. 5, the pulse waveform L shown by the thick solid line 2a , L 2b indicates the timing of the operation of the blower 62. 2a , L 2b When the waveform rises at this point, the blower 62 is driven (i.e., the blower 62 is in a driven state).

[0146] Pulse waveform L 2a , L 2b When the waveform falls at L, the blower 62 stops (i.e., goes into a stopped state). In the cooling control, the blower 62 repeatedly turns on (ON) and stops (OFF) under the control of the main control unit 630. For convenience of explanation, in FIG. 4, the pulse waveform L 1a The height of the pulse waveform L 2a , L 2b The heights are different.

[0147] 5, the dotted line indicates the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machinery housing section 5 when it is assumed that the refrigerant has leaked in the machinery housing section 5. In addition, with regard to the refrigerant concentration C in FIG. 4, the horizontal axis represents time.

[0148] Regarding the refrigerant concentration C in FIG. 5, the vertical axis represents the concentration. Note that the scale indicating the concentration on the vertical axis is omitted in FIG. 5. For convenience of explanation, the refrigerant concentration C in FIG. 5 is the maximum concentration C. high and minimum concentration C low is shown to repeatedly change between

[0149] Also, in Fig. 5, the temperature T of the storage chamber 210 (see Fig. 2) of the housing 21 is shown by a dashed line. Note that, for the temperature T of the storage chamber 210 in Fig. 5, the horizontal axis represents time. For the temperature T of the storage chamber 210 in Fig. 5, the vertical axis represents temperature. Note that, in Fig. 5, the scale indicating temperature on the vertical axis is omitted.

[0150] As shown in FIG. 5, when the cooling control starts, the main control unit 630 1 In this step, the compressor 601 is driven first, while the blower 62 is stopped.

[0151] Then, when the temperature of the storage room 210 reaches the target temperature (for example, −80° C.), the main control unit 630 starts the process at time t 2 At time t in FIG. 2 and time t 1 The difference between these is the driving time of the compressor 601. The driving time of the compressor 601 varies depending on the rate of temperature change in the storage room 210.

[0152] After stopping the compressor 601, the main control unit 630 determines the time at which the compressor 601 is stopped (time t in FIG. 5 ). 2 ), the time to drive the blower 62 (time T 1 ) to be determined.

[0153] Specifically, the main control unit 630 2 , the pre-stored set start time T set The time obtained by adding the time T 1 and time t 2 The difference between this and the set start time T set is.

[0154] In this embodiment, the set start time T setis the set start time T set In other words, the time from when the compressor 601 stops until when the blower device 62 starts operating is long. set may be preset.

[0155] The set start time T set is the set start time T set The reason why it is longer than 10 ...

[0156] The stop time of the compressor 601 is the time t 2 From time t 3 The main control unit 630 determines the timing to stop the compressor 601 (for example, the time t 3 ) is determined based on the temperature of the storage room 210. Therefore, the stop time of the compressor 601 is not a predetermined value.

[0157] However, the stop time of the compressor 601 can be estimated based on information on the usage status of the refrigeration device 1. The main control unit 630 sets the set start time T set That is, in this embodiment, the set start time T set may be a variable value determined by the main controller 630.

[0158] For example, the main control unit 630 can estimate the stop time of the compressor 601 based on the temperature of the storage room 210 and the air temperature outside the refrigeration device 1 (in other words, the outside air temperature). When the air temperature outside the refrigeration device 1 is relatively low, the temperature of the storage room 210 is relatively unlikely to rise. Therefore, the stop time of the compressor 601 is relatively long.

[0159] Conversely, when the temperature outside the refrigeration device 1 is relatively high, the temperature in the storage room 210 is relatively likely to rise. Therefore, the stop time of the compressor 601 is relatively short. In this way, the main control unit 630 estimates the stop time of the compressor 601.

[0160] Then, the main control unit 630 determines the set start time T set In this embodiment, the main control unit 630 performs temporary drive control when the stop time of the compressor is longer than the third predetermined time. The third predetermined time may be a time set in advance.

[0161] Returning to the description of FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the main control unit 630 stops the compressor 601 (time t 2 ) and the scheduled time when the blower 62 is to be driven (time T 1 ) Time T a In other words, the main control unit 630 starts the temporary drive control of the blower 62.

[0162] Then, after a predetermined time has elapsed since the blower device 62 was driven (i.e., time T a ), the main control unit 630 stops the blower device 62. That is, the main control unit 630 ends the temporary drive control of the blower device 62. While the temporary drive control is being performed, the compressor 601 is stopped.

[0163] In addition, the driving time of the blower device 62 in the temporary driving control (i.e., time T b and time T a The difference between the initial time (difference from the initial time) and the initial time (difference from the initial time) may be a predetermined time. The main control unit 630 may store the drive time of the blower device 62 in the temporary drive control. Such temporary drive control of the blower device 62 can efficiently ventilate the inside of the machine housing section 5 when the compressor 601 is stopped for a long time.

[0164] Next, the main control unit 630 stops the compressor 601 at time t 2 From the set start time T set After time has elapsed (i.e., time T 1 ), and drives the blower device 62. Such control by the main control unit 630 is sometimes referred to as normal drive control of the blower device 62.

[0165] That is, in this embodiment, the main control unit 630 performs temporary drive control of the blower device 62 in addition to normal drive control of the blower device 62 .

[0166] Assuming that the refrigerant leaks in the machinery housing section 5, as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 5 (the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machinery housing section 5), the compressor 601 is driven at time t 1 As time passes, the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machinery housing section 5 increases.

[0167] In this embodiment, the main control unit 630 performs the temporary drive control described above. After the temporary drive control is performed (that is, at time T a After this, the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machine housing section 5 decreases. 1 At time t 3 In other words, assuming that the refrigerant leaks in the machinery housing section 5, the compressor 601 is driven at time t 3 Before this, the concentration C of the refrigerant in the machine housing section 5 can be reliably reduced.

[0168] Furthermore, the main control unit 630 1 After the blower 62 is driven at time t 3 The main control unit 630 determines the timing to drive the compressor 601 based on the temperature of the storage room 210.

[0169] That is, when the temperature of the storage room 210 satisfies a predetermined condition (first predetermined condition), the main control unit 630 drives the compressor 601. At this time, the air blower 62 is driven (i.e., in a driving state). 3 Since the blower 62 is driven before time t 3 In this case, the concentration C of the refrigerant is the minimum concentration C low is.

[0170] Furthermore, the main control unit 630 4 The main control unit 630 determines the timing to stop the compressor 601 based on the temperature of the storage room 210.

[0171] That is, when the temperature of the storage room 210 reaches the target temperature (for example, −80° C.), the main control unit 630 4 At this time, the main control unit 630 stops the compressor 601 and also stops the blower 62.

[0172] In this way, the timing at which the main control unit 630 stops the blower 62 is the same as the timing at which it stops the compressor 601. Therefore, when the compressor 601 is in a driving state, the compressor 601 is constantly cooled by the blower 62.

[0173] As a result, the compressor 601 is efficiently cooled by the blower 62. The other configurations and functions and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.

[0174] [Note] When implementing the refrigeration system according to the present invention, the configuration of the machine storage section is not limited to the configuration of the machine storage section 5 described above. For example, the machine storage section may be the machine storage section 5A shown in Fig. 6. The machine storage section 5A is narrower than the machine storage section 5 in the above embodiment. Specifically, the left-right dimension of the machine storage section 5A is half the left-right dimension of the machine storage section 5.

[0175] The machine storage section 5A has a box-shaped storage space 50A. The machine storage section 5A also has a bottom wall 51A, a front wall 52A, a rear wall 53A, a left wall 54A, a right wall 55A, and a top wall (not shown). The configurations of the storage space 50A, the bottom wall 51A, the front wall 52A, the rear wall 53A, the left wall 54A, the right wall 55A, and the top wall (not shown) are substantially the same as the configurations of the storage space 50, the bottom wall 51, the front wall 52, the rear wall 53, the left wall 54, the right wall 55, and the top wall in the above-described embodiment, except for the difference in size. The configuration shown in FIG. 6 is otherwise the same as the configuration shown in FIG. 3.

[0176] In the case of the refrigeration device 1 according to the above embodiment, the compressor 601, the condenser 602, and the blower 62 are arranged in a straight line parallel to the front-rear direction (the two-dot chain line α in FIG. 3). 2 Although not shown, the compressor, the condenser, and the blower may be arranged on a straight line (not shown) that is parallel to a direction other than the front-rear direction (for example, the left-right direction). Of course, such a configuration is also included in the technical scope of the present invention.

[0177] Furthermore, although the blower device 62 in the above-described embodiment is configured with one AC fan motor, the configuration of the blower device is not limited to the configuration of the blower device 62. For example, the blower device may be configured with a plurality of (e.g., four) DC fan motors that are smaller than the AC fan motor that configures the blower device 62. In this case, the four DC fan motors may be arranged in two vertical rows and two horizontal rows.

[0178] Furthermore, when implementing the refrigeration device according to the present invention, the refrigeration device does not need to have all of the above-mentioned components. The components of the refrigeration device may be selected as appropriate within the scope of technical compatibility.

[0179] The disclosures of the specification, drawings, and abstract contained in Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-115969, filed on July 14, 2023, are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.

[0180] The present invention can be applied to various refrigeration devices.
