Abstract
Description
Design system for elevator component equipment, design method for elevator component equipment, and program
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an elevator component equipment design system, an elevator component equipment design method, and a program.
[0002] The design of the car, which is one of the components of an elevator, is determined by selecting the placement of standard components such as walls, ceilings, control buttons, and handrails, as well as whether or not they are included, which are preset by the elevator manufacturer.
[0003] A technology to support such design decision-making work is disclosed in Patent Document 1. This technology assumes the design of the elevator car compartment and supports the selection and determination of the color of components, the presence or absence of equipment, etc. Furthermore, Patent Document 2, in addition to the proposal in Patent Document 1, discloses a means for selecting and displaying components and equipment from an elevator database.

[0005] In recent years, high security and design are required in buildings such as offices and hotels, resulting in a diversification of the functionality and design requirements for elevator cabs. For example, various custom specifications are required, such as individually setting the size, layout, and color of the operation buttons on the car control panel, adding security devices such as card readers and cameras, and adding ceiling spotlights. Therefore, elevator cab designers must accommodate these custom specifications. Traditionally, custom-made cab designs are determined by transmitting customer requests to elevator manufacturers, examining the feasibility of the design and manufacturing, and repeatedly providing responses and proposals. Therefore, determining the design of a custom-made elevator cab is time-consuming and labor-intensive. In other words, because custom-made cabs deviate from standard specifications, the technologies described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, which support the design decision process by providing selectable options in advance, are unable to efficiently determine the design.
[0006] Furthermore, similar problems exist, although to varying degrees, not only for custom-made cars but also for standard cars, and similar problems exist not only for elevator cars but also when determining the design of other elevator components such as elevator hall equipment.
[0007] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide a design system for elevator component equipment, a design method for elevator component equipment, and a program that support efficient determination of the design of elevator component equipment.
[0008] The design system for elevator component equipment according to the present disclosure includes a processing means that selects component information from a storage means that stores component information representing the design of a plurality of components that make up the elevator car compartment based on input of design specification information related to the design of the elevator component equipment, modifies dimensional information among the selected component information based on the design specification information, and designs the elevator component equipment based on the component information with the dimensional information modified.
[0009] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to change information about the dimensions of components based on input design specification information, and to design the components of an elevator based on the component information, thereby enabling efficient determination of the design of the components of the elevator.

[0011] Hereinafter, an elevator car design system and an elevator car design method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012] First, the elevator cab (hereinafter simply referred to as the cab) that is the subject of design by the car cab design system of this embodiment will be described. The cab is one of the components of an elevator. In the following description, the entrance side of the cab will be defined as the "front" and the opposite side of the entrance as the "rear." In the following description, a cab with a model number XX may be referred to as an "XX cab." Similarly, in the following description, units such as side wall units, sleeve wall units, and ceiling units, as well as modules such as button modules, indicator modules, and handrail modules, will also be referred to as "XX units" and "XX modules" for units with a model number XX and modules with a model number XX.
[0013] As illustrated in FIG. 9 , the car is designed from multiple components. The components are classified into units and modules. A unit is a planar structure that constitutes the car. Using the example of FIG. 9 , multiple units are provided according to the location within the car, such as a ceiling unit 500 that constitutes the ceiling of the car, a door unit 510 that opens and closes the entrance to the car, a left side wall unit 519 and a right side wall unit 520 that define the entrance, and a right side wall unit (front) 530 and a right side wall unit (rear) 531 that form the right side of the car. A single unit may be formed by combining multiple units. For example, in this embodiment, the right side wall unit (front) 530 forms the right side of the car and is composed of a combination of three units: a front unit, a center unit, and a rear unit.
[0014] On the other hand, a module is a structure incorporated into a unit. Explaining the example of Fig. 9, for example, a plurality of modules are prepared, such as an indicator module 610, which is a display device arranged in the right sleeve wall unit 520, a button module 620, and a handrail module 650, which is a round handrail arranged across the right side wall unit (front) 530 and the right side wall unit (rear) 531.
[0015] Next, the configuration of an elevator car design system (hereinafter referred to as the system) 10 according to an embodiment will be described. As shown in Fig. 1, the system 10 includes a data server 20 that stores various data related to the design, a processing device 30 that executes the design design support process described below, a user terminal 50 used by a user who is a design designer, and a customer terminal 60 used by a customer who requests the design, all of which are interconnected via a network 40 such as the Internet or a LAN (Local Area Network). The elevator car design system 10 is an example of a design system for elevator component equipment.
[0016] The data server 20 comprises a first data server 100 that stores basic information about elevators by construction unit, a second data server 200 that stores information about standard specification units and modules that can be used to form a car room, and a third data server 300 that stores design information about car rooms that have been designed in the past.
[0017] As shown in Fig. 3, the first data server 100 stores basic specification information for elevators for multiple construction units, such as those under negotiation and those under construction. The basic specification information includes basic specification information for the car compartment. For example, in a negotiation with client A, if unit X and unit Y are being considered as installation candidates, basic specification information 110 for client A and unit X and basic specification information 120 for unit Y as construction units are associated and stored in the first data server 100. The basic specification information 110 for vehicle X and the basic specification information 120 for vehicle Y include various information such as, for example, (1) management number, (2) name of the building where the elevator is to be installed, (3) model of elevator, (4) purpose of the elevator, (5) passenger capacity / load weight, (6) elevator height, (7) elevator control method, (8) elevator car size, (9) number of elevator stops, (10) elevator door type, (11) elevator weight position, (12) presence or absence of welfare specifications, (13) ceiling type, (14) handrail type, etc. Among this basic specification information, (4) purpose, (5) passenger capacity / load weight, (8) elevator car size, (9) number of stops, (12) presence or absence of welfare specifications, (13) ceiling type, (14) handrail type, etc. are specification information required for the design of the elevator car. In the following description, for the sake of distinction, this specification information will be referred to as car basic information.
[0018] The second data server 200 shown in FIG. 1 includes a unit database 210 shown in detail in FIG. 4 and a module database 240 shown in detail in FIG.
[0019] The unit database 210 stores information about general-purpose units that can be used in the design of the car, in association with information about their specifications. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the unit database 210 stores (1) a list of units used in each component of the car, such as the right side wall, left side wall, right sleeve wall, etc., in association with (2) specification information for each unit. The specification information includes shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information.
[0020] Next, the shape information of the units will be described. In this embodiment, during the design of the car, the size of each unit is appropriately adjusted to match the size of the car, which changes with each construction project. However, rather than simply changing the dimensions, for example, even if the external dimensions of the unit are adjusted due to manufacturing and structural constraints, fixed dimensions are maintained for areas that must maintain fixed dimensions, such as so-called "relief," while dimensions for other areas are set in a manner that allows for size adjustment. Using the right sleeve wall unit 520 for the right sleeve wall as an example, a specific description will be given with reference to Figure 14 and its A1-A1 cross-sectional view, Figure 15. In Figure 15, the dimensions of F1: sleeve wall width relief 523-1 and F2: sleeve wall width relief 523-2 of the right sleeve wall unit 520 must be maintained at fixed values required due to manufacturing and structural constraints, regardless of the overall size. Therefore, even if the F: sleeve wall width 523 of the right sleeve wall unit 520 is changed, the dimensions of the F1: sleeve wall width relief 523-1 and the F2: sleeve wall width relief 523-2 remain fixed and do not change. On the other hand, the outer dimensions of the right sleeve wall unit 520 are set so that the F3: sleeve wall outer frame width 523-3 of the sleeve wall outer frame 522 changes in conjunction with changes in the F: sleeve wall width 523. Similarly, even if the KK: sleeve wall thickness 525 changes, the outer dimensions of the right sleeve wall unit 520 are set so that the dimension of the KK1: sleeve wall thickness relief 525-1 is maintained as a fixed value and the dimension of the KK2: sleeve wall outer frame thickness 525-2 changes in conjunction with changes in the KK: sleeve wall thickness 525.
[0021] Next, the placement constraint information of the units will be described. The placement constraint information is information that indicates, for each unit, the area (placement area) in which modules can be incorporated and placed. The size of the placement area indicated by the placement constraint information follows changes in the group of external dimensions described above. The placement area is an example of the first placement constraint information of the present disclosure.
[0022] The placement constraint information will be described with reference to FIGS. 15 and 16 , using the right sleeve wall unit 520 as an example. In FIG. 15 , a placement area 521-1, which is an area where modules can be placed, is set on the back side of the right sleeve wall unit 520. Specifically, an opening is formed in the right sleeve wall unit 520, and an indicator module 610 and a button module 620, as shown in FIGS. 16A and 16B, are placed from the back side and exposed to the inner surface of the car compartment, allowing users to see and operate them. Information indicating the placement area 521-1 where such modules can be incorporated and placed constitutes the placement constraint information of the right sleeve wall unit 520. As will be described later, placement constraint information indicating the area (required placement area) required for each module to be incorporated and placed in the unit is also set for each module. The required placement area of the module must be incorporated into the unit's placement area. For example, for the indicator module 610 shown in FIG. 16A, the required placement area 611 constitutes the placement constraint information. For example, in the button module 620 shown in Fig. 16B, the placement constraint information is a placement required area 621. Details of the placement constraint information will be described later.
[0023] Next, the attribute information of each unit will be described using FIG. 4 . The attribute information complements the shape information and includes information such as (1) the material of each unit, (2) the size range indicating the maximum and minimum sizes of each unit, (3) the surface treatment indicating the type of surface treatment for each unit, (4) the color of each unit, and (5) the cost of each unit. For example, in the case of the right sleeve wall unit 520, its attribute information 220 includes information such as (1) material, (2) size range, (3) surface treatment, (4) color, and (5) cost. Appearance-related attributes such as (1) material, (3) surface treatment, and (4) color are preselected from multiple specifications and can be switched according to customer requirements. The (2) size range attribute is a numerical attribute that sets the maximum and minimum values within the range in which the unit's external dimensions can vary, restricting external dimensions outside the allowable range. (5) Cost varies depending on the selected attribute and external dimensions.
[0024] Next, the configuration of the module database 240 of the second data server 200 will be described with reference to FIG. 5. The module database 240 stores information identifying general-purpose modules that can be used in the design of a car, and information relating to the specifications of the modules, in association with each other. The information stored in the module database 240 is categorized by module type, such as button module, indicator module, handrail module, card reader module, and lighting module. Each module is associated with specification information. The specification information includes shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information.
[0025] Here, the placement constraint information of a module will be described. The shape information of a module is dimensional information that defines the shape of the module. Like a unit, the shape of a module also includes components whose dimensions can be changed and components whose dimensions are fixed. As described with reference to FIG. 16 , the placement constraint information of a module is information that indicates the area (placement required area) of each module that is required for incorporating and placing the module in a unit. The placement required area is an example of the second placement constraint information of the present disclosure.
[0026] This point will be described with reference to Figures 18, 19, and 20. Here, an example will be described in which a right side wall unit (front) 530 and a right side wall unit (rear) 531 are installed on the right side wall of the car, and a handrail module 650 is installed thereon. As described above, the shape of each unit is adjusted to fit the size of the car being designed. For this reason, as shown in Figure 18, the outer dimensions of the right side wall unit (front) 530 (LW1: right side wall front width 530-1) and the right side wall unit (rear) 531 (LW3: right side wall rear width 531-1) are adjusted to fit the size of the car. For this reason, as shown in Figure 20, the handrail module 650 (HL: handrail length 655) is set in a form that allows for dimensional change. Meanwhile, fixing points are provided at both ends of the handrail module 650 to fix the handrail module 650 to the right side wall unit (front) 530 and the right side wall unit (rear) 531. The size of the fixed points is fixed regardless of changes in the size of the entire module. Also, depending on the HL: handrail length 655, fixed points are provided in the middle of that length, but the size of these fixed points is also fixed.
[0027] A further explanation will be provided based on a specific example. As shown in FIG. 18 , the right side wall unit (near) 530 and the right side wall unit (rear) 531 are adapted to the varying cab sizes for each construction project, so the dimensions LW1: right side wall front width 530-1 and LW3: right side wall rear width 531-1 change. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 20 , depending on the division position (positional relationship) between the right side wall unit (near) 530 and the right side wall unit (rear) 531, it may be necessary to adjust the HL1: first handrail fixing position 656, HL2: second handrail fixing position 657, and HL3: third handrail fixing position 658 of the handrail module 650. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 19 , the right side wall unit (near) 530 and the right side wall unit (rear) 531 are set with placement constraint information, respectively, as placement-constraint information, which are defined as placement-constraint areas 535 and 536. Furthermore, a predetermined length of relief is provided at both ends of each of the right side wall unit (front) 530 and the right side wall unit (rear) 531. Similar to the relationship between the right sleeve wall unit 520 and the arrangement area 521-1 described above, the arrangement areas 535, 536 are set according to the length of this relief and change in accordance with dimensional changes in LW1: right side wall front width 530-1 and LW3: right side wall rear width 531-1.
[0028] 20 , HL1: first handrail fixing position 656, HL2: second handrail fixing position 657, and HL3: third handrail fixing position 658, which fix the handrail module 650 to the right side wall unit (front) 530 and the right side wall unit (rear) 531, are provided with required placement areas 652, 653, and 654 of the handrail module 650, which indicate the areas required to place the fixing parts on the right side wall unit (front) 530 and the right side wall unit (rear) 531. The required placement areas 652, 653, and 654 are placement constraint information for the handrail module 650.
[0029] Therefore, in order to ensure the feasibility of the design and manufacturing, the required placement areas 652, 653, 654 of the handrail module 650 must be included in either the placement area 535 of the right side wall unit (front) 530 or the placement area 536 of the right side wall unit (rear) 531.
[0030] The module shape information and placement constraint information will be further described with reference to Figures 14, 15, and 16. As shown in Figure 14, in order to function as a control panel for the car, the right sleeve wall unit 520 is equipped with a camera module 600 equipped with a camera, a card reader module 630 equipped with a card reader, a hinged door module 640 equipped with a hinged door, and other components in addition to the button module 620 described above. Meanwhile, as shown in Figures 14 and 15, the sleeve wall width 523 (F) and sleeve wall height 524 (HH) of the right sleeve wall unit 520 change to accommodate the size of the car, which varies with each construction project. The placement constraint information for the right sleeve wall unit 520, i.e., the placement area 521-1, also changes accordingly. The indicator module 610 and button module 620 shown in Figure 16 must be positioned in a balanced manner, taking into account design factors such as visibility and operability, to accommodate these dimensional changes. It is also necessary to ensure the feasibility of the design and manufacturing. To meet such needs, the indicator module 610 and the button module 620 are provided with required placement areas 611 and 621, respectively, which indicate the areas required for placement and attachment to the unit. The required placement area 611 is placement constraint information for the indicator module 610. The required placement area 621 is placement constraint information for the button module 620.
[0031] To ensure design and the feasibility of the design and manufacturing, the possible placement area 521-1 of the right sleeve wall unit 520 shown in Figure 15 must include the required placement area 611 of the indicator module 610 and the required placement area 621 of the button module 620 shown in Figure 16. In addition, in Figure 17-1, which shows a cross section taken along the arrows A3-A3 in Figure 14, the required placement area 621 of the button module 620 is included in the possible placement area 521-1, which is the placement constraint information of the right sleeve wall unit 520, but the required placement areas 621 of the button modules 620 interfere with each other. In such a case, the spacing between the buttons is narrow and the area required to place the button module 620 cannot be secured, so the placement must be corrected.
[0032] Here, the placement constraint information of the units mentioned above will be further explained. The placement constraint information may include information for each unit indicating an area where it is impossible to incorporate and place a module (placement-impossible area). In this case, if the area of each module required for incorporating and placing it in the unit (placement-required area) interferes with the area where it is impossible to incorporate and place the module (placement-impossible area), the design and feasibility of the design and manufacturing cannot be ensured. The placement-impossible area is an example of third placement constraint information in this disclosure.
[0033] For example, in FIG. 17-2, area 521-1 is a placeable area where a module can be placed, while area 521-2 is an unplaceable area where a module cannot be placed. In this case, the placement-required area 621 of the button module 620 interferes with the unplaceable area 521-2 of the right sleeve wall unit 520, so the placement must be corrected. By defining an area where a module cannot be incorporated and placed as unit placement constraint information, such as the unplaceable area 521-2, it is possible to ensure a higher level of feasibility in design and manufacturing. Note that if an unplaceable area is set for a unit, it is not necessary to set a placeable area. In this case, it is possible to incorporate and place a module in an area other than the unplaceable area of the unit. Note that details of the placement constraint information will be described later.
[0034] Module attribute information will be explained using FIG. 5 . Attribute information complements shape information. For example, the A1 button module attribute information 250 for the button module 620 includes (1) model, (2) button size, (3) material, (4) color, (5) lighting color, (6) mark, character, (7) Braille (yes / no), and (8) button protrusion amount. These attributes are set by selecting from multiple preselectable specifications and can be switched according to customer requests, etc. In addition, (9) cost varies depending on the selected attribute.
[0035] For example, the attributes (1) model (cross-sectional shape), (3) material, (4) color, etc. in the C1 handrail module attribute information 260 of the handrail module 650 are set by selecting from multiple pre-selectable specifications, similar to the A1 button module attribute information 250 described above, and can be switched according to customer requests, etc. The (2) size range (max / min) attribute is a numerical attribute that sets the maximum and minimum values within the range in which the external dimensions of the handrail module 650 can change, and constrains the external dimensional changes of the HL: handrail length 655. The (5) cost also varies depending on the selected attributes and external dimensions.
[0036] The third data server 300 shown in Fig. 1 is a database that stores design information for elevator car compartments, as shown in Fig. 6. The third data server 300 includes a recommended design database 310, a past design database 320, and a temporary design storage database 330.
[0037] The recommended design database 310 is a database that stores recommended design data 311A, 311B, ..., including design specification information for one or more representative examples of a car. In the following description, when the recommended design data 311A, 311B, ... are not distinguished from one another, they are also referred to as recommended design data 311. As an example, the recommended design data 311A will be described with reference to Figures 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. The recommended design data 311A includes design specification information for the A1 car, as well as shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information for the units and modules that constitute the A1 car. The design specification information 312 for the A1 car includes (1) elevator car specification information, (2) unit specification information, and (3) module specification information. The (1) elevator car specification information is the main basic specification for designing the elevator car, such as the elevator car size, number of stops, and ceiling type. As will be described later, the corresponding (1) elevator car compartment specification information may be acquired from the basic specification information 110 of elevator X in the first data server 100. In addition, the (2) unit specification information is specification information of components for one elevator car compartment, such as an A1 side wall unit, an A3 side wall unit, a B1 wing wall unit, a B2 wing wall unit, and a C1 ceiling unit. The (3) module specification information is specification information of components for one elevator car compartment, such as an A1 button module, a B1 indicator module, and a C1 handrail module.
[0038] The A1 car design specification information 312, which includes (1) elevator car specification information, (2) unit specification information, and (3) module specification information, is list-like data of specification information extracted from shape information such as external dimension values of the A1 unit and module, and attribute information such as model number, material, color, etc. When the shape information and attribute information of the A1 unit and module are configured in a BIM (Building Information Modeling) or 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) system, the CAD data and BIM data can be modified based on the A1 car design specification information 312.
[0039] The specification information of the units and modules in the recommended design data 311A shown in FIG. 6 , i.e., shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information, is the shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information for the units and modules for one elevator car, as shown in FIG. 9 . FIG. 9 also shows a configuration corresponding to the design specification information 312 for the A1 car. Representative unit configurations include a right side wall unit (front) 530, a right side wall unit (rear) 531, a right sleeve wall unit 520, a ceiling unit 500, a top panel unit 540, and a door unit 510. Representative module configurations shown in the figure include a button module 620, an indicator module 610, a hinged door module 640, and a handrail module 650. As will be described later, in addition to the shape information, attribute information related to appearance, such as the aforementioned (1) material, (3) surface treatment, and (4) color, can be used to create CG or the like, and select and confirm attribute information.
[0040] The past design database 320 illustrated in FIG. 6 is a database that stores past design data 321A, 321B, ..., including design specification information for elevator car compartments of past properties. In the following description, when there is no need to distinguish between the past design data 321A, 321B, ..., they will also be referred to as past design data 321. The past design data 321A includes design specification information for the B1 car compartment and specification information for the units and modules that make up the car compartment, i.e., shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information, and has a similar data structure to the recommended design data 311A but different specification information. The unit and module specification information, i.e., shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information, is the shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information for the units and modules for one elevator car compartment, as shown in FIG. 11 . 6 and 11 include a right side wall unit (front) 530, a right side wall unit (center) 532, a right side wall unit (rear) 531, a right sleeve wall unit 520, a ceiling unit 502, a top panel unit 541, and a door unit 510. Also, the module configuration shown in Fig. 11 includes a button module 623, an indicator module 610, a hinged door module 640, and a spotlight module 660. Similar to the recommended design data 311, it is possible to select and confirm attribute information of the past design data 321 by creating CG or the like based on attribute information related to appearance, such as the aforementioned (1) material, (3) surface treatment, and (4) color, in addition to shape information.
[0041] The temporary design storage database 330 illustrated in FIG. 6 stores temporary design storage data 331A, 331B, ..., which are composed of design specification information for the car currently under negotiation. In the following description, when the individual temporary design storage data 331A, 331B, ... are not distinguished from one another, they will also be referred to as temporary design storage data 331. The temporary design storage data 331A includes design specification information for the C1 car and specification information for the units and modules that make up the car, i.e., shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information, and has a similar data structure to the recommended design data 311A but different specification information. For example, FIG. 10 shows shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information for the units and modules that make up one elevator car corresponding to the design specification information for the C1 car. The unit configuration illustrated in Figure 10 includes a right side wall unit (front) 530, a right side wall unit (rear) 531, a left sleeve wall unit 519, a right sleeve wall unit 520, a ceiling unit 501, a top panel unit 540, and a door unit 510. Typical module configurations illustrated in Figure 10 include a button module 622, an indicator module 610, a card reader module 630, a hinged door module 640, and a camera module 600. As with the recommended design data 311, CG or the like can be created based on attribute information related to appearance, such as the aforementioned (1) material, (3) surface treatment, and (4) color, in addition to shape information, to select and confirm attribute information of the temporarily saved design data 331.
[0042] The processing device 30 shown in FIG. 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 7. As shown in FIG. 7, the processing device 30 includes a basic processing function group 401. The basic processing function group 401 includes (1) a shape information manipulation means 402, (2) an attribute information manipulation means 403, (3) a display / drawing means 404, (4) a specification information manipulation means 405, (5) a search means 406, and (6) a result output means 407, and executes processing. The physical configuration of the processing device 30 is shown in FIG. 2. The processing device 30 is composed of a computer and includes a communication device 400, a control device 70, an auxiliary storage device 80, an output device 90, and an input device 95. The communication device 400 includes a router, a gateway, and the like for connecting to the network 40. The communication device 400 transmits and receives information to and from the data server 20, the user terminal 50, the customer terminal 60, and the like via the network 40 under the control of the control device 70. The control device 70 includes a central processing unit (CPU), read-only memory (ROM), random access memory (RAM), etc., and controls the entire processing device 30. The auxiliary storage device 80 includes a flash memory, a hard disk drive, etc., and stores various types of data. The output device 90 is, for example, a liquid crystal display, and displays various types of information based on instructions from the control device 70. The input device 95 includes a keyboard, a mouse, etc., and accepts input operations from a user and outputs signals corresponding to the accepted input operations to the control device 70. The communication device 400, the control device 70, the auxiliary storage device 80, the output device 90, and the input device 95 operate in cooperation with each other, thereby realizing each function of the basic processing function group 401 described above in the processing device 30.
[0043] Next, the basic processing function group 401 will be described in detail with reference to Fig. 7. The basic processing function group 401 executes the processing of the design design system 10 in cooperation with a specification information manipulation means 405, a shape information manipulation means 402, an attribute information manipulation means 403, a display / drawing means 404, a search means 406, and a result output means 407.
[0044] The specification information operation means 405, in cooperation with the search means 406, searches for similar specification information or missing specification information from the recommended design database 310 or the past design database 320 of the third data server 300 based on the specification information of the car room being designed, and retrieves the design specification information of the car room to be cited or supplemented. Note that "similar" refers to, for example, calculating similarity using a preset similarity calculation and satisfying preset criteria. Note that AI (artificial intelligence) may be used for the similarity calculation. The specification information operation means 405 rewrites the design specification information of the elevator car room being designed with the retrieved design specification information of the car room to be cited or supplemented.
[0045] The similarity for searching for similar specification information described above can be calculated by various methods. For example, the similarity for searching for specification information may be a similarity based on specification information, calculated by a predetermined calculation using attribute information of units and modules included in the design specification information of the car compartment. For example, the similarity for searching for specification information may be a similarity based on shape information, calculated by a predetermined calculation, image analysis, or the like using images of shape information of the design examples of the car compartment shown in Figures 9, 10, and 11. For example, the similarity for searching for specification information may be a composite similarity that combines the similarity based on specification information and the similarity based on shape information, each weighted by a predetermined weight. The processing device 30 may search for similar specification information by ranking the specification information based on the similarity calculated in this manner and detecting specification information with a similarity equal to or higher than a predetermined rank as similar specification information, or by detecting specification information with a similarity equal to or higher than a threshold as similar specification information.
[0046] Furthermore, the specification information operating means 405 cooperates with the shape information operating means 402 and the attribute information operating means 403 based on the design specification information of the elevator car compartment being designed, and calls up shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information that combines units and modules of the elevator car compartment from the recommended design database 310 or the past design database 320 of the third data server 300. The specification information operating means 405 rewrites the called-up shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information into shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information that matches the specification information of the elevator car compartment being designed.
[0047] Furthermore, the specification information manipulation means 405 displays the design of the car compartment on the display / drawing means 404 based on the shape information and attribute information that combines the rewritten unit and module under design. At this time, by creating CG or generating a lighting simulation, it is possible to verify and evaluate the appearance at the design stage.
[0048] Furthermore, the specification information manipulation means 405 adjusts module placement using the shape information manipulation means 402 based on the shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information of the combination of the unit and module under design. The specification information manipulation means 405 also retrieves and replaces the desired unit or module from the unit database 210 or module database 240 of the second data server 200. The specification information manipulation means 405 also checks whether or not components interfere with each other using the placement constraint information of the combination of the unit and module.
[0049] The specification information operating means 405 cooperates with the shape information operating means 402 and the attribute information operating means 403 to register and store design specification information of the elevator car room, the design of which has been completed, shape information of the combination of units and modules, placement constraint information, and attribute information, in the third data server 300. The specification information operating means 405 cooperates with the result output means 407 and creates an elevator car room design specification document or a car room estimate, based on the design specification information of the elevator car room, the design of which has been completed, shape information of the combination of units and modules, placement constraint information, and attribute information.
[0050] The shape information manipulation means 402, attribute information manipulation means 403, and display / drawing means 404 indicated by the dashed line 408 can be implemented using a BIM or 3D CAD system, with the specification information manipulation means 405 at the center, based on the design specification information of the elevator car being designed. The shape information manipulation means 402, attribute information manipulation means 403, and display / drawing means 404 can be executed via the BIM or 3D CAD system. For example, specification information created using the BIM or 3D CAD system can be imported, selected, or processed for use in the design. It is also possible to visualize and evaluate the car, unit, or module based on the specification information during or after the design is completed. In this way, the design system 10 of the present disclosure can be efficiently implemented by combining it with a BIM or 3D CAD system.
[0051] The basic processing function group 401 of the processing device 30 according to the embodiment is an example of a processing means according to the present disclosure. The output device 90 of the processing device 30 according to the embodiment is an example of an output means according to the present disclosure.
[0052] Furthermore, the processing device 30 can input, operate, and display information from a user terminal 50 or a customer terminal 60 via the network 40. Therefore, by utilizing the Internet, customers themselves can use the design system 10 of the present disclosure to obtain the desired car room design.
[0053] 1 include, for example, personal computers. The input units of the user terminal 50 and the customer terminal 60 according to the embodiment are an example of input means according to the present disclosure. The display units of the user terminal 50 and the customer terminal 60 according to the embodiment are an example of output means according to the present disclosure. The data server 20 according to the embodiment is an example of storage means according to the present disclosure.
[0054] Next, the processing of the elevator car interior design system 10 having the above configuration will be described using the flowchart of Figure 8. The processing device 30 supports the design of the car interior design by executing the design design process shown in Figure 8. This design design support process includes three stages: a basic design process S01, a change design process S02, and a final design process S03. The design design support process is started, for example, when a user performs an operation to start the process on the user terminal 50 and the processing device 30 receives an instruction to start the process via the network 40.
[0055] (S01 Part) The basic design process S01 includes four steps: a process S1 for inputting basic specifications of the car compartment; a process S2 for inputting customer specifications of the car compartment; a process S3 for creating a recommended design; and a process S4 for confirming the results.
[0056] In the input process S1 for the basic specifications of the elevator car, a user inputs information on the basic specifications of the car, such as its purpose, passenger capacity / load weight, size, number of stops, whether or not it has a welfare specification, ceiling type, and handrail type, from the user terminal 50, and the processing device 30 acquires the input information via the network 40. Alternatively, the processing device 30 may acquire the basic specifications of the car from the basic specification information of the elevator for each construction project stored in the first data server 100. For example, from the basic specification information of the elevator in the basic specification information 110 for No. X elevator stored in the first data server 100, the processing device 30 can acquire information such as (4) purpose, (5) passenger capacity / load weight, (8) car size, (9) number of stops, (12) whether or not it has a welfare specification, (13) ceiling type, and (14) handrail type as the basic specifications of the car.
[0057] In the input process S2 of the elevator car's customer specifications, the processing device 30 generates elevator car design specification information by adding information necessary for the design of the elevator car that was missing in the input process S1 of the elevator car's basic specifications. In particular, in this step, the processing device 30 checks the customer's priority requests. For example, the processing device 30 checks, from among the modules listed in the module database 240, the button type of the button module, the presence or absence of a handrail module, and, if present, its type.
[0058] In the recommended design creation process S3, the processing device 30 searches for similar elevator car design specification information from the recommended design database 310 based on the specification information of the elevator car being designed and the design specification information of the car set in the input process S2. Furthermore, the processing device 30 rewrites and creates the recommended elevator car design specification information for one elevator car, as well as shape information, placement constraint information, and attribute information that combines the elevator car units and modules.
[0059] In the basic design result confirmation process S4, the processing device 30 displays the elevator car design being designed and checks the elevator car design specifications. If there are any problems with the results, the processing device 30 corrects the settings of the elevator car customer specification input process S2 and executes the step again. If there are no problems with the results, the process proceeds to the next change design process S02.
[0060] (S02 Section) The change design process S02 is composed of three steps: change design S5, layout constraint determination process S6, and change design result confirmation process S7. In the change design S5 and layout constraint determination process S6, the processing device 30 adjusts the module layout of the elevator car design under design, swaps modules and units, and performs layout constraint determination process to create the customer's desired design specifications. In the change design result confirmation process S7, the processing device 30 performs the same process as the basic design result confirmation process S4. If there is a problem with the results, the processing device 30 corrects the settings of the change design S5 or the car customer specification input process S2, and executes the step again. If there is no problem with the results, the process proceeds to the next final design process S03.
[0061] Next, the placement constraint determination process S6 will be described in detail. The placement constraint determination process S6 includes the following two processes.
[0062] The first step in the determination process S6 is to determine placement constraint information provided for the unit and module. This placement constraint information determination process determines whether or not it is possible to incorporate and place a module in a unit, based on an area in which the module can be incorporated and placed (placement-possible area) or not (placement-impossible area), and an area provided in the module that is necessary for incorporating and placing the module in the unit (placement-required area).
[0063] This process can be efficiently performed by using the interference check function implemented in BIM or 3D CAD systems. However, since interference check functions generally only detect whether or not areas interfere with each other, it is necessary to ensure the feasibility of the design using a mechanism such as that described below.
[0064] For example, in the case of Fig. 17-1, as shown in the cross-sectional view A2-A2, the required placement area 611, which is the placement constraint information of the indicator module 610, is included in the possible placement area 521-1, which is the placement constraint information of the right sleeve wall unit 520. Therefore, it is determined that the indicator module 610 can be installed and placed in the right sleeve wall unit 520. On the other hand, as shown in the cross-sectional view A3-A3 of Fig. 17-1, the required placement areas 621 of the button modules 620 interfere with each other, so it is determined that the button module 620 cannot be installed and placed in the sleeve wall unit.
[0065] For example, in the case of cross-sectional view A3-A3 in Figure 17-2, part of the required placement area 621 of the button module 620 is outside the range of the possible placement area 521-1 of the right sleeve wall unit 520, and there is interference between the required placement area 621 and the impossible placement area 521-2 of the right sleeve wall unit 520, so it is determined that the incorporation and placement of the button module 620 into the right sleeve wall unit 520 is not possible.
[0066] The second step of the determination process S6 is to determine whether or not it is possible to incorporate and arrange a module into a unit, based on the shape information, such as the external dimensions of the unit and module, and the numerical attribute (2) that sets the maximum and minimum values of the variable range of the size range attribute, which is attribute information. This process can also be efficiently implemented by combining it with a BIM or 3D CAD system.
[0067] (S03 Section) The final design process S03 is comprised of three steps: elevator cab design information registration process S8, negotiation process S9, and final design result confirmation process S10. In the elevator cab design information registration process S8 and negotiation process S9, the processing device 30 registers and saves the elevator cab design specification information, shape information for the combination of units and modules, placement constraint information, and attribute information in the third data server 300. Based on this information, the processing device 30 creates an elevator cab design specification document or an elevator cab quotation. In the final design result confirmation process S10, the processing device 30 checks the elevator cab design specification document or the elevator cab quotation, and if there are no problems, finalizes the elevator cab design specification. If there are problems, the processing device 30 corrects the settings in the change design S5 or elevator cab customer specification input process S2, as shown in the flowchart, and executes the steps again. This completes the design of the car compartment.
[0068] Specific examples will be described using Figures 9 and 10. Figure 9 is assumed to be an example of output of elevator car design specifications recommended in the basic design process S01. Figure 10 is assumed to be an example of output of modified elevator car design specifications in the modification design process S02.
[0069] In the basic design process S01, as shown in Figure 9, based on the input process S2 of the customer specifications for the elevator car, a ceiling unit 500, a button module 620, a right-wing wall unit 520, and an indicator module 610 and handrail module 650 attached to each are selected as representative design specifications for the elevator car. The size of each unit and module is adjusted according to the size of the car. Furthermore, the units and modules are attached so that their attachable positions match according to the placement constraint information.
[0070] In the modification design process S02, based on the recommended car design specifications created in the basic design process S01, as shown in Figure 10, the ceiling unit 500 is changed to ceiling unit 501, the button module 620 is changed to button module 622, the placement is reviewed, the indicator module 610 attached to the right sleeve wall unit 520 and the left sleeve wall unit 519 is replaced with only the right sleeve wall unit 520, the handrail module 650 is changed to a rectangular handrail module 651, and a camera module 600 and a card reader module 630 are added. The sizes of the modified or added units and modules are adjusted according to the size of the car. Furthermore, the units and modules are attached so that their attachable positions match according to the placement constraint information.
[0071] 12 is a cross-sectional view of the car shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. FIG. 12(A) is a view of the car shown in FIG. 9 looking toward the ceiling. FIG. 12(B) is a view of the car shown in FIG. 10 looking toward the ceiling. FIG. 12(C) is a view of the car shown in FIG. 9 looking toward the floor. As shown in FIG. 12(A), the ceiling unit 500 shown in FIG. 9 is a fully illuminated type in which light sources such as LEDs are covered with glass cloth. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 12(B), the modified ceiling unit 501 has a partially illuminated central surface 501-2 in which light sources such as LEDs are covered with glass cloth. The left ceiling panel 501-1 and the right ceiling panel 501-3 on the left and right sides of the ceiling unit 501 are made of painted steel plates or the like. Note that, as shown in FIG. 12(C), there is no change in the floor direction. The width dimensions of the partial illumination surface 501-2, left ceiling board 501-1, and right ceiling board 501-3 can be changed within the range of the external dimensions set in the attribute information. Also, placement constraints indicating the area in which modules can be placed can be set on the left ceiling board 501-1 and right ceiling board 501-3, and modules such as spot lighting can be placed within the range of those constraints.
[0072] A more specific example of the study will be supplemented with Figure 11. Figure 11 is assumed to be an example of output of design specifications for a car cabin of a past elevator. Figure 13 is a cross-sectional view of Figure 11. In this example, the design specification information for the elevator cabin to be cited from the past design database 320 is used as a base, and it is also possible to modify the basic specifications of the elevator cabin, such as the size of the elevator cabin, of the elevator currently being designed.
[0073] For example, an example of changing the car size under design will be described based on Figure 11. The ceiling unit 502 shown in Figure 13 has a three-dimensional structure, with a central ceiling section 502-2 positioned higher than the left ceiling board 502-1 and right ceiling board 502-3 on the left and right sides. Light sources that irradiate light onto the central ceiling section 502-2 are disposed on the back of the left ceiling board 502-1 and the right ceiling board 502-3, and the light is reflected off the central ceiling section 502-2 to illuminate the interior of the car, making this an indirect lighting type ceiling unit 502.
[0074] In order to design such a ceiling unit 502 in a well-balanced manner, it is necessary to adjust the width dimensions of the left ceiling panel 502-1 and the right ceiling panel 502-3 to match the size of the car. The width dimensions of the left ceiling panel 502-1 and the right ceiling panel 502-3 can be changed within the range of possible changes in the external dimensions set in the attribute information. Therefore, by adjusting the attribute information and adjusting the width dimensions, it is possible to design a car equipped with the desired left ceiling panel 502-1 and right ceiling panel 502-3.
[0075] Although the above-described embodiments have mainly described the design of the elevator car, the present disclosure is not limited to the design of the elevator car. For example, the present disclosure can also be applied to the design of components other than the elevator car, such as elevator hall equipment. Figures 21 and 22 show examples of elevator hall equipment.
[0076] This hall equipment includes a jamb unit 700 composed of a jamb unit (upper) 701, a jamb unit (right) 702, and a jamb unit (left) 703, a hall door unit 704, a hall operating panel unit 705, a hall lantern module 800, a door glass module 801, a button module 802, and an indicator module 803. For example, in the hall equipment shown in Fig. 21 , the hall lantern module 800 is incorporated into the jamb unit 700, the door glass module 801 is incorporated into the hall door unit 704, and the button module 802 and the indicator module 803 are incorporated into the hall operating panel unit 705. Shape information, placement constraint information, attribute information, etc. of these units and modules are stored in the data server 20, etc., as in the case of the car interior design system 10 described above. Similarly, the flowchart of the elevator car design system shown in FIG. 8 and the data structures shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be appropriately expanded to a hall equipment design system.
[0077] As explained above, the present disclosure makes it possible to easily and efficiently create custom-made design for highly designed components that are suited to the size of elevator components (cabin, landing equipment, etc.), which varies from project to project, and to the design needs of customers, while ensuring high feasibility of design and manufacturing.
[0078] Although the description has focused on custom-made design, the present disclosure is not limited to custom-made designs, but can be applied to the design of highly designed components.
[0079] The above-described units and modules are merely examples and can be modified as appropriate.
[0080] The present disclosure allows various embodiments and modifications without departing from the broad spirit and scope of the present disclosure. In other words, the scope of the present disclosure is defined by the claims, not the embodiments.
