[0036] In the following description, the “longitudinal” direction represents the length direction of the car, and the “transverse” direction represents the width direction of the car.
[0037] 1 and 4 , an embodiment of the present application provides a battery pack 100 comprising: a battery tray 10 and a battery harness 20. The battery tray 10 has a battery accommodation space 103 for accommodating battery modules; the battery tray 10 has a structural beam 11, and the structural beam 11 comprises a tray longitudinal beam 104, a tray cross beam 110, a transverse side beam 101 and a longitudinal side beam 102. In the following description, the tray longitudinal beam 104 is described as an example of the structural beam 11, but other beam components such as the tray cross beam 110, the transverse side beam 101 and the longitudinal side beam 102 can have the same structure as the tray longitudinal beam 104, such as having a receiving groove 105, etc., and the battery harness 20 can be installed in these beam components in the same manner. The tray longitudinal beam 104 has a receiving groove 105, and the battery harness 20 is accommodated in the receiving groove 105 and is insulated from the tray longitudinal beam 104. In Figure 1, the battery tray 10 includes a pair of transverse side beams 101 and a pair of longitudinal side beams 102, and the transverse side beams 101 and the longitudinal side beams 102 are connected together to form a frame structure. However, the present application can also adopt an integrally cast or integrally stamped battery tray 10 structure. Since the battery wiring harness 20 is accommodated in the receiving groove 105 of the tray longitudinal beam 104 and is insulated from the tray longitudinal beam 104, most of the battery wiring harness 20 can be protected by the structural beam 11. When the battery module in the battery accommodating space 103 thermally runs away, the adverse effects on the battery wiring harness 20 are reduced. Similarly, the battery wiring harness 20 is accommodated in the receiving groove 105 of other structural beams 11, such as the tray cross beam 110, which can also reduce the adverse effects of thermal runaway of the battery module on the battery module.
[0038] The battery wiring harness 20 can be directly accommodated in the accommodating groove 105, or it can be first accommodated in an accommodating member 30 (such as the wire array accommodating member 107 or the low-voltage wiring harness accommodating member 109 described below), and then the accommodating member 30 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 105. The accommodating member 30 can be a groove-shaped member, with the open side of the accommodating member 30 facing the same direction as the open side of the accommodating groove.
[0039] According to one embodiment of the present application, the battery wiring harness 20 includes a high-voltage wire bus 106, and the container 30 includes a wire bus container 107. The high-voltage wire bus 106 includes conductors such as copper and aluminum, and is used to make high-voltage electrical connections with the battery module, such as the busbars of each battery module. The copper, aluminum and other conductors in the high-voltage wire bus 106 can be wrapped with an insulating film on the outside. The wire bus container 107 is preferably made of an insulating material. In the case where the high-voltage wire bus 106 itself has an insulating layer 1085, the wire bus container 107 can also be made of a non-insulating material. The high-voltage wire bus 106 is accommodated in the wire bus container 107, and then the wire bus container 107 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 105, thereby achieving electrical insulation between the high-voltage wire bus 106 and the structural beam 11, and the high-voltage wire bus 106 will be doubly protected by the wire bus container 107 and the structural beam 11, further reducing the adverse effects of thermal runaway.
[0040] The wire row accommodating member 107 can be a groove-shaped member or a tubular member. Preferably, the wire row accommodating member 107 is a groove-shaped member. As a "groove" type structure, there must be four sides, namely two opposite side walls, a bottom wall and an open side. Whether the two ends of the "groove" type structure are open is not limited in this application. As can be seen from Figure 6, the open side of the wire row accommodating member 107 and the open side of the accommodating groove 105 of the tray longitudinal beam 104 face the same direction, that is, both open sides face upward as shown in Figure 6. The advantage of this structure is that when the battery pack is assembled, the wire row accommodating member 107 can be first installed into the accommodating groove 105 from the open side of the accommodating groove 105, and then the high-voltage wire bus 106 can be installed into the wire row accommodating member 107 from the open side of the wire row accommodating member 107, which is convenient for assembly.
[0041] According to one embodiment of the present application, referring to FIG2 , the battery wiring harness 20 includes a low-voltage wiring harness 108 , which includes a sampling bus 1084 . The sampling bus 1084 includes multiple sampling lines 1081 and an insulation layer 1085 , and the multiple sampling lines 1081 are wrapped together by the insulation layer 1085 . The low-voltage wiring harness can also include other signal lines. In this article, wrapping does not mean completely wrapping, but rather allows each sampling connector 1086 of each sampling line 1081 to be connected to a device other than the sampling bus 1084 . This structure of the sampling bus 1084 can avoid wiring confusion.
[0042] According to one embodiment of the present application, referring to FIG3 , the container 30 includes a low-voltage wire container 109 . A sampling bus 1084 is housed within the low-voltage wire container 109 , which is then housed within the receiving slot 105 . Thus, the pallet stringer 104 and the low-voltage wire container 109 provide dual protection for the low-voltage wiring harness, further mitigating the adverse effects of thermal runaway. The sampling bus 1084 is electrically isolated from the pallet stringer 104 by its own insulation layer 1085 . The low-voltage wire container 109 can be manufactured from either insulating or non-insulating materials.
[0043] Similar to the wire row accommodating member 107, the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109 can be a groove-shaped member or a tubular member. Preferably, the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109 is a groove-shaped member. As can be seen from Figure 6, the open side of the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109 and the open side of the accommodating groove 105 of the tray longitudinal beam 104 face the same direction, that is, both open sides face upward as shown in Figure 6. The advantage of this structure is that when the battery pack is assembled, the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109 can be first installed into the accommodating groove 105 from the open side of the accommodating groove 105, and then the low-voltage wiring harness, such as the sampling bus 1084, can be installed into the wire row accommodating member 107 from the open side of the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109, which is convenient for assembly.
[0044] According to one embodiment of the present application, as can be seen from FIG6 , as an optional solution, the battery wiring harness 20 includes both a high-voltage wire row 106 and a low-voltage wire harness (e.g., a sampling bus 1084). Accordingly, the accommodating member 30 includes a wire row accommodating member 107 and a low-voltage wire accommodating member 109. The wire row accommodating member 107 and the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109 are both accommodated in the accommodating groove 105 of the pallet longitudinal beam 104. The wire row accommodating member 107 and the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109 are both groove-shaped members, and the open side of the wire row accommodating member 107, the open side of the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109, and the open side of the accommodating groove 105 of the pallet longitudinal beam 104 face the same direction, that is, the three open sides are all facing upward as shown in FIG6 , and the bottom wall of the low-voltage wire accommodating member 109 closes the open side of the wire row accommodating member 107. The advantage of this structure is that, from the perspective of assembly, the line row container 107 can be first installed into the accommodating groove 105 from the open side of the accommodating groove 105, and then the high-voltage line bus 106 can be installed into the line row container 107 from the open side of the line row container 107, and then the low-voltage line container 109 can be installed into the accommodating groove 105 from the open side of the accommodating groove 105, and finally the low-voltage wire harness, such as the sampling bus 1084, can be installed into the line row container 107 from the open side of the low-voltage line container 109. All assembly is carried out from top to bottom, which is convenient for assembly. From the perspective of protecting the wiring harness, this structure uses the bottom wall of the low-voltage line container 109 to close the open side of the line row container 107, so the high-voltage line bus 106, which is more sensitive to the risk of thermal runaway, is more strongly protected, and the protection effect of the entire structure for high and low voltage wiring harnesses is more reasonable.
[0045] According to one embodiment of the present application, as can be seen in FIG6 , the tray longitudinal beam 104 has reinforcing ribs 1041. The reinforcing ribs 1041 not only reinforce the structure of the tray longitudinal beam 104 but also support the cable accommodating member 107, thereby ensuring a gap between the cable accommodating member 107 and the bottom 1042 of the tray longitudinal beam 104. This prevents the high-voltage cable 106 and the low-voltage wiring harness from falling too deep into the accommodating groove 105, thereby preventing the battery wiring harness 20 from being excessively bent.
[0046] According to one embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG2 , the sampling bus 1084 has multiple sampling connectors 1086 , each comprising a sampling nickel sheet 1082 and a quick-connect connector 1083 . As shown in FIG3 , the low-voltage line accommodating member 109 has multiple first bayonet openings 1091 . The sampling connectors 1086 , comprising the sampling nickel sheet 1082 and the quick-connect connector 1083 , extend from the open side 1091 . Thus, each sampling line 1081 engages with the first bayonet openings 1091 , positioning the sampling connectors 1086 outside the low-voltage line accommodating member 109 . The first bayonet openings 1091 can be sealed with a sealant.
[0047] The low-voltage line accommodating member 109 and the line row accommodating member 107 can both be formed by extrusion of composite materials, which is simple to manufacture. The low-voltage line accommodating member 109 and the line row accommodating member 107 can also be formed by bending or stamping a plate.
[0048] The tray longitudinal beam 104 or other structural beams 11 can be formed by extrusion, bending a plate, or molding. The open side of the receiving groove 105 is formed at the top of the structural beam 11, that is, the open side of the receiving groove 105 faces upward, which facilitates the arrangement of the battery wiring harness 20.
[0049] As can be seen from Figure 1, the battery tray 10 also includes a tray crossbeam 110, and the tray longitudinal beam 104 intersects with the tray crossbeam 110, thereby dividing the battery tray 10 into a plurality of battery accommodating spaces 103. The tray longitudinal beam 104 and the tray crossbeam 103 can jointly improve the structural strength of the battery tray 10. As mentioned above, the tray crossbeam 110 can also form a receiving groove 105 and accommodate the battery wiring harness 20. In conjunction with Figures 1 and 6, the receiving groove 105 is provided with a second bayonet 114, and the second bayonet 114 overlaps with the first bayonet 1091, so that each sampling head of the sampling line 1081 can smoothly pass through the first bayonet 1091 and the second bayonet 114 to reach the required sampling position.
[0050] According to one embodiment of the present application, referring to FIG7 , a longitudinal distance D between at least one second latch 114 and the connection between the pallet longitudinal beam 104 and the pallet cross beam 110 is less than a first threshold. This first threshold can be 2 cm, 3 cm, or another suitable value, and can be selected based on the lengths of the pallet longitudinal beam 104 and the pallet cross beam 110. In other words, the second latch 114 is located near the connection between the pallet longitudinal beam 104 and the pallet cross beam 110, providing greater structural strength at this connection. This provides high-strength protection for the connection between the sampling line 1081 and the sampling connector 1086, making the sampling line 1081 less susceptible to crushing and fracture. In the embodiment shown in FIG7 , the second latch 114 is located on the pallet longitudinal beam 104, so D is a longitudinal distance. If the second latch 114 is located on the pallet cross beam 110, the distance D is a transverse distance.
[0051] As can be seen more clearly in FIG. 4 , the battery module 113 is installed in the battery accommodation space 103 , and the sampling nickel sheet 1082 is connected to the connecting sheet 1131 of the battery module 113 .
[0052] As can be seen more clearly in FIG. 5 , the battery module 113 is installed in the battery accommodation space 103 , and the quick-connect connector 1083 of the sampling bus 1084 is plugged into the sampling adapter harness plug 1132 of the battery module 113 .
[0053] 1 , one transverse side beam 101 is provided with a front distribution box 111, and the other transverse side beam 101 is provided with a rear distribution box 112. The sampling connector 1086 includes a quick-plug connector 1083, which is plugged into a low-voltage plug (not shown) of the front distribution box 111 or the rear distribution box 112.
[0054] Optionally, the accommodating groove 105 passes through the pallet longitudinal beam 104 in the longitudinal direction, so that the sampling bus 1084 can be protected by the pallet longitudinal beam 104 until the quick-plug connector 1083 of the sampling line 1081 extends into the front distribution box 111 or the rear distribution box 112.
[0055] The present application also proposes a car equipped with the battery pack described above, thereby providing higher safety.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments may be modified without departing from the scope and spirit of the present application.
