In addition, it should be noted that the terms used, such as "first", "second", etc., are used to distinguish one element from another and do not have order or importance.
[0034] In a first aspect, the present application provides a battery pack body structure, referring to Figures 1 to 6, as a specific embodiment of the battery pack body structure of the present application, comprising a battery pack 1 and a body 2, the battery pack 1 comprising a cell module 101, a battery pack frame 102, and a first cooling plate 103 and a second cooling plate 104 for cooling the cell module 101, the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 being located above (on the F1 side) and below (on the F2 side) the cell module 101, respectively, the battery pack frame 102, the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 forming a box structure for accommodating the cell module 101, when performing high-power fast charging, The first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 can cool the upper and lower parts of the battery module 101 synchronously, avoiding the problem of excessive temperature rise of the battery module during fast charging due to large current; in addition, the battery pack 1 is connected to the vehicle body 2, and the top 1031 of the first cooling plate 103 (i.e., the top area A) forms at least a part of the vehicle body floor 205 of the vehicle body 2, thereby realizing the integration of the battery pack 1 and the vehicle body 2, saving the vehicle body floor during traditional battery pack installation and the gap between the first cooling plate 103 and the vehicle body floor, which can increase the ground clearance of the vehicle and eliminate the original vehicle body floor 205, thereby meeting the lightweight requirements of the entire vehicle and saving the cost of the entire vehicle.
[0035] Referring to FIG2 , a cavity is formed at the top region A corresponding to the vehicle body 2, wherein the vehicle body 2 includes sill side beams 201 located on both sides of the cavity. A sill reinforcement beam 204 is further provided on the sill side beam 201 for structurally reinforcing the sill side beam 201. The battery pack frame 102 is connected to the sill side beams 201 on both sides. To ensure the structural stability of the connection, the battery pack frame 102 can be optionally connected to the bottom of the sill side beam 201 by bolts to achieve a fixed connection between the battery pack 1 and the vehicle body 2. To ensure a tight seal within the passenger compartment, a sealing layer 3 is provided between the vehicle body 2 and the first cooling plate 103. This sealing layer 3 can optionally be positioned around the top region A. When the battery pack frame 102 is bolted to the sill side member 201, the vehicle body 2 and the upper surface of the first cooling plate 103 contact the sealing layer 3, compressing the sealing layer 3 to form a seal within the passenger compartment. Furthermore, after attachment, the upper surface of the first cooling plate 103 lies within the cavity of the vehicle body 2, forming at least a portion of the vehicle body floor 205. The sealing layer 3 may include, but is not limited to, sealant, silicone foam, or structural adhesive. For example, sealant can be used to fully fill the gap between the vehicle body 2 and the upper surface of the first cooling plate 103, preventing gaps, dead angles, and uneven surfaces, thereby ensuring a tight seal within the passenger compartment.
[0036] 3 and 4 , the first cooling plate 103 includes a sealing plate 103a, a support plate 103b, a flow channel plate 103c, and a temperature equalizing plate 103d arranged in sequence from top to bottom (i.e., from F1 to F2), wherein the sealing plate 103a and the support plate 103b are optionally arranged around the top area A, and the sealing plate 103a cooperates with the sealing layer 3 for sealing, and the support plate 103b supports the sealing plate 103a to ensure the structural strength of the seal and avoid deformation that affects the sealing effect of the passenger compartment. In order to meet the lightweight requirements of the vehicle, the sealing plate 103a and the support plate 103b are optionally stamped from aluminum plates, and a ring structure with a cavity is formed in the middle of the sealing plate 103a and the support plate 103b, so that the top of the flow channel plate 103c forms the vehicle body floor 205 At least a part of the flow channel plate 103c is formed by stamping a flat plate to form a flow channel for the flow of coolant or refrigerant, so that the battery module 101 can be cooled. The structural strength of the flow channel plate 103c is good, and its top meets the structural strength of the vehicle body floor 205. The temperature averaging plate 103d is arranged between the battery module 101 and the flow channel plate 103c, and its bottom 103d1 is in contact with the top 1011 of the battery module 101, and the top is in contact with the bottom of the flow channel plate 103c, so as to be able to conduct heat to the battery module 101, improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the battery module 101, and better control the temperature difference of different parts of the battery module 101, and have good temperature averaging performance. The temperature averaging plate 103d is thin, which has little effect on the overall thickness of the battery pack 1, thereby affecting the passability of the entire vehicle.
[0037] In order to ensure the safety of the passenger compartment, an insulating film 103e is provided at the bottom 103d1 of the temperature averaging plate 103d, so as to insulate the temperature averaging plate 103d from the battery module 101 and improve the insulation of the battery pack 1. The insulating film 103e can be made of but not limited to polypropylene, polyimide or polyamide. Optionally, the insulating film is a PI film (polyimide film), which has good insulation performance and excellent heat resistance. When the temperature of the battery module 101 rises during charging, it can also be used stably. It also has excellent mechanical properties and is not easy to be damaged. It can be glued to the lower surface of the temperature averaging plate 103d by rolling to ensure the flatness of the fit.
[0038] In order to further improve the sealing performance of the passenger compartment, the sealing plate 103a, the support plate 103b, the flow channel plate 103c and the temperature equalizing plate 103d are connected as one piece, and brazing can be used as an option. The solder with a melting point lower than the melting point of the weldment (sealing plate 103a, support plate 103b, flow channel plate 103c and temperature equalizing plate 103d) is melted to fill the gaps in the weldment to form an integrated connection. Since the temperature during welding is lower than the melting point of the weldment, the thermal deformation of the weldment can be greatly reduced, the dimensional accuracy of the weldment can be ensured, and the sealing between the first cooling plate 103 and the vehicle body 1 can be ensured.
[0039] It should be noted that there are many ways to form a seal between the sealing plate 103a and the vehicle body 1. For example, as a specific embodiment, the bottom of the sill side beam 201 is used as the sealing surface, and the upper surface of the sealing plate 103a is directly pressed onto the bottom of the sill side beam 201 through the sealing layer 3. When the battery pack frame 102 is fixed to the sill side beam 201, the sealing layer 3 is compressed to form a seal; as another optional embodiment, referring to Figures 2 to 4 and 6, the vehicle body 2 includes a sealing frame 202, which is arranged around the top area A and is integrally welded to the side wall of the cavity at the corresponding top area A of the vehicle body 2, thereby improving the connection reliability between the sealing frame 202 and the vehicle body 2. The sealing layer 3 is arranged between the bottom of the sealing frame 202 and the top of the sealing plate 103a to form a The battery pack 1 is sealed, and an extended mounting portion 102a for connecting to the sill side beam 201 is provided on the periphery of the battery pack frame 102. In the vertical direction, the top of the extended mounting portion 102a is lower than the top of the sealing plate 103a, and correspondingly, the bottom of the sealing frame 202 is lower than the bottom of the sill side beam 201. Therefore, when the battery pack 1 is connected to the vehicle body, the first cooling plate 103 can be embedded in the cavity of the vehicle body 1. When the extended mounting portion 102a and the sill side beam 201 are bolted together, the sealing plate 103a compresses the sealing layer 3 between it and the sealing frame 202, thereby forming a seal, which can raise the overall height of the battery pack 1 to further increase the ground clearance of the vehicle and reduce the possibility of the bottom of the battery pack 1 being bumped.
[0040] Referring to Figures 2 to 5, the vehicle body 2 also includes a seat crossbeam 203 transversely arranged on the top of the first cooling plate 103. The seat crossbeam 203 provides installation functions for seats and other systems, and strengthens the overall lateral stiffness of the vehicle body 2 to improve the lateral collision protection performance. In addition, due to the large overall weight of the battery pack 1, in order to further improve the installation strength between the battery pack 1 and the vehicle body 2, a reinforcing crossbeam 102b is transversely arranged at the battery pack frame 102 corresponding to the seat crossbeam 203, and a mounting hole 103f for screws to pass through is provided at the first cooling plate 103 corresponding to the reinforcing crossbeam 102b, so that the seat crossbeam 203 and the reinforcing crossbeam 102b are screwed together.
[0041] It should be noted that the structure of the second cooling plate 104 is consistent with the structure of the first cooling plate 103 for realizing the cooling function. The second cooling plate 104 includes a temperature averaging plate and a flow channel plate arranged upper and lower. The top of the temperature averaging plate is attached to the bottom of the battery cell module 101 so as to be able to conduct heat to the battery cell module 101. During fast charging, the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 form a double-layer cooling system to simultaneously dissipate heat from the upper and lower surfaces of the battery cell module 101, thereby improving the heat dissipation capacity of the battery cell module 101. At the same time, the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 are connected to the same coolant inlet or refrigerant inlet, thereby ensuring that the heat dissipation capacity of the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 are the same, so as to average the temperature of the battery cell module 104 and make the temperature of the upper and lower surfaces of the battery cell module 104 more uniform. Since the second cooling plate 104 is at the bottom of the vehicle and may be subject to collision during the formation process, a bottom guard plate 107 may be provided below the second cooling plate 104 to protect the second cooling plate 104 and the battery pack 1 as a whole.
[0042] The first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 can be either liquid cooling plates or direct cooling plates, both of which are within the scope of protection of this application. As an optional embodiment, the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 are both direct cooling plates to provide better heat dissipation capabilities when the battery module 101 is fast charged, and in order to improve the heat conduction capabilities between the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 and the battery module 101, a first heat-conducting element 105 is provided between the bottom of the first cooling plate 103 and the top of the battery module 101, and a second heat-conducting element 106 is provided between the top of the second cooling plate 104 and the bottom of the battery module 101. Further optionally, the first heat-conducting element 105 and the second heat-conducting element 106 are both thermally conductive adhesives, which can effectively fill the gaps between the contact surfaces and have excellent bonding properties to ensure the fit between the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 and the battery module 101.
[0043] As an optional embodiment, the second cooling plate 104 is integrally connected to the bottom of the battery pack frame 102, so that the second cooling plate 104 is integrated on the battery pack frame 102 to form the bottom plate of the battery pack 1, so as to be able to directly bear the weight of the battery cell module 101. The second cooling plate 104 can be optionally integrally connected to the bottom of the battery pack frame 102 by stir friction welding, which is low in cost and has little change in the microstructure of the heat affected zone of the weld joint. The residual stress is relatively low, and the welded workpiece is not easy to deform. While improving the integration level of the battery pack frame 202, it is also convenient for subsequent assembly. The second cooling plate 104 and the battery pack frame 102 form a coverless box structure, and the battery module 101 is placed in the box structure. The lower surface of the battery module 101 is bonded to the second cooling plate 104 by thermally conductive glue, and then the first cooling plate 103 is covered on the box structure. The upper surface of the battery module 101 is bonded to the first cooling plate 103 by thermally conductive glue. The first cooling plate 103 is detachably connected to the top of the battery pack frame 102 and can be fixed with bolts. Thereafter, the formed battery pack 1 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the door sill side beam 201 through the extended mounting portion 102a on the battery pack frame 102. While tightening, the sealing plate 103a and the sealing frame 202 jointly compress the sealing layer 3 to seal the passenger compartment, thereby forming a highly integrated whole with the battery pack 1 and the vehicle body 2, thereby improving the bottom stiffness and torsional strength of the entire vehicle.
[0044] Through the above technical solution, the battery pack body structure provided by the first aspect of the present application is provided with a first cooling plate 103 and a second cooling plate 104 above and below the battery module 101 within the effective space of the battery pack 1, respectively, to form a double-layer direct cooling plate, which greatly improves the cooling capacity of the battery pack 1 and effectively equalizes the temperature of the battery module 101, and can achieve higher power charging while balancing the temperature of the battery module 101 during charging; the upper surface of the first cooling plate 103 is directly used as the body floor 205 part of the body 2, replacing the original traditional floor of the body, and providing a sealing layer 3 between the first cooling plate 103 and the body 2 to ensure the sealing of the passenger compartment, saving the body floor during the installation of the traditional battery pack, meeting the lightweight requirements of the whole vehicle, saving the cost of the whole vehicle, and the gap between the first cooling plate 103 and the body floor It disappears, which can increase the ground clearance of the vehicle, improve the passability of the whole vehicle, and reduce the possibility of collision with the bottom of the battery pack 1; the second cooling plate 104 is directly integrated on the battery pack frame 102, and serves as a bottom plate to directly bear the weight of the battery module 101. During subsequent assembly, the battery module 101 can be directly placed in a lidless box structure formed by integrally connecting the second cooling plate 104 and the battery pack frame 102, thereby improving the convenience of assembly; in addition, the internal battery module 101 of the battery pack 1 is bonded to the first cooling plate 103 and the second cooling plate 104 by thermal conductive adhesive, and the internal connection of the battery pack 1 is tight without gaps, forming a highly integrated whole, and the battery pack 1 is fixedly connected to the door sill side beam 201, thereby forming a highly integrated whole with the battery pack 1 and the vehicle body 2, thereby improving the bottom stiffness and torsional strength of the whole vehicle.
[0045] The second utility model of the present application provides a vehicle, which is a specific embodiment of the vehicle of the present application. See Figure 7, including a vehicle body 100. The vehicle body 100 includes the battery pack body structure provided by the first aspect of the present application. Therefore, it has all its beneficial effects and will not be elaborated on here.
[0046] The preferred embodiments of the present application are described in detail above in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. However, the present application is not limited to the specific details in the above embodiments. Within the technical concept of the present application, various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present application, and these simple modifications all fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
