Description

Ultrafine bubble generating part to be installed in a flow path for water, etc., and ultrafine bubble generating structure using said ultrafine bubble generating part

[0001] The present invention relates to an ultrafine mechanism generating part that can be installed in a flow path for water or the like, and that can generate and add ultrafine bubbles to water or the like by being installed in the flow path for water or the like.

[0002] Currently, many technologies have been published that add ultrafine bubbles to water, etc., so that sufficient cleaning can be achieved using only water, etc., to which ultrafine bubbles have been added, without using detergents such as surfactants, or facial soap, etc. Technologies for adding these ultrafine bubbles include, for example, adding ultrafine bubbles directly from the outside to water, etc., flowing through a flow path, or installing an ultrafine bubble generator in the flow path and adding the bubbles directly to the water, etc., flowing through the flow path.

[0003] For example, in JP 2019-025451 A (Patent Document 1), a fine-bubble water generator 1A is connected to the water supply end of a shower hose 2 at a first cylindrical portion 4 of a main body case 10, and to the water intake end of a shower head 3 at a second cylindrical portion 5, a water intake plate 7 having a plurality of water intake holes 11 drilled therein is fitted into the first cylindrical portion 4, and a nozzle arranged downstream of the water intake plate 7 is composed of a first water passage 8a whose diameter gradually decreases in the direction of flow of tap water passing through the water intake plate 7, and a second water passage 8b which is connected to the outlet side of the first water passage 8a and whose diameter gradually increases in the direction of flow of tap water, and the water intake hole 11 has a central axis from the inlet side to the outlet side inclined relative to the central axis of the water intake plate 7.

[0004] Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. 2022-063995 (Patent Document 2) proposes a technology for a shower hose with a fine-bubble water generator that can be attached to shower equipment, in which at least one end of the shower hose 10 is detachably attached to a shower head 11 or a water supply tap 12 via a connecting fitting 13, and that includes a fine-bubble generator, a shower head mounting portion that can be detachably connected to the water supply inlet of the shower head 11, a water supply tap mounting portion that can be detachably connected to the water outlet 12a of the water supply tap 12, and a mounting fixture, in which the mounting fixture has a first connecting portion that can be connected to either the shower head mounting portion or the connecting fitting 13, and a second connecting portion at the other end that can be connected to either the water supply tap mounting portion or the connecting fitting 13.

[0005] Among the technologies for adding ultrafine bubbles to water or the like flowing through a flow channel, the following problems can be raised with technologies that use a device installed in the flow channel: (a) Although the device is installed in the flow channel, it is difficult to reduce the size due to the large number of parts of the device, and the flow channel in which it can be installed is limited, or it has to be installed at the end of the flow channel. (b) Furthermore, as the size of the device is reduced, the cost of each part tends to increase.

[0006] JP 2019-025451 A JP 2022-063995 A

[0007] The problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide an ultrafine bubble generating part that can be installed in any flow path, such as for water, while reducing the number of parts in the device and suppressing implementation costs, and that can add ultrafine bubbles to water or the like flowing in the flow path.

[0008] As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is installed inside a flow path for water or the like, is an ultrafine bubble generating part that is installed inside a flow path for water or the like, and is characterized in that the ultrafine bubble generating part consists of a flat part body and one or more fine holes formed in appropriate positions of the part body, and the ultrafine bubble generating part is installed inside the flow path for water or the like, and ultrafine bubbles are added to the water or the like as the water or the like passes through the fine holes formed in the part body.

[0009] The ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is installed inside a flow path for water or the like, is characterized in that the central axis of the pore is inclined at a predetermined angle from the central axis of the direction of travel of the water or the like in the flow path, so that the water or the like that has passed through the pore in the part body is released from the pore in an arbitrary spiral.

[0010] The ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is installed inside a flow path for water or the like, is also characterized in that the hollow interior forming the pores is tapered from the upstream side of the water or the like to the downstream side.

[0011] In the ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is installed in a flow path for water or the like, the pores comprise a first pore drilled at the center position of the flat surface of the part body, and a plurality of second pores drilled around the central pore on the flat surface of the part body, and the hollow interior forming the first pore is formed in an arc shape, so that water or the like that passes through the first pore is released in a spiral shape in a predetermined direction, and the second pore is also characterized in that the water or the like that passes through the second pore is released in a spiral shape in the opposite direction to the spiral direction of the water or the like that passes through the first pore.

[0012] The ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is to be installed inside a flow path for water or the like, is an ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is to be installed inside a flow path for water or the like, and comprises a flat part body and one or more fine holes formed at appropriate positions in the part body. The central axis of the fine hole is inclined at a predetermined angle from the central axis of the direction of travel of the water or the like in the flow path, so that the water or the like that has passed through the fine hole in the part body is released from the fine hole in an arbitrary spiral. A plurality of the part bodies are installed at predetermined intervals within a single flow path, and the plurality of part bodies are installed so that the spirals of the water or the like that have passed through the part bodies are in opposite directions, so that ultrafine bubbles are added to the water or the like as the water or the like passes through the fine holes formed in the part body.

[0013] The effects of the ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is installed in a flow path for water or the like, include the following: (1) Because ultrafine bubbles can be generated by drilling fine holes in the part body constituting the present invention, the part body can be made extremely small and can be installed in flow paths of any diameter. (2) The present invention is composed only of a part body with fine holes drilled therein, and by simply installing one or more of the part bodies, ultrafine bubbles can be added to water or the like in the flow path in which the part body is installed, making it possible to implement the invention at very low cost. (3) Ultrafine bubbles can be easily added to water or the like flowing in a flow path, eliminating the need for environmentally harmful cleaning agents such as surfactants and snow-melting agents, making it environmentally friendly and not damaging to the natural environment. (4) When water or the like to which the ultrafine bubbles have been added via the ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention is used, the high cleaning ability of the ultrafine bubbles allows for thorough cleaning without the use of environmentally harmful detergents such as surfactants. (5) By using the ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, ultrafine bubbles with a diameter of less than 100 μm can be added to water, etc. passing through the ultrafine bubble generating part. Furthermore, by adjusting the diameter and shape of the pores drilled in the ultrafine bubble generating part, ultrafine bubbles of less than 1 μm (so-called ultra-fine bubbles) can also be added. (6) The ultrafine bubble generating part can be installed in any flow path regardless of the diameter of the flow path. Therefore, by adding ultrafine bubbles of the most effective diameter to water, etc. according to the shape, structure, material, etc. of the object to be cleaned, high cleaning performance can be always demonstrated regardless of the nature of the object to be cleaned. (7) The ultrafine bubble generating part can be installed in any flow path regardless of the diameter of the flow path. Therefore, high cleaning performance can always be demonstrated regardless of the location and environment of the object to be cleaned.

[0015] The ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is installed in a flow path for water or the like, will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0016] 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is an in-flow path installation type for water, etc., and is an in-flow path installation type ultrafine bubble generating part 11 for water, etc. (hereinafter referred to as ultrafine bubble generating part 11) that is installed in a flow path for water, etc., so that ultrafine bubbles can be added to water, etc., flowing through the flow path. Note that, in the second to fourth embodiments described below, as in the first embodiment, ultrafine bubbles can also be added to water, etc., flowing through the flow path.

[0017] 1 to 3, the ultrafine bubble generating part 11 according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises a flat part body 12 and one or more fine holes 13 formed at appropriate positions in the part body 12. The ultrafine bubble generating part 11 is placed in a flow path 101 for water or the like, and the water or the like passes through the fine holes 13 formed in the part body 12, thereby adding ultrafine bubbles to the water or the like.

[0018] 2, the central axis 13a of the pore 13 is inclined at a predetermined angle from the central axis 101a in the direction of travel of the water, etc. in the flow path 101, so that the water, etc. that has passed through the pore 13 of the part body 12 is released from the pore 13 in an arbitrary spiral. In this way, the water, etc. flowing in the flow path 101 collides with the part body 12, passes through the pore 13, and is released in a spiral while colliding with each other or with the inner surface of the pore 13, thereby adding ultrafine bubbles.

[0019] 4 to 6, an ultrafine bubble generating part 21 according to a second embodiment of the present invention comprises a flat part body 22 and one or more fine holes 23 formed at appropriate positions in the part body 22. The ultrafine bubble generating part 21 is placed in a flow path 101 for water or the like, and ultrafine bubbles are added to the water or the like as the water or the like passes through the fine holes 13 formed in the part body 22.

[0020] As shown in Fig. 5, the hollow interior 23b of the pore 23 is tapered from the upstream side of the water or the like to the downstream side. As in the first embodiment, the central axis 23a of the pore 23 is inclined at a predetermined angle from the central axis 101a of the flow direction of the water or the like in the flow path 101, so that the water or the like that passes through the pore 23 of the part body 22 is released from the pore 23 in a desired spiral. In this manner, the water or the like flowing through the flow path 101 collides with the part body 22, and as it passes through the pore 23, it collides with each other or with the tapered inner circumferential surface of the pore 23 and is released in a spiral, thereby adding ultrafine bubbles.

[0021] 7 to 10, an ultrafine bubble generating part 31 according to a third embodiment of the present invention comprises a flat part body 32, a first fine hole 33 formed at an appropriate position in the part body 32, and a plurality of fine holes 34 formed around the first fine hole 33. The first fine hole 33 is formed at the center of the flat surface of the part body 32, and the hollow interior 33a forming the first fine hole 33 is formed in an arc shape. This allows water or the like that passes through the first fine hole 33 to be released in a spiral shape in a predetermined direction.

[0022] Furthermore, the second fine holes 34 are configured so that the water, etc. that passes through the second fine holes 34 is discharged in a spiral direction opposite to the spiral direction of the water, etc. that passes through the first fine holes 33. This allows the water, etc. that passes through one of the part bodies 32 to be discharged in a reverse spiral direction simultaneously, thereby enabling a sufficient amount of ultrafine bubbles to be added. In the third embodiment, the water, etc. that passes through the first fine holes 33 is configured to spiral counterclockwise in the direction of travel, and the water, etc. that passes through the second fine holes 34 is configured to spiral clockwise in the direction of travel. However, the spiral directions of the first fine holes and the second fine holes need only be opposite to each other, and are not limited to those of the third embodiment.

[0023] As shown in Figures 11 to 14, the ultrafine bubble generating part 41 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention comprises a first part body 42 having a flat plate shape, a second part body 43 having a flat plate shape, and fine holes 44 formed in the part bodies 42 and 43 at appropriate positions.

[0024] 12, the part bodies 42, 43 are arranged with a predetermined distance between them, and such that the spiral direction of the water, etc. passing through the part body 43 is opposite to the spiral direction of the water, etc. passing through the part body 42. In this manner, the water, etc. that has passed through the part body 42 and been released in a predetermined spiral direction is released in a spiral direction opposite to that of the part body 42 when passing through the part body 43 installed downstream of the part body 42, and collides with each other, the part bodies 42, 43, the inner circumferential surface of the pore 44, the inside of the flow path 101, etc., thereby enabling the addition of sufficient ultrafine bubbles.

[0025] In the first, second and fourth embodiments, the fine holes 13, 23 and 44 are shown as cylindrical with the same diameter at the inlet and outlet for water etc., but it goes without saying that they may be tapered as in the third embodiment. Also, although each embodiment shows them as being approximately cylindrical, it goes without saying that they may be in the form of a square pillar or other streamlined shape.

[0026] As shown in Figures 15 to 16(b), an ultrafine bubble generating part 51 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention comprises a flat part body 52 and one or more fine holes 54 formed at appropriate positions in the part body 52. As shown in Figure 15, the hollow interior 54b of the fine hole 54 tapers from the upstream side of the water or the like to the downstream side. As in the first embodiment, the central axis 54a of the fine hole 54 is inclined at a predetermined angle from the central axis of the flow direction of the water or the like in the flow channel, so that the water or the like passing through the fine hole 54 in the part body 52 is discharged from the fine hole 54 in a desired spiral. Furthermore, the downstream discharge outlets of the plurality of fine holes 54 are densely formed in the center of the downstream surface of the part body 52. By doing this, the water flowing through the flow path collides with the part body 52, and when passing through the pores 54, the water collides with itself and with the inner surface formed at the tapered end of the pores 54 and is released in a spiral, adding ultrafine bubbles.

[0027] As shown in Fig. 16(b), the ultrafine bubble generating part 51 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention can be connected to a release structure 71. More specifically, as shown in Fig. 16(a), conventionally, an ultrafine bubble generating structure has been used, which includes a swirl structure 61 that causes the water flowing through the water flow path to flow in a spiral, a compression structure 62 installed, for example, downstream of the swirl structure 61, and a release structure 63 that releases the water pressurized by the compression structure 62 with force when the pressure is released, to generate ultrafine bubbles in the water flow and release them with force accompanied by a swirling motion, thereby improving cleaning performance.

[0028] However, the structure shown in Fig. 16(a) requires a large number of parts, which poses problems in terms of durability and cost. Therefore, the fifth embodiment of the present invention includes an ultrafine bubble generating part 51 and a release structure 71, as shown in Fig. 16(b). The ultrafine bubble generating part 51 has fine holes 54 that are drilled so that water passing through it is released in a spiral direction, and the fine holes 54 are tapered toward the downstream side.

[0029] By arranging the ultrafine bubble generating part 51 on the upstream side of the water flow and the release structure 71 on the downstream side and connecting them together, the water is given a spiral orientation as it passes through the pores 54 of the ultrafine bubble generating part 51, and because the pores 54 are tapered, a compression action acts on the water passing through the pores 54, generating ultrafine bubbles. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced compared to the conventional structure shown in Figure 16(a), thereby improving durability and reducing material costs.

[0030] Figure 17 shows various structures in the release portion of the ultrafine bubble generating part 51 in the fifth embodiment shown in Figure 16(b). For example, Figure 17(a) is a schematic bottom view of the release portion of the ultrafine bubble generating part 51 in a state where an attachment is removed or not formed, and as shown, a plurality of release holes 54c are formed closely together in the release portion.

[0031] 17(b), for example, by attaching or forming a doughnut-shaped attachment 81 to the discharge portion of the ultrafine bubble generating part 51, the opening of the discharge hole 54c can be made smaller, and the water passing through the discharge hole 54c can be pressurized, thereby increasing the water pressure. Of course, the attachment 81 is not limited to the shape shown in FIG. 17(b), and may have shapes such as those shown in FIGS. 17(c) and 17(d), or other shapes. In this way, by adjusting the opening of the discharge hole 54c in the discharge portion of the ultrafine bubble generating part 51, the water pressure of the water discharged from the discharge structure can be easily adjusted.

[0032] The ultrafine bubble generating part of the present invention, which is installed inside the flow path of water, etc., can easily add ultrafine bubbles to water, etc., so it goes without saying that it can be used to clean the surfaces of all kinds of objects.
