Description

Machining information formation system and machining information formation program

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a system for forming processing information for wood in buildings and a processing information forming program.

[0002] It is known that in wooden buildings, processing data for lumber is generated using a calculation system. For example, in the technology described in Patent Document 1, master data is used to generate processing data for lumber. The technology in this document generates design data for metal fittings that are automatically modified according to the extension direction of each piece of lumber, and then generates processing data for multiple pieces of lumber to be joined according to the automatically modified design data for the metal fittings.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2018-156630

[0004] In buildings, multiple metal fittings may be connected to a wooden shaft, which is a structural member of the building. In such cases, the positions of the bolts on the wood that secure the metal fittings to the wooden shaft are set so that they do not interfere with each other. However, setting the positions of such bolts is time-consuming. For this reason, there is room for improvement in the creation of wooden shaft processing data from the perspective of work efficiency.

[0005] (1) A processing information formation system that solves the above-described problems is a processing information formation system that forms hole formation information for a wooden shaft, and includes an information acquisition unit and a processing information formation unit. The information acquisition unit acquires wooden shaft information, hardware information for hardware connected to the wooden shaft, and fixed position information that indicates the fixed position of the hardware relative to the wooden shaft. The processing information formation unit performs the following operations: a grouping process that groups hardware whose hole positions overlap in the height direction when the hardware is placed on the wooden shaft based on the hardware information and the fixed position information; a hole candidate setting process that sets bolt hole candidates for fixing the hardware in the group based on the hardware information for each hardware in the group; and a selection process that selects bolt holes from the bolt hole candidates that satisfy the fixing conditions for the hardware.

[0006] Conventionally, hole positions on a wooden shaft have been set without grouping metal fittings whose bolt hole positions overlap. For example, bolt holes are set in descending order of the number of bolt holes in the fitting. With this setting method, the last remaining fitting may not satisfy the fitting conditions. In this case, it becomes necessary to review the bolt hole positions for all fittings. In this regard, the above configuration performs a grouping process that groups metal fittings whose bolt hole positions overlap, making it possible to determine hole positions for each group. This reduces the need to redo hole position settings. In this way, it is possible to improve work efficiency in creating processing data for wooden shafts.

[0007] (2) In the processing information forming system of (1) above, the wooden shaft has a first side surface, a second side surface, a third side surface opposite the first side surface, and a fourth side surface opposite the second side surface, and the processing information forming unit, in the grouping process, classifies the grouped metal fittings that are arranged on the first side surface and the third side surface into a first subgroup, and classifies the grouped metal fittings that are arranged on the second side surface and the fourth side surface into a second subgroup, and in the hole candidate setting process, sets first bolt hole candidates in the first subgroup and sets second bolt hole candidates in the second subgroup, and in the selection process, selects bolt holes from each of the first bolt hole candidates and the second bolt hole candidates so that the bolt holes selected from the first bolt hole candidates and the bolt holes selected from the second bolt hole candidates do not interfere with each other and so that the fixing conditions of the metal fittings are satisfied.

[0008] If bolt hole candidates were set independently for each of multiple fittings attached to a wooden shaft, the number of options for selecting bolt holes that do not interfere with each other would increase, which could complicate calculations. In this regard, with the above configuration, the first subgroup and the second subgroup are groups of fittings that are located opposite each other on the wooden shaft. Then, bolt hole candidates are set independently for each of the first subgroup and the second subgroup. This reduces the number of options for selecting bolt holes, thereby improving calculation efficiency.

[0009] (3) In the processing information forming system described in (1) above, the processing information forming unit creates groups by repeating the group association process for the fasteners in the order of their arrangement in the height direction in the grouping process, and if, in the group association process, the position of any one of the fastener holes of a fastener that is the subject of the grouping process overlaps with the position of a fastener hole of at least one fastener that belonged to the group before the fastener in question, the target fastener is assigned to the group.

[0010] Even if two of the multiple fittings are separated in the vertical direction, they may belong to the same group depending on their relationship with other fittings. Therefore, if one fitting is used as the reference and grouped based solely on the relationship between the fitting and other fittings, there is a risk that two fittings separated in the vertical direction will not belong to the same group. In this regard, the above configuration can prevent fittings that should be grouped from being removed from that group. In this way, fittings can be grouped appropriately.

[0011] (4) In the processing information generation system described in (1) above, the processing information generation unit further includes a bolt hole type determination process, and in the bolt hole type determination process, the processing information generation unit sets the bolt hole type for each of the bolt hole candidates or each of the selected bolt holes based on the positional relationship of the metal fittings. According to this configuration, the bolt hole type can be set.

[0012] (5) In the processing information forming system described in (4) above, the wooden shaft has a first side surface, a second side surface, a third side surface opposite the first side surface, and a fourth side surface opposite the second side surface, and the processing information forming unit, in the grouping process, classifies the grouped metal fittings that are arranged on the first side surface and the third side surface into a first subgroup, and classifies the grouped metal fittings that are arranged on the second side surface and the fourth side surface into a second subgroup, and in the hole candidate setting process, sets first bolt hole candidates in the first subgroup and sets second bolt hole candidates in the second subgroup, and in the selection process, selects bolt holes from each of the first bolt hole candidates and the second bolt hole candidates so that the bolt holes selected from the first bolt hole candidates and the bolt holes selected from the second bolt hole candidates do not interfere with each other and so that the fixing conditions of the metal fittings are met.

[0013] With this configuration, the first subgroup and the second subgroup are groups of metal fittings that are located on opposite sides of the wooden shaft. Then, bolt hole candidates are set independently for the first subgroup and the second subgroup. This reduces the number of options when selecting bolt holes, improving calculation efficiency.

[0014] (6) In the machining information generation system described in (5) above, the machining information generation unit creates groups by repeating a group association process for the fasteners in the order of their vertical arrangement in the grouping process, and if the position of any of the fastener holes of a fastener to be grouped in the group association process overlaps with the position of a fastener hole of at least one fastener that belonged to a group before the fastener, the fastener is assigned to the group. This configuration makes it possible to prevent fasteners that should be grouped from being removed from the group. In this way, fasteners can be appropriately grouped.

[0015] (7) In the machining information generation system described in any one of (1) to (6) above, the machining information generation unit selects the bolt hole candidates based on fastening hole information included in the hardware information in the hole candidate setting process. This configuration makes it possible to select bolt hole candidates suitable for the hardware.

[0016] (8) A processing information formation program that solves the above-described problems is a processing information formation program that causes a computer to form hole formation information for a wooden shaft, and includes an information acquisition step and a processing information formation step. The information acquisition step causes the computer to acquire wooden shaft information, hardware information for hardware connected to the wooden shaft, and fixing position information that indicates fixing positions of the hardware relative to the wooden shaft. The processing information formation step causes the computer to execute a grouping process that groups hardware whose hole positions overlap in the height direction when the hardware is placed on the wooden shaft based on the hardware information and the fixing position information; a hole candidate setting process that sets bolt hole candidates for fixing the hardware in the group based on the hardware information for each hardware in the group; and a selection process that selects bolt holes that satisfy the fixing conditions for the hardware from the bolt hole candidates.

[0017] With this configuration, a grouping process is performed to group metal fittings with overlapping hole positions, so the hole positions can be determined for each group. This reduces the need to reset the hole positions. In this way, the work efficiency in creating processing data for wooden shafts can be improved.

[0018] According to the present disclosure, the work efficiency in forming processing data for wooden shafts can be improved.

[0021] The processing information forming system 40 acquires information formed by the structural design system 1 in order to form hole formation information. The structural design of the building is performed by a structural design system 1 separate from the processing information forming system 40. The processing information forming system 40 may be integrated into the structural design system 1. The structure of the building is designed in the structural design system 1. The following items are set in the structural design system 1. The items set by the structural design system 1 are the frame structure formed by the wooden shaft 2 and cross members, the dimensions of the wooden shaft 2, the dimensions of the cross members, the connection relationship at the connection part between the wooden shaft 2 and the cross members, and the type of metal fittings 10 to be attached to the wooden shaft 2.

[0022] The wooden shaft 2 is a structural member of the building. The wooden shaft 2 includes a pillar. In this embodiment, the wooden shaft 2 does not include a stud. The wooden shaft 2 is connected to other structural members via metal fittings 10. The other structural members include cross members and other wooden shafts 2. According to one definition, a girder refers to a member that runs along the long side when the building is viewed from above, and a beam refers to a member that runs along the short side and intersects with the girder. According to another definition, a girder refers to a cross member that supports rafters, and a beam refers to a member that does not support rafters and intersects with the girder. However, the definition is not limited to this.

[0023] An example of a wooden shaft 2 will be described with reference to Figures 2 to 5. The wooden shaft 2 shown in Figure 2 is connected to a foundation. Figure 3 is a diagram in which the wooden shaft 2 is omitted from Figure 2. Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view of the wooden shaft 2 taken along line A-A in Figure 2. [0024] A first metal fitting 11 is connected to the first side surface 2A of the wooden shaft 2 for connecting the first cross member 21 to the wooden shaft 2. A second metal fitting 12 is connected to the second side surface 2B of the wooden shaft 2 for connecting the second cross member 22 to the wooden shaft 2. A third metal fitting 13 is connected to the third side surface 2C of the wooden shaft 2 for connecting the third cross member 23 to the wooden shaft 2. A fourth metal fitting 14 is connected to the third side surface 2C of the wooden shaft 2 for connecting the fourth cross member 24 to the wooden shaft 2. A fifth metal fitting 15 is connected to the third side surface 2C of the wooden shaft 2 for connecting the fifth cross member 25 to the wooden shaft 2. A sixth metal fitting 16 is connected to the fourth side surface 2D of the wooden shaft 2 for connecting the sixth cross member 26 to the wooden shaft 2. A wooden shaft connecting shaft member 17 is inserted vertically into the upper end surface 2E of the wooden shaft 2 for connecting to other wooden shafts 2. A base metal fitting 18 is connected to the lower end surface 2F of the wooden shaft 2. The base metal fitting 18 connects the wooden shaft 2 to the foundation.

[0025] As shown in Figure 2, the metal fitting 10 is fixed to the wooden shaft 2 by a bolt 20. The bolt 20 is inserted into a bolt hole 28 provided in the wooden shaft 2. A plurality of bolt holes 28 are formed in the wooden shaft 2. When connecting a plurality of metal fittings 10 to the wooden shaft 2, the bolt holes 28 are positioned so as not to interfere with one another. The processing information generation system 40 will now be described.

[0026] [Processing Information Forming System] The processing information forming system 40 forms hole forming information to realize the state of the wooden shaft 2 shown in FIGS.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 6 , the processing information generation system 40 includes an information acquisition unit 41 and a processing information generation unit 42. A display unit 43 that displays processing results is connected to the processing information generation unit 42. The processing information generation system 40 includes one or more central processing units (CPUs) or micro processing units (MPUs). The processing information generation system 40 may include one or more processors that execute various processes according to computer programs (software). The processing information generation system 40 may include a combination of the above processors and hardware circuits. The processor includes a CPU and memory such as RAM and ROM. The memory stores program code or instructions configured to cause the CPU to execute processes. The memory, i.e., computer-readable medium, includes any available medium accessible by a general-purpose or special-purpose computer.

[0028] The processing information forming system 40 forms hole formation information for the wooden shaft 2. The processing information forming system 40 forms hole formation information for the wooden shaft 2 based on information set by the structural design system 1. The hole formation information includes information regarding the number and arrangement of bolt holes 28 in the wooden shaft 2.

[0029] [Information Acquisition Unit] The information acquisition unit 41 acquires wooden shaft information, metal fitting information, and fixed position information. Hereinafter, the wooden shaft information, metal fitting information, and fixed position information will be collectively referred to as "wooden shaft-related information." The information acquisition unit 41 acquires wooden shaft-related information for all or some of the wooden shafts 2 that make up the framework structure of the building. In this embodiment, the wooden shaft-related information is acquired from the structural design system 1.

[0030] The wooden shaft information is information about the shape of the wooden shaft 2. The wooden shaft information includes information about the dimensions of each face constituting the wooden shaft 2, the relationship between the faces, and the position of the wooden shaft 2 in the framework structure. For example, the wooden shaft 2 has a first side face 2A, a second side face 2B, a third side face 2C opposite the first side face 2A, and a fourth side face 2D opposite the second side face 2B. The wooden shaft 2 further has an upper end face 2E and a lower end face 2F. In this case, the wooden shaft information includes the dimensions of the first side face 2A to the fourth side face 2D and the positional relationship between the first side face 2A to the fourth side face 2D. The wooden shaft information may also include information about the orientation of the first side face 2A with respect to the reference direction of the building.

[0031] The hardware information is information about the hardware 10 connected to the wooden shaft 2. The hardware information is information about the hardware 10 set for the wooden shaft 2 by the structural design system 1. The hardware information includes information about the shape and dimensions of the hardware 10, the number of hardware holes 10A that the hardware 10 has, the positions of hardware holes 10A that cannot be used for fastening (hereinafter referred to as invalid hole positions), and the number of bolts required to fasten the hardware 10 to the wooden shaft 2 (hereinafter referred to as the required number of bolts). The required number of bolts is set based on a calculation of the connection strength between the wooden shaft 2 and the cross member. The required number of bolts is set by the structural design system 1.

[0032] The type of metal fitting 10 used for the wooden shaft 2 is set in advance. All usable metal fittings 10 have a common hole pitch (hereinafter referred to as the common hole pitch). The common hole pitch indicates the distance between two adjacent metal fitting holes 10A in the metal fitting 10. The metal fitting 10 has metal fitting holes 10A at a pitch that is an integral multiple of the common hole pitch. The processing information generation system 40 stores the common hole pitch.

[0033] The fixed position information indicates the fixed position of the metal fitting 10 relative to the wooden shaft 2. The fixed position of the metal fitting 10 indicates the position in the height direction from the reference plane of the wooden shaft 2. The reference plane of the wooden shaft 2 is the upper end surface 2E or the lower end surface 2F. The fixed position information is set based on the framework structure of the building. The fixed position information is set by the structural design system 1.

[0034] The fixing position of the metal fitting 10 is set in accordance with the positioning rule. According to the positioning rule, the fixing position of the metal fitting 10 is set at a distance from the reference surface of the wooden shaft 2 that is an integer multiple of the reference pitch. The reference pitch is equal to the common hole pitch. The positioning rule is shared by the structural design system 1 and the processing information creation system 40. This makes it easier to set bolt holes 28 that do not interfere.

[0035] [Machining Information Formation Unit] The machining information formation unit 42 executes a grouping process, a hole candidate setting process, and a selection process. The machining information formation unit 42 may also execute a bolt hole type determination process.

[0036] [Grouping Process] In the grouping process, the processing information formation unit 42 groups the fittings 10 whose hole positions overlap in the height direction when the fittings 10 are placed on the wooden shaft 2 based on the fitting information and fixed position information.

[0037] In the grouping process, the processing information forming unit 42 creates groups by repeating the group association process for the fittings 10 in the order in which the fittings 10 are arranged in the height direction.

[0038] In the group association process, if the position of any of the metal fitting holes 10A that are the subject of the grouping process overlaps with the position of at least one metal fitting hole 10A of a metal fitting 10 that belonged to the group before the metal fitting 10 in question, the processing information formation unit 42 will belong the target metal fitting 10 to the group.

[0039] An example of grouping will be described with reference to Fig. 7. In this embodiment, the processing information generating unit 42 performs grouping processing on the fittings 10 provided on the first side surface 2A to the fourth side surface 2D.

[0040] 7, the processing information generating unit 42 moves downward a predetermined pitch from the top end surface 2E of the wooden shaft 2 to be calculated, detecting the presence or absence of metal fittings 10 on the first side surface 2A, the third side surface 2C, the second side surface 2B, and the fourth side surface 2D of the wooden shaft 2 in that order. The downward movement a predetermined pitch is performed after the first side surface 2A to the fourth side surface 2D have been detected. This allows the group association process to be repeated for the metal fittings 10 in the order in which they are arranged in the height direction.

[0041] Initially, the first group includes one element. Specifically, the highest metal fitting 10 on the wooden shaft 2 belongs to the first group. For example, the first group initially includes the first metal fitting 11 on the first side surface 2A.

[0042] Next, the processing information formation unit 42 executes a group association process. Specifically, the processing information formation unit 42 detects the third fitting 13 on the third side surface 2C. At this time, it determines whether the position of any of the holes in the third fitting 13 overlaps with the position of any of the holes in the first fitting 11, which belonged to the group before the fitting 10 in question. If the position of any of the holes in the third fitting 13 overlaps with the position of any of the holes in the first fitting 11, the third fitting 13 is assigned to the first group.

[0043] The processing information forming unit 42 repeats the group association process. If the processing information forming unit 42 does not detect the metal fitting 10 four times in a row, the processing information forming unit 42 completes grouping for the first group. Next, the processing information forming unit 42 forms a second group as a new group, and subsequently repeats the group association process.

[0044] 8 , in this embodiment, the first group includes the first fitting 11, the second fitting 12, the third fitting 13, the fourth fitting 14, and the sixth fitting 16. The second group includes the fifth fitting 15.

[0045] The processing information formation unit 42 executes the following process after completing grouping of all the metal fittings 10 on the wooden shaft 2. As shown in Fig. 9, in the grouping process, the processing information formation unit 42 classifies, among the grouped metal fittings 10, the metal fittings 10 arranged on the first side surface 2A and the third side surface 2C into a first subgroup.

[0046] As shown in Figure 10, in the grouping process, the processing information formation unit 42 classifies the grouped metal fittings 10 that are placed on the second side 2B and the fourth side 2D into a second subgroup.

[0047] 9 and 10, the hole candidate setting process will be described. In the hole candidate setting process, the machining information generating unit 42 sets bolt hole candidates for fastening the fittings 10 in the group based on the fitting information of each fitting 10 in the group. Here, the first group will be described.

[0048] 9 , the processing information creation unit 42 sets first bolt hole candidates X1 in the first subgroup. Specifically, the processing information creation unit 42 sets first bolt hole candidates X1 based on the mounting holes 10A of the first fitting 11, the mounting holes 10A of the third fitting 13, and the mounting holes 10A of the fourth fitting 14. For the first bolt hole candidates X1, all of the mounting holes 10A of the first fitting 11, the mounting holes 10A of the third fitting 13, and the mounting holes 10A of the fourth fitting 14 are set as bolt hole candidates. Of the mounting holes 10A of the third fitting 13 and the mounting holes 10A of the fourth fitting 14, the mounting holes 10A that are at the same height as the holes of the first fitting 11 in the height direction are designated as bolt hole candidates common to both fittings 10.

[0049] 10 , the processing information creation unit 42 sets second bolt hole candidates X2 in the second subgroup. Specifically, the processing information creation unit 42 sets the second bolt hole candidates X2 based on the mounting hole 10A of the second fitting 12 and the sixth fitting 16. For the second bolt hole candidates X2, all of the mounting holes 10A of the second fitting 12 and the mounting holes 10A of the fourth fitting 14 are set as bolt hole candidates. Of the mounting holes 10A of the fourth fitting 14, any hole that is at the same height in the height direction as the mounting hole 10A of the second fitting 12 becomes a bolt hole candidate common to both fittings 10.

[0050] Furthermore, in the hole candidate setting process, the machining information generation unit 42 selects bolt hole candidates based on fastening hole information included in the fixture information. The fastening hole information includes information about holes that cannot be used as bolt holes 28 in the fixture 10 (hereinafter referred to as invalid holes 28D). The fastening hole information includes information on the presence or absence of invalid holes 28D and the invalid hole positions of the invalid holes 28D in the fixture 10. As an example, the fixture hole 10A located in the uppermost position in the fixture 10 is set as the invalid hole 28D.

[0051] If the fixing hole information includes invalid hole 28D, processing information formation unit 42 excludes invalid hole 28D from first bolt hole candidate X1 and second bolt hole candidate X2. [Bolt Hole Type Determination Process] In the bolt hole type determination process, processing information formation unit 42 sets the type of bolt hole 28 for each bolt hole candidate based on the positional relationship of fitting 10.

[0052] The determination of the type of bolt hole 28 may be performed after the selection process. In the bolt hole type determination process, the processing information formation unit 42 sets the type of bolt hole 28 for each selected bolt hole 28 based on the positional relationship between the bolt hole 28 and the fitting 10.

[0053] The bolt holes 28 are divided into three types depending on whether they have a counterbore 29 to accommodate the bolt head. A first type bolt hole 28A is a hole with a counterbore 29 at the right end when viewed from the reference direction. A second type bolt hole 28B is a hole with a counterbore 29 at the left end when viewed from the reference direction. A third type bolt hole 28C is a hole without a counterbore 29 at either end.

[0054] The reference direction is set in advance. A reference direction is defined for each of the first subgroup and the second subgroup. In this embodiment, the reference direction of the first subgroup is the direction facing the A-A cross section in FIG. 2. The reference direction of the second subgroup is the direction facing the B-B cross section in FIG. 2.

[0055] In the case where the bolt hole 28 has an open end on the surface on which the metal fitting 10 is placed, the surface is not provided with the counterbore 29. In the case where the bolt hole 28 has an open end on the surface on which the metal fitting 10 is not placed, the surface is provided with the counterbore 29.

[0056] In the bolt hole type determination process, the processing information generation unit 42 determines the type of bolt hole 28 based on its relationship with the metal fitting 10. "Selection Process" The selection process will be described with reference to Figures 11 and 12. The first direction shown in Figures 11 and 12 is the direction from the first side surface 2A to the third side surface 2C. The second direction shown in Figures 11 and 12 is the direction from the second side surface 2B to the fourth side surface 2D. In Figure 12, the circle surrounding the bolt hole 28 indicates the counterbore 29. When viewed from the first or second direction, the solid-line counterbore 29 indicates the counterbore 29 on the front side surface of the wooden shaft 2. When viewed from the first or second direction, the dashed-line counterbore 29 indicates the counterbore 29 on the back side surface of the wooden shaft 2.

[0057] In the selection process, the processing information generation unit 42 selects bolt holes 28 that satisfy predetermined conditions for the metal fitting 10 from the bolt hole candidates. Specifically, in the selection process, the processing information generation unit 42 selects bolt holes 28 from each of the first bolt hole candidate X1 and the second bolt hole candidate X2 so as to satisfy a first condition and a second condition. The first condition is that the bolt holes 28 selected from the first bolt hole candidate X1 and the bolt holes 28 selected from the second bolt hole candidate X2 do not interfere with each other. The second condition is that the fixing condition for the metal fitting 10 is satisfied. The fixing condition for the metal fitting 10 is that the number of bolt holes 28 satisfies the required number of bolts.

[0058] The processing information formation unit 42 executes a first pattern selection process. Specifically, the processing information formation unit 42 selects candidates for bolt holes 28 from the first bolt hole candidate X1 so that the fixing conditions for the fitting 10 are satisfied. In one example, if the topmost bolt hole on the first fitting 11 is an invalid hole 28D, the processing information formation unit 42 selects every other bolt hole 28 from the first bolt hole candidate X1, excluding the topmost bolt hole candidate, starting with the second hole from the top as the starting hole. The processing information formation unit 42 then determines whether the fixing conditions are satisfied for all of the fittings 10 in the first subgroup. Specifically, the processing information formation unit 42 determines that the fixing conditions are satisfied if the number of selected bolt holes 28 for all of the fittings 10 in the first subgroup is equal to or greater than the number of bolts required for that fitting 10.

[0059] Next, the processing information formation unit 42 selects bolt holes 28 from the second bolt hole candidates X2 such that the bolt holes 28 selected from the first bolt hole candidates X1 and the bolt holes 28 selected from the second bolt hole candidates X2 do not interfere with each other. Specifically, the processing information formation unit 42 excludes from the second bolt hole candidates X2 any bolt holes 28 that are at the same height as the bolt holes 28 selected from the first bolt hole candidates X1. The processing information formation unit 42 then selects the remaining bolt holes 28 remaining after the exclusion as bolt holes 28. The processing information formation unit 42 then determines whether the fixing condition is satisfied for all of the fittings 10 in the second subgroup. Specifically, the processing information formation unit 42 determines that the fixing condition is satisfied if the number of selected bolt holes 28 is equal to or greater than the number of bolts required for the fittings 10 for all of the fittings 10 in the second subgroup. If the fixing condition is satisfied, the processing information formation unit 42 completes processing.

[0060] If the fixed condition is not satisfied, the processing information formation unit 42 resets the bolt hole 28 selected from the first bolt hole candidate X1 and the bolt hole 28 selected from the second bolt hole candidate X2.

[0061] The processing information formation unit 42 then executes the second pattern selection process as follows. Specifically, the processing information formation unit 42 first selects bolt holes 28 from the second bolt hole candidates X2. The processing information formation unit 42 determines whether the fixing conditions are met for all of the fittings 10 in the second subgroup. Next, the processing information formation unit 42 selects bolt holes 28 from the first bolt hole candidates X1 so as not to interfere with the bolt holes 28 from the second bolt hole candidates X2. The processing information formation unit 42 determines whether the fixing conditions are met for all of the fittings 10 in the first subgroup.

[0062] The machining information creation unit 42 completes the second pattern selection process if it determines that the fixed conditions are met for all fittings 10. If the fixed conditions are not met for any of the fittings 10 in the second pattern selection process, the machining information creation unit 42 changes the conditions. For example, in the first pattern selection process, the machining information creation unit 42 sets the second fitting hole 10A from the top as the starting hole for selection. In the next process, the machining information creation unit 42 sets the third fitting hole 10A from the top as the starting hole for selection. The machining information creation unit 42 then executes the first pattern selection process under the changed conditions. If the fixed conditions are not met in the first pattern selection process, the machining information creation unit 42 executes the second pattern selection process. The machining information creation unit 42 selects bolt holes 28 that meet the fixed conditions by repeating the first pattern selection process, the second pattern selection process, and changing the starting hole. The maximum number of times the starting hole can be changed (MAX) is preset. If the fixed conditions cannot be met for one or several metal fittings 10 even after the starting hole has been changed up to the maximum number of times MAX, the processing information forming unit 42 displays on the display unit 43 that the fitting cannot be selected and terminates the process.

[0063] The processing flow executed by the processing information forming system 40 will be described with reference to Figure 13. The processing flow is executed for each of the multiple wooden shafts 2 of a building. In the processing flow, the value of NA indicates the ordinal number of the group of the metal fittings 10. The initial value of NA is 0. When NA is 1, it indicates the first group. When NA is 2, it indicates the second group. NB indicates the ordinal number of the pattern selection process. The initial value of NB is 0. When NB is 1, it indicates the first pattern selection process. When NB is 2, it indicates the second pattern selection process. NC indicates the number of times the starting hole is changed. The initial value of NC is -1. When NC is 1, it indicates that the starting hole is changed once.

[0064] In a first step S1, the information acquisition unit 41 acquires the shaft information, the metal fitting information, and the fixed position information for the wooden shaft 2 to be processed. In a second step S2, the processing information formation unit 42 executes a grouping process for the wooden shaft 2 to be processed.

[0065] In the third step S3, the number of NA is increased by 1. When NA is 1, the processing target is the first group. When NA is 2, the processing target is the second group. That is, the process of selecting bolt holes 28 is executed for each group.

[0066] In the fourth step S4, the machining information forming unit 42 executes the hole candidate setting process as described above. In the fifth step S5, the number of NCs is increased by one. In the sixth step S6, the machining information forming unit 42 sets a start hole according to the NC. When NC is 0, the start hole is not changed. When NC is 1, the machining information forming unit 42 changes the position of the start hole to the position one position below.

[0067] In a seventh step S7, the number of NB is incremented by 1. When NB is 1, the first pattern selection process is prepared for execution. When NB is 2, the second pattern selection process is prepared for execution.

[0068] In eighth step S8, the processing information formation unit 42 selects bolt holes 28 by executing the processing prepared in seventh step S7. In ninth step S9, the processing information formation unit 42 determines whether the number of selected bolt holes 28 for each fitting 10 satisfies the fixing condition. If all fittings 10 satisfy the fixing condition, it is determined that the fixing condition is satisfied. In this case, the processing information formation unit 42 executes the processing of twelfth step S12. If even one fitting 10 does not satisfy the fixing condition, it is determined that the fixing condition is not satisfied. In this case, the processing information formation unit 42 executes the processing of the next tenth step S10.

[0069] In the tenth step S10, when NB is 2, the processing information forming unit 42 executes the processing of the next eleventh step S11. When NB is not 2, the processing information forming unit 42 executes the processing of the seventh step S7.

[0070] In an eleventh step S11, it is determined whether NC exceeds the maximum number of times MAX. If NC does not exceed the maximum number of times MAX, the machining information generating unit 42 executes the processing of a fifth step S5. At this time, the value of NC is increased by one in the fifth step S5, and the conditions for the start hole are changed. If NC exceeds the maximum number of times MAX, the machining information generating unit 42 executes the next twelfth step S12 and outputs to the display unit 43 a message that a bolt hole 28 could not be selected for that group.

[0071] In a twelfth step S12, it is determined whether NA is the number of groups. If NC is the number of groups, the processing information forming unit 42 ends the process. At the end of the process, the bolt holes 28 have been selected for each group set for the wooden shaft 2.

[0072] (Operation of the Present Embodiment) When a large number of metal fittings 10 are connected to a wooden shaft 2, the number of bolt holes 28 for fixing the metal fittings 10 increases. For this reason, it is difficult to set the bolt holes 28 so that the bolt holes 28 do not interfere with each other and the fixing conditions are met. When selecting bolt holes 28 in order for each metal fitting 10 without grouping, if interfering bolt holes 28 are found during the selection process, the selection process may have to be repeated.

[0073] According to the machining information generation system 40 of this embodiment, the machining information generation unit 42 executes a grouping process. In the grouping process, based on the fixture information and the fixed position information, fixtures 10 whose hole positions overlap in the height direction when the fixtures 10 are placed on the wooden shaft 2 are grouped. By grouping the fixtures 10, it is possible to select bolt holes 28 from a group of bolt holes 28 that may interfere with each other, thereby preventing the overlooking of interfering bolt holes 28. This improves the efficiency of the bolt hole 28 selection process.

[0074] Furthermore, the positions of the bolt holes 28 can be determined for each group. This reduces the need to reset the hole positions. In this way, the work efficiency in creating the processing data for the wooden shaft 2 can be improved.

[0075] (Effects of this embodiment) (1) In the processing information generation system 40, the processing information generation unit 42 executes a grouping process. In the grouping process, based on the hardware information and the fixed position information, when the hardware 10 is placed on the wooden shaft 2, the hardware 10 whose hole positions overlap in the height direction are grouped.

[0076] With this configuration, a grouping process is performed to group metal fittings 10 whose hole positions overlap, so the positions of the bolt holes 28 can be determined for each group. This reduces the need to redo the setting of the positions of the bolt holes 28. In this way, the work efficiency in creating the processing data for the wooden shaft 2 can be improved.

[0077] (2) In the grouping process, the processing information formation unit 42 classifies the grouped fittings 10 that are arranged on the first side surface 2A and the third side surface 2C into a first subgroup. In the grouped fittings 10, the processing information formation unit 42 classifies the grouped fittings 10 that are arranged on the second side surface 2B and the fourth side surface 2D into a second subgroup. Then, in the hole candidate setting process, a first bolt hole candidate X1 is set in the first subgroup, and a second bolt hole candidate X2 is set in the second subgroup.

[0078] According to this configuration, the first subgroup and the second subgroup are groups of metal fittings 10 that are located at opposite positions relative to the wooden shaft 2. Then, candidates for the bolt holes 28 are set independently for each of the first subgroup and the second subgroup. This reduces the number of options when selecting the bolt holes 28, thereby improving calculation efficiency.

[0079] (3) In the grouping process, the processing information formation unit 42 creates groups by repeating the group association process for the fittings 10 in the order in which the fittings 10 are arranged in the height direction. In the group association process, if the position of any one of the fitting holes 10A of a fitting 10 to be grouped overlaps with the position of the fitting hole 10A of at least one fitting 10 that belonged to a group before the fitting 10, the target fitting 10 is included in the group.

[0080] This configuration makes it possible to prevent fittings 10 that should be grouped from being removed from that group. In this way, it is possible to appropriately group the fittings 10. (4) In the bolt hole type determination process, the processing information formation unit 42 sets the type of bolt hole 28 for each bolt hole candidate or each selected bolt hole 28 based on the positional relationship of the fitting 10. This configuration makes it possible to set the type of bolt hole 28.

[0081] (5) In the hole candidate setting process, the machining information generation unit 42 selects bolt hole candidates based on the fastening hole information included in the fixture information. With this configuration, it is possible to select bolt hole candidates suitable for the fixture 10.

[0082] <Modifications> The above embodiment is an example of a form that the processing information generation system 40 can take, and is not intended to limit the form. The processing information generation system 40 can take a form different from the form exemplified in the above embodiment. Examples of such a form include a form in which part of the configuration of the embodiment is replaced, changed, or omitted, or a form in which a new configuration is added to the embodiment. Modifications of the embodiment are shown below.

[0083] The technology of the present disclosure may be configured as a program executed by a computer. The processing information generation program causes the computer to generate hole formation information for the wooden shaft 2. The processing information generation program includes an information acquisition step and a processing information generation step.

[0084] The information acquisition step causes the computer to acquire wooden shaft information, hardware information of the hardware 10 connected to the wooden shaft 2, and fixing position information indicating the fixing position of the hardware 10 relative to the wooden shaft 2. The processing information formation step causes the computer to execute a grouping process, a hole candidate setting process, and a selection process.

[0085] In the grouping process, the computer groups the metal fittings 10 whose hole positions overlap in the height direction when the metal fittings 10 are placed on the wooden shaft 2 based on the metal fitting information and the fixed position information.

[0086] In the hole candidate setting process, the computer sets bolt hole candidates for fastening the fittings 10 in the group based on the fitting information of each fitting 10 in the group. In the selection process, the computer selects bolt holes 28 that satisfy the fastening conditions of the fitting 10 from the bolt hole candidates.

[0087] With this configuration, a grouping process is performed to group metal fittings 10 with overlapping hole positions, so the hole positions can be determined for each group. This reduces the need to reset the hole positions. In this way, the work efficiency in creating the processing data for the wooden shaft 2 can be improved.
