Description

Horizontal loading and unloading structure of cargo vehicles

[0001] The present invention relates to a loading and unloading structure for a cargo vehicle, and more specifically, to a horizontal loading and unloading structure for a cargo vehicle that can automatically horizontally load and unload cargo into and from a loading space of the cargo vehicle.

[0002]

[0003] A freight vehicle is a vehicle used for transporting various materials. Freight vehicle operation can be broadly divided into loading and unloading operations and driving operations. Loading and unloading operations can be divided into manual operations and operations utilizing equipment, facilities, and tools. Loading involves loading cargo onto a vehicle until it is ready for transport, while unloading involves placing the cargo on the transporter (vehicle) at the loading area in the worksite. Driving operations involve checking the transport log, which records the type, quantity, and destination of the cargo, and transporting the loaded cargo to its destination using a freight vehicle, taking into account factors such as the loading height and weight.

[0004] According to recent industrial accident statistics, the most common accidents occur during the loading and unloading of cargo vehicles. Examples include falls during loading and bodily harm caused by excessive loading. To address this, the development of automated loading and unloading technology is needed.

[0008]

[0009] One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a horizontal loading / unloading structure for a cargo vehicle that can automatically horizontally load / unload cargo into a loading space of the cargo vehicle.

[0010] One embodiment of the present invention provides a horizontal loading / unloading structure for a cargo vehicle capable of minimizing the volume loss rate of a loading space by combining a chain and a belt, exposing the belt to the upper part of a base plate so as to be in direct contact with cargo and moving horizontally on the base plate so that cargo can be automatically loaded or unloaded.

[0011] One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a horizontal loading / unloading structure for a cargo vehicle that can stably perform loading / unloading operations by pulling a belt through chain rotation.

[0012]

[0013] Among the embodiments, a horizontal loading / unloading structure of a cargo vehicle includes a base plate; a drive chain formed of chains spaced apart from each other on the base plate, at least a portion of which is always exposed to the upper side and at least another portion of which is always exposed to the lower side; a driven belt connected to a lower exposed end of the drive chain by a belt spaced apart from each other, at least a portion of which is always exposed to the lower side and at least another portion of which is always exposed to the upper side, so as to surround the base plate together with the drive chain and have a length shorter than the length of the drive chain; a drive shaft connected to the drive chain and a toothed belt at a first end of the base plate and transmitting a driving force in a first direction to an upper portion of the drive chain during a loading process or transmitting a driving force in a second direction to a lower portion of the drive chain during an unloading process; a driven shaft contact-connected with the driven belt at a second end of the base plate and passively operated according to movement of the driven belt; and a driver providing a driving force in the first direction or the second direction to the drive shaft.

[0014] Among the embodiments, the horizontal loading / unloading structure of the cargo vehicle may further include a back door that maximizes the loading space by exposing at least a portion of the driven shaft to the rear outside of the loading space and contacting a specific point of the base plate to form the loading space.

[0015] The above back door can form a bending portion at the top and rotate upwards through a rotation axis connected to the end of the top to open the loading space and rotate downwards to close the loading space.

[0016] The above drive chain is composed of a plurality of chain belts each connected to the gear wheel, and operates while at least a portion thereof is always exposed to the upper portion of the base plate during the process of providing the driving force in the first or second direction, and a partition plate can be fixedly connected to the upper exposed portion connected to the driven belt.

[0017] The above drive shaft forms the gear along the circumference in the coupling area of the above drive chain, and can axially move downward during the loading process to transmit the driving force in the first direction to the upper part, and axially move upward during the unloading process to transmit the driving force in the second direction to the lower part.

[0018] The above-mentioned driven shaft is arranged outside the loading space of the cargo vehicle and can be exposed to the outside of the loading space regardless of whether the back door is opened or closed.

[0019] The above actuator can move the driving shaft upward or downward by a specific angle during the initial provision of the driving force and provide a relatively large driving rotational force.

[0020] Among the embodiments, the horizontal loading / unloading structure of the cargo vehicle may further include a chain belt guide that is arranged along the movement path of the drive chain at the lower portion of the base plate and accommodates the drive chain therein to prevent sagging of the drive chain.

[0041]

[0042] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a horizontal loading / unloading structure of a cargo vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the horizontal loading / unloading structure of FIG. 1.

[0043] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a horizontal loading / unloading structure (100) of a cargo vehicle is installed to enable automatic loading / unloading of cargo in the loading space of the cargo vehicle, and for this purpose, may include a base plate (110), a driving chain (120), a driven belt (130), a driving shaft (140), a driven shaft (150), a driving machine (160), and a control unit (not shown).

[0044] The base plate (110) is formed in the form of a flat plate that forms the floor of the loading space of a cargo vehicle. The cargo vehicle is provided with a driver's seat at the front and a loading box with an internal loading space for loading cargo at the rear. The base plate (110) corresponds to the floor of the loading box, and the horizontal loading / unloading structure of the present invention can be installed to minimize volume loss in the loading space of the loading box.

[0045] The drive chain (120) is composed of chains that are spaced apart from each other, with at least a portion always exposed to the upper side and at least another portion always exposed to the lower side on the base plate (110). In one embodiment, the drive chain (120) is arranged on the base plate (110) with a predetermined length and rotates and moves along the base plate (110). Here, the drive chain (120) is composed of a plurality of chain belts and operates while at least a portion is always exposed to the upper side of the base plate (110). Here, the drive chain (120) may have two chain belts arranged parallel to the base plate (110), and the length and number of chain belts may be appropriately determined according to the length and width of the base plate (110) forming the floor surface of the loading space, and according to the type of cargo or the loading load.

[0046] The driven belt (130) is connected to the lower exposed end of the drive chain (120) as a belt spaced apart from each other, and at least a part is always exposed at the lower end and at least another part is always exposed at the upper end, so as to wrap the base plate (110) together with the drive chain (120) and have a length shorter than the length of the drive chain (120). For example, when the length of the drive chain (120) is 3760 mm based on a 1-ton cargo vehicle, the driven belt (130) can be configured to have a length of 3510 mm, which is shorter than the length of the drive chain (120). Here, since the degree of force exerted by the drive chain (120) varies depending on its length, the length of the driven belt (130) is made shorter than the length of the drive chain (120) so that the driven belt (130) can move smoothly along the drive chain (120).

[0047] The horizontal loading / unloading structure (100) of a cargo vehicle according to the present invention has a drive chain (120) and a driven belt (130) in a roughly half-and-half combination structure, so that the structure can be simplified and made lightweight, and the area occupied by the installation space can be minimized.

[0048] In one embodiment, the driven belt (130) is linked to the drive chain (120) on both sides and moves along the drive chain (120). The driven belt (130) can move horizontally on the base plate (110) by the rotation of the drive chain (120) to load and unload cargo into and out of the loading space. Here, the driven belt (130) may be formed of a plate member made of a rubber material having elasticity, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and may be formed of a flexible material that can move along the drive chain (120) so that at least a portion is always exposed to the lower portion of the base plate (110) and at least another portion is always exposed to the upper portion of the base plate (110). The driven belt (130) may have a structure that is exposed to the upper portion of the base plate (110) and comes into direct contact with the cargo.

[0049] In one embodiment, the drive chain (120) and the driven belt (130) may be connected via a bulkhead plate (170). That is, the bulkhead plate (170) may be fixedly connected to the upper exposed portion where the drive chain (120) and the driven belt (130) are connected. The bulkhead plate (170) is composed of an upper plate and a lower plate and may be vertically installed in a loading space of a cargo vehicle to form a bulkhead. The bulkhead plate (170) may be moved in the same direction as the driven belt (130) along the drive chain (120) by connecting the upper exposed end of the drive chain (120) to one side of the lower plate and connecting the upper exposed end of the driven belt (130) to the other side of the lower plate. At this time, the bulkhead plate (170) may support cargo loaded and unloaded on the driven belt (130) in the loading and unloading direction to enable stable loading and unloading.

[0050] A chain belt guide (not shown) may be arranged along the movement path of the drive chain (120) at the bottom of the base plate (110). The chain belt guide may accommodate the drive chain (120) therein to prevent sagging of the drive chain (120). The chain belt guide may prevent sagging due to load and guide movement of the driven belt (130) moving along the drive chain (120).

[0051] The drive shaft (140) is connected to the drive chain (120) and the gears at the first end of the base plate (110) and transmits a driving force in a first direction to the upper part of the drive chain (120) during a loading process or transmits a driving force in a second direction to the lower part of the drive chain (120) during an unloading process. The drive shaft (140) can provide a driving force in the first or second direction by fastening each of a plurality of chain belts of the drive chain (120) to the gears. In one embodiment, the drive shaft (140) is composed of a pair of gears, and the drive chain (120) passes between the pair of gears as the gears rotate. Specifically, the drive shaft (140) may include a lower gear (141) that is connected to the driver (160) and transmits the driving force provided by the driver (160), and an upper gear (143) that receives the driving force through the lower gear (141) and moves the drive chain (120). The lower gear (141) is fixedly connected to the first end of the base plate (110), and the upper gear (143) operates while always being exposed to the upper portion of the base plate (110) and may be fixedly connected to the bulkhead plate. The lower gear (141) is configured to have a diameter larger than that of the upper gear (143).

[0052] The drive shaft (140) forms lower and upper gears (141, 143) along the circumference in the joining area of the drive belt (120), and transmits a driving force in a first direction to the upper gear (143) through the lower gear (141) during the loading process, and transmits a driving force in a second direction to the upper gear (143) through the lower gear (141) during the unloading process. At this time, the upper gear (143) can receive the driving force in the first or second direction and move the drive chain (120) while rotating in the corresponding direction.

[0053] The driven shaft (150) is connected to the driven belt (130) at the second end of the base plate (110) and is passively operated according to the movement of the driven belt (130). The driven shaft (150) is arranged outside the loading space of the cargo vehicle and can be exposed to the outside of the loading space regardless of whether the back door of the cargo vehicle is opened or closed. Here, the driven shaft (150) rotates in conjunction with the driving shaft (140) that rotates on its axis by the driver (160). The driven shaft (150) is configured to protrude toward the rear of the cargo vehicle, thereby minimizing volume loss of the loading space and enabling connection with other cargo vehicles.

[0054] The actuator (160) provides driving force to the driving shaft (140) in a first direction or a second direction. The actuator (160) may be axially coupled to the driving shaft (140) at the first end of the base plate (110). The actuator (160) may use a hydraulic motor, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and any driving motor capable of providing driving force to the driving shaft (140) may be used. The actuator (160) may move the driving shaft (140) upwards or downwards by a specific angle during the initial process of providing the driving force and provide a relatively large driving rotational force. Here, the specific angle may be an angle of 10 degrees or less so as not to strain the support of the driving shaft (140).

[0055] The control unit (not shown) drives the drive unit (160) of the horizontal loading / unloading structure (100) of the cargo vehicle through an electrical connection according to user operation, thereby providing a driving force in the first or second direction to the driving shaft (140), thereby operating the driving chain (120) to perform the horizontal loading / unloading operation of cargo.

[0056]

[0057] Fig. 3 is a drawing for explaining the joint structure of the drive chain and the driven belt of Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 is a drawing showing the lower exposed portion where the drive chain and the driven belt of Fig. 3 are connected.

[0058] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the drive chain (120) operates with at least a portion always exposed to the upper portion on the base plate (110) and at least another portion always exposed to the lower portion. The drive chain (120) is composed of a plurality of chain belts each of which is connected to a gear of the drive shaft (140). The drive chain (120) is gear-coupled to the drive shaft (140) at the first end of the base plate (110). The drive chain (120) operates with at least a portion always exposed to the upper portion of the base plate (110) during the process of providing driving force in the first direction or the second direction from the driver (160).

[0059] The driven belt (130) is connected to a chain spaced apart from the lower exposed end of the drive chain (120) as a belt. Here, the driven belt (130) can be connected to the lower exposed end of the drive chain (120) through a connecting plate (210), as indicated by a dotted line in FIG. 3.

[0060] As shown in (a) to (c) of FIG. 4, the coupling plate (210) is formed integrally by fixing the drive chain (120) and the driven belt (130) together by means of assembly elements or welding. In one embodiment, the coupling plate (210) may be connected to the drive chain (120) by welding and to the driven belt (130) by means of bolting. The coupling plate (210) may be made of a metal material to reinforce the rigidity between the drive chain (120) and the driven belt (130). The coupling plate (210) allows the driving force of the driver (160) to be transmitted to the driven belt (130) through the drive shaft (140) and the drive chain (120), thereby causing the driven belt (130) to rotate and move along the rotation of the drive chain (120).

[0061] The driven belt (130) is also operated while at least a portion thereof is always exposed to the lower portion and at least another portion thereof is always exposed to the upper portion on the base plate (110). The driven belt (130) is configured to wrap around the base plate (110) together with the drive chain (120) and to have a length shorter than the length of the drive chain (120). The driven belt (130) is configured to have a structure that directly contacts the cargo at the upper exposed portion. The driven belt (130) is contact-coupled to the driven shaft (150) at the second end of the base plate (110).

[0062] Here, the red line designates the drive chain (120), and the yellow line designates the driven belt (130). The lower plate of the bulkhead plate (170) is fixedly connected to the upper exposed portion where the drive chain (120) and the driven belt (130) are connected. The bulkhead plate (170) moves horizontally within the loading space of the cargo vehicle in conjunction with the driven belt (130). The bulkhead plate (170) loads or unloads cargo onto the driven belt (130) while moving horizontally.

[0063]

[0064]

[0065] Fig. 5 is a drawing showing the connection state of the drive chain and drive shaft of Fig. 1, where (a) is a side cross-sectional view and (b) is a bottom perspective view.

[0066] Referring to (a) and (b) of FIG. 5, the drive shaft (140) is coupled with the drive chain (120) and the gear at the first end of the base plate (110). The first end of the base plate (110) may be located inside the front of the loading space of the cargo vehicle. The drive shaft (140) forms a gear along the circumference in the coupling area of the drive chain (120). During the loading process, the drive shaft (140) transmits the driving force of the driver (160) in the first direction to the upper part of the drive chain (120) to operate the upper rotation of the drive chain (120) so that the driven belt (130) can move toward the first end of the base plate (110). The drive shaft (140) transmits the second direction driving force of the drive unit (160) to the lower part of the drive chain (120) during the unloading process to operate the lower rotation of the drive chain (120) so that the driven belt (130) can move toward the second end of the base plate (110).

[0067] The drive shaft (140) is located at the first end of the base plate (110), which is the floor surface of the loading space, and can provide driving force to the drive chain (120) so that the driven belt (130) can move horizontally on the base plate (110). Here, the drive shaft (140) can be installed on the floor opposite to the entrance where cargo of the cargo vehicle is loaded and unloaded. The drive shaft (140) has gears (141, 143) arranged at the lower and upper ends of the first end of the base plate (110), and the drive chain (120) is engaged and coupled to the gears (141, 143). The lower gear (141) is axially connected to the drive unit (160) and serves to transmit the driving force in the first direction or the second direction provided from the drive unit (160) to the upper gear (143) through the coupled drive chain (120). The lower gear (141) of the drive shaft (140) rotates in the same direction as the driving direction of the drive unit (160) while the drive unit (160) is driven, and the upper gear (143) rotates in the opposite direction to the rotational direction of the lower gear (141). The upper gear (143) rotates by the driving force in the first or second direction transmitted through the drive chain (120) to move the coupled drive chain (120). At this time, the driven belt (130) coupled to the drive chain (120) moves together along the moving direction of the drive unit (120), thereby enabling horizontal loading and unloading operations to be performed in the loading space of the cargo vehicle. At this time, the partition plate (170) coupled to the upper exposed portion where the drive chain (120) and the driven belt (130) are connected also moves in conjunction with the driven belt (130) along the moving direction of the drive chain (120).

[0068]

[0069] Figure 6 is a drawing showing one embodiment of a cargo vehicle to which a horizontal loading / unloading structure according to the present invention is applied.

[0070] Referring to Fig. 6, the cargo vehicle includes a back door (310) that rotates up and down to open and close the loading space (320) at the entrance of the loading space (320). The back door (310) can be used to seal the loading space (320) of the cargo vehicle and open the entrance by rotating upward to perform a loading or unloading process of cargo.

[0071] The back door (310) can maximize the loading space (320) by exposing at least a portion of the passive shaft (150) to the rear exterior of the loading space (320) and contacting a specific point of the base plate (110) to form the loading space (320). The back door (310) can form a folded portion at the top and rotate upwards through a rotating shaft (330) coupled to the end of the top to open the loading space (320) and rotate downwards to close the loading space (320).

[0072] In one embodiment, the back door (310) is hinged by a rotation shaft (330) and can be rotated upward or downward, and a hydraulic device is installed on the rotation shaft (330) so that the back door can be automatically opened and closed by a length adjustment means whose length is adjusted by hydraulic pressure generated from the hydraulic device.

[0073]

[0074] The horizontal loading / unloading structure of a cargo vehicle according to the present invention having such a structure can be operated as follows.

[0075] Loading work of cargo vehicles

[0076] First, the back door (310) is rotated upward to open the loading space (320) and the cargo is loaded onto the driven belt (130) exposed on the base plate (110). During the loading process, the driving shaft (140) is rotated by the driver (160) to transmit the driving force in the first direction to the driving chain (120). The driver (160) moves the driving shaft (140) downward by a specific angle during the initial provision of the driving force so that a relatively large driving rotational force is provided. The driving chain (120) is gear-coupled with the driving shaft (140) and moves as the upper gear (143) rotates by the driving force in the first direction, thereby gradually moving the driven belt (130) toward the front of the loading space (320). The driven belt (130) can be always exposed to the upper part of the base plate (110) by moving to the front of the loading space (320) while the cargo is loaded along the driving chain (120). That is, the driven belt (130) is in direct contact with the cargo and moves the cargo to the front of the loading space (320), so that the cargo can be sequentially loaded from the front of the loading space (320). At this time, the bulkhead plate (170) fixedly connected to the upper exposed portion where the driving chain (120) and the driven belt (130) are connected moves together with the driven belt (130) according to the rotation of the driving chain (120) to support the cargo loaded on the driven belt (130) so that it is stably placed. When the cargo loading work is completed, the operation of the driving machine (160) is stopped. Finally, the back door (310) is rotated downward to close the loading space (320) and then the transport work is performed.

[0077]

[0078] Unloading of cargo vehicles

[0079] First, the back door (310) is rotated upward to open the loading space (320) of the cargo vehicle, and cargo loaded in the loading space (320) is unloaded. During the unloading process, a second direction driving force, which is opposite to the loading process, is provided to the driving chain (120) through the driving device (160). A driven belt (130) is coupled to the upper exposed end and the lower exposed end of the driving chain (120), so that the driven belt (130) moves along the driving chain (120). The driving chain (120) can horizontally pull the driven belt (130) so that the cargo loaded on the driven belt (130) moves horizontally on the base plate (110) of the loading space (320). The drive shaft (140) transmits the driving force of the drive unit (160) to the drive chain (120), thereby rotating the drive chain (120) and horizontally moving the driven belt (130) coupled to the drive chain (120) so that the cargo placed on the upper portion can be discharged to the rear outside of the loading space (320). The drive chain (120) rotates due to the drive shaft (140) rotating in accordance with the rotation of the drive unit (160), and the driven belt (130) coupled to the drive chain (120) contacts and engages with the driven shaft (150) at least partially exposed to the rear outside of the loading space (320), thereby moving to the lower portion of the base plate (110). That is, when the drive chain (120) rotates in the second direction while the cargo is loaded on the upper exposed portion of the base plate (110), a pulling force is applied to the driven belt (130) coupled to the drive chain (120) through the coupling plate (210), causing the driven belt (130) to move horizontally toward the rear exterior of the loading space. In the process of the driven belt (130) moving horizontally toward the rear exterior of the loading space, the bulkhead plate (170) moves together to support the cargo loaded on the upper portion of the driven belt (130) so that it does not fall over to the front of the loading space. The driven belt (130) is guided to move downwards of the base plate (110) by the driven shaft (150) which is at least partially exposed to the rear exterior of the loading space, and automatically discharges the cargo to the rear exterior of the loading space. When the cargo unloading operation is completed, the drive chain (120) is rotated in the first direction by the drive unit (160) to apply a pulling force to the upper exposed end of the driven belt (130), so that the driven belt (130) moves horizontally toward the front of the loading space (320). In the process of the driven belt (130) moving horizontally toward the front of the loading space (320), the bulkhead plate (170) moves together to return to its original position within the loading space (320).
