Description

Integrated mooring hook device system

[0001] The present invention relates to a mooring system, and more particularly, to an integrated mooring hook device system comprising a plurality of mooring hook devices capable of quickly releasing a mooring state, wherein individual control and integrated control are possible at close and long distances, and a monitoring system capable of additionally performing AI automatic control is included.

[0002] As industry develops, logistics is increasing, and among these, logistics by ship is also increasing.

[0003] Accordingly, numerous ships are moored at the port, and a method of securing ships using mooring lines is used to maintain the mooring status.

[0004] In general, conventional technology uses a hook-shaped fixing device to fix a mooring line, and there is a problem that the load on the hook-shaped fixing device increases because it is fixed to a hook formed in a certain direction.

[0005] In addition, in order to release the mooring line, a release button equipped on the person or device is used, but since work is being done near the device, there is also a problem with safety accidents caused by the mooring line.

[0006] As industries become more sophisticated, these devices are also becoming more sophisticated, and various projects for smart ports are being carried out.

[0007] Accordingly, various mooring anchoring devices are being developed to solve the above-mentioned problems, but various problems such as fire, performance limitations, and lack of additional equipment are occurring, and the technology is stuck at the limitations of simple anchoring devices.

[0008] In order to safely maintain the mooring status, a monitoring system that can check the mooring status in real time, a sensor that can measure the load, and a device that can be remotely controlled are additionally required, and by adding the above devices, it is possible to maintain the stable mooring status of the vessel.

[0009] Accordingly, the need for smart mooring devices that are not passive but active, equipped with various functions to reduce load, enable real-time confirmation of dangerous situations to enable rapid action, and incorporate AI technology for active control is increasing.

[0010] The present invention has been invented to improve the above-mentioned problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an integrated mooring hook device system that uses a plurality of mooring hook devices that enable rapid release of mooring ropes and are equipped with an automatic return function, and is equipped with an independent control unit so that the mooring hook devices can be controlled at the installation site, and an integrated control unit so that monitoring and remote control are possible from a distance, so that rapid response is possible in both general and emergency situations, and is further equipped with a measuring unit that can measure the surrounding environment and a deep learning device that stores and analyzes the measured data to enable optimal AI automatic control.

[0011] The purpose of the present invention is not limited to the purposes mentioned above, and other purposes not mentioned can be clearly understood from the description below.

[0012] In order to achieve the above-described purpose, the present invention provides an integrated mooring hook device system, which comprises: a device unit including a plurality of mooring hook devices; an independent control unit coupled to or positioned adjacent to the device unit, wherein the plurality of mooring hook devices are each controlled at an installation site; an integrated control unit that checks and controls all situations of the device unit, is controlled remotely in conjunction with the independent control unit, and includes a deep learning device for AI automatic control; and a measuring unit located in the main body unit or a separate location, wherein the state of the environment is measured.

[0013] In addition, the device part is characterized by including a main body part fixed to the bottom surface; a hook to which a rope for maintaining the mooring state of the ship is fixed; a hook hinge rotatably connecting the hook to the main body part; and a fastening part provided on one side of the fastening part to fasten the hook so that it can maintain a fastening mode in which the hook cannot be rotated.

[0014] In addition, the measuring unit is characterized in that the wave height and wind volume are measured, and the measured data is stored and analyzed by the deep learning device.

[0015] In addition, the deep learning device analyzes various data, and is characterized by including an environmental analysis step in which wave height and wind direction measured by the measuring unit are analyzed; a vessel analysis step in which vessel information is matched and analyzed in addition to the environmental analysis step; and a load analysis step in which the load of the device unit is matched and analyzed in addition to the vessel analysis step.

[0016] In addition, the integrated control unit is characterized by including a preset step in which a warning or dangerous situation is set according to data measured by the measuring unit; and a prediction setting step in which a warning or dangerous situation is set by a deep learning device of the integrated control unit, but a setting different from the preset step is applied by linking information of the ship and data measured by the measuring unit.

[0017] The present invention with the above-described configuration can expect the following effects.

[0018] When a force exceeding the standard is applied to the hook, the hydraulic cylinder's control valve is formed to open, enabling the mooring line to be quickly released.

[0019] Additionally, one side of the hook has a relatively higher weight, which allows it to automatically return to its original position due to its center of gravity after the vessel is released from mooring.

[0020] Each of the multiple mooring hook devices is equipped with an independent control unit, enabling operation by machine power instead of manpower on site, thereby improving the simplicity and safety of operation.

[0021] The present invention is equipped with an integrated control unit, enabling multiple mooring hook devices to be controlled from a distance, and additionally providing an AI automatic control function.

[0022] Accordingly, the present invention further includes a deep learning device to store and analyze measured data, thereby enabling an optimal mooring state to be achieved, and a monitoring system that checks the mooring state in real time is formed, thereby enabling rapid action to be taken while preventing accidents that may cause danger in advance.

[0023] The present invention analyzes the risk of a mooring condition by measuring wave height and wind volume, and further includes visual and auditory alarm devices to enable easy recognition of warnings and dangerous situations.

[0024] Additionally, depending on the size and weight of the vessel, warnings and risk situations can be applied differently depending on the mooring and environmental conditions, enabling control to be achieved in an appropriate mooring state.

[0034]

[0035] An integrated mooring hook device system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention may be composed of a device unit (10), an independent control unit (20), an integrated control unit (30), and a measuring unit (40) as shown in FIG. 1.

[0036]

[0037] First, let’s look at the above device part (10).

[0038] The device (10) is a device that can quickly release the mooring state of a ship or fix a mooring line, and includes a main body (100) fixed to the bottom surface, a hook (200) to which a rope that maintains the mooring state of the ship is fixed, a hook hinge (300) that rotatably connects the hook (200) to the main body (100), and a fixing part (400) provided on one side of the main body (100) to fix the hook (200) so that it can maintain a binding mode in which it cannot rotate.

[0039] The above main body (100) is fixed to the floor surface where the ship is moored to enable passengers to board and disembark or cargo to be loaded and unloaded.

[0040] At this time, the floor surface may be at least one of a dock, another vessel, and an offshore storage facility.

[0041] The above main body (100) can enable the ship to be moored when the rope is fixed to the hook (200).

[0042] That is, the main body (100) is formed to be able to support a force stronger than the tensile force of the rope, and can be fixed to the floor surface.

[0043] More specifically, the main body (100) includes a side frame (110), a base frame (120), and a support frame (130).

[0044] The above side frame (110) may be formed to be vertically erected on the floor surface so as to support the tensile force by the rope.

[0045] The above side frames (110) may be provided in multiple numbers, and each of the side frames (110) may be provided spaced apart from each other.

[0046] In other words, it may be possible for the plurality of side frames (110) to be erected vertically on the floor surface while being spaced apart from each other.

[0047] Additionally, it may be possible for a connecting hole (111) to be formed on one side of the side frame (110).

[0048] The above connecting hole (111) is where the above fixing part (400) is fixed to the side frame (110).

[0049] It can be formed so that it can be formed in a square shape.

[0050] The above base frame (120) may be provided so as to be able to support a vertical load directed toward the floor surface.

[0051] The above base frame (120) is provided between the plurality of side frames (110), so that the plurality of side frames (110) can be connected to each other, and can be formed in a square shape.

[0052] The above support frame (130) may be provided on one side of the upper portion of the base frame (120).

[0053] The above support frame (130) may be provided so that the hook hinge (300) that allows the hook (200) to rotate can be fixed.

[0054] Additionally, the support frame (130) may include a pad (131) provided on one side of the support frame (130).

[0055] The above pad (131) can prevent the hook (400) from contacting the support frame (130) when the hook (400) rotates, and the shock generated at this time can be absorbed.

[0056] The above pad (131) can be formed in a square shape, and can be formed in any shape as long as it can prevent the hook from contacting the support frame (130) and absorb the shock generated at that time.

[0057] In addition, the pad (131) is preferably formed of a material capable of absorbing shock, and may be formed of rubber or polyethylene material.

[0058] The above hook (200) may be configured in a form in which a rope for maintaining the mooring state of the ship can be fixed.

[0059] And, the hook (200) can be coupled to the hook hinge (300), and more specifically, the hook (200) can be formed in a form in which it is inserted into the support frame (130) and coupled to the hook hinge (300) on one side.

[0060] In addition, the hook (200) may be preferably formed with a width smaller than the spacing between the plurality of side frames (110) so that it can be rotated by the tensile force of the rope.

[0061] In addition, the hook (200) is formed in the shape of the letter 'L' as a whole, and at this time, it may be possible to bend it based on the hook hinge (300).

[0062] In other words, the hook (200) may be formed in an 'L' shape that is bent at the rotation axis of the hook hinge (300).

[0063] The above hook hinge (300) is provided to penetrate the support frame (130), and can serve to rotatably connect the hook (200) to the support frame (130).

[0064] The above hook hinge (300) is formed in a cylindrical shape and rotates on the support frame (130). The hook hinge (300) serves as a rotation axis of the hook (200), and the hook (200) can be rotated.

[0065] The above-mentioned fixed part (400) is provided between the side frames (110), and can serve to fix the hook (200) so that it can maintain a binding mode in which it cannot rotate.

[0066] At this time, the binding mode is a state in which the fixed part (400) is advanced, comes into contact with one side of the hook (200), and the hook (200) cannot rotate, and it may be possible to form an overall rectangular block.

[0067] In addition, the fixing member (400) may be preferably formed to have the same width as the hook (200) so as to be able to fix the hook (200).

[0068] In addition, since the contact surface between the hook (200) and the fixing member (400) is formed as an inclined surface (A), the hook (200) can be retracted, thereby minimizing the force required to enter a release mode in which the hook (200) can rotate.

[0069] At this time, as a result of several experiments in which the hook (200) rotates, it may be desirable for the contact surface between the hook (200) and the fixed part (400) to be formed at an upward incline of 13° to 25° with respect to the bottom surface.

[0070] In other words, since the contact surface between the hook (200) and the fixing member (400) is formed as an inclined surface (A), it may be possible for the fixing member (400) to be easily released.

[0071] Additionally, the hook (200) may further include a rope fixing portion (210) and a hook contact portion (220).

[0072] The above rope fixing part (210) may be formed as a part where the rope is fixed on one side of the hook (200).

[0073] The above hook contact portion (220) may be formed as a portion that comes into contact with the fixing portion on one side of the hook (200).

[0074] And, based on the rotation axis of the hook hinge (300), it may be possible for the weight of the rope fixing part (210) provided above to be formed lighter than the weight of the hook contact part (220) provided at the rear.

[0075] Accordingly, it may be possible to restore the rope fixing part (210) to be positioned above the hook hinge (300) and the hook contact part (220) to be positioned at the rear of the hook hinge (300) while the hook (200) is rotated.

[0076] As a result, it may be possible to omit the process of the hook (200) rotating to release the mooring state of the vessel and manually restoring the hook (200) to its original position by the user.

[0077] In other words, by forming the weight of the rope fixing part (210) provided above the rotation axis of the hook hinge (300) to be lighter than the weight of the hook contact part (220) provided at the rear, it is possible to automatically restore from the release mode to the engagement mode.

[0078] In addition, the mooring hook device (10) according to the present invention may further include a hydraulic cylinder (500) that provides rotational force so that the fixed part (400) is moved to one side.

[0079] The above hydraulic cylinder (500) can provide power to the fixed part (400) by reciprocating linear movement of the piston by hydraulic pressure. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder (500) can enable the fixed part (400) to be moved by an independent control unit (20) or an integrated control unit (30) to be described later.

[0080] In other words, the independent control unit (20) or integrated control unit (30) to be described later can control the operation of the hydraulic cylinder (500), and by controlling the operation of the hydraulic cylinder (500), the hook (200) can be rotated, thereby making it possible for the mooring state of the ship to be released.

[0081] That is, it may be possible to release the mooring state on the vessel using the independent control unit (20) or integrated control unit (30) described later.

[0082] Additionally, the hydraulic cylinder (500) may further include a cylinder head (510) protruding from one side of the hydraulic cylinder (500).

[0083] The above cylinder head (510) is provided as one end of the piston, and the cylinder head (510) may be connected to one end of the fixed part (400).

[0084] That is, the hydraulic cylinder (500) is coupled to the fixed part (400), and it may be possible to provide rotational force to the fixed part (400).

[0085] The above cylinder head (510) can be formed in a square shape so that it can be combined with the above fixed part (400).

[0086] In addition, the hydraulic cylinder (500) may further include a control valve (520) that is provided on the inside of the hydraulic cylinder (500) to control the hydraulic pressure.

[0087] The above control valve (520) is provided to control the hydraulic pressure generated inside the hydraulic cylinder (500), and in an emergency situation where there is no power supply, the control valve (520) is opened so that the fixed part (400) can be moved forward and backward, thereby allowing the hook (200) to rotate only with the tensile force of the rope, thereby releasing the mooring state of the ship.

[0088] Accordingly, in an emergency situation where there is no power supply, the control valve (520) is opened, so that it is possible to change to the release mode using only the tensile force of the rope.

[0089] In addition, the mooring hook device of the device unit (10) may further include a fixed frame (600) formed to surround the fixed unit (400) so as to support the fixed unit (400) and guide the reciprocating movement path of the fixed unit (400) by the hydraulic cylinder (500).

[0090] In addition, the fixed frame (600) may be formed to surround the cylinder head (510) so as to support the cylinder head (510) and guide the reciprocating movement path of the cylinder head (510) by the hydraulic cylinder (500).

[0091] The above fixed frame (600) is formed in a rectangular shape overall, and a through hole can be formed on the inside to allow a fixed part (400) and a cylinder head (510) to be inserted in a rectangular shape, and can be inserted into the connecting part hole (111).

[0092] That is, the fixed frame (600) may be connected between the plurality of side frames (110).

[0093] In addition, the device unit (10) may further include a weight measuring hinge (700) provided through the plurality of side frames (110).

[0094] The above weight measuring hinge (700) may be equipped with a weight measuring sensor and a load sensor capable of measuring weight, and may be formed in a cylindrical shape.

[0095] The above weight measurement hinge (700) connects the plurality of side frames (110), so that it is possible to measure the shear force applied as a tensile force to the plurality of side frames (110) by the rope.

[0096] In addition, the weight measuring hinge (700) may transmit the measured shear force to an independent control unit (20) to be described later, and the data transmitted to the independent control unit (20) to be described later may be transmitted to an integrated control unit (30) to be described later.

[0097] Accordingly, it may be possible to check the shear force measured by the integrated control unit (30) described later in real time.

[0098] In addition, the weight measuring hinge (700) may further include a hinge fixing pin (710), and the hinge fixing pin (710) may be formed as a square plate and may be provided at one end of the weight measuring hinge (700).

[0099]

[0100] The above hinge fixing pin (710) may be fixed to one side of the side frame (110).

[0101] In summary, when the side frame (110) receives a tensile force by the rope and a shear force is applied to the hinge fixing pin (710) according to the tensile force, the weight measuring hinge (700) measures the shear force applied to the hinge fixing pin (710), thereby making it possible to measure the tensile force of the rope.

[0102]

[0103] Next, we will look at the independent control unit (20).

[0104] The independent control unit (20) is located in the device unit (10), and can play a role in controlling the device unit (10) while directly checking it on site.

[0105] More specifically, the independent control unit (20) includes various configurations such as an open button, a power button, an emergency button, and an alarm device, and various functions such as opening of the hook of the device unit (10), left-right movement of the hook, and driving of the motor can be performed by selection by the user.

[0106] Accordingly, tasks that were previously performed by manpower can be easily performed with simple actions, and safety accidents caused by the use of manpower can be prevented in advance.

[0107] In addition, the independent control unit (20) may further include a communication unit that can receive a signal from a load cell provided in the device unit (10) and communicate with the integrated control unit (30) described later.

[0108] Accordingly, the independent control unit (20) may be controlled not only by the user, but also by the integrated control unit (30) described later.

[0109] The various configurations of the above-described independent control unit (20) are described in detail as follows.

[0110] The opening button is a button for opening the hook, and may be provided in the same number as the number of hooks provided in the device section (10).

[0111] Since the hooks of the above device part (10) are often used individually, they can be individually fixed and released, and by pressing the open button of the independent control part (20), it is possible for the hooks of the above device part (10) to be quickly and automatically released.

[0112] The power button is a means for supplying power to the independent control unit (20), and it may be possible to supply power to a power supply further included in the independent control unit (20).

[0113] The emergency button is a means for urgently stopping the operation of the device (10) in various warning and dangerous situations, and may be provided with a larger size than other buttons so that it can be pressed easily and quickly.

[0114] The notification device may be used as a means of notifying an abnormal situation through lighting of a light and making a sound when an abnormality such as overload, malfunction, or motor overload of the above device (10) occurs.

[0115] Additionally, a means for controlling the capstan may be further included, and may be composed of a selection button for determining the rotation direction of a motor provided in the capstan and a run button for starting the operation of the motor. The run button may be composed of a first button used with a hand and a second button used with a foot so that execution can be performed in various situations.

[0116] Since the independent control unit (20) is basically capable of controlling one device, it should be provided in the same number as the number of hook devices for opening included in the device unit (10), and it may be desirable to form it in a detachable form to facilitate future replacement and repair.

[0117]

[0118] Next, we will look at the integrated control unit (30).

[0119] The integrated control unit (30) controls the entire device unit (10) including the plurality of mooring hook devices, and may be formed at a remote location away from the device unit (10).

[0120] Accordingly, it is possible to easily control the above device unit (10) from a distance, and it is possible to prevent in advance the risk of safety accidents caused by mooring lines when mooring or releasing a ship.

[0121] Additionally, the integrated control unit (30) may be capable of AI automatic control of the device unit (10).

[0122] In detail, the integrated control unit (30) may further include a deep learning device (800), and the deep learning device (800) may store and analyze information acquired from the independent control unit (20), and may automatically control the device unit (10) based on the analyzed data.

[0123] Additionally, it may be possible to obtain vessel information and store and analyze vessel-specific mooring information.

[0124] When a vessel is moored, information such as the vessel's size, weight, and shape is obtained from a third-party database device, and information obtained from the load according to the vessel and the measurement unit (40) described later is analyzed to enable maintenance of optimal mooring conditions and notification of dangerous situations.

[0125] The process of analyzing information of the measurement unit (40) to be described later in the deep learning device (800) of the integrated control unit (30) may consist of an environment analysis step (S100), a prediction setting step (S200), and a load setting step (S300).

[0126] In the environmental analysis step (S100), wave height and wind direction are separately acquired and stored by the measuring unit (40) described later, but it may be possible to analyze the correlation between wave height and wind direction.

[0127] The prediction setting step (S200) may be able to be analyzed by matching it with the ship information after the analysis of wave height and wind direction is completed in the environmental analysis step (S100).

[0128] In the load setting step (S300), after the information on wave height, wind direction, and ship is integrated and analyzed in the prediction setting step (S200), it may be possible to match and analyze the load amount obtained from the device unit (10).

[0129] Accordingly, the integrated control unit (30) can derive optimal management conditions according to the situation based on the various information described above, and AI automatic control can be executed.

[0130] Accordingly, the integrated control unit (30) applies automatic control settings differently depending on the moored vessel, applies standards for warnings and dangerous situations differently, and enables real-time confirmation for various types of vessels, while mooring or releasing vessels in an optimal state.

[0131] As described above, the integrated control unit (30) includes an AI automatic control function that automatically manages the mooring status of the vessel, and may additionally include a manual control function to which the same criteria are applied according to the user's settings.

[0132] In detail, the above AI automatic control continuously analyzes the data measured by the measurement unit (40) described later and the information of the ship to maintain the optimal mooring state, analyze the risk according to the environment, and notify the risk at different set values depending on the situation. However, manual control may be able to apply the risk based on a certain wave height and a certain wind amount, and notify the risk when the corresponding set value is confirmed.

[0133] Accordingly, the integrated control unit (30) may include a preset step (S400) in which a warning or dangerous situation is set, and a predictive setting step (S400) in which a warning or dangerous situation is set differently by the ship and measured data by the deep learning device (800).

[0134] The integrated control unit (30) may be equipped with an additional screen so that the above-described contents can be easily and intuitively confirmed.

[0135] Accordingly, the user can check the mooring status from a distance and easily control the device unit (10).

[0136] In addition, the integrated control unit (30) may further include a communication unit like the independent control unit (20), so that wireless communication may be possible with the independent control unit (20) and the measurement unit (40) described below.

[0137] Additionally, the integrated control unit (30) may further include an emergency button and a power button like the independent control unit (20), and may further include a visual and auditory notification device that warns of an increase in the load of the device unit (10) and notifies of a danger.

[0138]

[0139] Next, we will look at the above measurement unit (40).

[0140] The measuring unit (40) may be located in the device unit (10) or in a separate location, and may serve to measure wave height and wind volume and transmit them to the deep learning device (800) of the integrated control unit (30).

[0141]

[0142] *Therefore, the measuring unit (40) may further include a measuring sensor for measuring wave height and wind volume and a transmission unit for transmitting data to the integrated control unit (30), but it may be preferable to connect to a UBN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network).

[0143] Additionally, it may be possible to include additional warning devices that alert of hazards based solely on wave height and wind speed.

[0144] The device for measuring wave height and wind speed is one of the commonly used measuring equipment, so further detailed description will be omitted.

[0145]

[0146] Based on the above-described configuration, the operating state of the present invention will be examined.

[0147] By installing a device unit (10) including multiple mooring hook devices and an independent control unit (20) on site and installing an integrated control unit (30) and a measuring unit (40) in a separate location, it is possible to complete preparations for using the present invention.

[0148] When a vessel is moored, information about the vessel is acquired from another database by the integrated control unit (30), and the vessel is secured to the device unit (10) using a mooring line. However, the device unit (10) is individually controlled by the independent control unit (20) to easily secure the vessel, thereby enabling mooring.

[0149] After the mooring of the vessel is completed, the measuring unit (40) continuously collects information on wave height and wind direction and transmits it to the integrated control unit (30), and the device unit (10) continuously collects the load and transmits it to the independent control unit (20), which in turn transmits it to the integrated control unit (30), so that data can be stored and analyzed through the deep learning device (800) of the integrated control unit (30).

[0150] Additionally, it becomes possible to identify the mooring status in real time through the screen included in the integrated control unit (30).

[0151] The integrated control unit (30) automatically controls the device unit (10) by AI using a deep learning device (800) to maintain an optimal mooring state, and the information on the ship and the measured data are matched and analyzed to enable the application of different settings.

[0152] Accordingly, when the data measured by the device unit (10) or the measurement unit (40) does not meet the preset conditions or the conditions differently set by the deep learning device (800), it becomes possible to output a warning and a dangerous situation through the notification device.

[0153] In detail, when the measured data approaches the risk condition setting value, a warning notification is output visually and audibly for the first time, and when the risk condition setting value is exceeded, a risk notification is output visually and audibly for the second time, but the first and second outputs can be output in different colors and sounds.

[0154] In this way, when a warning or dangerous situation occurs, the integrated control unit (30) controls the independent control unit (20) to appropriately control the device unit (10), or the independent control unit (20) can be directly controlled on site to enable rapid handling of the problem.

[0155] When the lock is released, the hook of the device (10) is opened through the independent control unit (20) or the integrated control unit (30), and by lifting the fixed part using hydraulic pressure, the hook of the device (10) can be rotated and opened.

[0156] Accordingly, it becomes possible to quickly release the mooring line and reduce the probability of problems occurring due to the mooring line.

[0157] In addition, after the mooring line is released, the hook of the device (10) is rotated to one side by the center of gravity and automatically returns to the original position, and is automatically fixed by being caught on the fixing part.

[0158] The present invention was invented to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a plurality of mooring hook devices are used, which are capable of quickly releasing mooring ropes and are equipped with an automatic return function, and an independent control unit is provided so that the mooring hook devices can be controlled at the installation site, and an integrated control unit is provided so that monitoring and remote control are possible from a distance, so that a quick response can be made in both general and emergency situations, and a measuring unit capable of measuring the surrounding environment and a deep learning device are further provided to enable optimal AI automatic control by storing and analyzing the measured data, so that it can be used in the port industry where ships need to be moored, such as ports.
