Abstract
Description
Pet Lead Assembly
[0001] The present invention relates to a pet lead assembly that can easily control the lead when moving a pet.
[0002] A companion animal is an animal kept at home for emotional support. In the past, the term "pet" was often used to refer to animals that people find cute and bring joy. However, as the perception spreads that animals are not toys but companions that live alongside humans, they are now commonly called companion animals. Companion animals include mammals such as dogs, cats, and hamsters; birds such as parrots and canaries; fish such as goldfish and tropical fish; and reptiles such as iguanas and chameleons.
[0003] In modern times, there has been a shift from extended families to smaller ones, and this trend has led to a significant increase in the number of households owning pets. Consequently, many people take their pets out with them, and when doing so, a leash is typically used to control the pet's movements to prevent them from obstructing others or potentially attacking others. However, most users must manually control the leash by pressing a button while carrying a leash adjuster, thereby lengthening, retracting, or securing the leash connected to their pet. This requires users to constantly monitor their pet's movements and, if the pet suddenly attempts to run away, to quickly control the leash adjuster to prevent it from running away. This presents an inconvenience for users, requiring them to constantly carry a leash adjuster and to quickly respond to various emergencies.

[0032]
[0033] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a pet leash assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a transparent cross-sectional view of a pet leash assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a silicone protective cover of a pet leash assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 4 to 6 are cross-sectional views showing some components of a pet leash assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 7 and 8 are drawings showing a heater unit and a battery of a pet leash assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a photograph of a leash body unit of a pet leash assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0034] Referring to these drawings, the pet leash assembly (100) according to the present invention may be configured to include a leash body part (110) into which the leash is inserted and fixed in a form in which the leash is bent or folded at a predetermined angle in one direction, and a plurality of fixing protrusions (120) may be formed at a predetermined angle on the leash body part (110) so as to prevent a portion of the leash from being detached while inserted.
[0035] The above-mentioned lead rope body part (110) may be formed with insertion guide holes (H1, H2) so that the lead rope (10) can be inserted in a form that is curved or folded from one side to the other side. Accordingly, the lead rope (10) can be continuously inserted and fixed along the insertion guide holes (H1, H2) in a form that is curved or folded from one side to the other side.
[0036] According to the present invention, the lead rope body part (110) may be formed with a silicone protective cover (200) to prevent it from coming off when the user is holding it. That is, the lead rope body part (110) may be arranged in a shape in which it is wrapped by the silicone protective cover (200).
[0037] The above-mentioned lead rope body (110) may be formed in a circular shape so that the user can easily grip it, but is not limited thereto. As illustrated in FIG. 6, the lead rope body (110) may have protrusions (C) and grooves (V) formed at predetermined intervals on the outer surface thereof. Correspondingly, protrusions (C) and grooves (V) may also be formed at predetermined intervals on the inner surface of the silicone protective cover (200).
[0038] Accordingly, the protrusions (C) and grooves (V) formed on the outer surface of the lead rope body (100) can be firmly fixed by being in close contact with the protrusions (C) and grooves (V) formed on the inner surface of the silicone protective cover (200).
[0039] The above silicone protective cover (200) is not particularly limited as long as it is made of a material that absorbs shock when held by the user and does not come off easily, and may be formed of a rubber material that provides a certain amount of elasticity other than silicone.
[0040] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the silicone protective cover (200) may be configured to include a circular body part (210) that the user holds, a lead insertion hole (201) and a lead discharge hole (202) through which the lead (10) is inserted and removed, in order to protect the body by the lead (10) when the user holds it. Here, preferably, the lead insertion hole (201) and the lead insertion hole (202) of the silicone protective cover (200) may be formed in a shape that extends from both sides of the body part (210) to a predetermined length. Accordingly, the lead (10) may be extended to the outside by being connected through the lead insertion hole (201) and the lead discharge hole (202) of the silicone protective cover (200) while being inserted into the insertion guide holes (H1, H2) of the lead body part (110).
[0041]
[0042] Meanwhile, a plurality of fixing protrusions (120) may be formed on the upper surface of the lead body (110) to prevent the lead (10) from coming off while inserted. Here, the plurality of fixing protrusions (120) may protrude upwards so as to be eccentrically inclined in one direction. That is, the upper ends of the plurality of fixing protrusions (120) are formed so as to be eccentrically inclined in the direction in which the lead (10) is inserted. Therefore, the lead (10) may not come off in the other direction while being inserted from one side due to the eccentrically inclined structure of the plurality of fixing protrusions (120).
[0043] Furthermore, the plurality of fixing protrusions (120) may also be formed in the insertion guide holes (H1, H2) of the lead rope body (110). The plurality of fixing protrusions (120) may be formed at predetermined intervals along the inner surface of the insertion guide holes (H1, H2).
[0044] At this time, similarly, the plurality of fixing protrusions (120) formed in the insertion guide holes (H1, H2) are formed so that the upper end thereof is eccentrically inclined in the direction in which the lead line (10) is inserted. Therefore, due to the eccentrically inclined structure of the plurality of fixing protrusions (120), the lead line (10) may not be dislodged in the other direction while being inserted from one side.
[0045] In some cases, the insertion guide holes (H1, H2) of the lead line body (110) may be formed in a shape in which the inner diameter gradually narrows in the insertion direction from the portion where the lead line (10) is inserted. Accordingly, the lead line (10) can be more firmly fixed in the inserted state.
[0046] The above-mentioned lead rope body part (110) may be equipped with a heater part (H) capable of generating heat and a battery (B) that supplies power to the heater part (H), and a switch part (S) that controls the operation of the heater part (H) may be formed. The switch part (S) may be exposed to the outside so that the user can check it, and the battery (B) may be embedded so that it can be repeatedly charged from the outside. Accordingly, the user may control the switch part (S) as needed to operate the heater part (H), thereby heating the lead rope body part (110) and providing warmth to the user's hand.
[0047] In some cases, although not shown in the drawings of the present invention, the lead rope body (110) may be formed with a luminescent light or LED so that it can be visually confirmed from the outside even at night.
[0048]
[0049] Hereinafter, the structure in which the lead rope (10) of the pet lead assembly (100) according to the present invention is inserted and fixed will be described. As shown in FIG. 9, the user first inserts the lead rope (10) into the insertion guide hole (H1) of the lead rope body (110) and extends it outward through the insertion guide hole (H2) direction via the fixing protrusion (120) formed on the upper surface.
[0050] At this time, as described above, since the lead body part (110) is formed with a plurality of fixing protrusions (120) protruding from the upper surface and the inner surface of the insertion guide hole (H1, H2), the lead (10) can be firmly fixed without coming off when inserted. Even if the user needs to adjust the distance from the pet depending on the usage environment, the lead body part (110) can be removed from the lead (10) and repositioned to a desired location for easy adjustment.
[0051]
[0052] While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention can be implemented in other specific forms without altering the technical spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood to be illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
[0053] Therefore, the idea of the present invention should not be limited to the embodiments described above, and all things that are modified equally or equivalently to the claims described below as well as the claims are considered to fall within the scope of the idea of the present invention.
