[0004] The invention relates to a machine for fully automatically performing automatic cutting, winding and packaging processes of fabrics whose quality category and dimensions have been determined in the textile quality control industry, and to the working method of this machine.

[0005] State of the Art

[0006] In the textile industry, quality is assessed as the customer who purchases the product being satisfied, not encountering any issues, and being pleased with the purchased product. It is extremely important for users to get the value of the cost paid. The basic condition of having satisfied customers in the textile industry, which is one of the most competitive fields, is the smooth and thorough completion of quality control and subsequent process steps. From the manufacturer's point of view, the desired result is to complete all these processes quickly, reliably and at the most affordable cost possible.

[0007] In the state of the art, an operator cuts the fabric into pieces according to its quality in a quality control machine, manually removes the seams, takes samples and attaches barcodes. Afterwards, it is sent to the packaging machine and packaging is done with this machine. Some of the processes are carried out manually, and some are carried out on various machines.

[0008] In the patent application no. W08607342A1 in the state of the art, a method that makes it possible to transfer the fabric to a folding table in a tension-free condition and a fabric folding machine that performs this method is mentioned. The benefit of the invention is folding the fabric without tensile stresses. The stages of cutting, winding and packaging are not mentioned. In another utility model application no. CN210708249U in the state of the art, a machine that can perform folding, cutting and packaging processes of non-woven fabrics is mentioned. In said invention, there is no mention of grouping fabrics according to their quality and taking them into process steps such as winding and labeling.

[0009] For the reasons listed, there is a need to develop a machine that eliminates these disadvantages.

As used herein, the forms "a", "at least", and "preferably" are intended to include plural forms as well, unless the context clearly states otherwise. When the terms “comprises” and / or “including” are use in this specification, they do not prevent the presence or addition of the specified properties, integers, steps, processes, elements, and / or components, however one or more other properties, integers, steps, processes, elements, and / or components. The invention relates to a machine for fully automatically performing automatic cutting, winding and packaging processes of fabrics whose quality category and dimensions have been determined in the textile quality control industry, and to the working method of this machine.

[0062] As can be seen in the representative illustration in Figure-1 , the invention comprises at least one fabric entry section (1 ), at least one mechanical tensioner roller (2), at least one drive roller (3), at least one slatted centering unit (4), at least one opening roller (5), at least one traction roller (6), at least one band printed meter (7), at least one upper illumination table (8), at least one lower illumination table (9), at least one control table (10), at least one boundary line laser photocell (11), at least one control panel (12), at least one electro-mechanical sensor (13), at least one edge control system (14), at least one hump roller (15), at least one coil chamber (16), at least one cardboard coil (16.1), at least one curtain (17), at least one winder roller (18), at least one second winder roller group (18.1), at least one labeling unit (19), at least one cardboard coil fabric printing system (20), at least one belt fabric conveying system (21 ), at least one sample and at least one waste fabric conveyor belt (22), at least one fabric cutting channel (23), at least one cutting blade (24), at least one fabric ball reception boundary arm (25), at least one transfer roller (26), at least one stop photocell (27), at least one main winder pneumatic paddle (K-1 ), at least one fabric conveyor robotic system (G-1 ), at least one fabric conveyor robotic paddle (K-2), at least one fabric ball holding first station (B-1 ), at least one fabric ball holding second station (B-2).

[0063] In the working method of the fully automatic cutting machine of the invention, the fabric, preferably with a maximum height of 2000 mm, deposited in the form of cutting plans on the fabric trolley, is pulled from the fabric entry section (1 ) by at least one traction roller (6) and conveyed to the control table (10). If the machine runs backwards, the fabric is poured over the fabric entry section (1). The fabric with a maximum diameter of 500 mm is wound on a cardboard coil (16.1 ) held by at least one main winder pneumatic paddle (K-1 ) with the front side inward on the winder roller group (18) and rolled on the winder roller group (18) consisting of at least two winder rollers. Diffuse reflection stop photocell (27) stops the machine at the end of the fabric. The synchronization between the traction roller (6) and the winder roller group (18) is provided electronically by entering the value on the screen. The angle-adjustable roller group, which allows the fabric in the form of cutting plans to enter the control table (10) at constant tension, is preferably made of stainless pipe. The fabric entering the machine is centered on the machine by sliding it to the right and left in a tension-free position during the passage from the motor-driven slatted centering unit (4). The slatted centering unit (4) consists of slat groups mounted parallel to each other on a circular disc. Both edges of the fabric are followed by two opposing photocells and are centered on the machine by the right-left movement of the slatted centering unit (4). With the rotation of the fabric passing between the endless belt and the roller, the value taken from the counter can be read on the digital display mounted on the machine chassis. The meter information of the fabric can be transferred to the computer via a communication protocol. The upper illumination table (8) consists of 2 groups of 4 rows of fluorescent led lamps with homogeneous light distribution. Furthermore, there are 2 led fluorescent lamps mounted perpendicular to 2 groups of illumination groups. The lower illumination table (9) consists of at least one row of fluorescent led lamps, preferably placed in a table with dimensions of 600x2600mm. The upper illumination table (8) is exposed and lamp replacement can be done easily. Lamp replacement etc. of the lower illumination table (9) is done by opening the hinged cover behind it.

[0064] Control Table (10) is preferably 2500 mm in length and 2900 mm in width and preferably made of gray matte color lam covered wood material, and is mounted at 55° angle and fixed inclination. An illuminating glass is placed inside the control table (10) with a distance of 300 mm from the lower edge. The black curtains (17) mounted on both sides of the control table (10) slide left and right in the rail to block the light from the remaining parts of the fabric.

[0065] On the touch control panel (12) consisting of buttons and switches mounted on the profile chassis in front of the controller using the machine; there are forward-reverse start, stop, illumination buttons and speed pot. "Jog start" forward-reverse and "emergency stop" switches are placed at the machine entrance. The control system of the machine is controlled via "PLC". The seam position in the fabric is determined with the aid of electro-mechanical sensors (13) placed under the screen part and following both edges of the fabric. The machine is automatically stopped when it reaches the ply start cutting line. Standard diameter cardboard coils (16.1 ) are placed in the coil chamber (16) placed at the front of the winder unit. The cardboard coil (16.1) required during roll winding is automatically deposited on the winder roller group (18). The width of the coil chamber (16) suitable for the cardboard length can be adjusted. When the coil container (16) is completely empty, the operator is alerted by a light warning. The winder system controlled by the boundary line laser photocell (11) following the fabric edge, moves left and right and provides edge smoothness during roll winding. The servo actuator edge control system (14) provides precise and fast edge control. The “rubber hose” covered hump roller (15), preferably with a diameter of 90 mm, mounted at the inlet of the roll winding rollers, rotates with the traction of the fabric and smoothens the splits and folds in the fabric. The contact surface of the rubber hose with the fabric can be easily changed with the help of a gearbox connected to one end of the roller. The ball ends are cut with the help of an electric motor cutting blade (24) moving automatically on the rail. Cutting process is preferably done with a circular blade. A barcode label is attached to one edge of the sample fabrics and to the upper surface of the fabric roll. Label information is taken from the computer on the machine. The conveyor belt (22) is mounted on the floor at the bottom of the winder roller group (18) and separates the sample and discarded fabric pieces by conveying them to both sides of the chassis. Fabric conveyor robotic paddles (K-2) hold the center of the roll. It is conveyed onto the second winder roller group (18.1 ) by rolling in a controlled manner. After the removal of samples and discarded pieces is completed on the rollers, the roll is lifted into the air by the conical head fabric conveyor robotic paddles (K-2). The open end of the fabric on the fabric conveyor robotic shovel (K-2) is compressed by pressing on with a pneumatic arm to prevent it from opening back with the help of holders. The suspended fabric roll connected to the fabric conveyor robotic paddle (K- 2) system is placed at the fabric ball holding first station (B-1) to be held to wind the subsequent fabric of the same quality. The fabric ball is picked up by the fabric conveyor robotic paddle (K-2) and lowered onto the second winder roller group (18.1 ) in order to continue winding the fabric of the same quality as the fabric ball located in the fabric ball holding first station (B-1 ) or fabric ball holding second station (B-2). The open end of the fabric is poured a certain amount, and the cut fabric on the second winder roller group (18.1 ) is added between the rolls with the aid of the belt fabric conveying system (21). While adding the fabric, the winder roller group (18) and the belt fabric conveying system (21) and the second winder roller group (18.1 ) are operated synchronously and the fabric ball is rotated. After the fabrics grasp each other sufficiently, the fabric conveyor robotic paddle (K-2) holding the coil center rolls the roll and carries it to the area where the winder roller group (18) is located, and the winding continues rapidly. Industrial Applicability of the Invention

[0066] The invention relates to a machine that provides automatic cutting, winding and packaging of fabrics whose quality and meter has been determined, especially in the textile quality control industry, and is industrially applicable.

[0067] The invention is not limited to the above descriptions and the person skilled in the art can readily present other different embodiments of the invention. These should be considered within the protection scope of the invention claimed by the claims.
