Description

Cleaning materials and tools CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0001] This application claims priority from Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-135734, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] The present invention relates to a cleaning member and a cleaning tool.

[0003] As a conventional technique, for example, there is a cleaning tool body described in Japanese Patent No. 4438783. This cleaning tool body has a roughly rectangular, flat plate-shaped holding part that can accommodate a cleaning cloth wound vertically along its outer surface and that gradually becomes thinner towards the tip, and a rod-shaped grip part that is directly connected to the base end of the holding part.

[0004] Japanese Patent No. 4438783

[0005] When cleaning using the cleaning tool main body, the cleaning cloth is attached to the holding part and then pressed against the surface to be cleaned. At this time, the holding part needs to be bent to capture dirt from the entire surface. However, the holding part is difficult to bend because it is a roughly rectangular flat plate. Forcibly bending the holding part may cause the holding part to break under the load. Furthermore, if the holding part is stored in a bent state, the holding part may remain deformed and not return to its original shape.

[0006] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning member and cleaning tool that is easily deformed but not easily broken, and that returns to its original shape even after being deformed.

[0007] The present invention relates to a cleaning member that is configured to allow attachment of a cleaning sheet that, in use, adheres dust to clean a surface to be cleaned, and that forms a surface with which the attached cleaning sheet comes into contact, a surface that includes a width direction and a length direction that intersects the width direction, and the surface has a plurality of constituent surface portions surrounded by a plurality of intersecting portions, where a plurality of inclined line portions extending in a direction inclined relative to the width direction intersect with a plurality of intersecting line portions that extend in a direction intersecting the inclined line portions, and the cleaning member is capable of deforming in the thickness direction when in contact with the surface to be cleaned from a thickness direction perpendicular to the surface, and is made of a material that has the ability to restore from the deformed shape to its original shape when released from the contact state.

[0008] In the present invention, at least one of the inclined line portion and the intersecting line portion may be curved.

[0009] In the present invention, the plurality of inclined line portions may be arranged substantially parallel to one another, and the plurality of intersecting line portions may be arranged substantially parallel to one another.

[0010] In the present invention, the end portions in the width direction may be discontinuous in the length direction.

[0011] In addition, in the present invention, the component surface portion may be a quadrilateral having adjacent sides of the same length, and may have a first corner portion located on one diagonal line of the quadrilateral shape and a second corner portion located on the other diagonal line, and the angle of the first corner portion may be greater than the angle of the second corner portion.

[0012] In the present invention, the angle of the second corner portion may be less than 90 degrees.

[0013] In the present invention, at least one of the first corner and the second corner may be rounded.

[0014] In addition, in the present invention, the component surface portion may be rectangular and have a first corner portion located on one diagonal line of the rectangular shape and a second corner portion located on the other diagonal line, and a circular hole portion may be formed in at least the second corner portion.

[0015] In the present invention, the thickness may be in the range of 0.5 to 5.0 mm.

[0016] In the present invention, the material may include a plastic or an elastomer.

[0017] In the present invention, the material may be made of at least one of polyethylene terephthalate resin, polycarbonate ABS resin, polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin and acrylic resin, or a combination thereof.

[0018] In the present invention, the thickness may be configured to decrease from one side to the other in the length direction.

[0019] In the present invention, the length in the width direction may be configured to decrease from one side in the length direction to the other side.

[0020] In addition, in the present invention, the component surface portions may be arranged in multiple locations in the longitudinal direction, and the component surface portions arranged on one side in the longitudinal direction may be larger than the component surface portions arranged on the other side in the longitudinal direction.

[0021] The present invention also provides a cleaning tool comprising the cleaning member described above and a cleaning handle member detachably attached to the cleaning member.

[0022] Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a cleaning tool according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a front view of the cleaning member according to the same embodiment. Fig. 3 is a front view of the cleaning member according to the same embodiment, and is a diagram for explaining the configuration of the cleaning main body. Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of region IV in Fig. 3. Fig. 5 is an enlarged view of region V in Fig. 3. Fig. 6 is a diagram for explaining the use state of the cleaning tool according to the same embodiment. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing component surfaces of a cleaning member according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0023] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0024] 1 , for convenience of explanation, in the following explanation, the direction indicating the width of the cleaning tool 1 will be referred to as the "first direction X," and the direction perpendicular to the first direction X that extends from the upper end 10 to the lower end 11 of the cleaning tool 1 will be referred to as the "second direction Y." Furthermore, the direction perpendicular to the first direction X and the second direction Y will be referred to as the "third direction Z."

[0025] In addition, in describing the configuration of the cleaning member 3, the direction indicating the width is defined as the "width direction x (hereinafter, x-direction)," the direction indicating the length is defined as the "length direction y (hereinafter, y-direction)," and the direction indicating the thickness and perpendicular to the x-y plane (a plane including the x and y directions) is defined as the "thickness direction z (hereinafter, z-direction)." The x and y directions intersect (specifically, are perpendicular to) each other. In FIG. 1 , the x direction corresponds to the first direction X, the y direction corresponds to the second direction Y, and the z direction corresponds to the third direction Z.

[0026] In the following description, one side in the x direction will be referred to as the x1 side, and the other side will be referred to as the x2 side. Furthermore, one side in the y direction will be referred to as the y1 side, and the other side will be referred to as the y2 side. The y1 side corresponds to the base end side of the cleaning member 3, and the y2 side corresponds to the tip end side of the cleaning member 3. In addition, in Figures 2 and 3, the cleaning member 3 is arranged so that the x1 side corresponds to the left side, the x2 side corresponds to the right side, the y1 side corresponds to the upper side, and the y2 side corresponds to the lower side.

[0027] The area closer to the center than the ends on the x1 and x2 sides is referred to as the inside in the x direction, and the end areas on the x1 and x2 sides are referred to as the outside in the x direction. Furthermore, the area closer to the center than the ends in the third direction Z is referred to as the inside in the third direction Z, and the end areas in the third direction Z are referred to as the outside in the third direction Z.

[0028] FIG. 1 shows a cleaning tool 1. This cleaning tool 1 is used to clean a surface A to be cleaned (see FIG. 6 ), such as a floor, wall, or ceiling. Specifically, the cleaning tool 1 is used to wipe the surface A to be cleaned. The cleaning tool 1 includes a cleaning handle member 2 and a cleaning member 3 that is detachably attached to the cleaning handle member 2. The cleaning tool 1 of this embodiment also includes a cleaning sheet 4 that is used for cleaning. Note that the cleaning tool 1 does not necessarily have to include the cleaning sheet 4.

[0029] As shown in FIG. 1 , the cleaning handle 2 includes a cleaning attachment part 20 located on the lower side in the second direction Y, a cleaning handle part 21 located on the upper side in the second direction Y, and a cleaning connector part 22 that connects the cleaning attachment part 20 and the cleaning handle part 21. Therefore, in the cleaning handle 2, the cleaning attachment part 20 is located on the lower end, and the cleaning handle part 21 is located above the cleaning attachment part 20. The cleaning handle 2 of this embodiment is made of polycarbonate ABS resin (PC-ABS) except for the boss pin used to connect the cleaning attachment part 20 and the cleaning connector part 22. Note that the material constituting the cleaning handle 2 is not limited to the above and may be a material other than polycarbonate ABS resin (PC-ABS).

[0030] The cleaning attachment part 20 is used to attach the cleaning member 3 and the cleaning sheet 4 to the cleaning handle member 2. The cleaning attachment part 20 of this embodiment includes an attachment main body 200 and a pair of gripping parts 201, 201 (see FIG. 6 ) that grip the cleaning member 3 and the cleaning sheet 4 in the third direction Z.

[0031] As shown in Fig. 6, the mounting body 200 of this embodiment is configured so that the cleaning member 3 (specifically, the base end edge portion 310, which will be described later) can be inserted from below. The mounting body 200 of this embodiment is provided with insertion holes 200a at both ends in the first direction X. The mounting body 200 of this embodiment also includes grip mounting portions 200b for mounting a grip portion 201, which will be described later. A pair of grip mounting portions 200b are provided on the lower side of the mounting body 200, and the pair of grip mounting portions 200b, 200b face each other in the third direction Z. Therefore, the mounting body 200 of this embodiment is configured in a "]" shape when viewed in the left-right direction.

[0032] The pair of gripping portions 201, 201 each have a symmetrical shape. As shown in FIG. 6 , the pair of gripping portions 201, 201 are attached to gripping attachment portions 200b, 200b in a state in which they can rotate about an axis along the first direction X (within the Y-Z plane). Therefore, the pair of gripping portions 201, 201 are configured to be switchable between a state in which they approach each other in the third direction Z and a state in which they move apart in the third direction Z by rotating about the axis along the first direction X. The pair of gripping portions 201, 201 are provided with protrusions that protrude inward in the third direction Z when they are in a state in which they approach each other in the third direction Z. In this embodiment, the protrusions include a gripping protrusion 201a that protrudes toward the gripping portion 201 on the opposite side and an inclined protrusion 201b that protrudes upward as it approaches the inside in the third direction Z. In this embodiment, the gripping protrusion 201a is disposed below the inclined protrusion 201b. The tip of the inclined protrusion 201b protruding from the gripping portion 201 is formed in an uneven shape.

[0033] As shown in FIG. 1 , the cleaning handle 21 includes a shaft 210 extending in the second direction Y and a handle body 211 that is held by the user during cleaning. In this embodiment, the shaft 210 is tubular (specifically, cylindrical) along the second direction Y. In this embodiment, the handle body 211 is a rectangular tube (specifically, an octagonal tube). The handle body 211 in this embodiment is tapered, with the outer diameter decreasing toward the bottom. This makes it easy for the user to hold the handle body 211. The handle body 211 is located above the shaft 210 and is connected to the shaft 210. The handle body 211 (specifically, the upper end of the handle body 211) constitutes the upper end 10 of the cleaning tool 1. The handle body 211 is shorter than the shaft 210 in the second direction Y. The outer diameter of the handle body 211 is larger than the outer diameter of the shaft 210 .

[0034] The cleaning connector 22 is used to connect the cleaning attachment part 20 and the cleaning handle part 21. The cleaning attachment part 20 is connected to the lower side of the cleaning connector 22, and the cleaning handle part 21 is connected to the upper side of the cleaning connector 22, thereby connecting the cleaning attachment part 20 and the cleaning handle part 21. In this embodiment, the cleaning connector 22 and the cleaning attachment part 20 are connected to be rotatable around an axis along the third direction Z (within the X-Y plane). Therefore, for example, the cleaning attachment part 20 can be rotated relative to the cleaning connector 22 in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 1 .

[0035] The cleaning sheet 4 is used to attach dust accumulated on the surface A to be cleaned when the cleaning member 3 is in use. The cleaning sheet 4 may have, for example, adhesiveness, and dust may be attached to the cleaning sheet 4 using the adhesiveness, or dust may be attached to the cleaning sheet 4 using static electricity. The cleaning sheet 4 may be made of, for example, nonwoven fabric or paper. The cleaning sheet 4 may be in a dry state or in a wet state impregnated with a cleaning solution or the like. Furthermore, the cleaning sheet 4 may be one that can be reused by cleaning the cleaning sheet 4 itself after the dust has been attached, or it may be a disposable sheet. The cleaning sheet 4 is detachably attached to the cleaning member 3, which will be described later.

[0036] The cleaning member 3 is a member that constitutes the head of the cleaning tool 1. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cleaning member 3 is a plate-like member that extends in the x-y plane. The cleaning member 3 of this embodiment is flat. The cleaning member 3 of this embodiment has a quadrangular shape (specifically, a rectangular shape) in which the length in the x direction is longer than the length in the y direction when viewed from the front. The cleaning member 3 of this embodiment has a constant thickness except for the base end edge portion 310, which will be described later. The thickness of the cleaning member 3 is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 5 mm, and more preferably 0.5 to 3 mm. Typically, the thickness of the cleaning member 3 of this embodiment is 1 mm.

[0037] 2, the cleaning member 3 includes a cleaning body 30 and a cleaning edge 31 that maintains the shape of the cleaning body 30. In this embodiment, the cleaning body 30 and the cleaning edge 31 are integrally formed. In this embodiment, the cleaning body 30 and the cleaning edge 31 have approximately the same length in the x direction.

[0038] First, a description will be given of the cleaning edge portion 31. The cleaning edge portion 31 includes a base edge portion 310 disposed on the y1 side and a tip edge portion 311 disposed on the y2 side.

[0039] The base edge 310 is the end of the cleaning member 3 on the y1 side. This base edge 310 is provided to extend in the x direction. In this embodiment, the base edge 310 is used when attaching the cleaning member 3 to the cleaning handle member 2. Therefore, in this embodiment, the base edge 310 is provided with a protrusion 310a that protrudes outward in the x direction and a convex portion 310b that is provided on the xy plane. Note that the base edge 310 may be provided with a structure other than the protrusion 310a and the convex portion 310b that is used when attaching the cleaning member 3 to the cleaning handle member 2. Furthermore, the base edge 310 does not necessarily have to be provided with a structure used when attaching the cleaning member 3 to the cleaning handle member 2.

[0040] The protrusions 310a are provided on the x1 and x2 sides of the base end edge 310. The protrusions 310b are configured so that the tips of the protrusions 310b protruding from the base end edge 310 are concave. Therefore, the protrusions 310b are concave when viewed in the width direction (specifically, concave, curving toward the main body side of the base end edge 310) (see FIG. 6). The protrusions 310b are provided on both sides of the base end edge 310 in the z direction. Note that in this embodiment, multiple protrusions 310b (specifically, two) are arranged in the x direction on one side of the base end edge 310 in the z direction.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 2 , the tip edge 311 is the end on the y2 side of the cleaning member 3. This tip edge 311 is provided to extend in the x direction. This tip edge 311 constitutes the lower end 11 (see FIG. 1 ) of the cleaning tool 1. In this embodiment, both ends of the tip edge 311 in the x direction are chamfered, and the corners are rounded. The tip edge 311 is located closer to the tip than the cleaning main body 30, which will be described later. In this embodiment, the tip edge 311 is shorter in the y direction than the base edge 310 and the cleaning main body 30. Note that the tip edge 311 may be longer in the y direction than the base edge 310 and the cleaning main body 30.

[0042] 2 and 3 , the cleaning body 30 is configured in a lattice shape, and includes an inclined line portion 300 inclined with respect to the x-direction, an intersecting line portion 301 intersecting the inclined line portion 300, and an intersecting portion and component surface portion 30a formed by the intersection of the inclined line portion 300 and the intersecting line portion 301.

[0043] The inclined line portion 300 is a member (in this embodiment, a linear member) extending in a direction inclined with respect to the x direction (hereinafter referred to as the inclined direction). Here, the inclined direction in this embodiment is a direction approaching the y2 side as it approaches the x2 side from the x1 side. In this embodiment, multiple (specifically, nine) inclined line portions 300 are arranged parallel to each other in the x-y plane. Furthermore, in this embodiment, all of the inclined line portions 300 are arranged at equal intervals in the y direction. Note that all of the inclined line portions 300 may be spaced at unequal intervals.

[0044] At least one end of the inclined line portion 300 in the inclination direction is a free end. As shown in Fig. 3, in this embodiment, the inclined line portion 300 includes the same number (specifically, three each) of one-side inclined line portions 300a whose free end is on the x2 side, other-side inclined line portions 300b whose free end is on the x1 side, and spaced inclined line portions 300c whose free ends are on the x1 side and x2 side. Note that the numbers of one-side inclined line portions 300a, other-side inclined line portions 300b, and spaced inclined line portions 300c may be different.

[0045] In FIG. 3, the inclined line portions 300 (specifically, the one inclined line portion 300a, the other inclined line portion 300b, and the spaced inclined line portion 300c) are indicated by dashed dotted lines.

[0046] The one inclined line portion 300a is disposed on the y1 side of the cleaning body 30, and its x1 side is connected to the base edge portion 310. The other inclined line portion 300b is disposed on the y2 side of the cleaning body 30, and its x2 side is connected to the tip edge portion 311. Furthermore, the spaced inclined line portion 300c is disposed between the one inclined line portion 300a and the other inclined line portion 300b in the y direction, and extends across the x1 side and the x2 side.

[0047] The intersecting line portion 301 is a member (a linear member in this embodiment) extending in a direction intersecting the inclination direction (hereinafter referred to as the intersecting direction). Here, the intersecting direction in this embodiment is a direction approaching the y1 side as it approaches the x2 side from the x1 side. Therefore, the intersecting direction in this embodiment is a direction intersecting the inclination direction and also intersecting the x direction. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the intersection angle of the intersecting direction with respect to the x direction is the same as the inclination angle of the inclination direction with respect to the x direction.

[0048] In this embodiment, multiple (specifically, nine) intersecting line portions 301 are arranged parallel to one another in the x-y plane. In addition, in this embodiment, all of the intersecting line portions 301 are arranged at equal intervals in the y direction. Note that all of the intersecting line portions 301 may be spaced at unequal intervals. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the separation distance between adjacent inclined line portions 300 and the separation distance between adjacent intersecting line portions 301 in the y direction are the same. Note that the separation distance between adjacent inclined line portions 300 and the separation distance between adjacent intersecting line portions 301 may be different.

[0049] At least one end of the crossing line portion 301 in the crossing direction is a free end. In this embodiment, the crossing line portion 301 includes the same number (specifically, three each) of one-side crossing line portions 301a whose x1 side is a free end, other-side crossing line portions 301b whose x2 side is a free end, and intermediate-side crossing line portions 301c whose x1 side and x2 side are free ends. Note that the numbers of one-side crossing line portions 301a, other-side crossing line portions 301b, and intermediate-side crossing line portions 301c may be different.

[0050] In FIG. 3, the intersecting line portions 301 (specifically, one intersecting line portion 301a, the other intersecting line portion 301b, and the inter-arranged intersecting line portion 301c) are indicated by dashed dotted lines.

[0051] One intersecting line portion 301a is disposed on the y1 side of the cleaning body 30, and its x2 side is connected to the base end edge portion 310. The other intersecting line portion 301b is disposed on the y2 side of the cleaning body 30, and its x1 side is connected to the tip end edge portion 311. The intermediate intersecting line portion 301c is disposed between the one intersecting line portion 301a and the other intersecting line portion 301b in the y direction, and extends between the x1 side and the x2 side.

[0052] The intersecting line portion 301 intersects with the inclined line portion 300. In this embodiment, the intersecting line portion 301 intersects with the inclined line portion 300 on the outer side in the x direction and on the inner side in the x direction.

[0053] The intersection portion is formed by the intersection of an inclined line portion 300 and an intersecting line portion 301. In this embodiment, a plurality of inclined line portions 300 intersect with a plurality of intersecting line portions 301, and therefore a plurality of intersection portions are provided. As shown in Fig. 3 , the intersection portion includes an intersecting end portion 30A and an inter-intersecting portion 30D that is disposed inward in the x-direction from the intersecting end portion 30A.

[0054] The intersecting end 30A is the portion where the inclined line portion 300 (specifically, the free end of the inclined line portion 300) and the intersecting line portion 301 (specifically, the free end of the intersecting line portion 301) intersect on the outer side in the x direction. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 , the intersecting points of the dashed lines on the x1 side and the x2 side are the intersecting end portions 30A. Furthermore, multiple (specifically, six) intersecting end portions 30A are arranged side by side in the y direction. In this embodiment, the inclined line portions 300 and the intersecting line portions 301 form substantially V-shaped spaces 30B at the x1-side and x2-side ends of the cleaning body 30. Therefore, the multiple intersecting end portions 30A are arranged side by side in the y direction with the spaces 30B sandwiched between them. The spaces 30B may be formed relative to the cleaning body 30 so as to extend inward in the x direction from the x1-side and x2-side ends. Therefore, the shape of the space 30B is not limited to a substantially V-shape, and the space 30B may have a shape in which the length in the y direction is substantially the same from the outer side in the x direction to the inner side in the x direction (i.e., a "]" shape or a U-shape). Furthermore, when the space 30B is V-shaped, the space 30B may have rounded corners on the inner side in the x direction, as shown in FIGS.

[0055] As shown in FIG. 4 , in this embodiment, the widthwise end portions 30C are located outside the intersecting end portions 30A in the x direction. These widthwise end portions 30C are the end portions on the x1 and x2 sides of the cleaning body 30. In this embodiment, the widthwise end portions 30C are chamfered, with rounded corners. Furthermore, multiple widthwise end portions 30C are located in the y direction, sandwiching spaces 30B between them. Therefore, the widthwise end portions 30C are discontinuous in the y direction. Furthermore, each of the widthwise end portions 30C is identically configured. Each of the widthwise end portions 30C is located at the same position in the x direction.

[0056] The intersecting portion 30D is a portion where the inclined line portion 300 and the intersecting line portion 301 intersect, on the inside in the x-direction of the intersecting end portion 30A. As shown in Figures 3 and 5, the intersecting portion 30D is a point where the dashed lines intersect, on the inside in the x-direction of the intersecting end portion 30A.

[0057] A plurality of inter-crossing portions 30D are arranged on the x-y plane. In this embodiment, the plurality of inter-crossing portions 30D are arranged side by side in the y direction. The plurality of inter-crossing portions 30D are also arranged side by side in the x direction. The plurality of inter-crossing portions 30D may be arranged side by side in the y direction at approximately the same position in the x direction, or at different positions in the x direction. The plurality of inter-crossing portions 30D may be arranged side by side in the x direction at approximately the same position in the y direction, or at different positions in the y direction. As shown in FIG. 3 , in this embodiment, a plurality of rows (specifically, five) of inter-crossing portions 30D are arranged in the x direction, each row being composed of a plurality of inter-crossing portions 30D arranged in the y direction. That is, the row of inter-crossing portions 30D located closest to the x1 side in the x direction is designated as the first row, and the rows are arranged in the x direction toward the x2 side, with the second row, the third row, the fifth row, and so on. The y-direction spacing between the inter-crossing portions 30D in each row is the same.

[0058] In this embodiment, the number of inter-crossing portions 30D in odd-numbered rows (specifically, seven) is greater than the number of inter-crossing portions 30D in even-numbered rows (specifically, six). The inter-crossing portions 30D in even-numbered rows are located on the x1 or x2 side of the inter-crossing portions 30D in odd-numbered rows, between adjacent inter-crossing portions 30D, 30D in the y direction in odd-numbered rows. Specifically, in the y direction, the inter-crossing portions 30D in even-numbered rows are located at positions equivalent to approximately the center of the distance between adjacent inter-crossing portions 30D, 30D in the y direction in odd-numbered rows. Furthermore, the distances between the inter-crossing portions 30D in even-numbered rows and the inter-crossing portions 30D in odd-numbered rows are equal in both the inclined direction and the crossing direction.

[0059] The inter-intersection portions 30D in odd-numbered rows are arranged adjacent to each other in the x direction. The inter-intersection portions 30D in even-numbered rows are arranged adjacent to each other in the x direction. In this embodiment, the distance between the inter-intersection portions 30D in odd-numbered rows and the distance between the inter-intersection portions 30D in even-numbered rows are the same in the x direction. Therefore, in this embodiment, the distance between the inter-intersection portions 30D in the x direction is the same. In this embodiment, the distance between the inter-intersection portions 30D in the x direction is longer than the distance between the inter-intersection portions 30D in the y direction.

[0060] In this embodiment, the inter-intersection portions 30D in the even-numbered rows are arranged in the same positions as the inter-intersection end portions 30A in the y direction. The number of inter-intersection portions 30D in the even-numbered rows is the same as the number of inter-intersection end portions 30A arranged in the y direction. Therefore, in the x direction, the inter-intersection portion 30D in the second row is arranged adjacent to the inter-intersection end portion 30A on the x1 side, and the inter-intersection portion 30D in the fourth row is arranged adjacent to the inter-intersection end portion 30A on the x2 side.

[0061] In this embodiment, the intersecting end portion 30A is also disposed at a position that is half the distance of the intersecting portions 30D, 30D adjacent to each other in the width direction x in the odd-numbered rows. The distances between the intersecting end portion 30A and the intersecting portions 30D in the odd-numbered rows in the inclined direction and the intersecting direction are equal to the distances between the intersecting portions 30D in the even-numbered rows and the intersecting portions 30D in the odd-numbered rows in the inclined direction and the intersecting direction.

[0062] The component surface portion 30a is an area surrounded by multiple intersections. In this embodiment, the component surface portion 30a is an area surrounded by four intersections, with the inclined line portions 300 and the intersecting line portions 301 extending between the intersections as sides. Therefore, the component surface portion 30a has a rectangular shape when viewed from the front. As described above, in FIG. 3, the inclined line portions 300 and the intersecting line portions 301 are indicated by dashed dotted lines, and the points where the dashed dotted lines intersect are the intersecting end portions 30A and the intersecting portions 30D. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the component surface portion 30a is an area surrounded by four intersections, with the dashed dotted lines as sides.

[0063] As described above, the distances between the inter-crossing portions 30D in the even-numbered rows and the inter-crossing portions 30D in the odd-numbered rows are equal in the inclination direction and the crossing direction, and the distances between the inter-crossing end portions 30A and the inter-crossing portions 30D in the odd-numbered rows are equal in the inclination direction and the crossing direction, respectively. Therefore, the component surface portion 30a is a parallelogram, preferably a rhombus, in which adjacent sides have the same length (in other words, the distance between adjacent intersections in the side direction). Also, as described above, the distance between the inter-crossing portions 30D, 30D in the x direction is longer than the distance between the inter-crossing portions 30D, 30D in the y direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5 , the component surface portion 30a in this embodiment is a rhombus in which the diagonal in the x direction is longer than the diagonal in the y direction.

[0064] 5, the component surface portion 30a has a first corner located on one diagonal of a parallelogram (specifically, a diamond shape) and a second corner located on the other diagonal. In this embodiment, one diagonal extends in the y direction, and the other diagonal extends in the x direction. Therefore, the first corner is a corner in the y direction, and the second corner is a corner in the x direction.

[0065] In this embodiment, the angle of the first corner is greater than the angle of the second corner. The angle of the second corner is less than 90 degrees. If the angle of the second corner exceeds 90 degrees, the cleaning body 30 is more likely to crack when deformed around a virtual line extending in the x direction (specifically, when bent in the z direction). On the other hand, if the angle of the second corner is less than 90 degrees, the cleaning body 30 is less likely to crack. The smaller the angle of the second corner is, the less likely the cleaning body 30 is to crack even when bent with a small bending radius. If the angle of the second corner is closer to 90 degrees, the bending radius at which the cleaning body 30 can be bent without cracking becomes larger.

[0066] 3 and 5, the cleaning body 30 of this embodiment has a through-hole penetrating in the z-direction within the area surrounded by the four intersections. Therefore, the constituent surface portion 30a of this embodiment is a through-hole penetrating the cleaning body 30 in the z-direction.

[0067] As shown in Figure 5, the through hole of this embodiment has a diamond shape with a length in the x direction longer than its length in the y direction. The through hole has a length corner 30c located diagonally in the y direction and a width corner 30d located diagonally in the x direction. Therefore, in this embodiment, in the through hole, which is the component surface portion 30a, the length corner 30c is a first corner, and the width corner 30d is a second corner. The length corner 30c and the width corner 30d have rounded edges.

[0068] As shown in Figure 3, multiple component surface portions 30a are arranged side by side on the xy plane of the cleaning body 30. In this embodiment, the component surface portions 30a are arranged across the entire xy plane of the cleaning body 30. The multiple component surface portions 30a have the same shape and size. In other words, multiple through holes are formed in the cleaning body 30 of this embodiment, and all of the through holes have the same shape and size.

[0069] In this embodiment, rows of seven component surface portions 30a arranged in the y direction and rows of six component surface portions 30a arranged in the y direction are alternately arranged in the x direction. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3 , the row of component surface portions 30a located closest to the x1 side is designated as the first row, and rows are arranged in the second, third, fifth, and so on toward the x2 side. Six component surface portions 30a are arranged in the y direction in odd-numbered rows, and seven component surface portions 30a are arranged in the y direction in even-numbered rows. The component surface portions 30a, 30a in even-numbered rows are arranged adjacent to the space 30B in the x direction, and the component surface portions 30a, 30a in odd-numbered rows are arranged adjacent to the space 30B in the x direction. Furthermore, the component surface portions 30a in even-numbered rows are arranged adjacent to the space 30B in the x direction.

[0070] In this embodiment, the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows are arranged so that their centers are located at a position corresponding to half the center-to-center distance between the component surface portions 30a in the even-numbered rows adjacent in the x direction. Furthermore, the component surface portions 30a in the even-numbered rows are arranged so that their centers are located at a position corresponding to the center-to-center distance between the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows adjacent in the x direction. Therefore, in this embodiment, a portion of each of the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows and the even-numbered rows is arranged at the same position in the x direction. Furthermore, in this embodiment, a portion of each of the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows and the even-numbered rows is arranged at the same position in the x direction.

[0071] As shown in FIG. 6 , the cleaning member 3 is made of a material that can be bent in the z direction and has the ability to return to its original shape from a deformed shape (specifically, a bent shape). The cleaning member 3 is made of a material that includes plastic or elastomer. Specifically, the cleaning member 3 is made of at least one of polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET), polycarbonate ABS resin (PC-ABS), polypropylene resin (PP), polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), and acrylic resin, or a combination thereof. The most preferred materials are either polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET) or polycarbonate ABS resin (PC-ABS), or a combination thereof. That is, when either polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET) or polycarbonate ABS resin (PC-ABS), or a combination thereof, is used as the material, the cleaning member 3 is more likely to return to its original shape even when stored in a deformed shape for a long period of time, compared to when other materials are used. In other words, when the most preferred materials are used, the cleaning member 3 has excellent shape recovery properties. The cleaning member 3 of this embodiment is made of polyethylene terephthalate resin (specifically, modified PET), and therefore the cleaning body 30 and the cleaning edge 31 are also made of polyethylene terephthalate resin (specifically, modified PET).

[0072] Next, a method for attaching the cleaning member 3 and the cleaning sheet 4 to the cleaning handle member 2 to construct the cleaning tool 1 will be described.

[0073] When assembling the cleaning tool 1, first, the cleaning sheet 4 is attached to the cleaning member 3. Specifically, the cleaning sheet 4 is attached so as to cover the cleaning member 3 from outside in the third direction Z, with the leading edge 311 folded back in the third direction Z at the leading end side of the cleaning member 3.

[0074] Next, as shown in FIG. 6 , the cleaning member 3 is attached to the cleaning attachment part 20. In this embodiment, first, the pair of gripping parts 201 are separated in the third direction Z. Then, the base end edge 310 is inserted into the attachment main body 200 from below. At this time, the protrusion 310a is inserted into the insertion hole 200a. Next, the pair of gripping parts 201 are rotated around an axis along the first direction X to switch to a state in which they approach each other in the third direction Z, and the pair of gripping parts 201 grip the cleaning member 3 and the cleaning sheet 4. Specifically, the inclined protrusion 201b is brought into contact with the convex part 310b via the cleaning sheet 4, and the gripping protrusions 201a grip the cleaning sheet 4 and the cleaning member 3 from the outside in the third direction Z. Thus, the cleaning member 3 is attached to the cleaning attachment part 20, and the cleaning tool 1 is configured. The cleaning member 3 and the cleaning handle member 2 are detachable.

[0075] 6 , when cleaning with the cleaning tool 1, the cleaning member 3 is brought into contact with the surface A to be cleaned from the leading edge 311 side, and the cleaning body 30 is bent in the z direction. Specifically, the cleaning body 30 is brought into contact with the surface A to be cleaned in the z direction via the cleaning sheet 4, and the intersections (specifically, the intersecting end 30A and the intersecting portion 30D) are bent around an imaginary line extending in the x direction, thereby bending the cleaning body 30 in the z direction. This allows the surface of the cleaning member 3 to come into contact with the surface A to be cleaned.

[0076] As described above, according to this embodiment, when the cleaning member 3 contacts the surface A to be cleaned, the structural surface portions 30a distribute the deformation force (specifically, bending force) applied to the cleaning body 30 within the cleaning body 30, thereby reducing the burden on the cleaning body 30. This makes the cleaning body 30 more easily deformable and less likely to break. Here, the structural surface portions 30a of this embodiment are configured as through holes. Therefore, when bending the cleaning member 3, no bending force is applied to the through holes, making the cleaning member 3 easier to bend. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 4 is attached to the cleaning member 3, the cleaning sheet 4 can reliably capture dust on the surface A to be cleaned. Furthermore, the cleaning body 30 includes multiple structural surface portions 30a. This makes the cleaning body 30 even easier to bend.

[0077] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the bending force applied to the cleaning main body 30 is distributed within the cleaning main body 30 by the constituent surface portion 30a, and the cleaning member 3 is made of a material that has the ability to restore its original shape from a deformed shape, which has a synergistic effect, so that the cleaning member 3 has the toughness to withstand deformation caused by rough use and the shape retention to prevent deformation even during rough storage.

[0078] In this embodiment, the surface portions 30a are arranged in a row in the y direction. Therefore, the cleaning member 3 can be easily bent in the z direction from any part in the y direction. In particular, in this embodiment, the surface portions 30a are located throughout the y direction, so the cleaning body 30 can be easily bent in the z direction from any part.

[0079] In this embodiment, the component surface portions 30a in the even-numbered rows are arranged adjacent to each other in the x direction, and the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows are arranged adjacent to each other in the x direction. Therefore, when the cleaning body 30 is bent in the z direction around an imaginary line extending in the x direction, the bending force can be dispersed within the cleaning body 30 by the multiple component surface portions 30a arranged adjacent to each other in the x direction. This makes the cleaning body 30 even easier to bend and less likely to break.

[0080] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the distance between the inclined line portions 300 in the y direction is the same as the distance between the intersecting line portions 301 in the y direction. Here, the size of the constituent surface portion 30a can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the inclined line portions 300 and the distance between the intersecting line portions 301. Therefore, by adjusting the size of the constituent surface portion 30a, the rigidity of the entire cleaning main body 30 can be adjusted.

[0081] Furthermore, the constituent surface portion 30a of this embodiment is diamond-shaped. Therefore, for example, by bringing the cleaning main body 30 into contact with the surface A to be cleaned with the sides of the constituent surface portion 30a extending in the inclined direction or the intersecting direction parallel to the surface direction of the surface A, and bending the cleaning main body 30, the cleaning main body 30 can be bent in a twisted manner. In other words, the cleaning main body 30 can be bent in various ways.

[0082] In this embodiment, a portion of each of the surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered and even-numbered rows is located at the same position in the x direction. This allows the spacing between the surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered and even-numbered rows to be smaller, allowing the cleaning main body 30 to include more surface portions 30a. This makes it easier to bend the cleaning main body 30.

[0083] In this embodiment, the angle of the second corner is less than 90 degrees. Therefore, when the cleaning body 30 is bent around a virtual line extending in the x-direction, the second corner easily distributes the bending force within the cleaning body 30, making it less likely for the cleaning body 30 to crack in the bent shape.

[0084] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the widthwise ends 30C are discontinuous in the y direction. Therefore, for example, if a z-direction force is applied to a portion of the widthwise end 30C, the z-direction force is transmitted by bypassing the inclined line portion 300 and the intersecting line portion 301, thereby dissipating the z-direction force without transmitting it to the entire area of all widthwise ends 30C arranged in the y direction. Furthermore, when the cleaning body 30 is bent in the z direction around a virtual line extending in the x direction, one widthwise end 30C is not affected by the other widthwise end 30C, making the cleaning member 3 easy to bend. Furthermore, when the cleaning body 30 is twisted, bending force is not applied to all x-direction end portions 30C, making the cleaning body 30 resistant to twisting. Therefore, the cleaning body 30 is easy to bend in a twisted manner.

[0085] In this embodiment, the widthwise end 30C is chamfered and the corners are rounded. This prevents the cleaning sheet 4 from getting caught on the cleaning body 30, for example. In this embodiment, both ends in the x direction of the leading edge 311 are chamfered and the corners are rounded. This prevents the cleaning sheet 4 from getting caught when attaching the cleaning sheet 4 to the cleaning member 3, specifically when folding back the cleaning sheet 4 using the leading edge 311.

[0086] In this embodiment, the widthwise ends 30C are arranged at the same position in the x direction, so that the widthwise ends 30C are arranged in an orderly manner, improving the appearance of the cleaning main body 30.

[0087] Furthermore, the cleaning member 3 of this embodiment is made of polyethylene terephthalate resin (specifically, modified PET), so that after the intersection is bent around an imaginary line extending in the x direction, the intersection can return to its original shape due to a restoring force.

[0088] In addition, the cleaning member 3 of this embodiment is flat, so that the cleaning sheet 4 can be easily placed along the cleaning member 3.

[0089] In this embodiment, the cleaning edge portions 31 are located on both the y1 side and the y2 side of the cleaning body 30. The cleaning edge portions 31 include a base edge portion 310 and a tip edge portion 311. This allows the shape of the cleaning body 30 to be maintained on both the y1 side and the y2 side. This makes it more difficult for the cleaning body 30 to bend in the z direction as it approaches the x1 side and the x2 side.

[0090] Furthermore, in this embodiment, by bringing the inclined protrusion 201b into contact with the convex portion 310b, the inclined protrusion 201b and the convex portion 310b can prevent the cleaning sheet 4 from slipping relative to the cleaning member 3. Specifically, since the tip of the inclined protrusion 201b is uneven, the inclined protrusion 201b bites into the cleaning sheet 4 during cleaning, preventing the cleaning sheet 4 from slipping relative to the cleaning member 3.

[0091] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be modified as appropriate within the scope of the present invention.

[0092] In the above embodiment, the cleaning member 3 is attached to the cleaning attachment part 20 by inserting it into the attachment main body 200 and gripping it with the pair of gripping parts 201, 201. However, this is not limiting, and the cleaning member 3 may be attached to the cleaning handle member 2 in a manner other than inserting it into the attachment main body 200 and gripping it with the pair of gripping parts 201, 201. Therefore, the cleaning attachment part 20 may have a configuration other than a configuration including the attachment main body 200 and the pair of gripping parts 201, 201.

[0093] In the above embodiment, the cleaning member 3 has a rectangular shape in which the length in the x direction is longer than the length in the y direction. However, this is not limited to this, and the cleaning member 3 may have a rectangular shape in which the length in the x direction is equal to or shorter than the length in the y direction. Furthermore, the cleaning member 3 may have a shape other than a rectangular shape.

[0094] In the above embodiment, the cleaning member 3 is rectangular. Therefore, the length of the cleaning member 3 in the x direction is constant throughout the entire area in the y direction. However, this is not limited to this. The cleaning member 3 may be configured so that its length in the x direction decreases from one of the y1 side and the y2 side to the other. This allows the contact area of the cleaning member 3 with the surface A to be cleaned to vary between the y1 side and the y2 side. In this case, the cleaning member 3 may be trapezoidal or semicircular in front view, for example. Furthermore, for example, by configuring the cleaning member 3 so that its length in the x direction increases toward the y2 side, the contact area of the y2 side, which first comes into contact with the surface A to be cleaned during cleaning, can be increased. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 4 is attached to the cleaning member 3, more dust can adhere to the cleaning sheet 4.

[0095] In the above embodiment, the cleaning member 3 has a constant thickness except for the base edge portion 310. Therefore, the cleaning main body 30 is also configured to have a constant thickness throughout. However, this is not limited to this. The cleaning main body 30 may be configured to have a different thickness in the y direction. This allows the cleaning main body 30 to change its deformation strength (specifically, bending strength) in the y direction. In this case, the thickness of the cleaning main body 30 may be adjusted so that the minimum thickness is 0.5 mm and the maximum thickness is 5.0 mm. For example, the cleaning main body 30 may be configured so that its thickness decreases from the y1 side to the y2 side. This makes it easier to bend the y2 side of the cleaning main body 30. Furthermore, the cleaning edge portion 31 and the cleaning main body 30 may have different thicknesses. For example, making the cleaning edge portion 31 thicker than the cleaning main body 30 can accentuate the bending of the cleaning main body 30.

[0096] In the above embodiment, the inclined line portion 300 has at least one free end. However, the inclined line portion 300 may be fixed by connecting both ends in the inclined direction to the base edge portion 310 and the tip edge portion 311. The same applies to the intersecting line portion 301.

[0097] In the above embodiment, the inclined line portion 300 includes the spaced inclined line portion 300c. However, this is not limiting, and for example, the inclined line portion 300 does not have to include the spaced inclined line portion 300c. Also, the intersecting line portion 301 does not have to include the spaced intersecting line portion 301c.

[0098] In the above embodiment, the multiple component surface portions 30a have the same shape and size throughout the entire cleaning body 30. However, this is not limiting, and the multiple component surface portions 30a may have different shapes or sizes. In this case, the size of the component surface portions 30a may be changed depending on the position. For example, the component surface portion 30a arranged on the y1 side, which is one side in the y direction, may be larger than the component surface portion 30a arranged on the y2 side, which is the other side in the y direction.

[0099] In the above embodiment, the inclined line portion 300 is a linear member extending in the inclined direction. However, this is not limiting, and for example, the inclined line portion 300 may be a curved linear member that curves on the x-y plane. The same applies to the intersecting line portion 301. That is, at least one of the inclined line portion 300 and the intersecting line portion 301 may be curved. This allows for a wide variety of shape patterns for the component surface portion 30a. Furthermore, the inclined line portion 300 and the intersecting line portion 301 may be configured to be curved in the thickness direction z.

[0100] In the above embodiment, the multiple inclined line portions 300 are arranged parallel to each other in the y and x directions. However, this is not limiting. For example, one inclined line portion 300 may be a linear member extending in the inclined direction, and the other inclined line portion 300 may be a curved linear member extending in the inclined direction, so that the multiple inclined line portions 300 extending in the inclined direction are arranged substantially parallel to each other in the y and x directions. The same applies to the intersecting line portion 301. Furthermore, the multiple inclined line portions 300 and the multiple intersecting line portions 301 do not have to be arranged parallel to each other in the x-y plane.

[0101] In the above embodiment, all of the inclined line portions 300 are arranged at equal intervals in the y direction. However, this is not limiting, and for example, the distances between the inclined line portions 300 may be different. The same applies to the intersecting line portions 301.

[0102] Furthermore, for example, the inclination angle with respect to the x direction may be different between one inclined line portion 300 and another inclined line portion 300. The same applies to the intersecting line portion 301.

[0103] In the above embodiment, the intersection angle of the intersecting direction with respect to the x direction is the same as the inclination angle of the inclined direction with respect to the x direction. However, this is not limiting, and the intersection angle of the intersecting direction with respect to the x direction may be different from the inclination angle of the inclined direction with respect to the x direction.

[0104] In the above embodiment, the intersecting direction is a direction that intersects with the x direction in addition to the tilt direction. However, this is not limiting, and the intersecting direction may be, for example, a direction parallel to the x direction.

[0105] In the above embodiment, the constituent surface portion 30a is a through hole. However, this is not limiting. For example, the constituent surface portion 30a may be configured with a through hole and a closing plate portion that closes the through hole and is thinner than the inclined line portion 300 and the intersecting line portion 301. In this case, the closing plate portion may be formed integrally with the inclined line portion 300 and the intersecting line portion 301. Furthermore, a through hole may not be formed in the region surrounded by multiple intersecting portions, and the constituent surface portion 30a may be a region that is closed in the z direction.

[0106] In the above embodiment, the component surface portion 30 a is a diamond-shaped through-hole, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the component surface portion 30 a may be a circular or sector-shaped through-hole, and the shapes and sizes of the through-holes may be different from each other.

[0107] In addition, in the above embodiment, the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows are located between adjacent component surface portions 30a in the even-numbered rows on the x1 or x2 side of the component surface portions 30a in the even-numbered rows. That is, in the above embodiment, the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows and the component surface portions 30a in the even-numbered rows are not arranged adjacent to each other in the x direction. However, this is not limited to this, and for example, the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows and the component surface portions 30a in the even-numbered rows may be arranged adjacent to each other in the x direction. In this case, it is conceivable that the component surface portions 30a in the odd-numbered rows are arranged adjacent to the spaces 30B in the x direction.

[0108] In the above embodiment, the cleaning member 3 is flat, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the cleaning member 3 may be curved, with a portion of the xy plane protruding in the z direction more than the other portion.

[0109] In the above embodiment, the length corners 30c and the width corners 30d are rounded. However, this is not limiting. The length corners 30c and the width corners 30d may have chamfered edges, or may be corners that are not chamfered or rounded. As shown in FIG. 7 , for example, the width corners 30d may have circular holes that are continuous with the diamond-shaped component surface portion 30a. This increases the durability of the component surface portion 30a when the cleaning main body 30 is bent around an imaginary line extending in the x-direction. The circular holes are larger than the corners of the length corners 30c. A circular hole may also be formed in the length corners 30c.

[0110] In the above embodiment, the constituent surface portion 30a has a diamond shape in which the diagonal line in the x direction is longer than the diagonal line in the y direction. However, this is not limited to this, and the constituent surface portion 30a may have a diamond shape in which the diagonal line in the y direction is longer than the diagonal line in the x direction. Then, by adjusting the angle of the second corner portion, it is possible to make the cleaning main body 30 more or less likely to break.

[0111] In the above embodiment, various resins are listed as materials for the cleaning member 3. Specific examples of the various resins include foamed polypropylene resin (foamed PP), low-foamed polyvinyl chloride resin (low-foamed PVC), and hard polyvinyl chloride (hard chlorinated PVC).

[0112] The configuration and operation of the above-described embodiment are summarized below. The above-described embodiment is, as a first form, a cleaning member 3 configured to be able to attach a cleaning sheet 4 that, in use, cleans a surface A to be cleaned by adhering dust thereto, and that forms a surface with which the attached cleaning sheet 4 comes into contact, a surface that includes a width direction x and a length direction y that intersects with the width direction x, the surface having a plurality of component surface portions 30 a surrounded by a plurality of intersecting portions formed by intersecting a plurality of inclined line portions 300 that extend in a direction inclined with respect to the width direction x and a plurality of intersecting line portions 301 that extend in a direction intersecting the inclined line portions 300, the cleaning member 3 being capable of deforming in the thickness direction z when in contact with the surface A to be cleaned from a thickness direction z that is perpendicular to the surface, and being made of a material that has a restoring force that allows the deformed shape to return to its original shape when released from the contact state.

[0113] According to the above configuration, for example, when the cleaning member 3 with the cleaning sheet 4 attached thereto is brought into contact with the surface A to be cleaned from the thickness direction z and deformed in the thickness direction z in order to adhere the dust to the cleaning sheet 4 attached to the cleaning member 3, the deformation force is dispersed within the cleaning member 3 by the constituent surface portion 30a, making the cleaning member 3 easy to deform but difficult to break, and further, even if the cleaning member 3 is stored in a deformed shape, the restoring force allows the cleaning member 3 to return to its original shape.

[0114] As a second aspect that is dependent on the first aspect, at least one of the inclined line portion 300 and the intersecting line portion 301 may be curved.

[0115] According to the above configuration, it is possible to provide many variations in the shape pattern of the component surface portion 30a.

[0116] Furthermore, as a third form that is dependent on the first or second form, the plurality of inclined line portions 300 may be arranged approximately parallel to each other, and the plurality of intersecting line portions 301 may be arranged approximately parallel to each other.

[0117] According to this configuration, the distance between the inclined line portions 300 and the distance between the intersecting line portions 301 can be kept constant regardless of the position.

[0118] As a fourth aspect which is dependent on the first to third aspects, the end portions in the width direction x may be discontinuous in the length direction y.

[0119] According to the above configuration, for example, when a force in the thickness direction z is applied to a part of the end portion in the width direction x, the force in the thickness direction z is not transmitted to the entire end portion in the width direction x, thereby preventing the entire cleaning member 3 from twisting.

[0120] In addition, as a fifth form which is subordinate to the first to fourth forms, the component surface portion 30a may be a quadrilateral shape in which adjacent sides have the same length, and may have a first corner portion 30c located on one diagonal line of the quadrilateral shape and a second corner portion 30d located on the other diagonal line, and the angle of the first corner portion 30c may be larger than the angle of the second corner portion 30d.

[0121] According to the above configuration, when the cleaning member 3 with the cleaning sheet 4 attached thereto is deformed while in contact with the surface A to be cleaned, the cleaning member 3 can be deformed at various angles.

[0122] As a sixth aspect dependent on the fifth aspect, the angle of the second corner portion 30d may be less than 90 degrees.

[0123] According to this configuration, the cleaning member 3 is less likely to crack when it is deformed in the thickness direction z.

[0124] As a seventh aspect dependent on the fifth or sixth aspect, at least one of the first corner portion 30c and the second corner portion 30d may be rounded.

[0125] According to the above configuration, when the cleaning member 3 is deformed, stress is prevented from concentrating on the first corner portion 30c or the second corner portion 30d, and the cleaning member 3 is prevented from cracking at the first corner portion 30c or the second corner portion 30d.

[0126] In addition, as an eighth form which is subordinate to the first to fourth forms, the component surface portion 30a is rectangular and has a first corner portion 30c located on one diagonal line of the rectangular shape and a second corner portion 30d located on the other diagonal line, and at least the second corner portion 30d may have a circular hole portion formed therein.

[0127] According to this configuration, it is possible to increase the durability of the component surface portion 30a against a deformation force when the cleaning member 3 is deformed in the thickness direction.

[0128] As a ninth aspect dependent on the first to eighth aspects, the thickness may be in the range of 0.5 to 5.0 mm.

[0129] According to this configuration, the cleaning member 3 can be flexibly deformed.

[0130] As a tenth aspect dependent on the first to ninth aspects, the material may include plastic or elastomer.

[0131] According to this configuration, even if the cleaning member 3 is stored in a deformed shape for a long period of time, the cleaning member 3 can easily return to its original shape.

[0132] In an eleventh embodiment which is dependent on the tenth embodiment, the material may be at least one of polyethylene terephthalate resin, polycarbonate ABS resin, polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, and acrylic resin, or a combination thereof.

[0133] According to this configuration, even if the cleaning member 3 is stored in a deformed shape for a longer period of time, the cleaning member 3 can easily return to its original shape.

[0134] As a twelfth aspect which is dependent on the first to eleventh aspects, the thickness may be configured to decrease from one side to the other in the length direction y.

[0135] According to this configuration, the deformation strength of the cleaning member 3 can be changed between one side y1 and the other side y2 in the length direction y.

[0136] As a thirteenth aspect which is dependent on the first to twelfth aspects, the length in the width direction x may be configured to decrease from one side to the other side in the length direction y.

[0137] According to this configuration, the contact area of the cleaning member 3 with the surface A to be cleaned can be changed between one side y1 and the other side y2 in the length direction y.

[0138] Furthermore, as a fourteenth form which is subordinate to the first to thirteenth forms, the component surface portions 30a may be arranged in multiple positions in the longitudinal direction y, and the component surface portions 30a arranged on one side of the longitudinal direction y may be larger than the component surface portions 30a arranged on the other side of the longitudinal direction y.

[0139] According to this configuration, for example, the base end side of the cleaning member 3, which is one side y1 in the length direction y, can be curved more easily than the tip end side, which is the other side y2.

[0140] The cleaning tool 1 includes a cleaning member 3 according to any one of the first to fourteenth embodiments, and a cleaning handle member 2 that is detachably attached to the cleaning member 3.

[0141] As described above, according to the embodiment, the deformation force is dispersed within the cleaning member 3 by the constituent surface portion 30a, making the cleaning member 3 easier to deform and less likely to break, and the restoring force allows the deformed cleaning member 3 to return to its original shape.
