Abstract
Description
Remote fire control system
[0001] The present invention relates to a remote fire control system, and more particularly, to a remote fire control system that calculates a fire risk index based on a signal received by a fire receiver and monitors the risk of fire occurring in a building based on the fire risk index.
[0002] A fire control system is a system that can monitor existing automatic fire detection equipment and various fire extinguishing equipment in real time through an integrated situation room or manager terminal using a communication network.
[0003] In addition, in the event of a fire in a building, the system can detect heat, smoke, or flames generated by the fire in the early stages and notify the building manager or notify the residents of the fire by sounding a siren.
[0004] The fire receiver, which is one of the components of the fire control system, is a device that directly receives a fire signal or gas leak signal or other signals from a gas leak alarm and transmits a notification to the manager about the occurrence of a fire, gas leak, or the operation status of fire extinguishing equipment, and plays a central role in fire control.
[0005] Conventional fire alarm receivers simply performed the function of receiving fire signals and sounding an alarm, and the fire detectors attached to the fire alarm receivers often malfunctioned due to the surrounding environment and user negligence.
[0006] Fire trucks are frequently dispatched due to malfunctioning fire detectors, which raises concerns about a serious decline in the reliability of firefighting facilities, and there is a possibility that this could lead to loss of life due to delays in residents' response to fires in the event of an actual fire.
[0007] Conventional fire control systems lack big data related to the malfunction of fire detectors, making it difficult for managers to determine in real time whether a fire has actually occurred and the extent of the fire, and making it difficult for managers to identify the initial point of ignition, making it difficult to extinguish the fire and analyze the cause and responsibility for the fire.
[0008] A prior patent related to the present invention is Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2464640 (“IoT-based fire monitoring and management system”, November 3, 2022).
[0009] The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a remote fire control system capable of detecting the occurrence of a fire by identifying and analyzing a signal transmitted from a sensor, calculating a fire risk index based on the installation location of the sensor and the signal analysis result, and sending a notification to an administrator terminal when the calculated fire risk index is above a certain value.
[0010] In addition, the system provides a remote fire control system that minimizes damage in the event of a fire by prioritizing target points and monitoring fires by setting one or more target points for each location within the building, taking into account the number of people in the building and the expected degree of casualties.
[0011] The remote fire control system of the present invention comprises: a fire receiver that receives signals from sensors installed at a plurality of locations; a communication module installed in the fire receiver that transmits signals received by the fire receiver to the outside; and a control server that receives signals transmitted from the communication module, analyzes the signals, and generates identification information of the signals; and is characterized in that a fire risk index is calculated based on the identification information generated by the control server.
[0012] In addition, the control server is characterized by including a communication unit that receives a signal from the communication module and transmits a notification to an administrator terminal, a database in which the signal received by the communication unit is stored and the installation location of the sensor is stored, a signal identification unit that analyzes the signal received by the communication unit to generate identification information, and a calculation unit that calculates a fire risk index based on the identification information.
[0013] In addition, it is characterized by including information on the installation location of the sensor, whether the signal received from the sensor is a normal signal that determines that a fire has not been detected or an abnormal signal that determines that a fire has been detected, and the intensity of the signal.
[0014] In addition, the calculation unit is characterized in that it calculates a fire risk index according to the location where the sensor is installed based on the installation location information of the sensor.
[0015] In addition, the above calculation unit is characterized in that, when calculating a fire risk index, if the signal information included in the identification information of the sensor is a normal signal, a reference value is assigned, and if it is an abnormal signal, a value higher than the reference value is calculated.
[0016] In addition, the control server is characterized in that it compares the fire risk index calculated by the calculation unit with a preset threshold value, and sends a notification to the administrator terminal when the fire risk index is higher than the threshold value.
[0017] In addition, when a notification is transmitted to the administrator terminal, the sensor installation location information is tracked based on the identification information of the abnormal signal exceeding the threshold of the fire risk index, and based on the installation location information of the sensor transmitting the abnormal signal, the video surveillance device installed at the closest location to the sensor is designated as the matching video surveillance device, and the administrator terminal receives the video data transmitted from the matching video surveillance device.
[0018] In addition, the remote fire control system is characterized in that, when the matching video surveillance device is designated, a database is created for the video surveillance devices installed in locations where a plurality of the sensors can capture images, and the database is stored therein.
[0019] In addition, the remote fire control system is characterized in that one or more target points that must be monitored for fire among multiple points within a building are set, and the target points are prioritized by considering the number of floating population and the expected degree of damage in the event of a fire, and a top priority target point is designated, and when calculating the fire risk index based on the installation location information of the sensor, a higher weight is given to the installation location information of each sensor the closer it is to the top priority target point.
[0020] In addition, the remote fire control system is characterized in that, when the number of sensors transmitting abnormal signals exceeds a preset number within a certain standard time, the installation location information is tracked among the identification information of the sensors, and the closer the locations of the multiple sensors transmitting the abnormal signals are, the higher the weight is given when calculating the fire risk index.
[0021] The remote fire control system of the present invention with the above configuration identifies and analyzes a signal transmitted from a sensor, calculates a fire risk index based on the installation location of the sensor and the signal analysis result, and if the calculated fire risk index is above a certain value, transmits a notification to an administrator terminal to detect whether a fire has occurred.
[0022] Additionally, by setting one or more target points for each location within the building, considering the number of people in the building and the expected degree of casualties, fire can be monitored by prioritizing the target points, thereby minimizing damage in the event of a fire.

[0040] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention as described above will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0041] Fig. 1 illustrates a schematic diagram of a remote fire control system according to one embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in Fig. 1, the remote fire control system of the present invention includes a fire receiver (100), a control server (200), and an administrator terminal (300), and refers to a system capable of controlling fires from a remote location.
[0042] A fire alarm receiver (100) is installed in one or more buildings and receives signals transmitted from a plurality of sensors (S) installed in the building to detect fire. A communication module (110) is installed in the fire alarm receiver (100), and the communication module (110) transmits signals received by the fire alarm receiver (100) to a control server (200) and is capable of communicating with an administrator terminal (300).
[0043] The control server (200) receives a signal transmitted from a communication module (110) installed in a fire receiver (100), analyzes the signal, and generates identification information for the signal. In addition, based on the identification information of the signal, it calculates a fire risk index and monitors whether the fire risk index exceeds a reference value. If the fire risk index exceeds the reference value, it transmits a notification to the administrator terminal (300).
[0044] The administrator terminal (300) is a terminal owned by the building administrator and receives alarms and data transmitted from the control server (200). The administrator terminal (300) is preferably a smartphone or tablet PC capable of portability and communication, but is not limited thereto, and may include electronic devices such as general desktop computers, navigation systems, and laptops, and the electronic devices may have one or more general or special purpose processors, memories, storage, and / or networking components (wired or wireless).
[0045] Fig. 2 illustrates a block diagram of a fire receiver of a remote fire control system according to one embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in Fig. 2, a plurality of fire receivers (100) of the present invention are installed within a building and receive signals from a plurality of sensors (S) installed within the building to detect fire.
[0046] A communication module (110) is installed in the fire receiver (100), and the communication module (110) is configured to be able to communicate with the outside and transmits a signal received from a sensor (S) in the fire receiver (100) to the control server (200). The communication module (110) is preferably an IoT device, and may transmit the signal to the control server (200) after performing preprocessing work such as filtering the signal before transmitting the signal to the control server (200).
[0047] The sensor (S) is installed multiple times within the building, and it is preferable that it be at least one of a thermal sensor, a flame detection sensor, a temperature sensor, and a gas detection sensor for detecting fire. Since additional sensors as needed can be added by a person skilled in the art, the type of sensor is not limited.
[0048] The above-described sensors transmit signals that detect the surrounding environment to the fire receiver (100), and the signals received by the fire receiver (100) are transmitted to the control server (200) by the communication module (110), and the control server (200) analyzes the signals so that the manager can remotely determine whether a fire has occurred.
[0049] Fig. 3 illustrates a block diagram of a control server of a remote fire control system according to one embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in Fig. 3, the control server (200) of the present invention includes a communication unit (210), a database (220), a signal identification unit (230), and a calculation unit (240).
[0050] The communication unit (210) receives a signal transmitted from the communication module (110) and is provided to transmit a notification to the administrator terminal (300).
[0051] The database (220) is provided to store multiple data, and it is preferable that the installation location of the sensor (S) within the building is stored, and the identification information and analysis information of the signal received from the communication module (110) installed in the fire receiver (100) are stored in a time series manner.
[0052] The signal identification unit (230) generates identification information for the signal received by the communication unit (210). The generated identification information is generated based on the installation location information of each sensor, whether the signal transmitted from each sensor is a normal signal or an abnormal signal, and the intensity of the signal transmitted from each sensor. The identification information is stored in a database (220) separated by each sensor.
[0053] The calculation unit (240) quantifies and digitizes the fire risk index based on signals transmitted from multiple sensors, and it is preferable to calculate the fire risk index for each location based on the installation location information of each sensor stored in the database (220).
[0054] That is, multiple target points to be monitored can be set using the remote fire control system of the present invention, and the target points can be prioritized by considering the number of floating population and the expected intensity of damage in the event of a fire.
[0055] In other words, high priority target points are places where significant damage is expected to occur in the event of a fire, such as underground parking lots or movie theaters with high population density. Therefore, the fire risk index of the signal transmitted from the sensor (S) installed at the target point is given a high priority.
[0056] When calculating the fire risk index in the calculation unit (240), if the signal information included in the identification information is a normal signal, a reference value is assigned, and if it is an abnormal signal, a value higher than the reference value is assigned.
[0057] Accordingly, if the fire risk index calculated by the calculation unit (240) is higher than the threshold value, it is determined that a fire has occurred and the communication unit (210) transmits a notification to the administrator terminal (300). It is preferable that the notification received by the administrator terminal (300) be output visually and / or audibly.
[0058] Based on the identification information, the installation location information of the sensor transmitting the abnormal signal can be confirmed, and the image information of the image surveillance device installed in a location close to the sensor can be acquired and transmitted to the administrator terminal (300). This will be described later with reference to FIG. 5.
[0059] Figure 4 illustrates an exemplary operation diagram of a remote fire control system according to one embodiment of the present invention. When multiple sensors transmit abnormal signals within a given time period, the installation location information is identified among the identification information of the multiple sensors. The closer the installation location information between the multiple sensors, the higher the weight given to the sensor when calculating the fire risk index.
[0060] Referring to FIG. 4, first, assuming that the first sensor (S1) to the fifth sensor (S5) are installed in a specific space as shown in (a) of FIG. 4, if the signals determined to be abnormal among the signals received by the fire receiver (100) and transmitted to the control server (200) are from the first sensor (S1) and the fifth sensor (S5), the fire risk index is calculated to be relatively low because the distance between the first sensor (S1) and the fifth sensor (S5) is far.
[0061] However, assuming that the first sensor (S1) to the fifth sensor (S5) are installed in a specific space as shown in (b) of FIG. 4, if the signals determined to be abnormal among the signals received by the fire receiver (100) and transmitted to the control server (200) are from the first sensor (S1) and the second sensor (S2), the fire risk index is calculated to be relatively high because the distance between the first sensor (S1) and the second sensor (S2) is close.
[0062] By using the above-described method, it is possible to reflect a situation in which abnormal signals are received from multiple sensors in close proximity within a certain standard time when an actual fire occurs, so that the closer the distance between sensors transmitting abnormal signals, the higher the fire risk index is estimated, thereby increasing the reliability of whether or not an actual fire has occurred.
[0063] FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a remote fire control system according to a modified example of one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an operation example of a remote fire control system according to a modified example of one embodiment of the present invention.
[0064] As illustrated in FIG. 5, a video surveillance device (400) communicating with a control server (200) may be further included. The video detection device (400) is a device installed multiple times on a ceiling or wall within a building to photograph the space within the building. When a fire occurs, video information photographed from the video surveillance device (400) is transmitted to the administrator terminal (300), allowing the administrator to check in real time whether there is a fire.
[0065] Referring to Fig. 6, a video surveillance device (400) is installed on each floor, and five sensors (S) are installed. If a fire breaks out on the third floor, the fourth sensor (S34) and the fifth sensor (S35) installed on the third floor transmit abnormal signals, and the video data captured by the third video surveillance device (400c) located close to the fourth sensor (S34) and the fifth sensor (S35) can be transmitted to the administrator terminal (300).
[0066] However, although the physical distance between the fourth sensor (S34) and the fifth sensor (S35) is close to the second video surveillance device (400b) installed on the second floor, the second video surveillance device (400b) installed on the second floor cannot capture the scene of the fire that occurred on the third floor, so the third video surveillance device (400c) installed on the third floor can transmit video data captured from the third video surveillance device (400c) to the administrator terminal (300) even though the physical distance between the fourth sensor (S34) and the fifth sensor (S35) is farther than the second video surveillance device (400b).
[0067] That is, even if it is a video surveillance device (400) that has a distance difference value reflecting the latitude, longitude, and height values and the location closest to the sensor (S), if it is on a different floor or there is a blind spot that cannot be filmed, it may not be possible to confirm whether a fire actually occurred near the location where the sensor (S) is installed.
[0068] Therefore, the video surveillance device (400) installed in the building that photographs the area around the location where the sensor (S) is installed can be matched and stored in the database (220) of the control server (200), and when a fire occurs, the video data photographed by the video surveillance device (400) in the matching state can be transmitted to the administrator terminal (300). The matching result of the sensor (S) and the video surveillance device (400) can be implemented in the form of a look-up table, as an example.
[0069] When a notification is sent to the administrator, whether or not a fire has actually occurred is stored in the database (220) so that the cause of the false report or the cause of the fire can be analyzed later, and when a fire has occurred, a report is received at the fire department, and the operation of the fire receiver (100) and the fire alarm device and fire suppression device installed in the building can be controlled using the administrator terminal (300), and even when a fire has not occurred, the operation of the fire receiver (100) and the fire alarm device and fire suppression device installed in the building can be controlled.
[0070]
[0071] Meanwhile, a remote fire control system according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a fire receiver, a data collection device for the fire receiver, a server, and an administrator terminal.
[0072] Fire alarm receivers may be installed in the fire prevention rooms of buildings such as apartments, supermarkets, factories, and officetels. They monitor fires based on fire signals detected by fire detectors and activate alarms if a fire breaks out in the building. These fire alarm signals are typically communication signals, and the fire alarm receiver is equipped with multiple circuits that receive communication signals such as fire alarm signals.
[0073] One or more data collection devices for the fire receiver may be installed externally or internally of the fire receiver.
[0074] A data collection device for a fire receiver collects communication signals inside the fire receiver, generates status data of the fire receiver, and outputs the generated status data to an external source (e.g., a server).
[0075] For this purpose, the data acquisition device for the fire receiver basically includes a signal acquisition unit, a data generation unit, and a data output unit.
[0076] The signal collection unit is connected to a number of circuits within the fire receiver and stores algorithms such as sniffing or Man in the Middle. Here, the communication signal may be a fire occurrence signal or a non-fire occurrence signal (i.e., a normal signal). Additionally, the signal collection unit may collect location information of an object monitored by the fire receiver (e.g., a guest room in a building) from the fire receiver. Here, the location information of the object monitored by the fire receiver may be pre-stored in the fire receiver.
[0077] The signal collection unit as described above can capture and receive signals transmitted and received by the fire receiver, remotely capture electromagnetic waves generated from signals transmitted and received by the fire receiver for a preset period of time, generate an electromagnetic wave signal flow in time sequence, and cluster a selected record set within the signal flow according to preset criteria.
[0078] Here, the preset criterion may be the signal intensity level of the electromagnetic wave measured when the electromagnetic wave is captured remotely.
[0079] In order to safely collect signals from a fire receiver of a signal collection unit as described above, monitoring of the fire receiver can be performed through collection of multiple signal flows, and not only can multiple signal flows be generated for a preset time, but also, when a signal intensity level value of a signal flow collected during clustering of a record set selected from the multiple signal flows does not meet (is less than) a preset standard (i.e., a standard signal intensity level value), an alarm signal can be transmitted to an administrator terminal through a data output unit to output an alarm.
[0080] Meanwhile, the signal collection unit may include a plurality of buffers for storing selected record sets within a clustered signal flow, and when storing the selected record sets within the clustered signal flow, data switching may be performed so that record sets of different clusters may be stored in different buffers according to the signal intensity level of the electromagnetic wave.
[0081] In addition, when a record set is selected within a clustered signal flow, the signal collection unit individually assigns a packet identifier and individually stores the selected record set within multiple buffers by assigning each assigned packet identifier, thereby safely storing the selected record set within the clustered signal flow without interference with other record sets.
[0082] The data generation unit generates status data of the fire receiver using the communication signals collected from the signal collection unit.
[0083] For example, the data generation unit may store a communication signal analysis module. In this case, the data generation unit may analyze the communication signal collected by the signal collection unit through the communication signal analysis module to determine whether the communication signal is a fire signal, and may generate status data for the fire receiver based on the determination result. Here, the status data generated by the data generation unit may include data regarding whether the fire receiver has detected a fire.
[0084] Alternatively, the data generation unit may store a machine learning model. In this case, the data generation unit performs machine learning to predict the status of the fire receiver using the machine learning model and the communication signals collected by the signal collection unit. Furthermore, after performing the machine learning, if another communication signal is collected by the signal collection unit, the data generation unit may use the results of the machine learning to generate status data of the fire receiver. Here, the status data generated by the data generation unit may also include data regarding whether the fire receiver has detected a fire.
[0085] In order to improve the accuracy of the status data generated by the data generation unit, the data collection device for the fire receiver may further include a signal preprocessing unit (220). The signal preprocessing unit performs a labeling operation on the communication signals collected by the signal collection unit, and in this case, the data generation unit performs machine learning to predict the status of the fire receiver using the communication signals for which the labeling operation has been performed by the signal preprocessing unit.
[0086] More specifically, the signal preprocessing unit can perform different labeling tasks on the communication signal when the fire receiver detects a fire and on the communication signal when the fire receiver does not detect a fire. For example, the status of the fire receiver can be labeled by classifying it into binary classifications according to the presence or absence of fire detection. In this case, the signal preprocessing unit can label the communication signal when the fire receiver detects a fire as 0 and the communication signal when the fire receiver does not detect a fire as 1. However, the signal preprocessing unit can perform labeling tasks for various other fire receiver statuses, and can also perform labeling tasks in methods other than 0 and 1.
[0087] In this way, if the signal preprocessing unit performs different labeling tasks depending on whether the fire receiver detects a fire, the data generation unit can perform machine learning to predict the status of the fire receiver, especially machine learning on whether the fire receiver detects a fire, with much higher accuracy.
[0088] In addition, the signal preprocessing unit can perform labeling work for clustering processing by extracting record set data of each different cluster stored in each different buffer provided in the signal collection unit.
[0089] Meanwhile, the signal collection unit may further collect at least one of illuminance data around the fire receiver, smoke amount data around the fire receiver, dust amount data around the fire receiver, and data on whether grease is attached to the fire receiver. Here, the illuminance data, smoke amount data, and dust amount data may be collected from illuminance sensors, smoke sensors, and dust sensors installed on or near the fire receiver, respectively. In addition, data on whether grease is attached to the fire receiver may be collected through data input by a manager of the fire receiver, etc.
[0090] The data generation unit may have a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) learning model pre-stored. When communication signals collected by the signal collection unit (or communication signals labeled by the signal preprocessing unit) and illumination data around the fire receiver are input as learning data to the data generation unit (230), the data generation unit may apply the learning data to the input layer of the GAN learning model to perform machine learning to predict the status of the fire receiver.
[0091] After the data generation unit performs machine learning to predict the status of the fire receiver, the results of the machine learning (i.e., the learning model) can be stored. When communication signals (or communication signals labeled by the signal preprocessing unit) and illuminance data around the fire receiver are input to the data generation unit, the data generation unit generates status data of the fire receiver using the stored results of the machine learning. At this time, the data generation unit can generate status data including data in different formats depending on whether the fire receiver detects a fire (i.e., data indicating that the fire receiver detects a fire and data indicating that the fire receiver does not detect a fire have different formats).
[0092] In addition, the data generation unit can input real-time signals collected from the signal collection unit into the operation status data generation algorithm to generate real-time operation status data of the fire receiver.
[0093] In addition, the data generation unit compares the output value output in the inference value output layer with the target value to calculate a loss score. If the loss score is lower than a preset reference score, the learning module can complete learning. If the loss score exceeds the preset reference score, the weight value of the weight addition layer can be repeatedly modified until the loss score becomes lower than the preset reference score.
[0094] Here, the data generation unit corrects the weight value of the weight addition layer based on the loss score by correcting the weight value of the weight addition layer according to a preset weight correction function in the direction of the data input layer from the inference value output layer, and then performs a weight operation again in the direction of the inference value output layer from the data input layer to recalculate the loss score.
[0095] The data output unit outputs the status data generated by the data generation unit to an external source. For example, the data output unit may output the status data to a server located external to the fire receiver data collection device. For this purpose, it is preferable that the fire receiver data collection device and the server be connected to each other in a communication connection.
[0096] The server can receive and store status data generated by the fire alarm receiver's data collection device and output from the data output unit. Furthermore, the server can transmit the stored status data to the administrator terminal upon receiving a video request. For this purpose, it is desirable for the server and the administrator terminal to be connected to each other.
[0097] The administrator terminal can connect to the server and receive status data from the server. In this case, the administrator terminal can display the status data on the screen of the administrator terminal so that the administrator of the fire alarm receiver can remotely monitor the fire alarm receiver.
[0098] CCTV can be installed in the target monitored by the fire alarm receiver (e.g., a building's guest room), and preferably, it should be connected to an administrator terminal. After the administrator confirms a fire has occurred through the administrator terminal's screen, the administrator can connect to the CCTV through the administrator terminal, and the CCTV can then transmit video of the target monitored by the fire alarm receiver to the administrator terminal.
[0099] If the administrator checks the CCTV linkage screen and determines that a fire has indeed broken out in the area monitored by the fire alarm receiver, the administrator can quickly take necessary measures, such as calling the fire department and immediately moving to the scene of the fire.
