Abstract
Description
Contents container
[0001] The present invention relates to a contents container, and more particularly, to a contents container configured to be coupled to or separated from an outer container by rotating a contents container that accommodates the contents, thereby being convenient to operate and easy to refill.
[0002] Conventional compact containers had a problem in that the container that holds the contents and the lower case were formed as one piece, so when the contents were exhausted, the container could not be refilled and the entire container case had to be discarded.
[0003] Accordingly, a refillable compact container structure has been developed that allows the inner container to be separated from the outer container and replaced with a new inner container. However, conventional refillable compact containers have the disadvantage of requiring a lot of force for separation, as the user must forcibly separate the inner container by pushing it upward through a hole formed in the bottom of the outer container.
[0004] In addition, there is a problem that the connection and fixing structure of the contents and the outer container are complicated, and the fixing structure is exposed from the outside, making the appearance unattractive.
[0005] The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to provide a contents container that is convenient to operate, easy to refill, and has a simple appearance by configuring the contents container to be rotated so that it can be combined with or separated from an outer container.
[0006] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to the technical problems mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.
[0007] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a contents container is provided.
[0008] The above-mentioned contents container includes a contents container for containing contents; an outer container for containing the contents container; and a cap portion coupled to the outer container, and the contents container can be rotated relative to the outer container to be separated from the outer container or coupled to the outer container.
[0009] According to the present invention, the inner container containing the contents can be rotated to be connected or separated from the outer container, thereby creating a simple appearance while being convenient to operate. Furthermore, the inner container can be refilled using a very simple method.
[0010] According to the present invention, a slope guide is formed on the upper outer periphery of the outer container, and a second hinge portion protruding to one side of the outer periphery of the inner container is inserted along the slope of the slope guide to be coupled to the outer container, or conversely, is withdrawn along the slope to be uncoupled from the outer container, thereby minimizing the exposure of the second hinge portion during use, resulting in an attractive appearance, and lowering the protrusion height of the second hinge portion, enabling a slim design. In addition, when replacing the inner container for refilling, the rotation operation of the inner container is naturally linked with the withdrawal path of the sloped surface, providing convenience of use and a luxurious image.
[0011] According to the present invention, by forming the slope guide portion within a range of 0 to 45 degrees from the second hinge portion, interference with the cap portion can be prevented when opening and closing the inner cover, thereby providing convenience of use.
[0012] According to the present invention, the structure of the locking portion that maintains the combined state of the inner container and the outer container is provided in a structure in which a first wedge portion protrudingly formed on one side of the outer surface of the inner container and a second wedge portion protrudingly formed on one side of the inner surface of the outer container are mutually interlocked in the rotational direction of the inner container, thereby simplifying the structure of the locking portion and enabling it to be formed in a small size that is not easily noticeable from the outside, thereby providing external beauty.
[0013] According to the present invention, a first pressure portion that gradually slopes downward in the locking rotation direction to transmit downward pressure to the contents is formed on the first wedge portion, and a second pressure portion that provides downward pressure by engaging with the first pressure portion of the first wedge portion that enters from the transverse direction is formed on the second wedge portion, thereby firmly fixing the locked contents by the downward pressure and preventing them from flowing in the up-and-down direction.
[0014] According to the present invention, a tension portion is formed in the first wedge portion so that the tip of the first pressure portion is spread out from the outer surface of the inner body to provide elasticity, a locking groove is formed on the outer surface of the tension portion to prevent rotation, and a locking projection is formed in the second wedge portion at the beginning of the second pressure portion to engage with the locking groove, so that when locking, the locking groove and the locking projection are in close contact with each other by the elasticity of the tension portion, thereby preventing the contact portion from becoming loose due to wear and tear caused by repeated use, and conversely, when unlocking, the user can unlock with a small amount of force, thereby providing a pleasant user experience.
[0015] According to the present invention, the edge of the cosmetic instrument holder of the inner cover is formed relatively low on the shielding side where the second hinge part is connected, so that the cosmetic instrument can be conveniently removed by sliding it laterally without the hassle of lifting it up.
[0016] In order to more fully understand the drawings cited in the detailed description of the present invention, a brief description of each drawing is provided.

[0024] The above-mentioned contents container includes a contents container for containing contents; an outer container for containing the contents container; and a cap portion coupled to the outer container, and the contents container can be rotated relative to the outer container to be separated from the outer container or coupled to the outer container.
[0025] In addition, the outer container has a slope guide formed on the upper outer periphery, and the inner container has a second hinge formed to protrude on one side of the outer periphery so that it can be inserted along the slope of the slope guide according to the rotational direction to be coupled to the outer container, or conversely, can be pulled out along the slope to be decoupled from the outer container.
[0026] In addition, a locking part can be formed to maintain the combined state of the contents and the outer container.
[0027] In addition, the locking portion includes a first wedge portion protrudingly formed on one side of the outer surface of the contents; and
[0028] The above-mentioned content device may include a second wedge portion formed protruding on one side of the inner surface of the outer container so as to engage with the first wedge portion in the rotational direction.
[0029] In addition, the first wedge portion is formed at the lower end of the outer surface of the inner container and gradually slopes downward in the locking rotation direction to form a first pressure portion that transmits downward pressure to the inner container, and a tension portion is formed so that the tip of the first pressure portion spreads out from the outer surface of the inner container to have elasticity, and a locking groove is formed on the outer surface of the tension portion to prevent rotation, and the second wedge portion is formed at the lower end of the inner surface of the outer container and forms a second pressure portion that provides downward pressure by engaging with the first pressure portion of the first wedge portion that enters from the transverse direction, and a locking projection that engages with the locking groove can be formed at the beginning of the second pressure portion.
[0030] Additionally, an inner slope can be formed in the unlocking rotation direction of the first wedge portion.
[0031] In addition, the contents device includes a receiving portion for receiving the contents; and an inner cover rotatably connected to the receiving portion by a second hinge portion, and the inner cover may include a shielding portion that extends laterally along the upper outer periphery of one edge to shield the upper side of the second hinge portion.
[0032] In addition, a first magnetic member is formed on one side of the outer container, a second magnetic member is formed on one side of the cap portion, and the cap portion and the outer container can be coupled by a magnetic force between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member.
[0033] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the contents described in the attached drawings. [0038] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a cap portion of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing expressing a state in which the contents container according to an embodiment of the present invention is rotated relative to an outer container, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a detailed structure of a locking portion according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a detailed structure of a first hinge portion according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is an exploded cross-sectional view of a cap portion of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0039] Referring to Fig. 1, the content container is a compact container or a cosmetic compact, hereinafter referred to as a compact container. The compact container according to the present invention may include a container portion (100) consisting of an inner container (110) and an outer container (120); and a cap portion (200).
[0040] The contents container (110) detachably connected to the outer container (120) can accommodate contents. Here, the contents may be liquid, gel, or powder cosmetics. For example, the contents may include lotion, milk lotion, moisturizing lotion, nourishing lotion, skin lotion, skin softener, skin toner, astringent, massage cream, nourishing cream, moisture cream, whitening essence, tone-up cream, sunscreen, sunscreen, sun milk, BB cream, base, foundation, CC cream, concealer, blusher, shading, eye shadow, eyebrow, eye cream, primer, etc. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other formulations or types of cosmetics, medical contents, etc. may be applied. The contents may be directly filled into the accommodation space, or may be filled into the accommodation space through an impregnating member such as a sponge, a cosmetic plate, etc.
[0041] According to an embodiment, the contents container (110) may be formed with at least one storage space for storing contents. If the contents container has multiple storage spaces, each storage space may store the same or different contents. The storage space may have an open top.
[0042] According to an embodiment, the cap portion (200) can rotate with respect to the container portion (100) (particularly, the outer container (120)) by the first hinge portion (300), and can open and close the container portion (100).
[0043] According to an embodiment, the first hinge portion (300) may rotatably connect the container portion (100) and the cap portion (200). At this time, the first hinge portion (300) may be arranged on the inside of the container portion (100) and the cap portion (200). Since the first hinge portion (300) is arranged on the inside of the container portion (100) and the cap portion (200), the first hinge portion (300) may not be exposed to the outside. Since the first hinge portion (300) is not exposed to the outside of the content container (1000), a simple appearance of a compact container can be formed.
[0044] A detailed description of the first hinge portion (300) will be provided later in the description of FIG. 5 to avoid redundant description.
[0045]
[0046] FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a state in which a content container according to an embodiment of the present invention is rotated relative to an outer container, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a content container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0047] According to an embodiment, the contents (110) can be rotated relative to the outer container (120) to separate it from the outer container (120) or to be coupled to the outer container (120).
[0048] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the outer container (120) may form a slope guide portion (130) on the upper outer periphery. The inner container (110) may be coupled to the outer container (120) by being inserted along the slope of the slope guide portion (130) according to the rotational direction through a second hinge portion (113) that protrudes toward one side of the outer periphery, or conversely, may be pulled out along the slope to be uncoupled from the outer container (120). A user may detach or re-couple the inner container (110) from the outer container (120) by simply rotating the inner container (110) relative to the outer container (120).
[0049] According to an embodiment, the slope guide (130) may form a downwardly inclined slope surface (131) that starts from one side of the upper outer surface of the outer container (120). The slope surface (131) may provide a rotation path that guides the rotation of the inner container (110) upwardly or downwardly. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, when the inner container (110) is rotated relative to the outer container (120) in the direction in which the slope guide (130) rises, the second hinge (113) rises along the slope surface of the slope guide (130), thereby causing the inner container (110) to rise. When the contents are exhausted, the user can easily separate the inner container (110) from the outer container (120) by rotating the inner container (110) in the direction in which the slope surface (131) rises. Conversely, when the contents container (110) is rotated relative to the outer container (120) in the direction in which the slope guide (130) descends, the second hinge portion (113) descends along the slope of the slope guide (130) so that the contents container (110) can be accommodated in the outer container (120). The user can detach the contents container (110) whose contents are exhausted, replace it with a new contents container (110), and rotate the contents container (110) relative to the outer container (120) in the direction in which the slope guide (130) descends so that it is coupled to the outer container (120).
[0050] According to an embodiment, a mounting groove (132) may be provided at the end of the slope slope (131) to form a horizontal expansion space, in which the second hinge portion (113) of the contents (110) is mounted.
[0051] According to the structure of the slope guide (130) as described above, the exposure of the second hinge portion (113) is minimized during use, resulting in an attractive appearance, the protrusion height of the second hinge portion (113) is lowered, enabling a slim design, and when replacing the contents (110) for refill use, the rotation operation of the contents (110) is naturally linked to the withdrawal path of the slope incline (131), providing convenience in use and a high-quality image.
[0052] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the slope guide portion (130) can be formed within a range of 0 to 45 degrees from the second hinge portion (113). The formation position of the slope guide portion (130) can prevent interference with the cap portion (200) when opening and closing the inner cover (112), thereby providing convenience of use.
[0053] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a locking part (140) can be formed to maintain the combined state of the contents (110) and the outer container (120).
[0054]
[0055] Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a detailed structure of a locking part according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0056] Referring to FIG. 4, the locking portion (140) may include a first wedge portion (141) that is formed protrudingly on one side of the outer surface of the inner container (110); and a second wedge portion (143) that is formed protrudingly on one side of the inner surface of the outer container (120) so as to engage with the first wedge portion (141) in the rotational direction of the inner container (110). Such a locking portion (140) structure allows for a simplified and miniaturized design, and can be formed in a small size that is not easily noticeable from the outside, thereby providing external beauty.
[0057] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first wedge portion (141) is formed at the lower end of the outer surface of the inner container (110), and forms a first pressure portion (141a) that gradually slopes downward in the locking rotation direction to transmit downward pressure to the inner container, and the tip of the first pressure portion (141a) forms a tension portion (141b) to have elasticity by spreading out from the outer surface of the inner container (110), and a locking groove (141c) for preventing rotation can be formed on the outer surface of the tension portion (141b).
[0058] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second wedge portion (143) is formed at the lower end of the inner surface of the outer container (120), and forms a second pressing portion (143a) that provides downward pressure by engaging with the first pressing portion (141a) of the first wedge portion (141) entering from the transverse direction, and a hooking projection (143b) that engages with a hooking groove (141c) can be formed at the entrance of the second pressing portion (143a).
[0059] According to the present invention, a first pressure portion (141a) is formed in the first wedge portion (141) to gradually slope downward in the locking rotation direction and transmit downward pressure to the contents, and a second pressure portion (143a) is formed in the second wedge portion (143) to provide downward pressure by engaging with the first pressure portion (141a) of the first wedge portion (11) entering from the transverse direction, thereby firmly fixing the locked contents (110) by the downward pressure and preventing them from flowing in the up-and-down direction.
[0060] According to the present invention, the first wedge portion (141) has a tension portion (141b) formed so that the tip of the first pressure portion (141a) is spread out from the outer surface of the inner container (110) to provide elasticity, and a locking groove (141c) for preventing rotation is formed on the outer surface of the tension portion (141b), and the second wedge portion (143) has a locking projection (143b) formed at the beginning of the second pressure portion (143a) to engage with the locking groove (141c), so that when locked, the locking groove (141c) and the locking projection (143b) are brought into close contact by the elasticity of the tension portion (141b), thereby preventing the contact portion from becoming loose due to wear and tear caused by repeated use, and conversely, when unlocking, the user can unlock with a small force, thereby providing a pleasant user experience.
[0061] According to an embodiment of the present invention, an inner inclined surface (141d) can be formed in the unlocking rotation direction of the first wedge portion (141). The inner inclined surface (141d) can function to minimize contact friction with the inner surface of the outer container (120) when rotating in the unlocking direction.
[0062] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the contents container (110) may include a receiving portion (111) for receiving contents; and an inner cover (112) rotatably coupled to the receiving portion (111) by a second hinge portion (113).
[0063] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner cover (112) may provide a cosmetic device mounting portion (116) that forms a receiving space for a cosmetic device by protruding a border (116a) on the upper outer periphery. A shielding portion (114) may be formed by extending in the transverse direction of the upper outer periphery of one side of the cosmetic device mounting portion (116) to shield the upper side of the second hinge portion (113).
[0064] At this time, a grip portion (115) can be formed by extending horizontally along the upper outer periphery of the other side edge (116a) of the cosmetic tool holder (116) so that the holder can be lifted by hanging a finger.
[0065] At this time, the shielding portion (114) is formed close to the bottom surface of the cosmetic tool holder (116), and the edge (116a) on the side of the grip portion (115) is formed relatively high, so that a cosmetic tool extraction path can be provided in the direction of the shielding portion (114).
[0066] According to the present invention, the edge (116a) of the cosmetic tool holder (116) of the inner cover (112) is formed relatively low on the side of the shielding portion (114) to which the second hinge portion (113) is coupled, so that the cosmetic tool can be conveniently taken out by sliding it laterally without the hassle of lifting it up and taking it out.
[0067] In an embodiment, the first hinge portion (300) may include a first rotational member (310); and a second rotational member (320). The detailed structure of the first hinge portion will be described with reference to FIG. 5.
[0068]
[0069] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a detailed structure of a first hinge portion according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0070] Referring to FIG. 5, the first rotational member (310) may be rotatably coupled to the container portion (100) (particularly, the outer container (120)) on one side and coupled to the cap portion (200) on the other side. In addition, the second rotational member (320) may be rotatably coupled to the cap portion (200) on one side and coupled to the container portion (100) (particularly, the outer container (120)) on the other side.
[0071] According to an embodiment, the first rotational member (310) may include a first hinge axis (311) rotatably coupled to the container portion (100) (particularly, the outer container (120)); and a first hinge arm (312) extending from the first hinge axis (311). In addition, the second rotational member (320) may include a second hinge axis (321) rotatably coupled to the cap portion (200); and a second hinge arm (322) extending from the second hinge axis (321). The first hinge arm (312) is coupled to the cap portion (200) and can rotate the cap portion (200) around the first hinge axis (311) as a central axis, and the second hinge arm (322) is coupled to the container portion (100) and can rotate the container portion (100) around the second hinge axis (321) as a central axis.
[0072] According to an embodiment, the first rotational member (310) may include a first guide protrusion (313) protruding outward from an end of the first hinge arm (312). In addition, the second rotational member (320) may include a second guide protrusion (323) protruding outward from an end of the second hinge arm (322). At this time, the cap portion (200) may include a first guide groove (210) into which the first guide protrusion (313) is inserted. In addition, the container portion (100) may include a second guide groove (121) into which the second guide protrusion (323) is inserted. As the first guide protrusion (313) is inserted into the first guide groove (210), the cap portion (200) is coupled to the first rotating member (310), so that the first rotating member (310) can rotate the cap portion (200) relative to the container portion (100).
[0073] According to an embodiment, the first rotational member (310) may be bent to have a predetermined angle at the first inflection point (314). In addition, the second rotational member (320) may be bent to have a predetermined angle at the second inflection point (324). If the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) are formed in a straight shape without being bent, when the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) are placed inside the contents container (1000), the outward movement may be restricted as they come into contact with the container portion (100) and the cap portion (200), respectively, so that the rotation may be restricted. In the present invention, the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) are bent to have a predetermined angle at the first inflection point (314) and the second inflection point (324), respectively, so that even if the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) are placed inside the content container (1000), they do not come into contact with the container portion (100) and the cap portion (200) when the cap portion (200) and the container portion (100) rotate, and thus rotation can be permitted.
[0074] According to an embodiment, the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) may be connected. As the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) are connected, they may be rotatably coupled to each other. Accordingly, the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) may stably support each other. In addition, since the rotation by the first rotational member (310) and the rotation by the second rotational member (320) are interlocked with each other, the open rotation and the closed rotation of the container portion (100) and the cap portion (200) may be smoothly and stably implemented.
[0075] According to an embodiment, the first rotational member (310) includes a first hinge connection portion (315), the second rotational member (320) includes a second hinge connection portion (325), and as the first hinge connection portion (315) and the second hinge connection portion (325) are connected, the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) can be rotatably coupled. For example, the first hinge connection portion (315) can be formed on one side of the first hinge arm (312), and the second hinge connection portion (325) can be formed on one side of the second hinge arm (322). In addition, for example, the first hinge connection portion (315) is formed in the form of a sunken insertion protrusion on one side of the first hinge arm (312), the second hinge connection portion (325) is formed in the form of a protruding insertion groove on one side of the second hinge arm (322), and the first hinge connection portion (315) can be inserted into the second hinge connection portion (325). However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and according to an embodiment, the first hinge connection portion (315) and the second hinge connection portion (325) can be formed in the form of an insertion groove and an insertion protrusion, respectively, and in addition, any coupling structure that rotatably connects the first rotational member (310) and the second rotational member (320) can be applied.
[0076]
[0077] Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view of the cap portion of a contents container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0078] Referring to FIG. 6, a locking member including a first magnetic member (150) and a second magnetic member (220) can be formed. Specifically, the first magnetic member (150) is formed on one side of the container portion (100) (particularly, the outer container (120)), the second magnetic member (220) is formed on one side of the cap portion (200), and the cap portion (200) and the container portion (100) can be coupled by the magnetic force between the first magnetic member (150) and the second magnetic member (220). At this time, the first magnetic member (150) is provided to be embedded in one side of the container portion (100) (particularly, the outer container (120)), and the second magnetic member (220) is provided to be embedded in one side of the cap portion (200), so that they can not be exposed to the outside. However, the structure of the locking member is not limited to this, and various locking structures that can maintain the combined state of the container part (100) and the cap part (200) can be applied.
[0079] As described above, the best practice embodiments have been disclosed in the drawings and specifications. While specific terminology has been used herein, it is solely for the purpose of describing the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as defined in the claims. Therefore, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent embodiments are possible. Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims.
